Hi everyone! I rewrote an old story of mine ('I'm in love with you') and so here it is! I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it :)
"Forgive my asking, Sir, but are you sure that now is the best time to set this plan of yours into action?"
The man sitting comfortably in his chair chuckled. "I think now is the perfect time."
The man paused. "How so? The Arrancar are still in the experimental stage. And all due respect, but this plan of yours is not even fullprof. I understand that its failure wouldn't hinder our end goal. However, it would benefit us substantially more if we used it when our forces were ready. I don't think launching your plan at this moment would be beneficial to us or our ultimate goal...Sir."
An eerie cackle echoed from the back of the room. A third man walked up to the two.
"Don't you see?" said the third man. "This plan is no longer just about strengthening our forces. It's about something else entirely at this point. Isn't that right, Aizen?"
The two men turned to look at Aizen who was staring intently at the wall of screens in front of him. He didn't say anything, but the small smirk he had on his face answered the question.
"Then what is it about?"
The snake-like man chuckled. "Oh, Tosen"-Gin stepped forward to stand next to Aizen. He looked at the screen that Aizen had been so focused on. There, a girl was just beginning to wake up. They watched as she shot up and ran out of the room she had been sleeping in. They turned to another screen that showed her running down a crowded hallway-"You'll just have to wait and see."
The girl stopped in front of a door and composed herself before knocking on the door.
Aizen stood up.
It was time to begin.
