Part 6/6 of the No Definition series: Arthur and Eames have just come off a very tiring job and they would really just like to fuck and maybe sleep for the next 48 hours preferably in that order. Then a bunch of armed men kick down their door to kidnap them and force them to do a job and that just really puts a damper on things.

They had to rush the job, and come out of the river with a week left before they wake. The Point Man and the Architect find themselves trapped in a dream with only each other as company as they wait for the projections to close in. Arthur/Ariadne.

Eames is an empath (obvious really), Arthur is a (seemingly emotionless) mystery, hijinks ensue? Really a bit of a drabble that I hope evolves to more, to be continued.

Tom Eames is not having a good year what with the car accident, subsequent injuries, and the need to repeat his last term of high school so that he can graduate and get on with his life. And just when he didn't things could get much worse, Eames finds out that his new tutor is none other than Arthur Cobb, the boy he's been crushing on since they met.

Over a succession of Christmases, Ariadne comes home.

Ariadne tells Arthur the story of how she found the inspiration for her totem, and it isn't what he expected.

Fischer won't be convinced by poor imitations. Arthur helps Eames perfect the exact texture of snow.

She knows everything about dream sharing, she's one of the best. But she's scared of facing reality, clinging onto dreams from the past. It could change when a charming Forger tries stepping on her toes, showing her that life isn't all about guilt and regret. Will she let him call her darling? Arthur has always worked hard so that Cobb's missions would work out for the best but this time he overworked himself too much and even if he doesn't want to accept it, he needs Eames help. But what if his refusal to ask for Eames' support came from a traumatic experience that had occurred in his past?

An unlikely friendship forms between the Forger and the Architect. Can it outlast his flirting and her need to dream? Based around the concept of "When Harry Met Sally." COMPLETE.

With Dom retired, Arthur's sights set on enlisting a certain architecture protege as an exclusive business partner. Quit or stay? That's the decision Ariadne will make after a 50 job trial period. But as the months drag and their relationship evolves, they find that the most complicated part of that decision is how much her answer truly matters—and hardly on a business level.

Arthur was unsurprised to find Eames in a grimy Hackney boxing gym.

Arthur just wants Eames to leave him alone.

Mal didn't haunt his dreams like she did Cobb, he remembered her like she was. Arthur wasn't in love with Mal but he did love her. She was his friend before she became Cobb's wife. He helped plan the wedding, waited outside when the children were born and was there for the holidays. He helped reassure the children that their father was coming home. They were his family to.

You can't have one without the other. One craved order, the othe revelled in chaos. One lived in a world of predictable numbers and the other inhabited a world of rubbed out pencil lines and eraser shavings. They knew what it meant to be a lover, to be half of a whole.
