Hey everyone, since this story has been so well liked since I posted it, I decided to do an additional chapter of a what if kind of situation where Sakura and Tenten are approached and asked to give birth to children for people.
One example is the Inuzuka Clan, Kiba, needs an heir to keep his position as leader of the clan, but refuses to take a mate and the second example is elders from Sand asking Sakura to give birth to Gaara's child.
Anyway, I'm well aware that Tsunade at the age I have Tenten and Sakura at is no longer Hokage, but my fingers just type out her name reflexively so I'm just going to keep her as the Hokage for this story, right on with the new chapter, ENJOY.

Sakura sighed but nodded "Tenten will do it, it was her choice, but there are several questions I'd like to ask, such as what happens when the child be it a he or her is born, will Tenten have to give up all rights to the child" Sakura inquired.
Tsume snorted "Despite what you think we're not heartless Haruno, no matter what she has, Tenten will have parental rights as having both mother and father will help it's development" the Inuzuka Matriarch informed.
Relieving both Sakura and Tenten massively "Okay, well if things are all settled Inuzuka-san, we'd like to get back to our evening if you don't mind" Tenten stood, practically rushing the trio of Inuzuka's from her shared house.

"Therefor, we, humbly ask you to conceive a child to be raised as the next Kazekage…for the record Haruno-san, I, myself would never ask you this, this was an idea presented by the rest of the council, I rejected it and was over-ruled" Ebizou finished.

Tsunade saw the anger before any one else did "No, that's not how I work, if I'm going to give birth to any child on someone else's demand I want to be a part of it's life and help raise it" Sakura snapped harshly.
"B..But Haruno-san…." the man started only to be cut off by Ebizou and Temari surprisingly while Kankuro studiously focused his gaze on the floor, staying well out of the conversation, he knew what was good for him apparently.
His sister on the other hand "Oh shut up would you, Gaara expected this same argument when he gave us the sample after you badgered him into doing it, ignore this fool Sakura" Temari raised her fist at the councilman threateningly.
Relaxing some, Sakura settled in the empty chair finally "Yes that's right, firstly you will retain parental rights and for the first five years, the child will be in your sole care, you will receive visits from Kazekage-sama when he can make the visit however" Ebizou cleared his throat.
Allowing the young woman a few minutes to digest that particular news "And once he or she becomes academy age, they will migrate to Suna, you will be allowed to visit as you wish and the child will be returned to you for the summer months" Ebizou continued.
Just as he was about to continue Tsunade thought of a question "It seems ideal so far, but what happens if Sakura has more than one child, as I understand it, the former Kazekage was quite potent" the blonde Hokage inquired.
"Then Haruno-san will have full rights to that child, unless she or it wishes to follow in it's siblings footsteps" Ebizou admitted, "Lastly, when the child is of graduation age, visits will still be allowed as will extended periods of time off for him/her to visit as well" Ebizou finished.
Sakura rubbed her temples for a moment but nodded "Very well, accepted, sheesh and I thought things couldn't get any crazier than last night" the rosette sighed, taking the vial from Ebizou with the straightest face she could manage.

Before deftly flicking her fingers against her clit to bring on a fourth climax "Okay I'm as ready as I'll ever be" Sakura announced once she felt her cervix had opened up enough, Tenten quite gleefully at that emptied the vial of semen into her core.
"Feels weird doesn't it, I thought the same" Tenten commented seeing the expression on her pink haired girlfriends face, this was the first time either of them had, had anything inside of them that wasn't their fingers, tongues or their toys so of course they'd be weirded out by the sensation of semen sloshing about on their insides.
Sakura nodded with a light grimace and stayed in her current position for another twenty five minutes to make sure all of the sperm sample had drained into her uterus "And now we wait" Sakura sighed as the Tenten clone poofed out of existence.
Over the course of the next few days Sakura and Tenten had many visitors, but not the one they were clearly waiting on to arrive, until finally he showed up, only to blink at them in horror "Hold on I wasn't blitzed when we did it was I" Kiba asked.
The scent of two pregnant kunoichi filtering into his nose instead of one "No Kiba you were fairly sober and coherent up until the moment of, what did you think your clan was the only one to approach us to bare a child for them" Sakura snickered at him.
Glad that the waiting game was done and that her and Tenten had confirmation that they were both pregnant "Wait what do you mean up until the moment of" the Inuzuka scowled at her not sure what she was talking about apparently.
"Well until the moment you spoke, after that you only growled and whatnot, you were pretty bestial is what I'm saying, you lost yourself to your instincts and I know that's perfectly natural in your clan" the rosette informed.
Kiba grimaced in response "Anyway just who was it that wanted you to give them a kid then Sakura" Kiba asked not sure how to go about asking the couple if they would move into a house closer to his clans compound.
A snort was his first answer "Sunagakure's council of elders badgered Gaara into giving a sample and I was picked as his prospective match to give them a child that would in the future raise the military might of their small nation and be the next in line to be Kazekage" Sakura rolled her eyes.
"She didn't agree until she heard the conditions that allows her parental rights" Tenten chimed in, eyeing Kiba and getting the sense that there was more the man had to say and she was right as he rubbed the back of his head.
Feeling mighty awkward apparently "Right, uh look, there isn't an easy way to tell you this but the elders of my clan want you to move closer to the compound Tenten, you won't have to pay any bills or rent being the barer of my kid and all" the Inuzuka rambled.
Just waiting for the punch from Sakura "Do they realize I'll be moving with her" the pinkette said, arms crossed over her chest and emerald orbs narrowed on him, because if she wasn't allowed then Tenten wouldn't be moving anywhere.
He nodded hastily "Yes, there's at least four bedrooms, a nice spacious living room, and kitchen, with dining room with two and a half bathrooms, one of them is attached to the master bedroom" Kiba grinned.
Earning a grin back "Even though we've only been living here nine months, guess it makes sense to move if we're going to be raising kids, it has to be somewhere spacey I suppose" Tenten pouted at her and Sakura's first house they'd moved into together upon their sixth month anniversary.
Sakura nodded solemnly in response and with Kiba and some other shinobi i.e Kakashi, Naruto, Sai and Sasuke who was in the village with his fiancee their belongings were all packed up within a few hours.
Naruto was completely horrified when he learned the reason for their move "What, why'd you let them tell you what to do Sakura-chan, couldn't you have just bashed them over the head, and I thought hell would freeze over before you let a guy touch you or Tenten-chan" Naruto ranted.
While moving their couch into place "Naruto that sort of thing is common, clans seek kunoichi or shinobi out, outside their clan to refresh the clan and strengthen it with an entire new generation of children" Kakashi whacked the blonde over the head with his favorite orange book.
Sasuke nodding his head along in agreement to what his former sensei was saying "Even the Uchiha Clan did it occasionally, I found past birth records, for every five Uchiha births there was a child born from a union to someone outside the clan" Sasuke added his two yen worth.
Making Naruto whine louder at being ganged up on "And if Sakura had really been in the mind for it, she would have never let me touch Tenten, nor would she have let someone tell her what to do" Kiba commented.
Heaving one of the heavier boxes into the kitchen that was filled with the kunoichi's kitchen appliances "True, Ugly does have the explosive and vio….." Sai promptly slid into unconsciousness as he received a fist to the back of his head.
"Males, he's one of the exact reason's I prefer women, less drama" Sakura glared down at her teammate, soon Sai was awake once more but he kept his mouth shut for once until all of her and Tenten's belongings had been unpacked.
Then he, Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi quickly skedaddled, Kiba wasn't long in following them, leaving Sakura and Tenten alone for the rest of the day as they settled into their new house without interference from anyone.
