Chapter 5: Furnimal/Death-Toy User Shiunin Sora
Recap: After I won against Bakatori-san. When arriving at LDS, Sora Shiunin, the same boy I encountered, wanted to become my apprentice. Still, I pushed declined and told him to become Yuya-san's apprentice, which he is trying so hard to do. I can't help but wonder where did this boy come from? Why does he did he call me Akemi when he first saw me?
Naomi's Dream_Normal Pov_
Naomi saw herself standing on the grass field, and in the distance was a simple medium-sized house. She walked over there to check out the building until her eyes caught on a familiar figure with a young girl. Naomi saw a younger version of Sora dueling the young girl when she looked closer.
"Geez, Akemi, you could have won the duel if you had Fusion Summoned your Ace Monster, you know," Sora said. This Akemi person was a young girl with long sky-blue hair tied into short twintails with two black ribbons. Naomi saw Akemi's bangs covering her eyes so she couldn't see Akemi's face.
"It's because you'll eventually lose, thanks to my deck strategy, Sora," Akemi replied, smiling cheekily.
Naomi gasped in surprise when she caught a glimpse of the young girl's eyes and face that looked exactly like hers when she was younger. When Naomi realized this, a bright purple light surrounded the area, and she felt herself waking up.
Dream End_
Naomi woke up feeling shocked as she knew why Sora called her Akemi. She looked exactly like Akemi, but did that mean Sora became her friend because she looked like Akemi?
Did Sora just see her as a replacement for Akemi?
If that were the case, it made Naomi sad if that was Sora's true intention.
Naomi shook her head in disbelief and slapped her cheeks. She probably was overthinking things, as usual. She may have just met Sora yesterday, but the boy doesn't seem like the type of person who would use people.
Naomi nodded, satisfied with her answer, and got ready for school. Yet why does she still have doubts in her mind?
On the pathway_
The trio walked to school with Yuya occasionally sighing, catching both girls' attention.
"Yuya-san, what's wrong?" Naomi asked the question that's been weighing on her and Yuzu's minds.
"It's my apprentice," Yuya grumbled.
"Oh. That boy, Sora-kun is at your house," Yuzu said.
"Yeah. I don't know how he found out where I live, but he tracked me to my house and ate my breakfast," Yuya admitted.
"Teacher!" a familiar voice yelled.
"Saying things like that," Yuya said until he turned around and saw Sora behind them.
"When did you get here?!" Yuya asked, surprised to see Sora behind them. "Why are you following me around?"
"It's because I'm your apprentice," Sora answered, making Naomi laugh at Sora's answer.
"Come on, Teacher! Please teach me how to Pendulum Summon?" Sora asked.
"Well, even if I did, you need Pendulum Cards to Pendulum Summon," Yuya explained.
"Then please show me Pendulum Summon, please," Sora added. "Please, please."
"Can you ask him to do it for me, nee-chans? "Sora asked Yuzu and Naomi.
"Why should I? "Yuzu asked.
"I don't mind, but why? "Naomi said, just as confused as Yuzu was right now.
"If Teacher's girlfriend and his best friend ask him, then he is sure to do it," Sora replied as there were two different reactions from the girl.
"That's right, Yuzu-chan looks more like Yuya-san's girlfriend than I could ever be," Naomi whispered, pressing her fingers together as she began making depressing sounds.
"G-girlfriend," Yuzu repeated as she tried to settle her heart beating fast from Sora's words.
"Did I get it wrong between the three of you?" Sora asked.
"You did!" Yuya and Yuzu protested while Naomi still had her depressing aura.
"Why would I for a crude, strong girl like her as my girlfriend when I can have a girl like Naomi, who's the complete opposite of Yuzu!" Yuya defended, causing two different reactions from the two girls.
Yuzu blushed red with an irk mark on her head and smacked Yuya with her fan.
"Who does he think I am anyway, and why did he have to say it like that!" Yuzu complained, walking away with her face still red. At the same time, Naomi was blushing red and holding her face in her hands.
"He said someone like me," Naomi whispered. Her ears were turning red. She was snapped out of her depressed state.
Yuya had caught Naomi's reaction and blushed red on his cheeks. Naomi had seen Yuya's face blush a deeper shade of red.
"W-w-w-w-wait for me, Yuzu-chan!" Naomi said, grabbing her notebook and school bag to catch up with her other childhood friend.
"Oh, now I get it. Naomi nee-chan is your girlfriend. Sorry for getting it wrong. Don't worry. It won't happen again," Sora said, causing Yuya to blush deeper red.
"S-Shut up!" Yuya yelled with a red face.
Naomi caught up to Yuzu as she saw her friend was still complaining about what had happened earlier.
"Yuzu-chan, if it makes you feel better, I think you're fine just the way you are," Naomi complimented.
"Only when you're not hitting people with your fan," Naomi thought. She still saw a slight frown on Yuzu's face, and Naomi poked between her eyebrows.
"Yuzu-chan, he called you strong, so that means he sees me as someone who needs to be protected all the time, unlike you. You should be glad he called you those things. People tend to prefer someone who can put them in their place," Naomi said, grabbing Yuzu's cheeks. "So turn that frown upside down."
Naomi continued to grab Yuzu's cheeks as she heard a slight giggle. "Thanks for cheering me up, Naomi-chan," Yuzu thanked her childhood friend.
"Oh, wait. We have to add that to our point system, "Yuzu reminded. Naomi knew what she was talking about.
They both confessed they liked Yuya around a certain age, so to determine who gets to confess and who gets to go out with the boy and date him, they created a point system. So, that will be a point for every compliment, warm smile, and loving gesture Yuya gives them. But both girls knew that a point system couldn't determine someone's feelings for you, but it wouldn't hurt to keep points to see your progress with that person.
After Yuzu put up the point system book, the two girls continued to walk to school. Yuya finally caught up with them as the trio entered the school, unaware someone was watching them.
"Teacher is definitely not like him at all. And that's what makes this so interesting," Sora snickered under his breath as he sat on the tree branch and watched the trio from a short distance.
Naomi Pov_
It was lunchtime. As I saw Yuzu-chan and Yuya-san sitting in our usual spot, I saw them waving toward me to sit down to eat. But afterward, Sora-kun popped out of nowhere, surprising us.
During the entire day, Sora-kun kept popping out of nowhere, yelling "Teacher" at Yuya-san as he kept surprising him. But I wonder if he followed Yuya-san right into the boy's bathroom and even waited for Yuya-san to show up to surprise him again.
No, Sora-kun wouldn't do something like that-
I heard screams coming from down the hallway and laughed nervously.
Nevermind. He actually did do something like that.
Afterschool On the Pathway_Normal Pov_
"You had a rough day, didn't you, Yuya-san" Naomi commented. The boy looked even more tired than he did this morning.
"Yeah, I did," Yuya replied.
"Then please cheer up Yuya-san," Naomi comforted, straightening the boy's back.
"That's right, isn't being a fun and bright entertainer your motto," Yuzu said, patting the boy's back.
Yuya gave one loud sigh as he slapped both of his cheeks together.
"Alright! It's time for me to kick it into overdrive!" Yuya shouted as both girls smiled.
"That's right," Yuzu agreed. The trio entered You Show with an excited Yuya leading them as they entered the room. A surprise was waiting for Yuya.
"Ladies and Gentlemen! Yuya Sakaki, the bright and cheerful fellow entertainer-" Yuya introduced before a familiar shout caught him off.
"Teacher!" Sora yelled as Yuya fell.
"Y-Your here as well?!" Yuya exclaimed.
"Yep! Oh! Teacher, can we have a duel then I could watch you Pendulum Summon?" Sora asked.
"Why should I?" Yuya retorted.
Sora put on a puppy dog expression as he enchanted everyone in the room except for Yuya, Naomi, and Chou for different reasons. Chou was because she thought her daughter was the cutest, in her opinion. Naomi's because she was used to seeing puppy dog eyes from actual puppies that no human could compare its cuteness. Yuya because he thought someone looked cute doing that, but he's not going to say who it is.
"Don't you feel bad for him, Yuya-nii-chan?" Ayu asked while blushing.
"Yeah, I'm sure one duel couldn't hurt Yuya," Yuzu agreed. Yuya sighed at everyone and reluctantly agreed.
"Fine! However, if I win, you can't follow me anymore or call me teacher," Yuya said as Sora nodded.
"However, if I win, I get to follow you around and call you teacher," Sora said.
Both Yuya and Sora stood in the room. Shuzo was in the control room.
"Now Action Field on! Field Spell: Wild West Duel Town!" Shuzo yelled, activating the Solid Vision.
The room changed into a Wild West Town with a sigh. Yuya and Sora stood on both sides until a complaint was in the air.
"Can we duel somewhere fun and interesting?" Sora whined, pouting.
"Okay... then here, this Town!" Shuzo yelled. The Wild West Town changed into a land full of sweets, the lollipops to the red licorice and candy canes.
"Action Field: Sweets Island!" Chou announced. "Now, who will be standing on this delicious land! You or me!"
"Oooooh, I love things like these! I love the cool introduction, madam!" Sora cooed, looking around the field as his mouth watered.
"So adorable," Shuzo said as Chou blushed at the compliment.
"You got to be kidding me," Yuya mumbled, sighing.
Nevertheless, Yuya got his duel disk ready to get into position as Sora did the same thing with his yellow duel disk.
Yuzu: Duelists locked in battle!
Naomi: Kicking against the earth Tatsuya: and dancing in the air alongside their monsters!
Futoshi: They storm through this field!
Ayu: Behold, this is the newest and greatest evolution of dueling!
Yuya: Action!
"DUEL!"

Action Cards spread throughout the area.
Turn 1
H:5
"I'll take the first turn!" Yuya declared, looking at his hand and grinning. "What you look at that, it seems you'll be getting what you want, after all, Sora!"
"Could it be?" Sora said, getting excited.
"I set Scale 1-Entermate Gumgumouton and Scale 5-Entermate Laugh Maker on the Pendulum Scale! Sway! Pendulum of the soul! Draw an arc of light across the aether! Pendulum Summon! Come forth! My monsters! Entermate Silver Claw! Gunhopper and Lizardraw!" Yuya chanted three monsters descended from the portal and arrived at the field.

"I activate Gunhopper's effect by releasing Silver Claw. I can inflict damage to your equal to Silver Claw's Level times 100! Take 400 damage, Sora!" Yuya shouted. Gunhopper turned Silver Claw into a small beam and shot it toward Sora, who took the hit.
Sora:4000-400=3600 LP
"With that, I end my turn!" Yuya concluded his turn. He took off to find Actions Cards in the candy-filled area.
"I'm surprised that he didn't use Timegazer and Stargazer to Pendulum Summon," Chou commented.
"That shows Yuya is expanding his horizons! Keep going, Yuya! Hot-blooded!" Shuzo shouted as Chou smiled at the man's antics.
Turn 2
H:5-6
"It's my turn! Draw!" Sora said, looking at his drawn card and smiling at what he had just drawn.
"I activate the Continuous Spell Card 'Toy Vendor' from my hand," Sora said. A gigantic toy capsule vending machine appeared on the field.
"I can discard a card from my hand to draw one card, and if that card is a Level 4 or lower Monster, I can Special Summon it. However, anything else is destroyed," Sora said, discarding a card from his hand to draw a card, and he flipped the drawn card.
"The card I drew is Furnimal Dog, so I get to Special Summon Furnimal Dog."
A stuffed dog with angel wings on its back appeared, moving around and licking the field.
Earth/Level 4/Fairy/Effect/ATK 1700/DEF 1000
"When Furnimal Dog is summoned or Special Summoned, I can add an Edge Imp Scissors or a Furnimal monster from my Deck to my hand. I choose the former" Sora took the ejected card.
"Now, I summon Furnimal Lio from my hand." A yellow lion with cuffs on his hands and legs appeared, roaring next to Furnimal Dog.
Earth/Level 4/Fairy/Effect/ATK 1600/DEF 1200
"Impressive, he managed to use his Continuous Spell to summon two monsters on his field," Naomi complimented as she looked at the two monsters.
However, another thought came into her mind.
"His monsters are so cute!" Naomi cooed at the two-adorable monster with hearts in her eyes. It looks like Yuzu and Ayu agreed with her statement.
"What's up with them?" Yuya mumbled as he wasn't looking where he was going as he and his monsters headed towards a juice pond.
"Yuya-nii-chan!" Tatsuya called out.
"Right in front of you!" Futoshi warned. Yuya looked alright in front of him when he suddenly realized it was too late as he fell into the juice pond with Lizardraw and Gunhopper.
"Battle! Furnimal Dog attack Entermate Gunhopper!" Sora declared.
"I activate Gumgumouton's Pendulum Effect! Once per turn, Gunhopper isn't destroyed by battle!" Yuya motioned towards the green and pink-colored duo as they shot foam to protect the grasshopper monster from the stuffed dog's attack.
"Then this time, I'll attack with Furnimal Lio! When this card declares an attack, it gains 500 ATK!" Sora attacked again, and Furnimal Lio glowed a bright yellow as the lion felt its ATK rise to 2100. It went to the Gunhopper and pounced on the monster, finally destroying it.
"Too bad it was in Defense Position. Otherwise, you would have taken damage, Teacher," Sora added, pouting.
"I activate Lizardraw's effect when a monster I control is destroyed. I can draw cards equal to the Entermate monsters on my field. I control one, so therefore I draw one card" Yuya shouted, drawing his card.
"I end my turn," Sora grumbled with Furnimal Lio's ATK returning to normal. "Now it's time for me to get an Action Card."
"Then it's my turn!" Yuya announced, drawing his card after he got out of the pond.
Naomi looked back at the duel, mainly at Sora, "Sora-kun could've attacked Lizardraw, and if he did, then Yuya would've taken damage, but instead, he attacked Gunhopper, thus allowing Yuya-san to draw a card." Naomi thought. "Was it on purpose, or did he perhaps misplay?"
Turn 3
H:1-2
Yuya looked at his hand and saw how limited his options were.
"Can't be helped. I guess I have to defend myself this turn," Yuya said, taking a card out of his hand.
"I activate the Spell Card 'Duelist Alliance' since I have a card in the Pendulum Zone I can add a monster or a Spell or Trap Card with Pendulum in its name. I choose to add Pendulum Switch my hand" Yuya looked at the card and nodded.
"I switched Lizardraw to Defense Position and set two cards. I end my turn" Yuya concluded his turn with two set cards.
"Oh my, that's a really passive move, Teacher. How about I show you something really aggressive?" Sora asked. He smiled, drawing his card.
Turn 4
H:4-5
"It's time for me to show the full potential of my deck!" Sora declared, surprising the others, especially Yuya.
"Now I activate the Spell Card 'Fusion' from my hand," Sora said.
"Fusion?!" Yuya gasped in surprise.
"The monster I will fuse with this card effect will be Furnimal Dog and Edge Imp Scissors!" Sora yelled, his monsters fused in a vortex. "Demonic claws! Sharp fangs! Become one and show us a new form! Fusion Summon! Appear! Vicious beast in the forest! Death-Toy Scissor Wolf!"
Dark/Level 6/Fiend/Fusion/Effect/ATK 2000/DEF 1500
"But I'm not done! I activate the Spell Card 'Fusion Recovery' to add Edge Imp Scissors and the Spell Card Fusion back to my hand, which I will now activate again!" Sora yelled. This time he fused Furnimal Lio and Edge Imp Scissors.
"Another one?!" Yuya shouted. He braced himself.
"Demonic claws! Sharp fangs! Become one in the mystic vortex and show us a new form and power! Fusion Summon! Show yourself! Mystical beast that rips everything to shreds! Death-Toy Scissors Tiger!"
Dark/Level 6/Fiend/Fusion/Effect/ATK 1900/DEF 1200
The sight of the tiger and wolf caused different reactions from the audience.
"Oh my god! What horrifying creatures!" Chou yelled, clinging to the chair.
"Yuzu-nee-chan, I'm scared," Ayu confessed, clinging onto Yuzu as she tried to close her eyes in fright.
"Those are Fusion Monsters," Yuzu said, looking at the field.
"That's the first time I ever saw a Fusion Monster!" Tatsuya said excitedly.
"They look so cool!" Futoshi complimented.
"Ah." Was the only word the green-haired girl said as she sweat-dropped at everyone's different reactions to the Fusion Monsters.
As Yuya got ready for whatever Sora had to throw at him.
"First, Scissors Tiger's effect increases all Death-Toy monsters gain 300 ATK for each Furnimal and Death-Toy monster I control! I control two, so therefore Tiger and Wolf gain 600 ATK!"
A yellow glow covered each monster as Scissors Tiger's ATK increased to 2500, whereas Scissor Wolf increased to 2600.
"That's not all! When Scissors Tiger is Fusion Summoned, I can destroy cards up to the Fusion Material this card has! I used two. Therefore, I get to destroy two of your cards!" Sora yelled, looking at the cards on Yuya's field.
"I choose Entermate Lizardraw and Gumgumouton!" With those words, a gigantic pair of scissors cut one of the Pendulum Zone and the lizard monster in half.
"Now that Gumgumouton is gone, Yuya can't negate his monster destruction by battle," Yuzu said.
"However, he still has his set cards that will get him out of this pinch" Naomi added, though, despite her words, she looked worried.
"Battle! Death-Toy Scissors Tiger attack the player directly!"
Yuya looked at the Action Card he got in the pond and realized it couldn't help him as he activated one of his set cards.
"Reverse Card open! Continuous Trap Card 'Pendulum Switch' I Special Summon Laugh Maker from my Pendulum Zone!" The jolly man appeared wielding his staff and saw the foreseen attack with a grin.
Light/Level 8/Spellcaster/Pendulum/Effect/ATK 2500/DEF 2000/P.S:5
"Their ATKs are the same?!" Futoshi yelled.
"A mutual destruction!" Tatsuya exclaimed.
"I banish Edge Imp Scythe effect from my Graveyard! If a Death-Toy Fusion Monster would be destroyed, I can banish this card from my Graveyard instead to negate its destruction!" Sora protected his monster.
"Now, only Laugh Maker will be destroyed!"
"I don't think so! Action Spell 'Chocolate Shield' now Laugh Maker destruction through battle is negated!" Yuya backflipped and went to find another Action Card.
"I still have another attack! Death-Toy Scissor Wolf can attack for each Fusion Material used to summon it! I used two, so it can attack twice! Go destroy Laugh Maker!" Sora quickly jumped from one cake to another, surprising everyone.
"What school did that kid come from?" Shuzo asked the question on everyone's minds.
Sora swiped a card and activated it. He quickly emerged and landed on Scissors Tiger's palm.
"Action Spell 'Peppermint Power' Death-Toy Scissor Wolf's ATK is increased by 2000!" A peppermint appeared, and the deformed wolf-like monster devoured the treat as its ATK boosted to 4600.
When Yuya saw the incoming attack and realized there was no time, he quickly activated a card on his field.
"Trap Card 'Return Performance' I can negate an attack since I control an Entermate monster!"
Laugh Maker teleported on top of the candy-shaped house as Scissor Wolf missed its target.
"Remember, Teacher, I still have another attack!" Sora reminded. Scissors Wolf jumped in the air and pounced on Laugh Maker, destroying the monster and the house.
Yuya winced from the pieces striking him.
Yuya:4000-2100=1900 LP
"With that, I end my turn! You managed to slip past me, but when my turn comes again, you'll lose Teacher" Sora said condescendingly.
"This duel isn't over! As long as I have a single LP, I still have a chance!" Yuya declared, drawing his card.
Turn 5
H:0-1
Yuya looked at the card he drew, and his eyes widened when he read its effects.
"I can't use this card" Yuya muttered as he shook his head. "No, maybe I'm missing something here, but I don't have any monsters in my Extra Deck."
Seeing the distraught face Yuya wore, the others began to worry.
"Did he draw a dud? Or maybe Odd-Eyes, but if that's the case, he can't summon it because he has no Pendulum Cards in his Pendulum Zones," Chou observed.
"Is Yuya-nii-chan going to lose?"Ayu asked.
"No, if it's Yuya, then he can turn this duel around," Yuzu smiled. "But what did he draw that caused him to look like that?"
Naomi didn't know the answer, but she heard Clear Kuriboh pointing to light coming from Yuya's Extra Deck that Naomi saw as she suddenly realized what her duel monster spirit was trying to tell her. She knew what she had to do.
"Yuya-san! Remember, you still have things to do, right!" Naomi called out. "Your deck responds to your feelings and knows what you need to win! Believe in your deck!"
"My deck knows what I need to win," Yuya repeated. "I believe in my deck, and it has never let me down. Not once, not ever."
Yuya looked at his pendulum as it kept glowing, and soon he realized his Extra Deck was glowing.
"Why is my Extra Deck glowing? I don't have any monsters in there. So why is it?" Yuya asked quietly. He pressed the button, but the moment he did, a bright light came from the Extra Deck as it revealed three monsters that had been destroyed in his previous turns.
"What's wrong, Teacher? Did you draw a dud after all? If so, then end your turn because it's over," Sora taunted, shrugging his shoulders.
"No! I'm just getting started! Because the real fun has just begun!" Yuya grinned, activating his drawn card.
"I activate Spell Card 'Pendulum Halt' since I have three Pendulum monsters with different names in my Extra Deck I can draw two cards" Yuya drew his cards.
"Pendulum Monsters in your Extra Deck?" Sora said, confused by Yuya's words.
"The monsters you destroyed in my previous turn went to my Extra Deck instead of my Graveyard!" Yuya explained.
"Instead of being in the Graveyard, they go to the Extra Deck when they're destroyed. That even includes the monsters in your Pendulum Zones" Sora's eyes widened as he soon began to laugh.
"So interesting! Very interesting Teacher!"
"Glad you think so, Sora! But it's too early to be surprised! I set Scale 1-Entermate Monkeyboard on the Pendulum Scale!" Yuya set his monster and pointed to the monkey keyboard hybrid. "I activate Monkeyboard's Pendulum Effect to add a Level 4 or lower Entermate monster from my Deck to my hand! I add Pendulum Sorcerer and set him in my other Pendulum Zone!"
"Yuya-nii-chan scales are completed!" Ayu cheered.
"However, he can't Pendulum Summon any monsters," Tatsuya noted the difference between the scales.
"Did I make a mistake? It seems like my audience is confused about why I chose Pendulum Sorcerer, but you'll find out because of this card!" Yuya activated his last card.
"The Quick-Play Spell 'Pendulum Shift' to change Pendulum Sorcerer's scales to 10! So now I can summon monsters whose Levels are 2 to 9 simultaneously!"
"Sway! Pendulum of the soul! Draw an arc of light across the aether! Pendulum Summon! Revive from the Extra Deck! Silver Claw and Laugh Maker!"
Appearing on the candy-coated field, Silver Claw and Laugh Maker were ready to strike back at the Fusion Monsters.
"Pendulum Sorcerer's Pendulum Effect activates! When an Entermate Monster is Pendulum Summon, all Entermate monsters I control gain 1000 ATK until the End Phase!" Silver Claw's ATK increased to 2800 and Laugh Maker's ATK to 3500.
"Their ATK is now above both of my monsters' ATK however Teacher, even if you destroy them, I will still have LP left" Sora said. He felt unnerved by Yuya's smile.
"Are you sure about that? Battle! Entermate Laugh Maker attack Death-Toy Scissors Tiger! At this moment, Laugh Maker's effect activates! When this card declares an attack, it gains 1000 ATK for each monster except for my monsters whose current ATK is different from their original ATK!" Yuya shouted. "There are two monsters therefore Laugh Maker gains 2000 ATK!"
Laugh Maker grinned and twirled its staff around when his power rose to 5500.
"Laughing Spark!"
Yellow lightning sparks that resemble smiles came out of the staff and obliterated Death-Toy Scissors Tiger, and Sora winced at the impact.
Sora:3600-3000=600 LP
"Since Scissors Tiger is no longer on the field, Scissor Wolf loses 600 ATK returning its ATK to 2000!" Futoshi yelled, shaking his body.
"Now, Ladies and Gentlemen! It's time for a dog vs dog battle! My adorable Silver Claw attacks Death-Toy Scissor Wolf! At this moment, when Silver Claw declares an attack, Entermate monsters I control gain 300 ATK until the end of the Battle Phase!"
Silver Claw roared as its ATK rose to 3100. It jumped in the air and launched towards the Fusion monster, destroying it and depleting Sora LP, making him land in whip cream.
Sora:600-1100=0 LP
YUYA WINS!
The Action Field disappeared, leaving Yuya and a slouched Sora in the room. "Now you remember what you promised," Yuya reminded. "Now you can't call me Teacher-."
Sora started to laugh "that was a great duel, Yuya!" Sora said.
"Why are you using my first name?" Yuya grumbled.
"If I can't be your apprentice, then I'll be your friend," Sora declared, grinning.
Naomi smiled at the scenes and then laughed with everyone else when Yuya playfully got upset at Sora for getting ahead of himself. On cue, the two played around with Sora being chased around the room with a fuming Yuya chasing him.
Later in the afternoon, after everyone went home, excluding Naomi, since it was her turn to lock up You Show. She checked to make sure everything was cleaned, and everything was functioning properly. She went to the dueling area and saw Sora. So she walked up to him.
"It seems that you and I are the only ones here, Sora-kun," Naomi mentioned leaning against her feet.
"It seems like it, Naomi-chan," Sora said. Tense silence in the air made Naomi nervous, but she pushed the feeling down and wanted to confront the problem that's been weighing on her mind since this morning.
"Sora-kun, let's have a duel. I want to become your friend. Your real friend," Naomi suggested. "It doesn't feel right knowing you mistook me for her and just see me as her replacement."
"That's fine. I always wanted to have a duel with you. Let's do this, Naomi," Sora accepted, shrugging.
Naomi nodded and prepared herself for the duel determining if she and Sora could be real friends.
