The terrorcons made moaning sounds as they rose up from the dead and approached the autobots, "Megatron has desecrated the resting place of all our fallen ancestors and his own," Ratchet said.
"Not even the dead are free from his war-mongering," Optimus added, activating his battle mask.
"At last, symbiosis," Megatron said as he saw the terrorcons approaching his mortal enemies "I can feel it. I possess complete control over my army. Destroy them!"
The terrorcons continued to walk towards the autobots, when Optimus blasted one with his blaster, and then activated his other blaster and began shooting them with both blasters, while Ratchet walked backwards a little. "Optimus, if our combatants are already deceased, how can we possibly defeat them?"
"Ratchet, retreat! Bridge yourself back to base." Optimus advises as he shots the terrorcons.
"No, I shall stand with you, Optimus," Ratchet said as he activated his dual battle blades. "You may require a medic when this is over with." He and Optimus then began to attack the terrorcons and he suddenly sliced a terrorcons arm off which deactivated, "I recommended dissection," he told Optimus, "the smaller the pieces, the better!"
"Sound advice, old friend," Optimus said as he switched his weapons from his blasters to his swords, and began to attack the terrorcons with his blades and both he and Ratchet soon stood side by side.
"I have mastered Dark Energon," Megatron told them, "When you fall, Optimus, you, too, shall join my army." With that Optimus began to attack the terrorcons faster.
Meanwhile at the Nemesis, the Vehicons were shooting at Jack and Raf, which caused Raff to fall, then Bulkhead came to then in his alternate mode, "Get in! Now!" He ordered, they did so and Bulkhead drove away, avoiding the Vehicon blaster fire.
"Thanks, Bulkhead," Jack said.
"Yeah, thanks," Raf said.
"What are you doing here?" Bulkhead Asked them.
"We were worried about Miko,'' Jack said as he buckled in his seatbelt. "Have you seen her?"
"What's she look like?" Miko suddenly said from the backseat.
Bulkhead drove behind a boulder, "Everyone out," he ordered and both Jack and Raf unbuckled their seatbelts, "And this time,please wait here!" He added as Jack and Raf got out, not noticing that Miko didn't leave him.
Bulkhead then, drove under the warship and he transformed as he approached a rock formed wall and began to climb that wall and jumped onto a wing of the Nemesis,
A Vehicon hears him and approaches to see where he was, bulkhead then grabs him from underneath, causing the Vehicon to fall to the ground. He climbed the ledge and activated his mace as he approached a Vehicon and punched him hard, causing the Vehicon's head to fall off. He picks up the dead Vehicon and used him as a shield as he activates his blasters and shots at the Vehicon in front of him, before running towards him and clobbers him. He then looks down to see Jack and Raf were still where he left them, "Where's Miko?!" He asked when suddenly he heard knocking from his chest. He opened his chest and saw Miko, who was gasping for air. "Miko?"
"I heaved on your floor mats," she said "Sorry," she suddenly covered her mouth as she felt herself about to fetch again. He took her out of his chest and placed her on the floor, "Remind me to never do that again," she said, when a Vehicon suddenly rushed toward bulkhead, which he killed after hitting him a few times.
Behind Miko, two Vehicons appeared from below and tried to grab her, which she evaded and bulked started shouting at the Vehicons, a few seconds later, he grabbed a radio dish and threw it at the Vehicons, he then walked back towards her and picked her up and two Vehicons started to shoot him from behind and he saw a hatch and ran towards it with Miko in his hand and closed the hatch as they entered it.
Back below the Nemesis, Jack and Raf looked at the fight, "Think they forgot about us?" Raf asked, when two Vehicons approached them from behind and grabbed them.
Inside the Nemesis bulkhead walked with Miko in his hand, when suddenly he saw two Vehicons and put Miko down and she suddenly slid across the floor to distract the Vehicons, he then punched the Vehicons, soon Miko stopped sliding when she felt she was going to throw up, "I'm gonna heave again," she said and he picks her up and ran down the corridor.
Somewhere else on the Nemesis, the two Vehiconswere walking down a corridor as one of them were holding Jack and Raf"Bring then to the Brig," one of the Vehicons said, "Commander Starscream is keeping the other human there."
Suddenly the two Vehicons heard engines revving as Bumblebee used a P.I.T Maneuver to the Vehicons, Arcee and Chromette both appeared and transformed, Chromette began attacking the Vehicons, while Arcee caught Jack and Raf. Bumblebee then transformed,
"Bumblebee!" Raf said.
Bumblebee buzzed a reply.
"Appreciate you clearing the front door for us, but storming the Decepticon warship was not on the activities list," Arcee told them.
"Tell me about it," Jack said.
"Do either of you know where Miko is?" Chromette asked the two humans.
"She's still with Bulkhead," Jack answered her question.
The three Autobots ran down the corridor, Arcee suddenly felt someone nearby and activated her gun and aims it at the corner, only to find Bulkhead doing the same. "Friendly," Arcee said.
"Hello," Bulkhead said at the same time.
"Brought the humans, huh?" Arcee asked him.
"You try getting them to stay behind," he shot back at her.
"We need to find Fowler and get these kids out of here," Arcee added.
"The kids probably know where he is as we rescued them from Vehicons," Chromette suggested.
"Good point, Sis," Arcee told her sister before turning towards Jack and Raf.
"Uh, he's in the brig," both Jack and Raf said at the same time.
In the Brig Starscream walked up to Fowler, "My dear Agent Fowler, you do realize the Autobots have abandoned you." He chuckles I am the only one you can rely upon now. So, tell me what I want to know or…" he said as he brought his Energon shock prod back out.
"Please, no more…" Fowler said, "there in… secret government base."
"Go on," Starscream said, then suddenly they heard muffled laser fire. "Yes."
"In the old steel mill. Or was it under that carnival funhouse?" Fowler lied and then Starscream suddenly attacked Fowler with the energon shock prod again which caused him to pass out.
"Someone find out what is going on out there!" Starscream ordered the Vehicons, which exited the room.
Back in the corridor, Vehicons were approaching the humans, when Bulkhead stood in front of them and activated his blasters and started shooting at the Vehicons, while behind them Arcee and Chromette both ran towards two different Vehicons and jumped towards them, bumblebee was shooting at the Vehicon between the two femmes. Jack grabbed Raf and pulled him from danger, Miko approached them as a Vehicon's head falls off it's body to where they were and they moved out of the way before it crushed them. The body of a Vehicon then fall to the ground, Bulkhead then gets clobbered by a Vehicon, which Bulkhead grabbed and threw across the room and Chromette shot the Vehicon and Bulkhead stomped onto the head of another Vehicon.
Meanwhile back at the Cybertronian graveyard, Optimus removed his blade from one of the terrorcons as he ran towards another terrorcon and did the same, a few more later and switched one arm bast to blaster for a brief second. They both were getting worn out.
"Optimus, this prolonged , exposure to dark energon is sapping our strength," Ratchet told the prime.
"We cannot falter now," Optimus told his medic, before continuing to battle the terrorcons and soon the terrorcons were swarming on top of him, causing him to fall to his knees.
Ratchet noticed this, "Optimus!" He cried, before the same was happening to him as the terrorcons were right on top of him, and one of the terrorcons was grabbing his head.
From the cliff, Megatron was chuckling, when suddenly optimus's blade slashed through one of the terrorcons that was swarming on top of him and he pulled them all off of him with brute strength. He then shot one of the terrorcons that was approaching him in the head, he then saw Ratchet, being overwhelmed by terrorcons, he shot one of them and grabbed, the other two and pounded them together and helped his medic up.
"After all these years, Optimus, still at the top your game," Megatron said as he continues to watch the ongoing battle, "My legion, finish them!" Optimus and Ratchet then continued to slice through the terrorcons.
Back on the Nemesis, Vehicons in the bridge were walking around, when they heard knocking and walked towards the door which opened and the Vehicon that was approaching the door got shot, and both Arcee and Chromette both quickly jumped into the room with agility and began shooting at Vehicons. Bumblebee and Bulkhead then shot the other Vehicons in the room.
"Clear," Arcee said, deactivating her blasters, the humans ran into the room. "Wait in here," she told them and Bumblebee buzzed an argument. "There slowing us down, and they're easy targets. They'll be all right, as long as they stay put." She walked away.
"Sis, one of us she stay behind and guard them just in case they don't stay put," Chromette said, "I volunteer to stay behind and protect them in case they cause any trouble."
"Good idea, sis. See you when this is all over," Arcee said before leaving and Bumblebee and Bulkhead followed her heading towards the Brig.
"That… was intense!" Miko said.
"Was?" Raf asked.
"It's your fault that we're stuck here in this intensity. What were you thinking, Miko?" Jack asked the Japanese exchange student.
"Did I Ask you to follow me?"She retorted.
"You wanted us to be a band, Doesn't that usually mean playing together?" Jack shot back at her.
"Well, Maybe I decided to go solo," she shot back at him.
"Well maybe I have some regulars for your safety," he spat back at her.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Is your name 'Optimus'?" Miko asked him sarcastically. "You can leave my protection to Bulkhead, thank you very much!"
Raf was getting irritated at the argument between Jack and Miko "Stop it! both of you!" He yelled before running towards some steps.
Chromette walked over to the two teenagers, "Do I have to put you both in a time out?!" She threatened them. "If you don't want that, then go apologize to him, right now."
Jack and Miko walked over to Raf, who looked like he was pouting, "Oh, hey, hey, Raf,Raf, it's okay," Jack said sitting next to him.
"Yeah," Miko said, sitting next to him as well, "We're sorry for shouting at each other, I didn't know you were that sensitive. But we're gonna be fine."
The rest of the bots will come back for us," Jack said.
"Yeah, they're gonna take us home," Miko added.
"How do you know?" Raf asked, in denial.
Jack looked around and saw weird math on a monitor above them, "Hey, Raf, what do you make of that?"
Raf looked up and saw the same thing and jumped off the step and walked towards the monitor, "it's important, he said. "Real important."
Meanwhile in the brig, the laser fire was getting closer and turned to Fowler, "Wake up, you pathetic lump of flesh," Starscream said as he still hasn't gained the information he needs yet.
Fowler slowly woke up groggily, "Grandma, is it cookie time?" He asked before falling back asleep.
Starscream sighs and suddenly hears a knock at the door, the Vehicon in the room walks towards the door, the door opens up, revealing a Vehicon. "Well?" Starscream asked.
The Vehicon falls down, revealing bulkhead aiming his blaster at them and he shoots the Vehicon right in the spark chamber, killing the Vehicon instantly.
Bumblebee rolled in, aiming his blaster at Starscream, while Bulkhead rushed in aiming his blaster at Starscream as well.
Starscream activates a blaster into his arm, aiming it at Fowler, leading the Autobots into a standoff "Not so fast."
Suddenly he felt a gun tall him in the head and looked up to see Arcee,"I wouldn't." She warned.
"Oh, but I might," he countered.
Back in the bridge the humans were still looking at the monitor, "We got to get this to Optimus," Raf said.
"How do you know it isn't just a recipe for space nachos?" Miko asked.
"I know math," Raf explained, "when I see it and that is one serious equation."
Chromette notices the humans were looking at the monitor, "you guys should hide just in case the 'Cons come back in here," she said, but then she noticed the equation, "that looks real important."
"That's what I was saying," Raf told her.
"Can we download it?" Jack asked.
Raf took his book bag off, "I got a flash drive," he said, opening his book bag and taking out a flash drive, he looked and didn't see any USB port, "But I don't see anywhere to plug it in. This tech is way alien."
Suddenly a Vehicon came in, and activated his blasters, "You guys should go get cover," Chromette said, activating her blasters "I'll handle this guy."
Back in the brig the three autobots and Starscream were having a standoff, "Now, Agent Fowler and I will take our leave," Starscream suddenly said.
"The Emu says,'Yeah!'" Fowler suddenly said and bumble started to shoot at Starscream, which he was keep dodging, Arcee then started shooting at him. Soon he transformed into his alternate mode flying out of the brig at a high speed.
Back in the bridge, the humans hid underneath the monitor while Chromette was shooting at the Vehicon, while taking cover, she soon shot the Vehicon right in the head, killing him instantly.
"Anyway, now that's over with, I think one of you should use your phones to take a picture of the equation, cause I don't have any cybertronian external storage device on me," Chromette suggested and just as she said that Miko took her phone out and took a picture of the equation that was on the monitor. "Great, now let's get out of here," she said, transforming into her alternate mode and drove into the corridor and the humans followed.
A few seconds later Arcee, Bumblebee and Bulkhead arrived in their alternate modes and both Miko and Raf entered Bumblebee as Jack hopped onto Arcee.
"Sis, did you have any trouble?" Arcee asked Chromette.
"Not much," she replied "other than Jack and Miko bickering as humans would say 'an old married couple'."
"It was that bad," she said.
Inside Bumblebee Fowler got up, "I like pie, can we stop for pie?"
"You found Fowler," Miko said, "Rock on!" Fowler then fell back asleep and soon all four of them left the warship and drove back to base.
Back at the cybertronian graveyard Optimus and Ratchet were still slicing their way through the terrorcons and the approached the cliff where Megatron was, "Bravo, Optimus. Though this but a prelude. You may wish to save your wrench for the main event."
Optimus deactivated his blades and began climbing the cliff, "You will not prevail, Megatron, said and he started breathing heavily "Not while energon still flows through my veins."
Optimus reaches Megatron, "Fitting, for it is Dark Energon which flows through mine," Megatron said and Optimus punches him and climbs up the ledge as the warlord immediately transformed and Optimus activates his blasted and fires his blaster at him, but missed each time.
Ratchet was climbing the cliff and Optimus helped him up,"If this wasn't Megatron's endgame, what is?" He wondered.
Back at base Optimus was wielding a crunch for Ratchet's injured arm, they got up and looked at Fowler who was sleeping in a hospital bed with the humans standing nearby.
Miko approached Ratchet, "What happened to you guys, anyway?"
"We engaged an army of undead cybertronian warriors," Ratchet replied.
"Zombies," Miko asked, "You fought Zombies and I missed it?"
"So you were correct," Chromette asked Optimus, "he actually is using Dark Energon to bring the dead back to life to conquer this world."
"Indeed, I was," he answered her before turning to Bulkhead, "Bulkhead, you exercised extremely poor judgement in allowing the humans to accompany you. But thankfully Chromette was there with them to protect them."
"It won't happen again, Optimus," Bulkhead said, "I promise."
"But it wasn't bulkhead's fault," Miko said.
"Miko, please!" Bulkhead said.
"And check it out," she went on taking out her phone, "recon."
Optimus bent down and looked at the picture on her phone, "Hmm. Ratchet have a look. It could be of importance to Megatron."
"Woah. Megatron's back?" Jack asked, "That's very bad news, right?"
Ratchet looked at her phone, "Hmm, I'll take a look at it later, but I think those are equations for a space bridge."
Above the Earth, the Nemesis was floating in space and Megatron was punishing Starscream for disobeying him. "Please, lord Megatron, I meant no-" he said before getting pushed backwards a bit by Megatron hitting him.
"I ordered you to await my command!" He said and he pushed him across the room, "Instead, your mindless agenda, resulted in the disabling of my ship and the delay of my plans!" He added as we walked up to him.
Starscream scoured back in fear, "My intentions were pure, Master. I only wanted you to be rid of Optimus."
Megatron stepped on his face, "No one rids next of Optimus Prime but me! Do you understand? Do you?!"
Starscream began to choke from Megatron crushing his face with his foot, "Lord Megatron, I will make things right. I swear! I know how to set your plans back on course!"
Megatron took his foot off of Starscream's face and grabbed him by the neck. "Explain, Starscream,quickly."
Back at the Autobot base, Ratchet was analyzing the equation from Miko's phone, when the supercomputer suddenly beeps, "It can't be," he said "Optimus!"
Optimus approached him, and Ratchet turned around, "I was correct, these are engineering specs for a space-time vortex generator."
"Megatron's building a space bridge, if he hasn't already," Optimus said.
"The sooner he leaves, the better," Bulkhead said.
"Bulkhead, a space bridge runs in two directions. Megatron may not be using it to leave Earth but to bring through his conquering army,"Optimus explained to the former Wrecker.
"The main event Megatron referred to?" Ratchet asked. "But the only place Megatron could possibly recruit that many fallen warriors…"
"Precisely," Optimus agreed with him and the two of them looked up knowing what planet it would be, "Cybertron."

I wanted to put in the part where Jack leaves the Autobots temporarily, but it didn't make sense anymore as Miko didn't brag about it in this version and they weren't in that much of danger as well this time around.
