A/N: *claps* roll the film!

Trunks was...well confused. He stared at his father, hoping that he would just laugh and say that he was joking, thus resuming the battle with Cell but no dice. The Saiyan Prince seemed to be dead set on sending his son to take on the Bio-Android.

"But father I'm not strong enough to beat Cell!" The half Saiyan tried to reason.

Vegeta frowned. "So you say, but I don't believe you."

"Are you sure you aren't a Super Saiyan 2 too Trunks? You aren't hiding any power are you?" Krillin questioned, the Androids beside him now having a name for the Prince's new level of power.

Trunks opened and shut his mouth once, twice, then trice before he could decide what he wanted to say. "No...not exactly."

"Not exactly?" The former monk echoed, his curiosity peeked. "Trunks, it really isn't the best time to hold back your strength you know?" He jerked his thumb at Cell, whom wore a smile, for some reason enjoying the bickering. In the ivory Android's mind he has already won, the Prince practically handing the Androids on a silver platter.

"Let me explain, while training with father, I figured out a way to utilize one-hundred percent of my power as soon as I transform to a Super Saiyan. So while it might not feel like it, my power is at its maximum."

Everyone except the Prince was taken aback.

"But Trunks, you're already transformed and your power doesn't feel any different than the last time I saw you!"

"And it shouldn't be. Listen, when you suppress your ki, you're pretty much vulnerable to surprise attacks. While others have to act quickly and raise their power in order to take on a heavy attack, my body will just do THIS!"

Within a blink of an eye, Trunks's muscles thicken unnaturally, his eyes completely whitening, his glowing golden hair now spiky and wild. As his turquoise pupils returned, he witnessed the astonished expressions around him; Cell's confidence dropped down to his stomach yet again.

Unfortunately Vegeta didn't look impressed.

"So I was wrong then. I thought what I felt while I was training alone was some kind of a new technique, however it seems like all you managed to do is trade all your speed for power. Fool, those muscles will just slow you down." Vegeta scolded, his eyes returning to Cell, who was still speechless.

"Well Cell, it looks like the deal is off. I guess I'll have to kill you as you are now."

While this pleased Krillin and the Androids, Trunks didn't feel the same way. He didn't know why and maybe it was stupid but he kinda had the urge to test his strength against Cell. Maybe it had something to do with his Saiyan blood currently dominating his human half or perhaps he just didn't want to disappoint his father. Besides, he had a feeling that if things turn for the worse, his father wouldn't hesitate to jump in. During the time with his father, he noticed a change in him. To Trunks, it felt like the Prince respected him more than he did before, probably because all the hardship he had to deal with in his timeline. Even now, the young man couldn't believe that his father had asked about his past, when he had clearly stated prior to entering the Time Chamber that he couldn't care less of his daughter's past. So why would he care about his? Perhaps the time spent with him changed his mind on the matter.

Pushing those thoughts aside, the son of Vegeta made his decision.

Trunks's Might & Gohan's Breaking Point

"Alright Cell, let me show you just how powerful I have become since the last time we fought!"

The Bio-Android laughed. "You call me ramming my fist through your back a fight?! I'm surprised you're still breathing! Ahh Senzu Beans, gotta love them."

Krillin wasn't thrilled at all by Trunks' choice. "Are you sure?"

Trunks gave Krillin a small grin before stepping forward, his Super Saiyan aura crackling with yellowish-gold energy.

"Think you can catch me boy?" Cell taunted.

What happened next was all a blur, the meaty fist of Trunks coming crashing down on his head, causing him to sink into the ground like it were quicksand. Cell burst from the crater, zeroing in on the airborne time traveler, determined to end this battle quickly as perfection awaits him.

Now Cell had been very confident that his fist would connect with Trunks, the half Saiyan's increased mass hindering his speed, however to his shock, he hit nothing but air. Upon sensing a presence behind him, he spun around, his eyes widening to the size of dinner plates when he saw that the young man was back to his regular Super Saiyan form, his huge muscles all but deflated. Trunks's tiny smirk fueled the Bio-Android to attack again, this time hurling his large tail in a sweeping motion. Cell couldn't believe what he was seeing, as the Prince's son had caught his tail, his lean form now bulky once more. With a primal growl Trunks launched the Android into the air, his form vanishing and then materializing into view above his foe. He then grabbed him from the back of his neck before diving towards the Earth soil, violently smashing him into it, a crater in the shape of his body forming under his weight. Cell only caught a glimpse of him, his body again slim, the half Saiyan making a grab for his tail like before, just that this time he turned around, heaving him over his spiky hair and slamming him against the other side of the ground; when Cell saw him from his peripheral vision, he took note that Trunks was buffed up just like last time. The Bio-Android cried out in pain and anger when the bulky half Saiyan lifted him by his shoulders, proceeding to then swung him from side to side, with each direction he turned thrashing him roughly against the terrain.

With his arms crossed, Vegeta smirked at his son's ingenious use of the Ultra Super Saiyan form. Though he was no Super Saiyan 2, he still was second best.

"Holy cow! Trunks is incredible! How is he moving so fast with all those muscles? I mean he looks like a tank yet he's moving at an unbelievable speed!" Krillin exclaimed, feeling more optimistic than before.

"Yeah but its gross! I like muscle on my men but that is way too much!" Eighteen stuck her tongue out, to further emphasize her disgust.

"And it seems you also like them half your size too." Seventeen teased, his sister mockingly acting offended.

Krillin blushed not because of what the siblings said about him, but solely the fact that the brunette was caressing his right ear tenderly. Her actions briefly caused the former monk to wonder if the hot as fire Android had a thing for ears.

Vegeta scoffed at Krillin's inability to see that Trunks was only using his Ultra state for strength and not agility. No, for speed he used his mastered Super Saiyan form at its maximum power. If his son had not of mastered the Super Saiyan form, the added weight from the Ultra form would have made him useless against Cell. Simply put, an Ultra Super Saiyan using Full Power Super Saiyan as a substitute for its lack of speed is obviously far greater than an Ultra Super Saiyan using first grade Super Saiyan for speed; too bad an Ascended Super Saiyan could easily handle any grade of the original Super Saiyan transformation.

Cell shouted in pure anger, his jaw forcefully shut when the bulky Saiyan did an uppercut, his fist connecting to the Bio-Android's chin, sending him sailing high into the sky for what felt like the hundredth time. Fortunately, he was able to screech into a halt, cup his hands to his side, his fierce jaded eyes widening as he let loose a full powered Kamehameha wave. Now lean again, Trunks's aura flared to life as he pushed off the ground and came within several feet away from the energy wave that was setting course for the island.

"Foolish boy! Do you have a death wish!?" Cell yelled, his face wearing a grin as the energy blast slammed against the half Saiyan's chest, causing Trunks to grunt, the impact being ear deafening.

Krillin cried out the young Saiyan's name, fearing that his sudden boost of confidence had gotten him severely hurt. Vegeta however didn't seem to be worried; if anything, he was more curious. When the wind blew the smoky fog aside, a beefed up Trunks came into view, the only damage done by the energy attack being minor scuff marks here and there on his armor.

Cell gawked at the man from the future as he tried to think of a way that he could turn the tide on the half Saiyan.

"This is impossible! Unacceptable! Just about a day ago both you and Vegeta were so weak, that I could have easily killed you while in my imperfect form! And now that I'm nearly perfect, I should be able to end your lives with a flick of my wrist! How?! How did you acquire such level of power?" Dread settled in his stomach, the Bio-Android's ivory palms now moist do to the overwhelming anxiety crawling inside of him.

Trunks wasn't even going to bother answering his question, deciding that it was time to finish the Android off. "It's over Cell! I will never let you reach your Perfect form, not while I'm still breathing!"

"No! I will reach perfection boy! It is you-"

Cell was silenced as Trunks's massive fist hit him square on the chest, knocking the wind out of him. He then followed up by an earth shattering punch to his gut, making Cell hunch over, nearly retching. The Bio-Android couldn't even catch his breath, Trunks preventing him by clutching him with a thick meaty hand, propelling towards a set of tall leveled mountains, plowing right through them, each structure he smashed Cell into tumbling down like dominos. The dust clearing, Cell stood only for a second as the young time traveler took the ivory Android by surprise when two large knuckles were brought to each side of his head, making his ears ring painfully, the ability to hear sound temporally removed. Another strike to the right of his head caused him to stagger to the side, his line of vision spinning as Trunks gave him a combo of punches and kicks that nearly had him losing consciousness. Cell didn't even remember Trunks's form shrinking again, much less being sent airborne, the half Saiyan appearing on each direction he was flung to.

"What's up with Trunks's sudden violent behavior? He wasn't like this before!" Krillin exclaimed, silently blaming the Saiyan Prince.

Vegeta actually responded, surprising Krillin since the question had been rhetorical. "Trunks has never had the opportunity to release his pint up aggression on the Androids, who have tormented his life since childhood. Now that his strength has increased, he is...relishing the fact that he is able to dominate an Android, not caring if he isn't the counterparts of the tin cans beside you."

The Android twins' shoulders slumped, each lowering their heads' in shame. They might not be the sadistic Androids of Trunks's reality, but they couldn't shake the feeling that if Cell hadn't come out of nowhere, they might have become just like the young man described their counterparts to be. But the thing is, it was unlikely since they never felt the need to make a sport out of killing humans, the only programming installed in their brains being the urge to destroy Goku. However, somewhere along the line, the urge had disappeared, Sixteens words having affected them more than they thought it would.

Sometime during the fight, Trunks had vanished, leaving Cell sweating profusely as he nervously looked in every direction. Cell gurgled as several punches peppered his body, the defenseless Android trying to escape the onslaught, but Trunks was relentless, his hatred for Gero's creations fueling the power behind each attack.

"Boy! WAIT-"

A powerful Kiai thrusted Cell backwards, his voice faltering as a slim Trunks shot after him. When the ivory Android regained control of his body, his jaded orbs widened as the half Saiyan phased right through him, his after imagine left behind.

"What!?"

"Goodbye Cell!"

Following those words, was Trunks, his entire form translucent as he came from above the terrified Bio-Android, his turquoise eyes screaming with years of rage. In his hands, he held an exact replica of his sword, the different being that it was made out of energy, the blade's normally silver length a bright yellowish-orange.

"Brave Sword Attack!" His voice echoed through the small island, a fierce warrior cry spilling from deep within his soul, Cell's expression mimicking a certain Frost Demon's as the half Saiyan's energy based sword landed on the center of his head, slicing right down the middle.

Krillin, the Androids and even Vegeta was surprised as they saw Cell split into two halves, Trunks's ghost-like imagine rapidly vanishing akin to a skilled ninja, coming from seemingly every direction possible; each time he passed through Cell, he was divided into smaller and smaller pieces of flesh.

"Super Finish Buster!" Trunk shouted, seconds before a massive blue ball of energy flew from his extended cupped hands, the blast disintegrating every piece of the Bio-Android that had been suspended in the air.

The half Saiyan sighed with relief, feeling fatigue as shifting from Super Saiyan to Ultra and back again was no walk in the park. This was the major reason he had been reluctant to use the transformation in the first place. Not only does it eat through his energy faster than Goku eats his food, but it also puts a lot of strain on his body; so much in fact that he could actually explode if he didn't time his shift between the transformations just right. In the Time Chamber, he had tried for hours on end to find another method to somehow increase his speed while in his Ultra form, but it just wasn't possible. So he chose to instead work on mastering his Super Saiyan state so it would in turn strengthen the power of the Ultra state. Once he had reached that goal, he moved on to the next step, which was to reduce the time it took to shift. Needless to say, it was one of the most rigorous trainings he has done since the hell his teacher Gohan had put him through, from telling him to dodge at random times, to throwing him off the tallest of cliffs. Even after all the blood, sweat and tears he put himself through just to gain better control over the transformations, he still decided right then and there that he was never going to use it again. I mean, that is why Bra explained the draw backs of the ascended and Ultra Saiyan forms. They are both useless and I think it was only luck that I somehow managed to defeat Cell…

When Trunks's feet touched the ground, his blond hair faded, its natural lavender color returning; Krillin ran up to the time traveler, his excitement showing from the large grin he wore while Seventeen and Eighteen remained stunned at just how powerful the young Saiyan had gotten.

As for the Saiyan Prince, he had a rather pensive look because it seems like he had been the only one to notice a chuck of ivory flesh splash into the ocean.

DBZDBZDBZDBZxxxxxxxxxDBZDBZDBZDBZ

A hard right hook sent the half Saiyan hurling to the floor, his head snapping back when he landed. His turquoise orbs watched a golden blur coming at him at breakneck speed, Gohan rolling to his right when his father's fist slammed where his head was moments ago. He pushed off the ground, spinning his body to the left, his father turning just as Gohan's foot kissed the side of his cheek, sending him sailing across air. The young half Saiyan was behind his father mere seconds later, his fist ready to give a devastating blow, however the older Saiyan apparently was miles ahead of him as he vanished, the small hand hitting nothing but thin air. A yellow ki ball nearly took his head off, Gohan's quick reflex as sharp as ever when he batted it aside and then swiveled from his father's in coming fist, delivering his own which landed with success, the older Saiyan grunting as his jaw bone creaked painfully. Having his father on the edge of the ropes, he continued to give him strike after strike, with only some actually connected with his body.

The world savior's eyes enlarged, his blond eyebrows reaching his bangs when Gohan's speed of attacks began to steadily increase, the taller Saiyan starting to struggle to evade his son's rapid assault. Feeling like he was losing control of the situation, Goku rose his power until it surpassed his son's, giving him the edge once more. His jaw almost dropped when Gohan's power spiked yet again, causing the full Saiyan to be at a disadvantage for the second time today. So Goku did what he always did when things began to get out of hand; he rose his to seventy percent of his maximum to take him out, but it was not meant to be as Gohan had caught the knockout punch within his palm, his face wearing an strange smirk that sent chills down his spine What?!

Out of desperation, Goku pushed his power to eight-five percent, ripped his hand from his son's violent grip, sending him tumbling against the floor with a bone crushing palm strike to his chest. Whoa! That was close!

Goku carefully eyed his son's still form, knowing from past experience that it wasn't wise to approach him until he was sure that Gohan was…well still in control and not this dark entity that liked to make its presence known while at the peak of his rage. After some time he began to get worried, thinking that he might have over done it. However, those thoughts were gone when Gohan finally moved, sitting upright, his now black short hair, which slightly mirrored his father's, looking disheveled and downright messy.

Goku sighed, feeling glad that he had not severely injured his son. His hair returned to its usual palm tree-like shape as he made his way towards the half Saiyan, who was starting to stand; then Gohan uttered one word that caused him to freeze.

"Why…"

Goku tilted his head. "Why…what?"

Gohan's fists tightened as his black orbs burned holes into his father's identical ones. "Why?"

"Gohan, I don't get what-"

"Don't play dumb!" Gohan sneered, his teeth grinding together angrily, causing his father's sense of dread to make a comeback.

"I don't understand-"

"Yes, yes you do! So answer me! We've been here for almost five months already and each darn time I ask you why, you change the subject! I've let it slide long enough! So tell me!"

Goku threaded a hand through his hair, downright frustrated that his son wouldn't just drop the issue. "Gohan… It's complicated and I'm not-"

The sound of rising energy startled Goku, his eyes taking in his son's Super Saiyan aura.

"Wrong answer. Try again…" He said, his hair struggling to retain its dark color.

"I can't…"

Gohan growled deeply, his hair finally turning gold. "Fine don't talk but I have something to say! Something that I have been holding in for far too long."

Goku swallowed thickly, his left hand turning white from tightening it more than he should have.

"I don't think you ever understood just how much pain and suffering you put my mom through. Do you know how much she cried over you? I would try to comfort her sure, but she would just brush me aside, saying not to worry. And I tried not to you know, tried not to worry because I had thought that you would come back. That this was just one of those fights that parents have and eventually work through it and then all is well again. But you-" Gohan began pacing akin to how he had done at the Lookout, shortly after the female half Saiyan reeled the older Saiyan into a kiss.

"-you never did. You never came back! Instead, you chose to stay at Bulma's, with her! Which brings me to…how? How didn't I know it was her? It's ridiculously! She was the only girl within miles! We live in the middle of nowhere! But it didn't cross my mind! Mom has always told me that you are an idiot and that she thanked Kami that I inherited her brains instead of yours. So for me to miss something as obvious as this-"

Goku winced at the insult, though it was only because he was secretly glad his son didn't inherit his leveling of intelligence. He might not be the brightest of light bulbs when it comes to book smarts, but he is a genius in the battle field. It was times like these that he wondered if he had hit his head as a child or something.

"She loves you dad! And she would still take you back if you just apologize!"

"Gohan… I can't…things are different now…and I-"

"Are you saying you don't love her? Even after everything she has done for you? Wait…did you ever?"

"I…do…" coward.

"You're lying! Again! I can accept it if you don't, but stop lying!"

"I'm not lying!" Goku shouted back. It technically wasn't a lie. He does love her, just not how a husband loves a wife. He just didn't know why he couldn't tell his son that.

"Then if you're not, why did you abandon her? Why did you abandon us!"

"I just needed some time to think…and…"Goku words faltered, not knowing how to respond to that.

Gohan snorted. "And three plus years isn't enough huh? Dad, just tell me why! I wouldn't hate you if you said you loved…her…I just don't understood…Why did you kiss her on the first day she arrived here? She was a mere stranger at the time! In fact she still is!"

Goku was starting to get annoyed. "Just drop it! Let's just go eat and turn in for the day so we could-"

"NO!" Gohan roared, the floor shaking harshly. "Stop being a damn coward!"

"Gohan! You're overreacting! This has nothing to do with you! The problems between Chi-Chi and I won't affect the relationship you and I have!"

"It already has!"

"That's because you pushed me away! I wanted to still be there for you, but you ran off to-to Piccolo!" Goku shouted, his own temper rising.

"Well, Piccolo is a much better father than you have ever been!" Gohan spat, the words as sharp as daggers, piercing right through his father's heart.

"You don't get it! And you probably never will!" The half Saiyan snapped back, his aura widening as his power gradually began to rise. "Now tell me the truth! I want to hear you say it!"

"Gohan, you're getting out of line! So stop-"

"Coward!" Gohan cried out, Goku feeling alarmed when he felt that his son's power had long exceeded his own maximum.

Then Gohan chuckled, a chuckle that sounded nothing like his normal cheery one. As Goku watched his son's hair levitated upwards, blue electrically snap and sparkling around his body, he realized then and there that whatever is within his son was something that could not be tamed at this moment, it was something dark…something wicked. His power…it has become completely unstable! It's taking advantage of his rage by using it as a portal to be released.

"If you don't want to tell me the truth, then I will just have to beat it out of you!" Gohan screamed ,his ability to contain his full hidden potential all but gone, leaving dust and fragments behind.

Goku had to cover his eyes as his line of sight was flooded with golden light, the Hyperbolic Time Chamber being consumed by a burning flame that was as bright as the yellow sun.

Oh man this is gonna get ugly…

A/N: I know Gohan is completely out of character and overreacting. Under normal circumstances, he wouldn't have lost control of himself just because Goku cheated on his mother. I mean he would be livid, but not to this extreme. Remember, Gohan's rage is what enables him to use his hidden power as clearly shown during the Saiyan saga and most noticeably the Frieza saga. What kind of helps is thinking back on how Gohan became more violent during his fight with Perfect Cell, wanting to make him suffer for hurting his friends. In this universe, Gohan's much more unstable than canon Gohan because I have combined his Super Saiyan 2 form with the rage and instability of another form ... which will be hinted on the next chapter. (And no it's nowhere near as strong as Super Saiyan 3). Sorry if this explanation sucks.

And to the anonymous dude, chill man lol I've been starting to not take canon too seriously because this isn't the DBZ you know...that we all know. This is MY DBZ, MY world that I'm trying to put into words as an attempt to entertain you all. So don't think too much on what Gohan can and can't do. As for Dragon Ball Super, I understand the length of time that has passed since DBZ, but hell I'm not even that far and most likely never will be, considering where this story is ending. Videl looked blonde in Episode 10, during the SSJGritual. Her eyes looked different too. It most likely has to do with the yellow aura surrounding her adding to the effects and of course little Pan.

Sooo which fight was your favorite? Vegeta vs. Cell, Trunks vs. Cell, or Goku vs. Gohan?

Oh! If you are following both npberryhill's "Bringer of Death"and the"Dragon Ball Multiverse"fan comic, you would know that the idea of Trunks using his ultra-form along with his Super Saiyan form is not mine (I forgot who made it up actually, it could have been neither of them... oh well, credit goes to that person!) However I did make a few adjustments to it, as described in this chapter. I recommend you read Bringer of Death and Multiverse if you haven't already, they are simply amazing! Seriously! You won't regret it! =P

Another Braless chapter (sorry I couldn't help myself lol). She will return next chapter…I think.

I'll shut up now, buh-bye!

Later!
