Location: Heatherfield

Above the dark and Gloomy skies of Heatherfield, a large portal of light opened and from it came a familiar green and yellow ship.

"Not much to see." Lea commented as he and Kairi were seeing nothing but dark clouds.

"We're probably just up too high, let's just-"

CRACK-BOOM!

"EEP!" Kairi jumped right out of her seat and hid behind Lea's.

"Ah that explains it, bad weather today." Lea said not affected by the thunder. He then turned his head and smirked at the Princess of Heart who was still shaking behind his seat. "You good?" He asked. Kairi wasn't looking at Lea, but she knew he was smirking at her.

"I'm… I'm ok." She said before going back to her seat with an embarrassed blush on her face. Lea couldn't help but chuckle at the young girl. Kairi crossed her arms with a pout on her face.

"Calm down, everyone gets scared every now and then.. Well not me but you know what I mean." Lea said with a cocky grin. Kairi just rolled her eyes at the former Organization member and looked out the window. She saw plenty of buildings, small houses and many cars on the ground.

"Wow, busy city huh?" She asked, looking down. Lea looked down at the large city and shrugged his shoulders.

"Eh, it's got nothing of Twilight Town but I think that's just my bias talking." Axel said with a shrug of his shoulders. Kairi giggled at his remark, she agreed with him though she thought of Radiant Garden. Lea then looked back at the controls and began taking the ship down.

"What are you doing?" Kairi asked.

"What does it look like? I highly doubt the people of this world have seen a green and Yellow Gummi Ship before so it's best for us to land and find Yan-Lin on foot." Lea Explained. Kairi thought about this for a minute and realized he was right. They needed to keep the World Order and the ship wasn't going to help keep it.

"Good Point." She agreed. The pair quickly looked for a secluded place to teleport off of the Ship. "How about in the park over there, I doubt anyone is there in this weather." Kairi suggested.

"Alrighty." Lea said as he slowly brought the ship down to the park. Once they were close, Lea pressed a green button on the control panel and in a split second the Invincible disappeared in a bright flash of light causing the two redheads to land on the ground.

"Nice call on the Park." Lea said, pulling his hood over his head. Kairi used her arms to cover herself from the rain.

"Thanks, remind me to buy a hoodie one of these days." She said, shivering a bit. Axel chuckled and nodded.

"So, which way?" He asked. Kairi then looked over to him with a raised eyebrow.

"I thought you knew." She said casually. Axel then scratched the back of his head.

"Well that's just great, guess we need to ask around." He then walked over to Kairi and covered her head with his coat's sleeve.

"Thanks." She said, giving the older redhead a smile.

"No sweat. Come on, let's move on." With that, the two began walking into the city.

Location: Silver Dragon

We come to a small apartment above a restaurant where a young girl with long black hair in pigtail was getting ready for school in her room.

"Bag, Check! Coffee, Check! Pigtails!" The young girl then grabbed two hair ties and put them in. "Super Check!" She said with a bright smile on her face.

"Hay-Lin, hurry up and head out. It's raining Carrots and Dumplings out there so wear a jacket. The girl now known as Hay-Lin giggled at her grandmother's words.

"I think the expression is raining Cats and Dogs, Grandma." She said as she began heading down stairs. Once she reached the bottom, Hay-Lin was greeted by an elderly woman with the same hair color only in a small bun and a smile on her face, this was Yan-Lin.

"Nah, that makes no sense." The old woman said before giving her granddaughter a hug. Hay-Lin giggled again and returned her grandmother's hug.

"Now get your butt to school, your parents will have my head if they find out you're late." Yan-Lin said. Hay-lin nodded and quickly grabbed her raincoat.

"No problem, I hope you don't mind, I'm bringing some friends over. You remember them right?" She said, zipping up her coat.

"I may be old, but my memory isn't bad yet! Cornelia, Taranee and Irma." The Grandmother said with a smile.

"It's not just them, there's this new girl in our school named Will and she could use a proper welcome." Hay-Lin said.

"That's my granddaughter, setting a good example. I'll be sure to make extra snacks, I have visitors on the way as well." Yan-Lin said, grabbing two small books from a shelf. This caught Hay-Lin's attention before she walked out the door.

"Visitors? You didn't tell me anything about visitors." She said with a curious look in her eyes. Yan-Lin just gave her Granddaughter a small smile and nodded.

"More like house guests, An old friend of mine is sending over two students of his and they will be staying with us for a while." She explained. Hay-Lin's curiosity soon turned to excitement.

"OOOHHHH! NEW FRIENDS! When will they get here, are they boys or girls, where are they coming from!?" Hay-Lin fired off so many Questions that her grandmother quickly put a hand over her mouth.

"Calm down, they are a brother and sister who come from a small group of islands. They are being charged with a very important task by their teacher and before you ask, no I can't tell you what that task is." Yan-Lin said with a chuckle. Hay-Lin slumped when she heard this, but smiled again a second later.

"Oh well, this is still great! I can't wait to meet them!" She cheered.

"I'm sure you can't, but I'm sure that bus isn't gonna wait for you any longer."

HONK! HONK!

Hay-Lin Jumped and looked out the window to see a red and white bus waiting for her. "Crap! BYE GRANDMA!" She said as she ran out of the door.

"Have a good day Sweetie!" Yan-Lin said with a wave. Just as she was about to make her way to the kitchen, a loud rumbling came from a small cabinet and a bright pink glow could be seen emanating from it. "Oh dear, now!" Yan-Lin said in a panicked tone as she made her way over to the cabinet and opened it. "I'm not sure if this is great timing or the worst. On one hand, the next generation of Guardians can train with Yen-Sid's students and on the other Phobos will sense them as well as the Organization." She then closed the cabinet and opened the drawer underneath and pulled out a small black phone-like device.

"I better inform Yen-Sid."

With Kairi and Lea

The two redheads continued walking through the large city and Kairi more or less was soaked even with Lea covering her.

"This stinks." She said, shivering slightly. Lea felt bad for the young girl and began looking around the many buildings until his eyes landed on a small clothing shop across the street.

"Over there, come on." He said, leading Kairi across the street. They opened the door to the shop and saw a man with blonde hair walking out from the back.

"Welcome! How can I- Oh my!" THe man said looking at Kairi with worry in his eyes. "Young lady, why are you out there without a jacket?" He said before running over to a clothing rack and pulled a black and hoodie from it. "Here you go." He said, handing her the hoodie.

"Thank you sir." Quickie said, putting on the hoodie.

"No problem, what can I do for you both today?" The man asked. Lea then stepped forward and took off his hood.

"Well two things actually, we'd like to buy that hoodie that she's wearing and second we'd like to ask if you know a place called the Silver Dragon around here?" He asked. The man smiled at the two and nodded his head.

"Of course! Hoodie is only five dollars and the Silver Dragon is actually around the corner on the left, you can't miss it." The man explained. Lea smiled at the old man and reached into his pocket to pay the man, but Kairi put a hand in front of him.

"I got it." She said handing the man a ten.

"Thank you young lady." The man said before handing Kairi her change back.

"No thank you, we appreciate it." Kairi said with a slight bow.

"It's no problem at all, you kids, be careful. It's supposed to get worse out there." The man said with a wave.

"We will, thanks." With that Lea and Kairi walked out of the shop and made their way to the Silver Dragon.

"Nice guy." Lea said, pulling up his hood.

"Yea, it seems like this world is very peaceful." Kairi commented. Lea's eyes narrowed under his hood.

"Makes you wonder what the Organization wants with it. I'm not sensing an ounce of Darkness here." He said.

"Remember what Master Yen-Sid said, This world is connected with multiple dimensions. Maybe it's not this world exactly but one of the many other dimensions connected to it." Kairi Theorized. Lea took a moment to ponder this and he nodded at the girl.

"You might be right, but which one are they targeting?" He asked. Kairi didn't answer him, she didn't know and that scared her a bit. Kairi and Lea then turned the corner and upon doing so Kairi collided with someone causing her and the other person to fall to the ground.

"Oh My Gosh! I'm so sorry, are you ok!?" It was a girl's voice who asked and after rubbing her backside Kairi looked up to see said girl. She had medium-long blonde hair that was in two braids, Grey-Blue Eyes and wearing a purple raincoat.

"Oh yea, don't worry I'm ok. How about you?" She said with slight worry in her voice.

"Don't worry about me, I'm the one that ran into you." The blonde girl said with an apologetic look. Before Kairi could say anything else, Lea decided to chime in.

"Don't you think you both should get off the ground before continuing this conversation?" He asked with a chuckle. Both girls realized he was right and quickly got up.

"Again I'm really really sorry. I woke up late, The bus left and I was rushing and-" The girl stopped her babbling and saw that both Kairi and Lea were snickering at her.

"Hey, what's so funny?" She asked curiously. Both redheads stopped snickering and shook their heads.

"It's nothing and you don't have to be sorry. It was just an accident." Kairi said, giving the girl a bright smile. The Blonde face flushed red for a moment before composing herself.

"Oh..o-ok then. Oh Um, I'm Elyon by the way! Elyon Brown." The Girl now known as Elyon said smiling back at the Princess of Heart.

"Nice to meet you Elyon, I'm Kairi Tenshi and this is my….brother Lea." Kairi said sheepishly. Lea didn't know why, but he felt happy after Kairi said brother.

"Lea Kaen, Got it Memorized." Lea said, pointing to his head. Elyon nodded her head, but quickly raised an eyebrow.

"Wait, you both have different last names. How-" ''Different moms, same old man." Lea explained not wanting to extend this lie any further than it has too. "Oh right sorry I-" "It's ok, no harm done." Kairi said, waving it off. Elyon smiled at the Princess of Heart again, but it all but faded after she realized that-

"OH CRAP! I'm gonna be late! Um, it was really nice meeting you both and I hope to see you two again." With that Elyon ran off leaving Lea and Kairi with amused looks on their faces.

"She reminds me of Selphie." Kairi said with a chuckle.

"I was gonna say Sora, she certainly seems like him a bit." Lea said. Kairi sighed and nodded her head. She did see abot of Sora in Elyon and that made her frown a bit.

"Sorry I didn't-" "It's ok, I know what you meant. Come on, let's go." She said walking away. Lea sighed and cursed internally.

"Nice job Lea."

With Yan-Lin

"I see, so it's time to select the new Guardians is it?" Yan-Lin was sitting down in the living room and was looking at the small black phone-like device.

"Yes old friend, I fear a dark and difficult time is coming for us all." Yan-Lin said in a worried tone.

"Do not fret Yan-Lin, this is why I've sent our newest Keyblade Wielders to you. To Aid you in these difficult times, with them as well as the new Guardians to help them, I'm sure you will prevail." Yan-Lin smiled at the phone.

"Thank you Yen-Sid, I appreciate it. I just hope that this task won't get my granddaughter hurt, I've seen her and a few of her friends already access their powers and it worries me that they could end up like Narissa or Cassidy." Yan-Lin said with a single tear dropping down her face.

"I understand your worries, Mickey along with another apprentice of mine were two people I held near and dear to me and to see them off protecting other worlds without me knowing what's happening to them scares me half to death. All I can do is have faith that their hearts will guide them through anything the Darkness throws at them and I believe you should do the same." Yen-Sid said. Yan-Lin sighed and nodded to her old friend.

"You're right, I can't keep her safe forever and she'll have her friends to lean on if I'm not there. Thank you Yen-Sid." Yen Sid nodded and ended the call.
