I was in the hall in Glaven Keep as I was in the presence of the Chieftain, who was recovering from such a long and dangerous spell that was cast upon him. Even though life on Minas Tirith was slowly returning, my mission was far from over as I noticed Oriana arriving the moment she brought over a small box in her hands. Both father and daughter were there to have me escort the new emperor towards dangerous territory as I had to do so as a member of the Order of Letters.

"I've did my part into restoring you to full and helped usher the liveliness of this planet," I said.

"My Lord," said Oriana as she opened the box to reveal a ring inside of it. "I've hidden this ring from everyone, including that fiend, Brackavar." She brings it out as she hands it over to me. "This ring once belonged to the Tirithian royal family before their ouster. I hope that the new emperor of this planet takes this."

"I'll see that he has it on his finger." I examined the ring carefully as it had the crest that was once worn by the forebears of Tirithian royalty. "This ring is made from a mixture of ethereal metal and silver, which are known to be weapons against monsters and demons."

"I hope that our new emperor is alive and safe," said the Chieftain. "You've did your part well into helping this planet thrive again, My Lord—I mean Sam—for it is also a blessing that we are now on terms to bring the new ruler to safety towards the imperial city of Evenstar."

"Evenstar..." I was beginning to remember a time that I had as the name of the city was coming back to my memories. "I've been there before, but that was a long time ago until I was whisked away to live in the fort on Gehenna."

It wasn't long until I began to sense a vision coming as I saw myself planting a seed in a courtyard. It was an old memory that was thought to be forgotten as I also had to escort Roderick to Evenstar, but the presence of the Clerics would be intolerable there. By the time I returned to reality, I left the hall as I was on my way to fetch Roderick and start my mission to return him to Minas Tirith's throne, for the time of the Clerics was coming to an end in this long battle on the planet so far…

Roderick was in his room as he saw the liveliness that was bustling from outside. After yesterday's change of events, he never expected to be abducted from his home on Lannister and carted here on Minas Tirith, but he was also in for something more than what was expected from his home life in the village and planet he grew up in. Even after his attempted kidnapping, he never expected to be whisked away from another world as he was scoping his surroundings carefully. Looking out the window, he saw the once grey skies change back into a vibrant blue as he noticed several of the townsfolk going about their daily business. When he decided to leave his room, he spotted me approaching as he was about to be sent into further details, for it was fate that was leading him to a much higher position than one expects.

"I guess that I'm not on Lannister anymore," he said to me.

"Roderick," I said. "What I looked into was something of a shock to you, for you're part of the Tirithian royal family that was ousted from power by the same Clerics who squatted here on this planet."

"What's going on? Am I in trouble or something?"

"No, but you're the next emperor of Minas Tirith."

Roderick gasps in shock as he heard the news about his future after being plucked from Helvarga on Lannister. Still, he had to know more about the truth of his lineage as he also had no other choice but to adhere to what was put in front of him. Just as I was about to lead him into the main hall, I noticed a familiar face appear out of nowhere as he was on business. What I didn't expect was that he brought someone who was thought to be dead in the Elder Days as he was still dressed in his usual innkeeper attire, for they were there for a reason so far.

"It's been a while, Sammy," he said to me.

"Shigeru," I answered. "It's been a while since we last went up against the Executive Division."

"I'm not here for just business, but to escort the future newlyweds to Evenstar just like what you're doing."

"Wait! If I'm emperor, then what about my old man?!" cried Roderick. "He works at a bakery and he is wanting me to succeed the family business! I can't leave him high and dry like that!"

"I looked up the files in the Alecrian Army and your old man wasn't born on Alecrast. It turns out that he was the last sire of the Tirithian royal family who were rumored to be stealing witching items from straggler witches, but that isn't the case. The real reason why those Clerics ousted the Tirithian royal family was to stifle this planet back in the dark ages, for they didn't like the future of what would come next. There's a train that goes to the imperial city of Evenstar, for it's up to us to escort not only you, but the new empress as well."

"He's right about that one," said Mick. "I may not hear much from any lineage, but I also know of talk of how to overthrow those buggers who took the throne. You can't just expect or fear change, for it will always be there without warning."

Roderick saw me fish out the ring that was given to me earlier. Walking towards him, I decided to place it on the ring finger of his right hand as it was a symbol of his ascension to bring down the Clerics. Still, he was in for an adventure of his life as he would soon return to the throne that was once usurped by the Clerics. What he wasn't about to expect was that there could also be danger for both him and Tori in the long run. He never wanted to leave the safe space which was akin to what was known to be a normal life, but he had no other choice but to adhere to his calling whether he liked it or not, for there was a mission to fulfill…

Reiko was ready to make her way home as she walked towards the room with the red rubber ball just to return to Targaryen to tend to the children and other things. After making some food for me to take on the train earlier, she lamented not seeing Shigeru in time as she had to get back to our temporary home right now. Although she was making her way back, she turned around to see Castiel following her to see her safe from harm. When they reached the room with the red rubber ball, they were about to close the door behind them until they noticed Salindria and Veyos stopping them from leaving, for there was dread in the air. Castiel had a gut feeling that someone other than Ailnoth or the Executive Division would cause trouble as he noticed the red rubber ball beginning to lose its glow for no reason, for this was a bad sign indeed.

"I had a bad feeling that an old alternate foe would be coming here," said Salindria.

"Is something wrong?" asked Reiko.

"Mother Akemi told me that there would be grim signs sooner or later," said Veyos.

"The Alternate Michael has emerged from the shadows," said Castiel.

"As long as he doesn't parade in the Hunter Corps captain stationed on Shiganshina, there won't be any problems. From what I gathered, he's on his way to this planet after being dispatched by Lady Shion in order to not only protect the future Emperor and Empress, but the savior as well."

"Sammy…," said Reiko as she was starting to worry about me. "He's with Shigeru and the others on their way to Evenstar. I just hope that they're alright..."

"Sam will be safe for the time being, Lady Reiko," said Castiel. "As for the presence of Michael in plain sight, he is waiting to strike, so we must be careful. He may have been killed by Jack in the Elder Days, but he has been reborn in this day and age to cause havoc just like he did when he fled from his own alternate timeline. For now, it's time that I escort you home before anything else happens here on this planet. Sam must watch his back if the alternate Michael ever has tendencies to strike him down."

It wasn't long until Reiko and Castiel saw a group of soldiers arriving as they escorted them and the others out of the room with the red rubber ball. Still, the presence of Alternate Michael was a cause for alarm as the memories from the Elder Days were coming into the present, for we were all on edge in this ongoing war in front of us…

The imperial city of Evenstar was silent as the leader of the Clerics was sitting in the throne of the Tirithian emperor as he was on edge after his defeat in Glaven Keep. Even though he was afraid of change, he refused to budge as he was not about to throw in the towel yet. The fulfillment of bringing light back to Minas Tirith had reached other people on the planet as the Clerics were ready to defend Evenstar from the future that was coming. Just as he was about to call forth his fellow Clerics, he saw an unknown young man with lavender hair and blue eyes standing there all dressed up in nothing more than a pair of raggedy shorts and matching tank top with a pair of sandals on his feet. The leader of the Clerics never saw him before as he was willing to get him out of the hall before his fellow brethren arrived. What he didn't expect was that the young man standing in front of him refused to budge as he was there to issue a warning of what was yet to come, for he meant business with a smile on his face.

"I demand you to leave before I throw you out!" yelled the Cleric leader as he drew out his blade.

"You don't scare me, Nehuddin," he said as he refused to leave. "Therefore, the savior is coming, but he's making it difficult for my disciples to catch him on the spot."

"That silver-haired infidel caused so much trouble here on this planet and now he will be bringing the heir to the throne here."

"That is not my problem, but I'm here to see such amusement." The young man unleashes a powerful angelic aura as it was similar to that from an archangel. "Do you know who I truly am, Nehuddin? I'm the one who will get the next fight after the battle between Cain and Ailnoth."

"Who or what are you?" Nehuddin was cringing with fear as he was afraid of the young man that was there in front of him. "Are you one of those demons who serve that fleeting fool in Hell?"

"No, but I am the one who hitched a ride to this true timeline from my own dimension, for I am the one who once dangled the meatsuit of the Dean Winchester of old from the Elder Days and I was having fun once I brought up some monsters to be tortured and culled for my amusement. And do you know who I am, Nehuddin? I am Michael from the apocalyptic time pocket in which I slew Lucifer in front of that Nephilim brat."

"No… Begone, you unholy parasite!"

"I don't think so, for this meatsuit that I wear has a youthful purpose after all and I would be happy to get rid of you and you fellow Clerics!"

It wasn't long until the young man used his aura to burn Nehuddin alive as he crumbled to dust. When the other Clerics arrived, they were scared to death as the intruder was making his motive clear in his ongoing crusade. The sight of Nehuddin's ashes on the floor rattled the other Clerics as they saw Michael walking towards the throne the moment he sat down, for he was ready to give a warning to the usurpers a taste of their own medicine, for he wasn't about to be merciful once he achieved his goals on the sidelines. By the time he vanished without a trace, the other Clerics were shaken to the core as they were also fearing the inevitable in the form of Minas Tirith's true heir approaching, but not without a fight.

"This Michael means business," said the female Cleric as she brought out a broom and dustpan to clean up the ashes of her fallen leader. "And yet, we also have to contend with that clueless fool who lived on Lannister for years."

"No, we've lost this battle, Shohreh," said a Cleric as he was fearing the worst. "The young man who killed Nehuddin is a monster like the ones that he tainted in the Elder Days with his grace. He even once wore the meatsuit of a Hunter Corps captain's past self the moment he slew Lucifer. He is a much more lethal threat than the fiend who was once slain by that High Elf, Torune Mitani."

"Don't be a fool, Nadir! We will never give up this place after the Tirithian royal family squandered their efforts to steal the many witching tools that were left behind by their handlers! I won't let the new Emperor of this planet threaten us further!"

"We will defend Evenstar till the last Cleric draws breath, but our efforts will be in vain once the savior ushers in the one who will restore this entire planet further. We should also focus our concerns about the one who killed Nehuddin by reducing him to ash. Michael is a much more possible threat than the savior himself, for he would cause further harm for the one with silver hair if we're not careful."

Without warning, a swarm of renegade Clerics stormed the palace as they were led by Selina, who noticed the ashes of the fallen leader on the floor. With the two Clerics placed under custody, there was an inspection that was conducted as Selina had a gut feeling that the presence of Michael would hamper things without warning. Turning around, she saw a group of inspectors combing the entire castle for possible Clerics who would pose a threat against the Tirithian royal family, for there was a problem that would spring up out of nowhere.

"Selina Mahoney," said Shohreh as she was surrounded by soldiers with handcuffs at her wrists. "I knew that you would come here to usurp what we took away from the squanderers!"

"Keep your mouth shut!" she yelled. "What happened here isn't out of the ordinary. The Michael from the apocalyptic time pocket was here and he made a mess."

"You're just a Lorien Elf from Valinor! You know nothing about the presence of deadly angels or demons!"

"I know very well about the apocalyptic Michael while the real one remained in Lucifer's cage in the Elder Days. I did a little digging and the Fitzgerald Clan on Kaijirin once told of their ancestor going undercover to stop the one who killed your leader, only to drink the angelic blood laced with Michael's grace that made him invulnerable to conventional weapons, except for decapitation."

"And you expect the new ruler to return?! Good luck on that!"

It wasn't long until a group of soldiers from the Hunter Corps arrived as they were none other than the squad that was led by Dean of all people. He never been here to Evenstar before as he noticed the group of renegade Clerics and inspectors cleaning the ashes that were there on the floor. Even though he arrived here, he was also there to soon meddle in my affairs as he was waiting for me to arrive by train, for he also had a duty to protect me against my wishes after all.

"Someone must have smoked a bunch with the ashes on the floor," he said as he noticed the last of them being picked up into an urn. "Whoever did that must have loved to leave a mess."

"You're late!" yelled Selina.

"Hey, I just got here from Shiganshina with my men, thanks to the spare ship near the Dabb Mountains courtesy of Shion."

"Michael from the time loop came here to issue a warning against your brother. Your past self was once possessed by him in the Elder Days and even kept him prisoner at a time in his own mind."

"I read the books at the train station in Mithrandir while I was fixing the car. I heard of how my past self was used by Michael just to entrap him at the epilogue of The Spear. I've even read the extra bits of how he escaped his prison, possessed Rowena and have his grace slurped out and killed by Jack Kline from the Elder Days. It ain't a walk in the park, but we have to stick to our guns when it comes to what's been going on here."

"Ma'am, we found something!"

Everyone rushed to a small urn near the throne as Dean had a gut feeling that something was wrong. What he suspected was that something glowing was contained in it as he was ready to examine it until he saw a vision flooding his head. He was seeing his past self fighting the alternate Michael in a bar room as they were battling for control of what was all over. He feared the worst as the alternate Michael from the Elder Days was more dangerous and spiteful while dressed in his sharp dapper clothes, for he read about it for far too long. By the time he saw his past self seal the alternate Michael in a storage room while placing a screw to where the latch was, he was returning to reality as he noticed Selina and her team gingerly picking up the urn and getting it out of the way.

"I know what you foresaw, Dean," she said.

"Alt-Mike's on the prowl and he'll stop at nothing to cause havoc," he said.

"You saw a struggle between your past self and the one who caused terror to the clerics. I know of it because of the fact that a Lorien Elf's senses are more sharper than what a Terran possesses. The Michael who was here earlier had a warning for Minas Tirith's future Emperor."

"What kind of warning are we talking about?"

"The archangel who occupies the corpse of a young Atreidian man has sent out monsters who are tainted by the grace he gave them. It is also said that the archangel was once killed by Jack Kline after he absorbed his grace, but at the price of losing his own soul eons ago. Time elapsed, but there has been a reset button on the apocalyptic version of our newest enemy, but we can't let our guard down. Luckily, I dispatched Domina Futuba's consort and an old friend who was once killed in the Elder Days. If you haven't heard of Mick Davies by now, he's one of my operatives who monitored the activities in the Kingdom by the River on Alecrast before the ouster of the corrupt twins who murdered their uncle and nearly sold the Domina out to demons. He's no stranger to battle, but he's also someone who also monitored on the monster activity that's under the nose of the locals." Selina gets out her tablet as she sees a map of Minas Tirith in close proximity in which the location of a passenger train was indicated. "The Emperor and Empress are on the train, but not without the backup and diplomacy of your brother." She spots several red dots on the tablet map as she sensed the worst coming. "The tainted monsters are on the move and under Michael's orders. From what I know, they're a pack of werewolves that were serving jail time on Kaijirin's brutal prison underwater on that planet. They're sent to kill the new Emperor, but if they see your brother on that train, they'll report him to the Executive Division and their true handler."

Dean was stunned to hear about me escorting Roderick and Tori to the imperial city as he was not about to let this matter slide. To him, my safety was the top priority in this ongoing war against the Executive Division as he had to act fast before it was too late. When he was about to go out the door, he saw something glowing in the distance as he had a gut feeling that I would be in serious danger as there was dread in the air, for he had to act fast before it was too late…

I was on the train to Evenstar as I was accompanied by Roderick and Tori, along with Shigeru and Mick on our journey. Even though we left Glaven Keep, I never wanted to leave Reiko behind, but she was ready to return home after our duty here was completed. With a basket of food in front of me, I stared at the freshly baked muffins that were made with care. Just as I was about to grab one, I saw Mick rush into the compartment I was in as he took it out of my hand and began to eat it just in time to quell the hunger he had. Still, I didn't mind the company as I took another muffin and began to eat it while sitting in the train. The sights of the train ride to Evenstar reminded me of the bustling countryside back home on Alecrast as I also noticed a stretch of concrete complete with automobiles fit for transportation. It was a first for me to see other cars and trucks bustling on the road besides the Impala as I also saw a sign that said "Welcome to Evenstar" in bold white letters on a blue background. I was impressed to see the roads of Minas Tirith relying on more than just dirt and rails as I even noticed some truckers travelling back and forth wherever they needed to go to.

If only Dean were here to see this… No—I can't bother him right now, but he's most likely to be bothering me of all people. I couldn't interfere with his duties with his soldiers on Shiganshina, but I had a gut feeling that he would show up eventually, for it would only be a matter of time before that happened again. Anyway, I had other priorities at hand right now. Even after I noticed Mick sleeping on the train, I didn't bother him as it was a long ride away to our destination so far. Just as the train was about to cross towards Evenstar, I heard the door open up as I spotted a familiar librarian with a large stack of books with him. It was Yukiwa as he was ready to return to Essos with his treasures, for he had a grand look on his face after he collected what he had.

"It's been a while, Yukiwa," I said.

"Twenty volumes of the Altercation Arc and they were on sale," he said. "Here they are: Stranger in a Strange Land, Gods and Monsters, The Scar, Mint Condition, Nightmare Logic, Optimism, Unhuman Nature, Byzantium, The Spear, Nihilism, Damaged Goods, Prophet and Loss, Lebanon, Ouroboros, Peace of Mind, Don't Go in the Woods, Game Night, Absence, Jack in the Box, and Moriah. Those things will lead up the final arc of what I've been collecting so far."

"Well, Supernatural is very popular among the masses."

"That last one in the Altercation Arc ends like an episode of The Walking Dead with zombies rising from the graves and ready to attack the Winchesters of old. Still, there's more to collect on this journey of filling the library, but-"

CRASH!

I heard the sound of something fall on top of the train as I had a gut feeling that something was wrong. Getting up and rushing out of the compartment I was in, I saw a tear above the ceiling as the train stopped abruptly. I sensed that something was there to deter me from escorting Roderick and Tori to Evenstar as I spotted a group of humanoids who were sniffing around the train, but where did they come from? From what I suspected, the humanoids were werewolves as I was no stranger to stopping them until I was pulled back into the compartment by Shigeru, who was on high alert. He was also aware of the danger that sabotaged our journey as he drew out his sword the moment he was ready to strike, for he had a gut feeling that our attackers weren't the usual monsters.

"Looks like the Lassie squad just rushed in with an upgrade," he said.

"It had to be werewolves," I said.

"Those aren't ordinary run-of-the-mill werewolves, Sammy. These guys are laced with an archangel's grace and immune to silver. The only way to peg them off is to decapitate them before it's too late."

Without warning, a werewolf lunged at us as we were ready to strike him down carefully without hurting any passengers. What we didn't expect was that the male intruder was more quicker than the normal monsters the moment we spotted him getting ready to attack. Still, I had to stop the intruder the moment I used my raw power to subdue him before it was too late. The werewolf was trying his best to break free until he succeeded, only for me to use my long silver hair to change into a pair of blades in which I had no other choice but to slash him to bits, but I had to know the motive behind this raid. Just as I was about to interrogate the werewolf, two more rushed towards me as they were ready to go for the kill, only for Shigeru to intervene with his sword by decapitating them. With one werewolf remaining and maimed, we were about to get some answers as there was something wrong here indeed.

"You won't get far here, Winchester scum!" said the werewolf.

"Who sent you to attack this train?" asked Shigeru as he pointed his sword at the mangled monster.

"I can't tell you… It's just business to get rid of the Tirithian emperor and his wife."

"There's more than just threatening to snuff out Roderick and Tori Tinker just to keep them away from going to Evenstar, isn't there?"

"He told us to kill not only the future rulers of this popsicle stand, but that tall silver-haired Winchester as well."

"Who the hell is he that you speak of?" I asked.

"It's some kid in raggedy clothes who says he's the Michael from the apocalyptic timeline. He's got a beef with those who defied him from the Elder Days, but they're long dead. He even bears a grudge against this Jack Kline punk." The werewolf coughs up blood as he was struggling to regenerate. "The kid's not alone, but there's this guy who paid us double to snuff you out."

My worst fear was confirmed as the presence of Sawney Masbath unnerved me to the bone. I thought that he was transported back to Belbe Citadel on Gehenna, but he mostly acquired and abused the knowledge that the witches who stowed away through the stars behind. With the remaining werewolf finally decapitated, by my own sword, I had to report what was going on in which this business into returning Roderick to the Tirithian throne was about to get ugly…

Dean was outside the palace in Evenstar as he spotted an Order of Letters ship approaching. He was in hot water after leaving Shiganshina, but he noticed that a group of Lorian Elves emerged and ready to search out the remaining clerics who squatted in the city. To his surprise, he noticed Desna arriving as he was also there to survey what was about to go down, for he sensed dread to the fullest. It wasn't long until he saw several fleeing clerics being arrested the moment the peope who lived in the city decided that enough was enough, but to what end, I wonder… By the time Selina emerged to greet the entourage who came here to Minas Tirith, she was more than likely to be joining them, but had to make sure that the clerics weren't there doing further damage.

"Desna Trelundar, I presume?" she said.

"These Elves are from the Hunter Corps, but are loyal to the Mahoney Clan," he said.

"They've been in war before, but the Second Galvanic Uprising has gone to hell indeed."

"With Project Apollo and Project Ra in the can, all we got to worry about is how to deal with Project Amaterasu and Project Helios," said Dean. "As for our other problem, it's the winged menace that's made it back here after being dormant in the resurrection department. As for my own predicament, I'd rather get back to Shiganshina before I get my ass chewed."

"There's a change of plans, Dean. Most recently, a group of werewolves that were tainted by the grace of our runaway apocalyptic archangel have targeted Roderick Tinker and his new bride that were escorted from Glaven Keep not too long ago. Whoever sent them—"

"—is more than likely to destroy a savior," said Sawney as he emerged out of nowhere. "That ginger bitch and her allies may have gotten the upper hand into putting me back in prison, but an old foe from the Elder Days has set me free to do whatever I want."

Dean was seething at the tips of his teeth as he saw Sawney throwing hex bags onto the ground. The power of the magic stunned him until he spotted Selena use an incantation to burn them on contact. Anger flooded the escapee as he was itching to pull a fast one and decided to snap his fingers to call upon an unsuspected surprise. Little did everyone know was that a group of vampires emerged the moment Dean noticed an odd appearance from them. They were sickly and starving for humanoids as they were running towards everyone. Sawney was happy to see the vampires coming towards several members of the Hunter Corps as they were hungry for blood. What he didn't expect was that the Lorien Elves had their arrows at the ready as they fired at the starving group with arrows tipped with Dead Man's Blood, but they weren't stopping. With Desna joining the fray, he sensed that something was wrong as he got out a chakram made from ethereal metal from his hip holster. By the time he threw it, the chakram sliced off some of the heads of the vampires until Dean changed into his diamond form and fired projectiles at the rest in which he had a gut feeling that something was wrong with what was going on. Seeing Sawney fleeing, he was poised to go after him until Desna stopped him on the spot, for there was a long and heated grudge flaming up.

"Get back here, you son-of-a-bitch!" he yelled.

"Captain!" yelled Desna. "There's nothing we can do, but the Hunter Corps is on the case right now."

"Those suckheads that we dispatched should've been dead on arrival after being shot by arrows."

"I know, but I fear that your opponent is playing with more than just fire." Desna walked towards one of the corpses as he picks up his chakram until he notices something glowing from the headless body. "These monsters have been tainted with an angel's grace."

"I read all about it in those books at the Mithrandir train station on Shiganshina. In the Elder Days, my past self made a deal in Let the Good Times Roll, but being the true vessel of Michael, he was overpowered and siphoning his own grace on the same monsters that we've been fighting against for centuries. It made the usual run-of-the-mill ones more immune to silver and other things, but they were more hopped up on steroids than normal. If the Order gets wind of this crap, then we'll be dealing with more than just the typical hodge-podge that's being churned out by the Executive Division."

It wasn't long until Selina rushed to examine the corpse on the ground as she fished out a small vial and scooped up what was left of the grace from it. She was aware of Michael's presence as she also had a gut feeling that we were all dealing with more than just the Executive Division and the Red Inquisition gnawing at our ankles, for this was a sign of dread indeed…

Shigeru led the way to stop some of the werewolf intruders as he was armed with his sword. Even though he sensed that there were four werewolves on board so far, he wasn't about to let them harm the other passengers as he spotted one of them sniffing for more than just the intended targets. He was aware that the monster was hungry as he saw him getting ready to let loose the moment he bore out his sharp teeth. Shigeru couldn't let him harm those people as he used his Nephilim abilities to stop him in his tracks, but he also heard footsteps coming from behind. After he finished off the werewolf in front of him, he turned around as he saw another one rushing towards him the moment he was knocked to the ground with a powerful left hook. Getting back up, he saw the assailant bearing his teeth as he was overwhelmed with hunger for more than just humanoid flesh, for he was sniffing for a much more delectable delicacy in mind.

"Sorry, Rin Tin Tin, but the dinner table is reserved," said Shigeru.

"Your precious savior is what I'm craving for," said the werewolf.

"If you ended up doing away with Sammy, I hope that he gives your sorry ass a bad case of indigestion on the side!"

BANG!

A shot rang out as the werewolf was hit with a bullet to the head the moment he turned around to see Mick with a gun in his hand. Anger flooded the monster as he was ready to strike, only for Shigeru to finish him off by decapitating him. It was a good team effort into stopping three of the werewolf intruders, but the fourth one was still at large. It wasn't long until Shigeru saw the grace coming from the headless corpses as there was foul work in the making, for he had to be on his guard in order to protect everyone on the train. Even though it was still going, both Shigeru and Mick went towards the main control area as they found the conductor and driver dead and without anyone to work the controls of it.

"Looks like they had a midnight snack," said Mick.

"With the train going at a high speed, it might end up derailing if we don't stop it," said Shigeru as he looked out the window and noticed a bridge that was blown up. "We've been had!"

"What's going on?"

"The bridge to Evenstar just got blown up recently, but we're gonna end up falling from it if we don't stop this train!"

"Do you know how to drive one?"

"Gramps taught me about trains and how they work, for I will shut that puppy down before we're all toast here!"

Shigeru manned the controls as he was knowing what he was doing. His knowledge of trains were good enough to slam the brakes of the driverless train before it went off a cliff as everyone was safe for the time being. Even though we survived, we weren't about to throw in the towel readily as Mick spotted a few passengers who met their fate at the hands of the intruders who came here earlier. They were there to kill Roderick and Tori, but their insatiable appetite for humanoid flesh ended up becoming their downfall to the bitter end, for it wasn't over yet.

"We have to see to the future of Minas Tirith," said Shigeru.

"Are they alright?" asked Mick.

"They won't be if we don't stop that last butt-sniffer from snuffing them out. The monsters here on the train have been upgraded with the grace of an archangel, but the emperor and empress aren't just their only targets. Sam is also targeted as well. He may be the savior, but there are those who will stop at nothing to abuse what he has within him."

"Is it that raw power?"

"It's the same stuff that everyone wants just to take advantage of for no reason or end. I've known Sam ever since I spotted him on Gehenna, but his position in the Order is more than just being an Elder and diplomat. He's even achieved into being a god of the Ashizoka System in general, but he's still got a long way to go so far."

It wasn't long until Shigeru and Mick looked out the window to see a ship approaching in which they had a gut feeling that there was backup coming. Still, we had to ride the storm out, for this wasn't over in this ongoing war against every big bad that was coming for me in the wings. We all had to do our part, for the future of this galaxy was hanging on the edge for me to become what I was born to be in this time of crisis...

Roderick was hiding in the baggage car with Tori as he heard the ruckus coming from the train itself. The sound of people screaming was unbearable as he feared the worst approaching. Even though he was slated to be Minas Tirith's new emperor, he was uncomfortable with what was going on all over the train. He never expected this for a while, but he was in for a rude awakening in the form of what was everywhere. Still, he had to protect Tori from harm as he was no stranger to the old war stories that his late father told him from long ago, for the monsters were real and dangerous in mind. With the train stopping, he was on edge as he was aware of the chaos in it. He had to make sure that Tori wasn't harmed as he also had a responsibility for his people here on Minas Tirith, for he couldn't sit this one out yet.

"I have a bad feeling about this…," he said.

"What's going on out there?" asked Tori.

"There's trouble on this train." Roderick walks towards the door of the car as he peeked through a hole. "What the hell?" He sees a werewolf crashing into the window of the second car as he was scared to see it sniffing around. "Oh, shit! My old man told me about those things!"

"Is it about the werewolves?"

"They feed on the hearts of their victims, but the only to get rid of them is to pump them with a lot of silver, but we don't have any weapons!"

Without warning, Roderick saw the werewolf from outside charging towards him. Getting out of the way, he shielded Tori as he was ready to fight the moment he spotted a spear with a silver blade on it. When he picked it up, he was ready to go up against the werewolf that was standing in front of him. What he didn't expect was that the werewolf himself was gaining the upper hand the moment he was ready to attack, for he sniffed blood and was ready to kill the future of Minas Tirith in broad daylight.

"That puny little pikestaff won't puncture me, you little ginger!" he yelled. "With that kid's grace, I'm all Six Million Dollar Man without the bells and whistles!"

"What grace?!" cried Roderick as he was pointing the spear at the werewolf.

"It was some kid who was in cahoots with Sawney Masbath. He even said that he knew the past self of that Hunter Corps captain who is stationed on Shiganshina from the Elder Days. Still, he's not here, but his little brother is here and we'll make short work of his sorry ass the moment—"

It wasn't long until a morphed blade made short work of the werewolf in which his head was cut off and rolling onto the floor. What Roderick and Tori didn't expect was that I was there with my long silver hair morphed into the same blade that killed the intruder that was about to do away with them. I had to protect them as the future of Minas Tirith was hanging in the balance, for the new emperor and empress had to be secured from harm.

"Sam! Thank the gods!" yelled Tori as she was relieved to see me here.

"That werewolf said that he had some grace in him. Is that true?" said Roderick.

"It is," I said. "The small group of werewolves have been taken out, but we got word that Valinor's finest is arriving here." I spotted a hint of the evidence that powered up the monsters from the corpse I dispatched as I grabbed a vial and scooped it up. "It's true after all, but we're expecting company."

It wasn't long until I rushed outside the train as I saw a Hunter Corps ship arriving as it was landing near the location that we all stopped at. I saw the bridge that was destroyed as I stepped out of the train in which I even noticed a control device that was dented up and damaged earlier. Someone had sabotaged our efforts in our mission to Evenstar in which I also noticed a hex bag that was unused and on the ground. Sawney Masbath was here as I had a bad feeling that he would do more harm to those around me, for he bore a lingering grudge that he kept. Just as I was about to return to the train, I spotted Dean arriving as he was aware of what was going on, for he was also in this fight just as much as I was.

"We need to talk, Sammy," he said to me.
