Jaune didn't know what to do.
Today was the team selection test for the huntsmen-in-training. Under certain conditions, they must travel through a forest area filled with grimms near Beacon, survive, retrieve a piece of item for a successful operation, and come back alive. It was all simple stuff that Jaune could do easily, what with already defeating a few grimms himself.
However, he didn't account the next development.
"It's you!" a shrill, familiar scream could be heard from behind him. "I'll make you pay, D'arc!"
Of course, Jaune could hear her coming and was prepared enough to repel the white-haired chick.
When the white-haired chick thrusted her rapier forward, Jaune stepped to the left and tripped her with his right leg.
As a result, the white-haired chick planted her face against the ground. She landed in a position where her ass stuck out like a mound, which became occupied when Jaune sat on it.
The sensation of her bum felt almost exactly the same as a sofa's cushion. Plump, but hard enough to feel firm. Bouncy, but not like a balloon and more like a spring bed.
"Say," Jaune said. "I still haven't got your name, sweet cheeks."
"Don't you dare objectify me!"
Smack
Jaune smacked the white-haired cheek's cheeks until ahe yelped.
"Name?"
"I won't–"
Jaune raised his hand up high, which the white-haired chick noticed, and was about to slam a good jam on the reddening cheeks when the white-haired chick screamed.
"Okay, okay, just stop smacking my ass!"
Jaune stopped, and looked at the girl.
"My name's Weiss, Weiss of the Schnee family," she grunted, her face appalled and full of disgust toward Jaune. "And if you think that you could get away with this I will–"
Smack
Jaune had enough of her gib, so he ended her sentence early.
"Enough, we both know you're to blame for your position in this."
Smack
That was the last smack to her cheeks before Jaune got up from her cheeks.
"Look, you do know the consecuences of striking me dead on, right?" Jaune asked, eyes turned away from Weiss. "Remember what Ozpin said before we started doing this?"
Weiss, still on the ground, started thinking what he meant by that.
Then, an insight.
"No way…" Weiss gasped. "Don't tell me this counts?"
Principal Ozpin said whoever they locked eyes with first shall be their partner for the rest of their stay in Beacon academy.
"You mean my partner is you?"
Jaune casually picked Weiss up like she was a cat and made her stand on her own, all smoothly without Weiss even noticing hey until it happened.
"Tough luck, sweet cheeks," Jaune said. "Look, I don't want you either, so I'll just talk with Ozpin after this. Saves me the trouble too."
Somehow, that bruised her in the ego.
Angrily, Weiss stamped her foot to the ground and asked. "I'm not good enough for you?"
Jaune nodded.
Weiss angrily tried shooting a lot of dusts of various elements toward Jaune, but Jaune easily deflected each and every shot she launched at him with his shield.
Surprised, Weiss took a step back.
"No way, with just a wooden shield?"
"If I wasn't an omega, it would work on me," Jaune proudly said. "But too bad for you, beta of the Schnee family, I am an omega."
Weiss' mind started rummaging about.
What in the fresh grimm hell is a freaking omega?
This man, in Weiss' mind, was tripping some serious balls.
And yet, his skills were no joke. Maybe there was something he said about being an omega that was true to their situation. She should read something about this "omega" thing, maybe something in the library could help her decipher Jaune's apparent madness.
As Jaune led the way deeper into the forest, a thought came into her mind.
"Did you just call me a beta?"
Jaune nodded with a smile, which made Weiss' expression twist in a confused way.
Yet another word she did not know the meaning of.
In the distance the sound of unholy explosions and carnage echoed. A figure of red and black swiftly defeated the grimms from the shadows, like a phantom quietly dismantling its prey. Of course, most people were steering clear of that area, except for Jaune.
