Notes:
This chapter takes us back to Peter and his point of view of the stuff that was happening in his area. I was eager to write this chapter for a while. Cuz I thought about it a while ago and I was waiting to write it down. I guess that's pretty self-explanatory.
Anywho this is the last chapter for today. I updated the story quite a lot. The first chapter, chapter 21 was 5,900 words. The next chapter was 2,000 words and this chapter I'm not sure just yet how many words it is then I'll check in a moment. it should be between 3,000 and 4,000, so in total, I wrote about 11,000 words today I'm guessing.
Cuz I started writing at 4 in the morning and it's now 6. I got a lot out of 2 hours I guess.

Peter POV:
After Stiles left for Beacon Hills, I relaxed for a bit.
I wasn't going to head to New Orleans right away.
I also figured it would take Stiles quite a while before he was done in Beacon Hills for whatever he was doing. So I decided to take a little vacation. I relaxed for most of it.
It wasn't until two weeks later when something was obviously wrong.
Klaus had left a message that he was coming back. But he said it would take him at least a week and a half before he would come back. I told him it was just me here. But if he needed somewhere to stay, he could come over.
I wasn't really thrilled, but he was a friend, even if I had to begrudgingly admit it.
Life was going pretty well until I got a phone call from Argent.
The only reason I picked it up was that it was an unknown number, and I assumed it was someone I knew who I liked, but apparently, it was someone who I knew that I fucking hated. But I already picked up the phone by then it was too late.
Argent wanted to know if Stiles was at home. I told him he wasn't, but he said if I was lying, I would regret it.
Which I didn't understand other than he was threatening me, and I got really pissed off and hung up on him.
But I guess I should've listened to him because I heard a knock on my door, and I obviously could tell it was Argent.
I didn't know how he found out where I live specifically, but I was preparing to fight.
But when I opened the door, I was really shocked because it wasn't just Argent, it was also a Deaton.
And my momentary confusion led to them knocking me out.
I woke up about 10 minutes later tied to a chair surrounded in Mountain ash.
I glared at both of them. They were lucky I was tied up because if I wasn't, I would've probably killed them.
It was probably good thinking on their part, even if I hate to admit it.
I have no qualms about killing either of them.
"Peter, where is Stiles?" Deaton asked; I assume he already checked all the other rooms while I was unconscious.
Obviously not finding Stiles but obviously realizing he lived here.
"Who knows," I said, glaring at him.
Deaton looked at Argent, asking,
"You warned him, didn't you?"
"I tried. But he said Stiles wasn't here by the time I called him, so this isn't on me. I still don't believe we have to do this. As much as I don't like Peter, I figured we could all talk about this like adults." Chris said, looking displeased.
I came to the realization that this wasn't his idea. Which I assumed originally it was.
Deaton looked angry, but he looked back at me and asked again,
"So he's not here. Fine. Where is he now? Peter, I have to know it's important."
I just gave him a skeptical look; if it was so important, he could've just called Stiles over the phone; he didn't have to send hunters after him, there was something going on, but I couldn't figure out what it was.
"I don't know where he is. And even if I did, why on earth would I tell you? You're obviously coming after him, and you're obviously trying to hurt him, so I don't understand why I should even mention anything. Especially to you, let alone Scott and anyone else in Beacon Hills." I said seriously.
Did he really expect it was going to be this easy?
"He is sick, and he needs to be cured. You don't understand. You didn't understand then, and you're not understanding now. He needs to be cured because he is sick just like his mother." Deaton started to say he was so angry that his voice started to raise.
Christopher looked confused, which was good because I had no idea what he was talking about.
What did Stiles' mother have to do with anything?
I knew her when I was younger. But just in passing, I think she might've been a friend of Tallia's. But I don't really remember too much. My memory of that time is kind of hazy. Figures because Talia took away the memory of the desert wolf and me having a child together.
But I don't have any specific memory of ever meeting or really talking with Stiles' mother. The only thing I can remember now that I'm thinking about it is that I remember his mother telling me that she was a different kind of werewolf, but I don't remember the context or when it happened.
But it's not like I was friends with her or anything.
She was just a friend of the pack, which meant I knew her but nothing too deep.
"As far as I'm concerned, Stiles does not have frontotemporal dementia. He's just a normal werewolf."
Of course, he's not a normal werewolf, what with the Kitsune and all that stuff, but these people don't have to know that.
"You don't understand, Peter. He is different, diseased, just like his mother. He needs to take medicine. Otherwise, he will go crazy and attack someone. Just like she did." Deaton said as he lifted his shirt to show really horrific scars from his hip all the way up to his armpit.
Obviously, from a werewolf.
And he's saying Stiles' mother did to him.
I don't know if I believe it, but it's clearly a werewolf attack.
"Well, why do you assume that just because Stiles' mother is sick that he is as well? It makes no sense; he doesn't show any signs of going crazy or attacking anyone." I said, wanting to know why she's so convinced.
"Frontotemporal dementia is a hereditary disease; Stiles' wolf is different, no? Just like his mother. She is a werewolf, but she was different; she couldn't control herself on the full moon. She was stronger than Talia as an Alpha sometimes. The disease amplified another disease. Her wolf was different. She was a genetic mutation of some sort. I've never heard of another different type of werewolf before. It's only one kind, and she was different, just like Stiles, her child. He needs to take the medicine; otherwise, he will go crazy in the future, and it will be on you. If he just takes medicine, everything will be better. I don't know why no one understands me." Deaton was getting frantic at this point.
He was trying to explain why Stiles needed to take this "medicine" of his.
But he was sounding more insane as he kept going.
I wasn't the only one who found him going insane. By the look on Christopher's face, he looked like he was also slightly worried that Deaton had gone insane at some point.
"Listen, Alan; I don't really remember Stiles' mother too much. I only met her when she was married to the sheriff. I don't remember any genetic mutation. Honestly, the last thing I remember that she told me was that she was a different kind of werewolf than our kind. You know there are two different kinds. Stiles is proof. Plus his cousins and other wolves we met." I said as I was very confused and I was starting to get a bad feeling about something, but I couldn't remember why.
But Deaton didn't seem to hear what I was saying.
He just banged his fist against the table and cursed at my sister.
"Damn it, Talia is making this so much harder for me by taking your stupid memories away," Deaton said, sighing and rubbing his head like he was giving him a headache.
But he let out some information that irked me. Apparently, having a daughter wasn't the only memory my sister stole from me. But I wonder why she took the memory of Stiles' mother from me. I couldn't recall anything about it. Just that I knew her from the pack, and that's it.
Fuck, I would have to go through the method again with the claws. Talia is still a pain in the ass even after death.
"Why did my sister take my memories? Again." I asked because he obviously knew.
"Oh, it's because after she died, you went a little crazy. Something about how you couldn't take that she died and that you were really messed up, and Talia took your memory because she was worried about you. She thought it was better off than you had just forgotten." Deaton said nonchalantly.
But what I didn't understand is why I was upset that she died. Other than if she was my friend. But I've lost a lot of friends. It just doesn't make sense. I voiced that question out loud as well.
And apparently, Argent had the answer for me.
"Weren't the two of you dating at some point?" he asked.
"I remember Stiles' mother. I didn't know she was a werewolf. But I remember her working at the diner, and I would sometimes go there for lunch. And I was almost positive that you two dated, but I wasn't really interested in any of that when I was younger, so I don't really remember." Argent said.
"I dated Stiles' mother? Why would Talia remove that memory?" I asked, but it seemed Deaton didn't know either.
It seems I would really have to regain some memories again.
Goddamnit Talia.
I don't really know how to think about all this information. So I decided to push it into the back of my mind until I got out of this chair and out of this mountain ash circle, and I had these two out of my house.
I'll deal with the more headache-inducing problems later.
"Well, this has been fun. But I don't know where Stiles is, and I don't care what medicine you want to give him. It's not any of my business, and I don't want to get involved. He's not here, so please break the circle and leave my house." I said, breaking the rope and standing.
Deaton looked upset that I wasn't conforming to his whole medicine plan, but he did realize that Stiles was not here, so he just turned around to leave, opening the door.
However, when he opened the door, someone I didn't expect to see was standing there. Klaus.
Klaus POV:
I made it back to Stiles in Peter's apartment after coming back from England. I had a little bit of business over there, but I was done with it.
I noticed that Stiles had texted me, but my phone was unfortunately destroyed in England, so I decided to just pick up a new one and pop over to see what he wanted.
I vamped my way, all the way up to his front door, before I was about to knock when the door opened.
I was shocked to see Peter in a circle of that black dust with a rope at his feet and two obvious people who were not his friends in the room.
I recognized one of them as the hunter.
And another man I faintly remember meeting back in Mystic Falls, but I don't remember who he is or anything about him.
"Well, well well, what a lovely surprise, huh, Peter?" I said, stepping into the room.
Forcing the man who is trying to leave back inside.
"Do you need my help? Hmmm?" I asked sarcastically.
I was just teasing; obviously, I was going to help. Huh, why was it obvious? But well, I mean, I was already here helping wasn't really a big deal. Plus, I was curious as to what was going on.
"What led to this happening?" I asked again.
"Short reason, Stiles. The long reason, these people are psychopaths and are diluted into some stupid idea about a cure and medicine, and they tied me up." Peter said.
The hunter looked displeased about what Peter said but just walked up to the circle and broke it.
"I'm not involved in this. I was just concerned about Stiles. If you say he's fine, I'll believe you for now." The hunter said, holding his hands up in peace.
I didn't even have to turn my head.
I could smell the anger rolling off the other man in the room. Apparently, every time someone said that the medicine was stupid or that they didn't believe in it, he got angrier and angrier.
"You are all fooling yourselves. I am telling you that he is sick and he needs medicine, and I will give it to him. Even if I have to force-feed it." The man said angrily before pushing past me and leaving.
"I'm confused. What was he talking about? And who was that?" I asked.

Notes:
Let me know what you guys think of the story so far.
And also I just want to make a little clarification because I get this question a lot. I didn't really remind anyone since the beginning of the book so I can understand why some people forget. But I don't like to write romance. I can write it, I just don't prefer it. So I don't ship my main characters with anyone in my FanFiction. So if you're expecting Stiles to fall in love with someone you're reading the wrong book.
I prefer to read books with little to no romance in them, depending on the TV show I guess. Cuz there are some romances that I like. And I do ship Stiles with a lot of people but I don't necessarily like writing it, so I won't.
If you tell me that you want it, it's not going to happen. I'm just letting you know now and I'm being blunt about it. I already know how my story is going to end. So even if you give me recommendations about what should happen next I rarely will put them to use unless it's a really really good idea and it makes sense with the story I already have. I get a lot of recommendations on what I should add to my story and I don't really know how to let you guys down by telling you I'm not going to add it into my story because I already have a complete story I just have to write it out. I have added people's good ideas. But it's very rare.
Anyway, I just wanted to make that a prerequisite. I'm not trying to be mean generally. I am sometimes rude in the comments I've noticed myself. Some people deserved it though, so I don't give a shit.
To prevent me from being rude in the comments I have decided to just make a clear statement here so that y'all know. Of course, I'm still going to get comments about recommendations and about who Stiles is going to end up with, even if I put this here but I thought for the people who do actually read the notes this is a little information for you.
