Cinder screamed in pain. She didn't know where she was, Kval's ally teleported her to a dark room.

'How!? My eye! My arm! What was that light? That silver light! Blood! I need to stop the bleeding first!'

The room was pitch black, but still, Cinder could feel herself lying in a pool of her own blood. She had no choice, gathering fire in her right hand, she burned the severed wounds on her left, and her screams echoed in the dark room.

"You don't look so good. That little huntress really got you good, huh? Need a hand? Or maybe an eye?"

A small light bulb in the centre of the room lit up, She must have passed out from blood loss, she didn't even notice Kval approach her. Cinder was not in the mood for his antics, but she also lacked the strength to do anything.

"That looks painful, need a hand- oh, is that too insensitive? Too soon?"

'Kval… what does he want?'

Now that she looked at him, she saw that he was not alone, beside him was Adam, and he was chained up, up to his mouth, on the ground beside him.

Picnicked, Cinder tried to stand up, but was kicked right in the face, and a chain, suddenly appeared around her neck, and pulled her back up, up to Hazama's face.

'Damn you! If I wasn't weak from blood loss…'

"No… the Maiden power is mine…"

"What? No, on the contrary, I'm here to give you what you want, the Azure Grimoire. Here, let me give you a hand… and an eye. I'm so funny, right? Better get used to that, it'll be your personal running joke."

Black ribbons, came out of Hazuma's hand, and wrapped themselves around Cinder's severed arm, and she screamed!

"Yes yes. I get it. You got a booboo. Now shut up!"

The chains that were restraining her, moved to her mouth and covered them. The black ribbons, began to change shape, morphing into an arm, and they also moved up to her face, and entered her left eye. Adam, who never liked Cinder, even he was shaken.

'I'll kill You! I'll make you suffer! Kval!'

"AHAHAH!"

"She's still screaming. The last bitch didn't scream. Oh right! She got a Drive that made her unable to feel pain."

The purple cloak figure wearing a witch's hat from before appeared before them again, and then suddenly, the scenery changed, and now they are in another dark room.

'Teleportation! That purple witch teleported all three of us!' Thought Adam.

Rays of light shining down, Cinder and Adam looked in front of them, and saw two people, a man in a golden mask, and a girl, in a white kimono, a black cape, and a golden crown on her head. They could also sense two more people behind them.

Their chains on their feet were gone, Adam stood up, but was kicked in the back of his right knee, and he was forced to kneel down.

"Kneel before the Imperator Librarius!" Said a woman behind him.

"I kneel to no human!" Said Adam.

The woman knocked Adam in the back of his head with something, and his mask went flying. When his forehead hits the ground, she stepped on the back of his head, preventing Adam from getting up.

"Insolent Cur!"

"Hahaha, but you're not only kneeling, now you're bowing!" Laughed Hazama?.

'Imperator Librarius! Leader of the NOL!' Thought Cinder. 'Who?' Cinder looked at the man with the golden mask, and then at the girl with the golden crown. 'That little girl?'

The girl before, while having the dignity of a queen, seemed to be just a teenager, twenty at best.

"Careful Lieutenant, I just got those new toys, wouldn't want to break them so soon."

"Enough, Terumi." Said the Imperator. She glided toward Adam and Cinder. "What is it you desire?"

"Death! To all you humans!" Said Adam, fighting against his chain, and the foot on his head.

"That is easy. Death is easy. Making sure the dead stay dead is going to be more complicated."

'What is this human babbling about?'

The Imperator then turned to Cinder. "And you, woman?"

'I need to survive. Once my wounds are healed, you will all regret this. You will all pay!'

Cinder stood up and kneeled down. "I… only wish to serve…"

"So it's power then."

And Hazama snickered.

"Freedom, pain, knowledge, kinship, love, justice, and now, wrath and greed." The Imperator stated.

"Our very own eight temptations." Said Hazama. "Well… counting you, death, it will be nine. Nine, a nice number, isn't it not, Phantom?"

"What do you people want with me?" Asked Adam.

"To grant your wish, Adam Taurus. And you Cinder Fall. Now, rejoice. You had been chosen, by the personification of death, Hades: Izanami."
