Thank You.
The half Saiyan was stunned when her scenery all of a sudden changed, her brain rattled as the full Saiyan's use of the Instant Transmission had caused her world to turn.
"What the? Goku!" Bra growled, tearing her hand from his grasp and planting it on her hip.
When she saw that Goku would rather continue ogling…at whatever he was ogling at instead of giving her a response, she pivoted around to see what he found so interesting-
Oh…
Her aqua orbs widened as soon as her sights locked with the towering form of Shenron, who hovered in the air looking as impatient as always. However, turning back to Goku, his hardened dark orbs weren't even facing the dragon.
Following Goku's line of sight, Bra's body ran cold when she found what or… more like who had the full Saiyan's attention.
"No…" Bra breathed.
Goku inwardly cursed, berating himself as in his haste, he had unintentionally brought the Saiyan Princess with him.
"How did you know? I mean I know the Dragon is kind of hard to miss, it being huge and all, but still it's night time and the battle with Gohan and Cell isn't exactly quiet!"
"His ki signature…I felt it." Goku responded. "I got to give it to him. I bet he's been hiding for days now, trying to find the perfect time to steal the Dragon Balls so he could probably wish for immortality."
Glancing at the Bio-Android again, Bra realized that this Cell was still in his second form. "But I'm sure he'll first wish to be perfect again."

"MY PATIENCE IS WEARING THIN! STOP GAWKING AND SPEAK YOUR WISHES NOW SO I CAN RETURN BACK TO MY SLUMBER!"
Startled from his daydream, which for some reason consisted of him sitting comfortably on King Yama's chair with a glass of red wine in hand, Cell took action, demanding his first wish.
"FOR MY FIRST WISH, I WISH TO BE PERFE-!"
"Not today!"
Cell swayed to the side, easily evading Goku's flying fist. Seeing that his stomach was open, the Bio-Android slammed his knee into it, causing the Saiyan to gasp loudly, strings of saliva springing from his mouth. His body now arched over Cell's knee, the Android brought his elbow straight down onto his spine.
"Well, that was stupid." Cell carelessly pushed the unconscious Saiyan from his knee, chuckling as he watched him roll across the ground.
Cell paid no mind to the daughter of Vegeta's appearance, nor did he really care as to how these two fools found him in the first place. He had planned everything perfectly. Thanks to his copy, these idiots were so weak, that even in his second form he could kill them instantly.
"You best stay where you are girl!" Cell spat, receiving a hateful glare from the Saiyan Princess.
"Now then…" Cell returned his gaze to the Eternal Dragon and well Bra could do nothing but watch the Android make his wish.
"I WISH TO REGAIN MY PERFECT FORM!"
As soon as Shenron's eyes lit up red, Cell's body was covered in a blinding white light, his bellowing laughter piercing through the half Saiyan's ears as the Android's power grew higher and higher.
"Ahhh it's so good to be back!" Cell exclaimed, flexing his hands, his violet orbs shining with mirth as he had attended his Perfection…again….for the third time. And it will be the last he mentally declared.
"YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED! NOW SPEAK YOUR SECOND WISH!" The Dragon's voice boomed.
Perfect Cell was about to demand his next wish, but his jaw remained shut when he caught a glimpse of Bra's icy stare. On the ground with her legs folded against her rear, Cell raised a brow at the manner in which the half Saiyan held the other. With Goku's back molded against her chest and her arms encircling his waist, it was quite…endearing and disgusting.
"Goku…" Cell snarled lowly, causing Bra's heart to pick up speed as fear churned within her stomach.
Cell didn't know why, but when he turned his gaze to the comatose Goku and observed his calm features, he got pissed. Perhaps it was how he and his friends constantly interfered in his quest for perfection or maybe it was his at ease appearance when in the face of danger, such as now.
Or maybe it's just because Dr. Gero had programmed him to hate this damned Saiyan.
It was in that moment that he, the perfect being, had thoughtlessly decided on his second wish.
Malicious purple orbs never broke contact with terrified sea-green ones as Cell called out-
"DRAGON! FOR MY SECOND WISH, I WISH THAT ONCE SON GOKU DIES, NO SETS OF DRAGON BALLS COULD REVIVE HIM BACK TO THE WORLD OF THE LIVING!"
As the Dragon's eyes glowed crimson, Bra's mouth dropped at what she was witnessing and Cell, well he was savoring each tear that trickled down the Saiyan Princess' cheeks.
"YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED! SPEAK YOUR LAST WISH!"
"W-why? You could have wished for anything else-"
"Because I hate him!"
Though her emotions were running amok, Bra knew she had to act fast or else they would all be seriously screwed.
"Huh?! Is that father!?" Bra yelled, faking excitement while pointing behind the Bio-Android.
"What? Vegeta?!Where?!"
Considering the circumstances, Bra didn't laugh when Cell fell for such an old trick that hardly worked on anyone alive these days. Yeah, perfect my ass!
As Cell comically turned in the direction that the half Saiyan had pointed to, frantically looking for the Saiyan Prince, who he thought was planning a sneak attack, Bra hastily cupped her hands around her mouth and yelled-
"HEY SHRENON! IT'S NAP-NAP TIME! SAVING THE WISH FOR LATER! YOU CAN GO NOW!"
"FAREWELL!"
By the time Cell heard the command, it was too late; as he stared at his dreams literally burst into the dark sky in a yellow column of light, he realized he'd been had. Eyes shrinking with rage, Cell ignited his aura, causing the terrain to tremor with his newly reacquired power.
"You insufferable bitch!"
Within a blink of an eye, Cell was mere inches from her, his quick appearance causing her hold on Goku to loosen, which was exactly what the Android wanted. Swiping his pale clawed hand at Goku, Cell nabbed the full Saiyan by the throat, hefting him upwards until his feet dangled above the ground. The Bio-Android grinned sinisterly, Bra growling when he forced her to stand.
"Come on Princess, let's give the others a show shall we?!"
Shattered! A Saiyan's Soulful Cry!
Unimaginable pain shot through him as his eyes became dilated, shaky, and transparent.
His body went into shock.
His own heart, which was in the grasp of his blood bathed hand, stopped beating.
His brain shut down.
Everything shut down.
And then, as his body came to a standstill and his muscles slackened…
A piece of her died.
And Cell drank it all in.
"K-kami…no…"
The Android cracked a devilish grin while his perfect mind recorded the look of despair and anguish across the Saiyan Princess' pale face.
"No…"
Her plea came out as no more than a whisper in the wind. Her tousled sea-green hair curtained over her features as her head lolled down in defeat.
Too stunned to speak, much less move, all those present could only stare and watch Cell retract his clawed hand from the lifeless Saiyan's gaping chest, the squishing and crunching of flesh and bone making some of the spectators' gag at the gruesome sight.
Scrutinizing the dead organ with pure revulsion, the others grimace when the Android effortlessly crushed the heart into mulch. Feeling like he was now contaminated by 'Goku germs', he spiked up his ki to burn the organ remains from his hand.
"Good riddance, filthy Saiyan…" Cell spat loathingly and with one powerful swing, he hurled the orange-clad body into the air; his violet orbs followed the airborne carcass as it soared past the Saiyan Princess until it crashed just mere feet from the youngest half Saiyan.
Seeing his father's soulless eyes staring into his own, Gohan was straight down traumatized.
"D-Daddy?" he mumbled shakily, his voice sounding like the defenseless little boy he had once been all those years ago.
His shoulders shaking while silent tears cascaded down his beady eyes, Krillin wailed out his best friend's name in grief. No…not again…I already saw you die once…
The former monk flinched when two pale hands clasped behind his bald head and reeled him in until his face was cushioned against a flat soft surface.
Though her jaded orbs looked more pensive than sympathetic, as she really never knew Goku personally, Eighteen still cared for how this impacted Krillin and well, seeing him this devastated affected her more than she'd like.
Yamcha sniffled, his eyes squeezed shut as he tried to picture himself on a hot sunny beach or maybe relaxing in a hot tub after a long baseball game or hell even in the middle of the woods, just anywhere but right here, right now…in front of his dead friend.
As for Trunks, he was no longer in the present; his mind had traveled back to his time and he began reliving his life of misery. His stomach turned when he saw the horrid Androids wrecking cities and murdering thousands of innocent people for their own amusement. Rage consumed his mind when he saw his mentor Gohan's lifeless body lying face first in the rubble. Hope filled his heart upon his mother informing him that the time machine she had been working on for years was now complete. The rest of the memories raced through his mind in slideshows until finally, his mind returned back to Earth, the current timeline.
Then he looked at Goku's limp form and ended up getting angry again. When my mother told me that the time machine had been finished, I was thrilled. I thought that now I could go back in time, change the past by giving Goku the cure for the heart virus. Once he was cured, he could hopefully defeat the Androids and thus changing our future. But then my mother shattered that possibility when she educated me more on time travel. She explained that changing the past would not affect our timeline. It would just alter that reality, so ours would still remain as it is.
I was ready to give up hope.
However, then it hit me. If I return to the past and train with Goku and the others, I could perhaps gain the strength needed to defeat the Androids back home; that and I'd get the satisfaction of saving another timeline.
Much to my amazement I actually managed to increase my strength. Training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber twice and fighting Cell had given me more than enough power to turn the Androids in my reality into nothing but metal scraps!
Trunks sighed. But now…that dream was crushed. Cell is going to kill us all and my reality will remain in a nightmare of death and destruction forever.
Vegeta stared off space, more irritated that they have to deal with another Cell than his rival's demise. I just wish I had been the one to kill that clown…at least I would have given him a true warriors death, not taken advantage of his weakened state…
Piccolo clutched his fists tightly, downright hating how helpless they were now. I can't believe this! Gohan finally manages to kill Cell then this bastard comes out of nowhere and damn it, now we're in the same predicament as before! The only difference is that we are all drained of ki! We have no more Senzu beans and I highly doubt that Cell will let any of us go to Dende to have him heal us.
Big azure orbs gazed at the earth soil like it could provide answers, hoping that she'd wake from this hell that was reality. Maybe it is just a nightmare and all she needed to do is wake up! But how? Getting the living tar beaten out of her hasn't brought her out of this hellish dreamland, so she could toss the classic pinch-myself-awake theory out the window. Oh! Oh! What if she dies? That wouldn't be too difficult to fulfill right? All she had to do is recklessly attack Cell until he gets fid up and snaps her neck or possibly incinerates me! The more she thought about it, the more she liked her odds. It was a win-win! Because she would either A, be killed and wake up in the Time Chamber, all snuggly and comfy in her love's arms, proving that it had all been a bad dream or B, be killed and wind up in Otherworld where they then could both be wished bac-
Oh wait, he can't be wished back anymore…not ever...but that's okay! She'd just stay there with him for eternity and-and-
She broke, the dams that had held the salty water at bay pouring out in gallons, flooding her ruptured heart until it was much too dense to remain attached to her chest. She gasped a cry full of grief as the fragile organ plummeted, gravity pulling it down into an abyss of sorrow so deep, so dark that she believed she'd be forever lost.
And Cell laughed.
"Pathetic…"
Fasting than she could react, the Bio-Android stretched his hand and produced a Kiai at point-blank range, propelling her back like tumbleweed across the ground. Her momentum came to a standstill before the Z-Gang haphazardly. As a throaty cough escaped her lips, she whimpered when her sapphire eyes connected with Goku's dead body and hasty crawled towards it.
It was hard to watch and quite frankly, it was utterly embarrassing, her dramatic display of emotions…at least in Vegeta and Eighteen's opinion. As for the others, they couldn't get over the shock that they will probably never see Goku again.
Stroking his wild black hair while his head rested on her lap, her brain began to replay a memory, a memory that she will cherish until the end of time.
…
"I've always loved you Goku…" She whispered and because she feared rejection, Bra quickly drew his lips to hers.
…
She was a bit startled when Goku's hair fell back to its natural black palm tree shape, his orbs glowing with so much emotion that she couldn't help but fall into a trance and just stare at them. When he smiled warmly, everything seemed to click in place. With a loving smile, her blonde hair matted down and was replaced by neck length sea-green locks, her aqua eyes now glistening curiously.
"I'm horrible with words Bra, so I'm going to make this short."
"I don't completely understand my feelings for you. I've known you for such a short amount of time, but for some reason when I'm with you, I feel…whole, know what I'm sayin?"
She nodded.
"Chi-Chi never made me feel the way I feel about you. I feel so alive right now, like my eyes have opened for the first time. This, us here, right now, feels incredible. "
Bra held her breath.
"What I'm trying to say is, I love you too Bra… and I guess that's all that matters right?"
Goku laughed hearty when the half Saiyan launched herself at him, forcing him down on his back.
"That was just perfect Goku…." She breathed out, her eyes shining with tears of happiness.
…
"I love you…" she murmured.
Feeling that no one was brave enough to comfort her, Yamcha took charge. He cautiously planted a hand on her shoulder to gain her attention; she didn't react, but the former bandit had a feeling that she had her ears open.
"Hey Bra…you should lighten up-"
She snorted…or was it a sniffle?
"When this is all over and we beat Cell-"
She sniffled again…no, that time he was sure it was a snort.
"We can just revive Goku-"
"We can't." Bra cut in.
Yamcha cocked his head, confused. "Uhhh yeah, we can. With Dende's upgrade to the Dragon Balls, people could be brought back to life multiple times! So don't worry, Goku will-"
"No, we can't…"
Now everyone was interested; even Cell, wanting to see their reaction to the 'great news'.
"But I don't under-"
Bra snapped. "We just can't! It's impossible! Know why?! Because that bastard used one of his wishes to wish that once Goku dies, no sets of Dragon Balls could bring him back to life!"
The Z-Gangs' heart sank, though not as deep as the Saiyan Princess'. Goku was her soulmate and while the others love Goku too, the love that they shared was different more pure… more concrete. Unbeknownst to the two Saiyans, on the night that they both gave themselves to one another for the first time, their souls were literally synchronized, unified into one whole. Now that the full Saiyan was gone, his part of the fused soul went along with him, leaving the Saiyan Princess with the feeling of emptiness; a piece of her had truly died today.
A bit shaken, Yamcha stupidly asked, "Even Namek's Drag-"
"Did you even listen to what I said?! No sets could bring him back! Even if another Namekian makes new ones…nothing…he's gone…forever…"
Yamcha was silent for a moment.
"Bra…what was his first wish?"
"Perfection of course." Cell jumped in, an evil grin gracing his face. He then scowled. "I had one more wish too, but then that-" He gestured to Bra. "Whore made a fool out of me and told the Dragon to go to sleep, foiling my wish for immortality!"
Bra frowned. "That should have been your second wish instead, doofus …"
Cell ignored her. "But it doesn't matter anymore! You will all die here and then, thanks to my Instant Transmission ability, I'll travel to Namek and destroy the Dragon Balls there along with the Planet, just to make certain that all of you will remain dead!"
Bra grinded her teeth, her hands curling up into tight balls.
Cell flared up his aura, pondering who shall he kill first and in what manner? Torture or quick and painless?
From her peripheral vision, Eighteen saw and heard the Saiyan Princess mumbling something….she couldn't pick up on what she was saying though…
"Hold up Cell, there is something I want to know..." Piccolo said. "We'd like to know how you're still alive. Your counterpart had obliterated you completely and yet here you are."
Cell didn't look like he wanted to comply, but nevertheless did. "Very well."
"My counterpart…he is a fool. At that time, he had more than enough power to kill me, but he held back, thinking that a weak attack would be sufficient to finish the job."
Cell laughed.
"He was mistaken. Unfortunately, my efforts to use the Instant Transmission technique, which I had acquired through the Goku of my timeline, failed as I didn't execute the technique fast enough. But it did not matter because as long as my nucleus is intact, I will not die." He tapped his temple with a clawed finger.
"With that little lump, I can always regenerate and be whole again; also, having come to near death, just like a Saiyan, I'll gain a nice power boost! After I had regenerated, which took quite some time, I went into hiding, working on hatching a plan that will aid me to get what I so desired; it didn't take me long."
"My plan was to wait until the perfect time to steal the Dragon Balls, which I knew all of you would gather and hide in your little Lookout. It was a very prolonged wait, but it did not bother me. I have the, how do they say, 'patience of a saint'."
"When my copy began his tournament, I grew in excitement. I knew the time was near, where I would take action and finally regain perfection, for good! I hid my energy signature well since none of you had sensed my presence. It wasn't until Gohan had my copy cornered when all of you were completely absorbed with the battle and drained of power, that I took action. I easily took care of the two in the Lookout, grabbed the Dragon Balls and headed back to land and called the dragon. Simple, am I right?"
Cell grew a sinister look. "Now then-"
Piccolo didn't see it coming.
Before anyone could blink, a pink beam pierced straight through the Namek's heart, killing him instantly. The gang jumped when they saw Piccolo's drop, dust particles floating up as the body touched the ground.
Gohan lowered his head down in defeat.
As if it would help, the brunette squinted her jaded orbs, trying to catch on whatever it was that Bra was mumbling…then she started to hear…
"Cold…so cold…and weak…and gonna lose everything…again… can't let him…"
Rocking back and forth Bra continued to ramble non-sense, blind to the world, so blind that she didn't even notice Goku's body becoming transparent. Eighteen started to get uneasy, her eyes rounding when the full Saiyan's body completely vanished.
Bra continued to rock.
Cell sneered with rage; angry because standing where he was now, was reminding him about what happened in the last timeline he had been in. The embarrassment he had suffered thanks to-
"Gohan…the wrenched son of Goku…" the Android hissed. " You know brat, YOU were the very reason why I'm here in the first place!"
"Me?" the half Saiyan questioned, pointing to himself.
"Yes, you! It was because of you that I had to time travel again!" He roared out, his anger rising.
"Again? What did I-"
"You humiliated me! I had you beat damn it! Then you transformed and made me look like a fool! You were never supposed to wield that kind of power! I am Cell, the perfect Android, the perfect being! I was meant to be the strongest, not YOU! You WILL suffer for what you did to me! But before I torture you to death-"
SNAAPP
Gohan and Eighteen gasped, the half Saiyan stubbornly refusing to let tears fall while the Cyborg's hand flew to her lips, the brutal sight of Krillin's head-turning unnaturally to the left making her feel nauseous; he then dropped down like a sack of potatoes.
"-I'm going slaughter everyone you care about! And you will do nothing but watch!"
Vegeta took a step back as Cell materialized in front him, his eyes wide as the Bio-Android lifted a hand and lit up a ball of ki and-
WHOOSHHH
"I don't think so…"
The Saiyan Prince stumbled back again at his daughter startling entrance, her disheveled blue-green hair caressing the cool breezy wind as she clutched Cell's fist. A white aura surrounding her slim form, the stunned Android cursed, his blood boiling when he couldn't break her hold, the half Saiyan's fist creaking as more pressure was applied.
Utilizing her free hand, Bra planted it against Cell's plated chest, letting loose a feral growl as she sent a powerful Kiai that hurled him twenty feet away.
No one could believe what they were seeing.
Flying towards Cell's spiraling form at breakneck speed, Bra performed a U-turn, diving over him before hammering a twofold kick against his spine, which thrust him skywards. The Android grunted with annoyance when the enraged Saiyan Princess came from above with a fierce punch to his exposed stomach, causing him to plummet down, landing on the ground back first. Aiming a hand in the shape of a finger gun, an electrifying yellow ball of ki began to charge on the tip, her harsh blue eyes consumed with unadulterated hate at the monster who had taken her soulmate.
"Atomic Blast!"
A surging spear-like beam of ki burst from her fingertips, the radiant trail of light that it left in its wake brightening the night sky. The Earth shuddered when it collided into Cell, the tectonic plates underneath the earth soil grinding together roughly as they frantically attempted to keep the molten lava under control.
Knowing that Cell was perfectly fine within the cloud of smoke, the half Saiyan stirred her aura, it's translucent-ivory appearance flickering gold every now and then as the fury within her heart stung her soul.
Trunks was dumbfounded, downright speechless at the turn of events. "How is this possible? She had no ki…so…how?!"
"I don't know man, but it's a miracle! We might still live another day!" Yamcha said, feeling slightly optimistic.
As Vegeta stared at his enraged daughter, who had finally pushed herself to Super Saiyan, he just couldn't fight back the tiny smile that snuck onto his face. For whatever reason, his resolve to not admit to himself that he actually gave a shit about his children was weakened. He never let himself think such thoughts, merely ignoring them the second they intruded his mind. But now…he has finally thrown the towel in. Damn it…I truly care about those brats…
Needless to say, he hated it.
Building more ki on the palm of her hands, Bra took aim, however just before she could fire it, Cell came from behind her, throwing a hard kick at her vulnerable back; the half Saiyan did a well-timed turn and to his astonishment, she caught his leg.
"You killed him! You monster! You killed him!" Bra seethed, her voice echoing in the manner it would have at an auditorium.
Cell's smirk contorted into a grimace as Bra's fist connected with his face, making his head bounce back. Doing an aerial somersault her right boot slammed into him, sending him downward, straight to the earth soil. Doing an afterimage, the Saiyan Princess shot towards him, intercepted him and did an uppercut but… nobody's home.
A surprise attack to the small of her back sent her flying into the sky, her world spinning as consciousness nearly left her; she used a Kiai to halt her momentum and drop down to land, her front facing Cell as he gave her a confident grin.
"You know, that little display of power you did there, accomplished nothing." Cell taunted, his power still as strong as ever. "Your attacks tickled Princess!"
Instead of falling apart and crying, her rage escalated even higher; Cell frowned in disappointment.
"You're gonna pay Cell!"
THA-THUMP!
Tightening her fist until her nails dug into her palms, an echoing snarl escaped her lips, her turquoise spheres shimmering softly yet menacing as they enlarged twice its size and black pupils became visible.
THA-THUMP!
"You took him away from me!"
Crimson blood seeped from her palms, her nails having managed to break skin as her anger soared.
THA-THUMP!
"Piccolo and Krillin!"
The ground in which she stood upon shattered under her pressure, the long fissures trailing as far as twenty-five feet. Like a lighter bringing forth flames, a navy blue aura surged to life, embracing her form and infusing with her very soul, soothing its silent cries for its deceased partner.
THA-THUMP!
"And father…you almost took him too!"
Neck length golden hair soared into the air defying gravity, the rippling wind making it unkempt and unruly. Though it didn't increase in length, her blonde locks became more defined, more detailed.
THA-THUMP!
"I CAN'T LET YOU TAKE SOMEONE ELSE FROM ME!"
Her echoing growls became deeper, louder and crisp, making her feminine voice sound masculine and bestial.
"I CAN'T!"
THA-THUMP!
"ANNNDD I WON'T!"
THA-THUMP!
"LET YOU!"
PAUSE…
"YOU HEARTLESS BASTTTAARRRD!"
And Bra exploded, her deafening war cry tearing through the wind, her entire body and essence overwhelming the midnight skies with a radiant beacon of orange light. Nearby cliffs and mountains were shredded apart from the powerful roaring storm of rage and anguish, an anguish that had been chipping away at her since the day she traveled across time. Sorrowful tears streaked down her cheeks as she recalled all those she loved from her reality, the ones she failed because she had been too weak to protect them. She might have been too weak then, but now in this new timeline, she had a second opportunity to protect those that she deeply cares for. She might have lost some, including the Saiyan that she had fallen in love with, who was the only one that couldn't be wished back, but she'd be damned if she lost the rest along with the whole planet.
Her throat felt sore and raw, her eerie echoing voice sending chills down everyone's spines; hell even Cell was slightly taken aback.
Letting the last of her emotional cry loose, everything turned a flickering white, enveloping the sky once more, blinding all those present.
Several seconds later, when the area was swept from smoke, dust particles, and debris, the half Saiyan was revealed, standing firm, tall and regal, just like a Princess should. Her golden windswept hair was swapped with light blue, a single long bang running pass her forehead and kissing her nose. And her aura…well it was quite a sight to see.
Surround her form was a navy blue aura, which hissed softly as it caressed her pale skin in a gentle manner. Coating her midnight aura was a beautiful orange one, which burned high and full of life.
Bra smiled bittersweetly as it almost felt like her soulmate was right there with her, warming her heart with every time the brilliant auras intertwined with one another.
A/N: Nope, it's not Super Saiyan Blue (Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan lol). It's just that I've been watching a lot of Dragon Ball Super and eh it rubbed off on me. But anyways, there will be NO God ki in this entire story. And hey, the aura is different!
This isn't truly a new transformation and she only ascended once. So no double ascension. This will be explained more later.
A few things before some readers say or think I overpowered Bra...
1. In the Frieza Saga, Gohan managed to harm...ehhh more like push/stall Frieza both in his second and third form, most notably in the latter.
2. Bra's sudden regain of ki has been done with Goku in the Frieza Saga. Once delivering the Spirit Bomb to Frieza, Goku was drained of ki, though he had already been tired before that. Piccolo and Krillin's death triggered his Super Saiyan transformation and BAM, he became way stronger than Frieza.
3. Bra's power was gradually increasing as soon as she prevented Cell from attacking her father, so her hits increased in damage with every blow. Plus note on the fact that Cell is uhh absolutely fine thus far.
So did I Mary-Sue the hell out of Bra? Ehh find out next chapter =P
Thanks for reading!
