Author's note: In 2014 a fanfic writer named Godzillatlarge1457 wrote a massive fanfic detailing a story where everything Godzilla was part of the same continuity. However, the most recent thing to come out of Godzilla at the time was the 2014 movie and Awakening, so it's a little outdated. So, I decided to use my writing abilities to create a sequel which uses the post 2014 Godzilla stuff.
NOTE: This takes place post 2204 due to the time loop used in the original fanfic.
2063 to 2133 (9-77 After Dragma)
The new kaiju gradually disappear over the next several decades, and using the technology originally used to combat monsters, Japan recovers from the dragmas the quickest and becomes the richest nation on the planet. All of the changes the vortaak made to Earth, such as the Earth Union and the nuclear ban, remain intact. The DNA of King Ghidorah I and Grand King Ghidorah is also used to create small rat creatures called the Dorats.
2134 (78 after Dragma)-
Hank Marlow and Gunpei Ikari, two pilots who had been part of a war in Pakistan, crashland on the long abandoned Faro island. As they try to finish their duel, they are interrupted by a relatively small albino Kong, who roars at them before leaving. The fight scared out of them, the two stranded soldiers learn to become friends. They also learn from the natives that after Kong's death in the late 90's, Faro island had been overrun by many of the creatures from 230,000,000 years ago, which they called titans. This included the most powerful among them, SKULLCRAWERS, ravenous subterranean reptiles. The new Kong had emerged from the ground along with them and had been protecting the natives. Marlow and Ikari name the young kong KIKO.
2139 (83 after Dragma)
A creature resembling Godzilla and presumed to be him attacks a fishing village, and is ultimately killed by the Gotengo II. This creature hailed from another dimension and had been the inspiration for the mythical Gojira, being prophesied to bring about a cataclysm that would destroy the world. An inhabitant of the attacked village, Mitchiyuki Ashihara, acquires the Godzilla-like creature's remains and opens the Misakioku radio facility, stashing the bones under it.
2140 to 2159 (84-103 AD)
Ashihara founds the SHIVA consortium, and continues to study the frequency emitted by the unknown creature's bones. He learns of the gateway to the other dimension, the singular points. A haunting lullaby in his head leads him to a singular point in India, and he harnesses it to create a super dimension calculator, which allows him to see the future. He pinpoints a date for the catastrophe, 2213. He also discovers archetype, a group of exotic materials from another dimension, and its first form red dust, which the Godzilla-like monster emitted. To stop the new kaiju that would inevitably emerge, the SHIVA consortium create the Orthogonal diagonalizer, which could manipulate red dust into massive kaiju impaling crystals.
2160 (104 AD)
The super dimension calculator explodes, Ashihara vanishing in the blast. His body is never found, but Misakioku continues his will by keeping the skeleton of the Godzilla-like creature and monitoring the signal it emitted.
2161 (105 AD)
Gunpei Ikari is killed by a Skullcrawler.
2163 (107 AD)
With no big kaiju attacks in decades, Monarch is on the verge of being shut down by the Earth Union, being seen as unnecessary and obsolete. However, Monarch proposes an expedition to Faro island, as there had been rumors of new kaiju on it. The expedition is launched, notable members being Monarch veteran WIlliam Randa, EDF colonel Preston Packard, Monarch scientists Houstin brooks and Lin San, retired British special forces officer James Conrad and photographer Mason Weaver. The seismic charges dropped by the expedition enrage Kiko, who destroys several helicopters. The survivors eventually discover the Faro island natives and Hank Marlow, who explains what he discovered to the party. Packard forms a revenge group against Kiko, as the others struggle to survive on the island against the Skullcrawers. Randa is killed in these battles. Eventually, Packard's plan to kill Kiko accidentally awakens a massive Skullcrawler dubbed Ramarak, who kills Packard. Kiko overcomes Ramarak with the help of the humans, and the survivors (Conrad, Weaver, Brooks, San and 3 of Packard's men) leave the island.
2185 (129 AD)
Aaron Brooks, son of Houston Brooks and Lin San, organizes an unauthorized expedition to Faro island. A PSYCHOVULTURE quickly shoots down their osprey. The group is nursed back to health by the natives, but as a result of the farolactain juice, Cartographer Walter R. Riccio begins to hallucinate visions of Kong and Kiko, seeing Kiko emerge from the hollow Earth, as well as several other kongs that once lived on Faro island, but died out. To determine if the natives were worthy of Kiko's protection, he destroys their wall using seismic charges left over from the 2163 expedition. A herd of MOTHER LONGLEGS storm forward, but Kiko easily slaughters them. As Riccio sings Kiko's praises, he crushes the cartographer under his foot. Brooks chooses to stay on the island to help the natives recover.
2193 (137 AD)
Japan buys the entire country of South America.
2195 (139 AD)
Japan buys up all of Africa.
2200 (146 AD)
The Equal Environment of Earth Union (Or EE3) is founded, its goal being to re-equalize the powers of Earth's nations.
Monarch discovers a Mothra egg in China, and builds a facility around it designated as outpost 61.
2201 (147 AD)
Inventor Goro Otaki, a former member of Shield Co, acquires the rights to Jet Jaguar and builds his own to act as a mascot for his repair company, and to protect against any outside threats.
2204 (148 AD)
Dissatisfied with his organization's progress, EE3 member Chuck Wilson steals an experimental time machine called MOTHER with his ally Grenchiko, planning to head back to 1991 to prevent Japan from becoming a superpower. Suspecting Wilson and Gren were planning something, the Earth Union sends a spy named Emmy Kano to pretend to be an ally of WIlson and Grenchiko, and stop whatever they were planning. Emmy succeeds in her mission thanks to the aid of people from the past, and returns to her era.
2205 (149 AD)
MUTO PRIME, the mother of the MUTOs killed in 2014, is awakened by a resurgent S.C.A.L.E, led by former M16 agent Alan Jonah. MUTO Prime attacks a military base in Guam, looking for nuclear energy to feed on. Sensing a source of nuclear energy in MUTO Prime, Godzilla resurfaces and fights her. MUTO Prime quickly flees, and later resurfaces attacking a Russian submarine. After destroying the submarine, MUTO prime is confronted by Godzilla and flees once again. Meanwhile, Monarch agents led by Doctor Emma Russel investigate several tunnels created by MUTO prime in temples. After Godzilla battles MUTO Prime in France, Emma explains what she had found to her team, that the MUTOs were a subspecies of MUTO prime, which was an evolved female, and that she had killed several kaiju already. They attempt to use a prototype sonar device called the Orca on MUTO Prime, but the first attempt fails. Godzilla and MUTO Prime have a final battle in New York City, the king of the monsters being overpowered. Before Godzilla can be impregnated with her spores, MUTO Prime is disoriented by the orca, which works this time, and Godzilla sends her into the air with a nuclear pulse, killing her with a stomp to the head when she hits the ground. The monster king then departs, leaving a destroyed New York in his wake. Emma Russel's son Andrew was killed in the battle, leaving only his parents Emma and Mark, and younger sister Madison alive. The trauma from this event causes Mark and Emma to get a divorce.
The monsters from 230,000,000 years ago are officially dubbed Titans by Monarch.
2207 (151 AD)
Shaken by the first kaiju attack in a century and a half, as well as the return of Godzilla, the Earth Union gets professor Mori Maki, a descendant of Goro Maki, to attempt to create their own controllable kaiju as a bio-weapon. Maki does it until he realizes the full extent of what he was going to make and flees with the embryo, but is caught and killed by Earth Union soldiers. However, the creature soon re-emerges in Tokyo Bay, then surfacing in the Kamata district. The creature is quickly forced to flee by EDF weapons, and its origins are soon discovered. The creature, dubbed SHIN GODZILLA by the Earth Union, reappears in the Kamakura district, now having evolved to an even bigger form. The EDF, having long since scrapped all its mecha, is powerless to stop the beast. However, it is eventually stopped by Operation Yashiori, which freezes it. The creature's body is then cut up and sent to a secret containment facility.
S.C.A.L.E acquires 3 dorats and attempts to rediscover nuclear energy in order to create a new King Ghidorah.
Billionaire Walter Simmons, wishing to destroy Godzilla for good, opens the APEX cybernetics corporation, planning to create his own Mechagodzilla to kill Godzilla and keep humanity's place that it had reclaimed as Earth's dominant lifeforms.
Humanity begins rebuilding its nuclear arsenal in response to the new kaiju threat.
2208 (152 AD)
TARANTUS, a spider that had been mutated by the Chernobyl disaster and had been hibernating ever since, is awakened by radiation teams, and proceeds to go on a rampage across the world, eventually reaching London. Tarantus destroys Big Ben and the tower of London before being killed by the Gotengo II.
2210 (154 AD)
Emma Russel and her daughter Madison witness the new Mothra hatching, and attempt to communicate with her via the orca. While it initially makes Mothra aggressive, they do manage to calm her down. However, S.C.A.L.E then busts in, kills the Monarch personnel, and "abducts" Emma and Madison. In reality, Emma had defected from Monarch, wishing to restore the natural balance of Earth by using the orca to wipe humanity off the face of the Earth. Monarch recruits Mark Russel to get them back, and Godzilla is soon sighted near Monarch's base in the Bermuda triangle. Lured by the Orca's signal, Godzilla heads to S.C.A.L.E's base, followed by Monarch's G-team, a task force made to combat Godzilla by Monarch. After G-team has a gunfight with S.C.A.L.E, Mark learns the truth, and the new Ghidorah, dubbed SHIN GHIDORAH, is finally born. Shin Ghidorah vaporizes G-team, and Godzilla arrives, the two kaiju engaging in battle. After a short battle, King Ghidorah defeats Godzilla and flies away. Afterwards, Emma Russel contacts Monarch and tells them why she defected. She then uses the Orca to awaken a flying titan dubbed SPECTRA, which destroys the fighter jets sent to stop it before engaging Ghidorah in the skies above Isla De Mara, Mexico. Ghidorah easily defeats Spectra and later engages Godzilla in the ocean. Having the advantage, Godzilla nearly manages to kill Shin Ghidorah, but the US army fires an experimental replica of the Oxygen Destroyer at the two kaiju. While Ghidorah is unscathed due to his not needing oxygen, Godzilla is nearly killed. Shin Ghidorah then flies to the top of a volcano and lets out a call that awakens all the titans (Scylla, Behemoth, Methuselah, Mokele Mbembe, Amhuluk, a female Muto variant dubbed the Queen Muto, Na Kika, and Rokmutul) and they begin attacking humanity. As the destruction continues, Madison leaves her mother as Emma realizes the extent of what she had caused. Godzilla is revived by a descendent of Ishiro Serizawa sacrificing himself to deploy a impromptu nuclear bomb created by Monarch, and arrives in the city of Boston to fight Ghidorah. The now imago Mothra also appears to help, but is forced to fight Spectra. Godzilla overpowers Ghidorah thanks to his nuclear boost, and Mothra eventually kills Spectra. Before being defeated, Ghidorah absorbs electricity from a power plant, firing electricity bolts out of his wings that knock down Godzilla. Mothra climbs on top of him, and then makes one last charge at Ghidorah, being vaporized by the evil kaiju. Her energy flows into Godzilla, but Shin Ghidorah begins absorbing his lifeforce. Emma Russel sacrifices herself to drive Ghidorah's attention away long enough for Godzilla to recover and transform into WHITE FIRE GODZILLA. A few nuclear pulses disintegrate Ghidorah's wings, and a stomp to Shin Ghidorah's chest causes a massive explosion. When the smoke clears, Godzilla destroys Ghidorah's last remaining head with his atomic breath. Afterwards, Scylla, Behemoth, the Queen MUTO, and Methuselah arrive in Boston. The 4 titans shockingly bow to Godzila, accepting him as their new alpha. The king of monsters roars in victory.
S.C.A.L.E acquires a head Shin Ghidorah had lost in Isla De Mara on the black market.
Scylla and Godzilla fight in the waters near Savanna, Georgia, both wishing to feed on the nuclear energy of one of the new nuclear submarines. Scylla is forced to flee after a short battle, and Godzilla absorbs the energy from the submarine, causing an explosion which destroys everything around him. Godzilla then heads to the amazon, where Behemoth had been healing the forest, and finds him engaged in battle with Amhuluk. Godzilla roars at Amhuluk, who quickly bows to him and flees. Behemoth then returns to his territory as Godzilla heads to the Hollow Earth, where he had been living since 2056. Godzilla is attacked by a swarm of MURDERFISH, which he easily dispatches before killing a massive MURDERFISH GENATOR. The Murderfsih scatter without their hive leader, and Godzilla continues his trek, being guided by the spirit of Mothra inside him to a new home. On the way, he discovers the titan NA KIKA trapped in a net. Godzilla frees Na Kika and destroys those who had trapped her. He then continues on, and finally reaches his destination, his former home of Birth island. Godzilla, sensing an enemy presence, roars to signal a challenge. He is then attacked by the titan TIAMAT. Tiamat drags Godzilla future and further underwater until they eventually reach an air pocket, where Godzilla defeats Tiamat and forces her to submit to him. Afterwards, Godzilla settles on the island, calling the titans back into hibernation.
