so...its been a while...
First I wanna say I'm sincerely sorry for leaving you all hanging for...a year, I lost access to my account for a bit but I didn't really feel the interest to continue the story. I was still in high school when I published this story, 11th grade, and on my lost account It was 9th-grade year (still regret deleting that account, great stories on there that were loved by waaay more people than I ever expected then, upwards to 20k views on a story if memory servers correctly). Currently, I'm starting my sophomore year of college. I'm doing personal writing projects, and currently (in the process of) developing comics/improving my art and of course school. Now? I've kinda grown past all this, although I do still enjoy the show (nostalgically anyway, I haven't kept up with the latest two seasons nor any interest to watch). Now...I still do LOVE these characters and writing with them.
SO! where does that leave this story? I may hear you ask. this story was more popular than I realized/remembered. 8.7k views 20 favorites, 34 reviews, and doens of pm's asking for updates. It's not a ton, and it's not even the most that I've had myself, but A LOT of people like the story it appears. I feel bad for leaving it high and dry.
So when the last Chapter was posted I had the next 3 1/2 written I believe, or 2 and a half cant remember. FF has a document countdown, and when that document's timer is done (a year I believe) the document is deleted...forever (that was well over 10k words in those documents as well as other stories, but oh well.) I did all of this on a small tablet screen btw XD (have a laptop now)
Why didn't I post them when I was done? Well, I wanted to finish the story before posting the rest so I wouldn't leave you guys on a cliffhanger...that backfired...but this is what I've always done, even when I was actively writing here
So what's next? well, the Cliffnote version is that I may decide to finish the story and leave this site altogether or continue writing, but nothing is concrete. My continuation might solely depend on if people want to see the end I guess, but again, nothing is guaranteed. Extended version?
So this story was meant to be a nice memory sequencing story about friendship and all that fun stuff, and it went...off the rails with this love triangle stuff. I don't hate it, but I do wish I kept to the basis of the story. If I do decide to continue I might briskly end the triangle stuff and go back to the roots and put a neat bow on the story. If I enjoy the process and people want to see more I might even develop my other story lol)
SO! Formally, I want to say sorry for leaving this here like that, but it happens. I will seriously consider updating the story and working to completion, but if it's a month or two from now, assume that the answer is probably not. Anyways take care, and take it easy.
