Enraging the wolf

Many things can make Loki angry, though it takes very much a lot of effort to anger him at times, it took people a violent warning to not make a wolf bare their teeth when enraged… but the sight of Mercury Black attacking Yang after losing was nearing Loki's breaking point as he watched his blonde beauty defend herself, only to be booed and accused of attacking unprovoked that made Loki's golden eyes glow blood red at seeing a bullshit fabricated view of Yang attacking the robot legged prick who at the moment was pulling off a good act of being hurt, but seeing Atlas mechs surrounding Yang, It took all of Loki's will to not shoot the little BASTARD in his shoulders for this bullshit, looking down to the railings in front of his seat he noticed them crushed in his grasp, moving quickly to defend Yang, seeing her looking his way he stopped with his eyes fading into a golden glow, seeing her pleading look he inhaled deeply before leaping onto the arena, startling the soldiers and mechs surrounding Yang he moved to comfort her until Ironwood spoke.

"Fenris, Stand back, I will handle this" stopping with his being refusing to cooperate with Loki, he turned to ironwood with a bestial snarl, teeth bared into fangs before Loki let out a grunt as he forced himself to relax, turning to Yang he held her close while escorting her off the arena, making Ironwood stand in place with the sight of Loki snarling at him set in slowly.

After setting Yang in her dorms room with the knowledge of what mercury had done, Loki had begun to make his way to Ozpin's office, many students giving him a large berth in his walk, the sight of Neo appearing did he stop for her to hug him.

"I'm sorry, I-I didn't know they would target Yang, I didn't" stopping his icecream themed girlfriend with an embrace, Loki took in her scent of her favoured treat, his eyes hardened as Atlas Mechs moved through the students with Ironwood nowhere in sight, making Loki's eyes harden he stepped back from Neo.

"Neo, I need you to find Nora and bring her to team RWBY's room" looking up to see his gold eyes a crimson red, Neo spoke.

"Why?"

"I have the feeling I might do something drastic and violent, Go" moving away to follow the mechs, Neo had a worried look before vanishing from behind a passing student, followed by Ironwood exiting Ozpin's tower, spotting Loki following the Atlesian Knights he gave quick chase.

Upon getting off of the Bullhead with team RWB behind them, team JNPR shared a look over the campus of beacon for Loki, with Nora, and what was present of team RWB(Y), searching over the small groups of students for any sight of Loki Nora jumped as Neo appeared with a frantic look on her face.

"Nora, you need to get to Yang and Loki, Ironwood might do something to piss him off" giving the assassin a look of confusion, team RWB spoke.

"Wait, why is Loki defending Yang after what she did?" turning to a worried Weiss, Blake spoke.

"Because he saw through an act from Mercury, when the paramedics came, they said blood was bleeding from his legs, I didn't smell any iron in the air"

"And it was an act from Mercury" turning to Neo as she changed into a paramedic uniform, she switched back.

"We need to stop them before a war breaks out" sharing a look Nora was the first to rush forward, followed by Blake and Ruby, with Weiss following beside Neo and the rest of team JNPR.

"Mr Fenris!" stopping at hearing Ironwoods voice as the Atlesian mechs stood in formation in front of team RWBY's room, Loki inhaled deeply, turning to Ironwood as he approached, the man stood with a look of authority as he stopped in front of Loki who clenched his hands tightly before relaxing them.

"Do you have any idea what you were doing defending a criminal?" letting a growl at the question, Loki spoke.

"I know what I saw, I saw yang defend herself from that robot legged prick" seeing Ironwood give him a look of disbelief.

"Do you honestly think people will believe your accusation when Mr Black is on his way back to Haven!?" turning to get the Knights away from Yang, Loki spoke.

"I don't really care at this moment because as soon as Yang is proven innocent Mercury's gonna need prosthetic arms to match his legs!" stopping at feeling his shoulder grabbed by Ironwood he felt his teeth bare.

"If you continue this course of action I will have to arrest both you and Ms Xiao Long, she has video evidence against her as proof that you are defending the wrong party here, Fenris!" feeling his breaking point rising Loki spoke.

"Let go of me Ironwood"

"No, you will let me handle this mess you're girlfriend has gotten herself in when she attacked Black"

"I said let go of me Ironwood!" growling now as his patience began to dwindle, Ironwood spoke.

"Not until you admit what ever you saw happen in the arena, is not what you saw and let me deal with a Crimin-!" seeing Loki spin and grab his throat, Ironwood would had been stunned by the wolf Faunus' strength if it weren't for the fact, Loki's face was slowly becoming wolf like, his golden eyes glowing a crimson red.

"I KNOW WHAT I SAW, JAMES, I SAW THAT METAL FOOTED FUCKER ATTACK YANG WHEN SHE HAD HER BACK TO HIM, SHE WOULDN'T DO THIS TO ANYONE!" Lifting Ironwood further off the ground as his size grew, the Atlesian Knights had their weapons trained on Loki as he let out a snarl, failing to see or hear yang throw the door open, gasping at the sight of Loki holding Ironwood against the wall, neither of them noticed her or Nora in the Hallway.

"And what makes you believe people will believe you over footage!?" seeing Ironwood reach for his hand gun, Loki would had roar if not for Yang rushing to his side.

"Loki, don't!" seeing Loki's eyes flicker to gold at hearing Yang's voice they became blood red once more with Loki's baring his teeth until Nora rushed to his side, pulling him back with a hug the two snapped Loki from his rage induced trance, Loki looked down to a sobbing Yang as she held onto him, followed by him turning to Nora his eyes looked down to the ground as he brought them into an embrace, leaving Ironwood holding his neck as it began to redden, he went to speak until the voice of Ozpin gained his attention as Qrow followed Ruby towards the trio.

"James… my office… Now" sparing a glance to Loki as he held Yang, James rubbed his neck with a grimace, following Ironwood as Qrow knelt down to the three with Ruby holding onto Yang.

"Hey kid, you ok?" seeing Loki give no response, Qrow looked to the Atlesian knights as they left he held the three with a grunt, making them stand, he, with Ruby's help, moved them inside team RWBY's dorm, Blake and Weiss turning the corner as he closes the door.

"Ok, someone explain to me on what happened, cause I had never heard him get this angry" turning to yang as she wiped her eyes, Loki held her protectively, his face devoid of anything other than shame and a smoldering anger beneath.

"I lost it" turning to Loki as he spoke in a whisper, Qrow went to speak until Loki looked up, his eyes a glowing crimson that reminded Qrow all too much of a cornered Beowolf.

"I saw Him attack Yang, Qrow, I saw him attack and I was close to ripping his arms off in response!" clenching his hands as his claws grew, Loki gulped tightly as sweat began to pour from his head.

"Before Mercury attacked… I heard a sound, like something slashing through air, and when I stared at the prick" blinking now with a wince, Loki spoke.

"I saw two of him, a blurred visage standing perfectly still, and clear as day mercury attacking Yang" looking up as his eyes glow dulled at seeing Qrow's own stare back, the man placed a hand on Loki's shoulder.

"I'll keep an eye out for him in future for questioning, right now though people don't even know where he is"

"Convenient much" turning to Blake's voice at the door, she moved to Yang to hug her tightly.

"What do we do now?" turning to Ruby as Loki looked to her as his eyes melted into a soft gold.

"For now… we let the Tournament go on, Pyrrah's match is next"

"And whose she going against?" turning to Loki as he questioned the obvious, Qrow shrugged.

"Could be anyone"

"I can tell something is gonna fuck up the day tomorrow" hugging Yang for a minute, it took Loki a second to realise she had fallen asleep in his arms, making his eyes stare down at her with a saddened smile.

Following that was Loki making his way to his teams room before hearing his scroll ringing, rubbing his eyes he held it up to see a message from Neo.

"They're still here?"

Looking up as his eyes glowed a deep red, Loki failed to notice the right side of his face cracking open, showing a skulls eye socket glaring into the world.
