A/N: A little something saved in my drafts based on a headcanon I have that when Mickey says he made it clear to Carrie's rapist it was in his best interest not to take things further, he did more than just politely suggest it.

Gavin Josef was almost reclining on the bench when Mickey entered the cell.
"Ah Detective, I was wondering when you'd take my statement."
"Your wot?"
"My statement. I was a victim of a crime. I want her charged."
"Only person getting charged 'ere is you."
"She tried to kill me!"
"You raped 'er" Mickey spat vehemently.
" So she says. Tell me, DC Webb, I've been wondering; can you rape a prostitute or do you just class it as stealing?"
He hauled Gavin from the bench and rammed him against the wall of the cell his head bouncing with a gratifying crack.
"Ain't just the nonces who are unpopular in prison you know,"
"Is that supposed to be a threat?"
"More like a promise. You so much as mention Carrie's name an' I'll make sure you spend your whole sentence looking over your shoulder."
"I'm shaking."
Mickey shifted his weight, his hand clenched around Gavin's throat.
"You should be. You think it's gonna help your case pressing charges against the woman you raped and brutalised?"
"Her word against mine."
Mickey squeezed tighter.
"Even cons 'ave muvvers an' sisters. Think they're gonna wanna be your mates? You drop your statement crap, or I make sure everyone from A wing down knows what a piece of scum you are"
"I'll do you for assault" Gavin spluttered as Mickey released him
"Yeah? Got any witnesses?"
Mickey leaned in closer, his words dangerously soft.
"Guess it's just your word against mine then"
