What the council did was argue for at least twenty minutes as to what would be the best course of action. One thing was certain, Sarabeth was to return to Courrosant and the Jedi temple. There protection would be assured, but she could feel Obi-wans nervousness about it. That temple had been infiltrated once before and he would need to be certain that his sister was safe.

However they nodded in acceptance of the councils decision. Obi-wan, Anakin, and Ashoka (Anakin's Padawan) were heading back to Courrosant in order to get assigned to a few new missions and to discuss the ones they had been on. Sarabeth would go with them instead of flying by herself as she usually did.

There wasn't much discussion on the way back to the main Jedi temple. However on the way there Sarabeth got a message from Savage Oppress. He offered her protection, and to take her back to Dathomir so that his entire clan could help ensure nothing happened to her. Still, he would understand if she preferred not to take that action.

Sarabeth was watching it again as the ship came into Courrasont space and Obi-wan came back to tell her. He was silent watching the giant Nightbrother on the holo image talk to his sister. There was something in her that he had not really sensed before, a feeling of being drawn even though logic was against it. "Sarabeth."

She spun quickly, "Obi-wan, you startled me." After a few deep breaths, "Are we at Courrosant?"

He nodded. Then motioning to the holo image, "When did you receive that?"

Looking down, "Two days ago. I still haven't answered it." Glancing up as he came to sit by her, "Do you think I should?"

Obi-wan shook his head no. "It is better not to let anyone know where you went." Nodding to the image, "This might be a trick by Grievous and Douku to find out where you are."

She nodded. "Okay." Just before he finished his inward sigh of relief, "But it feels wrong not to thank him for that kindness." Catching her brother's eye, "But I won't." He smiled, she answered with another smile and they left her quarters for the bridge.

In her room at the Jedi temple Sarabeth stared at the ceiling and thought about everything that had happened recently. Hoping that Savage would not take her lack of response badly, she wondered where he was. The holo message was running through her mind, as well as the other things that they had done together. She brought out the good in him, but she also remembered the evil of the massacres and pain he caused. No, she would not answer because there was too much danger from the Separatists and Savage.
