A/N: God Pegasus will be on hiatus until I can catch up Black Sun and Twilight Phoenix to where I have God Pegasus, just a quick reminder.
Enjoy!
CHAPTER ELEVEN: X791
Mt. Hakobe, X791...
"Man... It is way too cold." Massorao complained, rubbing his hands against his arms. He was currently wearing a sweater over a thin black t-shirt and blue pants. He rubbed his hands against his arms as he trudged through the snow. He looks at his guild mates. "How are you not freezing?"
"Fire Mages don't get cold. Our body is like a heater constantly." Sebastian replied, wearing his usual attire.
"I've always been resistant to the cold." Aster stated.
"It's not really that bad." Orion added.
"'Not bad', my ass." Massorao grumbled. "Anyways, did you hear the news?"
"About Fairy Tail's Tenrou Team returning?" Aster questioned, making Massorao nod. "I don't really understand it, but it's truly a miracle."
"No kidding. Surviving an attack caused by Acnologia is amazing in itself." Massorao agreed.
Orion noticed that Sebastian was quiet. "You good, Seb?" He asked.
"Huh? Oh, yeah. I'm fine. Just lost in thought." Sebastian responded.
"Natsu, I'm glad you're alive..."
Meanwhile, at Fairy Tail...
The Fairy Tail mages were explaining about how there was a competition held every year called the Grand Magic Games, determining the strongest guild in Fiore. The guild who has the current top spot: Sabertooth.
"Black Sun is right there behind Sabertooth, too." Macao was saying. "They easily made Lamia Scale third place."
"Black Sun?" Gray repeated.
"I've never heard of that guild." Erza stated.
"That's because seven years ago they were a no-name guild, much like Sabertooth." Max explained. "That is, until six wizards joined and made them popular. Their S-Class wizards, otherwise known as The Assembly of Ash."
"C-Can six wizards really make a guild so strong?" Lucy asked.
"The rest of their members aren't a joke either. Black Sun became the second strongest guild in Fiore with just their regular members." Alzack replied, causing the Tenrou Team to widen their eyes in shock.
"Considering their name is The Assembly of Ash, I could only assume their leader uses Fire Magic, right?" Gray asked, grabbing Natsu's attention.
"We don't know what type of magic or what they look like since none of them participated in the Games. We only know them by name. Their leader, Sebastian James. Their co-leader, Orion Tybolt. Followed by Maxim Dumas, Aster Valor, Massorao Liakada, and Nox Slypher." Jet responded.
"They all sound interesting!" Natsu grinned.
Black Sun guild hall...
"We're back!" Sebastian announced as him, Orion, Aster, and Massorao entered the guild hall.
"Welcome back. You're just on time." Kida told them.
"On time for what?" Aster asked.
"Master is going to announce who gets to represent Black Sun in the Grand Magic Games." Zane replied.
Just as those words left his mouth, Souta appeared on top of the second floor. "May I have everyone's attention, please?" Souta's voice could be heard throughout the guild. "I have decided who will be representing us in the Games this year."
Everyone was silent, allowing Souta to continue. "Sebastian, Orion, Aster, Daegon, and Kida will be representing us. With Cyana being their reserve." He finished. Everyone groaned, disappointed that they weren't chosen.
"Hell yeah! I finally get to participate this year!" Sebastian stated. "I'm going to go train! Orion, Aster, you coming?"
"Sure." Aster replied as him and Orion followed Sebastian and Raden out of the guild.
"Would Maxim, Kross, Nox, Kallia, and Helena come to my office please?" Souta then said, getting their attention.
The five people soon arrived in Souta's office. "Why did you call us, Master?" Kross asked.
Souta sighed. "I was reading over the rules for this year's Games. They added a new rule this year allowing two teams from the same guild participate. I don't think none of the participating main guilds will know about this rule, so we're using that to our advantage." He explained.
"You want us to be the second team." Helena guessed, making Souta nod in confirmation.
"You five will be apart of Black Sun Team B, with Zane being the reserve for your team." Souta gestured over to the Fire God Slayer who was next to him.
"I could only assume you want us to keep quiet about this to the original team?" Kallia signed with her hands.
"Yes, not a word to them." Souta replied.
Kross grinned. "All right, then! Nox, let's go train!" He said.
"Can Zane take my spot? I don't want to participate in something as lame as the Games." Nox claimed with disinterest.
"Don't be like that, Nox! Let's have fun with this!" Kross said, grabbing Nox's hand and leading him out of the office.
"God, this is pure torture..." Sebastian complained as him, Orion, Aster, Daegon, and Kida were on the train to Crocus. Sebastian was laying down on the seat, groaning as Raden was trying his best to help his partner. "Couldn't we just walk?"
"Crocus is like, six hours away from Bridgehollow. So hell no." Aster replied.
"And here I thought I would get away from this after departing from Minato." Daegon sighed.
"Oh, yeah. That reminds me." Aster hummed, remembering the Purgatory Dragon Slayer that he fought with in the war. "Whatever happened to that guy? How come he didn't join Black Sun with you?"
"After Cursed Dragons was disbanded, him and Skull decided to travel. Guess they weren't interested." Daegon shrugged.
Soon enough, the train finally stopped in Crocus as the Black Sun members got off. "Ugh... It's finally over..." Sebastian said in relief, glad that the train ride was finished.
"So this is the "Flower Blooming Capital" huh?" Orion said.
"Hey, everyone!"
The group turned to see Souta along with the members who weren't competing. "Eh? You guys came?" Sebastian asked.
"Of course we did. Who else would cheer you guys on?" Romin responded, winking a bit.
"Aww, Ro-min! You came to cheer me on? How sweet~!" Sebastian joked.
Romin blushes. "I-Idiot! I came to cheer on the team. Not just you. Stupid flame head." He insulted, making everyone chuckle.
"We're going to be number one this year." Aster declared.
"Damn straight we are." Sebastian agreed as he smirked.
A/N: It seems that Sebastian knows Natsu very well... You'll find out their relation in the next chapter (though, you probably already know).
We're finally at the GMG arc!
Thanks for reading!
