15,000 years ago-

The civilization of Mu emerges, becoming masters of space travel and genetic engineering. They recreate several extinct dinosaur species, but larger, more powerful, and with the intelligence of velociraptors. They also establish several colonies in Earth's solar system, including a colony on Venus. They use their genetically engineered dinosaurs for gladiator matches.

10,000 years ago-

The Muans reckless abuse of the environment and their numerous energy sources results in a great cataclysm that sinks all of Mu into the sea. Afterwards, what Muans remained either begin slowly rebuilding their military power in order to one day reclaim control over the surface world, or tunnel even furthur under the earth and dub themselves Seatopia. As for the Muan kaiju, they spread across the world, settling on several remote islands.

9,000 years ago-

A Muan colony on the planet Mysteroid, the fifth planet from the sun, engages in a global Nuclear war, destroying the planet and rendering them all infertile.

8,000 years ago-

A warmongering alien race called the Garogas, whose planet was just opposite of a muan colony world called Peaceland, hear word of the Muan colonies monsters and decide to create their own ultimate 3 headed dragon kaiju, which they dub KING GHIDORAH. They use this creature as a living bioweapon, destroying any planets they felt like destroying. Ghidorah becomes known throughout the muan colonies as "The King of Terror."

6,000 years ago-

King Ghidorah, after destroying countless worlds, begins to develop free will. While he does love the thrill of destroying worlds, he wants to do it on his own terms and not as a pawn. And so, after tolerating the Garogas for some more time, he turns on them and nearly wipes them out, with them barely managing to drive him away. Afterwards, he heads off to destroy worlds as he pleases.

5,000 years ago-

Ghidorah attacks the Venusian colony, easily withstanding even their most powerful weapons. Out of options, and realizing this would be a losing battle thanks to their ESP abilities, the venusians flee to earth, where they establish the country of Selgina. However, over the centuries, the Selginians forget their heritage and powers as they breed with mankind.

2,000 years ago-

Okinawa is attacked by foreign invaders, and to stop them the Okinawans create an artificial guardian called KING CAESAR, which drives away the invaders. Afterwards, the beast goes into slumber within a mountain, being left to the Izumi royal family.

1415-

The legend of the sea monster Gojira begins on Odo Island.

1609-

Okinawa is conquered by Japan.

1897-

The Vampire Dracula travels to Britain, where he is apparently destroyed. Shortly afterwards, a vampire calling herself Countess Marya Zaleska, who claims to be Dracula's daughter, claims his remains. She lures Doctor Jeffery Garth to Transylvania, but is destroyed there.

1899-

Doctor Henry Frankenstein creates a sapient man, but it wreaks havoc due to its primitive ignorance. Despite being set aflame by the villagers, the monster continues to roam around. Henry attempts to create a bride for him, but when she finds the monster appalling, he goes on a brief rampage, and then blows up the laboratory with himself and the bride still inside.

1918-

Transylvania becomes an independent nation.

1930-

Doctor Wolf Von Frankenstein, son of the deceased Henry Frankenstein, returns to the Frankenstein estate with his wife and son in the hope that he could redeem his father's reputation. However, he is persuaded by an embittered blacksmith named Igor to revive the monster. However, Ygor takes control of the monster, and the brief mayhem ultimately ends with the monster being kicked into a pit of sulfur and Ygor being shot.

1933-

Frankenstein's monster is freed after the villagers destroy Castle Frankenstein, and he and an alive Igor flee the town. They enlist the aid of Henry Frankenstein's other son Ludwig. Ludwig attempts to place the brain of a Dr Kettering into the monster, but Ygor manages to get his brain put in instead. However, this renders the monster blind, and he destroys the lab, Ludwig dying in the fire.

1935-

Lawrence Talbot is turned into a werewolf, but is presumably killed soon after.

1939-

Larry is accidentally revived when graverobbers open his grave in a full moon. Attempting to undo his curse, Larry stumbles upon Frankenstein's monster and revives him, and the two battle, eventually drowning in castle Frankenstein. Soon after, World War II breaks out, and Transylvania remains neutral.

1943-

A vampire calling himself Count Alucard comes to America and marries Katherine Kaldwell, turning her into a vampire. Katherine's family and friends battle Alucard, and Alucard and Katherine are destroyed.

1944-

A former associate of Henry Frankenstein revives Dracula, but the vampire is destroyed by the scientist's failed revenge scheme. He then tracks down Talbot and Frankenstein's monster, and his revenge scheme ends up getting him and them killed. Shortly after, Doctor Franz Riesendorf of Germany recovers the monster's heart, and upon seeing it still beating, takes it back to Germany for study.

1945-

The heart of Frankenstein's monster is confiscated by the Nazis, who take it to a lab in Hiroshima to be used to create an army of immortal soldiers. However, before any progress can be made, Hiroshima is destroyed by an atomic bomb. Japan surrenders after Nagasaki is bombed too.

On the eve of Japan's surrender, Naval captain Hachiro Jingugi, disgusted with his government, revolts and disappears with his crew, trusting his superior to look after his 3 year old daughter Makoto. However, they are then attacked by a muan submarine. Jingugi and his crew manage to escape, but the muans recover the sub and plans for a flying super submarine dubbed the Gotengo. Now presumed dead, Jinguji and his crew begin building the Gotengo on a remote island for use if Japan ever resumed military activity.

March to April 1954-

The Castle Bravo hydrogen bomb test kills most of a colony of non-muan dinosaurs living under the sea, save for two, who become GODZILLA I and II. while Godzilla II departs for parts unknown, Godzilla I begins attacking human fishing vessels out of rage. After being spotted on Odo island, Godzilla attacks Tokyo, laying waste to the city. Ultimately, he is killed by the Oxygen Destroyer weapon, and its creator dies with him.

1955-

Pilots Shoichi Tsykioka and Kojikawa Kobayashi spot Godzilla II battling a muan Ankylosaurus that had been mutated by nuclear testing later dubbed ANGUIRUS. The two kaiju fall into the ocean, allowing the two men to escape and report their story to the authorities. a blackout is enforced on the city of Osaka to keep the kaiju from making landfall, but a refinery fire attracts them both. They fight throughout Osaka, Godzilla eventually killing his opponent. A day later, he is trapped in ice by the JSDF.

Doctor Shinzo Mafune discovers a shy muan dinosaur he calls Titanosaurus. He brings his findings to the scientific community, but when he is unable to substantiate them, he is accused of using the tragedy of Godzilla's recent attacks to increase his scientific standing, and is booted out of the scientific community. Enraged, Mafune swears revenge on mankind, and begins hunting for Titanosaurus himself.

1956-

Muan insects dubbed the MEGANULON menace the mining village of Kitamasu, but prove to be nothing more than prey for the mutated muan Pteranodon RODAN. Rodan proceeds to destroy Fukuoka alongside a second female Rodan, only for them to be killed afterwards in the eruption of Mount Asho caused by humans. However, the male survived, and spends the next 9 years healing.

1957-

The Mysterians launch an invasion of earth, first attacking small Japanese villages with a giant robot called MOGUERA and their spaceships to demonstrate their power. After Moguera is destroyed by the humans, the Mysterians order mankind to give them their woman to reproduce with, as well as land. Mankind refuses, forming an Earth Defense force out of all of earth's nations and creating Markalite cannons. A battle is held at the Mysterians base at Mount Fuji, and humanity is victorious. Afterwards, their technology is reverse engineered to give mankind space travel technology.

1958-

WIth the Mysterian threat ended, and with cold war tensions playing a big part, the Earth Defense Force is disbanded and the markalite cannons are dismantled. Shortly afterwards, the kaiju VARAN is discovered in the Tohoku region of Japan, and destroys Haneda airport before being killed by the JSDF.

1959-

The iceberg containing Godzilla breaks off its island and drifts off the coast of Hokkaido. The same year, the terrorist organization Red Bamboo sets up shop on Letchi island in the South Seas, creating the kaiju EBIRAH and the giant condor thanks to nuclear waste dumping. They also kidnap the people of the remote Infant Island and force them to create yellow liquid that repelled Ebirah.

1960-

The child-like regenerated form of Frankenstein's monster is discovered by Doctors James Bowen, Sueko Togami and Kenichiro Kowagi, who take him in. However, he eventually escapes, and begins roaming the Japanese countryside, the radiation he had been exposed to causing him to grow to kaiju size. At the same time, the muan dinosaur BARAGON attacks the Akita oil plant, and then several villages. The two kaiju eventually fight, with Frankenstein's monster killing Baragon before being swallowed by a fissure, never to be seen again.

1961-

Doctor Paul Stewart, a contemporary of doctor Bowen, discovers SANDA, a creature grown from the cells of Frankenstein's monster, near Mount Fuji. he takes him to his lab in Kyoto, and raises him alongside doctors Akemi Togawa and Yuzo Majima. However, Sanda escapes and seemingly meets his end on Mount Fuji. However, a piece of flesh he lost at lake Ibiwa also begins growing into the kaiju GAIRA.

The fishing vessel Genyo-Maru II washes up on infant island, which was a nuclear testing site for the country of Rolisica. and the crew manage to avoid radiation poisoning because of red juice the natives had given them. A Japanese-Rolisican expedition is mounted to Infant Island to investigate, and discovers two tiny fairies called the Shobijin. Rolisican businessman Clark Nelson kidnaps them and puts them on display in a stage show. However, the fairies summon Mothra, a giant caterpillar goddess, who hatches and leaves infant island to save them. Mothra travels to japan, eventually changing into her Imago form and destroying the Rolisican capital of New Kirk City. After Nelson is killed in a shootout with the police, the Shobijin and Mothra return to Infant Island.

1962-

Happy Pharmaceuticals kidnaps King Kong, the ape god of the remote Faro island who had grown to kaiju size via consumption of soma berries, to boost their ratings. At the same time, Godzilla is accidentally freed from his icy prison by the American submarine Seawolf. The two kaiju eventually have a battle on Mount Fuji, and thanks to absorbing electricity, Kong is able to defeat Godzilla and return home.

1963-

The people of Mu declare war on the surface world, but when Kusumi asks Jingugi to use the Gotengo to save them, he refuses. But when Makoto and photographer Susmu Hatanaka are captured by the muans, who plan to sacrifice them to their monster god MANDA, Jinguji agrees to help. The Gotengo assaults Mu, saving the prisoners, freezing Manda, and ultimately destroying it for good, with the empress jumping overboard to die with her people.

1964-

Mothra's egg washes up on the Japanese coast, and it is purchased by the owner of a company called Happy Enterprises, who plans to put it on display in a theme park. The shobijin appear and plead with him to return the egg, but their pleas fall on deaf ears. At the same time, Godzilla returns and heads to the egg. An ailing Mothra battles him to protect it, but he kills her before being encased in silk by the larva twins that hatched from the egg. However, one of the larva dies from her injuries shortly afterwards.

1965-

King Ghidorah arrives on earth to destroy it, and at the same time Rodan emerges from Mount Asho. As Ghidorah lays waste to Japan, Godzilla and Rodan fight across the Japanese countryside. Mothra tries to convince them to stop fighting and join forces against King Ghidorah, but the two refuse, not wanting to help the humans. However, when they see Mothra battle Ghidorah herself, they are impressed enough to help. Ghidorah is driven off Earth, and Godzilla and Rodan make a vow to never attack humans again.

In the wake of King Ghidorah's attack, the JSDF begins using the old Markalite technology to build new anti kaiju weapons dubbed the type-66 maser cannons.

1966-

Godzilla falls asleep on Letchi island while Mothra grows to adulthood and also falls asleep. Soon after, a band of castaways searching for a man lost in a shipwreck stumble upon the monster king, and reawaken him to battle Ebirah. Godzilla defeats Ebirah, the Giant Condor, and the Red Bamboo, and Mothra arrives to save the humans. Believing her to be his old enemy returned to life, Godzilla attacks her, but she knocks him down as she and Godzilla escape the exploding island.

A giant octopus that had wandered away from Faro Island attacks a fishing ship, only to be defeated by Gaira, who proceeds to eat all but one of the crew. When the survivor tells the story, Stewart and Akemi don't believe it could be Sanda. After repeated attacks, the JSDF is almost able to kill Gaira using the maser cannons, but Sanda appears and saves him. Far from mankind, Sanda helps Gaira recover, but when he sees his diet of humans, he attacks him and the two battle, eventually being killed by an underwater volcano. Thus, the age of monsters ended, giving way to the age of kaiju.

1967-

A P1 expedition discovers the muan colony world of Planet X, and its inhabitants, the Xillians. The Xillians were being attacked by King Ghidorah, and they request Godzilla and Rodan to save themselves. The UN agrees, but once the earth monsters drive off Ghidorah, the Xillians reveal their true evil intentions, and that Ghdiorah was under their control, and Godzilla and Rodan had now become their pawns as well, attacking mankind. Thanks to Lady guard tech and the aid of the turncoat Xillian Miss Namikawa the humans free the monsters and defeat the Xillians as the monsters fall into the sea, only Ghidorah flying out.

1968-

A weather experiment conducted on the remote Solgell island transforms muan mantises on the island into the kaiju KAMACURAS, who crack open a giant egg that reveals a baby member of Godzilla's species later dubbed MINILLA. Godzilla answers the baby's cries for help and comes to its rescue, saving him and adopting him as his own. Eventually Minilla accidentally awakens the giant spider monster KUMONGA. As the experiment is successfully conducted, Godzilla and Minilla kill Kumonga and then go into hibernation.

1969-

At the request of Doctor Kusumi, head of the team that had created the weather control device, the UN begins Operation Relocation, a plan to deposit all of Earth's kaiju on one specific atoll. Solgell island is chosen, and Rodan is gassed unconscious and transported there. The UN also convince the infant islanders to reluctantly give them Mothra in exchange for providing aid. When this is tried with the Faro islanders however, they straight up refuse. A second Anguirus is also discovered and lured to Solgell island, where he actually befriends Godzilla. Finally, a second, female Manda is discovered near where Mu once was, and is also transported to the now dubbed "Monster island."

1970-

The Nebulan aliens, giant cockroaches whose planet had been polluted beyond repair by the previous muan colonists, arrive on earth to take it over. However, they also brought a pollution eating parasite that ends up growing into a kaiju later dubbed HEDORAH. Godzilla appears to stop him, acting as mankind's true defender for the first time. Godzilla and Hedorah battle across Japan, eventually culminating at Mount Fuji where Hedorah is dried out by the JSDF's giant electrodes.

The Nebulans encounter the Seatopians, and the two species decide to form an alliance, always being in contact with each other when needed.

A giant allosaurus-like kaiju dubbed GOROSAURUS is discovered on the remote Mondo island, and it is transported to monsterland. This creature surprisingly ends up becoming friends with Mothra.

March 12, 1971-

The Nebulans initiate their plan, using their action tapes to send a mind controlled Ghidorah and their cyborg kaiju GIGAN to destroy mankind. Godzilla and Anguirus sense the action tapes, and Godzilla sends Anguirus to check it out. When he is repelled by the JSDF, he and Godzilla go together, encountering the space kaiju. The evil kaiju manage to get the upper hand thanks to a Godzilla tower the Nebulans created, but luckily a group of humans destroy the tower, incinerating the Nebulans and their action tapes. Godzilla and Anguirus take advantage of this and force the disoriented evil kaiju to retreat to space.

November 17th, 1971-

The aleutian nuclear tests devastate monster island, rendering the atoll uninhabitable. Their home damaged by the testing, the seatopians begin preparations for a war on the surface world.

1972-

The seatopians steal the robot JET JAGUAR from inventor Goro Ibuki, and use it to guide their insect god MEGALON in a war against the surface. However, Ibuki manages to get the robot back, and sends him to monster island to get Godzilla. At the same time, the Seatopians call the Nebulans to send GIgan for help. Afterwards, Jet Jaguar flies to Megalon, where it grows to be as big as Godzilla. Godzilla and Jet Jaguar fight Gigan and Megalon, and the good kaiju win. Afterwards, the seatopians destroy all entrances to the surface.

The Garogas destroy Peaceland, with only one family being able to flee to Earth, taking up the identities of the Sakimori family.

1973-

The Garogas attack Earth, forcing the eldest of the 3 siblings, Hikaru, to use his unique powers to transform into the giant hero ZONE FIGHTER and battle the Garogas Terror Beasts hand to hand. The Zone family teams up with and befriends Godzilla as well, who aids them in several battles. The GArogas also use Ghidorah, who they had regained control of, and GIgan, who they had stolen from the Nebulans, against Zone FIghter. Gigan's battle with Zone FIghter resulted in his death.

1974-

The Garogas are driven from Earth, and the Zone family leave in search of a new home. Shortly afterwards, the simians, a race of apes whose planet was being consumed by a black hole, attack Earth using a MECHAGODZILLA, built to kill the real one. The fake's initial disguise is damaged by Anguiris and fully destroyed by Godzilla, and their first battle ends in a draw. King Caesar is awakened to stop Mechagodzilla, and together they are able to triumph.

Dr Mafune's daughter Katsura is injured in an accident, but the simians save her life and convert her into a cyborg. In exchange, Doctor Mafune offers them the assistance of Titanosaurus, who he now controlled.

1975-

The Simians launch a second wave on invasion using long tortured human slaves from a muan colony that had attempted to take them over. While Titanosaurus attacks cities, the new simian invasion force and Doctor Mafune work on reconstructing Mechagodzilla. Once the machine is completed, it and Titanosaurus lay waste to Tokyo until Godzilla appears. Although Godzilla is easily overpowered by the evil kaiju, with the aid of the JSDF and the sacrifice of Katsura, the invaders are defeated, and the simian's final invasion attempt is thwarted.

1976-

The simian's homeworld is consumed by the black hole, wiping the species out of existence. The same year, all of Earth's kaiju (Except Kamacuras, who had been killed in the monster island earthquake) are gathered back up and placed on an island in the Ogasawara chain dubbed Monsterland. Unlike monster island, monsterland was essentially a prison/research facility, having significant measures in place to make sure the kaiju could never leave again.

1980-

The space station Terra is launched.

1984-

An infant Baragon is discovered in Japan's Gunma prefecture, and is knocked out with sleeping gas and airlifted to monsterland.

1985-

The UN orders the creation of a new version of the Gotengo dubbed the Gohten. However, it's builder, Professor Takigawa, accidentally creates a bomb powerful enough to blow up a planet. Terrified of what this weapon could do, Takigawa refuses to finish the Gohten.

1988-

A muan colony that had drastically altered their physical appearances via genetic engineering and who were obsessed with the ways of the roman empire, calling themselves the Yomi, attacking the Earth, setting up their base on Venus. In response, the Gohten is completed, and it's super bomb manages to destroy both the Yomi and Venus.

1992-

A moonbase is established, and the Moonlight SY-3 is built.

1995-

A giant egg is discovered close to where Varan had originally appeared, and when it is brought to monsterland, it hatches into a new Varan.

1997-

Rumors begin to spread on the internet about a new alien presence on Earth, although this is all dismissed as conspiracy theory nonsense. In actuality, the Kilaaks, slug aliens from the asteroid belt, had been kidnapping and implanting several political leaders with mind control devices, attempting to take over earth from within. They also find and take control of Ghidorah.

1999-

The Kilaaks take control of the kaiju on Monsterland and send them to attack Earth's major cities, telling the humans to surrender to them and become their colony, and the monsters would go back. The crew of the Moonlight SY-3 manage to destroy the Kilaaks mind control device, and the UN sends the monsters to destroy the Kilaak's base at Mount Fuji. Ghidorah is sent out, but is killed by the Earth kaiju. After Godzilla destroys the Kilaak's base and the SY-3 takes out the last Kilaak saucer, the kaiju return to monsterland to live out their days in peace.
