Agent Fowler opened a door into an office, where a Caucasian skinned man with a mustache was sitting behind a desk with the name General Bryce on the desk's name label, waiting for him, while another man was there, standing up, holding a video camera.

"Special Agent Fowler, please come in," General Bryce said.

Fowler notices the man with the camera, as he closes the door.

"What's Private Daley doing here with that camera?" Fowler asked as he stood in front of the chair in front of the man at the desk.

"He will be making a record of today's session," General Bryce answered.

Fowler noticed Daley zoomed close towards his face, "Soldier, too close," he said before sitting down in the chair and turned to General Bryce, "Sorry, I didn't dress for the occasion."

"Formality won't be anymore necessary than usual, Bill," General Bryce told him, "But I do need to inform you that our higher-ups are on the war path."

"They want answers registering recent events," Fowler guessed.

"Perhaps we should begin with the demise of Optimus Prime," General Bryce told him.

"I thought we straightened this all out," Fowler told him, "Prime is alive and well."

That's difficult for our superiors to accept without the benefit of seeing Optimus and the alleged imposter," General Bryce said.

"Side by side? That didn't seem to be the wisest option at the time," Fowler told him before reminding him, "The sky jockeys were under direct orders to destroy any and all Autobots on sight."

"We were in a heightened state of security," General Bryce said, defending his actions.

"You've gotta consider the positives. We now possess greater Intel regarding M.E.C.H. Particularly their leader, Silas," Fowler announced as he opened a file and tossed it onto General Bryce's desk. "The stage name of one Colonel Leland Bishop. Ex-Special Tactics."

"The Architect of Project: Damocles," General Bryce stated.

"Satellites in orbit firing laser beams at any target on Earth," Fowler clarifies, "Long since mothballed and the primary reason for Bishop's discharge. He had other wild ideas, which he practiced with even greater abandon since he went rogue."

"And still, no sign of his remains," General Bryce recalled from Fowler's report that he gave him.

"Of greater concern, M.E.C.H agents like Silas might also be Special Tactics," Fowler continued, recalling his first encounter with M.E.C.H.

"As in currently enlisted?" General Bryce asked.

"One obvious motive for hiding their faces," Fowler explained, "I would urge a thorough investigation, and leave bigger threats to metal hands more capable than our own."

"Because you've been allowed to operate at such deeply classified levels, perhaps you could provide some background," General Bryce suggested.

"Our transforming visitors are Autonomous Robotic Organisms from the planet Cybertron. They were fighting a war," Fowler began.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 1

"Foremost, over control of our world's supply of energon, the fuel and lifeblood of Autobots and Decepticons alike," Optimus said.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 3

"Do you recall the period late in the war when both sides began hiding their energon spoils off world?" Optimus asked Ratchet.

"Of course," Ratchet answered "it's the reason Energon deposits exist on planets such as this one."

"It is also the reason battles came to be waged on planets such as this one."

"These battles over energon, and its dark counterpart, continue to this day," Fowler told General Bryce.

"And you know this for certain?" General Bryce asked him.

"I've seen more than enough to make me a believer," Fowler remarked, "But I rely on field reports from Team Prime, which, I in turn, share with you."

"Skip ahead, if you would, to the history of your involvement, Agent Fowler," General Bryce requested.

"As you know, I wasn't overjoyed what I assumed was gonna be a bot-sitting assignment," Fowler said as he repositioned himself on the chair.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 3

"Prime!" Fowler called as he exited the elevator of the Autobots base and blacked his hands onto the railing of the catwalk, "Wait. Don't tell me. He's out pancaking a mini-mall."

"But it's occupational hazards turned out to be surprisingly severe," Fowler added.

"Bring the prod," Starscream instructed a Vehicon when he captured Fowler all those months ago when Megatron planned to bring an army of undead Terrorcons through their space bridge to conquer Earth.

"And by now, the Autobots have saved my bacon more times then I can count," Fowler remarked, "Of course, I've returned the favor a time or two."

Flashback: Masters and students

Skyquake in his vehicle form began to lose altitude as he began to fall towards the canyon at a high speed, Bumblebee buzzed as Fowler approached beside them, "Any time, fella. Ground floor's coming fast." A few seconds later Bumblebee jumped from Skyquake onto Fowler's F-35 Lightning II.

Flashback: Convoy

Fowler opened Optimus' door, he approached the M.E.C.H agent trying to detract Optimus' trailer and grabbed him, the M.E.C.H agent dropped his weapon which fell on the road.

"...Sometimes exercising my authority…" Fowler began.

Flashback: Deus ex Machina

"The girl comes with me," Fowler decreed as he rescued Miko from holding in the museum that had the Energon Harvester, which the Decepticons stole it from.

"Sometimes relying on quick thinking."

Flashback: Orion Pax part 2

"We were just calibrating the subsystems and we, uh, had a surge, but it's fine now. How are you?"

Then he remembered what he asked. Everyone's eyes widened in horror. Everyone was praying that Breakdown wouldn't figure out that something was up and come down to Space Bridge Control. If he did…well, back to square one. And both Jack and Arcee could wind up stranded on Cybertron with no way back.

"And I've made a few mistakes," Fowler added.

Flashback: Masters and Students

"Ugh!" Fowler groaned as Skyquake scanned his F-35 Lightning II jet into his databanks.

Flashback: Crisscross

"Ah! Not again!" Fowler cried in annoyance as he pounded his thigh as Airachnid scans his helicopter into her databanks.

Flashback: Loose cannons

"Oh, not this again!" Fowler moaned as the Decepticon scanned Fowler's F-35 Lightning II Jet.

"If you would, Agent Fowler, provide a roll call," General Bryce suggested.

"Do we'll know who's who in the event another bot snaps?" Fowler asked him.

"Something like that," General Bryce shrugged.

"Well there's…" Fowler started

Flashback: Darkness rising part 1

"Bulkhead," Bulkhead answered.

Miko gasps "Are you a car? I bet you're a truck. A monster truck! Do you like heavy metal? How much do you weigh? Ever use a wrecking ball for a punching bag?"

Flashback: Deus Ex Machina

Bulkhead bent down toward Miko, "Look Miko, before I became a warrior, I was a laborer, construction. I can build stuff. I can break stuff. And that's it."

"Of course, big foot and I don't always see eye to eye," Fowler added.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 3

"Don't use that phone," Bulkhead advised before placing his finger into the phone booth "It's… out of order."

"He may not be the most agile bot..." Fowler added.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 5

The Autobots transformed and locked their feet onto the space bridge. Bulkhead had trouble balancing himself as he locked his feet onto the space bridge, "Don't look down," he said.

Flashback: Scrapheap

Miko ran a bit and turned around and saw him screaming as he played with the cables, thinking the cables were scraplets.

"And he's the first to admit, he's no rocket scientist."

Flashback: TMI

"Come on, Doc. There's nothing up there to scan," Bulkhead said, as he removes the cables connected to his head.

"Switch it back! I want to see the hoedown showdown!" Bulkhead begged.

"But his brute strength is invaluable," Fowler added. "Thankfully, the science angle is more than covered by Ratchet. The doc can be a little… tightly wound.

Flashback: Masters and Students

"Without my supervision?!" Ratchet asked Bulkhead and Arcee, "You want them to be right, don't you?"

Jack and Miko watched this play out from above "Control freak!" Miko noted before looking at Jack.

"But he brings his 'A' game when the situation calls for it," Fowler went on, recalled being told of the time of when Ratchet had Synthetic Energon in his system.

Flashback: Stronger, Faster

"It's all right, I'm an emergency vehicle," Ratchet reassured a Vehicon he ran over before deploying his blades and killing the Vehicon instantly.

"Then there's Arcee," Folder stated.

"The blue motorcycle?" General Bryce asked.

"Don't be fooled by Arcee's smaller footprint, she leaves a mark," Fowler added.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 5

Arcee and Chromette blasted Vehicons that we're approaching them, more Vehicons were approaching them and kicked them and activated their melee weapons, two integrated blades that deployed from their arms and began to attack Vehicons with the blades.

Flashback: Orion Pax part 1

Arcee couldn't last ten seconds aboard the ship without encountering Vehicons. She instantly found herself dodging shots fired from their lethal blasters. Deciding to get even, she transformed into her robot forn and jumped into the air, shooting the Decepticon standing before her to the ground in the process. After taking care of the first Vehicon, she knocked the second Vehicon to the ground before flipping across the hallway and taking down the third Vehicon she saw. However, this time, she didn't jump off of him and attack the other Vehicons that were there. Instead, she remained on his and glared at him with menacing eyes.

"Where's Optimus?" Arcee demanded, only to unfold her blade and hold the arm high in the air when she didn't earn an answer, "Answer me!"

"Next there's Chromette," Fowler went on.

"The Pink and white motorcycle?" General Bryce asked.

"Between the two sisters, Chromette seems to be the brains of the two, and has tried stopping her sister from getting into situations that she couldn't handle or stopping her from getting into a trap and that's all we know about her," Fowler told him.

"Then there's Bumblebee, the team's scout," Fowler added as he moved on from the twins to the autobot scout, "But the warrior-in-training seems pretty accomplished, if you ask me. Arcee and her sister may be two bots of few words, but Bumblebee doesn't use any that we can understand."

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 1

Bumblebee buzzed, while in his alternate mode as he was parked next to the sidewalk of Memorial High School, waiting for Raf to get in, "It wants us to get in," Jack guessed.

"No, just me," Raf said.

"How do you know that?" Jack asked, confused on how he could understand bumblebee and he couldn't.

"It said so," he replied.

"Turns out it's for good reason. During the War For Cybertron, the poor kid got his voice box torn out by Megatron," Fowler went on.

"So, the Autobots aren't quite the indestructible war machines we'd hoped," General Bryce sneered.

"Don't misunderstand. They can take serious punishment," Fowler retorted, "But they do have their… vulnerabilities."

Flashback: Scrapheap

Miko turns around as she hears Bulkhead scream like a little girl and looks at him, "Did you just scream like a little girl?" She asked him.

"No!" He said, "Maybe."

"Arcee, Chromette, this may not be the finish, that we had planned, but if this is indeed the end, If we are to become one with the Allspark…" Optimus said as Arcee put her left servo onto Optimus' palm, who closed his servo, Chromette did the same with her sister.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 1

Ratchet opened his scanner on his arm, there were five dots at his position, excluding his own and one far away and the scanner beeped as the dot far away faded away "No." he said, "Cliffjumper's life signal just went offline."

"If Cliff's gone," "Standing around here sulking won't bring him back, Arcee said darkly, as she walks away before transforming and speeding away.

"We learned this the hard way when we lost Cliffjumper," Fowler added.

"And, for the record, Cliffjumper was the last Autobot casualty?" General Bryce asked him.

"I told you, the lifeless Autobot you have in storage isn't Prime. It's a knockoff!" Fowler retorted.

"We only have your word to go on without any trace of Silas or the alleged technology M.E.C.H utilized to control said knockoff," General Bryce countered.

"A clean scrub is M.E.C.H's M.O. You and I both know it!" Fowler shot back at him.

"Your last debriefing indicated that Optimus Prime had joined the Decepticons," General Bryce stated.

"Not willfully!" Fowler said, before standing up, "Prime had amnesia. I know I was clear on that."

"But you can see where outside observers might connect the dots to the recent attack on our base. Bill, the five-stars have grown nervous that we've been placing our trust in being who could so easily inflict harm if they chose to turn on us," General Bryce told him, "That's why I've been asked to determine whether I should bring you before a tribunal."

"Tribunal?" Fowler repeated with shock, "They could shut down our operation, put me in jail!"

"General Bryce, Prime is no loose cannon, he's anything but. The bots may be big, but they watch where they step. Heck, even the kids-" Fowler went on, before widening his eyes and realized what he said.

"Kids?!" General Bryce repeated.

"Uh, that's what we call our in-house support team," Fowler lied as he sat back down in the chair.

"I wasn't aware you were utilizing any resources other than yourself," General Bryce said.

"They're…not enlisted," Fowler said, using his words carefully.

"You've involved civilians in a classified operation?!" General Bryce exclaimed.

"Highly accomplished civilians who contribute specialized expertise in computer science, medicine, Uh… communications," Fowler went on.

Flashback: Deus ex Machina

"I love breaking stuff," Miko said, after Bulkhead told her of how he used to work in construction.

Flashback: Speedmetal

Vroom, vroom, vroom!" Miko said gesturing as if she was riding a motorcycle as she referred to Jack's success in the race against Vince.

Flashback: Sick mind

"Twisted," Miko agreed, referring to Bumblebee's tactics inside Megatron's mind

Flashback: Shadowzone

"Bring the hurt!" Miko said from the couch, drawing as the Autobots except for Arcee went to the grave site of Skyquake which Starscreams brought back from the dead as a terrorcon, during the time when Jack, Raf and Miko were trapped within another dimensional plane called the shadowzone with the terrorcon of Skyquake.

"Nerd alert," Miko remarked after Raf named the dimensional plane, she, Raf and Jack were trapped within.

Flashback: Operation: Breakdown

"Duh," Miko said, when she was convincing Bulkhead to rescue Breakdown who was kidnapped by M.E.C.H in order to beat him in a rematch.

Flashback: Shadowzone

"Zombie!" Miko cried as she, Jack and Raf raced to warn the other Autobots of the approaching undead terrorcon of Skyquake.

Flashback: Rock bottom

"Smack-down in outer space," Miko chuckles weakly as she remarks weakly, "that was cool."

"So, they know how to take orders," General Bryce surmised.

"You...could...say that," Fowler said, nervously.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 1

"Welcome to K.O. Drive in, where every patty's a knockout. May I take your order," Jack said while working at K.O burger on the night he met Arcee.

"But what they lack in military discipline, they more than make up for with 'outside the box' problem solving," Fowler added.

Flashback: Shadowzone

"Nothing," Jack said when Arcee tried calling him while he, Raf and Miko were trapped in the Shadowzone.

"Gee, imagine that. The fourth dimension has lousy phone reception," Miko remarked sarcastically.

"Wait, guys. Guys, the phone rang. We're getting a signal," Jack pointed out.

"Maybe the Autobots can't see or hear us cause we're moving at hyper speed or something," Raf suggested.

"Their courage is to be admired," Fowler complimented.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 5

Miko grabs an axe from the wall at the giant- sized array in Texas When Soundwave was using his cables that he uses to hack, to attack the three children but she swing it too early.

Flashback: Scrapheap

Bulkhead tries to blast the Scraplet with his blaster a few time, Bumblebee did the same, they missed as it jumped onto Bumblebee's left leg. He falls down on the floor as the Scraplet begins to chow down on his leg, he tried to grab it with his right hand, which the Scraplet began to chow down on, a few seconds later, he flung the Scraplet toward the Autobot insignia on the middle of the floor. The Scraplet began to ran back towards him, when Raf suddenly picked up a crowbar and began to beat the Scraplet to death with it.

After killing the Scraplet, Jack grabbed the crowbar as Raf was about to hit the dead Scraplet again, "Woah, Easy there, killer."

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 3

Miko picked up a rock, "Hold him still," she said, when Miko followed Bulkhead when he went to rescue Fowler from Starscream and she hit a Vehicon's head with the rock.

Flashback: Predatory

After using his magnesium fire starter against a stick from a tree and Energon, he threw the stick that was burning with fire and threw it up towards the energon spilling from Airachnid's cybertronian ship, the energon began to ignite as he ran away.

"They've proven, time and again that they're willing to put their lives on the line for their country and their planet," Fowler went on.

"So your civilians have made enemy contact," General Bryce said, not liking it that ordinary humans have encountered the decepticons.

Flashback: One Shall Rise part 2

"And you," Megatron said to Jack as he walked away. "I never forget a face. Even that of a human." Jack just looked at him before walking away.

"You double cross anyone, mine is the face you'll never forget. Never!" Miko shouted at Megatron before Fowler grabbed her from behind as Megatron just looked at her with an expression that said 'yeah, whatever.'

"They've pretty much seen it all," Fowler sighed.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 1

Both Bulkhead and the Vehicon started battling each other by pushing against each other, "Miko, look away!" He told Miko as she was watching him.

"But," Miko started.

"Turn your head away!" He said before pulling the Vehicon's circuitry out of its chest, Miko watched this with awe.

"Rest assured, the safety of these humans, of all humans remains the primary concern of the Autobots," Fowler went on.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 2

"Optimus, with all due respect, the human children are in as much danger here as anywhere."Ratchet said.

'"Children?'" Jack confused why Ratchet called them that.

"Well you are minors, right?" Chromette asked, "adolescents are in a way children, as we're millions of years older than you are."

"They have no protective shell," Ratchet added "If they get underfoot, they will go… squish."

"Then for the time being, Ratchet, we must watch where we step," Optimus told him.

"And our colleagues wouldn't have it any other way," Fowler went on.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 2

"I'm living a dream here in 'Bot'-swana. And I will not allow you or anyone else to shatter it!" Miko threatened Jack after meeting the Autobots.

"They've forged meaningful bonds with the bots." Fowler added.

Flashback: Metal Attraction

"Where's Arcee?" Bulkhead asked as he stood up.

"Why don't you just marry her?" Miko groaned.

"I'm right behind you," Arcee suddenly said from behind them, connected to Bulkhead's back.

"And they provide valuable assistance when I'm otherwise engaged in the field," Fowler added.

Flashback: Deus ex Machina

Ratchet pulled up Fowler's contact information on the monitor that was in the middle and made a call but Fowler wasn't picking up and soon it went to his voicemail, "You've reached Special Agent William Fowler. I'm currently on an intensive training retreat and unavailable until Tuesday."

"I hate talking to machines," Ratchet said.

"Um, Ratchet, do you realize that we're all machines right?" Chromette asked the medic.

"I meant non-sentient machines," Ratchet answered.

"But their involvement never intended to be anything but humanitarian," Fowler added, "to provide the Autobots with a means to better understand life on our planet."

Flashback: Metal Attraction

"A scout should be silent but deadly," Arcee said after telling Bulkhead and Miko that their music was too loud for recon.

Bulkhead and Miko both looked at each other as the femme said that and started laughing as well as snickering, as they knew what 'Silent, but deadly' meant on earth, Arcee however was confused on why they were laughing.

"What?" She asked them, confused.

Flashback: Masters and students

"Maybe it needs one of these doohickeys,"Arcee said.

"You're a motorcycle, Arcee," Jack said, "Shouldn't you know how to build a motorcycle engine?"

"You're a human, Jack. Can you build a small intestine?" She countered.

Flashback: Convoy

"You want me to not only bridge you into a confined space, but one traveling at 90 miles per hour? I can't even count the number of ways that could go wrong. Mass-displacement trauma, twisted limbs, metal burn…" Ratchet said and the three humans looked at him as he said that, he realized his mistake, "well, maybe not the last one."

"Sadly, we haven't begun to take full advantage of their science," Fowler went on, "I mean, I can pilot my V-TOL without ever having to wear a flight suit."

"What keeps your organs from exploding?" General Bryce demanded.

"A modification Ratchet performed on the cabin-pressure regulator, Fowler answered, "I like to be comfortable."

"We may be getting off track. Please address why we haven't been served Megatron's steel head on a silver platter," General Bryce requested.

"The leader of the Decepticons has nine lives; plain and simple," Fowler answered.

Flashback: Sick Mind

"This isn't the first time, he survived the impossible," Chromette said, "Remember before the Ark launched Metroplex crushed him, killing him but he somehow survived."

"Chromette's right as we're staring right at him." Arcee said, aiming her blaster at the comatosed warlord during the time when she, her sister and Bumblebee were searching for a cure for Cybonic plague on the Nemesis after Optimus got infected with it from a crashed autobot ship on Earth. "The good news is, Megatron isn't exactly staring back."

"It's not like we haven't tried. The sick part is, the moment we might have pulled it off, we needed him," Fowler added, "Megatron actually helped us save humanity."

Flashback: One Shall Rise part 2

"Optimus, our past alliances: Autobot, Decepticon, no longer matter, not while Unicron lives," Megatron told Optimus after saving Optimus from Unicron's manifestations during the time of when Unicron was reawakening from slumber.

"Elaborate," General Bryce demanded.

"We found ourselves facing an even greater threat than M.E.C.H or the Decepticons. Literally an enemy within, Unicron. I know this is gonna sound crazy, but what if I told you our planet's core isn't made up of what science has led us to believe it is?" Fowler explained.

"Agent Fowler, I'm sorry to say I'm forced to discontinue this debriefing until you undergo a full psychological evaluation," General Bryce said after breathing deeply.

"Seriously?" Fowler said with disbelief.

"As a Representative of the United States government, I believe that you may have lost your sanity," General Bryce explained, causing Fowler to fall back in surprise

"General Bryce, I assure you that I am quite sane," Fowler reassured his superior.

"It defies all logic, Bill," General Bryce said, "Dark Energon? And then you go on record saying that you believe in magical horses with horns on their heads."

"What?" Fowler stuttered with confusion.

"Do you deny previously reporting that Megatron helped defeat a unicorn?"

"That's what you…" Fowler scoffed, "Unicron! The ultimate evil! Permission to strike this from the record."

"Granted, General Bryce said, "But consider yourself on notice. You were saying. Megatron proved to be an ally."

"The circumstances were unique," Fowler said, "Oddly the 'Con most likely to be of service is Starscream, only by default, because he may despise his team more than he despises ours."

Flashback: Out of his head

"But the Autobots! Optimus! Right there, waiting for you," Starscream reminded Megatron as he approached him.

"My greatest mistake? I've made a few. But there is one I do not intend to make again!" Megatron proclaimed as he grabbed Starscream's face and began dragging him away.

"No, Master! Nooooo!" Starscream screamed as he knew that he was going to be tortured for leading the decepticons whole Megatron was in a coma.

Flashback: Partners

"Starscream's loyalty to Megatron has always been questionable," Optimus said, when they had Starscream as a prisoner, "If he has truly split from the Decepticons, our prisoner's knowledge of their agendas could make him a valuable ally."

"Megatron tried to extinguish my spark in cold blood! Then he have all but replaced me traitorous, wretched Airachnid! She abandoned me! Left me for scrap! So why not rat them out?" Starscream shot back.

"But even after Megatron attempted to terminate him, Starscream still tried to win his Master's faith," Fowler went on.

Flashback: Rock Bottom

"Imagine Megatron's appreciation when I not only rescue him but deliver an Autobot. I believe that would restore my stature quite nicely," Starscream said to Bulkhead, when the wrecker was holding onto a ceiling that was collapsing onto them.

"Starscream's insecurity is what makes him less predictable than Megatron and, in some ways, even more dangerous," Fowler added.

Flashback: Darkness Rising part 3

"I make the decisions here! I make the decisions! I am in charge!" Starscream screamed in frustration before turning towards a Vehicon, "bring the prod."

"He really needs to figure out if it's Megatron's job he wants or Megatron's approval," Fowler added.

"I must, in turn, ask why successful termination of Starscream has not been achieved," General Bryce said.

"Air superiority continues to provide the 'Cons with the upper hand, though we managed to inflict the occasional setback," Fowler explained, "But the fact remains, "Starscream has supplied valuable intel since he went rogue."

Flashback: Orion Pax part 2

Ratchet clicked on the console and a diagram of Starscream appeared on it, "Starscream!" He corrected before reading, "I have obtained information regarding your leader. Bring medical kit."

"Not to worry, the bots know better than to trust him implicitly," Fowler added.

Flashback: Operation: Bumblebee part 2

Starscream held Bumblebee's T-Cog up and aimed his blaster at it, threatening, "One step and your precious biomech is scrap."

"Fortunately for us, despite his strategic brilliance, Starscream is his own worst enemy," Fowler went on.

As soon as Starscream heard the guns charge and aim at him, he knew he was in trouble. Bright lights could be seen from the other side of the forest and Starscream's screams could be heard all over as the M.E.C.H agents attacked their former consultant and left their mark.

Starscream screamed So loud that the whole forest heard him scream the word, "No!"

Starscream groaned as he woke up in the middle of the forest. At first, he was dazed. He didn't know how he winded up where he was. Then he remembered.

"What?!" Starscream gasped as he stood up and went to transform…only to find that he couldn't, "My T-Cog!"

Flashback: Crossfire

"You're grounded?!" Bulkhead said with surprise and disbelief as he and Ratchet turned around back at him.

"And he isn't the only one who's taken flight from Megatron," Fowler said as he went on from Starscream to Airachnid.

"The Spider," General Bryce guessed

"Airachnid, Fowler corrected, "As sadistic as they come. And she and Arcee have quite a history. I can't quite but feel that the next time they lock horns, only one's gonna walk away. Unless Megatron gets to Airachnid first."

"So, the infighting between the Decepticon ranks continues," General Bryce surmised.

"And then some," Fowler added. "Megatron can't seem to keep his inner circle holding hands."

"And you don't think we could take advantage of the chaos? Motivate a Decepticon to join our cause?" General Bryce asked.

"There is one 'Con which Prime seems to respect," Fowler stated.

Flashback: Operation: Breakdown

"While it is unlikely that any Decepticon will choose the path of good, even they possess the potential for change," Optimus said when Breakdown was kidnapped by M.E.C.H.

"But having witness Dreadwing tear up a town, I wouldn't hang my hopes on it," Fowler remarked.

"So I must press the point, If Optimus believe that even a Decepticon holds the potential for change, why couldn't the reverse be true? No one truly knows what went on behind the Decepticon curtain while Optimus was off the grid, not you, not the Autobots," General Bryce reminded him.

"I'm 100% with Ratchet on this," Fowler told him.

"Being a Decepticon is a choice, Agent Fowler, one that I have a hard time believing Optimus would make at any point in his life. Orion Pax may not currently be an Autobot up here," Ratchet said pointing at his head before gesturing to his spark chamber with his servo, "but I must believe that he will never stop being one in here.

"Against all odds, suffering amnesia, Prime engineered his own escape to face down Megatron," Fowler added,"But is Prime capable of change?"

Flashback: Stronger, Faster

"You know your problem Optimus? For such a big, strong bot, your soft. You didn't pound Megatron into scrap when you had the chance, many chances, in fact even you let your own wife, Elita one get killed on a mission during the beginning of the war!" Ratchet snapped while he was disputing agist protocol when he had Synthetic Energon within his system.

Flashback: Rock bottom

You might as well use your drill to finish me I guarantee you will never have a better opportunity. Than right now," Megatron said and Jack's hands hovered over the controls. He was so tempted to take the offer. Drive that drill into Megatron's processor and just finish him off once and for all. Revenge filled Jack's mind. He wanted to take that opportunity very badly. However, there was something in his mind that stopped him from doing so.

Would Optimus finish Megatron if he was in their current position?

"Well? What are you waiting for? Think of the glory. Seize the day. Optimus would." Megatron said, continuing to torment the sixteen year old teenager.

As Megatron said those words, Jack had made up his mind concerning the offer. He wasn't going to take it. Megatron wasn't his enemy. He wasn't his concern. And he also knew that Optimus wouldn't take the chance he was offered. Optimus has always wanted to have Megatron see reason. See the pain he has caused and finally, the war would have the peaceful end the Autobots desire.

"No, he wouldn't. not like this," Jack told him.

Flashback: Crossfire

"So, tell me, Optimus. Do you intend to take me alive? Or end this here and now?" Megatron asked Optimus, staring at him after battling an Insecticon, controlled by Airachnid and falling down on his chassis.

Bumblebee, Chromette and Bulkhead all looked at each other, while Optimus looked at Megatron, debating on whether he should take him prisoner or kill him, here and now. Optimus made up his mind as he transformed his servo into his blaster and charged it up.

"Prime has recently proven that he's willing to go further than ever to protect humanity. Optimus Prime is a true patriot. He and his team continue to risk their lives, day in and day out, asking absolutely nothing in return," Fowler went on.

Flashback: One shall Rise part 2

"If you don't survive, Optimus, I fear neither will this planet." Ratchet said as he pleaded on his comlink from the base,

"Very well," Optimus relented as they stood ready to fight.

"The simple fact is, Prime doesn't have a bad circuit in his body," Fowler said.

Flashback: Convoy

"Move it Gramps!" Fowler shouted as he honks Optimus' horn at the old fashioned pickup truck in front of Optimus.

"Agent Fowler, is that really necessary?" Optimus asked the special agent.

"As liaison to the Autobots, I strongly caution that now would be the worst time to call Prime's dedication into question. We're on the verge of an even greater threat than we faced before. The Decepticons are on the hunt for long- buried relics from Cybertron. Preliminary intel suggests they could be sacred objects with mystical properties or weapons of mass destruction," Fowler revealed as he stood back up.

"Mystical?" General Bryce repeated.

"Uh, strike that, too! The point I'm trying to make here is…ugh! Hold on!" Fowler cried before taking his phone out and dialed Optimus, "Prime, I need an assist."

Casually, Fowler walked across to the window and undid the blinds as the ground began to shake. Private Daley, who was still holding the camera that was recording the session, almost dropped said camera in shock and fear. The face of Optimus Prime suddenly appeared in the window.

"Agent Fowler, have you uncovered M.E.C.H agents?" Optimus asked his liaison.

"No. They're okay. General Bryce here just needs to confirm the state of your health and welfare," Fowler clarified.

"I am fine, General Bryce. How are you?" Optimus inquired.

"I'm well, uh, soldier," General Bryce told Opttimus before turning to Fowler, "Bill, I believe I have everything I need to make a persuasive case that Optimus Prime is, indeed, alive and well and firmly on our side."

"We appreciate you support, Sir," Fowler said, saluting General Bryce.

"Dismissed," General Bryce said and Fowler walked out of the room, Private Daley watched him exit the room with the camera which beeped before turning itself off as it's battery died.
