"Alright, this looks like a good place to do some training!" Okuyasu's enthusiastic shout was deafened by the dozens of cars above him.

The seven teens were under the bridge which led into Heatherfield, a large structure over the large body of water connecting the city to the rest of the world. Thankfully for them, no people tended to use the plot of land they took to test the girls' powers. All five girls were of course unsure of what they were doing, Cornelia herself still refusing to believe everything she had seen. However, they had to get through with it or risk letting the likes of Phobos into their world. Even worse, they didn't like the idea of Stand users working for him.

"So, how does this work?" Will asked Joseph, the elderly man having accompanied them for a quick rundown of things.

"By holding up the Heart of Kandrakar and calling out to its power," the old man told her before sighing. "I'm honestly as lost as you, but I recall that… the previous Guardian who wielded it used a catchphrase."

"Like, what?" Will quirked her eyebrow. "Just say something cheesy like: Guardians, unite!"

Like a convenient answer, the gem in Will's hand engulfed her hand in light. From the shadows, none other than Ruth watched with a wide smirk as the events unfurled.

"Nice…" he whispered when Will was engulfed in a sphere of pink energy.

Four other streams of elemental magic flew out from the gem to the other girls. A stream of wind encircled Hay Lin before her body. A ball of magic fire flowed around Taranee before she found herself in another magic sphere. Magical water swirled around Irma before her body was entrapped in a bright blue magic sphere. Finally, Cornelia was surrounded by a current of green energy accompanied by leaves before her body was encompassed in a green energy sphere.

"Oi, what's the deal with this?!" Josuke asked in shock.

Joseph stroked his beard, "Yeah, that was the same reaction I had."

"You mean this is normal, sir?!" Okuyasu exclaimed, then felt like biting his nails. "Is Hay- I mean, are the girls alright?!"

Both men turned to him with deadpan stares at how obvious he was being. They couldn't answer him since everything ended rather quickly. The magical orbs floated in the air as ancient elemental magic symbols formed on them. All four males looked in awe but had to quickly cover their eyes from a bright flash of light. When the light subsided, the five Guardians stood fully transformed.

"Is that…" Ruth's jaw dropped.

"Heaven's real, and it came to us…" Okuyasu whispered in awe.

Josuke felt himself blush, "Good thing we didn't bring Koichi with us. Yukako would've been livid if he was near these girls."

Each girl bore the look of young women as if they had grown up in that instant and similar outfits. Will had a pink long-sleeved shirt with loose sleeves, a green skirt, blue and green striped tights, and dark purple boots. Taranee had a pink sleeveless shirt, exposing her midriff with pink wristbands, dark green shorts with blue and green striped tights, and dark purple tennis shoes. Irma had a dark green long-sleeved shirt with an exposed midriff, with a purple skirt, blue and green striped tights, along with purple boots. Hay Lin wore a dark green sleeveless shirt, with an exposed midriff, along with purple dress and blue and green striped tights with purple shoes. Finally, Cornelia had a dark green long-sleeved shirt as well, with a long purple dress stretching down to her heels, green and blue tights, and dark purple boots.

What really stood out were the butterfly-like wings that grew out of each of their backs, which Okuyasu pointed out, "Are those wings?! Are you… angels?!"

"More like pixies," Joseph corrected him.

"But they're the epitome of beauty and one of them's been as kind if not kinder than a heavenly maiden to me!" Okuyasu declared.

"Oh, thanks!" Hay Lin cheered, her outfit, reply and smile making the Nijimura boy blush in a shade of red never seen before in humans.

"Um, you're quite welcome," he blurted out, looking away.

"So, these are fake, right?" Will asked, pointing to her new appendages.

"Well, these definitely are," Cornelia quipped while puffing up her larger chest. "I'm betting dollars to donuts all boys will look THIS way."

"Don't mind if I do," Ruth giggled to himself in the shadow he was sunken in before smacking his forehead. "I really need a girlfriend…"

"Believe me, I was as confused as Yan Lin was when she and the others first transformed," Joseph told the group. "Anyway, be careful when you flap those wings, they can really-"

"Like this?!" Hay Lin asked before zipping upwards, rocketing into the sky, and darting around people unnoticed by the speed of her new ability with joyous laughter.

Suddenly, the others heard some sniffling and turned to Okuyasu, who was wiping his eyes off tears with a smile, "I'm… never forgetting such a beautiful sound like that laughter in this or any other life."

Irma leaned close to the other Guardians in order to whisper, "You know, he may not be attractive like the traditional hunk of a girl's dreams, but you've got to give a guy that pure props."

The other three magical girls nodded in agreement while the fourth kept cheerfully flying around.

Will turned to Joseph, slightly nervous, "So…"

Joseph smirked, "Your next line is: How do we try this magic schtick, isn't it?"

"How do we try this magic schtick- huh?!" Will stepped back in shock, her eyes wide as she looked at the elder.

"Little trick of mine," he chortled before tapping his forehead. "Hmm, I'd say… Josuke could be of help here better than me."

"Me?" his illegitimate son asked in surprise. "Oi, old man, I'm not really much of a teacher like Jotaro-san."

"But you're the closest to their age and someone who has dealt with these situations," Joseph told him with a fatherly smile of pride. "Trust me, I know you can do it."

"I don't even know what they can do beyond using those elements," Josuke reminded his dad.

"Then, learn with them," Joseph replied with a snicker.

"You old fart…" the boy growled. "I can't tell if you're messing up with me, but fine…"

"Not to be too rude, but…" Cornelia started, looking him over. "Should we really take advice from a guy dressed like a greaser? I mean, the jacket…"

"Part of my style, lady," Josuke swiftly responded, aiming a warning finger at her. His sharp eyes made the blonde clam up, "I'd suggest not to disrespect a man's style."

"Still, your jacket's better than Okuyasu's," Hay Lin said as she passed by them, then gave him a thumb up. "Yep! The lack of extra flair unlike his makes your duds scream less!"

Behind Josuke, a distraught Okuyasu placed his hand on the other male teen's shoulder, his head hung low, "Josuke… Whoever she ends up choosing, they better make her happy or else I'll-"

"Don't make this a stupid telenovela, idiot!" Josuke snapped at his far too desperate friend as the two started to wrestle with each other.

"Um, guys," the two turned to a shy Taranee when the two boys put each other in headlocks. "Could we just get this over with?"

"Oh, yeah," they said in unison before Josuke composed himself. "I guess, try what you would to call those elements and we can go from there."

"Any ideas on how to use mine?" Will asked. "I'm… not sure how this even classifies as. Weird? Awkward? Awk-weird?"

"Leave it to the old man to put this much pressure on me…" Josuke muttered to himself before holding his chin in thought. "I'm not really sure, but Stands are a natural part of the user. Even our friend Koichi got to learn how to use his when push came to shove. Perhaps…"

Mentally apologizing, Josuke summoned Crazy Diamond as his Stand took on a fighting stance. The user posed casually next to the bizarre humanoid, and yet still looked fabulous. For a moment, the girls felt quite confused as they processed the sudden change. Hay Lin herself thought of how useful the pompadour teen would be as a model with such a posture. However, they soon realized what he was doing and were about as prepared as one would expect. It was with yelps and fast jumps back.

"Are you… are you actually going to fight us?!" Taranee exclaimed, terrified of what'd happen.

"Just a quick lesson for you," he told them. "I may be skipping several steps here, but when fighting a Stand user, it doesn't matter what power he has, it's how he uses them. Second lesson: aim your attacks at the user themselves. If you can knock me out, then Crazy Diamond won't be able to manifest itself."

Noticing how nervous the girls were, Okuyasu cut in right then and there, "And I, Nijimura Okuyasu, shall keep you safe from this bully!"

"We're training them!" Josuke exclaimed. "I'm not going to hurt them, just test them out so they can use their powers like how Koichi did!"

Okuyasu was even more distraught, "That's even worse if you think on HOW he learned about his powers!"

"Good point…" Josuke conceded, rubbing the back of his head. "Alright, but it's not like I wouldn't take it easy…"

"Both of you, please stop talking," Cornelia intervened and stepped forward, arms crossed. "Look, I've had a shitty day as well. My powers made my science project a mess since I tried to fertilize a plant to the point it should've killed its dirt-covered butt off, but I just keep bringing plants to life and making them far too big for their pots. So, please, let me do this first."

"Quite bossy, aren't you?" Josuke quipped with a smirk.

Irma liked the guy, "You don't know the half of it, dude."

"Shush!" the blonde shot the brunette a glare before turning to Josuke. Then, turning her gaze down, she noticed the soil and plants before placing her hand on the ground, "Okay… Earth is my power, right, so that means the plants and anything made of dirt's my playground."

"Did you really make a pun there or-"

"Zip it, Irma," Cornelia cut her off before looking at Josuke. "Okay, prepare yourself!"

From the earth, several large roots sprouted and cracked the ground. It took everyone, even Cornelia herself, by surprise. The blonde let out a yelp of shock when she was sent flying back when an enormous cactus shot out. Even worse, the plant targeted Josuke and the spikes were no joke. None of the girls could believe what they were seeing, fearing he'd be turned into a pincushion. Gasps were heard… but they weren't of fear any longer.

"Dora!" Crazy Diamond shouted when it punched the cactus, turning it to mulch before his fists flew at speeds no human eye could keep up. "DORARARARARARARARA!"

Punching faster than light, the Stand turned the plant into green mush while the others watched in awe, save for Cornelia, "Help! How do I even fly with these?!"

She tried to flap her wings, panicking, but then heard a louder shout, "The Hand!"

Okuyasu's Stand made itself known as it scraped at space itself. With its powerful right hand, the blue humanoid eliminated the space between it and the girl, pulling her into its arms. Cornelia was more than a little shocked to suddenly feel herself yanked from the air itself. Finding herself in the arms of the powerful humanoid, she blinked in puzzled awe. However, the boy looked a little bashful as his Stand put her down.

"Sorry about that, I just didn't think and I know a guy shouldn't touch a girl like that or… I talk too much," the Nijimura boy sighed.

Giving the girl and the others a thumb up, Josuke spoke up, "Don't worry, you girls still got the two of us to keep you safe."

Okuyasu sighed, "Come on, why can't I come up with cool lines like that."

"You saved Cornelia, and actions tend to be cooler than words," Hay Lin pointed out.

"Right?!" and the boy's mood was immediately restored and improved like that. "My, I guess that was a pretty great thing to do! Right, Josuke?!"

Cornelia and Josuke gave them both blank stares, as did the rest of the girls and Joseph, with the blonde muttering, "They're hopeless…"

"Unfortunately," Josuke agreed before turning to her. "Still, you've got to unleash your powers without holding back. How does that feel?"

"Freaky, but… not too bad," the blonde replied. "It honestly feels good to just let it out. Then again, I will need to keep it under control to not get sent to the moon."

Josuke nodded before turning to the others, "So, who wants to be next?"

"How about Taranee?" Irma chirped, placing her hands on said girl's shoulders. "No better way to face someone's fear than pushing them forward."

"No, that's a bad idea!" the spectacled girl exclaimed.

"If it's the whole fear of fire thing, Okuyasu's got you covered," the teen said and held out his hand.

His friend tagged in with a high-five, pumping his fist with an excited smirk, "Alright, girly, really let it out on me! The Hand is the right Stand for such a thing!"

At once, his large Stand manifested itself, its right hand held up to scrape away anything it touched, which had Taranee gulp, "Please, I-"

"Listen, it's alright if you don't trust us," Josuke told her bluntly with a soft smile. "However, it doesn't hurt to trust yourself a bit. Remember, Crazy Diamond can heal anything it touches and with Okuyasu there's no fire too big for us to deal with. About the only thing that matters is how wild you want to go."

"Just as Josuke said, let loose!" Okuyasu exclaimed, pumping up his fists again in a fighting stance.

Feeling their positivity calmed the shy girl down a bit, and she looked at them while biting her lower lip with a faint blush, "Alright, I'm trusting you…" Closing her eyes, the girl held her palms up, remembering the sparks that terrified her as a child… and a fireball erupted in her palms, "Ah!"

Yelping, the Fire Guardian tripped when she stepped back and landed on her bottom when the fiery orb flew from her hands and straight at Okuyasu. Before she could scream at him to move away, the boy smirked as The Hand reacted. Swinging down its right hand, the Stand easily erased the projectile from existence. Every girl stared in awe at what they had seen, gaping like fish out of water. Meanwhile, the scarred boy had his Stand flex its fingers. Josuke let out a sigh of relief and went to help the meek girl up.

"Told ya, didn't we?" he retorted. "My Stand can scrap and put together anything its right hand touches. I may not know where that stuff goes, but it's easy to clear distances and take out anything dangerous."

"Healing and destruction," Will muttered as she looked at the two boys. "Quite the combo you are."

"I leave the thinking to Josuke," Okuyasu bashfully admitted while rubbing the back of his head.

"Welp, let me be next," Irma said with a bold step forward. "I've got a bit of experience experimenting with my power." Raising her hands, the brunette made the water from nearby float upwards. Pulling her palms closely, she made it take the form of a large pillar, causing her to smirk at the others, "See? Perfect control?"

Placing her hands on her hips, she puffed up her chest in pride, and that had consequences. The water pillar immediately collapsed, creating a large splash which soaked the two male teens. Irma's once pride smile turned into a sheepish one as the two boys were drenched from the head to the shoulders. Luckily, they easily took off their jackets before the water could get lower. Unfortunately, their hair was a mess.

"Ugh, and I just got it right this morning," Josuke groaned as he pulled out a comb and a bottle of hairspray.

"Dude, isn't that a bit much?" the brunette questioned… and soon found her mouth shut by Okuyasu.

His panicked look made her and the other nervous, "Lady, don't ever, ever, and I mean EVER talk trash about his hair! Do I make myself clear?!"

"Um," the girl mumbled through his fingers, wide-eyed and a little scared.

"I mean it, not a word criticizing Josuke's hair!" Okuyasu repeated to the Guardians.

"Okay, okay, okay, we get it!" Cornelia exclaimed before pointing at Irma. "So, could you let her go? I mean, I love seeing her pie hole shut, but…"

"Sorry!" Okuyasu quickly removed his hand and sighed in relief. "At least he didn't hear you well that time…"

"Could you explain what's so important about his hair?" Will demanded more than asked.

"Kind of a long story," the scar-faced teen answered as politely as possible.

"Alright, that's better!" Josuke said with his hair back in its glorious pompadour. "So, who'd be next?"

The girls looked at each other, unsure of what to say or do, until Hay Lin flew up, "Oh, how about me?!"

With a deep inhale, the girl filled her lungs before blowing out gales of wind. The resulting miniature tornado quickly dried up the boys. Proving the high-quality of his hairspray, Josuke's pompadour remained just as immaculate as when he finished redoing it. Once everything was over, the two boys had their clothes completely dried. Looking at each other in amazement before turning to Hay Lin, the two smiled.

"Nice!" Josuke told her with a thumb up.

Okuyasu beamed, "You've got the best power and smile hands down!" and quickly caught himself. "Um, I mean-"

"Thanks for the compliment, but no need to try too hard," the girl told him with a warm grin.

Stepping back, the scarred boy placed a hand on his chest, "She's too pure…"

Ignoring what was happening, the red-haired Guardian spoke up, "Let's see what else we can do."

Everyone agreed as Ruth kept watching, glaring at Okuyasu "Lucky bastard…"

Suddenly, he got a call and quickly pulled out his cellphone to hear his boss' voice, "Ruth, how are things going?"

"Twiddle Dumb and Twiddle Dumber are getting chummy with the cuties," he informed his boss. "Other than that, the girls are total rookies with their powers, but that means jack and shit. What they've got is the stuff to make even Roxxie's Stand seem tame."

"Elemental magic could be compared to elemental Stands," Frederick commented while stroking his mustache. "Every strength has a weakness, and I'll want details for later analysis. Other than that, enjoy the show and engage them as little as possible."

"I could still-"

"Repeating myself here, as little as possible," Frederick said before hanging up. "I fixed your mistake last time, fixing a new one will be costly."

"Dammit… I'm not that weak," he growled to himself.

Once the girls were done practicing with their powers, Will immediately took the Heart to revert their transformation, "Okay, that's enough training for one day."

"Yeah, it's getting late, but how do-" Josuke wanted to know how they'd turn back to normal, but Will had gotten the hang of it.

In a flash of light, all the girls were back to normal, all four… which Okuyasu noted, "Wait, where's Hay Lin-chan?"

"Chan?" asked Irma questioningly.

"It's a Japanese suffix to indicate…" Josuke started, but noticed the girl's confused expressions. "A cultural thing."

"Ah," they replied in unison before hearing something.

"HEADS UP!" it was Hay Lin, who had been using her flight to enjoy a few loops around… and was falling like a meteor!

"Oh crud!" Will exclaimed, ready to use the magical necklace again, but someone was faster.

"Gotcha!" Okuyasu roared as he leapt up, catching the girl midair before the two collapsed on a trash pile. Everyone went to check on them, but the scarred boy had his priorities, "Hay Lin-chan, are you okay?! Did ya get hurt?! Do you need to go to-"

"That was fun!" the Chinese girl chirped before looking at the others. "Good save, Okuyasu."

Cornelia shook her head, "She's fine."

Will couldn't help the guilt welling up in her, "Just a reminder, only return everyone to normal AFTER making sure we're all on the ground."

"Please and thank you," Taranee said.

Irma, however, saw her chance, "So, how does it feel to make Christopher Reeves proud as a proper Superman?"

Five seconds passed in which Okuyasu processed that he was carrying Hay Lin – who kept a cheerful and thankful smile aimed his way – in his arms, "Ah! I'm sorry! I-I mean-"

"But you really are a hero," the Asian girl interrupted him before planting a kiss on his cheek. "There, now you're also like a knight in shining armor."

"Oh no, she may have broken him with that…" Josuke mumbled in deep concern when his friend's face gained a pink hue on his cheeks.

"No one's ever been this nice to me…" Okuyasu whispered in awe, dumbfounded as was everyone at the lack of an explosive reaction.

Equally worried, Will turned to the other Japanese boy, "Do you think Hay Lin rebooted his brain?"

"He never had much of one to begin with," Josuke retorted.

"Screw you, Josuke!" Okuyasu roared as he stood up. "Let me savor this wonderful moment in my life without sass!"

"And there it is," Irma quipped with a smirk.

"Fine, but you're quite the oddball as they say here," Josuke told his friend, crossing his arms.

Giggling, Hay Lin beamed, "If he is, then we should stick together. Being friends means everyone's an oddball together."

Quickly turning around, Okuyasu tried not to cry as he mentally thanked God for being kind to him, 'Oh dear lord in heaven, I thank you for giving the world this pure girl and allowing me to meet her!'

"So…" Taranee said, turning to Josuke. "Same time here tomorrow?"

"Maybe somewhere more secluded," Will pointed out.

"Great idea," Josuke agreed and looked up. "We should get going before-"

His words were cut short when a flash of light blinded the group momentarily. Everyone turned as out of the blue came a vortex producing bright blue lightning, much to their shock. The girls took steps back as the sudden appearance shocked them. However, the two boys as well as even Joseph stood forward. While the elder didn't participate much in the training, he knew what was happening. And he didn't like it.

"Everyone, that's one of the tears in the Veil!" he informed the two and held up his cane defensively. "Will, you need to close it now! Fast! Before something crosses into this world!"

"What?! How?!" the girl squeaked fearfully.

"Do what you did just now to transform!" Joseph informed her. "Hold up the Heart and think on-"

Before he could finish his sentence, there was company already going through the portal. It was a boy barely a year older than the Japanese boys, taller than Josuke but shorter than Okuyasu. His skin was a slightly tanned and he had a short more of dark brown hair. He wore a light brown jacket, a white shirt, and brown slacks. Everyone didn't know what to think of his arrival, but he looked to be in quite a hurry.

"Made it!" he said before looking at the other teenagers. First, he was about to ask what any regular person would, but then heard a slithering sound, "Who… Run!"

"Found you!" yelled another voice as out of the portal came out a face which Ruth recognized while hidden in the shadows.

"Boss, Scale-Face is here!" he shouted worriedly when Cedric's monstrous form slithered in to grab a hold of the brunet. "And he could even hurt the girls!"

"Do not engage them," Frederick repeated, irritating his subordinate.

Meanwhile, our heroes were taken back by such an appearance, Okuyasu standing between the beast and Hay Lin, who asked in shock, "Is that a Stand?!"

"Whatever it is, it's obviously trouble!" said the scarred boy.

"Will, the Heart is the only thing which can close this portal!" Joseph reminded them. "Hold the Heart to the portal! Josuke, Okuyasu, you two must push him back!"

Glaring at the humans, Cedric hissed venomously, "Hand over the rebel scum and you can all return home alive."

"Alright, that's all I needed," Josuke said and took a stance beside the supposed rebel. "Yo, I don't know what this guy wants with you, but let me lend you a hand."

"Much appreciated, but he's no pushover," the brunet replied.

"Neither are we!" Okuyasu declared proudly while cracking his knuckles with a wide grin.

Everyone felt as if the world came to a crawl when both Crazy Diamond and The Hand appeared ready for battle. Cedric hissed and went for the attack, but the two Stands were faster. Crazy Diamond's right hook collided with the snake man's forearm, threatening to break it. Okuyasu's The Hand went for the direct approach and started pummeling the reptile's torso, barraging it with a flurry of punches. Behind them, the brunet watched in awe and a slacked jaw as the two boys pushed back his pursuer. However, not everything could be easy.

"Hmph, not bad…" Cedric growled through gritted teeth, enduring the pain. "But you're still too weak!"

Slamming the ground with his tail, the evil beast shook the floor and nearly made the boys trip over. Joseph, who was trying to aid Will in using the Heart, had fallen next to her. The poor old man grunted in pain, getting the redhead's attention. While she helped him get up, the elder grabbed the magical necklace and spoke up.

"You must seal the portal, but only once we push back that shapeshifter!" he told her firmly.

"But how do we do that?!" Will panicked. "He shook off those heavy hits and-"

Just when Cedric was about to lunge at the downed Josuke, maws wide open, something ensnared his jaws. Much to the surprise of everyone and the relief of the boy, several purple vines wrapped themselves around the snake's head. Thorns dug into the scales, causing the beast to roar and pull at them. Will heard Joseph chuckle in pride at his actions, explaining that he didn't fall just because of old age.

"Now, while he's distracted!" he told her. "The Heart is a part of you now, so command it to do what it's made for."

"Right, r-right!" the girl shook herself into a more composed state and held up the magical jewel. "Guardians, un-"

"Mine!"

Completely stopping the fight, just as Okuyasu and Josuke were about to attack Cedric once more, Ruth appeared with a cheeky grin. Jumping out of the shadows, the red-haired boy quickly pulled out a whip made of shades to yank the jewel out of Will's hand. With a playful smirk, he made a smooching face at his fellow redhead. During the confusion at his sudden appearance with not a single person recognizing him, it was Cedric who snapped first. The beast was less than pleased at the interruption.

"What are you doing here?!" he hissed at Ruth.

"Little deal for you," Ruth told him quickly, running to the portal. "Get a fancy jewel, leave the ladies alone!"

"You little…" the beast was so livid his anger was palpable.

"Come play with me, pal!" Ruth quipped. "Either get the girls and pretty-boy combo or tell your master you got this fancy accessory!"

"Ah, you rat bastard!" Okuyasu snapped, quickly using his Stand to attempt to turn the tables. "The Hand, take it back!"

Unfortunately for Okuyasu, Ruth saw it coming, "Like the boss said…"

Pulling on the Heart, the shadow manipulator made an exact replica of the magical necklace. Okuyasu was left baffled when his Stand gripped a pitch-black copy before the red-haired boy jumped into the portal. A displeased Cedric ran after him in hot pursuit, murder in his eyes. It took the group a moment to register what happened, but eventually came through.

"Oh… shit…" Will cursed in wide-eyed horror.

"Did that really just happen?!" Cornelia questioned her friends and new acquaintances.

"Was that… the Heart of Kandrakar?" the rebel boy asked.

"Yeah, and we lost it!" Taranee panicked. "Isn't that like super-bad news?! Will the evil forces you told us about-"

"Everyone, stop and think!" Josuke shouted, getting everyone's attention. "Listen, that guy, whoever he is, got that snake's attention to help us. He's obviously working for that snake, but also himself. Whatever is going on in there, he's given us a chance to get the Heart back."

"Did he?" Hay Lin asked curiously, to which Okuyasu smirked.

"Yup," the scarred boy replied as he cracked his knuckles. "Because he is going to give it back the easy or the hard way."

"Guys, we're walking through a magical portal into another world filled with monsters…" Irma reminded everyone. "And while we've got two handsome bodyguards and an old man… no offense."

"None taken," Joseph retorted.

"We're screwed if they catch us," the brunette finished. "Like, how do we even fight back?"

"I know ways and have good allies around Meridian," the boy in the trench coat told them. "It may be late for introductions, but I am Caleb, leader of the rebellion against Prince Phobos."

Hay Lin quirked an eyebrow, "Wow, are you serious? You're still too young to grow a beard?"

Okuyasu had to suppress his snickering while Caleb frowned, "I'm 17, which I suppose makes me older than you, Guardian."

"Listen, let's avoid fighting between ourselves," Will started to calm everyone down. "If we're really going in, we need a plan."

"And it's getting late," Joseph said somberly. "Hm, I hate to leave this to chance, but judging by that young man's actions… He won't give the Heart easily to Phobos."

"Really?" Cornelia questioned. "What makes you so sure about that?"

"Because fools like him usually answer to someone," the elder replied matter-of-factly. "Once he gets to his boss, that man will try to schedule a meeting with Prince Phobos and do so carefully. We're not talking about a fool here."

"Hello?" Cornelia gathered their attention. "He ran off with our magical pendant of… magic powers. How do we find him in another world?"

"So eloquent," Irma quipped before turning to Joseph. "Still, she's right. It's not like we can pinpoint his hiding spot."

"It'll be easy," Joseph smiled softly and held up his hand to summon his Stand. "Hermit Purple will lead us."

-2-

"Fuck, fuck, fuck!" Ruth cursed as he tried to hide from Cedric in the shadows of a dark valley. "Boss is going to be so pissed, but this little trinket will be worth a lot. Just gotta…"

"There you are," the snake growled when he turned to a particular shadow, slamming the tree which cast it with his tail.

"Give me a break!" Ruth snapped and ran off. "If you want this thing, we can always talk about a reasonable price!"

"You fool have no idea what you hold in your hands!" Cedric roared.

"Neither do you have any idea what fool you're messing with, my friend," said a familiar voice to the two. Both turned to see Frederick casually twirling his cane in one hand, smiling as he skipped to them like he was in a morning jog, "Lord Cedric, so nice to see you… Please, do not harm my subordinate or our deal with Prince Phobos may need to be talked over…"

"Do you believe either of you will live to tell-" Cedric's words of rage were cut short when a sharp pain shot through his sternum before collapsing with bloodshot eyes, a hand grasping his chest.

Frederick grunted and slammed his cane on the floor to keep himself up straight, using a handkerchief to wipe his nose, "Alright, can't really do too much of that in the same day…"

"Boss!" Ruth ran to him, helping the mustached Stand user up. "I'm so sorry, but I saw a good chance and-"

"Let's talk later," Frederick replied with a soft smile. "It's been a while, but I can still fight properly…"

"Insolent, insignificant worms…" Cedric dripped venom through his words, his rage creating an oppressive atmosphere that shook Ruth but didn't faze his boss.

"Starman!" summoning his Stand, Frederick smirked victoriously.

Right behind him appeared an enormous humanoid Stand. Muscles bulged out with a ridiculous physique not even a bodybuilder would compare to. Pitch-black armor covered a gray body with a texture akin to shark skin while a white loincloth made it look like an undead Aztec warrior. Gauntlets were adorned with pink star-shaped stubs all over them while the greaves had star-shaped kneepads and toe guards. Both shoulders were realistic human skulls, a matching black set with the gray flesh pulled tightly on them, making it seem as if they had been skinned while pink stars adorned empty eye sockets. Its head was a bulging mass of veins otherwise featureless except for a mouthpiece which pulled apart the lips to reveal gray gums. Under that rotten-like flesh one could make out dents where the eye sockets had to be. Most notably of all was the pulsating pink star on its chest acting like a heart with matching veins throbbing around the pecs, making it one of the most grotesque Stands to ever live by its appearance alone.

"You dare challenge me?!" Cedric roared.

"Oh, I can smell betrayal a mile away," Frederick joyfully retorted, tapping his nose. "Wanting this jewel instead of telling my underling your boss would pay handsomely, knowing what it can do… I'd say the prince is going to be quite dissatisfied at your selfish actions."

"So that's what you think," the beast smirked darkly. "Very well, I can always eliminate all misinformation."

"Just so we're clear, Ruth," Frederick told his subordinate as he handed him his bloodied handkerchief, his tone smooth and collected. "I will have a talk with you once I'm done."

"Yes, boss," the redhead stepped back.

Frederick leaned on his cane, stroking his mustache in the most fabulous pose a man could do so, and stared down at the giant shapeshifter with a small smile. Cedric didn't waste time launching himself at the sight of such cocky defiance. Opening his maw, ready to swallow the mob boss, the beast was ready to attack. However, that was when the Stand attacked. Veins bulged out around its arms and legs, creating a far more disturbing appearance than before. With a shriek so high-pitched it was unlike any living being's battle cry, it swung its arm down…

"You dare challenge me?!" Cedric roared… and he hadn't moved.

"Urgh," Frederick collapsed on one knee, pulling his handkerchief to his nose.

Cedric, however, couldn't gloat or abuse the opening, "How… did… you…"

"Boss!" Ruth exclaimed in horror and kneeled to his collapsing boss, catching him before he hit the floor.

A thundering thud was his only indication that Cedric had also fallen with wide eyes, his maw wide open, and blood pouring out of his nostrils and maw.

"Memo to me…" Frederick grunted. "Never, ever… use Starman's power more than three times a day. I guess I've found my limit… and I could use some Darjeeling, Cobb, my boy…"

"Sure thing, boss, just…" his underling panicked when Frederick fell asleep and started to snore. "Oh shit… Gotta take you to Diep… Wait, how the Hell do I get to him?"

Carrying his boss on his back for a piggyback ride, the red-haired teen ran in the first direction he could think of.

And that's my rap for now!

Sorry if it's shorter, but I had this for a long time and thought it'd be best to get it out and collect myself, but also asking you – the reader – for suggestions.

For now, taking a few liberties with the new Stand users getting into trouble with Cedric which will have repercussions with the prince. They have the Heart and Ruth and Frederick are trapped in another world with no idea of what to do. Well, Ruth is the one without an idea or a plan, his boss is currently out.

Before you ask, yes, I will try to make Okuyasu and Hay Lin the most wholesome thing alive or die trying.

Now, again, if you guys have any suggestions or points to make about this, do tell, so long as it is constructive criticism.

Let me see helpful pieces of advice, not just people trying to tear down this story because I have OCs… If you'd be so kind.
