27. Chapter 27

Sorry this chapter is so late guys, my muse for this one just died! Sorry, I have a few ideas to fix my work and streamline it, I will be trying but for now enjoy this and I hope you are all Safe

As the sun was setting Dante looked around the complex and frowned. Where are you kid? Don't tell me you cashed out so soon! He thought as he moved around. after the other of the wood things had died he had led reinforcements to help out the heroes who had killed the creatures at their heart and had been told that Nicholas and a few Templars had gone into the complex and those outside had said the tree had fallen before the other things had been stop. So for now he was exploring the outside and he was about to head into the complex when he was stopped when a Templar stepped in front of him.

"If you are looking for Knight Nicholas Sir Dante, he has been sent back to base." The Templar said and Victor scowled at him.

"And how was he sent back, we didn't see him leave and no one here has a Flying Type as a partner so you'd better explain." Dante said as he looked at the Templar who looked back silently as Victor gripped his axe. "Well, I'm waiting boy."

"A special charm to send those near death off by a teleport so they could be saved….sadly this was both the first field test and the one who activated it had the others we were given were activated and pulled along, I suppose the item needs more refining." The Templar said and Dante looked at him before looking around the structure and scowling as he saw more of the Templar moving around the ruin, some of them studying the strange pictograms. "All in all; this mission was nearly perfect sir, we completed our objective and I expect our Queen will be proud of us."

"Was anyone else hurt destroying that thing?" Dante asked and the Templar shook his head.

"No, Master Nicholas was the only casualty and only because he took a blow to let one of our number destroy the 'power source' creature." The Templar said and Dante nodded and looked around with his eyes, seeing a few of the other Templar were listening in and one or two had gripped their weapons tightly.

"Make ready to move out at daybreak, we'll camp up here and I want us all to be able to leave once the sun raises." Dante said as he walked away and the Templar bowed before walking towards another Templar who had come out of the structure. Something's off with them, I know there were more of them but they said the other items were activated too, so maybe there's that

The Templar looked as Dante walked away before activating a feature of its armor and started to speak. "What about those others who woke up the personality of our pawn, did you find them?"

"No sir, they escaped and destroyed most of the passages into the back, I expect they were killed when it happened. It will take too long to dig our way through, and with the guard there's no way to get people to chase them down." The second Templar said and the first looked around at the others and turned towards where Dante had gone. "What about the rest of them kin, if one of them even finds a sliver about what they are!"

"Calm yourself, those things are too well programed. The few pieces they've gotten from looking over these things aren't a problem. Once the Lady rewrites that one's memories we'll be in the clear, and he'll be interrogated and we'll find these ones." The first said and the second nodded as it looked around. "Makes you wonder what we could have taken from this place, if we could have found out how they created themselves, what we could do."

"They might find us little kin, don't forget that." The second cautioned and the first nodded.

"Still so far we haven't had any slips, even if he escapes then we might not be in trouble yet." The first said and the second shook its head.

"Always assume that you're enemies are ready to attack if you slip up. That's the only way to survive." The second said as he looked after Dante. "Think you convicted him?"

"Of course kin." The first said and looked towards where Dante was. "That one is old and I'm sure that I've convinced him."

Outside the structure Dante looked over his shoulder and shook his head. I wasn't told about anything new to use to make sure we stayed alive. And a teleporting item should have been something that they would have told us all! I really hoped I was wrong, but I'm sure I'm not. He was lying to me, that means that something else happened to the kid. That means I was right, there's something hidden in the Team! I have to talk to the kid or Jaq when I get back, if I can talk to the kid. Dante thought as he looked around and saw a Knight standing there looking over a Lupine Charger that had lost a leg.

"What's the story about them?" Dante asked and the Knight looked up before nodding at him.

"We've lost most of the combat ones, the few that are left I think we can have them all ready to move by daybreak. The Chargers are the about the same, if we work only on them we can be ready to move out in an hour we'd have to leave the others behind." The Knight said and Dante looked around and shook his head.

"We can't leave any evidence of us…. Work on everything and I'll gather a few an sanitize the site, move all the golems that can be fixed together and the rest of us will clean up the others." Dante said and shook his head as the Knight looked dejected before squeezing his right shoulder. "They did the best they could, we'll take their Cores back with us but that the most we can do lad."

"I know sir, but they deserve better than that you know?" The Knight said and shook his head.

"Yeah, I'll get the rest of the others to help set up camp, once diner's ready make sure to grab something." Dante said as he looked around and noticed one of the tress started to loose it's leaves. "And when did that start?"

The Knight looked up and followed Dante's eyes and saw the trees. "You know I didn't even notice that…it's not fall yet right?"

"Yeah…get to work and I'll get the camp started." Dante said as he walked off, noticing the other trees were losing their leaves and the fruit on them rioting. No way, there's no way…. But they were the soruces of those things, so then there's a chance….wait does that mean then! Dante thoughts died and he dashed towards the entrance to the dome valley, a look of fright in his eyes. As he ran he passed Bryni who looked at him as he passed by.

Bryni looked at Dante as he ran. I wonder what that's about? O well if it's important the boss will tell us about it. He thought as he shrugged and moved about setting his tent up.

"What was that about?" A voice caused Bryni to look up and see Victor coming towards him with a frown on his face.

"What, oh him running by? Don't know if it's important then he'll tell us I guess, that was the second in command of this campaign right?" Bryni said and Victor shrugged. "Anyhow, help me would ya. And who do you think will be on food duty tonight?"

"Ehhh, don't know. Hope it's not the guy last night you know?" Victor said as he moved to help his comrade feeling the vial he had in his pocket jostle as he moved. As they looked around as they finished setting up the tent, trying to see if there was any signs of who would be cooking the food that night they never noticed someone watching the entire taskforce from above from a ledge in shadows on the left side of the valley, none that is but for a few of the Templar who moved into the structure silently.

As the figure dashed through the hallway a chuckle escaped from it. well those people did a better job than I thought they would. They found this place before they could create another group. I thought that they would only be able to track them after they missed the group; I guess the signposts I made for these things to led them to Viridian didn't work right. The figure thought as it dashed towards its goal. It final reached the courtyard where the giant tree homunculi that Yellow and her group had defeated remains were and smiled as it looked down at the stump that was left. Moving to the stump it removed a circle of jade with a spherical crystal bisecting the middle and held it over the stump, after a few moments a brown beam shot down from the circle and after a few moments the dirt moved away and revealed a sphere of jade with obsidian roots sticking out. She looked down at the sphere but went still as she looked around and flexed her hands as a Pokéball dropped into her right, releasing a three foot light blue quadruped with three small toes on each foot and dark blue paw pads on the hind feet, a tail that ends in a split fin. It had a black nose and black eyes and a white fin encircling its neck and three fins with cream-colored webbing on its head with fins on each side in place of it's ears with a dorsal fin directly on top of its head. The Vaporeon looked around before it growled and looked up around as the figure stood there.

"So then you are the ones who know what you are then?" The figure asked and the darkness three Knight Stalkers and a Templar walked out, the Templar chuckling as he looked at her.

"Once I move, Free Style." The figure whispered to her Pokémon as the Templar laughed at her.

"And who are you to ask that my dear?" The Templar asked and the figure laughed and ice spears formed around her and each shot at the Templar who blocked with its shield as Vaporeon fired a Hydro Pump and forced the Knight Stalkers back. The figure shot at the Templar who swung his weapon out and was met by a staff of ice the figure had formed and they moved farther back the Knight Stalkers turned but Vaporeon was suddenly among them swing out with its tail glowing white as it used Iron Tail to bisect one of the three golems and hit the ground, turning and lunging at one of the remaning two, sending it crashing into the ground and jumped off it and slashed down with its tail and cut the Knight Stalker in half, leaving only the one it had pushed down remaining as Vaporeon growled at the Knight Stalker.

The figure smirked and looked at the Templar and grinned. "Say what you will when you wake up in a new body, if you can. But know this, this lands it not yours. We will fight to defend!"

The Templar tried to keep calm as it absorbed what the figure was saying but it hadn't thought that it would ever fight someone who knew what it was, but something about it was confusing; had this one fought against others that were like it and it's brothers? I have to capture this one no matter what happens! The Templar thought as it locked its halberd with the ice staff and tried to over power the figure, hoping to turn the tide of battle.

"Against all who threaten her!" The figure said as they broke the lock with the Templar's halberd and overbalanced the Templar who lunged forward as the figure spun the ice staff and a blade grew on it, turning it into a scythe that the figure used to cut off the Templar's head.

The figure let the ice scythe melt away as it looked towards the battle and saw her Vaporeon destroy the last golem and smirked the figure turned back towards the Templar's body as it dissipated and was about to leave when the figure noticed something glittering in the moonlight as the head melted away, a strange small blue crystal pillar with rounded top and bottom.

As she reached down and picked it up they felt a strange sensation and closed their eyes and focused some of her Aura into it and their eyes shot open as she realized that this what the Templar used to record its memories. This is a game changer, we could finally figure out all their secrets, at least then the ones this one saw! I have to get home now! The figure thought before it went still as it heard the sound of feet on stone, and scowling as they looked around then up.

"Time to go my dear!" As the figure spoke they raised a glowing hand and a cloud was formed that it and their Pokémon got on, and it carried them away out of sight moments before two Templars and four Knight Stalkers came onto the scene and noticed the stains on the ground, looking around for any hint of something they knew would be here but was gone.

Cameron looked at the hospital from across the street and sighed as the street lamps turned on. "I'm here for the second day in a row and nothing's happened, good news is good news but man, I really wish that master had let me go with them against those things!"

Cameron looked around and sighed once he saw that no one was close enough to have heard his words and was relieved, remembering his master's words. Anyone could be one of those people, you can't tell if one is not one of them unless you tell them who you are and they don't react with hatred like Rosette didn't. And no matter how much I hate it master was right, if those people that were caught were from those guys then someone might come here to break 'em out. Cameron thought as he leaned against the window behind him and barely noticed a woman in black carrying a bouquet of flowers into the hospital.

As he looked at the hospital he never noticed that someone was looking at him from a window on the third floor below the captive Order member's room.

"Are you okay Anny, is anything out there?" Salma asked as she came back into the room carrying a tray with two meals on it for them. Anny looked at her and smiled and ran towards her and hugged her legs. "Hey girl, you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine Salma thanks for those books you got me, the way the Professor explained the difference in the nucleic acid that causes Type change in Eevees is amazing!" Anny said as she looked up at Salma who rubbed her head after she put the food down on the table. "I don't suppose you'd talk to my uncle about maybe if I could keep reading them?"

"Sure kid, I plan on having a long 'talk' with him once we find him." Salma said as Anny sat down and started to eat. "But what were you looking at."

"There's a boy outside the hospital, I saw him there last night and he's still there." Anny said as she ate. "I just loved to watch people from my room in the apartment when I wasn't cleaning."

"Cleaning?" Salma asked and Anny nodded.

"I cook and clean the apartment, it's to earn my keep. Uncle said it was good practice for later in life for some reason." Anny said, obvious to the way that those words caused Salma to start to get mad as her mind started to make leaps of logic that she hoped was wrong. A knock at the door caused both of them to look towards it and see Officer Jenny standing there looking at both of them with a smile that Salma saw didn't reach her eyes and felt something in her tighten as she looked at her friend.

"Hey, mind if I borrow Salma for a few seconds Anny?" Jenny asked with that same smile. "I need to talk to her for a bit."

"Okay….." Anny said as Salma got up and smiled at Anny.

"Don't worry, I'll be back in a bit." Salma said as she got up and walked out of the room and moved away from the doorway, farther enough away so that Anny couldn't hear them talk.

"Tell me you've found that bastard so I can have a nice long 'talk' with him about how he was raising her, please."

"That's the problem, we did." Jenny said with an unreadable expression on her face causing Salma to look at her friend in confusion.

"What's happened Jenny?" Salma demanded and Jenny only sighed and looked straight at her.

"From the description of her 'uncle' we've identified who he is, he was already in our computers for illegal gambling and the like." Jenny said with a conflated look, Salma looking at her in confusion. "Two years ago before Anny came to live with him he was rounded up in connection to an illegal Pokémon tournament between gangs, was let off with a warning and was added to one of our watch lists."

"So you found out where he is then, or did he abandon her to the Chimera?" Salma asked, growing worried as Jenny stayed silent. What is it Jenny, what did you find? She thought as Jenny seemed to struggle before continuing.

"His address was in We found the apartment and there was enough evidence to prove that Anny lived there…. But that's the problem." Jenny said as she tried to look normal but was Salma knew her friend enough to tell something was wrong, and that worried her more than if Jenny had been nervous.

"What do you mean, what wrong? Given what Anny said about how he raised her…." Salma trailed off at Jenny's voice.

"That's the problem! According to the DNA evidence, there is no relationship at all between her and her 'uncle'. And everything we know about the person who lives there says that he's a single child of his parents, both single children of their parents who had no known relatives!" Jenny said and looked angry and confused. "There is no record of how she came into his custody and no genetic link between them that even gives a single reason as to why he was in charge of her!"

"Who the hell is Anny then, where'd she come from then?!" Salma demanded as Jenny growled and bit her finger. None of this makes sense! Little girls just don't come out of nowhere, she had to have been born somewhere on this planet! Salma thought as she looked at Jenny.

"I don't know, and there's no missing person for anyone like her within the last twenty year. The doctor's say she's a normal girl, none psychic potential and AB- blood, nothing at all that stands out about her!" Jenny said as Salma looked at her with a confused look. "What?"

"Do I want to know why you mentioned all those points?" Salma asked and Jenny shook her head.

"No, no you don't. For now I'm approving your request to foster her, we can talk about the particulars about later." Jenny said as she turned away. "I have two scum to interrogate about that dead Pokémon."

"Yeah, I've got to speak to someone too." Salma said as she turned back towards the room Anny was in and thought about the person the young girl had seen outside the hospital

Cameron sighed as he looked up and wondered if he should look for something to eat or maybe he could see if he could get anything from the cafeteria in the hospital. Nah, I'll stay here a few more minutes and see if there's a restaurant around here, maybe a sandwich shop I can get something and then I'll make it back here and until midnight then….. His thoughts died as he saw Salma come out of the hotel and look around, frowning as he saw her looking right at him. "Not good."

Nonchalantly he got up and moved towards a small park he had walked past a few hours ago, the trees could help him ambush her if she was following him if he was right. As he moved down the street he heard someone call out and started to sprint and he heard whoever it was running after him. As he dashed his hands went to his Pokéballs as he ran, quickly finding the two he wanted as he reached the park entrance and ran into a small field before a dense forest that a sign said had a trail that led to a lake. He dashed over the grass and slipped into the trees before jumping into one and threw the two Pokéballs, and when his Pokémon appeared he got their attention with a whistle before flashing them a series of hand signs before they all disappeared into hiding.

Salma reached the park and looking down she saw her target's tracks leading into the forest and cursed. Of course he went into the woods, of course! Once he gets to the lake then he can just swim or ride across the waters and then he can get anywhere he wants! I have to at least track him that far threw out a Pokeball and released her Machamp who looked around before turning to her with a look of confusion on its face.

"We're hunting someone who might be after Anny Machamp, I chased him to this place, let's find him." Salma said as they walked into the woods. She looked around and gritted her teeth. I have to hope that whoever this is doesn't have any friends, I could go back and call Jenny but if I'm right I might only have this chance to get answers, if someone attacks Anny because I missed this! She thought before she gained a scowl and moved into the woods, her Machamp in front as they moved after their target.

A few moments as they passed a stream a Lucario suddenly shot at her Machamp from the woods who blocked the blow when suddenly a Samurott shot out of the water body slammed Machamp! She was about to move to try and help when suddenly an arm was around her throat. As she tried to fight back as her Machamp got back up a voice growled next to her ear.

"I know that you filth don't care about your Pokémon beyond how they can be weapons to use so listen good. Once your Machamp is down I'll knock you out and leave you tied up, maybe if you couldn't keep it's loyalty once your down then it'll escape and be free." Cameron said as causing Salma to go still. "I don't know what you're after but if I can stop you from getting to the others in that hospital then that's fine, one more link to bring all of you into the light."

"What are you talking about, what does that have to do with Anny?! Aren't you watching her to take her captive?" Salma gasped out and suddenly she was released and the other Pokémon kept their eyes on her Machamp as she turned and Saw a boy in a cloak with its hood covering the face looking at her.

"Who's Anny, I was running because I thought you….you mean you're not?" Cameron said as he backed away from her and looked at her.

"Who the hell are you talking about, I thought you were watching Anny's room, you weren't?" Salma asked and Cameron looked shocked.

"No!, I was here in case someone tried to attack the place, independently you know." Cameron said as he looked at her as his Pokémon stood down and Salma's Machamp looked at confused as she was as she could only stare at him.

"Attack the hospital, who the hell would attack?" She began before they suddenly heard an explosion from the road.

"ANNY!" Salma cried and turned and ran, Cameron and their Pokémon following her. As soon as they exited the park they saw a fire farther down from the hospital. Salma tried to move towards it but Cameron grabbed her arm.

"It has to be a distraction; we need to get to the hospital before those two are killed!" Cameron said as he started to recall his Pokémon and reached out a hand. "I can help you get into the building and then you can watch over this Anny, but we need to move now!"

Salma looked at him. If Anny's hurt I won't ever forgive myself, I gotta get to her! And this is going to be a circus, and if someone is going to kill someone then and they did this then they might not care about collateral damage, Anny might be in danger! Salma thought before she grabbing his hand.

In the hospital Jenny looked at the two people chained to their beds and scowled as she looked at them. "This will go a lot easier if you talk to me, who are you and what was your involvement in the whatever happened at that building, where did that dead Pokemon come from?"

The two people on their beds looked away as Jenny scowled at them, something was bothering her about their silence. What is it about them? Wait that one is looking at the other and that one's looking at the clock, are they waiting for something? Jenny thought as she looked at the two of them and opened her mouth when she heard the sounds of chaos outside and with a scowl she turned and walked towards the door, not noticing the grins the two prisoners sent each other. As she pocked her head out she saw a doctor running towards the stairs. She grabbed him and scowled, hiding a smirk as he paled. "What's happening?"

"There was an explosion a few meters away from the hospital at a parking garage, the emergence room is full and we're sending everyone to get the victims here!" The doctor said as he tried to pry Jenny's hand off him. "I've been ordered to help so sorry!"

Jenny looked at him as he ran away and frowned. Something's wrong, that what should I do? If there's a problem then I need to do something to help, but if this is a distraction…who are they? Jenny thought and looked at the two guards standing outside the room and saw their expressions.

"Stay here and don't move." Jenny said as she rushed towards the nurses' station. I have to talk to whoever is in charge around here

"HEY! Jenny called out as she reached the nurse's station and saw that most of them were gone, leaving a single nurse on call. "Where's the others?!"

"Mam?" The nurse asked as she looked up at Jenny from the papers she was looking over and frowned. "The accident caused everyone to leave, and since this is the last level below the roof we're usually used for recovering from surgeries and the like, they'll only come here in case they need the room as a last resort."

Jenny looked around the hallway, noticing that most of the rooms were empty and felt something in her twist as she tried to figure out what was wrong. "That's something, I don't suppose the hospital keeps that a secret?"

"No that's the standing procedure, it's had to have been done a few times over the years and it was even mentioned on a documentary a few years ago." The nurse said obliviously and Jenny stared aghast.

"A documentary was made about this place?" Jenny asked shocked. "I never heard about that."

"Yeah, well it was this up and comer who was talking about doing it, but then the company that was supposed to produce it went under. I think they said something about a scandal that led to the company folding." The nurse said and Jenny went still as the worst case scenario went through her mind. "Mam, what is it?"

"How many other patients are there?!" Jenny demanded and the nurse looked at her.

"In the hospital?" The Nurse asked and she stared, shocked and confused. "Why would that matter?"

"On this floor, right now!" Jenny demanded forcefully.

"Besides the two people in the room, no one. We've moved everyone to the other hospital before the crusade left, so we could have room if we needed it since this one is the closet to the Route." The nurse said and Jenny looked around and cursed.

"Okay I want this floor locked down, the doors to the staircase and the elevator, you can do that right?" Jenny asked and the nurse stared at her in shock.

"Why in the name of the Legendaries would I do that?" The nurse asked in complete confusion.

"Just do it! Once you're done get to any room and hide in the bathroom!" Jenny barked and turned away, running towards a door to another room and opened it, putting the lights on before she closed it and looked at her two officers. "You two, turn on the lights in every room on that side and get back there and be ready to repeal attackers!"

"Wakey wakey guys, something's happening." Sarah said over their coms and Kotaro opened his eyes and blushed as he saw Gabby leaned against him. Gabby moved and went still as before she got up, he knew a blush was on her face and he said nothing and was still until Sarah spoke again. "The police are leaving and if this isn't the time to move I don't know what is!"

As Kotaro stood up finally he looked over the ledge and saw police cars and trucks leaving the building and turning his head he noticed a light reflect off a building a few yards away.

"Was there a crash or something over there?" Kotaro asked and Gabby followed his line of sight and stared as well.

"An explosion Shadow. And it's right by the hospital, the same hospital that the two survivors of your attack on that base are." Sarah said and Kotaro turned his head towards Gabby who went still and he nodded. So she sees it too, well then. We're on the same page and how will we deal with it. Kotaro thought as Sarah got impatant. "Guys, what is it, what am I not seeing?"

"This is a distraction, they're going to make two big shows at the hospital, I bet as we speak their making their way upwards towards where the captives are. Should we move now or wait, or are they waiting on a full front assault?" Kotaro asked and Gabby looked at him, her mind going to attacks on police stations she's heard about over the years and not liking the chances they had.

"If that happens and we're found in there, I don't want to think about what the police will do to us." Gabby said as she shuddered. "It'll be kill first and question what's alive second!"

Kotaro nodded and looked at the police station and sighed. "The original plan was to infiltrate and hopefully get in and out without them knowing we were there, that anyone was there. This might be worse than I thought."

"For now we can only wait, if nothing happens then we can get back to base, we're here in case something happens."

"I'll take first watch then." Gabby said as Kotaro nodded and sat down and started to meditate, not noticing Gabby watching him for a few seconds before turning away, a smile hidden by her mast as she tried and succeeded in forcing down a giggle. Nice to see that somethings never change, that after everything you're still the same person. Still I have to get you to drop back and see your family again, if those slime make a play and try and recruit those three and we meet each other on the battlefield then they'll win no matter what. But how can I make him understand that? She thought as she looked at the Police station, hoping that she would figure this out.

As Salma let herself be pulled along by Cameron she forced the questions she had down and looked at him as they ran. Who does he think is after those people that were found in that building, who is he? She thought as she was pulled along down an alley and as Cameron released his Lucario she finally stopped.

"No that's far enough! Who are you and what's going on here?!" She demanded as Lucario jumped upwards and a metal ladder was dropped down.

"It's a long story and….it's none of your business really. All you have to know is that I want those people that are being held captive up there to stay alive and sing like Chatots." Cameron said and Salma's mouth dropped open before she exploded.

"No I do need to know more!" Salma interrupted him with a scowl. "As a Gym Trainer of The Viridian Gym, and….."

"Wait, you're a gym trainer?! Do you know Yuji?!" Cameron asked, shocking Salma and making her take a step back.

"Yeah, he's my friend why?" Salma demanded and Cameron sighed and shook his head.

"Long story short, me and my teacher saved him up in the mountains! Talk to him, if you want answers about me." Cameron said and Salma looked at him before a crash a cry from Lucairo caused them to look up and notice that the top few floors of the hospital were dark. "They're making their moves, we….I have to go! You coming?"

Salma looked up at the hospital and swallowed as she saw something or someone at the top of the hospital but before she could say anything it was gone. She turned to Cameron and was about to say something when she stopped as she thought she heard something and went still as Cameron cocked his head. "You can hear something too."

"Yeah." Cameron said and looked around before looking upwards suddenly. "It can't be….Lucario! Get the ladder down now!"

Jenny looked around the room as the lights died down and cursed. They must have sent somebody down into the basement, perfect! I so should have pushed for night vision goggles at the last budget meeting, but of course I probably couldn't convince that weasel to let us get new vehicles so why would he have authorized new equipment? Jenny thought as saw the two officers move towards the door with their fists up and the nurse start to huddle by the window in the corner of the room and Jenny reached for her Pokéball as she signaled them to be quiet. As she looked at the door she spoke softly.

"When we hear motion outside I'll release Arcanine and have him break the door. Once that happens I want you both to move fast." Jenny said as she held up a hand and listened, hearing the sound of footsteps coming closer. "On my mark."

However before Jenny could react one of the two police men threw a ball at the ground and a flash and screech was released by it caused Jenny to lose her eyesight and stumble, her head spinning. As the ringing in her ears died down she started to gasp for breath as someone started to choke her.

"Come on you fools, knock her out and give us the healing pills!" One of the two on the beds demanded as Jenny's start to regain her sight and saw one of the two policemen was choking her as the other moved towards the nurse and threw two red spherical pills at the captives and one of them ate it right away and the other looked down at it. "Wait, the pills aren't the right color….."

"AAAGGGHHH!" The other captive suddenly screamed as he started to thrash before he went limp and his body burst into flames. The doors opened and a single figure walked in and looked at the single blazing bed, Jenny being choked and the nurse huddled in the corner and just sighed.

"What, you didn't finish it without me?" the new comer asked only to be met with silence

"Sorry Conn, but you should have given us some warning on what day it was gonna go down." The officer not chocking Jenny said.

"Do you have to call me Conn, we're not supposed to use nickname remember?" Conn said and only received a shrug in response.

"What is this, aren't you here to rescue us?!" The remaining captive asked as he tried to tear out his arm from the bed's railing.

"We would if you were following our lady, but since you're not we on clean up." Conn said and smirked as he brought up a throwing knife that he threw and it sank into the final captive's forehead, the resulting corpse falling backwards. "Now to deal with these two."

"Traitors." Jenny gasped out as she grabbed the man who was choking her arms and tried to remove them from her throat only to be met with a dark chuckle.

"What we do, we do for the old. Take comfort in the fact that you'll get a heroes funeral." The newcomer said before suddenly a Lucario crashed through the window and rolled along the floor until it shot upwards and kicked out, throwing the man who was choking her to the floor, dragging Jenny with her. Before the others could react Cameron and Salma flew in and both attacked the two reaming upright, Cameron going after Conn as Salma dealt a hammer blow to the remaining traitor. As Jenny gasped for breath the man who had been strangling her got back to his feet but before he could do more than glare at the scene the nurse jumped him. Jenny looked at the chaos around her and saw Salma deal a haymaker punch at her opponent and body slammed him and his head hit the wall. As the knocked out traitor fell unconscious Salma attacked the other one with the nurse as Cameron and Lucario forced Conn of the room. As Jenny got her wits back and charged at the remaining traitor, hoping whoever had gotten whoever this 'Conn' was out of the room could handle him.

As he grappled with Conn, Cameron tried to get his feet to trip up Conn but the man fought him off and stay routed and threw a haymaker that sent Cameron backwards, but before Conn could advance on his fallen foe Lucario grabbed him and threw him away from his trainer.

"Thanks Lucario, let's not let him get away!" Cameron said as he got back to his feet and was about to move after Conn when a crash was heard and Cameron and Lucario looked down the darkened hallway and saw two more people and two Golducks with black metal collars on come out of a door that was thrown open. Cameron gritted his teeth as he released his Samurott which snarled and pointed its horn at the two Pokémon as their trainers and the newcomer moved backwards.

"I don't know how many of you there are here, but some of you aren't getting away!" Cameron said as he his Pokémon readied themselves

Conn gritted his teeth as he looked at Cameron and his eyes flickered towards the room, hearing the cries of the women within it. "Primary objective reached, fall back and prepare to implead pursuit

"Come on commander, we can kill this one and get rid of the witnesses inside, have all who is this one?" One of the two men asked and Cameron laughed a little. "And what is so funny brat?"

"I am one who is a Guardian." Cameron said with pride and the three of them looked at each other and scoffed.

"So what, that supposed to mean something to me?" Conn asked and Cameron went still before he started to chuckle.

"You don't know what that means at all, do you?" Cameron asked and laughed a little as he grinned. I can't believe this, if they don't know who we are, they think we're dead! This is perfect, but then how could she know…. Deal with that later, this now! Cameron thought as his eyes hardened.

"And it means what kid?" One of the two new comers said and Cameron started to girn.

"That I can do this!" Cameron said as a blue aura appeared around him and he disappeared and appeared among the three figures and dealt a punch to the traitor that sent him flying. As the other two looked at him in shock as their Golducks turned around as Cameron's Lucario charged at them with Samurott; Lucario formed a Bone Rush energy bone-staff as Samurott's horn started to glow. Before the Golducks could react they were there, Lucario slamming the bone-staff into one as Samurott tackled the other sent the both of them flying into their trainers as Cameron back flipped to stand behind his Pokémon as Lucario stood there moving it bone-staff over its right shoulder as Samurott growled. As the enemy side recovered Conn stared and

"He's a wilder… you two handle him, I'll get the chopper ready to leave!" The traitor said and moved towards the stairway at a run as the two operatives nodded at each other before they started to glow blue and charged at Cameron as their Golducks charged at Cameron's Pokémon.

Cameron blocked a blow from the operative on his right as Lucario jumped over one of the Golducks and kicked it down the hall towards where the room Jenny was in and as Samurott batted the other one away Cameron grabbed both of the fighters and threw them towards their Pokémon. Before the Golducks could do more than stand back up when Aracaine shot out of the room and Body Slammed one and s a Machamp followed and punched the other one as Jenny and Salma tackled their trainers.

"You've got them; so I'll go handle the guy who got away, thanks!" Cameron called out and ran to the staircase, his Pokemon on his heels.

"Hey, get back here!" Salma called out as she struggled to keep her target down as Cameron disappeared upwards.

"Who was that guy?!" Jenny demanded and Salma kept fighting.

"I don't Know!" Salma cried as she knocked her target out and took a step toward Cameron. "He was watching the hospital, he knew this would happen!"

"He WHAT!?" Jenny screamed as she struggled with her foe as their Pokemon knocked out the Golducks. If he knows who was behind the forces that was in that building then I have to talk to him, hell if he took them out I'll shake his hand! Jenny called as she finally got the upper hand with her opponent.

"Go Salma, find out who that is…" Jenny began when a scream startled them and Salma turned towards the source, the room they had come from.

"He's getting up!" The nurse cried out and Salma dashed towards the room, cursing as she went to secure him.

Cameron ran up the stairs and saw him just two floors above him. I can't let him get away, I dropped the line about who I am, sure sensei did it but if the wider group figures out we'll still alive. "You Order scum can't get away!"

As Conn climbed the stairs he gulped as he heard that call from below. He knows who we are, we're blown! A purge team must have missed someone, that's the only explanation! He thought as he reached for a Pokegear and activated its radio. "This is Conn 1 of Cleaner squad 3 to Advisor; the spill is bigger, there are spots and the person helping us got soiled, advisement needed."

"Rodger Conn, make it to vehicle and call us back!" Advisor replayed he contacted said and Control burst onto the roof and ran towards a helicopter and got in and turned it on. I don't know how this will work, maybe weapons to strife the floor? He thought as he fumbled for a headset.

"This is Control, am in vehicle and am waiting for orders." Conn said and then he saw a light on the consul turn from green to red. "Control advise, external light has gone red."

"Don't worry Conn, just doing a final cleaning." Advisor said before all the buttons flashed red before a light blinded him.

Jenny looked down at the captives as they sat against the wall and the only one still awake glared at her.

"Keep smiling at me, I can't wait until internal affairs is done with your friend we'll have a nice long talk ourselves." Jenny promised the man only to jerk back when he suddenly went still and all three of them went limp. "Hey!"

Jenny lunged forward and felt for his neck and jerked back as she was shocked and she could smell burnt meat.

"What happened to them?" Salma asked before they heard and explosion from above them. "And what was that!?"

Cameron reached the top of the stairs and turned to the door to the roof the door when he heard a boom ahead of them and felt a wave of force throw him backwards but his Lucario grabbed his arm as he flew over the railings and spun around and threw him back towards where he had been.

"Thanks buddy." Cameron said as he made sure his hood was up and both of his Pokémon followed him onto the roof and stared in horror at the destroyed helicopter, a body was on fire within it. Cameron could only look at the exploded helicopter before turning around and recalled his Samuriot and gestured for Lucario to follow him as he rushed away and leapt to the next building. Mission failed, time to get close enough to let master know and then make it away into Johto to escape, he's gonna be mad about this I'm sure. Cameron thought as he and his Pokémon rushed towards the side of town bordering the mountains.

On top of the building across from the station Kotaro and Gabby watched as most of the remaining cars and trucks pealed out and they looked at each other and nodded at each other, this was it. the two of them moved long the rooftop and ran along a phone line to the station, never noticing someone had seen them move.

As soon as they reached the police station's roof Gabby took a few steps before falling to the ground and breathing heavily. "I haven't done something like that in a year!"

"Still using the tricks the old man taught us?" Kotaro asked and Gabby laughed, the laugh sounding hollow even through her mask.

"I can't keep track the number of times his teachings kept me sane and alive." Gabby said as she got up and looked around at the rooftop and saw a large industrial sized fan built into the roof and frowned. That's not right, why is that there… wait a few steps to the right is the briefing room for reporters! This doesn't make sense. Gabby thought as she looked at the industrial fan and missed Kotaro move towards the door and pull out a small glass ball from his belt and threw it at the door, hitting and burring away the metal handle and smiled.

"That recipe works perfectly Happy, were moving down now. Ready Hikari?" Kotaro asked and when Gabby didn't react he looked at her when she didn't respond. "Hikari! Eyes on me! what is it?!"

"Nothing Shadow, nothing at all. Just something to look into later." Gabby said as Kotaro looked at her before nodding.

"Keep your head in the game; we have to move fast once we're inside." Kotaro said and Gabby nodded and they moved down the stairs, stopping as they reached a door to the station's interior and Kotaro held up a hand then gently pushed it open enough for a wire that came out of the gauntlet that opened the door and it peeked through the slant and looked both ways, sending the images to Kotaro's helmet and he nodded. "No Camera, let's move fast."

"Right!" Gabby said as she followed after Kotaro as they ran through the station towards their goal. After a few moments that Gabby was sure that they would be caught they finally reached the lab. Gesturing to Gabby to be quiet Kotaro opened the door and looked inside, seeing a general lab with a table in the center with a computer on it and beyond it from where they were a large single window and a door near the right side.

"Okay, I'll stay on guard and you put the Downloader into the computer." Kotaro said and she looked down at her pouch.

"Are you sure this thing will work?" Gabby asked and she could hear the grin in Kotaro's reply.

"Yep, all we have to do is insert it and then Happy will download it onto a standalone system and we can get out of here, and better still it will burn out once we're done!" Kotaro said as he opened the door.

Moving inside quickly Kotaro stepped aside and Gabby moved to the computer and brought out a small piece of tech the size of a PDA that she slotted into a usb port and within moments Happy started the download on started and Gabby bit back a curse as she saw the timer.

"Three minutes. That's how long we have to wait." Gabby said and she jerked a bit when a timer appeared on her mask. "How did?"

"She's good like that, I don't know how but she is." Kotaro said and he went still as he heard someone walking towards them.

"Up." Kotaro said before he jumped upwards and grabbed the ceiling, Gabby doing the same as they both towards the few shadows cast on the ceiling and hid where they could as they waited. A few moments later two men in police uniforms came into the room and looked around, neither of them noticing Gabby or Kotaro as they hid.

"So where are the remains?" One of the two asked and the other scoffed.

"I dropped a little Corpse Dust on it earlier before our friend left to head to the hospital, it should be done by now." The other replayed and then he looked around the room and frowned. "Shouldn't someone be here?"

"Nay, it's past the time the Union says the science staff can be here , and they can only go on overtime three times a week and they've been working on a murder case with international connections."

"The Widow, right? Even the newsis are talking about that one. And the gossip rags, man o man are they exploding! So what do we need to do?"

"First we get them!" As the first one said this he dropped a ball that released a flash of light that blinded everyone but Kotaro's and Gabby's helmets blocked it and they pushed away from their hiding place as the second one threw two knives at where the two ninja had been.

"So how'd you find us?" Gabby asked as she saw the timer time down the last minute as she stared at the

"It was easy, we had a hidden camera that saw you go in, we couldn't see you and the window was still there so." The second man said as Gabby smirked behind her helmet as the timer zeroed, they had done it.

"I would expect that you are some of those who abused those Pokémon." Kotaro said as he drew one of his blades and Gabby's eyes went to him and she realized what he was doing.

"So you'll explain us how, but how will you keep us from talking?" Gabby asked and the two officers only smirked as one of the started to gain a blue glowing outline.

"Oh, we had some edges, but killing the Shadow and his new bitch will really raise our standing in the Order." The glowing one said and no one noticed a figure peering out of the other door, a figure that could only stare in shock.

"Well, this isn't what I was expecting." Looker muttered to himself and peered at the four figures, his eyes and camera recording the glowing human. This is nuts, either I've seen two traitors or spys who are connected to the people who were behind that building and the Pokémon abuse, but Shadow and his friend are involved? I don't know what this is but either way I can't stand…. What in the world? Looker thought and could only stare as Shadow started to glow purple.

"How, a wilder?!" The glowing man called out as he jumped at Kotaro who leapt backwards and spun, his blade and sliced at the door and he and Gabby dashed out, the two following behind them.

Looker walked into the main room and moved towards the computer and took out the tech piece and looked around the room, a blank look on his face. So whoever the others were, they wanted to get rid of evidence, and Shadow and his ladyfriend wanted it. This is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but who are they? And I can't let Shadow have all the fun. Looker thought as he looked at the door and frowned as he saw someone dashing past, a frown on his face.

"TO THE ROOF!" Kotaro called out as they moved through the corridors, the two behind them causing him to grit his teeth. We got what we came for, all we have to do is get away and they'll think we've got nothing, maybe that means we can track done where the Fossil Pokémon was born. Kotaro thought as he ran.

As they moved into the stairwell Gabby removed some caltrops and dropped them as they climbed the stairs, the howls of pain causing a smile to appear under her helmet The best tricks are the oldest ones, the old man was right about that! She thought as they reached the rooftop and she dashed towards the edge. A flurry of knives flew by her and she threw her body to the left and saw the two 'policemen' standing there and looked at her with grins on their face.

"So where's your friend girly?" One of them asked before suddenly Kotaro was there sliced out with his blade as Gabby got back to her feet and attacked the 'police' with Kotaro. As they fought against each other one of the two traitors gained a blue outline and punched Gabby, sending her flying through the air and she fell over the edge of the roof and slammed her blade into the wall and stopped her descent.

"I'm still in the fight Shadow, keep at them!" Gabby said with a smirk as she started to climb up the wall.

Kotaro stayed silent and jumped back before dashing at the enemy as his blade gained a purple and swung it at the one who hit Gabby but the traitor raised one of his arms and formed a blue energy gauntlet that blocked the purple blade.

"Not as easy as you thought it would be, is it?" The traitor growled as the other moved towards the roof to see if anyone had found Gabby's body. As he looked over he leaned into Gabby's fist as she punched him, sending him to the ground as she climbed over there the edge and threw two shuriken at the remaining traitor and hit his free arm and as he jerked back Kotaro hit him in his throat. As the traitor started to cough Kotaro grabbed the traitor's head and slammed him into the roof, knocking him out.

"Nice, what now?" Gabby asked and Kotaro looked down at the two bodies and shook his head.

"We leave them, we can't do anything and the

Kotaro fell as well. Gabby looked at Kotaro and saw a throwing blade sticking out of his back where his left lung was. She looked up and saw another man who glared down at her and chuckled.

"Now all I have to do is kill you, find a blade from your copse and kill these two and My misstriss will reward me for killing our rivals."

"So we were right, you are fragmented." Gabby said as she forced herself to act nonchalant as she saw Kotaro's vitals spike. If it's what I think it is then I can only hope his training will handle this. She thought as the traitor looked at her in shock.

"So you know that, interesting. Well it won't matter, you can tell it to your friend in hell, after the poison on my blade gets through with him of course." He said before his face went still and his eyes became unfocused. He fell forward revealing that Looker was behind him, his hand raised from knocking the man out.

"That's all for you. Now let me call a doctor, I think all six of us need to have a nice chat with the local police." Looker said but Gabby threw down a flash bang and when Looker could see again both she and Kotaro were gone. "Well, that's something."

"Who's there, what's happening here?!" A voice from behind him caused Looker to turn and raise his badge as five officers came out of the stairway. "Who the hell are you, what's happened here?"

"Looker, International Police. These three are traitors, confine them, check their mouths for false teeth and tell no one what's happening." Looker barked and they saluted him before they moved to follow his orders.

As the plane flew to Unova Guinevereput down the file she had been reading and kneaded her noise. So let's review what happened recently. 1; the brat moved off on his next challenge before I could renew the seals or see what happened to them so I have to hope he doesn't awaken anything. 2; Delia's had to be reinforced and I might not have the option not to make a decision about her soon. And 3; that idiot is messing around in Kanto, it's bad enough that Karen has a force here but he's getting involved too, I have to hope I can get the others on my side about this and he'll back off. Guineverethought as she sighed.

"Nothing to do but sleep until either I get there or something happens. I don't know which of those two I want to happen first." She muttered as she leaned back in her chair and was about to fall asleep when someone came and touched her shoulder, causing her to open her eyes to see a stewardess holding a tray with a phone on it and an apologetic look on her face.

"Pardon me mam, but a phone call from a mister Palmer is on the line for you." She said as she held the tray to Guineverewho took it and held it to her ear.

"Hello Palmer, I was just about to fall asleep, what on earth do you want?" Guinevere asked only to be met with a laugh.

"What, I can't call and talk to someone flying to see me, I can't just want to talk to you sooner Gin-Gin?" Palmer said and she scoffed.

"A friend could yes, you no." Guinevere said and leaned forwards as she held the phone, squeezing it as she spoke. "So what do you want?"

"So suspicious, that's not a good way to talk; do you talk to Delia Ketchum like that?" Palmer asked and she went still.

"What about Delia?" Guinevere asked and she felt her heart beat faster. He can't have found out who she is or my plans to use Ash, he couldn't have! She thought as

"What, I'm a widower, she's doesn't have a husband, both our kids are trainers and I met her when she came to see Ash fight in my League, and we talked about a few problems we single trainer parents have, you know what I mean! But about his match, I tell you it was incredible, his opponent had a team of all Legendary rank Pokémon and Ash defeated two of them, took most of his team but one on one matches with similar rank Pokémon I'd wager on Ash; I mean even the best trainer his age would have problems with his opponent. You know I was wondering you haven't started the recruitment on him yet have you?" Palmer asked and Guinevere released a sigh before she went still.

Her eyes widened as she realized just what he was after. He's trying to recruit him! That's even worse, a few moments of a physical and they'll know that something is different about him and his seal! If the rest of the group ever found out about my plans! Guinevere thought as she squeezed the phone. "No, I did a version of one of our recruitment tests and he's too 'good' to become anything more than a level two, I wasn't surprised really."

"Level two hu, well he might do well at the teaching post or outside agent to help us kill those abominations right?" Anyhow I'll see you when you get here then!" Palmer said as he hung up the phone. She looked at her phone as she removed it from her ear and scowled as she handed it back to the attendant and sighed.

"I don't know what I expected but that wasn't it." Ginny said as she put her face into her hands. Okay, so that's one thing I have to look into, if he's after Delia or Ash, if he saw anything that might make him think that their not what I made sure they seem to be, than my whole plan is in jeopardy! Slipping into the attack all those years ago was one thing, getting out with those two as captives and letting the rest of them burn was another, if Palmer looks into what happened then! She thought as she leaned back and looked up and out the window.

"All I need is this to go right, a few things just need to go well and I'll be able to score a few points." She muttered as she leaned back and tried to sleep, but her thoughts kept circling back to what she was after, the true reason that she had done what she had done so many years ago. He's as strong as I thought he would be, stronger even. The only way I might beat him is if my seals keep holding him back, but if they break then…. and then there's my children, Gary is a professor of all things and my daughter left school and is out there somewhere where I don't even know where after she escaped on that Pokémon! She thought as she held her face as she tried to think of anything that she could use to advance her family's position and her own power.

"Will that be all miss?" The attendants voice caused her to look up and sigh as she shook her head.

"Yes, but can I please get something to drink please." Ginny said and the attendant nodded.

Of course mam, I would advise something nonalcoholic, we still have a long flight and you'll probably want to sleep through it." The flight attendant said and Ginny nodded.

"Yeah, a grape juice then if you have it, apple if you don't." Ginny said as she looked down and sighed and shook his head.

"Of course miss." The flight attendant said as she turned and walked off.

Ginny released a sigh and leaned back as she tried to get her mind under control, tried to think on the positive as she sighed and made a few notes for her speech at the conference on a PDA. A few moments later the attendant was back with both the grape juice and a phone causing Guinevere to frown as she saw it. "I asked for the drink, but the phone must be from who I think it is, than give me that first."

"Then you were already waiting for it?" The Flight attendant asked and Guinevere only shook her head.

"No but its fine, I was expecting it after I landed." Guinevere said as she picked up the phone and gestured for the attendant to leave. "This is Guinevere, who is this."

"Miss Oak this is the supervisor of the cleaning staff, I'm sorry to call you after the orders to clean up that spill that affiliated group caused but I had to mam." The voice on the other end said with a tone of apology in his voice and Guinevere sat up straighter and sighed.

"Yes well I wanted the mess those people made cleaned up right but what happened?" Guinevere asked and

"It was two problems really miss. In the first place we had to track down those people who accidently left with the silverware and well we were able to recover the materials before they were used but it was the last jobs of the cleaners, there was an accident and well the detective that contacted us said there were no survivors, they even spilled as they died the chemicals in the vehicle." Guinevere heard and she went still as she translated what was being said and tensed. "And the second went to get the materials the clients misplaced but they, the workers are missing as of now."

"Of course, of course." Guinevere said as she scowled and tried to keep her temper down. "Call me again when you learn anything else then."

"Yes mam, goodbye." As the phone call ended Guinevere handed the phone to the flight attendant and took a deep breath.

"Bad news mam?" The attendant asked as she handed over the juice and Guinevere nodded as she drank from it.

"I was hoping for better results, but this a complete and total mess!" Guinevere said and the attendant nodded and walked away. Two squads of Cleaners, my spy in the police and we don't know what happened to those we sent to clean up the Fossil. What else could go wrong now? Guinevere thought as she leaned back and sighed as she tried to get asleep when suddenly she heard a cough. She looked up to see the flight attendant looking apologetic holding a phone. "What now?"

"My apologies miss but they wouldn't take no for an answer. And they were quite insistent too!" The attendant said and Guinevere sighed.

"This is Guinevere, this had better be good whatever it is." Guinevere said coldly and after a few moments someone spoke up.

"This is Z mam, I'm sorry but I lost my job." The voice on the other end said and Guinevere blinked a few moments as she tried to figure out who was calling her and then she recognized who it was.

"What do you mean you lost your job?!" Guinevere demanded and the attendnent stepped back from her.

"I mean that the old fool tried to take out a child to get one over on the father and his superior stopped him. During that time I had no choice but to leave my occupation with the others." Zontro said and waited for a reply. He was in the bathroom of the cabin they were in, the Oemga's and

"His boss, do you mean X?!" Guinevere voice and Zontro winced.

"Yes mam, X was witness to what happened and well, in the end I had no choice but to leave and well, I'm currently in between jobs so I figured I should let you know." Zontro said and he heard her breathing deeply. "There is nothing that the agency will lose face about this, it was personal all the way mam. But I was wondering if you could help us get a new job?"

"There's that at least. I'm sorry the local agency can't help but I might but then you'll have to go to the other regional branch, that's all there is for it. But just make it there as soon as you can and I'll call someone once I land and they'll be ready for you." Guinevere reply came and caused Zontro to breathe more calmly.

"And the old man, I remember that moving branches is only allowed for registered parties?" Zontro asked and he waited with batted breath.

"We can't hire him if he was behind this problem. I'm sorry but there's no way to accommodate him." Guinevere said coldly and Zontro started to grin but it died at her next words. "Two pieces of bad news one after the other, not the best night."

"Two? What was the first?" Zontro asked despite himself.

"The cleaners I hired, one group died in an accident and the others are missing." Guinevere said and Zontro tensed and looked at the phone. "I'm sorry but if I want to function tomorrow I need to go to sleep, good luck."

"Jolly good mam, I'll head to the branch with the others and I hope to send you a card about my new job soon." Zontro said as he put down the phone and stood up. Well, this isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Now all I have to do is deal with that one and we're home free, good thing we teleported to this burner. He thought as he walked out of the room and saw the Omega's eating or caring for their Pokémon. "Where's the old fool."

"Outside sir." Omega One said as he bandaged his Machoke. "What did the lady say?"

"We have our orders, but before that we go we have to clean up the garbage we brought with us." Zontro said and this drew chuckles from the others.

"Slow or fast then sir?" Omega Three asked with sadistic glee.

"Up to us." Zontro said as he looked around the room and winced. "Unfortunately she said that it's going to be a little hot in Kanto for our people for a while."

"What happened?" Omega One demanded and Zontro scowled and shook his head.

"According to the lady, the team sent to handle the captives from the other faction, the mission went belly up, both of them." Zontro said and they Omega squad looked at each other before Omega One stared at him. "But that's not our problem, where is that one?"

"This was all your fault! I should have raised a local, not an out of town trash like you!" Butoro snarled as he slashed at Pyroar with a whip as it lay there and whimpered.

"You don't get to feel sorry about yourself, we failed because of you! Just be thankful that I still need a weapon like you, otherwise!" He snarled as he moved back his arm something grabbed the whip. Butoro looked back and saw Zontro and the Omega's standing there with savage grins. "Oh Zontro my boy, wonderful place to hide out until I can talk to Lance…..why are you all looking at me that way?"

Jessie looked around as the Team Rocket Trio moved through the forest as dusk came, a frown on her face. James had been leading the way with a flashlight out and as Meowth walked next to him Jessie tried to keep focused but she couldn't. As they walked she went over what they had seen, her hand going to her dagger as she tried to make sense of it. First there was that bug gang, now the twerps are attacked by Fighting trainers who know martial arts, what is with this region!? And that's not even taking into account that café and their food! Jessie thought as she tried to figure out what was bothering her and in the end she just sighed loudly.

"What's wrong Jessie?" James asked causing her to look up at him as they walked.

"I'm trying to get my head around what we saw outside the city and that gang we found in Santalune City. I mean something that size in the same city as a Gym, you don't see that often." Jessie said and shuddered. "And let's not talk about what they were doing to those girls!"

"That's not counting that Ice type I saw go into the station and eat some kinda ball of meat." Meowth spoke up and Jessie and James stopped and looked at him as he walked past them. After a few moments Meowth stopped and looked back at Jessie and James who were looking at him with scowls.

"What Ice Type?" Jessie asked sternly as Meowth turned and looked at them, blinking as he turned.

"I never mentioned it? When I was going to the station to pass along the info I saw this Weavile climb out of a duct on top of the station and throw a ball of something into the air before eating it." Meowth said as he looked at them as Jessie's eye started to twitch as James face palmed.

"So to repeat what's happened to us recently. 1; we stole some eggs from a Bug Gang, 2; We got back our partners and then 3; helped the twerp fight off said gang and now 4; after watching the new twerp fight off another gang that seems to have been attacking his sister we're lost and will probably sleep outside tonight." Jessie said flatly.

"Don't forget the drone we captured Jess, there's a chance, a big chance that it was from the same group that attacked the lab." James said as Jessie nodded.

"Thank you James, there's that. I don't know what I expect when we tracked the twerp to Kalos but this, this it like everything before was on 'easy' and now we're in the 'hard' section." Jessie complained and James smiled as he held Weezing's Pokéball.

"But at least we've got our friends back. You know if things go south maybe we can ask for help and our other Pokemon back, having them back might be a good thing you know?" James proposed and Meowth nodded.

"Having some help would be good, and for others too." Meowth said as he stretched his charm as he looked away. If we ever have to run then I'd be happy to have the rest of the gang with us. And cactus boy is safe with that gym leader so theres that at least. Meowth thought as he walked through the forest.

"Yeah, maybe if we get a few more scores like that we might be able to get them shipped them to us, if we can…..whoooh!" Jessie said as she suddenly tripped over something and was sent to the ground.

"You okay Jessie?" James asked as he shinned his light at her and saw getting back to her feet and looking down.

"I don't know, what is that?" Jessie asked and pointed down at something on the forest floor. James followed the light and saw a shadowy tuff pocking out of the ground and frowned.

Jessie grabbed it and felt it go upwards and fell backward and stared. What had come up was a shadowy black body poking out of the top of a pinkish pumpkin, the body had two glowing yellow eyes, a pair of fangs in its upper jaw, and pointed ears that curve slightly and the pumpkin had two circular holes that released a yellow-orange glow. As they watched it scowled and fired a ball of black energy at them that they dodged.

"What is that!?" Meowth demanded and James looked at it and brought out a scanner and after a second a holographic page with the Pokemon on it appeared in the air before his face.

"It's a Pumpkaboo, a Ghost and Grass type. It seems that they come in four sizes and this is a Super Size one…..wow, the bigger the size the bigger its base stats." James said with a whistle

"A powerful Pokémon, then that's a great addition to my team!" Jessie said as she threw out a Pokéball and Arbok appeared. "Arbok, this is our first capture after we've been apart, so let's win one!"

"Arbok!" Arbok cried as Pumpkaboo growled as James and Meowth stepped backwards and let her handle this.

"Thanks partner. Start out with Acid and dodge those Shadow Balls!" Jessie said and Arbok fired a black liquid at Pumpkaboo that caused it to screech in pain as it hit. As it dropped it fired another Shadow Ball that hit Arbok but it stayed silent and tracked Pumpkaboo as it flew upwards and growled.

"Dig Arbok, get underground and tunnel!" Jessie said as she saw Pumpkaboo start to charge up another Shadow Ball and sent it down at Arbok moments before Arbok dug into the ground and the attack hit the hole and cause it to cave in. As Jessie gritted her teeth she saw a sign that Arbok was tunneling around and smiled as she watch Pumpkaboo float down, seeing their chance.

"It's down near the hole at nine with me as six, attack with Bite and the Acid!" Jessie called out. Before Pumpkaboo could react Arbok burst out of the ground and bit down on the pumpkin and then blasted with a black liquid while its jaws were clammed down and as Pumpkaboo screeched in pain it fell to the ground and Jessie smiled.

"Arbok get back! Welcome to the team Pumpkaboo!" Jessie called out and threw a Pokéball. Arbok backed away and before Pumpkaboo could move the ball hit and it was drawn in, as the Pokéball twitched and the button glowed red everyone looked at it after a few moments it released a chime and the red light went away. "Pumpkaboo has been caught!"

"Not bad Jess, another member for your team, and this way we've got five Pokemon to fight, and you both have even teams!" Meowth said as he suddenly started to sniff. "Hey, I smell something being cooked, that way!"

As they turned and saw where Meowth was pointing James shined his flashlight and saw a path near a sign post.

"Look at this, Pokemon center within ten miles that way, Luminous City the opposite. We've found the path!" James said with a grin and Jessie laughed.

"Then let's get a move on, we're camping out tonight so we can slip into the Center once the twerps leave. Meowth when that happens I want you to track the twerps so we know where they're going." Jessie said as she recalled Arbok and clipped both of her Pokeballs to her belt and moved towards the path, James and Meowth nodding as they walked towards the center and their query.

Farther ahead of them at the Center Lilith leaned back against her chair and sighed. "You know I didn't think the food here would be that good you know?"

"Yeah, say what you will but food at the Center is always good but sometimes it's best to have food from home." Ash said as he looked around the small outdoor terrace the gang decided to spend their evening after they had eaten as Bonnie worked on a few worksheets as Serena watched next to Ash. Pikachu and the rest of their Pokémon longed around the edge near the forest and they all looked at Pikachu as he talked to them, Ash thought he was either telling them a story about a battle they had in a forest at night or when they bumped into something or somemon in one.

"You have to make use that spice blend again Ash, I think the second thing I missed most about moving was Pallet House food." Serena said and Ash smirked.

"And I guess the first thing was your friend's right?" Ash asked nad Serena looked away causing Ash to frown as Lilith giggled. "What's so funny Lilly?"

"Nothing Ash, nothing at all." Lilith said as she looked around and saw Clemont walking back towards them with a smile on his face. "So the phone call go okay then?"

"Yeah, the professor was worried that something had happened to him, but since he wanted to come with us the Professor sent his Pokéballs over and finished the paperwork, so Chespin is a member of my team!" Clemont said with a grin. "And while I was walking back I saw a sign that said that there's going to be a contest in in a town between here and Cyllage City!"

"Great!" Lilith said as she got out her small device and activated it, showing a holographic map above the table. "Where is it?"

"Right about…here!" Clemont said as he looked at the device and whistled. "Nice, a good projector and I'm guessing it can only be used in a dark room?"

"Yeah, this is what it was made for, helping to light the way and have a map you can use at night." Lilith said with a smirk.

Ash looked at the map and frowned as he saw the different routes from Lilith contest and the other ways.

"So we when we go that way we could try and make it to Cyllage City by going around or we could this way along the river until we reach this town?" Ash said as he moved his fingers along a route.

"Yeah, I think if we go that way then we'll come across Fort Scarlog before we reach Cyllage City, and we'd have to go through the wilderness this route in particular." Clemont said as he traced a route away from the city where Lilith's contest was. "If I can remember right at the Fort will be another example of Kalos culture for you all to see."

"How bad, is it going to be like the nobility?" Ash asked and Clemont shook his head.

"More confusing than evil really, in most cases." Clemont said before he sighed. "But it's really complicated."

"How so?" Ash asked as the girls looked at Clemont.

"Politics. A bit of politics, histroy and hierarchy problems really." Clemont said as he dropped his head onto the table and sighed. "The trouble those three caused, I don't want to even remember."

Ash looked at Clemont before looking at Serena and Lilith, Lilith had a 'there-there' expression on her face and he sighed and leaned back, willing to let the matter drop and looked towards the setting sun. I want to press him on this, but he really doesn't seem to be in the mood for it, so I'll let him tell it later. Ash thought as he looked over at Pikachu and sighed. "You can tell us when we get there then, okay?"

Clemont looked up and smiled, Lilith giggled and Serena smirked as they looked around the terrace and just relaxed after all that had happened to them that day.

Alfonse waved to his friends as they drove away before he turned and walked off with a smile on his face as he moved towards his mansion as the sky darkened. He was in the perfect mood, the day he had spent around town with the guys was perfect, it was a perfect decision, the day he choose to use to recover was just what he needed. "Now all I have to do is track down my beauty and all is right with the world!"

As he walked down the front hall and sighed, his beauty, his demoness of war Lilith. What do I have to do to prove myself to you my love, why must you play so hard ot get! He thought as he sighed and stretched as he felt the first pangs of hunger.

"Maybe it'll be a good idea to have a meal, if my sister isn't around maybe a sandwich?" He mused as he walked

He and his sister had returned home from the Port of after the attack and he was so happy to be home.

"Now all I have to do is talk to my sister and see if Maxwell is back tomorrow, he's always a good person to talk to. Maybe I could try and awaken my aura, I'm probably a Dragon!" Alfonse said with a laugh in his voice. "Maybe I'll hunt down a Dragon type to add to my team after! Yesssss…. a nice hunt for a few days while my watchers try and find her might be for the best."

As he reached the stairs he looked upwards and saw one of the human maids his family employed and called out to her. "Has my sister eaten yet?"

"She's waiting in the dining room master, she said to have you come and see her once you got back." The maid said as she looked down at him and smiled beautifully.

"Perfect, and here I was thinking that she wouldn't be out of her rooms after noon with how she was yesterday." Alfonse said with a grin and nodded at her as he walked down the stairs. I wonder why that changed, I mean after an event like the party she always would stay in her room for most of the afternoon once we get back. Still why couldn't my love have been there, and she's not tackling the circuit so she should have been traveling her teacher, I can't even think about where she could be. He thought as he walked down the stairs and passed the maid who bowed to him as he moved towards the kitchen. As he walked towards the kitchen he passed a golden trophy set on a table he and laughed. He had won it at a tournament with his superior strength, strategy and tactics.

"I showed everyone that I am the son of the head of the family, and now all that needs to happen is for Lilith to stop playing hard to get and then once I ascend everything will be perfect." Alfonse said with a grin as he reached down and rubbed his team's Pokéballs, drawing on their combined strength for a second. "Of course some people have to think I cheated because of how I used strategy to win but of course those types never understand just what it takes to win. Of course I still need to court her the right way according to father, and one way is that I have to prove myself to her guardian, in this case her, maybe the party will have shown her my power."

He grinned as he remembered how he had fought the Homunculi at the party, it was lucky that Lady Camellia had been there, especially since she was Lilith's guardian. With luck if that didn't then with but a few more accomplishments I will win her favor, and then nothing more will stand in the way of our love! He thought as he walked with a spring in his steps as he reached the kitchen and walked in to see his sister sitting at a long table and eating food from a few dishes before her own and a place for him to sit down across from her. She was wearing a white shirt and blue pants and her Glameow and Meowth were by her feet eating their own food, him coming into the room caused them all to look at him as he walked towards the table.. "Good evening sister, how was your day?"

"Well enough, I must say the travel back from that port was easier than the trip there." Luciana said as she dabbed a napkin at her mouth as she looked at her brother. "And we were lucky that the party was open to all those of our rank with business in that city brother, and that your attempt to court the lord's child didn't affect us to badly."

"We did pick up the family airship, say what you will about that place but it has wonderful mechanics. And I'm sorry that it didn't work out with her, I hope she wasn't to sad when we didn't click." Alfonse said obviously as he sat down and started to pile food onto his plate, his sister just laughed and smiled at him.

"It's the Desert Domain's City of Mechanics after all, and the lord's announcement was interesting don't you think?" Luciana said as she resumed eating.

"Point, point." Alfonse said with a grin before he looked thoughtful. "I expected Lilith to be there, her master was. And she's not even in the competition this year of all things, where could she be?"

"One of our agents came back to me about that, they overheard the Lady Camilla tell someone that Lilith was in Kalos." Luciana said as she looked at her brother who nodded and bit into a piece of bread.

"Oh good. So explains everything, she's not in the Homelands, so that's where she is." Alfonse said as he ate and Luciana forced down a giggle as she looked at him and waited for him to react to what he had said.

"I wonder when she'll get back …wait what?" Alfonse said as he realized what Luciana had said. "SHE'S WHERE!?"

As he shot to his feet Luciana calmly ate her food before looking at him. "She's in Kalos; I think she's trying to track down the prince!"

"WHO CARES ABOUT THAT?! My beloved is out there where those monsters could capture her! I have to go and get her!" Alfonse exclaimed as he got up and started to pace around the room.

"I'll need to get the airship…no father and the crew wouldn't let me use it, maybe the smaller one, the camper? Yes I have my license, its able to land on water and travel up rivers so that way I'll have a way to travel and find her!" Alfonse said and turned towards the door to the garden to go to the hanger/marina when Luciana only giggled loudly. Turning Alfonese looked at his sister and saw her hiding her mouth with her free hand but he could see a grin behind it. "And what's so funny sister dearest?"

"Don't you remember what father said after the last time you tried to 'save' Lilith?" Luciana said causing Alfonse to stare at her before he remembered and sucked in a breath. "Yes, brother that. How I have to come with you whenever you leave the mansion, let alone the city?"

"Come on sister think about it, Kalos! A nice vacation, you could try their famous Showcase and try and win a key or two!" Alfonse said as he looked at her as she sipped her tea. Come on sis bite the bait, if she's back here then she'll be safe. He thought as he tried to come up with anything else to get her onboard with his new plan and suddenly grinned. "And we could swing by and see if you can get a dress from that fashion designer you like, a commissioned original."

"You know that might be a good thing." Luciana said as she leaned back and watched her brother. Of course we were going to go brother, but I have to let you try and 'bribe' me, it wouldn't be right if I didn't. After all none of the girls have a party planned for the next few months and the Contest Circuit looks to be a little lack luster this year so a trip to the other regions might be just what I need. And a chance to meet the Prince isn't something to be missed before his debut. She thought as she sipped her tea as she hid a grin. "After everything that happened at the party, a good slow trip around Kalos might be what I need to really relax. We'll take Fayina of course, and you can get started on the getting ready tomorrow. "

"Yes! I mean, after that attack getting away from everything is just what we need, and none of our friends have any events planned for a few months right. And getting started in the morning is perfect!" Alfonse said as he nodded at her.

"We would have to prepare properly, keep all of our Pokémon Aura Gear here, and not take and homunculi with us of course." Luciana said as he brother looked around the room and turned towards her before nodding as he remembered that law. "We'll leave in two days, that should give me enough time to get my clothing together and for your Pokémon to return from the Center."

"Of course, of course." Alfonse said as he nodded and reworked a few plans in his head. I guess I can put that order I made on hold for now, see if I don't need them after all, but the Weapons should be ready tomorrow. He thought as he walked back towards the table and sat down to finish his breakfast.

Later after they had finished they had each departed the room separately, him to check on what they would need to get the ship ready for their trip and her to finish her day as she normally did, a final practice. As she walked through the mansion, she talked with her Pokémon as they walked by her side.

"All right my beauties, today was a normal day so let's finish this with our work out, I want you all to do a few laps around the track while I deal with my dance practice." Luciana said as she walked into a room with a door open at the far end which her two Pokémon ran through and left her alone in the room as she activated speakers in the ceiling before she retrieved two large chakrams from the wall and put on two bracelets before she started to do a few stretches and dance moves, the bladed circles in her hands glittering as she spun about as she listened to the music, letting herself go and just think of her plans. Let's see, I'll put all my dresses I'll take into an Item Cube, I should stock up on some of that Tea before we depart and my girls favorites too. Oh and I should look into what's playing on the TV for the next few months and set up a recording for anything that might be good idea. I have to record the Contests at least, after all that is what I'm training for, the Stage and the Contests are to show how we can do with our Pokémon. She thought as she moved around the room, lost in the motions as she spun around and danced.

After a few moments a teen her age in a maid's uniform that hugged her figure walked into the room on her black heels, her purple hair in a bun as she walked in and looked around the room before seeing her mistress at her practice.

"There you are, the Madame asked me to tell you that you can only use two of them today, something about a new model she was working on." The maid said as Luciana stopped and smiled at her and laughed as the maid walked towards the button Luciana had pressed to turn the music on and turned it off.

"Really, Fayina only two this time, I suppose that's to be expected really. If she's trying a new formula then she must but be working out the kinks, but then again this might be the last time I can do this for a while." Luciana said and closed her eyes, not noticing Fayina looking at her with a confused look.

"Well milady shall we begin the final part of your practice, when you're ready." Fayina said as she looked at Luciana who only smirked.

Luciana nodded to Fayina who nodded back and pressed another button on the wall and two four foot tall humanoid creatures with purple scaly skin and claws on their hands and feet with a crest on their heads above four pitch black eyes and a fanged maw ran at Luciana who dashed at them, the two weapons in her hand and a savage grin on her face as she dashed at the two Homunculi. She leapt over the claw strikes of the first one and summersaulted as she threw one of her chakrams at the one on the right and cut off its left arm, it fell to the floor as it clutching it's arm as it screeched as the wounded scabbed over and she landed and came at the other one that attacked her and met the blow with her remaining weapon before spinning and cutting off its right arm below the shoulder. Before she could complete her spin she dodged the other one which threw the leg it had lost at her as she dodged the makeshift missile as her thrown chakrams returned to her empty hand and she grinned as she looked at the two Homunculi as they started to circle her.

"Well come on, first come first served!" She taunted and the one without an arm charged at her and she jumped over it and summersaulted in midair, throwing one of her weapons that cut off its head and the chakrams ricocheted around the room until she caught it as she landed and spun around, ending on the floor facing the final Homunculi as it growled at her. She grinned back at it before they both charged at each other and she spun around as they passed each other, both stopping with their backs to each other before the Homuculi's head slid off before the stump of its neck released a show of black blood that died down after a few moments as it fell to the floor. The maid walked over to Luciana and offered a towel and gestured to her face, causing Luciana to finally notice that some of the black blood had gotten onto her during the training match.

"And here I thought I would finally be able to get through one of my dance practices without needing a towel Fayina!"

"You were able to handle them quite well milady, and faster than last time!" Fayina said as she looked down at the two corpses on the ground and kept her face blank. Disgusting things, not even worth the time it takes to kill them. How my lady can stand to dirty herself to do this I don't understand. She thought as she looked at her mistress as she cleaned herself up and felt the same joy at serving her that she had since she had been rescued from those slavers years ago. "But might I ask why you were so…savage today milady and the last time comment?"

"Oh, yes. My brother has decided to pursue Lilith and she's in another Region." Luciana said and Fayina only groaned and looked down and caught her head with her hands.

"Not again milady, when will he learn that she just isn't interested in him!" Fayina moaned into her hands before going still and looking up at her. "She's not in Hoenn is she?"

"No she's in Kalos my dear." Luciana said and Fayina perked up and smiled. I have to get you to tell me why you're so scared of going to Hoenn sister, I really do. I don't know what happened before mom saved you but I will one day, and if I have to kill someone for hurting you then so be it. She thought as she waited for Fayina to respond.

"I would love to come along then, I mean someone has to watch your back while your brother is in love land." Fayina said with a smirk and Lucina laughed a little at her 'sister's' words.

"Yes well he is such a choir to handle! And his obsession with Lilith it something that will only bring him pain before too long!"

"Yes, she will probably hurt him one of these days." Fayina said with a nodded only to look up as Lucina kept laughing.

"Not what I mean my dear." Lucina said as she looked around and nodded as she walked towards her Pokémon. "I think I'll go for a battle run and some target practice with my girls, Fayina dear, have the Servants clean this up and have a bath drawn in about an hour, and tell the chiefs I'll take a nice slice of cake, two, one for both of us!."

Fayina looked on and shook her head as her friend left and looked down at the two Homunculi and saw one of them was still moving. Shaking her head she bent down and drew a dagger, and swiftly killing the twitching Homunculus and stood back up, dusting off her skirt as she walked off as she put her dagger away, moving towards the kitchens, humming a song as she moved.

Serena smiled as she painted her lips a deep crimson as she sat before a vanity mirror. She looked over herself as she sat there in a golden lacy bra and panties. She grinned as she got up and stretched, a giggle escaping her as she did so. I can't believe this, I look great! Ever since I was ******, I look better, I'm even more powerful and I have Ash and the others, and then there's our plans later! She thought as she giggled. "MMMM, I can't wait to go have some fun with Ash and the girls."

Serena got up and looked about her chamber, she saw her desk and dresses here and there, a few pictures and statues she liked and a few trophies she had earned on her journey. She laughed and spun about; stopping to look over her figure in her mirror she pouted at herself and laughed a little. Who would have thought that my Journey would have led here, or to them? I still can't believe that they rescued me from ***********, *** never left anything behind that gave even a hint that she was such a monster, beyond even a Chimera! Still I can't believe that what they did to save me. She thought as she looked around the room and noticed a few gifts the others had given her. As she moved past a fishing rod and a tea set she smiled as she looked at a photo on the all of Ash and the others and smiled at it.

"To think that all of this was set in motion so long ago, that the decision to journey on my own to go and see my old friend would have resulted in all of this." Serena said as she moved back to her mirror and spun around, giggling as she did so.

"Well, well. Someone seems to be in a good mood tonight!" A voice from the doorway caused her to stop. Serena looked towards the voice and saw May in a sheer red nightgown that exposed the valley of her breasts and highlighted her figure as she smirked with similarly red painted lips.

Serena smiled as May walked over to her with a seductive glint in her eyes. "Ohhhh, don't you look delicious May, but shouldn't you be with the others and our Ash?"

"Maybe I just wanted to get to know you better dear sister; maybe I wanted some us time? And of course I look wonderful in this, you and **** ******** it for me." May murmured huskily as she moved closer to Serena and hugged her. Serena as she felt May's hands fly over her body and did the same to May before starting to rain kisses onto her face as May laughed and caught Serena's lips in a deep kiss that led to their tongues dueling in their mouths.

Serena pulled May onto her bed as she broke the kiss, a grunt the only thing that passed through the smile May had as Serena felt May's hands move over her body as her owns did the same.

"You know you seem a lot more….fun since we moved here sister." May said as she smiled wide as she started to kiss her way to Serena's neck. As May nuzzled Serena held her and sighed as she felt May's body. She kissed May suddenly and felt May open her mouth as their tongues met again and this time May pulled back, a cheeky grin on her face. "See what I mean sister?"

"What can I say May dear, but I think that all of us have gained a lot." Serena said as she squeezed May's bottom and May giggled as she nodded.

"And we didn't have to give up anything that was worth it sister." May said as she moved her hands down Serena's body, causing her to moan as May did so.

"Keep it up sister and I can't be held responsible about what I'll do you." Serena said and May laughed and leaned closer until they were only inches apart.

"And what if I don't want you to hold yourself back sister, what then?" May murmured as she grinned before she started to kiss her way up Serena's neck until she kissed Serena's lips and moved backwards and smiled, revealing a fang in her mouth Serena giggled and smiled, revealing her own fang.

"Then I won't." Serena said and kissed May again as she moved her hands around Serena's body, her hands playing with Serena as they kissed deeply before everything went white.

Serena shot up and started panting heavily as she held her blankets as she blushed. What was that? Gods I've never had a dream like that before! Serena thought as she looked about and got up to go to the bathroom. As she closed the door Lilith looked up and smiled as she looked at the door and snickered a little.

As soon as she walked into the bathroom she splashed some water onto her face and looked at her face in the mirror, trying to understand just why she had that dream. "Keep it together Serena, it's just nerves about what happened today, that's all it has to be."

Serena looked at the mirror, taking in her flushed face and felt her heart beat a little faster. But what if it isn't. I mean I knew I felt a spark when I met May, a spark a lot like when I met Ash after he saved me. And she was so brave when the Chimera attacked, she and Ash acted like a well-oiled team. Serena thought as she looked at her face in the mirror and shook her head.

"Get it together Serena, you might have a little crush on Ash and maybe May looked incredible…oohhh!" She said as she realized what she had just said and blushed as she dropped her head. Okay don't think about anyone, think about how we're going to pass through that town soon, think about the festival there and Lilly's next contest. You couldn't see the last Normal Contest because you needed to talk to your mom and this time is a way to it makeup to her….Mom! Serena thought as she remembered her Pokégear and reached for her waist and activated it, going to her contacts and selecting her mother's number. Her finger hovered over the call button and moved away and sighed. "I can't call her about this, I left on my journey to find myself, and this is just one of the problems I have to deal with on my own."

Serena walked out of the bathroom and back towards her bed and saw that Lilith was still asleep and smiled slightly as she saw that Lilith was still asleep. Good, I don't need to explain why I woke up like that. I doubt would Bonnie bother me but if Lilly found out I was having dreams about Ash I don't know what she'd do! The best thing I can do is forget about this and maybe chalk it up as nerves after the day I had. Serena though as she leaned back into her bed and closed her eyes as she drifted off into a dreamless sleep.

As Serena fell back to sleep Lilith opened an eye and looked at her and smiled. She had felt the pulse of Aura energy and when Serena shot up it had taken all she had not to start squealing. So they've connected to each other's Aura, perfect! If she travels with Ash then the more they dream of each other, the more that might cause a reaction that will spark to Ash! This increases the chance that the seals holding back his abilities will break! This is like that old myth of…could that be, are there more? Lilith thought as she shot up silently and started to think deeply and quietly as she sat there.

She looked at Serena as she slept before shaking in fear and horror of what might be. No, if he has more than just those two as Aura Linked mates then if their too far away then they might die, I can't even think of it. And besides the only Darkness Well known is back home in Castletown, so that's out even if I'm right, I mean the chances of him being born under that star are…probably the same as if he met all the Legendrie…. Wait the seals!. Lilith thought as she shot up and stared at the door out of the room she, Bonnie and Serena had claimed. Quietly she got up and moved towards her door, a terrible feeling as she walked out of the door and activated a Technique to hide as she closed the door, not noticing that Dedenne had seen her do so.

Miles away at the hotel they had rented a room in the city the bus had reached May shot up and looked around the room, a blush on her face as she realized she was alone. That was amazing! I haven't had a dream where I recognized someone new in a while! And with the way I saw Serena look at Ash during that party meal then I can safely say she's another member of the 'We Love Ash' Club. May thought as she just sighed as she thought about the dinner the group had had and smiled as she got up and moved towards the bathroom. Seeing a light under it she waited until the door opened and Max came out in his sleepwear, looking at her he frowned and looked at her.

"May, is something wrong?" Max asked as May looked at him and inwardly sighed. Perfect, he wasn't around to see me react like I did from that dream, perfect! After he started to needle me about the last time he saw the results of one of my dreams after we left Ash I don't need this now. May thought as she tried to appear nonchalant.

"Just got up and had to go Max, you know how that is." May said as she pushed past her brother and closed the door. Max looked at the door and shook his head. Come on sis, you've dealt with a lot scarier stuff then that attack and I know you went before bed so what…. His thoughts died and he slowly looking back towards the bed and saw the state of the sheets on it and noticing that they had been thrown forward he looked at them for a few moments before a grin formed on his face as he slowly turned his head.

In the bathroom May sat down on the toilet and held herself as she shook with denied pleasure as she sighed, wondering just what the dreams she and the others had been having met and if she should bring them up with Serena. No, she's just finding out what she wants to be, I don't want to spring this on her. We don't even know what they mean besides that we all love Ash, and I know I appreciate how sexy the others are, and when we met, I did think that Serena looked cute. May thought as she looked at her reflection and held her checks as she blushed and giggled a little. "Okay, May calm down. The next time you see her tell her about the chat room."

As she got out she saw Max waiting for her and grinned at her.

"Soooo, just had to go, didn't have a dream about Ash?" Max asked and May blushed before and grinned at Max, causing him to grow worried.

"Did you have a dream about that girl, what was her name…..Bonnie?" May shot back and Max stared at her and huffed.

"I just wanted to know if you had a dream about my future brother in law, nothing wrong with that." Max said as he walked back towards the beds and May looked at her brother and shook her head. That Max, I don't know what I was expecting but of course that would be it! I can't even say that I didn't expect him to have are a…..reply… May's thoughts and body went still as she realized just what Max had said and looked at Max as he climbed into his bed and grinned back at her with a smirk.
