Jenoria stood in front of a mirror while a group of handmaidens put her banquet outfit on her. She didn't need to voice her discomfort at the idea of others dressing her since the expression on her face said it all, but she couldn't help but complain on the inside.

"You may very well be the only being in the galaxy who prefers to do things the hard way," Scarlet voiced her opinion, reminding Jenoria that her thoughts were no longer private.

'Well I'm sorry if I was raised to depend on myself,' Jenoria shot back, 'and you really shouldn't point out my flaws after I went through all the trouble of making your new home.'

After debating whether or not she would make a dueling saber or a saber modeled after Anakins, Jenoria decided against both ideas and instead chose to play to her strengths. The handle was built for two hands with an adjustable base, allowing it to become a dueling saber. She also built a guard onto the forward facing end, which would give her an edge in battle, as when she activated it, the blade would be long and flat rather than cylindrical. Part of the blade would also form into the guard itself, making it stronger. It certainly wasn't a Jedi design, which was the entire point when she constructed it.

"I see your point. I apologize."

Jenoria winced loudly when a handmaid tied her hair back. Since she had always worn it down, she was unprepared for the sensation. She calmed her nerves with a deep breath and called her father's journal to her with the Force, if only to keep herself distracted from the uncomfortable feeling of being dressed up. As she flipped through the pages, she couldn't help but feel astonished. It wasn't just a personal record of events, it was everything; the blueprints for the vehicles on the Shadow, the schematics for his lightsaber, even new Force techniques he discovered in his exile. Though what caught her attention was a name that kept repeating throughout most of the journal.

"Who's Revan?" She wondered aloud.

All at once, the handmaidens stopped what they were doing. Looking around, she saw that they were all staring at her with expressions of bewilderment and fear.

"Forgive me Princess," one of them broke from their trance, "but how do you know that name?"

"Why are you so afraid?" Jenoria adopted a serious expression, then directed the question to Scarlet, 'Who's Revan?'

"All I dare say is that monster isthe reason my sister and I were trapped in these crystals!" Scarlet exclaimed, pure hatred evident in her voice.

"There are many legends about the warrior known as Revan," the handmaiden explained, answering Jenorias external question, "however, most of the official documents were destroyed in the last Great War between the Jedi and the Sith. If any still exist, they were most likely hidden by the Jedi..." she paused, "even so, his effect on the galaxy was vast. He played a vital role in the rise of your ancestor, the great Queen Nercolia. Though he aided us, it was said that his power was truly terrifying. She dared not cross him."

Hearing both opinions, Jenorias attention returned to Revans name in the journal. On closer inspection, she realized that her father referred to Revan exclusively by name, never once using a pronoun unless they were gender neutral. It was strange in her opinion. Though it didn't change the fact that she needed more information, and only one person could give it to her.

She turned on the spot and walked to the door, not caring if the handmaidens were finished with her preparations for the banquet. She Forced open the door without raising her hand, startling the clones outside, then began her trek through the palace, her father's journal gripped tightly in her hand.

"I need to speak with Master Yoda immediately!" She explained without looking back at the clones, who scrambled to take up the proper positions escort her.

...

Sorry for the long wait for such a short chapter, but Dalkos' journal is too important of an item to rush. For this reason, the next chapter will follow Mona as she learns about her and her brothers lineage.

In regards to Revan, I'm respecting SW:TOR by having the legends of Revan claim them to be male, but staying true to KOTOR by having those who have met them personally refer to them without using gender specific pronouns, thus keeping Revan ambiguous.

I hope you will continue to support this story and I will try to get the next chapter out sooner.
