Sorry for not posting in so long, I have to admit this is one of those horrible times that I've grown distant and not enjoying what I'm creating but please bare with me.

Also the title of this chapter had now go the song 'Who are you' stuck in my head and all I can think about is CSI.

Biting my lip, I kept my eyes out not only for Johnny and the guys but a fire-spitting Italian mother.

I knew she would defiantly be marching herself here as soon as she realizes Daniel and I are not home, but actually, at the one place she was adamant wasn't happening.

"What'd you do, sleep on this LaRusso?" The official jokes as he smooths out the crumpled forged release form as we both laughed nervously before Miyagi gives us a knowing stare but said nothing "What belt are you?".

Daniel's eyes widen as he begins to stutter "Belt? Uh, I-"

Ali and I turned to the small Japanese man when he cuts Daniel off mid ramble. "Why matter?" I glanced around the lobby again, seeing all the Christmas decorations reminded me of the winter dance coming up.

Betty better not get it wrong this time, seriously; who messes up cutting ribbons into small pieces? Fucking Betty.

"This is open division, it's only for brown belt or above," The official tells us as he fills in some of the forms on the desk, I felt my brother tense beside me, but I just give him a tight smile.

We could possibly be out of here before our Ma even found out we were gone.

"Boy black belt" I felt myself choke a cough down at the man's words as Daniel and Ali give each other a side glace; my Ma really was going to kill me when she finds out I let her baby boy into a fight with professionally trained black belts.

"You'd better hustle. They're starting", The official says to my brother after filling in all the paperwork he needed to enter the tournament. "Down the hall, to your left," he informs as he motions to the locker rooms.

"I'll see you inside," Ali tells Daniel, giving him a kiss on the cheek as my brother picks up my bag, hesitating for a moment before I groan and push him towards the other student who were already in their Gi's.

As Ali and I begin to walk away, Miyagi puts his hands in front of us as he leans in towards the official, "Excuse me, Mr. Referee. This is not 'Miyaji' Miyagi" Frowning at the interaction, I quickly realized what was going on when he subtly motions to the black belt hanging out of the bag on the chair.

Taking the belt from the bag, I quickly handed it to the blonde who smirked at me and hid it up her sweater before rushing away, looking like she had just done something she shouldn't have.

I just shook my head with a sigh at her obviousness. "I'm surrounded by idiots," I mutter to myself, following the hallway down to wait for my brother.

Pacing around bored, I gasp when I'm suddenly grabbed out of nowhere and dragged off. "What the hell?" I say, putting a hand over my chest as I see Johnny laughing in front of me as we stood in his locker room, "I could have died."

The blond just put his arms around my waist with a smirk as I continued to breathe dramatically. "At least you'd go out after seeing me," He joked as I wrapped my arms around his neck with a humored grin.

"Mhm, what a way to go, heart attack from cute guy" I leaned in, tightening my arms around his neck as we kissed, smiling against his lips, I felt his hands lower from my back and slide down slowly.

Grabbing his wandering hands in mine, I quickly glanced around, "Where are the guys?" A look passed over Johnny's face, but he shrugs as he moves his hands out of my grip to hold onto my waist. "Up to no good, huh?" I guessed with an amused smirk.

Johnny just sniggers at my words as he pushes me back gently to sit on the leather couch/ bench and stands in front of me, "are we still going to be okay after this?" He questions, kissing my lips softly.

I raised an eyebrow at his question before realizing he means if he beats my brother or one of the other guys does "feeling confident already?" I tease as he flushes but nods his head seriously at my words.

Of course, he felt confident, in his eyes, and probably the other cobras they saw my brother as someone with no karate knowledge. They didn't see how hard Daniel had worked with Mr. Miyagi. Even when I was getting my training in with the older man, my twin would be around learning.

"He's better than you think he is," I defended, rolling my eyes slightly, probably not as good as the Cobra Kai, but he was still better than before. "But yes, we'll be okay. If Daniel does lose, I'll still be here cheering on my man".

Johnny's grin is blinding before we hear yelling coming from down the hall, pulling apart in shock, I give him a look before the rest of the guys come into the room laughing loudly like a pack of hyenas "Kat!".

Jumping down from the bench, I raise an eyebrow at their amusement. "What did you do?" I ask, knowing that the shouting was now aimed at them and that they we're definitely up to no good.

"Nothing," Dutch commented offhandedly as he swung an arm over my shoulders. "Come to see the soon to be winner," he boasts as I laugh, nudging his arm away and moving to stand by the entrance to the room.

"we'll see about that," I grin as I wave goodbye to them. "Good luck," I call back over my shoulder, and hearing them all shout different replies back, and Dutch's complain about not needing luck was the loudest.

Seeing Ali pace with the belt in her hand, I raised an eyebrow, "where is he?" I questioned while she gazes at me nervously.

The winner of the first match
in the open division is Rufus Schneider.

"Mr. Miyagi," we all turn to see my brother's panicked face as Ali quickly begins to wrap the black belt around his Gi.

"Oh Daniel-San, hurry up, tournament starting," Mr. Miyagi says to my twin, looking over at all the rings as we try to get Daniel ready to fight.

My eyes scan the room and audience, and I breathe in relief when I don't spot a familiar angry face.

"Where'd we get this?" Daniel asks, confused as he holds his arms in the air for the blonde girl to wrap the material around him expertly.

Daniel LaRusso...
... please report to Ring 3.

Moving toward the rings, we're stopped by another official "Hold it! Sorry, teachers and students only on the competition floor, i'm sorry" He stats glancing at Ali and me, as we look at Mr. Miyagi nervously.

"He doesn't speak English, and I can't understand his instructions without her. She's his translator", My brother says, pointing at Ali, who just keeps tying the belt as Mr. Miyagi says something in Japanese.

"What did he say?" The official asks Ali with a confused face making me softly laugh, wondering what she would come up with.

"Oh, he says you remind him of his uncle in Tokyo" The cheerleader lies as the official smiles at Miyagi, seemingly flattered at the comment. I just keep quiet and try to blend in behind Ali as the official deems it okay.

Miyagi talks again with a small nod at the man who once again had no idea what the elderly man was saying and turned to Ali, who smiles at him, flustered with the pretense of being an interpreter, "He says you're very kind."

The man smiles widely as he bows to the short Japanese man, "Ah! Thank you".

Miyagi gives the official a flippant nod, "Welcome."

I accidentally let out a snort as the man's face drops, and he turns to face me quizzically, "and you are?".

Opening my mouth, I glance at my brother, who shrugs helplessly as I rack my brain for an answer. "Uh, I'm his... health co-coordinator," I say assuredly with an approving nod as the other watch me unsure.

"A health co-coordinator," He says slowly as if he didn't believe me but continued anyway. "Oh well, I'm sorry but only-"

I cut him off mid-sentence as I narrow my eyes at him, giving a look that exudes confidence. "You're sorry? Sir, I'm here with my client to make sure his health is the best it can be during this competition, and I take my job very seriously".

The official spares a quick glance at the others who just nod along with my words, probably wondering what I was going to say, and they weren't the only ones I had no idea what a health co-coordinator actually was.

"Do you know much about health.. coordination?" I stutter for a second before pulling myself back together to stare down the official as he hesitated before shaking his head.

"Well, I do, and I need to be with my client every minute to make sure his health -and coordination- are in tip-top condition."

Once again, the man opened his mouth to argue until I shut him down again "to think I thought this competition was of a professional setting, maybe I need to speak to someone higher up?".

The official jumped at my words and put his hands up when I moved to look around. "No! No, all I was to say ma'am was that you look very young for a – what did you call it? A health co-coordinator".

I just gave him a charming smile as I looped my arm through my brother's and starting to pull him away. "Well, thank you, I'll be sure to tell my own health co-coordinator you said that" I laughed falsely like I had seen many of the rich people do in the country club.

As the four of us quickly walked away, I turned to see them giving me disbelieving looks as I frowned, shrugging at them, "What?".
