Hello my fellow readers, writers, and people who have been enjoying this story so far, I'm back with yet another new chapter. In this chapter we'll be going over the events of episode 11 of Fairy tail titled the cursed island with obviously Ben thrown into the mix. I don't know how much will change in this set-up episode but I have a couple of ideas anyway I don't have anything else to add so without further ado let's get this show on the road.

Ben's P.O.V.

We were walking through a town called Hargeon which was apparently where Lucy had met Natsu and Happy and she was reminiscing while Natsu and Happy were making fun of her. I said "since this is apparently breaking the rules of the guild let's get moving before we're caught here in town." And Lucy said "that's right let's find a boat that will take us to Galuna Island."

Natsu said "what are you crazy forget the boat why can't we just swim for it" and Lucy responded with a sigh and said "you think I'm the one whose crazy." After about an hour we still hadn't found anyone to take us to Galuna which wasn't for the fact that we weren't asking around it was just that no one was willing to go there since it was cursed.

The last one that we asked even though we thought we already knew the answer said "I don't know why you'd even want to go there. No sailor worth his salt would go near that island not even pirates will" and Lucy said "Are you serious" and Natsu said "I guess we're swimming after all" and Happy said "sure looks like it" and Lucy rounded on him and said "We're not swimming."

Then Grey snuck up on all of us and said "I found you" in what I took as a creepy voice and Natsu said "how did you find us here." Grey said "Gramps found out about your hairbrained scheme and sent me to bring you back" and Natsu said "why we're not in danger yet." Grey then responded "if you come back now you might avoid getting kicked out of the guild maybe."

Lucy was freaking out about getting kicked out of the guild but Natsu was less concerned "I don't care I'm going on this S-class quest." Grey rebutted "you're way out of your league when Erza finds out about this she's going to be so angry" and they were all freaking out even though I still didn't see a real reason to fear her.

Happy was more scared then the rest of them because he flew over to Grey and said "please Grey you got to help me I told them this was a bad idea but they forced me to come along." Lucy called him out "you are such a liar" and Natsu passionately stated "I got to prove my power to Erza so like it or not I'm doing this" and Grey yelled at him "Master ordered me to bring you home I'll drag you back to Fairy tail if I have to."

As they were about to attack each other with their magic the guy who was in the boat that we talked to not 5 minutes ago said "excuse me but are you wizards have you come to lift the curse on the island." Natsu said "yeah" while Lucy timidly said "well maybe" and Grey through clenched teeth said "not going to happen" and the guy said "get in."

Natsu said "seriously" in a happy tone and Grey said "no way" and Natsu got a wicked look on his face and kicked Grey so hard he was knocked unconscious. He got Grey slung over his shoulder and said "there we go ready when you are sir" and Lucy uncertainly said "are you sure we should bring him with us."

I said "it might be a good idea to have an extra pair of hands on deck so to speak and an alternate magic to work with in case fire or your summonings don't cut it." Natsu then added on "plus we can't let him to back to the guild because the next person they'll send is Erza."

(That night)

After sailing most of the day with Grey knocked out and tied up for some reason Lucy finally said "okay now I'm starting to get scared" and Grey said "look on the bright side at least your night tied up" and then the turned to the sailor "this is your fault to buddy why did you decide to let us on." The guy turned around and said "the name is Bobo and if you must know I used to be a citizen of Galuna Island.

But I had to flee I just couldn't take it anymore I should warn you tragedy befalls anyone who sets foot on that island there's no avoiding it that is unless you're able to lift the curse." He then swung his cloak to the side to reveal his arm that was a purple with clawed fingers and he said "this vial demon's curse" and Grey said "wow you're arm what happened to it."

Lucy fearfully said "is that the curse" and I was just too shocked that since this curse seemed to alter this guy's DNA I was surprised since the Omnitrix hadn't asked me if I wanted to try to reverse the damage that had been done. Without responding to either of their questions he simply said "We're almost there that's Galuna island" while looking dead ahead.

It was all dark except for a glowing light at the very top of the island and Lucy pointed it out and said "that's weird why is the mountain top glowing like that." When everyone turned around including me we all saw the Bobo as he called himself was suddenly gone and Lucy said "where did he go" and Grey asked no one in particular "did he fall out" and then the waves started picking up.

Hearing the waves, no doubt Lucy said "what's that noise" and Grey who was looking back said "uh Lucy" and she turned around just in time for the wave to engulf us and throw the boat under the current. I didn't even have time to activate the Omnitrix before we were sent underwater and out of the boat.

(that morning)

When I awakened from almost drowning I saw that we were on the beach and Lucy started walking over to where the rest of us were. Natsu said "we make it you guys" and Lucy said "We're lucky that wave washed us ashore" and I said "yeah otherwise we probably would have drowned" and Grey said "I don't know if I'd call it lucky."

Lucy then inquired "I wonder what happened to the guy who brought us here as soon as he finished tell us about the curse he just vanished." Natsu said "let's forget about that stuff for now and just go exploring" and I said "I think we have more pressing matters than exploring since we're here on a mission you remember."

Natsu said "oh yeah" and Lucy pulled the request out of a pocket on her shirt which I was surprised the request didn't get wet when we were all pulled under. She said "apparently there's only one village on the whole island and the village chief is the one who originally put in the request so I guess we need to try to find him" and Grey said "not so fast."

Natsu said "give it up Grey you can't take us back to the guild now that our boats been destroyed" and Grey said "you're right I'm coming with you there's no way I'm going to let you two clowns make S-class before I do and if you were kicked out things would be pretty boring. Gramps will be upset but if we pull this off he won't stay mad as us for long let's go" and when they cheered I said "one question.

Do any of you even know the way to the village" and Natsu scratched his chin and said "nope but let's just pick a direction and stick with it until we can't anymore." I said "I've got a better idea just give me a moment" and I activated the Omnitrix and transformed into Jetray and called out his name as I usually do and I flew up into the sky and Grey called up "what are you doing."

I then called back "seeing if I can spot the island from up here" and after a moment of looking I found it and I landed and transformed back. I said "it's that way" pointing northeast and then I added on "it'll take about the whole day to reach on foot so let's get moving" and I started leading our little group toward the village."

After walking for the whole day with intermittent breaks a few times we finally arrived at the village gate which had a very bold sign on it that said keep out which I could read even in the darkness of night that had fallen. Grey said "well we found the village" and Natsu said "man look at that gate when they say keep out, they mean it."

Lucy then tried calling out for someone at the top of the walls the gate was connected to "anyone home we came here to help you." Natsu said "let's bust in" and Lucy said in an angry voice at him "no way" and then two figures appeared looking over the wall above the gate. As if they were from medieval times one of the guards on top of the gate wall said "who goes there" and Lucy confidently responded "we're wizards from Fairy tail responding to your request."

The second person who was on the wall said "why weren't we notified when you accepted the job" and thinking quick Grey said "sorry it was probably just a mix up with the paperwork." The guards didn't seem convinced because one of them said "then let me see your emblems right now" and we all showed our marks and they immediately opened the gate for us.

Happy remarked "it's like we're walking into a giant monster's mouth" and Lucy said "are you trying to freak me out" and I said "I've actually jumped down someone's throat before quite literally." At the looks they gave me I said "I'll explain later" and we walked into the village and everyone were dressed in robes that covered everything except their eyes so they could still see.

The person who was dressed in robes that were slightly different said "I'm Moka the village chief on behalf of everyone here I welcome you. Pleasantries aside there's something you all must see" and they all took off the robes and everyone was sporting deformities just like the sailor that brought us to the island.

Grey said "wow it's like what happened with the boat guy" and Lucy said "yeah" however Natsu wasn't focused on the deformities he was more focused on the chief's sideburns. At Natsu exclamation about the sideburns the chief said "not that I was trying to show you what happened to my arm. Everyone on the island has suffered extreme disfigurement from this curse not even the animals have been spared.

Grey said "excuse me for asking but what makes you think it's a curse sir it could be some kind of infectious disease" and the chief stated "we've consulted with dozens of doctors young man but they all agree that no such disease exists. You see our symptoms started around the same time the moon fell under an evil spell" and Lucy asked "what kind of spell."

Moka said "you see ever since ancient times this island has absorbed the light of the moon causing it to glow almost as beautifully as the moon itself. However several years ago the moon started changing color and an eerie purple glow was cast upon the island." Natsu in disbelief said "so the moon turned purple" and Happy noticed the clouds moving to reveal that the moon had indeed turned purple.

Lucy said "wow it really is purple" and Grey said "it is really creepy looking" and the chief said "stand back the change is about to begin" and the villagers turned into full on demons as the glow continued to bathe the village. Natsu then asked no one in particular "why is this happening to them" and the chief said "I'm sorry if our appearance frightens you" and I said "this is nothing I've dealt with things that look even worse for lack of a better term."

Grey said "yeah it's okay I'm just completely confused" and Lucy said "you poor people" with heavy sympathy in her voice. Natsu however took it a different way "oh man you guys look so cool" and everyone including us were dumbfounded by his reaction. As he was going on the villagers were muttering amongst themselves and Lucy said to Natsu "Natsu you're be insensitive they don't want to look like this."the c

He then said to Lucy "seriously" and then to the villagers "my bad" and then to us "I guess we should help them out then." Happy said "that is why we're here" and Grey muttered under his breath "get a clue man" and the chief said "anyway as you've witnessed whenever the moon shows it's face in the sky everyone in the village takes on a horrendous demon form.

If it isn't a curse what else could it be we'll return to normal once the morning arrives and the sun has risen however there are some poor souls that cannot return to their human forms for they have lost their minds." Lucy remarked "how sad" and the chief continued "the fate them those unfortunate souls in the grip of madness we've no choice but to put them to death."

Natsu stated "but they might change back to normal someday" and the chief said "if we wait for that to happen the monsters will surely kill us all. We've tried capturing them but they always broke free it's no use" and he started crying while looking at a picture "once it takes hold there's no way to save them I should know I was forced to kill my very own son."

Lucy must have seen the picture from where the chief was holding and she said "but that's the guy from the boat we just saw him yesterday he" but Grey cut her off. He said "now I understand why he disappeared on us like that he's dead but his soul can't rest in peace." The chief begged "please lift the evil curse from our island if this goes on for much longer we all may fall victim to it we'll die."

Natsu declared "we're not going to let that happen we can fix this I promise you" and the chief filled him in "there is only way this curse can be lifted the moon the moon must be wiped from the sky." We were set up in one of the houses in the village that either belonged to someone they had to kill or that one of the villagers willingly gave up for us to use while we were here.

Happy was looking out the window and said "wow I never knew the moon could look so creepy" and Lucy said "hurry and close the window you heard what the chief said we have to stay out of the moonlight. You might not care but I don't want to turn into some freaky looking monster" and Natsu said "I'm not so sure about this job you guys."

Grey then asked "do these people really think we can destroy the moon" and Natsu said "I wonder how many punches it'll take you think I can handle it." Grey said "are you kidding me don't be stupid man" and Lucy stated "Natsu there's not a wizard alive who could do that" and Natsu said "but that's the job we were hired to do isn't it.

We can't take a job and back out of it that'll make Fairy tail look bad" and Grey said "what they're asking can't be done how would you even get to the moon anyway." Natsu stated matter-of-factly "with Happy" and Happy said "I don't think so" and I said "and even if Happy could get you to the moon you would die with no air before you even reached the moon."

Lucy said "okay we can't destroy the moon but if we did some investigating, we could probably find another way to lift the curse from the island." Grey then stripped down to his boxers and said "you kids can do whatever you want after the day I've had I need some shuteye" and Lucy said "please don't take off anymore" as he pulled off a sock."

Natsu said "okay our investigation starts first thing tomorrow morning I'm hitting the sack" and Happy said "me too" and they both landed face first on the sleeping bags on the floor. Grey said "I'm pretty sleepy too" and fell down on purpose on his sleeping bag and Lucy said "okay goodnight" and ended up in the middle of both of them.

As they were both snoring away and I was little ways away from them I whispered to Lucy "you want to trade places with me" and she whispered back in a relieved tone "yes please" and we both switched places.

(the next morning)

As we woke up and got dressed the villagers opened the gate for us to leave with us asking to explore the island some more before we fulfilled their request and they agreed since there was nothing we could do with the moon until it came out again." Natsu said "man it's so early" and Grey complained "no kidding I'm never up at this hour" and Lucy said "you two kept me up half the night with your snoring and you don't hear me complaining."

Lucy then summoned her clock spirit and climbed inside him and after walking around for a little while Natsu said "you really think we're going to find another way to lift the curse." Grey responded "well we don't really have much of a choice the village may think the moon is cursed but everyone else likes it and destroying it might really mess things up."

Natsu then said something that I honestly thought was above his level of knowledge "you're right if we destroyed the moon the tides would get all crazy and the night sky would be pitch black." Happy said "salmon could go extinct and they're my favorite fish" and the clock spirit repeated what Lucy said while inside him since we couldn't hear her "would you guys keep it down we don't know what's lurking out here and we don't want to draw attention the lady demands impatiently." Natsu then said to her "you should do some of your own walking" and Grey said "yeah you only summon your spirits because you're lazy."

Her clock then responded "listen this curse is freaking me out and we have no idea what we're going up against and I'm scared she says nervously." Natsu said "are you kidding this is awesome S-class quests rule" and Grey stated "yeah I bet I could probably freeze that stupid curse." The clock responded "you guys are idiots she retorts disparagingly" and then the ground started shaking like an earthquake but with a pattern of something taking steps."

We all turned around and saw that it looked like a giant rat and it snickered at us and Natsu said "wow what the" and Grey finished for him "it's huge." The clock then said "what are you waiting for guys beat it up already she yells frantically" and I activated the Omnitrix and transformed into Rath. I said "I was going for Humungosaur but Rath works just fine as well" and I charged at the rat and jumped up only to get knocked back down by the rat.

Grey then called out a spell "Ice make: Shield" and I saw this as a perfect opportunity and I backed up further away from them and then I got a running start and jumped up on the shield of ice and then jumped off that and got right in the rat's face. The rat breathed out a big enough breath that it created a grey smoke cloud and as I was about to hit it right in the eye, I got a whiff of the smell.

I covered my nose and then I lost my momentum and fell to the ground again and I said "okay let's try something else I guess" and I slapped the Omnitrix and transformed into Echo Echo. I slammed down on the dial of the Omnitrix symbol on my chest and transformed into Ultimate Echo Echo. I turned back to the others and said "on the off chance something happens you might want to cover you ears" and they did so.

I then launched my self-replicating sonic disks at the rat specifically around it's head and it looked puzzled before I actually sent the soundwaves from them. At that moment the rat then clutched it's ears most likely trying to drown out the sound and I looked back at Grey and said "now" and he called out another spell "Ice make: Hammer" and he used the spell to hit the rat over the head hard enough for it to be knocked out."

I transformed back to normal Echo Echo and then back to normal and I said "we better get moving before the rat wakes up again" and we started moving and I saw that at some point in the battle Lucy's clock spirit disappeared. As we were walking away I looked at Grey and said "do you have a spell that would make it hard for the rat to be able to stand up due to ice."

He said "I might" and he turned back to where the rat was and called out "Ice make: Floor" and it covered the whole ground in ice. I said "okay let's get moving" and Lucy then pointed out "wait there's a building over there" and pointed through some of the foliage. I said "let's go check it out" and we started heading toward the building which I now saw looked a lot like a sacred temple.

As we got in Lucy stated "wow this place is massive" and Natsu said "yeah it's falling apart" and Grey questioned "I wonder how old it is." on one of the walls there were several drawings of moons and Natsu said "what are those" and Grey said "they're moons it makes sense Galuna Island used to be called the island of the moon."

Lucy said "moon island, moon curse, and now moon symbols you really got to wonder what all of it means" and I said "it makes me think everything is connected here." Natsu then walked a little away from us and said "man this place is a wreak the floor doesn't even look safe to walk on" and he started stomping on it like an idiot.

Lucy said "don't go stomping on it" and then the floor started giving way and thinking quickly I activated the Omnitrix and transformed into Spidermonkey and then into Ultimate Spidermonkey. I looked down to where we were falling and created a massive cushion of webs on the base so we would have a softer landing" and as we landed, I transformed back.

As we got off the cushion, I looked at Natsu and said "if the floor didn't seem like it was safe to walk on why would you go stomping on it" and he said "to see just how sturdy it was." I sighed and said "you really are an idiot aren't you" and I just walked to a different part of the cave to I wouldn't go off on him. Lucy looked up and said "Can you fly us out of here Happy" and he said "sorry no" and Lucy looked at me and said "what about one of your forms."

I said "I would but the Omnitrix has to recharge going Ultimate twice in a short span of time like now drains the energy of the watch for a while." Lucy said "I guess we're stuck down here" and Grey stated the obvious" we're under the temple" and Natsu started running off while being excited about us finding a secret cave and Grey went off on him "would you stop running around like a crazy person."

We followed him when he suddenly stopped in his tracks and Lucy just said his name and Grey said "what is something wrong" and he snapped out of it and said "hey guys what's that" and we walked closer to where he was so we could see what he was talking about. Something about this thing must have made Grey remember something because he simply said in a shocked voice "that's impossible it's Delora" and I said "you mind filling us in on what Delora is."

Instead of responding to what I asked he said "but this is impossible how, how did this happen, why is it here what the hell is it doing on Galuna island." Natsu said in what could have concern or confusion "you've seen this thing before" and Grey was shaking in anger or fear and said "there's no way" and Lucy said "please Grey calm down."

As he seemed to calm down a little and just looked up at where the face of this thing was Lucy said "okay now can you tell us about it." He said "it's Delora the demon of destruction" and Natsu being his usual stupid said "demon of construction" and Happy corrected him "destruction." Grey simply brushed off Natsu being an idiot and said "but why is it here it doesn't make any sense" and just as it seemed he was about to elaborate further two more sets of footsteps were coming from where we came from."

As we quickly hid behind some rocks that formed a perfect cover one of the two people who had spiky blue hair and wearing a green overcoat said "the voices seem to have come from down here" and after walking along the guy with blue hair said "I hate being awake during the day so Toby were you exposed to the moon drip you've got those pointy ears."

The guy in an overdramatic fashion yelled at him "I've told you they're a fashion statement you jerk" and I thought to myself "on what planet." Blue hair said in his deadpan voice "I was just teasing you" and the now named Toby who did actually look like a dog with the ears and the collar around his neck said "you don't have to be so mean about it."

Lucy then muttered to probably herself but I managed to hear it "moon drip could that be the name of the curse" and then a third person came up to the other two who were in here after we hid. She said "Yuka, Toby something terrible has happened" and the blue hair who I guessed was this Yuka said "what now Sherry."

Sherry responded "it's Angelica she's been attacked and I'm sad" and Toby responded overdramatically "you're moping around because someone beat up your stupid pet rat." Sherry put a spin on it that I never though anyone would ever use to describe a rat "she's not a pet she's a brave hunter prowling the forest to keep us safe she is love."

Lucy said "talk about a group of weirdos especially the one with a pet rat" and Natsu said "judging by the scent I picked up off of them they're not from the island" and Happy said "they don't look like they've got the demon curse" and Yuka said "intruders you say" and Sherry said "and it's almost time to start collecting moonlight again oh this makes me so sad this news would displease the cold emperor we should get rid of them before he finds out yes we must find them before the moon's first light" and Yuka responded "agreed" and Toby growled which I assumed meant he also agreed.

Sherry said "since they've seen Delora we can't let them live we'll give them the gift of eternal rest in other words love" and I muttered "yeah I don't even want to see your brand of love lady." Since I knew they wouldn't leave I picked up a moderately sized stone and threw it down the passage that we came through and they heard it and ran after it like the idiots they really seemed to be.

After they were gone we stood up and Natsu said "come on we should have grabbed them and beat some answers out of them." I said "what we're going to do is investigate find out what this moon drip is and then stop them from doing whatever it was they are doing to stop this curse." Natsu said "man this job keeps getting more and more complicated and Happy added on "yeah like who is this cold emperor guy."

Grey said "Delora I still don't know what anyone would want with it and I can't believe they even found it in the first place" and Lucy asked "was it hidden somewhere." Grey stated "it was sealed away in a glacier on the northern continent a decade ago this immortal demon ravaged Isvan countless people lost their lives.

The women who taught me to use my magic my master Ur sacrificed everything to seal it away I don't know if it has anything to do with the curse on this island but I do know it doesn't belong here" and he unintentionally tapped into his magic. He then added on "this cold emperor we have to find out who it is if they tarnish my master's legacy they're going to regret they day they were born."

Yet another chapter done in the next chapter we'll be going over the events of episode 12 of Fairy tail titled moon drip. I don't know how much will change but what did you think of Ben using Ultimate Echo Echo against the rat like he did against Ultimate Kevin and then Ultimate Spidermonkey like his did the episode of Ultimate alien the mother of all vreedles to save himself in that episode from being hurt after falling to the earth from the atmosphere I think.
