Grave Danger

"Oh yes, the boss is going to be very pleased with your Quirk, speedster," the villain grinned, stitches growing from his palms and forearms, waving around like tentacles. "This is going to be so fun! Can I have the chick? You know how I like my feisty chicks."

"Do it," the calm male said. "But Stitch, don't underestimate her. We only have four hundred seconds before the heroes arrive, starting...now."

Stitch cackled and shoved his arms forward, his cords streaking out and exploding into the ground where Mae had been, only for Mae to have leapt out of the way. Lee wanted to watch the fight, already realizing she was better than he thought, which really wasn't saying much, but he heard something whistling through the air and spun, using the metal on the back of his right hand to deflect a throwing knife, only for it to begin to glow. He spun, grabbing Amy and blurring out of the way of the explosion before skidding to a stop and setting her down, watching the female with the tattoos as she swiped a hand down each arm, her hands coming away with a half dozen knives each. Lee swallowed hard. He was solidly not ready for this.

He exploded to the side, flashing around to a forty degree angle behind her before exploding forward. However, as he moved to punch her, snakes erupted from her body, dozens of them, all lashing outward as one in every direction. Lee launched himself backward, avoiding it, but the moment he landed, she spun, left arm swinging upward and hurling its half-dozen knives at him. He avoided them easily enough, streaking forward, and when she moved to stab him with the rest, he batted her hand upward, drilling a fist into her stomach, though pulling his punch enough to not kill her. Except, his fist sparked against her tattoos, which were suddenly iron shields, all over her body with other the tattoos peeking out from below them. He grit his teeth. She could change them with a thought as needed. Her tattoos rivalled his speed, even if she couldn't. She sailed away from him and he glanced over at Mae, who was flipping and dodging around Stitch's cords rapidly. Just as he looked, she flipped, his neural implant allowing him to watch a wave of energy run from the ends of three of her limbs and the top of her head to her right hand, forming a spear, which she hurled at Stitch, taking his left arm off. He screamed in agony, only for cords to snap out of both sides of the amputation, driving themselves into the other side and yanking it back, stitching it back on. And then it was moving again.

Lee prepared to go after Stitch, only for Amy to scream. He spun, seeing the woman about to drive a sword down into her. A millisecond later, her reached the woman and flipped, his left foot crashing into her sider and sending her crashing into Stitch. Mae reacted instantly, a wave of energy starting at her back and rolling to both palms before a barrage of pink energy blasts filled the air, flashing toward the pair, only for Stitch's cords to weave themselves into a dome, completely blocking the blast. Once the blast had ended, the cords exploded outward, clearing the smoke and only narrowly missing catching Mae.

"This chick's fun!" Stitch grinned as the girl with tattoos sat up, straddling him.

"You trying to make me jealous, Stitch?" she asked.

"Maybe," Stitch grinned, attention seeming entirely on the girl sitting above him, even as his cords relentlessly assaulted Mae. "So what if I am, Inkling?"

"Then I'll have to remind you why you don't pull my thread," Inkling smirked, leaning down to kiss him.

Lee turned, moving to get Mae so he could run, only for something to flash past in front of him in a blurred streak of black. His eyes widened as he activated his Quirk and spun, exploding toward Amy. There, directly over her and moving so fast that Lee wasn't sure he'd make it in time, was the calm one. He glanced up at Lee as he punched downward at the same speed Lee was moving. Electricity flashed from Lee's eyes as he shoved his Quirk to its max and he closed the distance in an instant, drop kicking at the guy with his right foot, only for a short puff of flames to flash from his eyes before he leaned to the side, avoiding the kick, then drilled his punch into the underside of Lee's leg, flipping him. Lee twisted, his left arm flashing past where the guy had been before crashing to the ground and rolling to a stop. He looked up, but the guy was walking away from Amy calmly, Amy staring at the guy in horror. Then, Mae screamed.

Lee's head whipped around, seeing cords had broken free from the ground and driven themselves up through Mae's feet and out her knees. More burst out of the ground, impaling her through the arms over and over from shoulder to the palms of her hands before lifting her off the ground.

Stitch pulled back from Inkling and tilted his head to the side, grinning. "Hey, I caught her! It's about time. She's a surprisingly spry one."

Inkling let him up and Stitch stood, grinning horribly. He pulled Mae over to him and his grin grew when he saw the pained tears running down her cheeks.

"Don't cry, you did really well," Stitch grinned. "You should be honored. Out of the hundreds of people I've killed, only about forty ever managed to hurt me, and none of them managed to amputate an entire arm. I'd give the boss your power too, but really, I want to be able to collect you while you're still complete."

"Collect me?" Mae asked. "What the hell do you mean collect me?"

"Aw, she's just so cute," Stitch grinned. "How about it, Inkling? Just once?"

Inkling smiled resignedly and waved a hand. "Go ahead."

Lee tried to stand, only for cords to errupt from the ground and pin his arms and legs. Stitch grinned and pulled Mae to himself, mashing his lips to hers and shoving his tongue into her mouth, Mae screaming in disgust and trying to pull away, only for him to hold her in place. After a moment, he pulled away, chuckling.

"She really is a fighter," Stitch grinned, blood running out of his tongue from bite marks that were stitching themselves closed. "That hurt. She didn't seem too interested in kissing me, Inkling. Maybe she'd like it if you did it more. I'd say she earned a special reward for making me work for it, anyway. Want one?"

Inkling smirked and stepped forward, pulling Mae's head toward her to kiss her, also shoving her tongue into Mae's mouth, though as she did, she also wedged a knife from her tattoos in between Mae's teeth to keep her from biting her. After a moment, she pulled away, reabsorbing her knife, and smirked. "She's pretty good. It'd be fun to keep her around. Almost a shame to let you collect her. Go ahead. We're done with her."

"Stop!" Lee shouted. "Leave her alone!"

"I won't hurt her," Stitch grinned. "I'm just going to pull her thread a bit."

And then, the cords retracted from her, except, Mae's shriek of agony was worse than it should have been. And the cords were still going. No, that wasn't it. She was being pulled apart. His cords had done something to her, and now her body was coming apart into more cords, more stithces. She continued to scream and wail, unable to even move. It was like she was being held immobile by some invisible force. Within seconds, her legs had unraveled to her waist, and her arms were partway through her torso. Her screams stopped and she looked over at Amy and Lee, who were watching in shocked horror.

"I'm...sorry!" Mae sobbed. "I'm sorry...I didn't...look after you! Please...forgi-"

With a suddenly powerful yank, the rest of her body was unraveled in the blink of an eye and disappeared into Stitch's body. Stitch began to cackle just as Lee exploded free of the cords holding him, streaking across the distance. He was done holding back. They were dying. All three of them. His right fist blurred, even to his own vision, and when he threw a punch, a hundred exploded into the cords suddenly growing from the side of Stich's head in the half second it took Stitch to explode away from Lee. Lee spun left, left leg flashing up in a windmill kick and exploding into the shield tattoos on the left side of Inkling's head. She also exploded away from him, exploding into one of the buildings around them. Lee grit his teeth.

Both of them can take a hit, Lee thought. I bet I didn't even bruise them.

He felt movement behind himself and dropped into a squat as the other one's right hand flashed over him. He spun right, left arm blurring before punching up at the guy's gut, only for the guy's left hand to catch Lee's bicep just above the elbow, stopping his punch. Then, the guy finished the jump he'd been in the middle of by flipping over Lee and hurling him into the air.

"Your speed's worthless in the air, isn't it?" he asked, appearing over Lee. "Too bad. Because mine's not!"

Then, his fist exploded into Lee's gut before Lee had even realized it moved, sending him exploding into the ground, exoskeleton first. He felt several pieces crack just before a foot connected with one of the metal strips on the left side, once again cracking it.

You're fucking kidding me! Lee thought. This guy's fast even in the air, and he can kick a metal slightly weaker than diamond without any protectiona t his max speed and not feel it!?

He bounced on his back once before flipping in a blur and slamming his feet down, skidding to a stop before exploding into movement toward the guy. Electricity arc out of his own eyes as flames flicked from the man's. Suddenly, the man seemed to blur, afterimages of him appearing throughout the open area they were in, all of them standing partially profile to Lee, giving him that same calm, calculating look as the original had been. Lee's eyes widened. It wasn't possible. He was so fast. I had to be a trick.

All of the afterimages turned slowly to face him just as Lee punched at one. However, it was suddenly gone. He looked back just as he passed through where it had been and uddenly the afterimages were gone, the guy appearing behind Lee as though he had always been there. He grabbed Lee by his left ankle as Lee was about to swing his left foot forward again to keep running, then spun, hurling Lee. Lee swore. He was airborne with no control again. He saw Inkling sprinting at Amy, and he heard Stitch cackle behind him. He swore flipping and driving his blurred legs into the ground, stopping instantly before rocketing forward, the ground actually cracking this time. The obvious speed fighter appeared in front of him, but Lee batted the man's punch aside, electricity arcing from his before his other fist shot around at the man. Flame flicked from the man's eyes just before the man was suddenly moving, spinning around the fist, only for Lee's right knee to crash into his side. He grunted, flying away from Lee, who continued, reaching Inkling in time to catch her right wrist in his left hand and twist, shoving the dagger she was holding at her own gut. It deflected off of her shields, but Lee didn't care. He wasn't interested in making her hurt this time. He spun, yanking her by the hand and pulling her into the path of Stitch's cords before his right fist blurred and exploded into the shield tattoos in her back at the same time as a massive spike made of thousands of Stitch's cords crashed into her gut. Neither attack got through her tattoos, but the force was obviously too much, because her eyes went wide and blood sprayed out of her mouth.

"Inkling!" Stitch shrieked, his cords yanking her to his arms, allowing him to cradle her as she coughed up more blood, gasping and panting for breath. "You...You...YOU BASTARD! ! !"

Millions of cords exploded out of his body and flooded toward Lee and Amy, but Lee grabbed Amy and shot out of the way. Just as he got into the street, the other guy reached his side, murder on his face now. Lee shouted in effort, electricity arcing from his eyes before his right foot pushed off the ground, flipping him sideways and swinging his foot down at the top of the guy's head. The guy leaned back out of the way and lunged for Lee, only for Lee to stop on a dime. The guy's swipe missed and Lee's blurred foot exploded into his back, sending him bouncing along the road, the ground fracturing and cratering with each impact. Lee stared at the impacts for a moment before growling, electricity arcing from his eyes again before he took off. However, before he got far, cords erupted from the ground, forcing him to stop as they filled the street, sheering a car parked on the side of the road in half, causing both halves to explode. Stitch hung suspended in the center of the cords, murder shining from his eyes as blood poured down his body from all of the wounds his wounds had caused.

Lee turned to go the other way, only for Inkling to step out of the only alleyway, blood running down her chin and the barrels of tattoo machine guns sticking off of her body, all trained on him and Amy. He looked behind him, only to find the third guy, his very presence seeming to fill the street as completely as Stitch's cords were, flames curling from his eyes endlessly now, reaching a few inches over his head. His calm expression was gone, and he now wore a frown, while his eyes shone with a dangerous, hateful light, even if they hadn't been on fire.

"That's it!" the fast one snarled. "That's as far as you go!"

"Leave me, Lee!" Amy pleaded, tears rolling down her cheeks. "Get out of here! You can make it if you leave me behind!"

"No," Lee said, holding her tighter. "I'm not leaving you."

"YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE! ! !" Stitch roared, swiping an arm and sending a massive flood of cords at Lee.

Then, before any could reach him, a massive wall of stone twenty feet thick exploded up in front of him, slowing the cords while a second one just as thick blocked off Inkling. Lee sensed the other one moving and flipped, barely avoiding a right straight punch from the guy, who then grinned up at him. Lee's eyes widened and he twisted to shield Amy just as flames exploded from the guy's back. However, Lee didn't feel any pain. Instead, he felt a hand clutching his arm. He opened his eyes, staring up at All Might, just as he landed in the street and set Lee down, turning back to the three as both cement walls exploded, the three villains forming a line together as Cementoss stepped out beside All Might.

"You've done well, young Lee," All Might said. "Allow us to take things from here."

"Be careful," Lee said. "The one with the cords is Stitch, and if he stabs you with his cords, he can disassemble you into more. He did it to the pro hero I was interning with. The girl is Inkling and she can manipulate her tattoos freely and as fast as I can run. Any tattoo creations she forms will explode either after they make contact with someone else, or if she wants them to, not sure which. But the other one's the problem. He's faster than me. And apparently he can generate flames."

"Thank you for the warning," All Might said, just as U.A.'s entire able-bodied staff arrived. "We'll handle this."

That list included the DJ, Aizawa, Midnight, Snipe, Power Loader, Ectoplasm, and Vlad King. Snipe looked like an American-Western-themed robot complete with a cowboy hat and a pair of revolvers. Ectoplasm was a guy with a black dome mask hiding everything but his eyes and a creepily wide, toothy smile, a sleeveless tan trench coat, and a pair of prosthetic limbs that were little more than stilts. Vlad King was a guy with bulky muscles, a red bodysuit, a white metal belt, white knee-high boots and white gauntlets, the left of which had a tube extending from it and up behind Vlad to the back of his neck, and messy white hair, the left side of which hung down in front of his orange upper-face-mask. Power Loader was a thin guy with shoulder-length red hair sticking out of his yellow excavator claw helmet, that looked like it was designed like a dinosaur head, large fingerless, dark grey gloves, metal forearm guards, blue jeans, and he was seated in a massive robot looked to be built from pieces of construction equipment. It had a bulky yellow body, a pair of stubby, tree-trunk-shaped legs, and a pair of massive arms with Power Loader's seat in between them in the front of the robot and his helmet connected to the machine by a pair of cords.

"You made a grave mistake picking on one of my students," Aizawa said.

"You three are finished," Snipe said.

"Can I collect them, Boss?" Stitch asked.

"No," the fast one said, the flames leaving his eyes, though they continued to glow red. "We failed."

Darkness formed below them, three warp gates opening. Everyone gasped and Snipe whipped out his pistols, only for another warp gate to open in front of him. Lee swore, shoving Amy into Midnight's arms and shot forward, getting behind Snipe just in time for the three bullets the gate had caught to exit one behind Snipe, slamming into the back of Lee's exoskeleton. Everyone spun just as Lee's exoskeleton fell apart, crumbling to the ground before Lee sighed, lowering his arms and reaching back to rub his back where it was stinging.

"That was close," Lee said.

"Thank you," Snipe said.

"You're welcome," Lee said, kneeling and picking up his costume case. "I have to take Amy somewhere safe."

"She need a hospital!" Midnight said.

"And I'm the fastest person here," Lee said. "I'll take her. Then I'll meet you all back at the school to explain what happened here."

The heroes all looked around at each other before nodding.

"Alright," All Might said. "But I want one of the staff to escort you. Take Aizawa."

Lee nodded, setting his costume case down and opening it, pulling out a set of goggles and handing them to him. he pulled them on without argument and Lee walked over to Midnight, gently taking Amy from her, then walking over to Aizawa. Aizawa opened his mouth to ask how he'd carry them both, only for Lee to turn around and kneel.

"You're kidding, right?" Aizawa asked.

"You want me to have an escort, this is how he comes along," Lee said. "I'm not waiting all day."

Aizawa sighed, climbing onto Lee's back before Lee took off, reaching the hospital in barely over a minute, skidding to a stop. Aizawa climbed down, trembling and eyes wide and Lee walked into the hospital quickly, nurses and doctors rushing over instantly. They took Amy and rushed away and Lee pulled out his phone, texting Tatsumi to tell him where they were, and that Amy was safe but hurt badly. After a half hour, a doctor came out and led him in to Amy's room, then left them alone.

"Hey," Amy smiled. "You really saved me."

"Not if All Might and the others hadn't showed up when they did," Lee said. "Tatsumi should be here any minute."

Amy nodded. "Did you find your exosuit?"

"Yes," Lee smiled. "It's perfect. Thank you so much."

Amy smiled and nodded. "I'm glad you like it. Sorry about your exoskeleton. Is your spine okay?"

Lee turned away and pulled his shirt up. She hummed thoughtfully.

"It's not damaged, but you're about to have some nasty bruising around it from those bullets," Amy said.

"I know," Lee chuckled. "I can already feel them." He fell silent for a long moment before sighing heavily. "Which one?"

"Don't do that," Amy said.

"Which one, Amy?" Lee asked, his tone leaving no room for her to argue.

"All three of them," Amy said. "But the girl was the longest. She said she needed to be thorough for her art to come out right, so I think maybe she actually can't make perfect copies like that without at least having slept with someone. I don't think it has to be rape, but obviously I wasn't about to willingly sleep with her."

Lee nodded just as the door burst open, Tatsumi rushing in and kneeling beside her, tears already flooding down his cheeks.

"Amy!" He cried, kissing her all over her face, Amy laughing. "I thought I'd lost you!"

"I'm alright, Tatsumi," Amy said, cupping his cheek. "I'm still here. Lee saved me."

Tatusmi nodded and kissed her and Lee turned, walking out of the room to give them privacy. However, as he was about to reach the waiting room, Tatsumi grabbed him by the shoulder, slamming him into the wall, entire body shaking and eyes watering again.

"This is your fault!" Tatsumi seethed. "This is all your fault! Everything was fine until you went to U.A.! You got famous and suddenly people targetted her to get to you!"

"I agree," Lee said, pushing his hand away. "Believe me, no one hates me for her being in danger than I do." He turned to leave.

"That's not true!" Tatsumi growled, Lee stopping, one hand resting against the waiting room door. "I hate you more than you do! I can't fucking stand you! Poor, fragile, baby Lee! I'm so fucking sick of making shit so you don't hurt yourself! I'm so sick of my girlfriend obsessing over her brother and ignoring me! I fucking hate it! I fucking hate you! I tried to ask her to move away, and you know what she said? She said she couldn't abandon you! She said that you meant more to her than anyone! Anyone! She said it to me! Her boyfriend! And now, because of you, my girlfriend's been raped! For a week straight! And you know what she had to say about it? She said she's glad you weren't hurt!"

"You should have known a long time ago that Amy thinks nothing of her own safety compared to others, Tatsumi," Lee said. "If you can't handle that, find a new girlfriend. And I'm sorry that she values family more than her boyfriend, but family is all we had growing up. It's all we could value, and rely on growing up."

"I don't care about that!" Tatsumi seethed. "I love that about her! It's why I fell in love with her in the first place!"

"Then what do you want from me, Tatsumi!?" Lee snapped.

"I want you gone!" Tatsumi snapped. "I want you to get out of our lives and never come back!"

"Then I'm sorry," Lee said. "I'm not going to abandon my sister, even so the two of you can be happy together. If you can't accept that my sister will always be loyal to family first and foremost, then that's a shame, but as of right now, you no longer have my blessing." electricity arced from his eyes, hitting the walls of the hospital and making the lights flicker. "Consider this a warning. If you ever hurt Amy, or force her to do something she doesn't want to, I'll beat you to within an inch of your life. And if I find out that you had anything to do with those three villains, and used them as some scheme to get me out of the picture, I'll throw you in prison myself with a sign hanging around your neck that reads 'child molester.' Understand?"

Tatsumi stared at him, wide-eyed for a moment before nodding.

"Good," Lee said. "For your sake, I hope you change your mind about me, but I really don't care if you do or not."

He turned, walking into the waiting room and ignoring the stares everyone directed at him, including Aizawa. They walked back outside and Aizawa handed him his costume case before they hailed a cab back to the school, where Lee began to tell everyone everything that happened, except for the part about Stitch talking about giving his Quirk to his boss. After he'd told everyone everything else, he waited until All Might was alone before telling him that part. All Might's reaction of immediately tensing told Lee he was right to not make that public knowledge.

"Thank you for telling only me, Lee," All Might said. "Head back to the staff lounge. Once we've decided what to do next, Aizawa will come get you. His Quirk will be the best to help deal with those three."

Lee nodded and returned to the lounge, sitting down to wait.
