Chapter 2
King Ghidorah vs. The Sandworm
The three kings knew they must let the world know of their return. They flew above the clouds at many speeds. But their purpose was to not present themselves with their appearance, but rather entertain them with terror never known before. Although most of the humans saw them above, and shouted that they had returned, this was not the kings' goals. They must prove their strength to themselves, and the world. The sense of another monster was strong on the continent what the humans called: Australia. The world was not entirely ready for them to reveal, so they flew from where they were reborn - Canada - and flew across the ocean to Australia.
They landed, shaking almost half of the continent, frightening everyone in the area, and miles beyond. Where they landed was dry, abandoned, and vast of sand, along with small mountains. The sky was nearing evening, and clouds were scattered above. The brothers looked around, searching for the monster that lives here. Although they did not see it, they could sense it . . . far below. They felt it moving under their feet, but the vibration was not strong enough. They looked to the left, and felt the convulsion coming towards them, as if it was trying to sneak up on them. It swarmed around them for a moment, then it went under, spinning in circles, making sure its prey was there. They felt the ground push up against their feet, as if the land itself was alive.
What is it?
It is the worm. Our path to showing the world our great strength again.
Malakai, the Sandworm of the Australian sands . . . we have found you.
Zero, Azazel, and X raised their heads to the sky, and roared, echoing throughout the landscape. They looked down at the ground, power and anger filling their faces, electricity building in their mouths, and blasted thunder down on the ground for a long minute. The sand spread around them like fog, then they stopped and stared at it.
Suddenly, a large tube-like figure shot out of the earth, sinking its razor sharp teeth into their chest. The brothers roared in pain as they too sunk their teeth into the monster, and kneed it hard in the neck. The monster attacked again, only this time Azazel quickly shot electricity into its mouth. It roared and backed off, giving the kings the chance to side kick it to the ground.
They examined what had attacked them. It was Malakai the Sandworm. From the looks of it, the worm's body had to be almost five times longer than them. Its skin was brown, with streaks of tan around it; two large pincers were on the sides of its mouth, and its teeth were needle sharp that poked out of its maw.
The sandworm lifted itself up, and Ghidorah readied themselves. Malakai shook, let out a short roar, then again, then raised its mouth to the sky and roared, the kings screaming back. The worm thrusted itself at them, but Azazel whacked it across the mouth, then X doing the same strike, but electricity built in his mouth as he did so. Zero grabbed the worm with his mouth as they kneed it hard in the jaw. Malakai pushed forward, forcing Ghidorah to step back. The worm bit down on their chest, a loud sound of bones breaking echoed throughout the land. Azazel roared in fury and pain, then drove his head through Malakai's throat, ripping out a series of veins with him, making the worm roar in agony and back off. King Ghidorah took their chance and blasted thunder at it, blood instantly flying from its mouth. The impact pushed their enemy a few feet away. The brothers then charged, jumped forward, and spun their legs hard at the worm, and teeth flew from its mouth upon impact. Once the kings landed, X swung hard, striking Malakai in the side of the head, then Azazel did the same thing, but with electricity in his mouth.
The worm was in a daze, and its roar was weak. King Ghidorah had their chance. All three of them took a deep breath, and blasted thunder down on it without remorse, pounds of blood falling to the sand. The attack went on for almost a minute, until Malakai threw itself at the kings, knocking them to the ground. The brothers' heads were almost entirely in the worm's mouth, and they felt its teeth sink into their necks. They tried to kick its stomach, but that did little to get it off. More blood fell to the ground, and all three heads felt like passing out, but shook themselves to stay awake. Puss, drool, and blood filled their mouths, and they began to choke on it.
As the air left their throats, thunder built up in their mouths as well. Their eyes were rolling back into their heads, but mustered enough strength to keep going. With vengeance in the eyes, power in the soul, King Ghidorah shot electricity down Malakai's throat, and the current went through its back, along with pieces of organs. The sandworm pulled itself away from the kings and roared in utter agony, blood flying from its body, and veins falling out as well. The brothers shook their heads, looked up, and past the beam of the sun they saw the worm, in pain . . . and dying.
With no hesitation, Ghidorah roared, got up, and Zero immediately head butted the worm hard in the mouth. A loud, terrifying cracking sound following the impact, blood and teeth flying as well. Azazel whacked it in the side, then X biting at it. More blood and veins fell to the ground. Ghidorah lifted their heads to the sky, looking down at their already beaten enemy with a glare, then sunk their teeth into its sides, putting their foot on its stomach, and pulled. More bones began to break as more blood flew, then the kings twisted their necks, also rotating the mouth of the sandworm.
After a few moments, Ghidorah kicked the body, and pulled the mouth of Malakai off its torso, and held it high above them. They stood there in triumph, their body covered in their own, and the worm's blood. They threw the mouth down hard on the corpse, and saw it lay before them, motionless. With a very hard scowl on their faces, King Ghidorah knew they had won, and lifted their heads to the sky and let out a roar that echoed throughout the country . . . .
