Hi all! I hope everyone is safe and okay during these times. Right now, lots of stuff has been going down in the US and I hope that my story came maybe help you escape the horrible reality of the world. If only we could live in the Pokemon World! Anyways I hope you enjoy it!

It was the next day and Ash was getting ready to re-challenge the Wulfric to earn his last gym badge. The group now entered the gym and was standing in front of the large metal door once again.

Ash took a deep breath. After seeing this, Dawn put her hand Ash's shoulder. After feeling this, Ash turned around and looked at the top coordinator and smiled. With that Ash declared that he was challenging the gym once again.

The doors opened and the group entered the cold battlefield once again.

"So… back for another rematch? After our last battle?" Said Wulfric.

Ash stared him right in the eyes with sheer determination.

This made Wulfric smile with joy. "There was no need to worry after all!"

Bonnie couldn't help but laugh a little when she heard this. Dawn noticed this and gave a wink to which Bonnie giggled even more.

The gym leader stood and took his place on the battlefield as he said "Alright, shall we begin?"

The group split up with Bonnie Clemont and Serena. Dawn lingered a little and looked Ash right in the eye.

Ash nodded saying "No need to worry."

Dawn looked at him with now reassured that Ash's head was clear. With that, she rejoined the group who was up on the viewing gallery.

Back on the battlefield, Ash turned to Wulfric. The official had just finished giving the rules.

"No doubt you're a fiery one," said the gym leader.

With that, Wulfric threw his Pokeball in the air and revealed his Bergmite.

Ash looked up and smiled. He could not wait for his battle. Last time, Ash didn't battle against the Bergmite, other trainers might have started to worry over having to battle a whole new Pokemon, but not Ash. This made Ash even more excited to battle.

"Alright, Pikachu! You're up buddy!"

Pikachu dashed on the battlefield, ready to fight.

When Dawn saw Ash's choice of Pokemon, she knew exactly what to do. Suddenly, she ducked down and grabbed a Pokeball and started to look through her bag.

"Hey Dawn, what are you doing?" Asked Serena.

Dawn smiled and responded, "You'll see…"

This left everyone confused but decided to leave it alone, they would find out sooner or later and Dawn was always coming up with creative ideas.

…

"Alright, battle begin," said the referee as he threw his arm down.

"Let's start things off with Electro Ball!" Shouted Ash.

Pikachu jumped into the air and charged its electrical power, then, he launched the powerful attack. Using the ice, Bergmite was able to dodge the attack. Ash smirked as he predicted that Bergmite might dodge using that tactic.

"Icy Wind!"

Bergmite slid closer to Pikachu to get a more direct hit. Pikachu jumped into the air to dodge. Bergmite was able to make a sudden stop and released the attack towards Pikachu who couldn't dodge as it was in the air. With that attack, Pikachu's legs started to freeze a little.

"Keep it up with Quick Attack!"

After landing, Pikachu ran towards Bergmite. Due to his frozen legs, Pikachu couldn't run as fast as it usually did which allowed Bergmite to easily dodge the attack.

"Use Thunderbolt!"

With its signature move, Pikachu was able to land a hit on Bergmite, causing it to tumble a little.

"So Pikachu is still moving quickly…" said the gym leader. "Bergmite, use Sharpen!"

Suddenly, a translucent blue crystal formed around Bergmite's body.

Ash didn't know what happened. It was only when he overheard Clemont's explanation that Sharpen increases Bergmite's attack power that he realize that he was going to have to be more careful.

"Rapid Spin Bergmite!"

Bergmite spun around fast and headed towards Pikachu. Ash instructed Pikachu to dodge but due to the effects of Icy Wind, Pikachu was unable to dodge and was thrown into the air and hit an icicle that was hanging from the ceiling. When Pikachu landed, he was able to land on two feet but the felt the pain from hitting the icicle.

…

"All done!"

Dawn jumped up and revealed that her Piplup and Lopunny were wearing cheerleader outfits.

"We have to cheer Ash on all the way!"

Bonnie looked at the trio very confused, "Dawn, what are you doing?"

Dawn smiled. "Back in Sinnoh, whenever I knew Ash was going to have an important gym battle, I would put on my cheerleading outfit and cheer for him. It's too cold for me to wear mine, but not Piplup or Lopunny!"

The Pokemon smiled and then turned their attention back to the battle. The trio began to yell their cheers.

Serena just watched them out of the corner of her eye.

She always supports him, even her Pokemon reflect that...

Ash and Pikachu looked and saw the two Pokemon and smiled.

"Say Pikachu, you have a fan!" Ash winked.

Pikachu blushed and responded back saying how he did too.

Wulfric laughed at the sight and then refocused himself.

With that, Ash had an idea.

"Pikachu, run around and around and around!"

Pikachu smiled as he realized what Ash was planning. With Pikachu running so much, his body began to get warmed and the effects from Icy Wind. This surprised everyone.

Wulfric loved what Ash had come up with. He then commanded Bergmite to use Rapid Spin. Bergmite flew into the air.

"Spin and use Thunderbolt!"

Pikachu knew what this was. He did as he was told and Bergmite got caught in the counter shield, being hit multiple times.

"What's this?" Exclaimed Wulfric.

When the cheerleading trio saw this, they became so overwhelmed with joy.

"That's counter shield!" Said Dawn with a bright smile.

The rest of the group looked at Dawn. "What's a counter shield?" Asked Clemont.

Dawn looked to face them. "It's a strategy Ash developed for a gym battle against Fantina, the Hearthome gym leader who used Hypnosis a lot. Ash and I worked on counter shield together!"

Clemont and Bonnie smiled and cheered on. Serena put on a half-smile.

She even helps him on the battlefield…

The electric counter shield was able to break through Bergmite's Sharpen.

"Finish it with Iron Tail!"

Pikachu stopped spinning and jetted towards the Ice Chunk Pokemon. Pikachu jumped into the air and hit Bergmite dead on, causing it to be knocked out.

"Bergmite is unable to battle, Pikachu wins!"

Pikachu and Ash cheered as Wulfric recalled his Pokemon, he was impressed.

…

"Pikachu and Ash were amazing!" Said Bonnie.

Clemont smiled. "Yeah, a lot different to last time"

Dawn looked at the boy. "There he is…"

Serena was so happy to see Ash back. She looked to Dawn, who she saw was starring right at Ash.

She is able to bring out the best in him…

Clemont realized that Serena was more quiet than usual. He didn't want to ask her in front of Dawn and Bonnie so he made a mental note to ask her about it later.

…

Wulfric looked at Ash and smiled. "I was waiting for that type of fire!" He then reached for his next Pokeball. "Avalugg! You're up next!"

The Iceberg Pokemon that gave Ash so much trouble last time. When Ash saw the Pokemon, he began to sweat a little.

I am strong.

Pikachu looked back to make sure his best friend was okay. Ash gave Pikachu a confident smile and Pikachu knew that everything was okay.

Wulfric laughed. "It's time to turn up the heat a little!"

"I'm going to turn up the heat and win!" Responded Ash. This caused Wulfric to laugh a little. "You ready Pikachu? Use Thunderbolt!"

Pikachu jumped into the air and released the move that made him so famous. He then made a clean hit which caused Avalugg to grunt in pain. While being hit by the move, Wulfric commanded Avalugg to use Avalanche. Despite being attacked by Thunderbolt, Avalugg was able to launch the attack which made direct contact with Pikachu.

Pikachu was thrown back, then Ash told Pikachu to slide around and dodge. Wulfric predicted this and told his Avalugg to use Gyro Ball. Quickly, Avalugg spun towards Pikachu.

"Use Iron Tail on the battlefield!"

Pikachu did and Ash said. Doing this, Pikachu was able to dodge quickly, but he also made an ident on the battlefield so Avalugg got stuck inside on it.

"Stone Edge!"

While in the Gyro Ball, Avalugg was able to unleash the Stone Edge. Ash told Pikachu to use Thunderbolt which was able to get rid of some of the Stone Edge. Eventually, the stones were too much for Pikachu to handle and Pikachu was hit by them, causing Pikachu to faint.

"Pikachu is unable to battle! Avalugg is the winner!"

Ash ran to get Pikachu and thanked it for all of its hard work. After putting Pikachu down not next to him, Ash grabbed his next Pokeball and released his next Pokemon.

"I choose you, Talonflame!"

Wulfric looked at the Pokemon and smiled. "All your Pokemon have such fire in their eyes…"

"Watch this! Use Flame Charge!"

Talonflame's body became surrounded by fire. Using its incredible speed, Talonflame was able to hit the Iceberg Pokemon. Wulfric commanded Avalugg to use Stone Edge. Stones emerged from the ground. Talonflame was able to dodge the stones unit one saddest appeared right in its path which it made contact with.

"Steel Wing!"

Talonflame made a clean cut right in Avalugg's back. Smoke was created due to the impact. When it cleared, Avalugg was still standing.

"It's still standing!" exclaimed Ash.

"Use Avalanche!"

A cloud formed over Talonflame and the snow shards launched towards Talonflame and made direct contact. Talonflame was falling towards the ground. Ash yelled at Talonflame to use Flame Charge. After hearing this, Talonflame was able to melt the ice shards that surrounded it and headed towards Avalugg.

Finally, the mighty Iceberg Pokemon fainted.

"Great job, Talonflame!"

Everyone was so happy that Ash was doing so much better this time around.

"Yay Ash! Go Talonflame!" Yelled Bonnie.

"Ash is going to win this time!" Said Serena.

Clemont looked at Serena. "This is no time to be overconfident!"

…

Even though he was losing, Wulfric was having a great time. He returned Avalugg.

"Trust in your Pokemon and there's no limit to what you can achieve!"

Serena and Dawn looked at each other and laughed.

…

Ash smiled. "Right! I totally believe in them!"

Wulfric laughed. "Abomasnow, let's go!"

The Frost Tree Pokemon was revealed and because of its ability, hail began to fall onto the battlefield.

Ash remained calm, he believed in his Pokemon! Ash then instructed Talonflame to use Steel Wing. At the same time, Wulfric told Abomasnow to use Wood Hammer. This was able to overpower Talonflame's Steel Wing and knock him back into one of the icicles that were hanging from the ceiling.

"So you want to defeat me? The battle's beginning now!"

Ash was starting to get more nervous.

"No need to worry!"

Ash looked up and saw Dawn smiling down on him. Ash was not going to let her down. "Use Flame Charge!"

Talonflame flew around as its body began to be covered in flames. As it did this, Wulfric instructed Abomasnow to use Ice Shard. The Ice Shards followed Talonflame until they made contact. Because of this, Talonflame was able to finish its move.

"Use Wood Hammer!"

Abomasnow stuck the Scorching Pokemon which caused it to faint.

"Talonflame is unable to battle, Abomasnow is the winner!"

"Pika…"

Ash returned Talonflame and complimented it on a job well done. "Time for my last Pokemon!" He looked up and grabbed his last Pokeball. "You'll see our true power!" Ash threw the Pokeball and Greninja appeared.

"Here we go! I've been waiting for you!" Said the gym leader.

Ash commanded Greninja to use Aerial Ace. In the blink of an eye, Greninja hit Abomasnow twice with Aerial Ace. Then, Greninja followed its beloved trainer's instructions and launched a Water Shuriken which caused the Snow Tree Pokemon to fall backward.

"Energy Ball!"

"Use Cut!"

Greninja sliced through the Energy Ball but was hit because of the impact. After it landed, Greninja took a little bit of damage due to the falling hail.

"Wood Hammer!"

Abomasnow jumped into the air and prepared his attack. Ash told Greninja to block it and when Greninja did this, ice formed all around him. Suddenly, the ice began to shake and Greninja appeared. Greninja looked back at Ash who nodded.

"Greninja, Together!"

A light spun around Ash and Greninja. Then, the water tornado formed around Greninja. It spun around and then formed a Water Shuriken on its back.

…

"Yippee! Look at that Water Shuriken!" Said Bonnie.

Clemont nodded. "Yeah!"

"They look so great and strong!" Said Serena.

Dawn looked at Ash who come completely focused on the battle. "He is such an incredible person"

…

"Feel the heat…" said Wulfric.

Ash smiled. "We are just getting stronger and stronger!"

Wulfric struck his air out. "Show me your future Ash, show it to me now!"

Future. Recently, Ash didn't like hearing that word. He started to remember Dawn's future.

"Pika-pi!"

Ash looked down at his best friend. He was giving him a determined look.

You're the strongest person I know…

Those words rung in Ash's mind. He was more determined than ever. "Aerial Ace!"

Greninja ran up to Abomasnow and hit the large Pokemon multiple times which caused it to grunt in pain and get thrown back into the wall.

"Wood Hammer!"

Abomasnow got up and prepared the attack. As it did this, Ash instructed Greninja to use Cut. Greninja was able to skillfully dodge Abomasnow's Wood Hammer and land his attack. You could see Ash and Greninja mirroring each other's moves, it was truly a sight to behold.

Wulfric was having such a great time. "You know what, it's like a completely different Pokemon…"

Despite taking all the damage, Abomasnow was still standing. Greninja launches a Water Shuriken which threw Abomasnow into the ceiling. Abomasnow was still able to fight but it was clear that it had taken a lot of damage.

"You were just here a few days ago. How could you have gotten so much stronger?"

Ash and Greninja both made a fist. "You weren't battle the real Ash before… that Ash only cared about the win, but the real Ash works with his Pokemon and never gives up! We get strong together!"

Dawn looked at the boy, clearly what she had said meant a lot to him. She was so proud that he was able to get out of the rough spot so quickly. She loved that about him.

…

Wulfric laughed. "I can feel it… you two are battling as one!"

Ash smiled as he looked at the Ninja Pokemon. "Greninja helped me find a new power that was deep inside of me! This battle is the first challenge in the control of that new power!"

Wulfric was very impressed. "I can see that. Your real power…" he reached for his necklace. "You heat, your strength, your future, so. This is how I will respond!" He opened the necklace and inside was a Keystone.

Everyone was shocked.

"Bare your fangs, power of ice, it is time to Mega Evolve!"

Abomasnow transformed. The white spikes grew along with its size.

Ash was beyond excited. The stronger the opponent the more fun the battle!

Wulfric continued. "Your fire burns so brightly! With an opponent like that, responding with Mega Evolution is a courtesy!"

Ash smiled. "We won't back down! Use Double Team into Cut!"

Ash-Greninja jumped into the air and copies filled the battlefield. They copies began to rush over to Abomasnow. Wulfric told Abomasnow to use Wood Hammer which was able to knock away all the copies and hit Ash-Greninja right on.

Ash winced as he felt the pain his Pokemon was feeling.

"Use Cut!"

"Ice Shard!"

Ash-Greninja ran up to Abomasnow and was able to knock away all the Ice Shards. After being told to use Ice Punch, the two attacks collided which ended up with the Cut being frozen.

"Wood Hammer!"

Ash then told Greninja to glide on the frozen blades of Cut, allowing it to dodge the attack.

Use Water Shuriken!"

"Ice Punch!"

Just as Dawn had done in a battle with Ash, Abomasnow froze the Water Shuriken and broke it into many pieces that casted a beautiful light that glimmered in the smoke created by the collision of attacks. This sparked an idea in Ash's head.

As the smoke cleared away, Ash-Greninja jumped and followed its trainer's commands and landed a clean Aerial Ace multiple times. With the force of Aerial Ace, Abomasnow was thrown into the ceiling and broke the ice on it. Abomasnow then crashed onto the ground and when the smoke cleared away, it was revealed that Abomasnow had fainted.

"Abomasnow is unable to battle so Greninja wins, and the victor of the match is Ash!"

Ash cheered as he and Pikachu ran up to thank Greninja which a fist pump.

In the viewing gallery, the group was dancing all around because they were so happy that Ash had finally won. After this, they all ran down to meet Ash.

"Yay Ash!" Said Bonnie.

"You did it! That was an amazing battle!" exclaimed Clemont.

"Great job Ash!" Serena looked at him, proud that that Ash she admired so much was back.

Ash then turned to Dawn. "Thank you so much…"

Dawn looked at him confused. "Me? Ash, you were incredible!" She then raised her hand and they exchanged their high fives.

Ash then turned to the Kalos natives. He then stuck his hand out in a fist. Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie repeated the action. They all looked at Dawn, who was just watching the sight.

"Come on Dawn!" Said Bonnie.

"Yeah! You're apart of this family too!" Exclaimed Serena.

Dawn laughed as she put her hand in. She was so happy that they considered her to be a part of their little family.

Wulfric walked up to the sight. "Well Ash, that battle had some heat!"

Ash turned to the gym leader. "Thanks!"

"What was it? Ash-Greninja! I'm impressed! Not just with that, but with all your Pokemon! You guys are strong!"

Ash smiled. He was strong.

"I can give this badge to you with confidence! Here, the Snowbelle Gym Iceberg Badge!" Wulfric opened his hand to reveal the gorgeous badge.

Ash took the badge in his hand. "Thank you so much, Wulfric! This is so amazing!"

Ash then posed. "Wow, I just got the Iceberg Badge!"

"Pi-Pikachu!"

Ash then put it into this badge case and he now had the complete set.

Dawn looked over his shoulder. "You know what that means…"

"Next stop! The Kalos League!" Ash exclaimed.

Wulfric laughed at this. "You are greatly loved by your Pokemon and I now see how much you believe in them. So you know what? I find myself liking you a lot! Now see for yourself just how far you can go!"

Ash nodded. "Right!"

The group then said their goodbyes and turned to leave the gym. As they were leaving, Wulfric spoke up.

"Hey Ash…"

Ash turned around and told the rest of the group that he'll meet up with them in a second.

"What's up?"

Wulfric motioned to him to come in close. "You take care of that blue-haired girl, I can tell she means a lot to you!" Wulfric said as he nudged Ash's shoulder.

This caused Ash to blush like crazy and for Pikachu to laugh. Ash then awkwardly thanked him and ran off. Wulfric couldn't help but laugh at the sight.

When Ash caught up with the rest of the group, he was still super red from what Wulfric told him.

"Hey Ash, are you okay, your face is super red," said Dawn.

"Oh me? I'm fine… totally fine!" Ash said with the most convincing voice he could.

Dawn decided to shrug it off and the group continued to walk back towards the Pokemon Center.

Back at the Pokemon Center, Dawn insisted that she make a congratulatory dinner for Ash. She was in the kitchen with her Pokemon working hard. Bonnie came as she really wanted to help Dawn.

Ash was outside with all his Pokemon. Serena and Clemont walked up to the window and watched the person they both admired so much.

Ash looked at all his Pokemon. "I want to thank you all so much. Now, it starts! They are going to be so many powerful trainers at the Kalos League, Sawyer is going to be there too! Let's show them all just how strong we are!"

All of his Pokemon cheered loudly.

…

"Hey, Serena?"

Serena turned to the inventor. "What's up?"

Clemont looked right into Serena's eyes. "Why were you so quiet at the beginning of Ash's battle today?"

Serena looked down, she didn't think that anyone noticed.

"It's okay if you don't want to tell me"

Serena shook her head. "It's not that. It's just…" Serena looked back out at Ash with all his Pokemon. "If Dawn wasn't here, I don't know if Ash would have found his way again…"

Clemont remained silent, he was going to listen to whatever Serena wanted to tell him.

"She just knows him so well. They were able to come up with a battle strategy together, she was able to support him and get him out of a rough place. She just…"

This broke her heart to say.

"She's perfect for him…"

Even though Clemont was not the most experienced in love, it is hard to not notice that Serena had a crush on Ash.

"And you like him too…" said Clemont.

Serena then clutched her hand. "Yeah…"

"He doesn't know what he's missing out on…" Clemont said as he walked away.

Serena looked down at her blue ribbon. She loved Ash so dearly and she wanted what was best for him. It was clear, that being with Dawn, and not her, was just that.

…

At dinner, Serena decided that she wasn't going to let her feelings ruin Ash's night. She went on pretending that everything was okay.

"Man am I stuffed?!" Yelled Ash.

"Pika!" Said Pikachu in agreement.

Everyone laughed at the duo.

Clemont stood up. "I'm going to start to clean up. Let's head to bed early tonight so we can get a head start on our way to Lumiose City!"

Everyone nodded. Clemont told Bonnie to help her clean, at first she wasn't so happy about this, but he then promised that she would be able to play with his Pokemon before bed. This made Bonnie happily agreed.

Wulfric telling Ash that he wanted to see his future made Ash think a lot. What his future was going to look like, how he wanted it to look like. After talking it over with Pikachu, Ash decided that he didn't want to wait any longer, he had to tell Dawn how he felt.

Ash turned to the coordinator. "Hey Dawn, can I talk to you for a second… alone?" Ash said as Pikachu jumped off of his shoulder.

Dawn looked at him confused, "Sure… Serena, can you take care of Piplup until I get back?"

Serena nodded. She hoped that it wasn't the talk she was thinking about.

The two-headed outside and sat on the porch of the Pokemon Center and stared out into the quiet forest before them.

"So what's up?" asked Dawn.

Ash was more nervous than he has ever been before. Not even before his semifinal match against Paul was he this nervous.

Ash looked down and started to play with his hands. "I… um… I wanted to… "

Dawn just looked at him, she had never seen Ash this nervous ever.

"Are you okay?"

Ash took a deep breath.

No need to worry

Ash turned to face Dawn while still looking down.

"Dawn, I want to thank you…"

"Ash, you don't need to-"

"Please, let me finish"

Dawn understood and was quiet.

"I want to thank you for everything you have done. You helped me find my way twice! You always believed in me and supported me. You have helped me become a better, smarter Pokemon trainer"

Ash then broke eye contact. The noises of the night Pokemon could be heard, just like the night with Nando all those years ago. It was a beautiful melody.

"When I saw Olympia's vision, I realized just how much you truly mean to me"

"What are you trying to say, Ash?"

After a few moments of silence, Ash gathered up all his courage, he turned and looked right into Dawn's eyes.

"I love you and I always want to be with you"

Dawn was shocked. She didn't think Ash knew what love meant. She didn't respond because she was so shocked. She looked down at her hands. After a few moments, Dawn gathered her thoughts.

"Oh Ash, you have no idea how much I've wanted you to say that to me…"

Ash looked at her, he was not expecting this reaction.

"I have loved you for long but…"

"What do you mean 'but'?"

Dawn look right at him and grabbed his hands. "I really want to be with you, I do. But I don't know if I can hurt Serena like that…"

Ash gave Dawn a confused look.

"Serena loves you too and I don't want to hurt her,"

Ash forced a smile. Of course, he was hurt that Dawn didn't accept but it's not like she fully rejected him. This was one of the reasons why he loved Dawn so much. She always put others before herself.

"I understand," responded Ash.

"I want to make sure us going out is okay with her,"

Dawn stood up, she then gave Ash a kiss on his cheek and whispered into his ears.

"No need to worry,"

She then turned around and walked inside the Pokemon Center.

Unknown to the two lovers, Serena was listening to the whole conversation. She knew it wasn't right to eavesdrop but she had just to know what Ash wanted to tell Dawn.

When she heard Ash say those words, she wasn't even surprised. She knew it was coming. What she didn't expect was Dawn's reaction. If she was Dawn, she would have kissed Ash right there.

When she heard Dawn start to get up, she knew what she had to do.

The doors opened and Dawn walked up. "Oh hey, Serena…"

"Turn around and go be with him"

Dawn stopped.

"But what about…"

"Dawn, we agreed a long time ago that we wouldn't get mad at each other if one of us got together with Ash," said Serena.

Dawn took a step toward the performer. "Yeah but-"

"No buts, Dawn, Ash is such an amazing person and you guys…" Serena paused. "And you guys are perfect for each other,"

Serena took a step forward and put her hand on Dawn's shoulder. "Go get him,"

Dawn gave Serena the biggest hug. This must have not been easy for her. "Thank you..."

Dawn let go and returned around.

Serena sighed as she watched the girl run back through the doors.

"You should be proud of yourself,"

Serena turned around and there, stood Clemont. She couldn't fight it back anymore. She ran up to Clemont and cried into his shoulder. Clemont wrapped his arms around the performer. He knew that she was hurting.

"Why couldn't it have been me?" Serena said through her tears. Clemont patted the girls back and just let it out. Once she stopped crying, Serena let go of Clemont. Clemont wiped her tears away.

"Don't cry, he doesn't know what he's missing,"

Serena nodded. The two then walked back into the room.

Ash stood outside as he thought about what just happened. He didn't regret telling Dawn that he loved her. But he had no idea that Serena was in love with him.

"I guess I'm pretty dense," Ash thought out loud.

Love was never really on Ash's radar. Not that kind of love anyways. Of course, he loved his mom and Pokemon but anyone else? He didn't really know what it meant. But being with Dawn showed him (of course with a little nudge from Clemont). Even if they weren't together, Ash was just glad to have Dawn around.

As Ash was deep into his thoughts, the door opened. Ash looked and saw Dawn that was beaming.

"Dawn? What are you-"

Before Ash could finish his sentence, Dawn ran up to him and kissed him. There were sparks between the two. Ash wrapped his arms around the coordinator deepened the kiss. Their lips moved together in unison. To be honest, they weren't very good at it, but that didn't matter. It was perfect for them. Suddenly, Ash pulled apart remembering their conversation.

'What about Serena?"

Dawn smiled. "I just talked to her and she said it was okay…"

Ash beamed and kissed the girl he loved so much.

The two pulled apart and just leaning on each other foreheads and enjoying spending time alone.

"Aw look at the twerps, they finally got together," said Meowth.

Jessie, who was a sucker for love, was a little teary-eyed from watching the newly formed couple.

James looked at his teammate, "Jessie, are you crying?"

"Of course not you dimwit," She then pushed him down into the ground.

Team Rocket wasn't the only one watching the duo.

An orange-haired woman wearing interesting shaped glasses spoke into her Bluetooth device "The boy has mastered fusion with his Greninja,"

"Good…" said a deep voice through the device.

The women smirked. "I have also found his weakness…"
