Character age:
Akane, Itachi: 22
Naruto, Sasuke: 16
Shisui: 25
Kakashi: 30
She coughed, water running down the corners of her mouth.
"Akane?" he whispered weakly, his hands stopping.
She coughed more and Itachi put her on her right side, carefully putting her left arm and leg on the ground so that she could be stable while evacuating the water she had in her lungs.
He couldn't do more.
"Itachi!" He looked up at Dai running toward him with Sasuke and Sakura. The Kiri medic looked at Sasuke. "Sasuke, emergency field surgery for Sakura and I!" Sasuke nodded.
Itachi got up and moved aside, leaving Sakura and Dai kneeling on each side of Akane while Sasuke was drawing seals around them.
"Itachi, Kakashi is with Ushio. The guy's unconscious but you can never be too sure. Go deal with Naruto." The Uchiha shot Akane one last look, not liking the shocked expression on Sakura's face.
She raised her eyes to Dai, who had a glowing hand above her chest, the other searching through his pouch.
"Sasuke, those seals!"
"I'm on it!" Sasuke replied angrily, finishing the last one. He sat cross-legged in front of one, made a few hand seals and slammed his hand on the seal.
It glowed and the two medics were surrounded by blue walls.
Itachi left. He found Naruto quickly, held back by Yamato's wood. Sai and Hinata were on the side, watching as the blond was trying to get free. Suigetsu was staring at the ground.
"Naruto." He looked up at Itachi. "Dai and Sakura are taking care of Akane."
"She's going to be fine then?" He pursed his lips.
"They're taking care of her," he repeated.
He had no idea if she would be fine.
They were ordered to go back to Kiri by Kakashi before Sakura, Sasuke and Dai were back. Naruto tried to protest but Kakashi repeated his order firmly.
They went back in silence, Naoto and Yamato staying back. They reached the village after four hours and a squad of ANBU led by Ao was immediately there and took Ushio away. The Mizukage looked at the nukenin before looking at them.
"Hospital. Hatake-san, with me."
"Come on," Itachi told Naruto, a hand on his shoulder.
"Nee-chan's gonna make it. I know she will." Naruto looked around before gazing harshly at the Uchiha. "Did you know?"
"About?"
"...her age…" His hand twitched on his shoulder. "She took a hit for me and did something Kurama was there and...a big ghost or something too, with us, and she said all those things about being older than she lo…" Itachi's hand was pressed against Naruto's mouth.
"Don't talk about this kind of things in the middle of street." Naruto frowned. "I've known for a month, something like that."
"Is that why you weren't talking anymore?"
"...yes."
The hospital staff took care of them. It was only during the following morning that the group left behind arrived. Sasuke came in their room and sat in a chair.
"She'll be in observation for the next three days to make sure her lungs are completely clear, but Dai and Sakura healed what they could."
"And?"
"And what nii-san?"
"That's it?" Sasuke shrugged, a tired expression on his face.
"It was a long surgery, she'll need some time to fully recover. If she's cleared in three days, she'll be unconscious for a while. If we have to go back to Konoha, I'll stay here."
"Why you?" Naruto asked him with a frown.
"I've been a shinobi here for eighteen months and I'm her fiance. Like it or not, it does allow me a few things." He looked at Naruto, then his brother and wondered if he had been that bad when Akane died on him back then. "I think I'm gonna head back home."
Three days later, Akane's life was out of danger.
A week later, she was still unconscious. Two weeks later, a message came from Konoha asking for Kakashi's team and Neji's team to go home. In the span of two weeks, Naruto had been at Akane's side, waiting for any sign showing she'd wake up. When Sakura managed to get him to rest, Itachi would be there. It was almost as if they had agreed on never leaving Akane alone.
"The Hokage wants us back to Konoha, minus Sasuke who can choose." Kakashi stared at Naruto for a few seconds.
He went to see Ushio, now conscious and locked up. The man didn't even try to get out. In any case, what he told the young blond seemed to have reach something because he had been in deep thoughts.
Naruto looked at Akane behind him. He stood up and took a lock of her hair between his fingers, looking at it in thoughts.
"Okay, I have to talk to Aunty anyway," he agreed quietly. "They'll tell us when she wakes up, right?"
"Yes, and I think that much like in Konoha, she'll have people to keep her on the track of recovery."
"I'm gonna pack and tidy her room." Kakashi ruffled Naruto's hair when he walked past him before looking at the two Uchihas.
Itachi was not even looking at him or showed he had heard him. He was just sitting in a chair, tensed and wouldn't stop staring at Akane.
"About me staying...nii-san's doing it in my place." Kakashi raised a brow at his student.
"I personally don't care, but will it be okay with your clan?" Sasuke shot Itachi a quick look.
"I'll handle it." Of course, Kakashi wasn't blind. He knew there was more to it, but he wasn't going to push it.
The Uchiha heir having romantic feelings and having slept with his brother's fiancee would remain a secret.
The next day, they left, Sasuke worrying for his brother almost more than for Akane. She'd be fine.
Itachi though? Without them there, he wouldn't leave her side and the moment she'd wake up, he wouldn't let her out of his sight.
He turned twenty-two in the hospital, waiting for her to wake up but nothing. He would go back to her place to take a shower, but he had spent the night in that uncomfortable chair more than once. He couldn't just leave her alone. It wasn't just because he loved her. When he got sick, she would be with him most of the time in that very same hospital. He couldn't not do the same. He had managed to convince Sasuke to let him stay in his place because of that.
He didn't want her to wake up alone, thinking they had better to do than caring for her.
He didn't want her to think that Konoha's or his clan's orders were more important than her again. It was still confusing, but he was sure of one thing. He'd rather die than letting Akane think she wasn't important to him.
An evening, Dai forced him to go back to Akane's to have a real meal and sleep for once. He did, but not without a glare.
The next morning, he opened the door to her room, cuckoo flowers in his hand. She told him it was her favorite flower years ago and he never forgot it. He never forgot anything she told him.
His eyes stared blankly at the empty bed and opened window, the curtain moving softly because of the wind.
"Oh damn," Dai commented behind him. "What an idiot."
"You don't seem extremely worried," Itachi spat icily. Dai barely reacted at his tone and shrugged.
"I would be more worried if she couldn't stand on her legs, but she can. I know where she went anyway." Itachi turned to him.
"Where?"
"There's this spot where Mangetsu and her would train back then at the south of the village, the entrance is in a rock and hidden by plants bu…" Itachi slammed the flowers in his chest and left.
Dai took the flowers and watched Itachi leaving before waving them at him.
"And bring her back." He sighed and changed the flowers. "Ah Uzu, always attracting the stubborn ones."
He struggled a little to find the place, but he did. It was a beautiful place and must have been an ideal training spot for her and Mangetsu with the pond at the middle of it, made by the stream, a river leaving the pond to go in the sea.
It was a beautiful place.
Seeing Akane, a blue robe on top of her hospital gown, standing still on the pond staring at the sea was not a good sight. He clenched his jaw and ignored the way his heart missed a beat.
Akane, on a pond. On water.
After she almost drowned.
He stomped to her, the woman not seeing him. He only stopped behind her and grabbed her arms to turn her around. She lost her focus and started falling. She would have fallen in the water if it wasn't for his grip on her arms keeping her steady until she got her footing back.
"What do you think you're doing?" he asked her coldly. She blinked at him confusion. He shook her, maybe a little harshly from the way she winced. "Answer me!"
"I...tachi?"
I woke up. I was pretty sure I had just left that weird limbo plan where old Itachi was stuck in, yet here I was, in a hospital room. I sat up in my bed and leaned against the headboard, looking through the window. I was back in Kiri. My body was sore but…
I clenched and released my fists, then moved my right arm and right leg. They didn't seem broken anymore. If anything, I didn't seem to be wounded anymore. Still a little tired and still needing rest in the hospital, but…
Damn, I survived again, but if I was sent in limbo it meant at some point my heart stopped.
"First time with Shinigami," I started, raising a finger. I raised another finger. "Then, with Sasuke and Taiga, then now...so three real deaths...add to that when I relived my death it makes four...the five others Yuureis with the Claw…" Out of ten fingers, nine were raised and I sweat dropped. "Well, third time is not always a charm, thank God." I removed the needle in my arm and left my bed.
I walked around my room. I could walk fine on my own. I opened the closet and grabbed my robe. Of course Dai would put it in my room. I opened my window, the wind blowing the curtain, and took a deep breath. The air was humid and cool.
Kiri.
I needed to get out.
I closed my eyes, sensing the markers around the village. I could reach one of the two at the hidden spot, so I teleported there. I went on the pond and looked toward the mouth of the river.
"Akane."
I went in my mind.
"Yeah?"
"Nice to see you're awake, but escaping the hospital…" I blinked at oji-chan.
"That's okay, if I can stand on my legs Dai won't be too mad and he'll know where I am."
"It's June." I turned toward Tobirama.
"It's May." He shook his head.
"You've been unconscious for three or four weeks now."
"Seriously?" The Nidaime nodded. "Damn, I could swear I was in limbo not that long ago. What happened?"
"Who knows." It was Hashirama this time. "You were unconscious, so we didn't have any way to know what was happening outside."
"I remember sending Naruto and Dad away, I hope everybody is fine."
I went back to reality. I lost my footing when I was turned around, too stunned to keep the chakra in my bare feet.
"Answer me!"
"I...tachi?" I mumbled with wide eyes. He was frowning, glaring, basically he seemed pretty angry. "Why are you here?" He glared harder if possible, his hands painfully gripping my arms.
"I should be the one asking that, you're supposed to still be in bed," he said coldly, yet his eyes were burning in fury.
"I come here to get my mind straight and think," I said casually, confused. "Why...what happened? Where are the oth...AHHH!" He scooped me in his arms. "Itachi, put me down!"
"No." What the…
We were back at the hospital quickly. I tried to leave his arms to walk on my own but one glare made me stop.
"Good to see you awake sleepy head," Dai greeted me, reading a paper in my room. Itachi...didn't put me down in my bed.
No, he dumped me on it. Dai gave me a checkup and asked me how I was feeling, but my eyes would dart toward the Uchiha in the room, looking through the window.
"Your heart stopped for a few minutes, if Itachi had been a few seconds too late it was the end for you Uzu."
"Ah...thanks Itachi." Dai cleared his throat.
"But Sakura and I did the surgery so...most of the work." I rolled my eyes.
"Thanks Dai." I looked around. "Where are the others? Is it really June already?"
"Yes. The others left two weeks ago, Itachi stayed here." Yet he would not look at me. "Ushio is locked up but alive. Your mission was a success in the end. Naruto talked to him."
"Heh? About what?"
"Who knows, but the kid was pretty quiet after that. He was thinking deep."
Didn't Dad...seem weird in that fight? When he received that rasengan...I was pretty sure he could have dodged if he had wanted to.
"I'll...go and see him too when I'm cleared." Dai widened his eyes and Itachi glanced at me from the corner of his eyes.
"You sure? You've always been…"
"I know how I've always been toward him but...I want to understand. No matter what...he's my father, if anything I want to know why did everything go so wrong."
"I see." My teammate pursed his lips. "The seal on your brain is gone, but there was some...damage done, it was broken with a big impulse of energy. Do you remember what happened?" I frowned.
Truth be told, it was blurry. I remembered my talk with old Itachi and my fight with Dad, but when I was being controlled…
I widened my eyes, staring at Itachi.
"I stabbed you," I told him shakily. "I...I stabbed you in the chest and I saw it but couldn't do anything and...it pissed me off and…" Itachi moved to go next to me as Dai grabbed my face to make me look at him.
"Breathe with me Uzu, you're starting to hyperventilate. In." He breathed in, I did as well. "Out." We exhaled. "Again."
He continued until I could do it on my own. I stabbed Itachi...I stabbed him in the chest! I looked at his chest, remembering how I just plunged a kunai in it.
"I'm fine," he told me, still cold. "Dai, when I can get her home?"
"Technically you could tonight, but I will keep her here for a couple of days to make sure she's fine." Itachi nodded. "I'll notify my sister so she can send Konoha a message. Expect quite a few visitors." I nodded. "On this note, I'll leave you with Itachi." I gulped, begging him not to do that but he just scratched his ear with his pinky with a knowing grin.
I glared at him as he left. That fucker knew. I bet Sasuke just told him everything. Itachi and I were left alone. None of us talked, we weren't even looking at each other. I glanced at him briefly in the uncomfortable silence there was between us.
Nothing. I couldn't get anything from him. I liked to think I was quite good at reading through the cracks of his facade but...nothing.
"How...how long has it been since…" I pointed at him then me.
"Almost two months." That...long already?
But then again, I was out for almost a month I think so…
Itachi put something on my lap and I paled. It was the scroll and letter with his name on it.
"For the last time, if you want me to know something then tell me," he said coldly and I gulped.
"I…" I bit my bottom lip and took a deep breath. "I prepared for the worst, I have nothing to be sorry for."
"Oh really?" His brow was barely raised and his arms folded. I nodded, returning his gaze.
"Dealing with my father was something I had to do one day and he's an opponent I couldn't underestimate, I just got ready. I'm sorry you all had to be involved, but I wanted everything to be taken care of if I had died."
The air was thick with tension.
"What are you even doing here? Your surgery happened not so long ago, should you really have been sent on a mission like this?"
"I wasn't sent there." I blinked.
"Why are you here then?" He frowned.
"I was awake." I raised my brows. "When you visited me in the hospital, I was awake." I widened my eyes. "You don't get to tell me this and die on a mission when I haven't told you my piece yet."
"You went against the Hokage's orders?"
"Hn."
"Are you an idiot? What if you had fucked up your eyes or died!?"
"So you can throw your life away but I can't?"
"Yes!" I exclaimed. In the blink of an eye, Itachi was up, his left hand over my legs, leaning on the bed, and his right hand gripping my chin hard.
He...he was beyond angry at his point. I don't think I had ever seen him this angry before.
"I don't want to ever hear you say that again Akane," he growled quietly. Somehow, it was more scary than him screaming. "Don't ever say that my life is worth more than yours just because you lived once, got it?" I averted my eyes. "Look at me when I'm talking to you." I grabbed his hand with my left one and forced him to release him.
I massaged my jaw.
"If you stayed in Kiri just to be like that when I'd wake up you can leave," I muttered under my breath.
"You think it's the reason I stayed behind?" he replied, frustrated with me.
"If there's another reason I fail to see it." We glared at each other and he stormed out.
Well…
That was not ideal.
I was released four days later. Sensei, Karin, Suigetsu visited me. Senpai as well, like Kimou and Naoto. Actually, Itachi came everyday. We wouldn't talk.
When Kimou came and decided to hug me and confess to me for the hundredth time, he seemed upset though.
But here I was, in my apartment removing my shoes, as Itachi was already going to the kitchen as if he owned the place. It was weird to see him here to be honest. I followed him in the kitchen.
"I'm sorry for stabbing you," I told him with a sigh. "How much are you angry at me?"
"I'm not angry." I frowned.
"Really?"
"Yes, it is way past that."
Oh.
That was more than bad.
"Maybe I should thank you, I have never thought I could be this angry at someone close to me."
"...you're welcome?" He slammed the spatula on the counter, making me jump. "Damn, you're like your mom." He turned around with a glare. I pursed my lips. "Go ahead, say your piece."
"You're a hypocrite." He stepped forward. "You wrote you wouldn't let me be a martyr but it's what you turned yourself into when you know it's not the solution and ultimately will fail. You think the entire world events are now your fault because you thought Shisui didn't deserve to be killed by his own village. You're smart Akane, you know you can't control everything and you shouldn't anyway. It's disappointing."
"Now th…"
"Don't interrupt me." I gulped and stepped back when he stepped forward again. "And what was that confession by the way? You can't say you're in love with me and goodbye thinking you're gonna die, not even thinking for a second about…" He stopped himself, taking a deep breath. "I said I needed time after learning all of this, not that I didn't want you in my life anymore." I looked down. "I'm pretty sure you know me more than anyone now, I wouldn't have kicked you out of my life without talking to you first. I wouldn't have before knowing, I certainly wouldn't now."
"You see me differently then," I whispered.
"Of course." I gritted my teeth. "Why do you fear that that much?"
"I don't...I don't want you to think you have any...you don't owe me anything, you know that, right?"
"I do. I owe you for looking after Sasuke. Shisui owes you his life. My clan technically owes you their survival. However, I don't owe you anything for what happened in your old life. I'm not going to pretend I don't feel some guilt, but I know you had your reason for doing everything you could for my clan or even for me."
"You didn't do anything to me."
"If I didn't do anything to you, then look me in the eyes and tell me when I told you to leave Konoha it didn't remind you of before." I couldn't. "See." He ran a hand in his hair. "I've always hated how you never relied on me for anything. I can't say I've helped my own case but...it's...annoying to realize you were protecting yourself." By now he was staring at the floor with a conflicted look on his face. He raised his head back to me, a frown on his face. "But you're an idiot for making me promise such a thing."
"Promise what?"
"You thought I would be able to kill you." I paled.
"Oh well…" I pursed my lips. "Yeah…"
"You made the mistake of basing this on your life before." I blinked. "Maybe he could have, but I failed."
"What?"
"I had a kunai at your throat Akane, but I couldn't do it." I bit the inside of my cheek. "I know I'm not good at keeping promises and I failed that one. You're from another village, you tend not to follow orders if you think you can do better, you're a pain to help and you hid so many things from me for years but I couldn't bring myself to kill you." I looked away.
I couldn't handle the blatant emotion in his eyes on in his voice.
"I understand now why it was hard for you to tell me, but I don't need yours or Shisui's protection. I could have helped, I…" He stepped forward, I stepped back. "I could have made it easier for you."
"Like what? I mean...there was a lot I had to deal with on my own."
"I know, it's just...nothing that happened after Danzou died is your fault. You know that, right?" I nodded slowly.
"I do now." It didn't mean a part of me wouldn't keep thinking that, but I knew.
"And you know that we all adapt to events as they come like in your first life, right?" I sighed and nodded.
"Yes, yes I know, and I know the Hokage didn't forget what I told her, I'm aware of all of that Itachi it's just…" I tilted my head back. "It's hard...to rely on people, especially when they…"
"Yet you can't save everyone." I looked back at him. "People will die. People who didn't die before might die, people who died before might die." My back met the wall when he stepped forward again and a small smirk appeared at the corner of his lips. "You changed things, but ultimately we're all concerned so you don't have to fight alone."
"You sound like Shisui," I muttered. "You're a few months too late for that speech."
"I would have given it sooner if I had had the opportunity."
"It's hard to rely on people, it just...backfires…"
"If you stop you'll end up dead. From what I read, I did and messed up big time. Sasuke was completely lost and you can't do that to Naruto." I gulped. "And I'm here."
"What?"
"I'm twenty-two." I widened my eyes and he smirked. "Sasuke mentioned before leaving how adamant you were about my birthday." I grabbed my pants on my thighs when he stopped right in front of me. "I'm healthy, I'm twenty-two and still breathing." He put his hands on each side of my head. "I'm not about to give up on living, or you." I blushed and averted my eyes, curling my toes on the floor.
"Don't you hate me?"
"Hate you?" he repeated quietly. "I hate the fact you were scared of telling me, I hate that you were hurt by me whereas you were there until the end, I hate you have the idea that I would leave you behind for Konoha or my brother stuck in your head. I don't hate you though." I nodded wordlessly. That...was good.
"Have you...accepted it?"
"I don't really have a choice but accept it you know." He lowered his head toward me. "But really, thanks for Sasuke."
"You don't need to thank me for that," I mumbled, my throat dry. He was too close. "You're really not angry at me?"
"I'm angry because you almost died and I was almost too late," he replied firmly, in a more distant voice. "When you woke up it was as if you didn't care and it angered me." He sighed, and let his forehead fall on the top of my head. "Do you know how scary it is to talk to you without you caring about your own life?"
"I've been told it was very infuriating."
"It is," he agreed. I gulped at the silence, his soft and warm breath hitting the bridge of my nose.
"What…" I started in a rasp voice. I cleared my throat. "What's going to happen now?"
"About?"
"U...us?" I squeaked in a high voice. Come on Akane, get a grip of yourself. He hummed in response.
"I said I wouldn't give up on you, didn't I?" His hands cupped my cheeks and he raised my head, pressing his lips gently against mine. I closed my eyes and kissed him back.
It was short, simple but it made my heart beat faster. Itachi broke the kiss too soon to my taste and smiled when I leaned toward him to kiss him again.
"You should have done that in the hospital," he commented and I glared at him.
"Not funny."
"I'm not joking." His eyes were so gentle and soft…
"I'm old Itachi," I whispered to him. "I...I'm forty-six or something." His gaze didn't change. "I...I don't want kids or even can have kids. I...Yuureis don't usually live that long after they came back, I can't give you anything. You...you're gonna lead your clan one day and have all those responsibilities and I'm not the girl for the job."
"I agree on that point." I furrowed my brows at his smile.
"Do you think this is funny?"
"The way you're trying to obviously push me away is hilarious." I almost gaped at him and he chuckled. "Do you really think those kind of arguments would push me away?"
"Bu…"
"Have you ever not been yourself around me because of you being a Yuurei?" I pursed my lips and slowly shook my head.
"I don't think so."
"Then I don't care about the rest."
"...why?"
"As long as you're breathing I want you Akane, it's as simple as that. You knew he was going to die but didn't want to let him go. It's the same for me." My eyes started to burn. "You could be a hundred in your head I wouldn't care either. My clan has no business in my personal life, if I have a kid one day fine, if I don't then I'm sure Sasuke or Shisui could make one."
"But don't you want a family? Like...like a wife and kids?" He chuckled.
"You draw a picture of my future in your head from the beginning, didn't you?" I nodded sheepishly. "You didn't take yourself into account, that's a shame."
"I'm not gonna be in Konoha forever…"
"You still have some time left there, and it's not as if we won't stay in contact after." The lump in my throat was almost painful and my hands grabbed the front of his shirt.
"You...I'm engaged and…"
"As I told you before, nobody has to know what's happening behind close doors." His lips grazed mine, teasing. "I'm not going to leave you alone anymore with everything, if you need an anchor here then I'll be it."
"..it's pretty presumptuous of you," I commented, looking at my toes. "Pretty out of character."
"Not really no. I'm just saying you're mine now." I widened my eyes. "I thought it would be a little too straightforward though." I pressed my face against his neck, right under his chin. I was red. Too red. He put his hand behind my head, the other around my waist to keep me there.
I relaxed in his arms.
"Did I answer your question of 'us' now?" I nodded. He kissed my temple. "Good, I'm not going through this much talking anytime soon." This time I was the one to chuckle.
"Did talking this much give you a sore throat?" He hugged me tighter.
"I missed you." A tear fell this time.
"I missed you too, being home alone after that was...a nightmare." He moved me back so that he could lean his forehead against mine. I raised my hands to his cheeks. "Don't leave again. Please don't." He pursed his lips, his eyes staring intensively in mine.
"I won't." He pecked me on the lips. "I love you Akane, I won't leave." I sniffed as he wiped a tear away.
"I love you too," I mumbled. I slipped my arms around his neck and tiptoed to put my lips against his. I hugged him tighter when his tongue was in my mouth.
One of his hands went down to my ass and I almost purred in his mouth. I was sensitive there too. We broke the kiss when we lacked air, a string of saliva between us. Itachi gave my butt a squeeze and I bit back a moan.
"You know, there's something unfair in all of this." I raised a brow. "I have homework to do to catch up."
"On what?" He grinned, his hand more insistent. I blushed when I understood. "O…oh that." He nodded. "But you learn fast, I doubt you have much homework to do."
"I need to make sure I master every subject though."
"Huh...tha...that's interesting…" I wasn't a virgin or anything, but damn his talk was efficient. "Weren't you doing something in the kitchen?"
"Not really, I was using the spatula to help me think about what I was going to say."
"You prepared for that?" He looked at me sheepishly.
"I wanted to be sure you'd get my point clearly." I grinned at him, pulling him down to my level.
"I did." I kissed him deeply. He didn't waste time to lift me up. I closed my legs around his waist, my arms around his neck as he walked out of the kitchen and toward my room. I broke the kiss, loving the look in his eyes.
Love, lust, trust...it was all I ever wanted from old Itachi. He didn't need to hide it from me.
I loved him so much for letting me see him like that.
"What's the first chapter you want to work on then?" I whispered against his lips. A twinkle of amusement appeared in his eyes as he smiled.
"Oral if you're okay with it."
"I do like to be pleased."
"Good, I like to please," he replied in a husky voice. I chuckled when he put me on my bed.
He climbed on top of me, his hand crawling under my shirt and sending delicious shivers in my whole body.
"Itachi…" He raised his eyes to my face, stopping kissing me in the neck.
"What is it?" He moved his face in front of mine. I put my hand on his cheek.
"I'm yours," I whispered and he blushed slightly at that, smiling softly. "But is it...can you be mine too?" I asked him almost shyly.
"I already am." He kissed my cheek. "Should I show you?"
"...I'd like that."
Itachi was a quick learner. He made sure to succeed anything he tried.
It was one of the best night I had in a long, long time. I had not felt so loved in a long, long time and Itachi wouldn't let me have it any other way.
It was perfect.
Hey! Thanks for reading and leave a review to tell me what you thought of this chapter!
