At two months pregnant things were going rather smoothly for Sakura and Tenten "Oooh, feeling a little playful are we Sakura" Tenten giggled at being woken up at four in the morning, the feel of Sakura's fingers scissoring in and out of her.
"It's the hormones" Sakura complained, libido having increased, not that Tenten was complaining, the brunette merely lay back and let her do whatever she wanted, after a moment Sakura pulled her fingers out and sucked them into her mouth.
Enjoying the bitter taste of her girlfriend, gray eyes sparkled with mirth "Ah is my cherry blossom horny" Tenten teased, reversing their positions as she pushed Sakura gently onto her back, locking lips for a brief moment.
While letting her hands roam bare flesh "Like your one to talk, who was it, just the other day that woke me up at two in the morning, craving ice-cream then decided to smear it all over me to eat it that way instead" Sakura smirked.
Tenten's face felt like it was on fire at that "And poor Kiba, he was so uncomfortable" the pinkette continued, until Tenten captured her lips, the brunette's tongue forced itself into her mouth to plunder the dank cavern just to shut her up.
The kiss continued for a few minutes until both women pulled away just to breathe "Mean…guess I have to punish you for once" Tenten panted, leaning back to get something out of a drawer, and then Sakura found her hands bound to the bed posts.
Cold metal carefully blazed a trail of fire across her flesh towards her hardening peaks "Some new kind of foreplay is it" Sakura gasped, equal parts nervous and excited for whatever her girlfriend had planned, maybe she should think about proposing soon.

Fifteen minutes later they were dressed and stood in their living room where Naruto was cowering on the couch "So want to tell us what you're doing here so early" Sakura planted a hand on her hip, expression flat.
Naruto held up his hands "Gaara's going to be here today, in a few hours, probably less than that now" Naruto hurriedly got out before Sakura decided to whack him, unfortunately enough even without chakra her punches still hurt.
"Next time Baka knock before barging in, wouldn't want to get another eyeful would you" Tenten chided, the blonde man nodded eagerly and just like that was gone in a poof of smoke to avoid their wrath.
Leaving the kunoichi to clean up their house a little though it wasn't messy by any means there were still some things that needed picking up or washing such as a few dishes in the sink, they even decided to vacuum the living room floor.
By the time all this was done it was six o'clock so Tenten decided to make breakfast and right as she was plating up all the food a knock sounded through the house, Sakura was up and dashing towards it without a second thought.
"Just Kiba" Sakura huffed when she returned with the Inuzuka on her heels, who went over to Tenten, she watched him suspiciously for a moment before shrugging seeing that her girlfriend wasn't to bothered by Kiba's closeness.
In fact, he'd even spent the night a couple of times, just as she was getting comfy on the couch again knocking sounded on the door again so with a grumble Sakura pushed herself up into a standing position again to go answer it.
A few minutes later she came back with the guest they'd been waiting on "Your just in time Kazekage-sama, breakfast is ready, you two as well Temari, Kankuro" Tenten greeted with a smile, gesturing to the dining room where plates full of food were waiting for them.
Kiba was even gracious enough to fill a couple more plates to accommodate the extra guests for her "Both of you are pregnant, I thought the deal was only for Haruno-san" Gaara frowned clearly confused at the scene playing out before his eyes.
Sakura nodded "Indeed, however Tenten has a deal with the Inuzuka Clan, that's Kiba's heir or heiress" Sakura explained gesturing at Kiba who was seated on the other side of Tenten, he'd been extremely attentive to the brunette.
Gaara immediately understood "So do you know what you're having yet Sakura" Kankuro questioned, wanting to find out if he'd be having a niece or nephew in the next six or so months until Sakura gave birth.
"Nope, I don't know what I'm having either and we won't find out until we're four months along which won't be for another two months" Tenten chimed in, answering Kankuro's question and enjoying her bowl of fruit yogurt.
One of her various cravings that Kiba had gone to fetch for her "You two will probably drive everyone insane won't you Sakura, Tenten" Temari grinned, her teal eyes twinkling with mirth and wondering inwardly if she shouldn't live in Konoha temporarily to watch the show.
Vermilion orbs met hers with equal mischief deep within their depths "Don't I know it, it already drives nearly everyone crazy to know that Tenten and I are dating but now we're both pregnant at the same time and it heightens everything" Sakura admitted.
Eyes glittering and Temari instantly caught on to what the pinkette was hinting at "Oh drat" Tenten suddenly frowned as she dropped the spoon she was using to eat with accidentally, Sakura was about to get up and grab it when Kiba beat her to it first.
He even generously grabbed a clean spoon out of the drawer and washed the dirty eating utensil as well "Someone's attentive I see" Kankuro commented, Kiba nodded silently and retook his seat at the table.
"Do you need anything Har…. Sakura-san that I may be able to acquire for you" Gaara turned to the rosette, wanting to make sure she knew that he wasn't going to slack off in his duties as their child's father.
But she waved her hand "Not right now Ka…Gaara, I'll let you know if I do need something though" Sakura assured, deciding to call him by his name instead of by his title, smiling softly as the man relaxed.
The rest of breakfast was filled with light-hearted chatter and once the meal was thoroughly finished Kiba after making sure Tenten didn't need anything at that particular moment vanished to resume his duties in learning how to be the head of his clan.
While the two kunoichi worked together to clean up with some help from Gaara who wanted to make things easier on Sakura "Just a thought but have you two considered tying the knot with one another yet" Kankuro questioned suddenly.
Eyeing the couple who lounged contentedly on the opposite couch, one reading, the other doing some maintenance on her weapons "The discussion has come up once or twice before, but maybe we need to seriously think about it now Sakura" Tenten commented.
Looking to her girlfriend of 1 year and 5 months "Perhaps..." Sakura hummed, closing her book as she did so before standing and disappearing in the direction of their bedroom and when she returned there was a little black box in her hand.
Tenten realized what was about to happen as she abandoned her chore while Sakura sat next to her on the couch "Almost a year and a half together Tenten and I've never been happier, even with our current circumstances I couldn't imagine my life without you in it" Sakura began.
Speaking in softer tones than normal trying to create a somewhat intimate atmosphere, their guests silent thankfully "That's why Tenten if you would do me the honor of being my lover in marriage you will never want for anything again with me at your side" the rose haired kunoichi finished.
Offering the box to her beloved weapons mistress who opened it with a gasp upon spying the ring nestled inside "Oh Sakura it's beautiful...and I would be honored to be your lover in marriage so yes" Tenten cooed at the intricately designed ring.
Giving the affirmative to the rosette's question before pecking her on the lips as the ring was slid onto her finger, it fit perfectly not that the brunette expected any different, Sakura knew everything about her, including this it seemed.
"Well let us be the first to congratulate you two on your engagement and second who will be the bride between you two" Temari clapped, happy for the couple who were making another leap of faith in their relationship.
The two shared a look "Sakura definitely, I'd rather be the one waiting at the end of the aisle as my beautiful sexy dominant lover is dressed in the prettiest wedding kimono and has to walk down the aisle to me" Tenten declared suddenly.

Less than five minutes after their departure Tenten had Sakura up off the couch and locked into their bedroom to prevent interruption as they picked up where they'd had to stop earlier that morning with Sakura tied up to the bedposts.
Kunai in hand as the brunette resumed her actions of playing her fiancée's nipples "Ah Tenten" Sakura gasped in pleasure when the older kunoichi's hands began to wander, gently kneading her flesh as she dipped lower and spread her legs to reach her center.

Chartreuse orbs narrowed upon hearing the jealousy in Neji's tone of voice "Yes, we're two months along each in fact Neji, Lee, so you need to get it through your thick heads that no we won't be changing our minds about one another" Sakura informed rather harshly.
"I'm sorry if you were hoping Neji but Sakura's right, I love her and we'll even be marrying soon, same for you Lee, you need to find someone worthy of your affections but it won't be my Sakura" Tenten declared.
Gentler than Sakura for sure but still equally as firm with her teammates "Marrying is that true Sakura-chan, Tenten-chan, since when" Lee asked, shoulders slumping in disappointment that the woman he loved was now truly out of his reach.
"About an hour ago and on that note, we have business to attend to" Sakura said, firmly directing the pair from her house before grabbing her purse, linking hands with one another Tenten and the rosette made their way to the market.
So that the brunette could pick out a ring for Sakura to wear then went and ordered takeout from Yakiniku Q "Hey thought you two were going to stay cooped up for the rest of the morning" Naruto popped up at their side.
While they were waiting for their order to be made "We had things to take care of Naruto" Tenten informed, subtly flashing her ring as she did so, the usually oblivious knucklehead of a man immediately noticed it.
And couldn't help himself as he hugged the kunoichi in congratulations "I'm so happy for you two, I thought with this whole business with Inuzuka and Gaara that it would put a strain on your relationship but it's only made you two stronger as a couple huh" Naruto chattered.
Following them home and yacking the entire way "Thanks Naruto, at least you can accept it, I just don't know what to do about those two anymore" Sakura sighed, Naruto instantly knew who she was talking about to.
Neji and Lee, the two that had never gotten over the fact that the two kunoichi preferred each other to them "Well perhaps once they see you get married Neji and Bushy-brows will finally concede and leave things well enough alone" Naruto offered.
Waving to Gaara who was stood in front of Sakura and Tenten's house with his siblings obviously back for the afternoon "Good thing we ordered extra" Tenten grinned, having thought this might happen as the door was unlocked and they all headed inside except for Naruto.
"Have a nice moment to yourselves did you" Temari grinned upon seeing how content the two kunoichi were as the table was prepared and food was dished out so that it could be eaten, and if she wasn't wrong Sakura was now also wearing a ring on her finger.
Tenten must have wanted to leave her own mark of ownership on the pinkette in the form of jewelry "Yes until my teammates interrupted with their jealously bullshit, but then we went out for a bit and now we're over it" Tenten snorted.
Pale brows scrunched together "She means Neji and Lee haven't accepted that we're together for good and they weren't happy upon finding out that both of us were pregnant and now engaged to be married" Sakura explained.
"Mm and the reason your over it wouldn't happen to be because of that ring on your finger now would it Sakura" Kankuro teased, hoping to lighten the mood some so that they weren't strictly having a serious conversation.
This was a time of celebration for their family after all "Tenten wanted me to have a ring as well so we went and she picked one out for me to wear" Sakura smiled softly, presenting the ring to their eyes.
Gaara nodded his acceptance of the jewelry sitting pretty on the rosette's finger "And of course you're all invited to the wedding when we get it planned and what not" Tenten chimed in because it wouldn't be fair to exclude the Sabaku siblings.
Since the child Sakura carried was a part of their family to "Thank you Tenten-san, and for being understanding" Gaara thanked the kunoichi kindly as he enjoyed the barbeque from Yakiniku Q before they all congregated into the living room once more.
Hours later before leaving Gaara asked Sakura to inform him of when her next ultrasound was due in order to find out the gender of the child and then with his siblings on his heels they headed to the hotel for the night and the next morning was on their way back to Sunagakure.
In this manner two more months flew by "Gaara will be here day after tomorrow but there's no reason for you to wait and find out Tenten, with Kiba" Sakura soothed her hormonal fiancée who was extremely upset at the moment.
With tears pouring hotly from her eyes "But I wanted us to find out together at the same time" Tenten cried, unable to get her emotions under control over such a silly thing, even if she knew that, it was still upsetting.
"Uh-oh sounds like a bit of trouble doesn't it" Kiba grimaced upon walking into the house in order to head to the hospital with Tenten for the ultrasound to find out what the pregnant brunette would be having.
Gray eyes glared at him for opening his mouth at the wrong moment, followed by a sharp kunai being thrown at him "Get out cause I'm not going today" the brunette snapped harshly and Kiba reminded himself that this wasn't how she normally was.
As Tenten then stormed from the room, slamming doors as she went "Come on Kiba, let's see if we can't fix this shall we" Sakura sighed, exhausted from her own pregnancy as she left the house with the Inuzuka and headed to the hospital.
Where the staff were all too happy to rearrange Tenten's appointment to the day of Gaara's arrival "Sorry if I made things worse earlier by the way" Kiba apologized on their way back to the house in order to give Tenten the news.
Sakura was quick to wave him off "You didn't know and I'm sure once she's calmed down Tenten will apologize to" the rosette assured, the calmer one between the two pregnant kunoichi it seemed, he'd hardly seen the pinkette get angry more than a handful of times since the start.
And the few times it had happened were mostly at either Naruto, Lee or Neji surprisingly who'd gotten snapped at 3 times by Sakura already "So why exactly was Tenten upset in the first place so that I can avoid the topic just in case" Kiba asked.
Following Sakura into the house where Tenten was still nowhere to be seen "She wanted us to get our ultrasounds done on the same day so that we'd both know what we're having together, it's honestly very sweet of her" Sakura smiled softly.
Kiba nodded his head in understanding and now it made sense why'd they'd gone to the hospital, after a moment when it was clear Tenten was not going to make an appearance Sakura waved the Inuzuka towards a chair then disappeared in the direction of their bedroom.
Where Tenten was on their bed "Oh Tenten my lovely mistress of weapons I have some good news for you" Sakura called gently not wanting to startle the older woman as she climbed into bed behind the brunette.
"Did Kazekage-sama arrive early" Tenten perked up some in a hopeful tone but got disappointed when Sakura shook her head "Then I'm not leaving our bed until he is here so you can tell Kiba he can leave for the day" the brunette sniffed.
Still upset "Oh my dear weapons mistress you don't need to worry, Kiba and I went to fix things so now your ultrasound appointment isn't until the day after tomorrow" Sakura soothed, stroking her hand along Tenten's back gently.
To help her calm down further "But how...oh Sakura, I am so sorry for behaving like such a bitch, it's such a silly, trivial thing and I've blown it all out of proportion and here you are being accommodating, patient and loving with me when your exhausted" Tenten cried.
Feeling terrible when she'd known how tired her pink-haired fiancée was and here she was throwing a tantrum over something stupid and causing Sakura trouble "Nonsense I think it's adorable and even so a bit of exercise is good for me" Sakura smiled.
Unable to lose her temper with her fiancée "Is Kiba mad at me, I got upset with him for no reason I wouldn't blame him if he was though I did kind of throw a kunai at him" Tenten laughed sheepishly, over being angry it seemed, for now at least.
Just then the man they were speaking of poked his head into the bedroom "Don't worry I'm definitely not angry" Kiba assured, carefully entering the sacred space of the two kunoichi when they waved him in.
It wasn't as if it was his first time being in the room but he still had to be careful, Sakura could be an extremely jealous person when it came to Tenten and he didn't want to touch anything deemed hers accidentally even.
Luckily, they didn't stay in there long as the two kunoichi finally deemed it necessary to get out of their bed and start preparing lunch "Thanks you know for being understanding and sorry for yelling at you earlier to" Tenten said when he was preparing to leave.
Knowing better than to ignore her Kiba nodded and assured her once more that it was fine before escaping out the door to the kunoichi's amusement, then a day later signaled Gaara's arrival with Temari and Kankuro on his heels.
"Hey Sakura ready to find out what you're having, I bet you already know what Tenten's having don't you" Temari ran up to the waiting kunoichi, Tenten nowhere to be seen for the moment, imagine the blondes surprise when Sakura shook her head in answer.
Confusing even Kankuro "Tenten got a little upset when we found out that it would be a couple days until I could find out when she wanted us to find out together on the same day so she went to collect Kiba for her appointment that we switched around to today" Sakura explained.
Looking tired "Aww that's so cute, bet you were just tickled pink because of it" Kankuro grinned in amusement as they stood waiting for Tenten and Kiba who showed up a few minutes later and with that the enlarged group headed in to the hospital.
"Haruno Sakura your first so please follow me into a room" a nurse called less than a moment later, with Tenten and Gaara on her heels the three of them entered a room, leaving Temari, Kankuro and Kiba out in the hall.
While Sakura was instructed to lay down on a table after pulling down her shorts to bare her stomach for the machine, Gaara watching with interest during the entire process "And now for the gender, do you wish to find out today" the nurse hummed.
After taking measurements of the child growing within the rosette's womb and making sure it was a healthy fetus "Yes" Gaara answered for Sakura whose gaze was riveted on the screen that showed her baby.
The nurse wiggled the wand around for a second in order to get a better angle of the fetus "What is it Sakura" Tenten asked when her fiancée gasped and covered her mouth, tears in her jade eyes, obviously due to her experience as a medic she'd seen the gender of the baby already.
"It's a baby girl, we're having a girl" Sakura squealed, glancing to Gaara who nodded before clasping hands with Tenten who was equally as excited over the news as the couple couldn't help but share a very passion-filled kiss right then and there in celebration.
A moment later Sakura was cleaned up and had a couple pictures of the ultrasound in hand, one of which she gave to Gaara, followed by him stepping out into the hallway, allowing Kiba to take his place in the room while the redheads siblings questioned him about what the child was.
He very calmly explained that it was a girl to their amusement as he kept staring at the picture of the ultrasound while Tenten was helped up onto the table by Kiba in order to have her turn "I take it you wish to know the gender as well" the nurse asked.
Before starting Tenten nodded in the affirmative but when the nurse started taking measurements of the fetus, she began to realize that she wasn't just seeing one child but two "Oh my god" Sakura gasped yet again.
Causing panic in Kiba while Tenten tilted her head in confusion wondering what it was now that her fiancée had seen "What is it Sakura, please tell me nothing's wrong with my child" Kiba asked on the verge of tearing his hair out.
"There is nothing wrong with your children Kiba-san, both are just fine in fact, a boy and a girl" the nurse rolled her eyes at the young man's melodramatics, Tenten blinked slowly trying to process the news but Kiba straight up passed out.
Sakura snorted "I'm having twins, a boy and a girl" Tenten finally got in the mind to speak once she absorbed the fact that she was having two babies and not just one, no wonder she was a little bigger than Sakura.
"Yes, congratulations the both of you" the nurse smiled kindly, wiping the ultrasound gel off the brunette's stomach, Kiba at this point had woken up from his impromptu nap and helped Tenten down off the table while Sakura fixed the kunoichi's clothes.
With ultrasound pictures in hand the lot of them headed forth from the hospital "So since Gaara has no clue about it what will you name the baby" Kankuro prodded curiously wanting to know what name his little niece would have.
He could hardly wait until he could start spoiling the little girl "Saori Haruno or if you want, she can have your last name Gaara" Sakura declared, glad that she'd looked up some names beforehand from a book she'd bought.
"No, your last name is fine Sakura-san, it's better that way, just in case" Gaara shook his head, knowing that there were still some out there who disliked him and he'd rather his child have all the protection she could get even if it meant having her mother's maiden name.
Kankuro was thankfully satisfied by the decision while Temari grinned realizing even if the baby didn't have their last name, she was still connected to Gaara because of her name which meant sand/weaving, it was honestly sneaky of Sakura really.
Since the name of Sakura's baby was decided on everyone eyed Tenten "Kyoka and Kyota since their twins, though they'll have Kiba's last name Inuzuka" Tenten informed, already having names picked out.
She just hadn't expected that she would need to use both boy and girl names that she'd selected however "Eh good enough for me" Kiba shrugged lightly, liking the names but not expecting to be punched, even Sakura winced while Tenten scowled.
Everyone edging away from the suddenly volatile kunoichi, except for Sakura who tried to figure out what Kiba had done to piss her fiancée off now, "Tenten what's the matter" Sakura soothed, wrapping her lover up in a hug.
"If you don't like the names just say it Kiba, I'd rather your honesty than that lackluster bullshit you just pulled on me" Tenten snapped, having somehow interpreted Kiba's response as being unenthused and that he didn't like the names she'd picked out for the children.
Making the Inuzuka sweat-drop "Now Tenten you know I didn't mean it like that, I love the names I do" Kiba assured to quickly get it over with, it was a simple sacrifice he had to make in order to keep the peace sometimes.
Realizing that she'd blown her cool for no reason Tenten blushed red in embarrassment "There, there Tenten, you can't help that your hormones are out of control what with carrying two babies" Sakura murmured sweetly when the brunette hid her face in her neck.
Temari and Kankuro shared grins with one another that the normally volatile kunoichi was now the even-tempered one while Tenten was abnormally vicious to Kiba mostly "So what's the plan now that you two know what you're having" Temari asked.
Watching Kiba slink off back towards the hospital to have a medic look at his side where he'd been punched "Well perhaps we can finally go shopping for baby stuff what do you think Sakura, we do have to start preparing their rooms" Tenten hummed.
Happy once more "Great, let me run home and get the funds that were put aside for the baby, though I'll have to let Ma know there's two on the way" Kiba slunk back in the nick of time to be a participant of the latest conversation topic.
Before he could run off however a frown on Sakura's face stopped him "That won't affect things will it, Tenten carrying twins, both will be acknowledged won't they" Sakura inquired, not wanting the second child to be ignored in favor of whichever is named the heir.
Obviously Tenten hadn't thought of that yet but now that it had been said she was now staring intently at Kiba waiting for his answer "Hell no both of them are still my kids and their both gonna have equal opportunity in the clan" Kiba scoffed.
Easing their minds on the matter, with that he was gone, informing his Ma about the twins, Tsume was definitely surprised but thankfully wasn't upset as Kiba collected the funds and hurried back to the engaged couple.
During this time, they'd entered their first store and were just starting to look at cribs when Kiba returned "Found anything interesting yet and my Ma was cool with it" Kiba questioned, doing his best to help out.
Sakura off elsewhere "Mm what do you think about this one, it's a double and this middle part can be removed when their older" Tenten frowned, eyeing up the double crib with a dividing part, it made sense rather than get two single cribs.
Not wanting to piss the woman off again Kiba thoroughly checked out the crib Tenten was eyeing before nodding "Looks great and durable, do you want to get it or see others first" Kiba gave a thumbs up.
But did not make the mistake of assuming it was the one she wanted "No, I think this one is fine" Tenten informed, settled on this particular crib, so it was left to Kiba to have it taken up to the front while she wandered off to find Sakura.
When he found the two, they were debating quietly, hands clasped in each-others, over a particular changing table, the Sabaku siblings nowhere to be seen for the moment "But aren't you being afforded the same thing that Kiba is doing, surely they'll pay for whatever you need" Tenten said.
"Yes, and those things have already been picked out, but there are some things I want to pick out that were chosen with your opinion only" Sakura huffed softly, clearly affected by her own hormones for once.
But at least it wasn't full on anger like Tenten's "If that's what you want, then I'll help you pick out anything you want" Tenten smiled, enjoying the shopping trip immensely now because she'd wanted to pick out things with just Sakura as well.
A few hours later everything was paid for and sealed away to carry home where rooms were chosen and the furniture was set up, ready for when the babies would arrive, Gaara bid Sakura farewell while Kiba stayed and as for Sakura and Tenten they were content to relax for once.
