"Huxley, do you have the rings?" Ianto asked softly to the man standing next to him with tears rolling down his cheeks, his delight clear as he handed over the ring box and sniffed delicately.

"Your Grandy would have loved this. I am so proud of you sweetie" he hissed before stepping back so the Justice of the Peace could continue. As Ianto had wanted, it was in a back room with no fanfare, just Owen and Toshiko there… Huxley a must. Family only ta… well, real family not those bloody leeches. And Ianto was glad they included him now as he show like it was one of his own children getting hitched in a grand church wedding or something.

As they stepped out of the room into the hallway with their matching rings gleaming in the light, they saw the family lawyer waiting nervously. Ianto was automatically alarmed, looking around for his horrible siblings and their complaints. What now?

"Gentlemen, any chance we can step this way into this conference room over here?" he asked the newlyweds gently with an eagerness that had Ianto suddenly remembering those cousins of his and a gleam to their eyes as they watched him and Jack. What had they said about hidden extras?

"OK, right. First of all congratulations on your marriage. This has opened some extra levels…."

"Oh my god, an Easter Egg?" Owen said, and then slapped a hand over his mouth as Toshiko elbowed him.

"Your grandfather left some instructions, should you ever marry or have offspring. Since you are now officially and legally married, I can give you this portfolio" the man slid over a large file that Jack accepted, Ianto seemingly in shock.

"Can you give us the overview here Lyle?" Huxley asked.

"Simply put, there are three bank accounts in there, listed in your name. They sit offshore and are undetectable by both the government and the family. One for marrying within a year of his death. One for marrying a same sex partner… yeah he was hopeful you would follow your heart and see your preference over the norm … and the third is because there is a child involved." Lyle stopped talking and took a breath "Even though little miss Alice is not blood, she is now family."

"My daughter?" Jack asked with surprise "What about our own? If we adopt or… surrogate or something? I want more."

"Yes."

"Yes what… yes there are more levels to open, yes you mean Alice or yes it matters not if they are blood or not to us, just if they carry our names?" Jack asked, "Wait. We didn't talk about that, sweetheart. Harkness-Jones? Jones-Harkness? Or what… do we each keep our names or…"

"Harkness-Jones" Ianto said softly "We share now."

"Yes" the lawyer said once more, grinning.

"So how much has Grandy given us for our family's future?" Ianto sighed as he tapped the file, still closed.

"The accounts, the luxury cabin cruiser and smaller yacht in the private marina… ah… another… four billion and some change?" the lawyer shrugged.

"Well fuck me" Jack said softly, sitting back "wait... boats. Boats? I like boats."

"Yes, Grandy did too. Oh my… is Cut Loose still there?" Ianto suddenly gasped "Oh… I love that boat."

"Yes sir, it is and it is now yours. Keys in an envelope in the file." The lawyer smiled.

"Your Grandy is the gift that keeps in giving" Jack said happily as he opened the file and jiggled the envelope full of keys "I have Lai this weekend too."

"Sounds like a little cruise around the bay is in order" Ianto agreed happily "Owen? Tosh? Hux? We all gonna have a day on the water?"

"We are both working to have next weekend off for our anniversary" Toshiko said with a grin "you two can have a mini-honeymoon."

"A mini honeymoon….ag….a hinneymoon" Jack said in a silly voice "come on Hinny.. let's have us a.. aw… kidding… aw… sorry."

Ianto was slapping at him as he scolded for the pet name and everyone laughed.

"Well, I shall set it all up with food and such, then you two go have fun. Ianto knows how to pilot the vessel, his Grandy used to take him out all the time as a young boy. They loved fishing" Huxley smiled.

"Well, covert designing more like. Jack is a capable captain too" Ianto laughed happily "But I do know a quiet cove to anchor up in overnight for a sleepover."

"Oooooo… will there be ghost stories and some smores and… aw… stop it. Spousal abuse… help."

Ianto had never been so happy.

Made him slightly antsy. He never liked being too happy… flying this high only means it's so much farther to fall.
