A/N: Hurray! During my ORAS break, this story hit 30,000 hits! Yes, it did reach 30,000, same as Harry Potter and the 7 Reincarnated Spirits (though that one was first)... I know... it's a weird coincidence... Anyways enjoy the chapter... I have a few twists I hope you enjoy... also Nami gets another Pokémon... I don't think anyone will argue with the choice...

Chapter 14: Battle Aboard the Saint Anne

As they were still in Vermillion City they decided to do some more site seeing before going to find the next gym.

Along the way, they found a gigantic cruise ship.

"Oh wow! That ship looks amazing!" said Ash.

Luffy stared to cry.

"What's wrong." Said Ash.

"I want to be pirate again…" cried Luffy.

"He's homesick.." said Nami.

"Oh…" said Ash.

"If you want to we can go on a boat trip." Misty told him.

"Really?" asked Luffy.

"Do you know how much it would cost to go on of these boats?" asked Nami with her face dark.

"Maybe not on one of these boats…" said Misty.

As they explored the dock, they heard a voice scream out.

"Hey!"

They turned around and saw two heavily tanned teenaged girls.

"Hey! We were going to go with our boyfriends and some of our other friends but they ditched us!" said one of the teenaged girls.

"What are you talking about?" asked Ash.

"Oh like sorry…" said the teenaged girl, "These are tickets to a totally tubular awesome party on the Saint Anne! With free food all for Pokémon trainers!"

"Cool!" yelled the other girl in a voice that sounded like a man trying to do a teenaged girl's voice.

"What's wrong with your voice…" said Zoro.

The second teenaged girl began to cry, "Why did he make fun of my voice…" cried the girl

"Like drop it… she very sensitive about it." said the first one.

Both Nami and Misty glared at Zoro who could only sweat drop in response.

"But still this event will be so much awesomely-tastic fun!" said the first teenaged girl.

She forced Ash to take the tickets and the two ran off waving.

"That was weird…" said Misty.

"But still we can go on the ship and have fun!" said Luffy.

They decided to bard the ship and once they were on they made it to the hall where they found quite a few trainers.

People were advertising different kinds of Poke balls.

"I have Quick Balls, Net Balls! Heal Balls!" shouted the salesman.

"Hey look at the flame on my Charmander!" said one boy to another.

"Well look at the scales on mine!" said another.

"Oh wow! This place is great!" said Luffy.

"yeah!" said Ash, "But my Charmander is better than theirs."

"Enter the special raffle! The grand prize is a rare Pokémon from the Hoenn region!" called out the person.

"Hey Nami want to enter the raffle?" asked Misty.

"Sure why not…" shrug Nami.

"I'm going to go look around." Said Luffy.

"I'm going to see if there's anyone who wants to battle!" said Ash.

"How about we meet up for lunch." Said Luffy.

"Okay…" said Ash.

They all went their separate ways for a while.

Misty and Nami got opt the raffle booth.

"So what's this about a rare Pokémon?" asked Misty.

"You see it's charity for the local breeding center. They planned to donate an egg but it hatch last week." Said the person running it, "They're giving the Pokémon up for the prize."

"Okay…" said Nami.

Both of entered the raffle, hoping it was a water Pokémon.

"Also it's not a Feebas." Said the guy running it, "Just wanted to clear that up."

"A Feebas?" asked Misty.

"They're Pokémon similar to Magikarp." Said the guy running it, "But not as weak…"

"Oh, okay..." said Misty.

"What's a Magikarp…" said Nami.

"The weakest Pokémon imaginable…" sighed Misty.

As Luffy looked at around, suddenly a red fish like Pokémon jumped into his arms.

"Oh it seems to like you." Said a salesman, "And your very lucky you see Magikarp is a very valuable Pokémon…"

As the Salesmen was talking about it, Luffy used his Pokedex.

"Famous for being unreliable, it is famous for swimming in seas, rivers and shallow puddles." Beeped the Pokedex.

"I don't want it." Said Luffy handing it back to salesman.

Luffy walked away, the Salesman muttering under his breath "I thought I had him he looked like such an idiot…"

Not this time though, he started picking up on Ash's Pokedex habit.

Speaking of Ash he found a small battle spot, he watched a gentlemen used his Raticate to beat a Starmie.

"Now who wants to battle my Raticate?" asked the gentleman.

"Will you battle my Butterfree?" asked Ash.

"Why of course young man!" said the gentleman.

The two began to battle, however Butterfree was winning with the use of Stun Spore.

However…

"Return Raticate." Said the gentlemen.

"What?" asked Ash.

"I believe it's a draw." Said the gentleman.

Ash stared at him.

"Seriously?" he asked..

"Now I think that's good enough for now." Said the gentlemen leaving.

Ash noticed Zoro was one of the ones watching.

"That was a good battle." Said Zoro.

"Yeah." sighed Ash.

They soon met up for lunch, of course Luffy was eating the most.

"How is he explain like that?" asked one of the people watching.

"It should be impossible!" said another.

"Luffy…" sighed Misty face palming.

"Hello there young man." Said the gentleman showing up with his girlfriend.

"Oh hey…" said Ash looking up from his food.

"I was thinking how would you like to trade your Butterfree for my Raticate." Said the gentleman.

"I don't know…" said Ash.

"Oh come on trading is the perfect way to make friends." Said the gentleman, "You trade with a person and they trade they're Pokémon with more people…"

"I don't know… you just sound like you want to trade because you think Ash's Butterfree is more powerful than your Raticate." Said Zoro.

"Oh it's not that at all." Said the Gentleman, "And di you even witness our battle?"

"I did." Said Zoro.

The gentleman sweat dropped.

"Butterfree is the first Pokémon I ever caught." Said Ash relating that Zoro might be right, "I don't think I can trade him away."

"Alright, talk to me later if you change your mind." Said the Gentleman.

Ahs blinked, "I don't know why but it feels like I dodged bullet." He said.

They began to enjoy the rest of the cruise. TI was soon announced that it was time to announce the winners of the raffle, as the prizes were read Misty and Nami were disappointed.

"Now for our Grand Prize a Pokémon form Hoenn!" called the guy who ran it, "Come out on our Castform!"

He revealed a light grey Pokémon with a very round head and almost looked like a Cloud.

"This Castform was born knowing Sunny Day, Hail, Rain Dance and Weather Ball! I don't know how… the guy who bred it was rather secretive about the process."

This made most of the crowd sweat drop.

"Now the winner is number 9151020!" announced the guy running it.

Nami looked at her ticket.

"I won!" she cheered.

She got up to the stag.

"Congratulations Ms…" said the Guy who ran it.

"Nami." Said Nami.

"Nami!" said the guy running.

Castform looked at Nami and began to rub against her leg.

"All it likes you." Said the guy running the stand.

Nami smiled and picked up the Castform to hug.

Everyone in the crowd applauded.

"Maybe I should have entered." Said Ash.

"Nami still would have won…" said Misty.

"Yeah…" laughed Ash.

Later Nami was looking at the Pokémon in its Pokeball.

"I can't believe I won…" said Nami, "If only it was money…"

This just made the group sweat drop.

That was when suddenly all of the waiters and waitresses removed their uniforms revealing they were Grunts from Team Rocket and all of them had weird vacuums on them.

"Prepare for Trouble!"

"Can you please not do that now!" yelled one of the Grunts.

"Oh come on!" yelled Jessie.

"We get your bosses in this but please… not now…" said another one of the grunts.

"Fine… be that way…" muttered Jessie.

The Team Rocket grunts began to use their vacuums.

"You know… I think it's one of those times when we can fight without Pokémon!" said Nami.

"All right!" said Luffy.

Zoro smirked and got his swords ready.

"Gum Gum Pistol!" yelled Luffy.

He punched several of the grunts with his stretchy arm.

"His arms just stretched!" yelled many of the guests.

"Neat!" said the Captain of the ship taking a picture.

"Oni Giri" yelled Zoro slicing many of the vacuums.

Nami grabbed her staff and knocked a few out… and took their wallets while no one was looking.

"All right! We should do something too!" said Ash, "Pikachu!"

Ash's Pikachu nodded, with Luffy's Pikachu joining along with all other Pikachu on the ship.

All of the other Pikachus joined in the attack.

"Geodude!" called out Brock.

All other Geodudes joined up with Brocks and they made their attacks.

"Clefairy!" called out Nami.

The Clefairy came out and joined by a few others. They all joined together in a Metronome, which all merged to created a strange mix of water gun, flame thrower, Thunder bolts and some weird pink ball.

"Beedrill!" called out Zoro.

His Beedrill was joined by others.

"Not the Beedrill! Not the Beedrill!" yelled one of the grunt, "They're in my eyes!"

"What?" asked another grunt.

"I don't know…" said a third.

"All right! Staryu!" called out Misty.

Staryu was joined by other Staryu who all flew towards the Team Rocket grunts and attacked.

Several more Pokémon joined the fray, Ash was happy to add his Butterfree to the mix when they all used Stun Spore.

Soon enough all of the Team Rocket Grunt were in a pile, they made sure to find any Pokeball which was stole and took them.

"Where's Jessie and James?" asked Misty.

"And Meowth." Added Nami.

"I don't know…" said Zoro sheathing his swords.

Zoro turned around and froze, several trainer were looking at him with starry eyes.

"You're just so awesome…" said one of the trainers.

"How can you learn sword that well…" said another.

Oro was the only one Luffy was also swarmed by admirers.

"How are you able to stretch like that?" asked one.

"I'm a rubber man! Said Luffy stretching his face scaring a few people., causing his Pikachu to laugh..

That was when suddenly the ship was hit by a gigantic wave.

Nami froze.

"What is it?" asked Misty.

"I got so caught up in the battle that I didn't notice. We're in the middle of a huge storm!" she said.

Everyone stared at Misty with sweat drops and question marks.

Another wave hit the ship.

"Don't worry it's unsinkable." Assured the captain.

It got hit again, this time much by a much bigger one.

"Yes… unsinkable." Said the captain who was now on a lifeboat.

Everyone glared at the captain then joined the captain in the lifeboats.

They all watched at the waves capsized the St. Anne.

"Now did everyone make it off the ship?" asked the captain, "Good…"

They all stared at the captain.

"Can I punch him?" asked Luffy.

"When we get back to the shore." Said Misty realizing that the captain did one of the most horrible things imaginable.

While it seemed like everything was fine… Jessie, James and Meowth were stuck on board… why?

Because James fell of the Magikarp trick but ended up dropping the Pokeball.

But don't worry, they're still alive… for now at least.

Back on the surface.

"Hey! Nami!" yelled some random bystander on one of the other lifeboats.

"What!" yelled Nami.

"Use Sunny Day!" yelled the Bystander, she quickly realized it was the guy who ran the raffle

"Sunny Day?" asked Nami then she remember her new Castform. She called out the Castform.

Which now had a blue head that resembled a raindrop and the cloud like body was grey.

She blinked.

"Don't' worry! That's normal!" yelled the guy who ran the raffle.

She nodded and called it out, "Castform! Use Sunny Day!"

The Castform shot a light into the sky, it broke away the clouds and the sun started shining.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief, surprisingly Nami's new Pokémon shifted shape, no long was it did resemble a rain drop had a orange head that resembled a sun somewhat and it's cloud body was white.

"That's one amazing Pokémon." Said Ash.

"Yeah." Said Nami.

Thanks to Nami they were able to prevent the storm from coming back and some ships arrived to pick them up.

All of the Team Rocket grunts and the captain himself were all arrested (while the Officer Jenny looked away while Luffy punched the guy in the face).

As an apology everyone on board were given a week's vacation to city of Porta Vista for an entire week.

"Really! That sounds awesome!" cheered Luffy.

"Well I guess we can take a vacation…" said Ash.

"All right!" cheered Misty.

Meanwhile on the St. Anne Jessie, James and Meowth woke up in shock discovering everything was upside down.

"Well this is odd." Said James.

Indeed everything that was going to happen to them, was going to prove rather interesting and adventures…

Well… that is if it get shown…

Next Time: Team Rocket must find a way to get back to surface... can they do it... will they find help? Meanwhile Nami's deepest secret is revealed at the beach... what is it? Will Luffy and Zoro accept it? Find out next time!
