The Supreme Kai's True Identity Revealed

He let out a profound guttural snarl, his muscles, his whole body tensing as he dug deep within himself, where all his reservoir of power was. His growls increased as he went further within, his temples creasing when he felt his body suddenly resist. It was as though some sort of wall was keeping him from pushing his energy out of his person. His turquoise orbs shook and so did his shoulders and fists, the struggle to just let go and release his power now becoming a desperate pled. Come onnnnn!

Not a moment later, his mental pleads were granted, his eyes widening as he burst into a whirlwind of uncontrollable ki, causing dozens of blue lightning strikes to slap sharply against the tile floor, cracking and chipping away at them. He screamed loud, feeling a familiar thrill of power, one that he has not felt since Bojack.

The stunned crowd covered their eyes from a last flash of light, which was the brightest of all. Once the blinding Sun-like light died out, dozens of eyes stared at the teenage half-Saiyan, who now seemed calm, the once strained expression of his facial features completely nonexistent. His electric greenish-blue orbs illuminated with newfound confidence, successfully intimidating his opponent.

Videl became flushed, hot, and bothered, her cheeks turning as red as a tomato. She had rejoined the gang in the middle of Gohan's transformation and upon seeing the outcome of it…she couldn't stop her heart from thumping against her chest rapidly. I've…I'm…yummy…

"Excited there much, V?" Erasa whispered within her ear, lecherously, making her friend shiver in annoyance.

Sharpner chuckled quietly as he watched Videl give Erasa a scowl before shoving her back with a palm to the face.

As for the rest, their reaction was, for the most part, the feeling of disappointment and worry. In fact, Krillin and Tien were the only ones that seemed impressed with the transformation and that's probably because they were the least around the half Saiyan. While Eighteen, Zangya, and Piccolo remained indifferent, Yamcha and Bra couldn't help but feel worried for Gohan.

And Vegeta laughed, Goku grimacing when he felt his son's level of power.

"See, Kakarot!? That's your son's 'full' power!"

Goku's brows furrowed, his lips flipping into a frown. "Yeah…he certainly is weaker than his Super Saiyan 2 form, the unstable one he used fighting Cell. But he's second to you, from what Bra told me. Though, when I fought Bra, there were times that she was stronger than him, despite her issue. Why'd he stop training?"

"It has to do with the whole Bojack incident." Piccolo gruffly answered. "Did Bra fill you in on all of it?"

Goku tilted his head and nodded slowly, feeling somewhat unsure. "Bra did say something about that. But she never told me everything; just that Gohan lost control of himself…again, killed the guy, and unfortunately mindlessly attacked all of you after." He said, eyeballing Bra, who looked to the side. He tried to get her to tell him everything but she wouldn't.

It's a shame really. It's like Vegeta once said. He has the potential to become stronger than all of us and he lets fear hold him back.

"And you know what's funny? His own mother, yes, your ex-wife Chi-Chi, Goku, told him to put the books down from a while and go train, and yet…" Yamcha his voice falls off. "The battle really shook him up. I mean he-"

Their entire discussion was cut when Gohan screamed in torment, making the whole gang want to jump in and aid him as they bared witness to Mira's hulking form standing behind Gohan's, his large arms folded around him in a bear hug while Towa pierced his skin with the energy draining device that Bra had spoken of yesterday.

Acting quickly, Bra grabbed Videl by her wrist and steered her into a backward embrace just as she was about to take off, preventing her from doing something dumb, like playing hero and getting herself killed. She cried out Gohan's name in panic, tears rising to the surface while struggling to break the half Saiyan's hold on her, but no dice.

"Bra! He's hurting and it doesn't look like they are gonna stop!" she said, her body relaxing in the half Saiyan's somewhat comforting hug.

"Calm down, Videl. Give it a moment more, they should be done soon." Bra stared intensely at the events unfolding in front of her, hating to see Gohan go through this, especially the one from this reality since she had built a closer (yet complicated) bond with him.

"So far this part is playing out exactly like mine, only its two different…more powerful people…"

"Great…that makes me feel better." Videl deadpanned, sniffling.

The Z-gang anxiously looked on as Gohan's golden hair turned jet black, his body slumping against Mira's, and his eyes faded into white, becoming lifeless.

"Alright Mira, release him. We got what we came for, so let's go." Towa ordered.

Mira did as he was told without question.

With Gohan on the shattered tiled floor unconscious and on the brink of death's door, Towa stretched out a hand and snapped her fingers, causing a katana to emerge inside her hand. Grasping it firmly, she pivoted and struck the air vertical and then horizontal, making two purple slender lines appear. Gradually, the lines started to tear apart like wallpaper being peeled from a wall, revealing what looked like a portal through space and time.

The crowd, hell even the Z-Fighters were shocked by such an unusual technique, as they witnessed Towa and Mira walk directly into it, vanishing from sight, the portal fixing itself and sealing shortly after like it had never been there.

"Oh dear, looks like they have gotten away." Shin casually said, walking to meet up with Kibito.

They all blinked.

Bra spoke for everyone. "What?!"

"Go on and heal him, Kibito."

Giving his master a nod, the red man kneed next to Gohan and flattened his palm against his weakly rising and lowering chest. He grunted as a golden-orange burst of healing energy coated the half Saiyan and poured into his body, steadily turning Gohan's milky pale skin back into its natural healthy color.

Gohan's eyes opened slowly, almost as if he had wakened from a nap.

"Gohan!" Videl exclaimed, rushing to the half Saiyan just as he stood up, diving into his arms.

"Whoah!" Gohan expressed, a shy smile gracing his lips while wrapping the short-haired woman's form.

"You're okay...you're okay…" she mumbled, nuzzling her face against his hard…define chest. Not now V…

"I'm okay…" He agreed.

All of a sudden, Vegeta blurred in front of the Supreme Kai and grabbed him by the front of his collar, bringing him face to face. "What did I tell you? If you were to pull something on us, I'll beat you into a bloody pulp. And guess what? I'm a Saiyan of my word, so…"

"Unhand him mortal!" Kibito demanded, a ball of ki appearing within his palm.

The Saiyan Prince grinned wickedly. "Or what? From what I can see, you both are weak compared to us…compared to me."

Goku was about to step in, to cool the Prince down before it escalated any further, but the Kai spoke calmly, deescalating the situation.

"If-if you can release your hold on me, I'll gladly enlighten you on our next c-ccourse of action since all is not as lost as it seems." Shin managed to choke out, his purple skin turning blue.

Looking at the others and seeing no objection, Vegeta snorted in disgust, and reluctantly dropped the Kai, who fell down into a crouch, gasping out loud hoarsely, taking in the much-needed oxygen while rubbing his sore throat.

"Thank you."

"Tch."

Standing upright, he said. "I must apologize to all of you. I did not anticipate that Towa would open up a rift to teleport to Buu's location."

Bra's mouth went agape in horror." So that's it? Just like that? We're fucked? We have to fight that-" she went quiet when the haloed Saiyan placed a comforting hand on her shoulder.

Shin smiled reassuringly. "On the contrary, Bra, we still have a chance to stop Buu from hatching. We just have to get moving to their location this instant, which I now know of."

Bra frowned. "How? I can't sense them. Can any of you?" She got negative responses. "See? If we can't, then how-"

"I am a Kai. I can pick up on ki energy that mortals cannot detect. When Towa opened that rift, it left a trail that I can follow, so shell we get going?" he said, rising into the air.

"Bra? Are Kai's really capable of such a thing?" Piccolo's asked, feeling now somewhat skeptical.

The female half Saiyan narrowed her eyes briefly, feeling that something was amiss, but quickly wiped the expression off, so as to not look suspicious. This…this is weird. Something is wrong here. This is bullshit. I'm totally calling bullshit. I don't know why, but I get the sense that he's lying. I'll just have to keep a close eye on him for now.

She shrugged. "I'm…not sure. In my reality, we never asked, since there was no Towa and a technique such as that had never been done by anyone we knew."

Goku sighed. "So I guess we are going in blindly then."

Exchanging glances, they all nodded, deciding that this is the best lead they got yet. Besides, the Kai's hasn't given them any reason to not trust him thus far…well that's excluding Yamcha. He has seen the Kai do many strange things and right now, Alastor was humming in distress, faintly glowing blue in order to not gain attention.

Yamcha, I sense deceit.

Yeah, I can practically smell it off of him.

And what I find strange is that now…his aura…feels familiar to me.

It does? In what way?

I'm uncertain…I'll have to get back to you on that. For now, continue to play ignorant and go with the Kai. I have a feeling that the truth will be revealed soon.

Alright

That being said, Tien, Krillin, Zangya, Eighteen, Goku, and Vegeta rose into the air.

Seeing that Gohan wasn't following, Goku asked. "Aren't you coming, son?"

The half Saiyan nodded. "Yeah, just go ahead without me. I'll catch up soon."

Giving his son a smile and thumbs up, the Z group, minus Gohan, took off, the Supreme Kai and Kibito taking the lead.

Looking down at the woman that was still leached against his person, he chuckled while pushing her back gently. "Hey, Videl."

"Y-yeah?" She murmured meekly, her big round blues locking with his, making his heart skip a beat or two.

"You…you're going to stay here with Sharpner and Erasa, okay?"

Just as he expected, Videl became immediately alarmed, shaking her head stubbornly in refusal.

"No, I want to go with you!"

Gohan smiled half-heartedly, hating the manner in which her lips were already trembling.

"I'm sorry, you can't…just please listen for once. I have an awful feeling that things are going to get more dangerous from here on out." Gohan said, his calloused hand palming the side of her cheek, thumbing it lovingly.

Videl sighed with resignation, her hand joining his. "Gohan…I don't want to lose you again. Those years we were apart, it hurt me so much because I knew you were hurting too. So let's do us both a favor and not repeat that again. I'm not made out of glass, but I do know my limits. So promise that you'll come back to me."

"Videl…"

She shook her head, removing his hand from her cheek, but kept them intertwine. "Do that…and I'll stay."

Gohan gave a true smile this time, one that reached his charcoal eyes. "I will." He knew that making a promise such as this wasn't the smartest of ideas, but if it got Videl to remain here safe with their friends and family, then so be it.

Grasped his cheeks, Videl pulled him into a kiss that was full of unadulterated love, causing the young half Saiyan's heart to soar as high as a kite. Unfortunately, just as Gohan was returning the young woman's affections, Erasa happened, breaking 'their moment'.

"Awww, this is soooo cutte!" Erasa gushed, her hands clasped together against her chest.

Sharpner chuckled at the blushing couples "Gohan, you should get going, yeah?"

"Right." With one last smile, he flew into the air. "Make sure to tell the others what's going on, okay?" When they all nodded, the half Saiyan went on to catch up with the others.

Once Gohan was out of sight, the remaining three decided it'd be best to head to Videl's private seating to watch the rest of the tournament. It was located on the top of the dojo, which also served as her father's training and preparation room.

"M-my tournament…"

Turning around, the teenagers came face to face with the announcer, Trevor. He looked crestfallen, utterly defeated as he had to face the reality that his precious tournament was going to be canceled since practically all the fighters had abandoned it.

Trevor sighed sadly. "I'm gonna have to cancel it…" The three teens exchanged looks and then shrugged, not knowing what to say.

Hearing the murmur of confusion from the spectators, the announcer gulped nervously as he lifted the microphone to his lips, preparing himself for the incoming 'booing' that will surely follow the second he made the call.

Opening his lips to do just that, he was stopped, surprisingly by Sharpner. "Wait, I have an idea."

Tilted his head to the side, Trevor pressed on for him to continue. "Well, what is it?"

Looking at Videl, Sharpner smirked, Erasa quickly catching on. The short-haired woman fidgeted, her blue eyes swinging between her friends like a pendulum.

"Guys? Why are you looking at me like that?"

Landing and crouching behind some tall rocky landscape to remind well hidden, Yamcha and the rest of the gang saw not far off an odd white dome-like structure, the huge Majin symbol on the front telling them that they were indeed at the correct spot. He found it strange that it was right there, in plain sight for anyone to see. Wasn't this base supposed to be hidden, a secret? Yeah, the chances that anyone would want to come to such a dry deserted area was slim to none, but still, it's a little too obvious, especially for an all-powerful wizard who was planning to wreak havoc on not only Earth but the entire Universe.

"So that's their base?" Gohan asked, having joined them mid-way to their destination.

Shin, the main lead of the group, nodded. "Yes. Babidi should be in there, plotting his next move. Gohan's energy might not have been enough to awaken Buu. If that happens to be the case, he will likely send Towa and Mira out again, to gather more energy."

Zangya, who was ahead of Bra, smirked. "Yeah, let's see em' try. They know we saw what happened to Gohan, so I doubt they are stupid enough to attack-"

The Hera-jin's voice was then unexpectedly silenced before she could finish, proving her assumptions wrong as everyone froze like ice right on the spot, exactly as it did while in the tournament waiting room.

And like in the waiting room, Yamcha was the exception, thanks to Alastor. Struggling, unable to move like before, he curses mentally, not knowing what to do. As far as he knew, he was the only one aware of…well anything.

Damn it, what am I gonna do?!

Give me but a moment, Yamcha. I'm conjuring a quick spell so you can reanimate the person closest to you.

You can do that?

Alastor has gotten powerful thanks to your bond with not only it but also me. So yes, I can.

So the closet person to me He eyed Bra, who wore a look of apprehension, her hands rolled so tightly that her nails were drawing blood from her palms. I get the feeling that she could smell the bullshit from this 'Kai' too.

Looking at Shin, Yamcha's eyes darkened when he saw the Supreme Kai staring back at him emotionlessly, on his feet and clearly able to move freely, Kibito also doing the same. His stoic façade was then dropped, the evilest of grins gracing his lips as the sword wielder then felt foul dark ki make its presence known. His mohawk white hair changed, draping down his back like a curtain until it reached mid-waist. His outfit, once a mix of light and dark blue, transformed into a dark grey-ish black color, the two spikes on each shoulder giving him that much more of a sinister appearance.

For Kibito, except for the familiar 'M' symbol materializing on his forehead, he remained the same.

As the 'Kai' and his servant rose into the air and flew down to the white-dome base, Tapion's alarming voice shook the former bandit.

Ya-Yam-Yamcha! It is done! Awaken Bra, now!

Yamcha blinked as Alastor pulsed, highlighting in blue. Why did Tapion sound and feel terrified? It was something he has never felt from the imprisoned former warrior before. Actually, he cannot remember if he had ever felt any feelings from him! I'm trembling too…

Yamcha! I'll explain after! Just-

Instead of responding, he inched forward and grasped Bra's shoulder. The half Saiyan gasped, an outline of blue energy tracing her entire body, breaking the spell that had been cast upon her mind and body.

"What the fu-"

"Bra!"

"Yamcha? Why can't I fucking move?!" She was stuck at an angle that prevented her from seeing ahead of her, where the Wizard's base was.

"The Kai, Shin! That's why. He used the same spell he used while we were at the tournament!"

"Shin? But isn't he on our side?" Bra asked, puzzled. "A spell? I don't remember him-"

Yamcha growled, wanting to punch something out of frustration. "During the battle, Videl vs. Mira, what do you recall seeing?"

"Videl had the upper hand at first, but eventually Mira managed to overpower her and win by knock out."

Yamcha frowned, hating having to explain this since the bastard could assault them at any given moment. "Videl was doing well, but as the match went on, Mira's power rose, until he surpassed her maximum. He then went on beating her, straight up torturing her until she was crying, Bra. He had his foot on her head, trying to crush it against the floor! If it hadn't been for Towa telling Mira to knock it off and toss her out of the ring, she would have died!"

Bra's sea-green eyes enlarged, visibly shaking, not believing what her friend was saying. What kind of spell was so strong that it'd affect her memory to such an extent? "And you were the only one to notice?"

"Has something to do with Alastor." Yamcha had been facing forward when the current spell was cast, so he could see 'Shin' and Kibito having a discussion with one another. Seconds later, Towa, Mira, and a tall blue-outfitted red demon with devilish ears walked out of the base's door, joining them. That must be Dabura… "Think Bra!"

And she did, as hard as possible, but it was useless. Her brain felt foggy, memories of what transpired making little to no sense.

But then it hit her like a ton of brinks, the memories of Gohan's furious expression as she and their group of friends watched poor Videl's head getting nearly crashed like a watermelon by Mira's large foot. Bra could now mentally see the young girl's face wrinkle in distress and heartbreaking agony, the tears that leaked from her usual icy sharp vibrant eyes drawing out tears from her own. And what's worse, is that she smiled! They all smiled while she was getting pummeled by the bastard! It made her sick and if she could move, her hands would have probably flown to her lips out of pure shock.

And then they all forgot, memories wiped clean like it never happened! Including Videl herself, who was the one that received the beaten! After taking the Senzu Bean Goku gave to Gohan to give to her, once she was healed, she had no reason to question anything! Damn it! I told her to back down and it went just as it did in my timeline, only it was done by a different person…

Yamcha's voice broke her trance-like state. "From the look of your face, you remember right…"

"I-I-" She choked. "I have two memories…"

Yamcha winced, hating seeing the look of distraught pasted on her pretty face. "Bra, they are all gathered down there; the fake Kai, Kibito, Towa, Mira, and this tall red guy with the blue outfit."

"Dabura." Bra sneered, her body trembling as her sea-greens shimmered turquoise.

"I figured. We are sitting duck out here! What the hell are we-"

Suddenly, Alastor makes itself known, pulsating louder than ever before, whispering, beckoning for him to use it to…break the spell? But how? I can't freaking move! Tapion, anything you can do? He asked hopefully.

..

But he got no response.

Tapion!?

Yamcha flinched when he felt an abrupt surge of power flow into both his hands, into his fingertips, making them sting as his nails, to his amazement, elongated by a few inches. As blue-yellowish ki developed on each of his digits, making them burn like he had gotten scalded by a boiling furnace, the whispering returned, telling him to yell-

"Wolf-Fang Illusion Strike!"

Yamcha howled as he finally regained movement in all his limbs, his ki-powered clawed hands striking the air in front of him, causing everything to come to a standstill.

All was quiet.

CRACK!

A soft glass breaking crack was then heard, a single claw mark sliding diagonally, slowly making a trail across.

Followed by a second.

CRACK!

A third, fourth and fifth.

CRACK!

CRACK!

SPLIT!

And finally, when all ten wolfish claw marks came together, the whole space around the group shattered, causing countless glass shards of all shapes and sizes to rain harmlessly everywhere.

All Z-Fighters stumbled forwards as they felt themselves become reanimated, their limbs mobile and memories completely restored, but it was too late.

"Dabura! Kill the useless and bring me the useful!"

The red demon grinned. "As you wish, Master."

He was fast.

Some of the gang didn't get a chance to react fast enough to protect themselves against Dabura, the sensory overload of both being reanimated and getting their memories back having stunned them to the point of paralysis.

With lightning-like speed, the tall demon came face to face with Tien, giving him a devilish grin. The triclops barely managed a scream as Dabura ruthlessly released a powerful gust of flames from his lungs, dusting him into ashes, leaving no remains behind.

"Oh shit! Tien!" Bra cried out, hating to see the triclops killed in her presence, again, and not being able to do anything about it, again.

Bra could only watch in disbelief as Dabura continued his vicious assault by spitting at Krillin, Piccolo, and Eighteen. No-no-no-nooo!

The demon's saliva connected with the Namekian and the former monk before they could move, turning them into solid status.

Seeing the Android not freaking moving, Zangya didn't bother hesitating as she kinda sorta thoughtlessly dived in from of Eighteen, activated her Burning Phoenix form, daringly taking Dabura's nasty attack head-on. Much to her surprise and relief, her power actually managed to vaporize it out of existence.

"How did you-"

"I didn't-"

Zangya glared at the bastard facing the Saiyans and Yamcha, the Android not even paying attention as she just gazed sorrowfully at Krillin's permanent horrified expression.

Swinging around, Dabura easily evaded Vegeta's incoming fist, Goku's attack suffering the same fate. The demon pivoted to his left, his white cape obscuring Bra's rage-filled fist, causing her to hit nothing but air. To his right, he saw Gohan throwing an attack of his own, but unlike the others, the demon choice not to dodge it. He instead countered with a kick to his ribs, pushing him back. Watching as the half Saiyan transformed into a Super Saiyan, cocked his fist back, and fired an energy wave blast, Dabura grinned as he swung to the side, the attack missing its intended target and crashing into a cliff, causing the area to rumble as chunks of the cliff came dropping down onto the ground, leaving deep craters.

Dabura then spat at Gohan and went off to fight the others, knowing that he had already won that fight.

Bra swore as she watched Gohan try to move, but to no avail; he was simply too slow. So as she saw Gohan's left arm get struck by Dabura's disgusting spit, Bra made a decision that she and Gohan were gonna hate; more Gohan, as this was his arm.

Because it was either that or watch Gohan turn into stone and drop to the ground, shattering into millions of pieces.

A glittering green energy ball formed within her palm as she throw her hand back and yelled-

I'm so sorry…

"Final Shine Attack!" She made sure to keep her arm steady, not wanting to kill him.

Gohan looked petrified as he watched his arm slowly turn to stone, inch by inch. He had failed. He told, no he promised Videl that he'd come back to her, alive, and here he was, dying already! It's bullshit because the battle with Buu hasn't even started and yet… I'm getting killed by some low-level villain He thought, tears streaking down both sides of his cheeks.

His face all of a sudden became warped as the feelings of despair was soon replaced by one of the most agonizing searing pain he has ever felt in his whole life. And he has dealt with A LOT of pain for someone as young as him; both emotionally and physically. He felt like he was on fire, like his insides were churning and his left arm, which he now for some reason lacked, was-

Looking at the hole where his arm once was, bleeding profusely, he became dizzy, weak, and faint, the sinking feeling in his stomach worsening as he plummeted downward until he slammed into the ground…or he would have if Bra hadn't been quick and dived towards him, successfully catching him and taking the impact for herself.

As their body slid to a stop, she gentling removed herself beneath Gohan and hurriedly took a look at him.

Shit! Shit! Shit!

Gohan…it was bad. He was almost in the same bad shape he was in after Towa and Mira sapped him of his energy. Oh man, oh, man! I have to seal this wound or he'll bleed out and then it will have been all for nothing!

"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" Fat tears fell from her eyes like waterfalls as she hovered her shaky hand in front of the gruesome injury and lit it up with Ki. "And I'm sorry for this too! Hold on to…uhmmm."

"Ugh Br-Bra…ju-just –d-do it…" She heard Gohan murmur, his face contorted in agony. How was he still conscious?

Bra nodded, giving him a weak apologetic smile as she pressed her hand against his wound, beginning the process of burning it closed. Bra blenched at the smell of his cooking flesh, the sound of Gohan's bloodcurdling screams driving a stake straight through her heart.

That caught everyone's attention, including Shin, who had actually been enjoying watching his servant playing with his enemies.

He laughed, the professional and elegant voice he once had now gone and in place, a scratchy raspy one. "Honestly, I'm shocked, Saiyan! I didn't think you had it in you to hurt one of your own!"

"Because you had one of your fucking pets try to turn him into a status, so I had no choice!" Bra snapped, only bringing a nastier grin to the 'Kai's' face.

He mockingly placed his hand against his chest, his face full of hurt. "You are quite the rude one, aren't you?"

Bra merely glared at him, not wanting to give him the satisfaction of another response.

"Master, do you want us to step in? Surely the three of us together can take them on and defeat them." Towa offered, her watch held up to activate Mira if the Kai gives her the signal.

Their mastered smirked. "You know what, why not? Just don't kill them. Remember I need their energy for Buu since you told me the boy didn't even fill a quarter of his meter. Pathetic…on second thought, I'll allow you to kill the weakling too."

Towa nodded. "As you wish."

However, Yamcha came seemingly out of know where with a jaw-breaking punch to Towa's face, sending her flying aside. He didn't bother to look at Mira, as he knew that he wouldn't move unless he was told. Instead, his yellow wolfish eyes locked with Shin's, giving him a look of utter contempt.

Faster than the Kai could move, Yamcha was on him, holding him up into the air as the Prince had back at the tournament.

"How…just how are you alive?!" He roared to his face, his yellow orbs glowing brighter.

Struggling in the air, one of his servants, Dabura, came flying to his master's aid, connecting his white boot to the back side of Yamcha's head, causing him to release Shin, slam on the ground, and roll to the left, where he managed to land in a one knee crouch position.

Standing back onto his feet, the Kai tilted his head in confusion. "What do you mean? I've never died! I'm a Kai-"

"Do not spew your nonsense at me! Tell me this instant how in the world are you still alive!"

The Void of the Chosen.

Wh-what?! I can't control my body! Tapion! What the hell did you do?!

I'm sorry Yamcha, but I need to know how this is possible. Once I have my answer, I shall give you back your body.

Okay, you could have just listened or I could have told you what he would say!

You are correct, but this situation is…different.

How so? Tapion, you told me years ago, that you wouldn't take over my body. Or was it that you couldn't? Ugh, doesn't matter! Just tell me what's wrong. What are you hiding?! You can tell me, alright? We are friends…

Whether I ever could I'm unsure. So I apologize if I wasn't sincere when we first bonded. It could have been the increased power of Alastor, since we have been bonded for years. My control is limited anyway; I can already feel myself slipping.

Tapion…

Please…do it…for your buddy?

Yamcha scoffed, not believing he pulled that shit on him.

Fine.

As always, I'm forever grateful…

"I'm not lying you fool! I'm the Supreme Kai!" Shin said, puffing his chest out smugly; he then gave an evil shit-eating grin. "Eh, sort of."

Standing up high, tall, and mighty, Tapion, though it wasn't his actual body, withdrew Alastor for the first time in possibly centuries.

"Well, I stand by what I said. You are no Supreme Kai." He stated firmly, with confidence while he pointed his sword at the 'Kai' accusingly. "I am most certain, that you are the evil Wizard, the despicable Kashvarsian that created Hirudegarn, Hoi!"

A/N: So that's it. The first brand new chapter in over 2 years ^_^;

I'm not gonna go into personal shit, just know that this story never left my mind. I had ideas and I, in fact, had been outlining them since the beginning of this year. And I NEVER like to outline for shit lol So what I want to do next is get that all done, so I roughly know where I'm going, so then I can continue writing. I only pushed this one out because I feel horrible for my absence. So don't expect a chapter any time soon. BUT it will certainly not take me fucking one or two damn years!

With that out of the way, I got some things to say.

I...I fucked up somewhere in the previous chapter or two. Oops. You see, it's like the cast totally forgot everything Bra warned them about lol Since the chapter is already done and has been posted for over two years, I didn't want to change it (though I did a little on AO3, cuz I was posting this there, but I'll get to that in a minute). For those who read this chapter here already, you do not have to reread it. Just know that the group's more aware of the situation now, meaning they recall what Bra told them of her past and that they had all agreed to NOT tell the Supreme Kai that they know his plan of wanting to paralyze Gohan during his match with Kibito, so a window can be open for Towa and Mira to drain his energy to give to Majin Buu. Why? Because I don't want to make it seem like they believe everything he says. Also, this is my way of trying to fix my mistake lol I hope I did, cuz I really don't want to go and change the whole shit. If not oh well, let's keep it going ;)

Next, if you were to go to the "Table of Contents" in chapter 1, you'll notice it's updated and now includes info about the AO3 version of this story. Changes were done there, but it ain't nothing that hurts the story. But check the table of content out if you like. From here on out, they will be in complete sync.

Sorry for killing Tien again (not really, cough). I had Krillin and Piccolo get stoned again cuz there are way too many characters. I had no plans for them.

As for Gohan's arm...lmao, I heard a lot of people love Future Gohan =P There you go! Will it be gone forever? *shrugs*

I'm not the best at describing things, but this video shows what I visualized Yamcha's attack looking like, except he used his claws:

"Judgment Cut End at 10% speed" lol

Youtube com watch?v=-4e-qTRAcWY

I promise you guys that Yamcha/Tapion's spotlight will fade soon! This is the Buu Saga, so after a certain point in the story, Bra will get all of it. It's just that with Hoi here, Tapion wants to throw them hands ^_^;

As always, thanks to those who still are around supporting me, and have a wonderful day! =)
