It was quiet night at Rocky and Bullwinkle Television in New York City, a TV studio where aliens and magical beings went to be themselves. One of the aliens spotted video footage of Bullwinkle spending money on cotton candy.

"This is the fourth time this month he's spend 500 dollars on useless junk," complained the alien. "I better get Rocky."

At the girls' shed, they were finishing up their homework when they got a call from Dominion Studios. They were going to do an interview on the RBTV show known as "Vancy Times with Laurent Vance." The Klue Queens could remember seeing his show a few times on their streaming services. They interviewed stars like the Winx Club, KISS, and Kimberly Kelly.

Before they could go off, they spotted Peter, Santiago, Maniac Mel, and Hoodster.

"Hokey smokes!" shouted Rocky. "Don't you boys have manners?"

"Of course, dudes," chuckled Peter. "We were done with our homework during detention yesterday."

"Can't the principal accept us for like playing Aerosmith music in class loudly?" asked Santiago.

"But school boards don't allow unsupervised music," interjected Rocky. "Only when the teacher says it's okay. It helps students concentrate."

"Rocky J Squirrel?" asked Paige. "Whoa! Like what's a likke critter like you doing at the McBruce pad?"

"Bullwinkle has been acting crazy the past two weeks," Rocky explained. "He's been squandering on all of RBTV's budget on useless junk. If this goes on, we're doomed and New York City is going to find out magic is real."

"Where is he now?" Maniac Mel asked. "I want to get his autograph for my grandma."

"Mel," replied Hoodster, "your granny has been dead for ten years."

"I know, man," replied Maniac Man."But sitll, nothing wrong with leaving an autograph pic by her gravesite at Nicolaus Copernicus Cemetery."

"Bullwinkle is uncontollably spending money on useless stuff," explained Rocky. "After we heard Soome Someday on the radio two weeks ago. This is outrageous."

"Right on, dudes!" shouted Peter.

"Bro," groaned Paige, "you squander on your savings all the time."

After Paige got Koharu out of her playpen, they were off to Dominion Studios for the interview. Paige also decided to bring her brother and his friends along, so they wouldn't cause a wild party.

Later at the interview, the Klue Queens were being interviewed by the dashing, Laurent Vance. In the corner, a group of bunnies seem to be petrified of him.

"And now, dudes and dudettes," shouted Laurent, "it's that time on the show again where we get to see Vance's Vancy Bunnies!"

Unfortunately, the rabbits were to scared to perform. To give them encouragement, Leah started stomping her feet. Recognizing the patterns, the other Klue Queens knew what she was doing.

"Ladies and gents, this is so much more," sang Leah. "And searching in the dark is sweat soaking through the floor."

On the turntable, a Korean-American woman played Hugh Jackman's "The Greatest Showman." Amongst the others was a Russian girl with techy apparel.

"Come on, Isabella," smiled Laurent. "Get onstage."

"Niet," growled Isabella in a Russian accent. "Someone has got to keep running the camera."

"That voice," recalled Rocky from backstage. "Where have I heard it before?"

The song was so powerful that the rabbits started performing. Suddenly, Bullwinkle came in getting migraines from the behavior he had.

"I'm worried that this might happen again," said the Korean woman, "because we don't want to repeat that mistake after you heard that '90s hit."

"Marlow," replied Bullwinkle, "I'll be fine."

Meanwhile on set, Peter, Hoodster, Maniac Mel, and Santiago were eating spicy sushi and tried to feed Koharu some. Bullwinkle wanted to do it too thanks to his idiocy. Just as they were about to eat some spicy sushi, Bullwinkle confiscated the sushi and gave Koharu a cookie.

"Bullwinkle," scolded Rocky, "don't you know that babies can't have spicy food? It'll hurt them."

Just then, Soome Someday started playing. Hearing the song, Bullwinkle became hypnotized and took Laurent's wallet.

"Bullwinkle!" Lauent shouted. "Snap out of it!"

Remembering those cartoons where they use a finger snap to change them back, Rylie snapped her fingers and Bullwinkle snapped out of it.

"Dudes," said Santiago, "check out what 'Soome' makes if you switch the words 'M' and 'S'."

"Don't you mean the words?" corrected Tania as she read Santiago's note "That spells 'moose'."

Isabella was so nervous, that she took off. After Laurent and Marlow left to take care of the Vance's Vancy's Bunnies, the Klue Queens and Peter and his posse started going over the suspects, believing that Bullwinkle had been hypnotized into stealing money.

Wanting expertise in hypnosis, Leah, Estrella, Paige, Koharu, Swinger, Kirby, and Bullwinkle decided to go to Symphony Sound Music Shop because Bivalve is an expert on hypnosis. By the time they got in, Conch, Bivalve, Moonshell, and Sunrise Shell were finishing putting away of shipments of guitars when they spotted Bullwinkle, "Cobs and shucking!" exclaimed Bullwinkle, "Your that band Waving Shells, I must have your autograph.

Bullwinkle tried to grab a pen, but grabbed Tokkori instead, "Hey." growled Bullwinkle, "This pen isn't working."

"That's not a pen." corrected Estrella, "That's Tokkori."

"Get your hands off me you 400 lb numbskull!" insulted Tokkori.

"Numbskull?" Bullwinkle asked, "Never heard of that band."

After explaining to Waving Shells about Bullwinkle's bad habit, Bivalve remembered an online video about having one trigger lyric that'll hypnotize the person into doing it, but it has to be done by a hypnotist. Placing the song into their boom box, they began to listen to Soome Someday.

Wake me up Soome Someday

Look at the sun and pray

And start with a breakfast tray

I'm going to start my Soome Someday

The rays of the sun are showing the morning call

Do not be alarmed from the blinding wall

Every day in the Twenty Four Seven

I'll be waking up in sunshine heaven

Wake me up Soome Someday

It'll show us on a working way

Time to go to the halls of hooray

I'm going to start my Soome Someday

Luckily, Bullwinkle didn't hear the song because he was listening to Judsong Soul's hit song, ' Supernaturalawesome'. He removed the headphones and spotted The Klue Queens and Waving Shells, "Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat." shouted Bullwinkle as he took Moonshell's magic kit.

"Not now, Bullwinkle." whispered Leah, "We're busy."

"And put my magic kit back!" ordered Moonshell.

"Nothing up my sleeve" shouted Bullwinkle "Hocus locust!"

But from his hat was a punch of pizza slices. Only Koharu and Kirby were amused by the act while the others were confused, "Bullwinke." chuckled Paige, "We said, 'No'. And by that, we mean 'No'."

"Are you using pizza slices as weapons?" laughed Estrella.

Swinger came up and tasted the gluten free, lactose free pizza. He was so burnt by the slices that he rushed to Paige's bag and sipped some apple juice. "Hot slices." chuckled Estrella.

On the ground, Estrella found a passage way to a bookcase. Conch told them that they usually take the secret exit incase of looney fans and lead to the park.

Taking the secret path, they found out that it goes to the park and in the park, people were setting up for the Canadian Cultural Festival. Including Billie and Miley, "Hey" growled Billie, "Miley and I were enjoying our gluten free/lactose free pizza from Velossi's when some maroon made it disappear.

Everyone glared at Bullwinkle, "Are we having a starring contest?" asked Bullwinkle

Meanwhile At the First National Bank of Lititz Heights, Kaylin, Rylie, Tania, Rick, and Rocky was arriving there, to warn them about Bullwinkle's problem. After the manager explained to them that do their best to keep the place secured from slow-witted mooses. While Rocky was sitting down, he found a an article in Flashback Fun Magazine,

Make Memories with Moose Music

Rocky remembers that as the hit 90s radio show in Canada. "Hey Manager!" asked Rocky, "Is this magazine free, cause this might make a good clue."

"Sure." replied the manager, "What's more important is that the money must be protected before the next mint shipment comes."

On their way out, Rocky gazed at a familiar face. It was Isla, she and Zara were going for a coffee run for Billie."Who's the girl in pigtails?" asked a lovesick Rocky.

"That is Isla," explained Kaylin, "One of Billie's lackeys and the scary one is Zara."

Observing his face, Kaylin could tell that he's in love with Isla.

"I've loved before." Rocky replied. "In our 2014 short, I met a cute robot squirrel, but after I saw the fuse on her, I knew she was a machine. I didn't want to go through it again, so I decided to toss her into the water and KABOOM!"

'Moose'. Also, mooses are a native in Canada and on the Top 10 songs on Moose Music

"Soome Someday was a smash hit by Tri-Z in the early 90s." "It was popular in Canada for two months strength."

"What have we here?" Zara laughed, "The Lost Stars seem to be having a rodent problem!"

"Come on now," Isla replied, "My grandparents were fans of Rocky and Bullwinkle."

"Mine weren't." replied Zara, "Now let's get to Billie before the coffee gets cold."

Rocky was so lovesick, that The Klue Queens decided to go over the clues for him.

After reading the magazine, Rylie learned that Soome Someday was a Tri-Z song and it was a smash hit in Canada for two months. Before they could take off, they could see Peter, Santiago, Maniac Mel, and Hoodster were practicing their Aldudouette, which is their own version of the Canadian song about an owl. Paige was worried that her father would feel embarassed by Peter's behavior.

Meanwhile at Roadhouse Fantasia, Mr. and Mrs. Hayato were having a talk with the parents of Maniac Mel, Hoodster, and Santiago, "As you know," said Mr. Hayato, "You let our sons get involved in these ridiculous schemes!"

"Recently," continued Mrs. Hayato, "They've signed up for the Canadian Cultural Festival as one of the acts, with their little 'Aldudouette' hoping it'll control their 'Dude'ish nature."

Wondering about their dance troupe name, Mr. Hayato told them that their going to be called, 'Dance On Dudes'. Their parents were confused, but they know that they'll always love their kids.

By the door, The Klue Queens, Peter and his friends, Koharu, Rick, Tokkori, Rocky, and Bullwinkle were arriving for a little ice cream. "Icy creamy!" shouted Koharu.

"AWWW!" cooed the parents

"Man," asked Santiago, "And I thought the birth of my little brother was cute."

"Dude," replied Hoodster, "Everyone knows that female babies are cuter. Girls love cute."

"Righteous," replied Maniac Mel, "Just ask Kaylin?"

Kaylin was flattered by Hoodster's compliment. When she looked at the magazine article, she spotted something shocking. "You might want to take a look who wrote 'Soome Someday'," she replied as she showed a familiar face.

"It's Isabella," recalled Tania. "It's amazing that she use to work for palm tree records."

"And she had a Rachel hairstyle?" Rylie asked. "Where do David Crane and Marta Kauffman come up with these sort of things?"

They decided to meet Isabella at the Canadian Cultural Festival tomorrow, because that was where Vancy Times was going to record the interviews for former "Rocky and Bullwinkle" fans.

The next day at the Canadian Cultural Festival at the park, evryone was getting their Ottawa on. There was maple leave sampling, toy beavers on sale, hockey games, and Inuit dancers.

After the Inuit dancers did their bit, Peter, Hoodster, Maniac Mel, and Santiago were dressed up in the owl costumes they wore for a "Save the Owls" rally they went to last year and performed their songs. Unfortunately, they were so busy practicing their dance, they forgot the words of the song and all four of them were terible at French. Isabella was so annoyed that she got onstage and scolded them. "I had French and Canadian Exchange students come to my Rodnaya strana, and that performance of yours is uzhasnyy."

"Dudette," Santiago replied, "all four of us may be dumb and hardly know French and Russian, but we can't stand moose haters like you."

"How do you know that?" asked Isabella. "I planned out everything. From filming those wavy shells going through the secret enterance during our tourist trap for musical instruments, to mastering 'Soome Someday' on my Balalaika."

"Balalaika?" asked Bullwinkle. "I thought Isabella said that we were having baklava."

"Of course there were some clues to the fact that hypnotized Bullwinkle," replied Leah. "The word of the song, 'soome'. If you mix the letters 'M' and 'S', you get 'moose'. Also, mooses are a native in Canada and on the Top 10 songs on Moose Music. It was ranked Number 1 for two months in the '90s. Let's not forget the footprints at Sound Symphony that lead to the Canadian Cultural Festival - the perfect trap for Bullwinkle - and of course, Isabella used to be a lyricist for Palmtree Records."

"You wanted to stop being the camera person so you can take over Laurent's show," guessed Estrella. "You ran out after Bullwinkle turned back to normal, which is a sign that we were starting to suspect your little charade."

"That's right," Isabella growled, "And you can't catch me."

Isabella tried to escape, but after seeing a mapple cotton candy stand, Rocky got an idea. At the top of his lungs he shouted, "Kirby, suck it up!" With one gulp of the cotton candy, Kirby turned into Festival Kirby.

"What kind of copy power is that?" asked Tania in a serious tone. "It looks like something out of a party."

They could see Kirby do his little victory dance while summoning stars from his hands, making everyone dance. Isabella was so annoyed by the dancing that she begged for him to stop. "Take me to the tyur'ma," she said. "Just get that little dozhdevik to stop."

Kirby stopped dancing, and everyone turned back to normal. Deputy Downs cuffed Isabella and sent her off.

"Never liked Isabella," admitted Laurent. "She's always too busy with her hypnosis than she does with her job."

"Yeah," replied Rocky. "And her Russian background reminded me of a Pottslvanian accent."

"What I don't get is," replied Leah, "why were the rabbits scared of you?"

"I know why," replied Paige. "They feel embarassed by Laurent's Vabulous Vlamboyant behavior. They just wanted time away from you. Rabbits are also part of Canada's nature."

Laurent felt bad for the way he acted, so he decided to be less flamboyant when it came to being on camera. Marlow came up to Laurent and kissed him on the cheek. She said cutely, "I'm proud of you my, Vancy Man."

Seeing them holding hands, Kaylin knew that Marlow was Laurent's girlfriend. This inspired Rocky to go find Isla and tell her how he felt.

By the stage, Billie, Zara, Miley, and Isla were watching Aranea mastering "Soome Someday" on keyboard. Rocky was going to profess his love, but decided that they should just be friends because humans and anthropomorphic squirrels shouldn't date.

When our heroes reached the stage, they remembered that Aranea was also a master of hypnosis. From what they heard from her, they recalled that in order to unhypnotize someone, they played the song again in a different instrument. After Aranea performed, they tested Bullwinkle to see if he's all right by saying "soome" infront of him. And sure enough, they were right.

Onstage, Bullwinkle spotted Aranea playing her keys. He barged up and started playing the Barenaked Ladies song "One Week" on his banjo. Then Peter, Santiago, Maniac Mel, and Hoodster came onstage with some maracas, a jug, a harmonica, and silver spoons. Everyone laughed with them. Paige was glad, because her brother didn't make a fool out of himself and remembered that no matter what crazy shenanigans he got into, he'd always be her twin brother.

The End.
