I've kinda been rolling this idea around in my head for a while, I haven't seen a lot of "One punch man/Naruto" Fanfictions. At least the way I'm gonna do this.
Oh except one, I was inspired by the story 'One-Punch ninja!' By kenaren

One-punch Naruto! - Chapter 1
Many would say that konoha was the best place to be during these crazy Shinobi times
It was considered "the greatest of the five villages" after all
But at least one person would disagree with you
And he was currently running from an angry mob of villagers. Not that they would ever catch him after all, he was just too fast.
The only reason he was letting them get close, was so he could run again. Then let them get close, and then run again.
It was a game he played, he was only letting them get close was so he could run just when they thought they got him.
Then they would be angry and the their frustration would just make then run faster.
And he liked that.
He loved a good challenge.
"ENOUGH!" He suddenly heard, it was so loud that the villagers chasing him stopped immediately and grabbed their ears.
They looked up and suddenly got chills, it was the Hokage.
Standing on the building in front of them, with four ANBU surrounding him.
"Go back to your homes, all of you." Said the Hokage sternly.
The next 10 seconds were occupied by sounds of feet slapping the pavement as the villagers scattered like cockroaches.
He saw naruto trying to sneaking away out of the corner of his eye.
"Naruuuutoooooo." He started with a smile on his face.
Naruto froze, he knew he was caught.
He slowly turned and gave an innocent smile.
"What have I told you about provoking the villagers." said the Hokage. Suddenly appearing in front of Naruto, on his knee at eye level with him
"To not too." Said Naruto looking down at his feet.
The Hokage sighed, "I know you were bored but please stop using the villagers as training dummies, The council's gonna have my ass." He said
Naruto giggled and said "okay, Hokage-jiji"
The Hokage smiled and mussed naruto's blonde hair.
"Soon you can enroll in the academy and you won't be so bored anymore." The Hokage said with a smile.
Naruto looked up with excitement. "Really jiji? I can be a ninja?" He said.
"Yes, now come little fox how does Ichiraku's sound?" Said the Hokage.
"Yatta!"
Said naruto jumping abnormally high in the air.
The Hokage really wanted to keep naruto young forever, he knew the boy would be quite the issue when he was older if he could jump that far in the air at 6yrs old.

2 years later
Naruto was extremely disappointed, he didn't know the academy would be this Easy.
He only payed attention to the classes because he knew that it was the little things that could save you sometimes in the ninja world.
It wasn't a coincidence that his jiji was known as 'The professor' and the 'god of Shinobi' you know.
But anyway, the only thing he did in the past two years was eat ramen and bump his training up.
He and the hokage had a running bet, you see Naruto was something of a training freak.
He had been like that since his jiji told him why the villagers hated him.
Flashback
A 4 year old Naruto was crying on the swing that in the playground.
It was the middle of spring and the sun was out, but he was the only one on the playground.
It wasn't like that half an hour ago, but as soon as he stepped foot on the playground the parents abruptly took their kids and went to a different playground.
Or just went home.
He didn't understand why nobody liked him or why the kids his age never wanted to play with him.
The only people in the whole village who actually would talk to him was his Jiji, the old man at the ramen stand he liked, and his daughter.
Suddenly his Jiji appeared out of nowhere and sat beside him.
They sat in silence for a little while, until naruto finally asked.
"Why do they hate me Jiji." He said looking with tear filled eyes at his "Grandfather."
His Grandfather sighed, picked him up and
disappeared.
They reappeared on the Hokage monument.
He put the crying boy down and looked into the beautiful Konoha sunset.
"People don't like what they cannot understand Naruto, and they can't understand you."He said.
Naruto was confused. That wasn't the answer he was expecting.
"W-what?"
His Grandfather sighed again and said. "4 years ago when the 9-tails attacked konoha, it couldn't be killed. Or beaten for that matter, so it was sealed away."
His grandfather then looked at him.
"Into you."
At that moment everything became clear for naruto, it now made sense why everyone hated him.
Everyone thought he was the 9-tailed fox, which made sense why they hated him. The fox did almost obliterate the village.
But one thing still didn't make sense
"So the 4th Hokage sealed it into me? Why me?" Naruto said.
The Hokage was having an internal battle with himself in whether or not to tell him.
But the boy needed to know, And he figured telling him now would stop him from leaving the village due to the way he was treated.
He looked at Naruto and said, "Because you're his son Naruto. You're mother had it sealed into her as well but not so young, the seal was weakened when you were being born and the 9-tails escaped and almost destroyed the villagers if not for your father."
But Naruto had kinda stopped listening after his Jiji told him that his Father was the 4th Hokage.
But he wasn't all that suprised, aside from the whisker marks on his face the 4th looked just like him.
But this also meant that he had parents that loved him,
He wasn't alone. Well he kinda was, but at least he did have parents that cared about him.
At least that was something.
The Hokage figured naruto was still thinking about his parents so he waited.
Staring off into the sunset.
Then he heard "Jiji, can I be a ninja?"
The Hokage smiled.
"Why Naruto?"he asked.
"Because I want to be Hokage!, just like my dad. And save the people I care about." He said enthusiastically.
"And why do you want to be Hokage Naruto?" He asked, testing him.
Naruto thought about it for a few seconds.
Then he said "Because the Hokage is the strongest person in the village, And when I'm Hokage I'll be so strong the villagers will have to respect me!" He said.
The Hokage smiled and pressed a piece of paper into naruto's hand.
"And I hope I live to see the day you become hokage naruto." He said
Then he disappeared.
Naruto looked down at the piece of paper.
It was a training regimen, consisting of exercises for him to do, and on the bottom was a message that said
When these are too easy to do then add 50 more reps
Jiji
Naruto smiled.
He swore an oath right there on the Hokage monument that he would be the most powerful ninja the word had ever seen.
Nobody knew how right he actually was.
