To those who have read my stories, you already know what this is going to focus on. I've had a really large number of people ask me for more information, details, backstory etc on the Pradesh family so I figured I would put it here.
This will be a collection of one-two shots, for my regular readers you already know a single chapter from me can be normal length or cover 20k+ words so to everyone, a collection of one shots doesn't mean necessarily the works will be cut short. Yes, i will be taking limited requests here. No gender changes, my personal inspiration with Fairy Tail all it's characters, they're perfect as the genders Hiro Mashima made them in so I don't change them, can't envision them anyway but how he created them, and the Pradesh family is who they are because that's how I see them, so they'll remain in the genders they've always been in. Otherwise, I'm open to requests for 1-2 shots you would like to see featuring Bixy and his family. You can PM me or put your requests in as reviews here.
I created the Pradesh family after attending a series of Comic-cons, myself and other family members love Fairy tail and I had the benefit of some family/friends in Japan (military) who attended comic-cons and would carry my questions for the amazing Hiro-Mashima and both Japanese and American voice actors for the anime series. Insight from those sources into Bickslow, the back story Hiro Mashima had in mind when he created the character etc led me to write him like I do and to create his family.
Again, it's my interpretation. Fairy Tail is purely Hiro Mashimas creation and his canon characters are brilliant and immense fun to work with, I just felt the need to go deeper than the Manga/Anime hence the research and what all I came up with from it.
So, with that in mind, I am presenting this collection. A sort of Pradesh family primer. I am fine with other writers using my OCs, the backstories and histories I've created, I won't bash or put any of that work down, this site is about fun creativity enjoying the series we all love, far be it from me to put down someone elses visions even of a character I've created. I ask if you use any of my ideas, you simply acknowledge it in an A/N that you got the idea/character from me.
Now for the basics. I have this all written down. My niece is an amazing artist who specializes in anime/manga art and has sat down and drawn several of these characters for me after reading the stories I've had them in. I will say right now she came up with one of the characters. Presca Banstesh, who comes into play in Crash the Moon. He's not a Pradesh, but has been a well received character. He belongs to my niece.
Arman Tesion Pradesh. Sound Mage. 6'2" Black Hair, Pale green eyes. Son of Boscan Political figure Rendevere Pradesh who was a general of the Knights of Immaculate Light. Killed in action when Arman was 17. Arman went into peace work, wanting to reduce the number of people lost to their families due to wars and skirmishes. By 20 he was a decorated Ambassador, his rise through the ranks swift because of his skills and deep passion for peace.
He met and married Ganier Roulet, Farron was born not long after their wedding. Followed by Zen one year later. When Zen was a year old, Ganier was killed when an embassy Arman had been sent to was attacked, Zen disappeared, believed killed with his mother.
Ganiers wish for a large family with no less than 8 children inspired Arman, along with his strong feeling his son Farron should not grow up without siblings, to start adopting children. His first adopted son was:
Farron Ciel Pradesh: Armans first son with Ganier. Sound Mage like his father. 6'3" honey blonde hair with baby blue eyes like his mothers. Farron is incredibly intuitive, perceptive and intelligent. He's worked hard his entire life to help his father and his siblings, becoming an intern in the consolate as soon as his father would allow it, he graduated with honors from the University of Pelerno at 17 and by 18 was already a decorated Ambassador. He almost never loses his temper, is fiercely loyal to his family, protective of all of his siblings almost to a fault. He adores his father and often takes the dangerous assignments so his father doesn't have to. He works endlessly and always has so his father could have time for his siblings who Farron knew needed him.
He is elegant with refined features, handsome like his father speaks over 70 languages and is a brilliant translator and decoder, he learned archive magic while still in his teens to help him study and keep track of all he felt he had to know to aid his father and siblings.
Trained in swordsmanship, hand to hand combat and multiple instruments though he most enjoys his drum set. He bears his mothers clan affiliation tattoos, the black eagle of Bosco the prominent animal of clan Akeris. He is the Mid-Day Star of the Triad. A Dormant Archangel Mage.
Zen Ralkier Pradesh: Archangel Mage Believed dead at 1, Zen was taken by the king of Pergrande and sold into slavery. His unique magic made him valuable and he rose through the ranks as a Gladiator in Pergrandes slave pits known as "The Dark Eagle" because of the clan tattoos on his body from his mothers clan.
6'5" Very muscular from a lifetime as a warrior/gladiator Zen is intensely lethal in hand to hand combat, merciless with a hard earned detachment toward killing. He still values life, has a gentle and patient nature, is cool under pressure and a natural born leader. Immensely curious and eager to learn, proud of his Boscan heritage. Mahogany hair and purple and gold eyes. Strongly resembles his father in his features.
Bold, fearless, can be savage.
Kaleb Suraday Pradesh: Mindbender Mage and Master of Immaculate light. Found in a slavers market tagged to be sent to Joya to be raised as a pleasure slave due his exceptional beauty as a child. Arman had been instrumental in shutting the market down and Kaleb had been the first child pulled from it, sensing the boys strong magic, Arman adopted him and raised him as his own son alongside Farron.
6'4" Kaleb had dark brown hair and nearly black purple eyes when he was inducted into the knights of Immaculate light, 3 days and nights in the chamber for his induction bathed in the light he emerged with Platinum blonde hair and pale lavender/gray eyes. He bears the clan marking of Clan Lukera of the central Grass Sea region, the clans revered animal is the venomous bob tailed Boscan panther so that animal adorns his Clan markings in three places, over his right Pectoral, on his right side and on the front of his right hip.
Kaleb keeps his hair long according to clan tradition, longer than most because he often forgets to bother to get it cut. Usually with the top pulled back in a high pony tail so his hair is out of his face or held back by ornamental Boscan male jewelry across his forehead.
He wears a lot of white because of his position as a high ranked Knight and Guildmaster. His armor is black and gold. He is trained in swordsmanship and lances.
Kaleb became the fifth Wizard Saint of Bosco when he was 21 a year after he was made Guildmaster of the guild White Sea.
Dormant Archangel Mage. He is the Morning Star of the Triad.
Bickslow Altiene Pradesh: Found about to be turned into a soul for the use of a dark Seith mage. Arman was among the people that had been trying to negotiate the surrender of the all Seith Guild, Kaleb was with him, and was the one who found Bickslow hiding in a cell. Kaleb was unwilling to let the other boy go, refusing to let anyone touch him until Arman came, and Arman, the moment he saw Bickslow huddled behind Kaleb, knew the child was meant for his family. He adopted Bickslow, protecting him for several years from the Boscan governments attempt to control and purge Dark Seith magic from Bosco that had caused a panic. Realizing his son wasn't safe in Bosco, he sent him to Fiore where Seith magic was legal at the time.
Bickslow met Laxus when he was 15 and the two became fast friends, Laxus brought Bickslow to Fairy Tail.
6'6" Bickslow is the tallest of the Pradesh family, trained in acrobatics and gymnastics to help him work with his souls. He has black hair that turns blue as it gets longer and the sun lightens it. Red eyes with concentric circles and bears the Seith brand on his face, placed there by the Boscan Government when he was 5 so he was easily identified as a Seith mage. He is handsome, free spirited, friendly and outgoing, has a lithe swimmers build, muscular but not bulky and is trained in dance.
He bears the wolves of Clan Lupren in his clan tattoos.
Cristoff Rendevere Pradesh: Lunar Dragon Slayer (Healer) Brought to Arman by the Lunar dragon Nurem, a dragon Queen mated to the celestial dragon Draco, when he was 2, Arman didn't hesitate to adopt Cristoff. He hosted Nurem at his family estate until Cristoff was 12. She then left to protect him, his family and the city they lived near when word of Acnalogia being active again came.
Cristoff has a kind calm personality, is a natural romantic and empath. He is very comfortable and confident slow to anger and has immense patience in most situations and works hard, trains hard so he can bring his best in all he does. He is affectionate and has a high sex drive, as a Lunar Dragon Slayer he is susceptible to becoming "Moon Drunk" when there is a full moon and his magic overflows causing all of his passive strengths to flourish such as putting off intoxicating pheromones.
6'4" 260+lbs he has a very muscular build since he trains daily. Black hair that is smooth and thick just past his shoulders dark blue eyes flecked with silver and a masculine handsome face with full lips and thick lashes. His ears are pierced though he usually only wears simple sapphire studs and he wears two rings given to him by Nurem that bind two of Dracos stars to him. His clan tattoos bear wolves, he is from the same clan as Bickslow, clan Luprene and they have real blood ties as cousins.
In dragon force his eyes turn silver and dark blue scales form over his skin.
Vander Jerico Pradesh: Shadowquip mage. Likely one of the more tragic backgrounds among Armans children. Vander possesses a magic he was born with that is hereditary. It allows him to mold shadows into nearly anything from weapons to clothes, bend shadows to his will including those used by regular shadow mages and he can delve beyond the surface shadows regular shadow mages work in. Vander can access the deep voids between realms of existence, he can channel void shadows through his eyes and they are incredibly dark beings that will drain every form of life from whoever they enter leaving behind a frail brittle dry husk.
Few Shadowquips survive to adulthood because the Voids warp them into dark mages, using them as access gates to the living realms so they can feed at will. Vander was able to master his magic with the help of his family and is a deadly spy for the Boscan Government known as the Steel Council.
He comes off as a lazy cocky young man who takes nothing seriously, but Vander trains with meticulous care, performs his duties with precision. He is a lusty young man who deeply enjoys sex, having no particular preference in his partner's appearance or gender he was taken in by the Sudehpah order of Bosco to become a Sudehpah but was pulled from that when he turned 15 and the Boscan military got their hands on him.
Arman was led to him by Grenlow, the then Master of White Sea, who came upon him as he was rushing with a regiment of mages to try to stop a genocide attack on Vanders clan. The Husen Clan was the only one known to carry Shadowquip magic and two other clans had come together to abolish them after a Dark Shadowquip had attacked their homes. During the attack, Vander at 1 year of age, at his own mothers prompting, released void shades to end the fighting, wiping out all three clans and killing his mother and father. Grenlow found him alone crying among the bodies. Sensing his magic, he contacted Arman, who adopted Vander and got him into training immediately, with the help of Kaleb and Cristoff, they saw Vander through his youth and into a mastery of his magic that has made him a powerful mage.
6'2" swimmers body, agile and trained like Bickslow in acrobatics and gymnastics Vander has shoulder length black hair and red wine colored eyes that glow when he channels void shades. He bears the Havati flying serpent in his Clan Husen tattoos. He is rakishly handsome, immensely good at seduction with both women and men alike. He can play the guitar and has a very exceptional singing voice.
Emzadi Luzaella Pradesh: Solar Dragon Slayer. Emzadi was implanted with a solar dragon lacrima at the age of 1 by her clan the Draculi so a rival clan could not steal it from them. The clan was attacked by its rival and Emzadis parents were killed in the attack. She was picked up and taken by an orphanage that was willing to sell her and have her lacrima cut out of her. Arman found out through a family friend and stepped in, adopting Emzadi himself to protect her since so many people wanted the lacrima inside of her.
6 feet tall, with Blonde hair and orange eyes Emzadi is a voluptuous beauty, bold powerful, her magic is lethally deadly, the intensity of the heat and light she can wield capable of melting through rock and vaporizing a human body.
Emzadi is lively, loves to dance and sing is a ranged fighter but can handle hand to hand combat very well. She is the same age as Vander, just two months older.
Xally Emcillia Pradesh" Black hair aquamarine eyes and a water mage. Xally is 5'7" and the shortest in her family. She is soft spoken. The daughter of a friend of Armans whos parents died in an accident, Arman stepped in and adopted Xally when she was 6, she was the last child he adopted.
Xally is a capable water mage and talented healer, she graduated with a PHD in pediatric medicine and a Doctorate in Alchemy from the University of Pelerno so is both a normal doctor and a strong magical healer.
