Command Center (season 3 of Mighty Morphin)
Billy Cranston was in the command center at one of the consoles. He was tapping some buttons and looking at a computer model.
"How's it going Billy? Alpha 5, the assistant of Zordon walked over to the human.
Billy sighed. "Still trying here. I have to admit, trying to find a crack into Zedd's and Rita's dark dimension is a lot tougher than I thought. I would like to find some way to get there and easily retrieve one of us if we ever find our way there again. Adjusting the field."
"I am certain you will do it Billy," Zordon said looking down at the blue ranger. "If anyone can, it is you."
Billy smiled. Knowing the age old wizard having confidence at the teenager gave him an extra boost in confidence. "Thanks Zordon."
Billy tapped a few more buttons and then moved to another area. Suddenly a beeping sound was triggered. Billy eyed the noise suspiciously as he walked over to see what was going on.
He looked at the computer monitor before being hit with an energy beam. The glowing light surrounded the young man for what it seemed like an eternity.
"Aye yi yi yi yi!" Alpha blirted out.
"Alpha, stop the experiment at once! Zordon's voice boomed with fear.
The robot acknowledged and tapped a few buttons on the console. As he did, the energy beam stopped. Alpha looked on at Billy not knowing what had happened nor if Billy was alright.
"Billy! Billy say something. Are you alright?"
Billy started to tap parts of his body. He looked at his arms, hands, and the rest of his body to see if anything was wrong. "I think I'm okay. I don't feel anything was wrong with me. What happened?"
Alpha could not figure out what had happened. He was just as confused as Billy was. "I'm not sure, but I think it would be best if we stop trying to find an easier access to the dark dimsension."
Billy nodded. "Perhaps that was the security telling me to not go any further."
"I'm going to run a scan on you just to be on the safe side to see if anything is wrong," Alpha said as he took a device from of the side panels and engaged it around the blue ranger.
"Thanks for your help Alpha. I hope the readings come out negative," Billy responded.
"Readings? What readings?" A nearby voice said.
Billy hadn't heard that voice in a long time and recognized it. He turned around.
Suddenly, Billy was not in the command center anymore. He was in the youth center. He saw various people exercising, at the tables eating and drinking, and a few people playing some of the video games.
"What readings Billy?" The voice questioned.
Billy looked at who was speaking to him. It was Trini. She was surrounded by Jason, Zach, and Kimberly.
Billy looked on, stumbled a bit and confused on why he was staring at these four, these four friends who had departed for a greater calling.
