A/N: Yes, I'm still alive.
His father's sudden dramatic increase in power didn't faze him at all; if anything, it seemed to fuel him to put more power into the large Kameha-wave, the mighty blue blast now in a deadly struggle for dominance against its red counterpart. The father's eyes narrowed when he felt his son's energy blast swell up in size, tipping the scale to his favor.
"Damn it! His power is still growing...even with my new ascension, if I don't take him out fast, I'm done for." Goku grimaced when he saw a wad of blood spill from his son's lips, the substance sizzling into nothing upon touching the surface of the energy blast. Along with Gohan...
Gohan roared loudly as the power coursing through his body was utterly overwhelming, the sound of his father's pleading voice failing to reach him. Goku's feet began sliding backwards, his Saiyan boots screeching against the white floor as Gohan's energy wave was beginning to overpower his.
"GOHAN! YOU HAVE TO STOP THIS!" Goku cried out with desperation.
His son of course didn't response, which made the father curse under his breath, the awful feeling that he was at fault for this weighing on his mind. I'm sorry Gohan…
Goku swallowed thickly, his left arm straining from the amount of power he was pouring into his energy attack. As minutes came and went, he was slowly starting to accept that he had to truly fight back, even if it meant that he might severely hurt his son.
So Goku did what needed to be done, putting his emotions to the furthest part of his mind.
"TIMES 10!"
His command amplified the Kameha-wave immensely, the red blast shattering the deadlock it had with its counterpart. Goku's eyes enlarged with horror as he watched his attack slam into his son's mid-section, the stunned look written on his face being the last thing the older Saiyan saw, the blast seemingly vaporizing him into nothing.
Extinguishing his attack, Goku's legs became weak, his body feeling numb as he had used more power than necessary. He took a moment to gather his wits and when he did, he proceeded to search for his son's ki. For a split second, he had thought that he had murdered his son, however the massive power he felt surrounding him said otherwise.
The question is, where did Gohan go...after all, they were both the only ones here...
The Perfect Android
"Ugh..."
The first thing he saw when he came to made his stomach twist, his heart briefly stopping as he rushed towards the unconscious brunette, pushing through the dizziness which the Solar Flare had caused. When he reached her, he fell on his keens, gently lifting the Android's head onto his lap. He grimaced when his hand came in contact with something wet, the back of Eighteen's head nearly soaked with blood. Krillin sighed tiredly, not bothering to check her pulse as her chest was steadily rising, which indicated that she was merely unconscious. Just to make sure her wound wasn't open, he ran a hand through her chestnut hair, his fingers threading in between each strands as he searched for the injury. He knew he found it as soon as Eighteen flinched involuntary, two of his fingers lightly tracing it to analyze its length; his lips curved into a tiny smile when he found out that it was just a small scrap. He then frowned. Man, how long have I've been out? No way a small cut such as this could've bleed this much...
Then he froze, his back stiffening when he heard a familiar mechanical clank echo from behind him, causing him to slowly turn.
If he didn't know any better, he'd say he was staring at Frieza. But of course, the Frost Demon was long dead, having been taking out by Trunks. The former monk's eyes followed the movements of the Bio-Android, who was bouncing on one foot, the other curled upwards. After about the third tap against the ground, he finally settled, both his feet neatly planted on the Earth's soil. Before all hell broke loose, Krillin took the time to study his new looks more thoroughly.
He started at his feet which oddly enough looked like the very same pair of Saiyan boots both Trunks and Vegeta were wearing. His orbs trailed up, passing his shins and knee caps, both which had purple bio-gems akin to Frieza's. His dark purple skin had changed back to the ivory color of his first form; the same bio-gems on his knees were also on his elbows, lower forearms, shoulders and the top of his head; his head was now adorned with black horns, akin to the second form of the Frost Demon, however instead of standing erect, they were curled back, touching his neck. His chest plate, once black, now extended and connected with his shoulders, also gleaming that eerie violet color. Though Krillin couldn't see his back at his current angle, he could tell that the Bio-Android's circular beetle-like wings had returned. His tail seemed to be missing, though it might just be retracted or something.
Cell's face was stoic, void of all emotions, his icy blue eyes solely focused on his hands, which he flexed every now and then. He then attacked the air with his fist, before giving a few more practice jabs along with kicks.
As Krillin looked at Cell, then Eighteen, then Cell again, he threw the nastiest glare he could muster at him, rage beginning to creep throughout his body, his blood boiling when he thought of all the hell this monster has put him, his friends and the Androids through; the one who got it the worse was the unconscious beautiful brunette in front of him, as she had lost both her brother and friend. Sure they lost Tien but for Eighteen... Sixteen and Seventeen was all she had. His hands whitened even more when he thought of Seventeen, who he had grown fond of during their short time together. He's gonna pay for this!
Krillin nearly broke into a run towards Cell, however upon taking his first step, he froze abruptly, all his rage being replaced by fear when Cell's orbs locked with his; a tiny smirk curved on his lips as he saw the former monk's tense muscles slacken in defeat.
Gulping audibly, he sighed with relief when the Bio-Android returned his attention to his ivory hands, securing his safety for the time being. Krillin's eyes then landed on the Saiyan Prince, noticing that all traces of Vegeta's confidence was gone, his face now slightly grim, his gloved fists clutching tightly as sweat began to slide down the side of his forehead. Ah man, this is bad... Cell's even got Vegeta nervous...what are we going to do...
Then it suddenly hit him that Trunks was nowhere to be found. A faded memory of a pained filled scream from the young man rung in his ears; he hastily began scanning the surrounding area, attempting to locate the half Saiyan's energy signature. It didn't take him too long to find it and from what he could tell, his ki was high enough to indicate that he was just unconscious. He wanted to go and collect Trunks, but as he glanced at Cell again, he thought that it might not be a good idea to make any sudden movements. If he could sense Trunks's weak ki, then Cell most definitely can.
Krillin really didn't want to die today.
Besides, knowing the ever prideful Prince, no matter how nervous he was, there was no way in hell that he was going to coward away from fighting Cell. So when they both clash into battle, that would be his cue to get Trunks.
The ivory Android fully faced the Saiyan Prince after he finally had his fill of admiring his 'perfection', relaxing his muscles as he stretched into a fighting stance, Vegeta's to be precise.
This obviously didn't settle well with the Prince, as evident from the way he was growling, a thick vain bulging on his forehead angrily.
Cell smirked. "Well Vegeta, shell we continue from where we last left off? I can assure you the outcome will not be the same as before. Oh, you might want to use your full power."
Without a word, the Saiyan exploded, his feet digging into the ground as he shot towards the Android with his fist raised. He would show the bastard that he wouldn't need to use more than half of his power to take out the likes of him.
The fist connected, causing the Android's head to snap to the side. Vegeta paused, his eyes wide when he witnessed Cell turn towards him wearing a taunting smirk.
"that one was free." he mocked.
Cell's demeanor then changed, a split second of rage appearing on his face and then it was gone as if it was never there. A bone breaking fist slammed into the astonished Saiyan's mid-section, a gasp escaping his lips when the Bio-Android followed up with an uppercut, launching him into the night sky. Arriving above the airborne prince, Cell attempted to knee him into the ground, however Vegeta was able to steer away at the last second, delivering his own kick which was then followed by two hard punches. Unfortunately the ivory being caught each attack, giving his foe a set of lightning fast punches and kicks that the Saiyan Prince was unable to keep track of. Completely dazed, the full Saiyan couldn't register the incoming elbow that smashed against his spine, sending him rocketing to the ground. The island tremored violently when Vegeta crashed into the ruptured Earth soil, large rocks and debris scattering everywhere. Not even seconds later did the Prince break out of the terrain, his eyes burning with hatred as he recklessly threw himself at the Bio-Android, who responded by drifting to the side before slamming his forearm against the small of his back, making him lurch forwards. Taking advantage of the stunned Prince, Cell shot his foot against his back, causing him to rocket downwards front first, his expression twisted with pain. Unlike last time, he was able to catch himself from ripping through the ground, his feet landing on it roughly.
Vegeta breathed intensely as he peered towards the Bio-Android, who landed several feet away, that mocking look on his face that was seriously starting to piss him off still present. He threw himself at him again, giving him a right and left hook which Cell blocked effortlessly. He tried another set of punches, following up with a high kick aimed at his head but yet again it was easily blocked. Cell retaliated with a well-aimed chop at his ribs, making the Saiyan heave painfully. With a nasty grin, the ivory Android hopped to the side to avoid the approaching strike before throwing another well aimed fist at his opponent's chest, knocking the wind out of him. Another hit came, this time to his abs, sending the Ascended Super Saiyan skidding backwards, though he still remained standing.
Krillin couldn't believe how outclassed Vegeta was now. Not too long ago he had the Android shaking in his boots with fear and anger, occasionally glancing at the Android twins longingly since he was so close from accomplishing his goal. Back then, the bald warrior had high hopes that even if Cell were to get his grubby hands on one of the Androids, Vegeta would still have the advantage. However from what he had heard before the fight started, Cell had given the Prince a chance to power up to his maximum, but obviously he had refused as his pride wouldn't allow him to, wanting to prove that he could beat him as he was currently.
"I didn't think my brother would make him so strong."
Krillin nearly sprained his neck when he turned, his rounded eyes landing on his crush, who had a melancholy yet pensive look on her scuffed face. She rose a slender hand towards her unkempt brunette hair, raking through it in order untangle some of the knots that were created do to the caked blood on the back of her scalp. Her jaded orbs were glazed over with unshed tears, causing the short man's stomach to churn unpleasantly, his heart wanting to reach out to her.
"Then again, considering how powerful he got after absorbing Sixteen, I shouldn't be surprised." she continued, her hands balled up with fury.
Krillin sighed, deciding not to comment as she was most likely thinking out loud.
"Uhh how's your head?"
"I'm a little dizzy..." she rose to her feet, using the nearby wall for support.
"Think you can take a trip with me?" Eighteen tilted her head to the side, a gesture for him to elaborate. "Well, Cell had attacked Trunks early on and he somehow ended up across the ocean, unconscious."
The brunette's world spun when she took a step forward, causing her to recoil back against the wall. "Yeah, I think I'll stay put."
Krillin's look of concern warmed the Android's heart, as she could tell that he genuinely cared about her wellbeing; however his hesitation to leave also made her roll her eyes.
"Just go, I'm not helpless you know." She snapped. She hated when people thought she was weak.
The short man nodded as he then took off, determined to accomplish his mission as quickly as possible. Eighteen obviously wasn't a weakling, not in the slightest as shown from the way she handled his friends not days ago. It's just that she was injured and well he wanted to show her that sometimes it's okay to let your guard down around friends. He hoped eventually he could prove that to her.
Watching him until he became a mere speak in the horizon, her attention then resumed back to the battle. She winced when a particular hard strike to the Prince's midsection sent him shooting across the ocean at such an incredible velocity, that he could barely suppress the scream of pain that surged from his lungs, his face contorted with agony as he crashed into multiple elevated landscapes with bone crushing force.
Miraculously, Vegeta had managed to halt his movements while in midflight; however the harsh gasp that escaped his lips along with his momentary drop from the air indicated that he was vastly wounded. With all the will power he could muster, he managed from plummeting into the ocean. The Saiyan trembled with unadulterated rage at the smug look on the Bio-Androids face. Within moments, he was several feet from his foe, his sharp eyes boiling with hate.
Cell chuckled.
"I don't know about you Vegeta, but I think I'm just about through with this warm up."
He suddenly found himself high up in the air, his mind clouded with anger as he cupped his hands together and stretched it outward. His aura came to life, blue bio-electricity surrounding him as his muscles bulged in an unnatural manner.
"YOU WILL NOT MAKE A MOCKERY OUT OF THE PRINCE OF ALL SAIYANS!" He bellowed, his golden aura luminescing the night sky as a crackling yellow orb of energy began to develop within his palms.
Cell raised a brow at the amount of power that was practically leaking from the Prince. There wasn't a trace of fear or worry on the ivory Android's face, even when Vegeta's power surpassed his own; after all, not only was he nowhere near his own max level of strength but he confident in his ability to take the attack head on…then again he had other plans…
Eighteen gave an audible yelp when a spike of static electricity shocked her, her lidded orbs glazing over when the small amount of pain pounding against the back of her injured head increased tenfold. She would have fell over face first if it wasn't for a pair of arms wrapping around her shoulders, stopping her fall. She didn't even realize she was in a sitting position on the ground, her back propped against the wall until she opened her eyes. When her sight became clear, her jaded eyes were then locked with a pair of concerned dark ones. Her heart nearly leaped into her throat at merely the way he was looking at her and right then and there she decided that she hated it. The emotions that this man was bringing out of her were completely foreign and while she was attracted to him for some unknown reason, she never thought that it would turn into whatever the hell this is.
So instead of giving him one of her usual warm smiles, she chose to force her lips into a frown.
Krillin almost flinched at the hard glare he was receiving, wondering what he did wrong. He was about to voice his concerns but then decided that perhaps it was better to discuss this at a later time.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine." She replied, as she then turned her head to the right when she felt the familiar presences close by.
With his blue eyes laden with weariness and the entire right side of his armor missing, the lavender haired Saiyan looked like hell. Despite his haggard state, he still remained standing tall, completely engrossed with the giant ball of energy that his father was forming within his hands.
When he spoke, both the brunette and former monk could hear the fear coming from his voice.
"We have to move NOW-"
"FINAL FLASH!"
As the enraged Saiyan Prince launched his super charged blast at the ivory Android, who remained put, staring at the yellow wave of energy with awe, Trunks became a golden blur, grabbing his ally's by their wrist before taking off without hesitation out of harm's way.
The Saiyan felt the blood drain from his face, his mouth agape with disbelief when his mighty blast halted just mere inches from the Bio-Android, the taunting smile widening as with a wave of his hand, almost as if he was dismissing an insult, the Prince's attack was sent back into the sky. Astonished sets of eyes watched the energy wave drift further and further from the island, until it could no longer be seen.
Cell's eyes brighten, the icy orbs laughing gleefully as all the fight within Vegeta vanished, his pride completely crushed and thrown into the wind.
That…that…I put all I had into that attack…
The Saiyan Prince was so lost in his mind that he didn't notice Cell appear in front of him until it was too late, the Android's white foot connecting with the side of his neck so harshly that a sickening snapping sound ripped through the air, all the life within his eyes leaving him to join his Saiyan pride into oblivion.
Consciousness left him long before his limp body crashed onto the ground, his blond hair reverting back to its natural dark color.
As Trunks cried out to his father in anguish, breaking into a full run towards his motionless body, Cell raised his right hand, a deadly beam of energy shimmering within his finger tip.
As far as Cell was concerned, the Saiyan's can both die together for the humiliation they put him through.
DBZDBZDBZDBZxxxxxxxxxDBZDBZDBZDBZ
A sinister smirk graced the young Saiyan's lips as his fist pushed into the older Saiyan's stomach, a pain filled grunt escaping him when Gohan did a spin kick to his temple, causing him to jerk to the side. A deep growl rumbled within Gohan's chest as he caught the incoming blow, leaving Goku with an opening, which he took without a second thought.
At this point he knew, he knew that if he pulled his attacks, it would mean his demise as Gohan wasn't holding back at all; no, each blow was meant to kill and he couldn't help but thank Kami that he had ascended when he did because if not, he would have been death long ago. However as the fight with his mad son dragged on, it dawned upon him that if he didn't knockout Gohan soon, he might just be the only one coming out of the Time Chamber breathing. Sure the half Saiyan all but eclipsed him in power; however what good was power to a mindless beast? It tore his heart apart to watch his son attack him relentlessly, his blood red eyes filled with such madness that he was starting to wonder if there was anything left to save. He berated himself, disgusted that he even allowed such negative thoughts to enter his head.
The Time Chamber shook violently as fist after fist collided with each other, the floor shattering, only to be replaced by a new smooth surface do to the magically properties build within the room. Goku did a series of backflips with ever fist that came at him, pivoting to the right before the last one could connect with him. The Saiyan yelped when a bolt of red lightning nearly landed on, his quick reflex saving him from being electrocuted. Unfortunately it was short lived as seemingly out of nowhere an elbow dropped onto his head, a deadly spark of red bursting upon impact, causing the older Saiyan to accidently bite his tongue and briefly lose control over his body due to the powerful electrical current coursing through him, making him muscle lockup. Goku shut his eyes, knowing that since he couldn't move properly the next hit would be the last-
But it never came.
As he regained control over his body, he opened his eyes to witness his son frozen in place, with his fist still raised. Goku swore that Gohan's red orbs flickered turquoise for a moment there before he leaped three steps back and shot up to the air, both his hands crossing with one behind the other and held up high. There's still a chance to save him!
"Masenko-"
Goku's pulled his left hand back, getting ready to charge his attack, but when he realized that he wasn't going to have it charged in time, he instead jammed two shaky fingers against his forehead and disappeared.
"Kamehame-"
Goku's eyes widened when he saw that his son wasn't as mindless as he thought because as soon as he felt his father's presence behind him, he cut off his attack and did an afterimage, the older Saiyan's knockout blow hitting nothing but air.
Goku preformed another Instant Transmission when he sensed Gohan from behind again, attempting a knockout blow like before, only to have his son backflip, planting his white boot against the small of his back, causing him to cry out painfully. Pushing off his back, he twirled in the air before darting down, delivering a thunderous blow to the back of his tender head which caused him to see endless amount of stars. With tremendous effort, he was able to stop his momentum and swiveled just in time to catch his son's fist. Growling savagely, Gohan threw his other fist, but his father captured that also.
As both of them remained in a deadlock, Goku's hands clutching Gohan's balled up fists, the older Saiyan choked back a cry when he saw blood seeping from his son's eyes, blood which represented tears of anguish as the older Saiyan knew that deep down his son was suffering and it absolutely killed him that he couldn't do a damn thing about it.
"Gohan! You're hurting yourself! Snap out of-"
His pleads were silenced when Gohan decided to use his head, smashing it against his so harshly, that Goku swore he felt his brain shake within his skull. Now free from his grip, the unstable half Saiyan fired off punches after punches, kicks after kicks, peppering his worn out father's body; his final punch sent the nearly unconscious Saiyan hurling downwards, Gohan materializing to meet him below, giving him a powerful uppercut, which rocketed him back into the air. The young Saiyan attacked the airborne full Saiyan with a double ax handle, a soundless scream burst from his lungs as he slammed onto the floor, releasing another yell, though this time it was audible. Kami... I can't keep this up…my power is fading fast and Gohan…Gohan's going to explode if I don't end this right now!
Goku cried out as a hard knee landed on his back, warm blood gushing out from his lips as Gohan took to the sky again, cupped his hands together and letting loose a roaring Kameha-wave at his hapless father.
I don't have time to move!
"Super Explosion Wave!" The older ascended Saiyan hollered, a wild surge of yellow energy encasing him seconds before Gohan's blast crashed into him.
Suddenly, time seemed to slow down when Gohan spun around, a deep bluish-orange orb glowing from within his palms as Goku materialized into view, his left arm thrown back with a red orb in hand.
Since they were mere inches away from each other when the attacks collided, fusing into one large unbalanced ball of ki, it erupted prematurely, scorching both the Saiyans as they were hurled in opposite directions.
"Go…han…" Goku murmured weakly as he saw his son's body slam onto the floor brutally, the older Saiyan's hand reaching out towards him desperately, even with knowing that he was much too far away.
He then fell into darkness.
A/N: Ehhhh I don't really have much to say... sorry about the fight with Vegeta vs Perfect Cell. I know it was very similar with the canon one, but I just didn't want to write pages of Cell kicking Vegeta's ass lol I think we get that he's much stronger, so I wanted to move on. As for the fight with Gohan vs Goku, it's finally done, so you can expect them both walking out of the time chamber in the up coming chapter...as to what state of mind will they be in...*winces* ^_^;
I don't know when I'll update again, but I can definitely tell you that it won't be this year. Let's see if I can give ya'll one in January.
Anyways, thanks for reading dudes, I'll see ya'll in 2016!
Later!
