Thechaosmaster: Hello everybody! And Happy New Year!

A huge mod emerges from nowhere.

Chaos: Wait! Wait! Wait! Now, before you guys track down my precise location and attempt to kill me, let me be honest with you. Now then, the reasons why I didn't upload are not good, so I won't lie. First: I got distracted by a game called Subnautica, and I got distracted by it. Second, well, I just kept getting distracted.

Kurivolt: But that's all behind him now, because he has been working incredibly hard trying to write this chapter.

Chaos nods: Yeah, no joke, this one took me a while to write, strictly because I wanted this chapter to feel authentic, and I hope I did just that. Well, I won't waste any more time, see you at the bottom, Kurivolt?

Kurivolt: Sir yes sir! Thechaosmaster does not own the rights to Digimon nor it's characters, nor does he own the rights to me, we all belong to our respectful owners. Chaos does own himself, aka, Luke and Olette. Chaos does not make any money writing this, just enjoyment.

Thechaosmaster: I said I was sorry!

Red: You could have been a little less psycho with your response!

Chaos: I didn't know that you would have such a drastic reaction like that!

Red: And whose bright idea was it to use that forbidden Genjutsu on me!?

Chaos: I'm sorry! I've been reading Naruto Fanfics for the past month, it's not my fault that the first thing to come to mine was…THAT!

Red scoffs as she folds her arms: Whatever!

Chaos: *sigh* Okay, everyone, while I am dealing with this mess, here is the updated chapter for what could only be my favorite chapter of this story. Red?

Red scoffs and says: Thejerkmaster over here doesn't own the rights to Digimon or their characters, and never will.

Chapter 19: Home Sweet Home

"Power, that's one thing, but love of family and of siblings is more important, is more powerful than any other power - at least earthly power, at least earthly power." Sander Levin.

Hey, everyone, Olette here. Let's do a recap, shall we? Datamon-Teme knew that Sora-Nee would never help him achieve his goals willingly, so, he decided to try and clone her, but when that failed by us saving her, he tried to erase us by opening up a pit into Etemon-Baka's Dark Network, but in the end, both he and Etemon-Baka were sucked inside of it, him, and everything else. Even Rouge-Chan was being sucked in. But I couldn't allow someone who had become, quite possibly my closest friend, second to only Luke-Koi, of course, be absorbed. So, I flew after her and rescued her before she was absorbed.

But, that was when Etemon-Baka returned, now fused with his Dark Network. Then, using their powers of their Tags and Crests, Greymon-San and Dorugamon-San Digivolved into MetalGreymon-San and DoruGreymon-San and using their elemental powers, Tai-Nii and Luke-Kun were able to defeat Etemon-Baka. But that was when, me, Tai-Nii, Luke-Kun, DoruGreymon-San, MetalGreymon-San, and Rouge-Chan were sucked up inside a giant vortex created by the defeat of Etemon. Now we find ourselves on Tai-Nii and Luke-Kun home world, Earth. What could happen next?

I was shocked at what I was seeing. No, really, I actually had to rub my eyes because what I was seeing had to be wrong. "You, you have got to be kidding me." I said, still in disbelief at the location we found ourselves in.

"No way!" Exclaimed Tai-Nii in equal amounts of shock.

"What happened?" Asked a very confused Koromon-San, who was confused as to where we are.

Then I heard Olette-Chan say, "Well, I'm guessing that we were pulled through some sort of dimensional opening between the Digital World and this one, wherever this one is." The way she said that, almost reminded me of Izzy-San, or me, in a way.

Then Tai-Nii looked around and said, "I bet that opening's the way we got to the Digital World, but where are we now? They look like human beings. This looks like Earth, but is it really?"

"I don't know. I've never been here before, Tai-San." Replied Koromon-San, who knew next to nothing about what the human world actually looks like.

"This can't be." Tai-Nii said once again in disbelief. "This looks like the park we played in as kids."

I looked around and saw that he was right and said, "It sure does. But, that would mean that we're in our hometown, Tai-Nii."

Then Koromon-San, Dorimon-San, and Olette-Chan and Rouge all turned to us and said, "No way!"

Then both of us nodded, then Tai-Nii pointed towards a large factory and said, "Yeah, that's the toy factory."

And I pointed towards another building and said, "And that's city hall over there."

Then Koromon-San seemed to have a statement to make as he said, "Tai-San, Luke-San, I don't mean to cut the sightseeing tour short, but..."

And Dorimon-San interrupted Koromon-San and said, "Have you guys noticed that we're not MetalGreymon or DoruGreymon anymore?"

Koromon-San nodded as he said, "We're back to being Dorimon and Koromon!"

I turned and saw that the two In-Training Digimon were right, then I heard Tai-Nii say, "Unbelievable. This can't be real."

Then Koromon-San turned towards me and said, "It feels real to..."

But then Koromon-San was suddenly hit by a ball, that seemed to knock all of us out of our shock. Then Tai-Nii turned to the little girl who retrieved her ball and asked, "Hey, tell us something, where are we? Is this world for real or are we imagining it?"

The little girl looked up at us in a very confused manner, then Koromon-San said, "We just want to know if you're real."

When I heard that, I turned to the two of them and said, "Guys, I think you could've..."

But instead of listening to me, Ani rudely asked, "Are you a real girl or a Digital girl?"

I turned to the girl and saw that she started crying. I groaned in annoyance as I grabbed Ani-Baka by his ear and pulled him away, then I said, "Hey, O-Chan, can you grab our 'ball', please?" I added emphasis on the word ball as I nodded my head to Koromon-San.

Olette-Chan already knowing what I was thinking, nodded as she said, "Sure thing, Luke-Kun." She then picked up Koromon-San and I heard her whisper, "Just pretend you're a soccer ball." She then turned to Rouge and said, "Come on, Rouge-Chan."

I turned to the black cat and saw that she was walking towards us on all four paws and had Dorimon-San on her back. I turned back to the little girl and said, "I'm sorry about what my Baka of a Goggle-Headed Nii-San had said, kid. He has a bad habit of not using his head when he speaks. I fear that his goggles cuts off the oxygen to his brain." Then I turned forward again and started walking, while dragging Tai-Nii by his ear.

While we were walking, Tai-Nii kept complaining, and trying to escape from my death grip and cried out, "Aye, Otouto! That hurts! How are you even strong enough to do this!?"

Without even looking back I said, "Just shut up, Tai-Baka, and keep walking." I threw Tai-Nii forward.

After Tai-Nii stopped, he gripped his ear in pain, he then glared at me and asked, "Keep walking where? Where are we going?" Just by the tone in his voice, I could tell that he was annoyed.

I just sent him a glare that could have stopped a heard of Monochromon and angrily said, "We're going home, Taichi! I thought that we would be able to come out here to the park and have some fun, but you had to go off and do something stupid." As I was saying this, I thought to myself, 'Come on, Ani. I know you're not that dumb. Understand what I am trying to do.' "Why is it that every time I agree to come out with you, that you always have to bring attention to us?"

Tai-Nii looked like he was about to ask me something, when I saw his eyebrows raise up to the sky, then he quietly said, "Ooohhh." In realization, he then nodded and walked up to me, then he whispered, "I'm sorry, Luke-Kun, I should have been thinking..."

And I interrupted him and said, "That's right, Tai-Baka! You should have been thinking!" I took a deep breath before calming myself down and walked past Nii-San and as I walked passed him, I whispered, "Now, then, let's just get out of here so we can figure out what's going on around here."

As we were walking towards home, Tai-Nii was sightseeing and I heard him say, "This all looks so familiar. This has to be our home, right, Luke-Chan?"

Ignoring the twitching in my right eye, I nodded and said, "Yes, we are home, Nii-San. Now then, instead of talking about going home let's actually head home."

Then I heard Koromon-San say, "Well, for your sake, it better be, but how can you be so certain that we're not still in the Digital World?"

Then Tai-Nii turned to look at Koromon-San and said, "We'll find out when we go to our house and see." I could hear the lightbulb go off in his head as he realized what he had said and asked, "Hey, did you hear what I said? 'When we get to our house?' Oh, wow! This has got to be the happiest day of my life! We're home, we're home, we're home!"

I grabbed my head in annoyance at Nii-San's childish personality. Yeah, I'm happy to be home and all, but I know that running around like an idiot would make you look crazy. And my life is mad enough as it is, so, deciding to try to defuse the ticking time bomb that was Nii-San, I turned to him and said, "Tai-Nii, I'm happy to be home as well, but can you please keep your excitement to yourself? At least wait until we actually get home, please?"

Tai-Nii turned to me in confusion as evident with the raised eyebrow on his face, he asked, "Hey, you don't seem to be excited to be here, Luke-Chan?"

I turned to him, my eye twitching rapidly as I said, "Oh, trust me, I am, Ani, but I am keeping myself calm and collective, so I don't bring attention to myself and make myself look like an idiot. And can you stop it with the 'Chan' crud already? I'm not a little kid, ya baka. Now, cool your jets, and let's head home." Then I started walking towards home.

Then Tai-Nii, even though I told him to chill out, was still as excited as bunny on a sugar rush said, "Oh, I can't wait to get home! And when they get a look at the three of you guys, they'll know that we're telling the truth. Then we'll..."

I turned to Tai-Nii and said, "Hey, Earth to Taichi, if you're going to be cheering, do it while we're walking!"

Tai-Nii looked up, and I locked eyes with him, and started glaring at him, then I said, "Unless you want people to start thinking you're crazy, keep it moving!" Then I continued onward with my pace.

Then I heard Rouge quietly ask, "Wouldn't that make you a hypocrite, Luke? After all, you're always doing crazy things."

I looked to Rouge, then I said, "Remember, that humans don't know that the Digital World even exists. So, if we go and start shouting out what we have seen to anybody that would listen, they will look at us weirdly. True, the adults could chop it up to us having an over reactive imagination, but unless you really want to bring attention to us, keep quite. And I can get away with doing crazy things because I always have a plan, or a card or two up my sleeve. Sometimes quite literally."

No one said anything for a while and we all just silently walked to our apartment complex. Then Tai-Nii walked up to me and said, "I wonder if the others have returned home as well?"

I shook my head and said, "No, only the six of us are here, Ani."

Olette-Chan looked to me with a curious expression and asked, "How can you be certain, Luke-Kun?"

I turned to her and said, "Remember when MetalGreymon-San and DoruGreymon-San were glowing and unleashed their powerful attacks and blew up Etemon-Baka." Everyone nodded, then I asked, "And you guys remember that hole that was ripped open afterwards?" Again, everyone nodded, then I said, "We were the only ones to get sucked up, we're the only ones here."

Tai-Nii's eyes widened as he realized it, then he said, "So, we really are the only ones here?"

I nodded, then silently walked away. As we were walking, Tai-Nii said, "It's a good thing I still have some of my camp money left, the subways a lot nicer than walking home."

As we got on the subway train, I looked out the window and started to think about how much has changed since I had last seen Kari-Imouto. I felt someone lightly rub my shoulder, I turned and saw Olette-Chan looking at me with a light smile, then she said, "Relax, Koi, you're still you."

I blinked several times, confused as to what she meant then I asked, "What?" In a very confused manner.

Olette-Chan put her fist to her mouth as she giggled and said, "You forget that I know what you're thinking, Luke-Kun. And I know that you were thinking about how much you have changed during your adventure in the Digital World. Didn't you say that no matter how much you change on the outside, that you're still you on the inside?"

I blinked slowly a couple of times as I slowly realized where Olette-Chan was going with this, then I looked down and smiled, and with a chuckle, I said, "Hime, you really know how to make me feel better, you know that?"

Olette-Chan blushed lightly as she twirled her hair between her fingers and nonchalantly said, "Oh, I know. You can always count on me to make you feel better." She then leaned in and kissed my cheek, then she said, "Always."

My cheeks were burning brightly, that I knew for certain, and I was completely speechless, I had no smart comeback or anything, then after a while I said, "Thank you, O-Chan."

Olette-Chan didn't say anything, instead she just gave me an honest smile. Then I heard quiet snickering, I turned and saw Rouge giving me a smug grin, then she softly made a "Whpitsh" whip cracking sound effect, then she said, "Man, Emo-Sama, Olette's got you good."

I turned to look outside with an annoyed look on my face, my good mood ruined yet again by the Lustful Cat and watched as the city went by. Thirty minutes later and we found ourselves walking through another part of the city, then Tai-Nii said, "Wow! Everything's looks exactly the way it did on the day we left for camp."

I rolled my eyes and in an annoyed voice, said, "That's because it is the same day we left, Tai-Baka. Did you not pay attention to what I told you earlier?"

Then Tai-Nii pointed to a large building complex and said, "That's where we live, you guys. Pretty neat, don't you think?"

"All those rooms? You're family's big!" Koromon-San stated in amazement.

Dorimon chuckled and said, "I believe that this is what Luke-San calls, 'Apartment Building' Koromon-San."

I nodded and said, "You are correct, Dori-San, and lots of family's live there." I pulled my shirts collar as I took a big gulp, swallowing the lump in my throat, then I said, "Come on, let's go home." And so, we walked up what felt like thirteen flights of stairs and arrived at our door. With the numbers 1306 etched into a plaque and our family name 'Kamiya' on a sign.

Me and Tai-Nii were trying to psych ourselves up, getting ready to walk into the building, then Ani said, "I don't know what to expect. Everything's been so weird."

I chuckled at that remark, knowing that me and weird kinda go hand and hand and said, "Nii-San, our whole adventure has been weird. Do you want me to write out a list? Because I can do it. In fact, I can read to you every single thing that has happened since we arrived at the Digital World." I then pulled out said notebook ready to actually read everything that has happened since day one.

Tai-Nii awkwardly chuckled she he waved his hand and said, "No, no thank you, Luke-Chan. I don't need a reminder, just yet."

I smiled at hearing this, ignoring the 'Chan' response again and said, "Good, because I am in no mood to explain this all over again." Then I thought, 'Although, I could make millions if I write my life's story as an autobiography. Now, what could I call it, if I do decide to write and publish it? The story of the Dead Warrior? Nah. That sounds to dark. How about, Digimon: Rebirth? Possibly. Oh, how about… Digimon New Life? Nah, that sounds like a dumb name, who would read a story with THAT for a title?' [Insert A/N: Am I going too meta? Possibly. Fourth Wall break? No. But is it funny? Yes. And I couldn't resist the opportunity.]

Then Tai-Nii looked at me and once again asked me, "So, it really is the same day we ended up in the DigiWorld, Otouto?"

I nodded and said, "Yes. Now, come on, let's head in." I reached for the door handle, and turned the handle very slowly, not knowing what could be behind the door. As I pulled the handle, I realized that it wasn't locked. "It's unlocked. Strange." Then I pushed the door open.

Then Tai-Nii then had a smile that could have broken his face as he happily said, "That must mean that their home." Tai-Nii looked at the flower bed next to the door and said, "I remember when mom planted those flowers."

I nodded and said, "Yeah, I remember us buzzing our friends up on that intercom to come over and play video games and watch TV."

Tai-Nii nodded and said, "Yeah, it feels like a lifetime ago since then."

I chuckled at that response and said, "Nii-San, don't even get me started on what feels like a lifetime ago, because I am the only one here who had a previous life, that I am aware of, that is."

Then me and Tai-Nii both looked at our family's nameplate and suddenly remembered something and we both said, "Oh, and the time when Tōsan put our family nameplate on this door."

I could feel a tear forming in my eyes, then as I rubbed the tear out, I heard Tai-Nii say, "But those memories won't mean a thing, guys, if we came out of that dimensional rift at the wrong time. What if we no longer exist?"

Then Rouge said, "Well, Hot Head, I have a suggestion, just open the fu..."

I instantly knew what Rouge was going to say, and quickly turned to Rouge and exclaimed, "Don't you even think about swearing out here, Rouge!"

Rouge was taken back by my outburst, then she cleared her throat and said, "Then open the freaking door, already. There, happy? Emo-Sama?"

I swear, before this adventure ends, I'm going to have an uncontrollable twitch in my right eye. Then I said, "Well, I'm not getting any younger, let's just go in and find out." Then I pulled the door open.

When the door opened, the house was pitch black, then Tai-Nii asked, "Hello?" We looked around and saw that the living room was empty.

I looked down and saw three pairs of shoes. "Look. Their shoes are here."

Then Tai-Nii called out, "Hello? Kāsan? Tōsan?"

And I after we got no response from them, I called out, "Kari-Chan? You home?"

Then as Rouge softly closed the door, Koromon-San said, "No one's answering. Maybe they're out."

Then Tai-Nii looked at me and asked, "I wonder where they've gone."

Then Koromon-San suggested, "Maybe they went to the Digital World."

Then me and Tai-Nii turned to him and yelled out, "That's not funny!" Yeash, the last thing I want to think about is Imouto being in the Digital World.

Then I had a sudden thought, 'What if Kari-Chan really did end up in the Digital World?' I shook my head, trying to ignore said thoughts.

Then Olette-Chan sighed in disappointment and said, "Too bad. I really wanted to meet Kari-San."

I nodded in understanding as I placed my hand on her shoulder and said, "I know, Hime, I know." I saw how everyone was down in the dumps, then I said, "Come on, it's been one hectic day, and I am certain that we could all use something to eat and drink."

Everyone nodded and we then proceeded to raid the kitchen, Nii-San opened up a can of soda, I poured myself and Olette-Chan a glass of water, and I got Rouge a glass of milk. Once she had her drink she looked up at me with a raised eyebrow and said, "Seriously, Emo-Sama? You think that just because I'm a cat, that I would enjoy a glass of milk?"

My eye twitched at the response as well as her calling me an 'Edge Lord' again and said, "Do you want a cup of water, instead?"

Rouge quickly pulled the cup towards herself and she said, "No!" Then she hissed at me like a real cat.

I lightly chuckled at her reaction, then I turned to Olette-Chan and asked, "So, love, how's the place?"

Olette-Chan wiped her mouth with a nearby paper towel, then she looked around and said, "I have to admit, it is nice. It's quite nice."

I smiled, then I turned to see Koromon-San guzzling down the last can of Coca~Cola, then I heard Tai-Nii say, "I sure wish I knew where the rest of our family is, Luke-Kun." Tai-Nii then closed the fridge and saw the calendar, then he said, "Well, looks like you're right about the date, Otouto."

I looked at the calendar and saw the date, then I said, "August 1st. The very day that we all landed in the Digital World."

Then Koromon-San's eyes widened as he said, "So that means that..."

"Just as Emo-Sama said, time in the human world moves differently in the DigiWorld." Rouge finished with a slightly interested expression on her face.

Then, as my right eye twitched, I said, "I also remember that this is the day that they were planning to visit our O bāchan, who lives outside the city."

Then Olette-Chan looked to me and in a curious voice, asks, "Really?"

Tai-Nii nodded and said, "Sure is. See? Our Kāsan marked the date on this calendar so she wouldn't forget. They must have taken Kari-Chan with them."

Then Dorimon-San looked around the empty building and said, "So, that must be why no one's home now."

Then Rouge gave a small smirk as she said, "Cool! A place for us to crash, and no one here to bother us. Nice."

Tai-Nii nodded with a slight smile on his face and said, "Yeah! Let's just kick back and wait for them to come home."

I sadly smiled at hearing this, Olette-Chan must have noticed my sad smile and ask, "What's wrong, Luke-Kun? I thought you would be excited to see your family again?"

Tai-Nii turned to me and had the same curious expression on his face as he asked, "What's up?"

I took out my D-Ark and looked down at the screen and said, "The more time we spend here, the more time that goes by in the Digital World. I know that being home is great, and important, but, I'm just worried about our friends and how their coping without us."

Everyone looked down sadly, then Tai-Nii said, "Yeah, I guess you're right, Luke-San. But, how would we get back to the Digital World? It's not like we can open up a portal in the house, can we?"

I had a sudden idea, a completely insane and impossible idea, but an idea nonetheless, then I said, "Maybe, maybe not." Everyone looked at me with a confused expression, then I ran to Tōsan's computer room, and said, "I know that this might be a long shot, and I do mean long shot, but, just maybe..." I lifted my D-Ark to dad's computer, then I said, "Digiport, Open!" I waited, and waited, and waited, then... "Nothing." I said in defeat, "Should have known."

Tai-Nii walked in and looked at me as he asked, "What was that about, Luke-San?"

I turned to him, then I said, "In the future, say, three to four years from now, the human world and the Digiworld will be completely synch in time, and the DigiDestined will be able to go back and forth from each world via computer, but I guess that we have to wait until then to do so. Man, why must time be so confusing?"

Then Koromon-San said, "Speaking of time, it's time to eat!"

I rolled my eyes while Tai-Nii said, "Hold your Digihorses, Koromon-San!"

"Gomen, Tai-San." Koromon-San said sadly.

While Tai-Nii and Koromon-San, chatted about, I went to my room to check around. I saw my old blue goggles from the old days, the color has faded with age, and the plastic paint was starting to peel off, and the lens were cracked from the time me and my friends were playing dodge ball and I got struck in the face, ouch. Then I decided to leave the exploration for later and I walked out of my room, but, just as I closed the door, I heard something.

"Yawn." Came a soft voice.

I froze in place. I felt my whole-body shiver, then, I heard a gentle voice say, " Kon'nichiwa, Luke-Nii. Tai-Nii."

I turned to the source of the voice, and saw a young girl with short, light brown hair that stopped just past her ears. And light brown eyes. I find it kind of funny that both my siblings have brown eyes, while I have green eyes, I have a theory that my green eyes are a remnant of my past life. She was wearing a light pink set of pjs, as well as her iconic silver whistle. "Hikari-Chan." I said softly, I could feel tears in my eyes, I rubbed my eyes, trying not to show weakness, but, even now, I knew that deep down, I just missed my precious Imouto. Then I made a large smile, and said, "Hey, there, Ōjo. How are you feeling?"

Then Tai-Nii turned towards our Imouto in surprise and asked, "Kari-Chan? You're here? Kāsan and Tōsan left you here at home all alone?"

Kari-Chan simply brushed her hair and said, "I'm a big girl." I smiled, then she turned to Olette-Hime and asked, "Who are you?"

Olette-Hime knelt down in front of Kari-Chan and said, "So, you're Kari. Luke-Kun has told me a lot about you. My name's Olette, and, I'm Luke-Kun's girlfriend. It's nice to meet you." Olette-Hime outstretched her hand, as a gesture.

Kari smiled and shook her hand, then she said, "It's nice to meet you too, Olette-Chan." Kari-Chan then looked over Olette-Chan's shoulder and saw Koromon-San, then she said, "Kon'nichiwa, Koromon-Chan."

We all blinked at once at Kari-Imouto knowing Koromon-San's name, then Tai-Nii asked, "Hikari, how did you know his name?"

Then Koromon-San turned towards Ani and suggested, "Maybe she knows my name because your Imouto's a lot smarter than you, Tai-San."

Then Tai-Nii started squeezing Koromon for calling him stupid. I chuckled at the antics, then I said, "I think Koromon-San's right about that, Ani."

To which Tai-Nii turned to me in shock and responded, "Hey! Not you too!"

I chuckled, then I turned to Kari-Chan and ask, "So, Ōjo, how do you know Koromon-San's name?"

Kari-Chan looked at me with those innocent eyes of hers and just shrugged and said, "I don't know, I just knew it. By the way, who are the others with you?"

Rouge decided to go first, then she took another sip of her cup of milk, she nonchalantly said, "My Digimon name is Shadow Gatomon, but because I like to be unique, and don't like to play by the rules, I chose to go by a name, so, call me Rouge, Rouge The Cat. Meow."

Kari-Chan nodded at this, and not at all taken back by her, unique, personality. She then turned towards Dorimon-San and asked, "And you?"

Dorimon-San puffed his chest, like the proud hatchling that he was and said, "I'm Dorimon, Luke-San's partner in crime."

Kari-Chan smiled softly as she nodded and said, "It is nice to meet the both of you."

Tai-Nii then decided to voice something out as he asked, "I don't get it, how are you not frightened by these guys? And how did you know Koromon-San's name?"

Kari-Chan leaned against the door frame and with an expression that showed that she wasn't really surprised by her knowing Koro-San and said, "I don't know, it's like I've met Koromon-San before. That's why I'm not afraid of him, Dorimon-San, or Rouge-Chan."

Then Tai-Nii stood up straight and said, "But that's impossible! This is the first time he's been out of the Digital World."

My eyes widened in shock as I thought of something, then I said, "Unless..." I turned to my little sister and asked, "Kari-Chan, can I ask you something?"

Kari-Chan looked up at me with curiosity written all over her face as she asked, "What is it, Nii-San?"

I knelt down in front of her and looked my sister dead in the eyes, and asked, "Do you remember what happened at Highton View Terrance, say four years ago?"

Tai-Nii, the oblivious Nii-San that he was, was confused at my question, then he asked, "What does that have to do with anything?"

I turned to him and said, "Ani, shut it!" I turned back to Kari-Chan and asked, "So, do you remember anything from four years ago?"

Kari-Chan looked down at Rouge, but it appeared as if she was looking through her instead of at her, almost like she had a far-off expression, then she said, "I remember very small pieces, very little, it's very fuzzy, almost like..."

I could understand what she was trying to say, then I asked something that would one day become the intro to one of the greatest games ever created, "Like a scattered dream or a far-off memory, Kari-Chan?" Kari-Chan nodded slowly, then I said, "That's okay, sis, just tell me what you remember."

Kari-Chan then looked at Koromon-San and said, "Well, I remember waking up to get a cup of water." I nodded, remembering that she woke me up in doing so, "Then I remember going into dad's computer room, and saw an egg leave the computer. After that it gets a little, fuzzy."

Then Dorimon-San turned to me and cursorily asked, "Hey, Jeremy-San, does this make any sense to you?"

My eyes widened at hearing my partner calling me by my old name, something that I wasn't ready to explain to my Imouto yet, then I was about to say something when Kari-Chan asks in a very calm, curious and all too innocent voice, "Jeremy-San? Is that who you once were, Luke-Chan?"

Time was frozen. At least, that was what it felt like to me. You could even feel that the tension in the room had suddenly changed. I slowly turned to Kari-Chan and nervously asked, "What, uh, what do you mean by that, Ōjo?" 'Crud! Crud! Crud! CRUD! I am not ready to explain this to Kari-Chan! Damnit, Dorimon-San! You had to call me by my old name!'

I was suddenly nervous at that one question, then Kari-Chan nonchalantly said, "Well, I often hear you talking in your sleep, and I often hear you call out the name 'Jeremy' and how he was hit by a car."

'Crud and double crud! I forgot that I used to sleep talk when I was younger, still do, in fact, but now I just say random things.' Then I felt tears run down my face, knowing that, yet again, my secret was out, and yet again, it wasn't by my own volition. I rubbed the tears from my eyes as I said, "Kari-Chan, I have a lot to explain. Please, take a seat on the couch."

Kari-Chan silently nodded, and we all moved to the couch, with Kari-Chan sitting on my right, with Koromon-San on her lap, Olette-Hime sitting on the couch on the other side of the table, looked at me with worry spread across her face, and she had Dorimon-San on her lap and Rouge sipping her cup of milk right next to her, with a thoughtful expression on her face, and Nii-San standing off to the side. I took a deep breath, not wanting to say this to my precious Imouto. But I knew I had to clear this up, or, she could end up hating me.

*Sigh* This was it. I completely dropped my usual happy-go-lucky persona and became more serious as I folded my hands onto my knees as I turned towards Kari-Chan and said, "Listen, Kari-Chan, for you to understand this story, you must know the truth, the whole truth. And you must listen to the WHOLE story, okay?" Yet again, Kari-Chan nodded slowly.

After finally psyching myself up, I started my tale, "Long ago, I lived a past life, from another dimension, timeline, universe, whatever you want to call it, there, I was known as Jeremy Brown, an American boy, born and raised in New Bedford Massachusetts. But, one day, in the year of 2017, I was hit by a car, and, tragically lost my life, but, by some miracle, or some twist in fate, I was brought back to life, as your Nii-San, Kari-Chan. But, that is only half the story."

I looked to Kari-Chan and saw that she was following along with my story, despite being only eight years old, she was still smart for her age, then I said, "Back in my previous life, I used to watch a children's cartoon called, 'Digimon Digital Monsters.' In this show, it followed a group of young children who worked together to protect a parallel world called the Digital World." I could feel myself starting to cry, even though I haven't told her everything yet, Kari-Chan is my little sister, and I didn't want to lose her because of any reason, especially seeing as I have been lying to her all her life. "And in that show, two of the main characters, were named..."

But before I had the chance to reveal the biggest shocker of this reveal, Kari-Chan had interrupted me. "Tai and Kari Kamiya. Am I right, Nii-San?" The way she said that, was completely calm, and not at all surprised, almost as if she had knew all along.

My mouth was on the floor, my eyebrows were in my hair, and my eyes, were popping out of their sockets. I wasn't the only one who was shocked, Olette-Chan had her jaw open wide in shock, and Tai-Nii was busy picking his jaw off the ground. Then I blinked once. Twice. Three times before I asked, "How? What? Where?" I swear, I looked all around the room to see if there were any hidden cameras and that this was some kind of sick joke.

But then Kari-Chan lightly giggled and said, "Luke-Nii, you're funny when you're confused."

I turned to her in shock, 'She's, she's laughing, laughing at me.' Then I thought, 'The fact that she's not at my throat is a good thing. But to hear her laugh at me. At my insane acts. That is more than I could ever ask for.' Then I took a deep breath and calmed myself down, trying to prevent myself from having a full-blown panic attack, then I asked, "You mean, you're not mad about me lying to you, Kari-Chan?"

Kari-Chan just gave me the kindest, and brightest smile I have ever seen on her face and said, "I could never hate you, Luke-Nii. You're my Nii-San, after all."

Hearing those words, I just couldn't help myself, I hugged Kari-Chan and cried, cried tears of relief that my precious Imouto didn't hate my guts, then I felt Kari-Chan hug me back. Then I heard her softly say, "No matter what happens, no matter who you were, to me, you will always be Lukas, my Nii-San, I will always love you." Hearing those words caused me to smile.

Then I sat up straight, rubbed my nose, then rubbed the back of my head in embarrassment, then I blushed in embarrassment at how my own kid sister managed to make me feel better, then I said, "Thanks, Kari-Ōjo, for everything."

Kari-Chan smiled softly at me and said, "And thank you for always being there for me, Luke-Nii."

I smiled and pointed my thumb to my chest and said, "It is my duty, as your older brother to always protect you, no matter what. I guess I should have been more honest with you guys from the beginning, huh?"

The question was rhetorical, and everyone knew it, and we all had a small laugh at that, that was, however, until Rouge said, "Man, Emo-Sama, you really are you own worst enemy, hah!"

And with that, our cute and bubbly sibling moment was ruined by the Demon Lord of Lust, deciding to get some petty revenge, I picked up a stray pillow and threw it at Rouge, causing her to drop her cup, which was thankfully empty, this caused Dorimon-San to start laughing like crazy!

Then I smiled innocently at the Black Cat and in an all to fake innocent voice, I said, "Keep talking, Rouge-Chan, just wait until we return to the Digital World, because I might start using you as my training dummy."

Rouge just looked at me with dead board eyes and said, "Are you trying to threaten me? Because it's not working."

Before me and Rouge could begin what would eventually be known as a squall, or in layman's terms, a mini war, I heard Kari-Chan ask, "What's wrong, Nii-San?"

I turned to see that Tai-Nii had his left hand on Kari-Chan's head and his right hand on his own, then Tai-Nii weakly said, "Nothing."

I lightly chuckled at this, knowing that Ani's overreactive imagination was starting to come to life, I said, "Ani, we're not hallucinating, if that's what you're thinking."

Tai-Nii was about to respond, when Kari-Chan said, "I'm not sick, and I've been to DigiWorld."

Hearing this, caused me, Olette-Chan, and the Digimon to call out, "What!?"

"No way!" Nii-San responded while taking a few steps backwards.

Then Kari-Chan shook her head and instead said, "Well, I think you and Luke-Nii have. Where else could you find a Koromon, Dorimon, and a Shadow Gatomon? And I have a feeling that is where Luke-Nii met Olette-Chan, am I correct?"

Then Tai-Nii, trying to deny the truth that our Imouto had said, quickly, but ultimately failed with the weakest lie, "The Toy Store?"

I chuckled, Rouge and Dorimon-San snickered and Olette-Hime all laughed at Ani's response, then Kari-Chan rolled her eyes and said, "Oh, please."

Tai-Nii looked down at Kari-Chan and said in a shocked voice, "You do know."

Tai-Nii was about to head for the phone when I said, "Nii-San, don't even bother." Tai-Nii looked at me in confusion, then I said, "I had already told you before, the six of us were the only ones to have come through that dimensional portal, we're the only ones here."

Tai-Nii looked down at his Digivice, then he said, "I wish Izzy-San were here, he could get this Digivice to work then we could go back to the Digital World and rescue the others. There's just got to be a way to fix this dimension portal thing."

Then Kari-Chan said, "Tai-Nii." We all looked to Kari-Chan as she said, "I know you guys are hungry, there's food in the fridge. Or one of you could have my leftover piece of pie."

Hearing the promising concepts of food caused Koromon-San to quickly exclaim, "I get first dibs!"

But Dorimon-San had the same idea and said, "No, I get first dibs!"

"Haven't you boys heard the expression ladies first? I get the pie." Stated Rouge with her claws extended outwards, as if she was ready for a fight.

Before said fight could take place in our living room, however, Tai-Nii said, "I've got a better idea. I'll make us all a healthy breakfast."

Hearing this caused me to smile and seeing a good opportunity to make a light joke, I said, "Just please don't make Kāsan's liver sticks. I want to be resting with a full stomach, not be lying on the floor in pain."

I saw Tai-Nii shiver at the thought of making Kāsan's Liver sticks, and said, "Don't worry, I'm staying clear of Kāsan's recipes, Luke-Kun."

I chuckled at this, lightly relieved that I won't have to be fighting against my stomach tonight, and said, "Okay, cool."

Tai-Nii decided to make Sunnyside up eggs, enough for everyone, though, I said it once, and I'll say it again, scrambled eggs will always be my favorite. Then, as we all sat at the table, we all said, "It's good to be home!"

Then after a few seconds of silence, Ani and Koromon-San were scarfing down food like no tomorrow. I rolled my eyes and said, "Yeash, have some table manners, you two." I then cut up a piece of egg, than ate the small bite.

Then Kari-Chan and Olette-Hime did the same thing as they both took a bite and said, "Delish!" When they realized they spoke in synch, they turned to each other, and shared that cutesy giggle that all girls seem to have. Then Tai-Nii smiled widely as he said, "You said it!" Then he continued to stuff his food down his throat.

Then Kari-Chan looked up and Nii-San and said, "Nii-Chan, you were never this good at cooking, did you learn at camp?"

I chuckled softly at this question and said, "No, he learned from one of our new DigiDestined friends, Ishida Yamato, when our summer camp took a sudden detour into the DigiWorld."

Kari-Chan then took another bite from her eggs then she said, "You're good." Kari-Chan then gently pushed her plate up and said, "I'm stuffed. You guys can eat the rest."

Koromon-San then happily took the plate and said, "Glad to!"

We then watched as Tai-Nii and Koromon-San continued to stuff their faces while I turned to Kari-Chan and said, "You must forgive their manners, Imouto. While in the Digital World, we don't always get a chance to eat, so when they have a chance to stuff their faces, no doubt that those two will always do so."

Kari-Chan smiled lightly at this, and I smiled as well. Once I finished eating, I leaned back in my chair and said, "Man, I never thought I would ever be happy to finally be home. It feels great."

Olette-Hime smiled at me and said, "Yeah, and I have to say, this is a good place to rest."

Then Koromon-San started acting weird, and I looked over to him and asked, "Yo, Koromon-San, what's wrong?"

"So full!" Replied a very strained sounding Koromon-San. Then he dashed towards the bathroom like the devil himself was chasing him.

Then Kari-Chan calmly said, "Don't hide in the bathroom."

We all heard Koromon-San make a whimpering sound as he said, "How embarrassing." Kari-Ōjo then walked up to the door and Koromon-San, in his moment of embarrassment, asked, "Why do you want to hang out with such a pig?"

"'Cause you're cute." Kari-Chan replied without hesitation.

I watched as Koromon-San begin to blush brightly at that, then he asked, "Really?"

Kari-Chan nodded and said, "Yeah. Want to hear what happened at school?"

I smiled at how my Imouto was becoming quick friends with Koro-San and I said, "That's my Imouto, for you. The kindest, most gentle girl around, she's always there when you need her."

Olette-Hime smiled at this, then we heard Kari-Chan say, "We took a field trip, and I fell in a pig pen. The kids were laughing at me until Tai-Nii and Luke-Nii jumped in. Know what they did? They played in the mud with me, then Luke-Nii started a mud ball fight, and they both acted like I had done it on purpose."

Both Koromon-San and Olette-Hime were wide eyed and said, "Wow!"

Then Olette-Hime turned to me with a playful smile on her face as she said, "You really like getting yourself dirty, don't you, Luke-Kun?"

I looked at her and saw the knowing smile on her face. I grabbed and lightly squeezed her hand as I said, "I could be the most mature and logical person in the room, but when people start making fun of my family, instead of beating them up, and causing more trouble, I decide to make a fool out of myself, if only to make other people not so annoyingly boring. I guess that's why, despite how out of hand he can get, I am still close friends with Jake-San."

Then we once again heard Kari-Chan say, "Tai-Nii and Luke-Nii sometimes bug me, but they are the coolest Nii-San's in the world."

I smiled at hearing this. Hearing Kari-Chan actually say these things brought a tear to my eye, Olette-Hime must have noticed this and wiped the tears from my eyes and said, "Come on, Luke-Koi, no need to cry."

I smiled warmly at her and with a sniff, I said, "Sniff, sorry, Hime. But hearing Kari-Chan say that just brings a tear to my eyes. even after all I have done, all the time I had spent lying, not only to her, but to Tai-Nii, our parents, and even at times, myself, she still sees me as her Nii-San and her greatest friend."

Olette-Chan then looked me dead in the eyes, and I watched as her blue and red eyes sparkled as she asked, "And why shouldn't she? You have been there for her whole life, why wouldn't she think the world of you?"

I lightly chuckled at this and rubbed the back of my head in embarrassment and said, "You're right, O-Chan. I guess I have a bad habit of always thinking the worst is going to happen. I need to start thinking more positively."

I turned to Tai-Nii, as he leaned down on the sofa and turned on the TV. Me and O-Hime sat down on the other sofa, while Dorimon-San bounced up onto my head and Rouge just curled up on Olette-Chan's lap. In this one moment, it looked as if we really were family. Me and Olette-Chan as the young couple in love, Tai-Nii as the over protective, and sometimes brash Nii-San, Kari-Chan as the lovable, and caring little Imouto that I treasured, even the Digimon were like the wild children, or little brothers and sister. We're not your average family, not by a long shot, but one, nonetheless.

Oh, sure, Koromon-San is a bottom pit who, I can guarantee, has a black hole where his stomach should be. And Dorimon-San can drive me up the walls with his two-sided personality, both of which are jokester sides, and I have no idea which side is which. And Rouge… she has no tact, shows no respect to anyone other than Olette-Chan, can irritate you as easily as talking about the weather, and she is also the Demon Lord Of Lust. And THAT seems to be the easiest part about her I can understand.

And Olette-Hime…Olette-Hime, I honestly don't know how I got so lucky in meeting this wonderful girl of mine, but, I'm glad that I did. She had become my reasoning for continuing on this wild adventure of mine. If she hadn't slapped me all the way back in the Lunamon Village, there is no doubt in my mind that I would still be in that depressed state of mine, instead of being here, with her in my arms, I am forever grateful to have her in my life.

But, either way, no matter how the Digimon may irritate me, or drive me completely off the walls, they are my family, and I wouldn't trade them in for anything. I watched as Tai-Nii turned on the A.C. and we all enjoyed the nice cool breeze after being trapped in the unforgiving heat of the desert for who knows how long. Looking back now, I don't remember being that many deserts in the Digimon TV show, but maybe it's because it has been a literal lifetime since I've seen the show, but, oh well.

I watched as Nii-San looked up to the ceiling from his spot on the chair he sat in and said, "Oh, I used to hate that wind chime. Now I love it."

I smiled and shook my head while Tai-Nii was enjoying himself at being home, and, so was I, to be honest. Then I heard him say, "I miss Kāsan scolding Tōsan for not hanging up his shirts."

I rubbed my eyes, feeling the tears build up and said, "Tai-Baka, I know we have been gone for what feels like a few weeks, but can you please keep the downer party at a low level? To us, yes, we have been gone for weeks, possibly a month. But for them, we only just left. So, please, don't go start crying, because if you start crying, I'll start crying."

I rubbed my eyes lightly, then I said, "It's good to be home."

Then I wrapped my arms around Olette-Chan, and gently scratch Rouge behind her ears, in response to this, she started purring, and just when I thought this as blackmail material, without even opening her eyes, she said, "Mention this to anyone, and I'll claw your eyes out." Well, there goes that plan.

We all just went quiet and enjoyed the rare moment of silence and peacefulness that we never seem to get back in the Digital World. But, like always, our times of peace and quiet was ruined. That was when we heard the news report come on, "Unbelievable weather conditions around the world have weather experts puzzled." I opened my eyes to see that Kari-Chan watching the news as the reporter said, "There is still no rainfall in Southeast Asia, and all the rice paddies are drying up as a result of drought."

That was when we saw a ghostly image of a familiar Digimon appeared on the TV. "Meramon." Tai-Nii softly said in a surprised voice.

Me and Olette-Hime sat up straight, with the Digimon sitting up as well and we all watched the news, then we saw another Digimon, "And there's Seadramon." I said, pointing towards the familiar serpent like Digimon that almost squeezed Yamato-San into paste.

"In the middle east, flooding continues to wreak havoc." As the ghostly image of Seadramon appeared.

Then a news man said, "In America, snow falls in a midsummer cold spell." And in the area where the strange snowfall was, we saw the ghostly apparition of a familiar snowman like Digimon.

"Look! It's Frigimon!" Olette-Hime exclaimed in shock at yet another familiar Digimon on the TV.

"What is with all these Digimon doing here in the human world?" Tai-Nii asked everyone. "Could somebody please tell me what's going on here? The Digimon are clearly on the TV screen, but the reporter hasn't mentioned them."

That was when Kari-Chan loudly states, "Finally, somebody else can see them."

We all looked towards Kari-Chan in surprise and Tai-Nii asked, "Huh? Are you saying that you can see the monsters, too, Kari-Chan?"

Kari-Chan turned towards him and nodded and said, "Yeah, for a long time now. Okāsan and Otōsan don't believe me. They just think that I watch too many scary movies."

Tai-Nii gasped out, "Kari." In shock at how our little sister was also seeing the Digimon on the TV. Then the power went out surprising all of us.

Then we all, humans and Digimon alike, all said, "Uh oh."

And as the A.C. turned off, both mine and Tai-Nii's Digivices started going nuts. Sending bright lights out of the screens and making a high pitch whine that made us jump a few feet in the air.

As we checked our Digivices, Tai-Nii asked, "Hey, what's going on?"

I looked at the screen of my D-Ark and saw that it was lighting up, then I said, "My D-Ark has activated itself."

Tai-Nii nodded slowly as he began investigating his Digivice, and said, "Yeah, mine too."

That was when I heard a strange sound, and Kari-Chan said, "Hey, what's wrong with the computer, guys?"

We all turned to face the computer when Kari-Chan pointed at the screen and said, "Look, there's a face!"

We all looked up in shock and asked, "What?"

I ran to the computer and saw that the static was clearing and soon enough, Izzy-San's face appeared. Izzy-San, who had a microphone headset on, asked in distorted audio, "Can you hear me? We-danger."

"Izzy-San?" I asked in shock at getting a scrambled message from the DigiDestined Of Knowledge.

Then Izzy-San said, "They know it isn't-" But the signal was too scrambled to understand what was going on. Then Izzy-San said, "Tai-San, Luke-San, Olette-San, wherever you guys may be, don't come back here."

Tai-Nii then gripped the computer screen tightly and said, "We can't just leave you guys there, Izzy-San."

I nodded and said, "Yeah! We have to come back. We could be your only chance."

Then Izzy-San said, "Digimonsters-Total chaos." Then it appeared that we started to lose signal.

Then Tai-Nii, not one to give up so easily, said, "Wait! Izzy-San, we need help with the Digivices."

Then Izzy-San once again, through distorted audio said, "You guys are better off where you are. Don't come back."

That was when the signal started to get worse and worse, then Tai-Nii shouted out, "Izzy-San! Izzy-San!" Then the computer went black. Then Tai-Nii looked down sadly and said, "You were right, Luke-Kun. While we're safe here at home, our friends are in trouble."

Tai-Nii then looked sadly as his Digivice, and I looked at my D-Ark, then Koromon-San asked, "What now?"

Tai-Nii lightly gripped his Digivice and shook his head as he said, "I don't know, Koromon-San. I just don't know. Two worlds are in danger, and we can't do a thing about it. I feel totally useless. I know this Digivice is powerful enough to do something, but I don't have a clue on how to make it work." Tai-Nii then sadly looked at us and said, "Oh, man, I guess I should just quit while I'm ahead."

That struck a nerve with me and I tightened my hand into a fist and pulled back my arm, then, I launched a strong punch right into Tai-Nii's stomach, who fell down onto his knees, and I heard Kari-Nii exclaim, "Onii-Chan!"

I looked over to Kari-Chan and gave her a gentle smile, then as I cracked my knuckles I looked down at Tai-Nii and said, "Taichi Yagami Kamiya." My voice was filled with anger, but also a hint of disappointment, then I knelt down in front of my brother, gently placed a hand on his shoulder and said, "We have been through too much to give up now!"

Then Tai-Nii gripped his stomach and looked up at me and weakly said, "But, Kouki..."

I interrupted him and said, "Butts should only be used for sitting, or in some cases, kicking, Nii-San. We can't give up now, not when our friends need us the most, we have to be strong, now, more than ever. For them, and for each other." I then knelt down to be eye level with my older sibling.

Tai-Nii looked down to his knees and asked, "And why can't we give up? What are we going to do? Throw the Digivices at the monsters and hope they get scared and run away?"

I lightly chuckled and said, "No, we do what we do best, we face the challenges, whatever they may be, head on, and why would we do it? Because, it's our job!" I held up my Crest Of Protection and said, "The moment you give up on yourself, is the moment you give up on your friends, your family, and even, on your Crest. And if you decide to give up without a fight, then everyone you have ever cared about, could get hurt, or worse, die. And trust me, I have seen death, and I would gladly die again for those that I care for!"

Everyone was speechless, then Tai-Nii looked up at me and asked, "Why? Why go through so much for us? What is there to gain by being willing to die for us?"

I slowly stood up and faced the window, then I said, "Because, if you are unable to be willing to give your life, for the ones you cherish, then you may never be able to become the protector that your friends need you to be." I looked myself in my own reflection, almost seeing that reflection turn into Susanoo stare back at me, and said, "It's not what I have to gain that I fight…"

I turned towards the people and Digimon in the room and said, "it's what I could lose that drives me to fight with my very being. I may only be human, and I have made many mistakes in the past, but it is through these very mistakes that makes me human. I choose to remember the mistakes that I have made, in order to grow from them, to learn from them, so that I never make the same mistake twice."

I then took out my Crest and stared at it for a short time before saying, "I may now own the Crest Of Protection, but I made it my life's mission, long before I obtained this crest to become your protector. I may act like a goofball little kid, nothing more than a troublemaker that enjoys ticking off my enemies, but, I never mess around when it comes to the safety of others. I care too much for you guys to give anything less then my all when it comes to protecting you guys. I never back down, and I don't go back on my word, THAT is my Gādianzuu~ei, my guardian's way."

After a short round of silence after saying my version of Naruto's Nindo, I heard Kari-Chan say, "Why don't the two of you relax and eat some watermelon."

Me and Tai-Nii both nodded reluctantly, then we both went to our separate rooms. I sat at my small desk and looked out the window, while Olette-Chan laid down on my bed with Rouge and Dorimon-San next to her, a sliced watermelon in her hands. We had been here for a short while before Olette-Hime said, "Kari-San's right, Luke-Kun. We all need to relax for now. Unless we can figure out a way to return to the Digital World, we're stuck here."

I sighed in defeat, knowing that she was right and said, "Yeah, I know." Then as I was looking at my desk, I had a sudden thought, 'That's it! Even if I can't convince them to join us right away, there is a chance that, if given a simple message, I could potentially change Wizardmon-San's fate.'

Then I took out two pieces of paper, 'And I could also give Kari-Imouto a note to read on a later date. But first, their letter.'

I grabbed a blank piece of paper and began writing, when Rouge asked, "Hey, Emo-Sama, what are you doing?"

I glared at Rouge for her continuing use of that blasted nickname for me and said, "Writing a letter that could hopefully get us two new allies without losing any innocent life." Everyone seemed to nod in understanding.

Then I clipped my pen and began writing. 'Dear Gatomon and Wizardmon, I pray that the two of you gets this note before it's too late, by the time you are reading this note, you would have most definitely met me, Kamiya Lukas, the boy with green eyes and the bandanna wrapped around his head. Now then, before you two destroy this note, please, read it. I know that the two of you are working for Myotismon, but, I know, that deep in your hearts, the two of you are not evil.

And more importantly, you want to be free. If you continue to serve the vampire lord, it will only lead to both of your deletions, I know that this may seem hard to believe, but trust me. I know what is to come, and if you continue to serve Myotismon, he will only delete the both of you in the end. Gatomon, I know that you only serve Myotismon because he 'saved your life' and Wizardmon, I know that you would be able to understand the same thing.

Please believe me when I say that in the end, if you both decide to join forces with us, you will never have to be afraid of being alone ever again. If you want to know the full truth, then, once you read this message, search for me, and I will tell you everything. I swear. You have my word, and I never go back on my word. Signed; Kamiya 'Lukas' Kouki. P.S. Destroy this note once you have read it enough times. Last thing I want is the loss of innocent life on my head.' I then folded up that note and wrote 'To Gatomon and Wizardmon. From Luke' on it.

I leaned back and sighed, then thought, 'I can only hope that this note would be enough to bring them over to our side.' Then grabbed another piece of paper and began writing again. 'Dear Kari-Chan, when you read this note, I will most likely be back in the Digital World, or, perhaps, I would have returned to Earth, and am at the campsite right now, if that is the case then, allow me to explain some things, one day, you will meet a stray white cat with a golden ring on her tail, I want you to welcome her into our home and show her your kindness. Then, as she is getting ready to leave, I want you to hand her the second note that is attached to this one.

You won't know what will truly happen, until the time is right. But I promise you, you will understand it when that time comes. Signed; Your Nii-San, Luke-Nii.' I then folded up this note as well and wrote, 'To Kari-Chan, from Luke-Nii.'

I once again leaned back and stared at the ceiling and said, "There, now, all I have to do, is make sure that these notes get to their destination."

Rouge turned to me and asked, "Just what is it that you're hoping to do, Emo-Sama?"

I turned to the Lustful Cat and said, "With any luck, correct a mistake that should never happen." I opened my locket and stared at the picture of Kari-Chan's smiling face and thought, 'I made a promise that I will save Wizardmon-San's life, and I intend to keep it, no matter what.'

I stood up and looked around my room, I stared at everything, my old, beaten up goggles, my collection of Pokémon cards, with gold and silver not yet out, I only have about seventy-five of the original hundred and fifty-one Pokémon cards, although, that is nothing compared to the next eight hundred that will come out in the next twenty years or so.

That was when I heard the phone ringing. "Huh? I wonder who could be calling right now?" Just in case something happened, I grabbed the letters and put them in my back pocket.

Then me, Olette-Chan and the Digimon walked outside and saw that Kari-Ōjo had just picked up the phone, then Tai-Nii burst from his room and asked, "Who is it?"

We watched as Kari-Nii nodded to whoever was on the other end of the phone and said, "Mm-hmm. I'll see you, Okāsan."

Hearing that, Tai-Nii reached for the phone and said, "Let me hear!"

Then I moved closer to Tai-Nii to hear Kāsan say, "We might be a little later than planned. There's supposed to be a storm coming in, and there might be some heavy traffic coming back into town. Oh, and your grandparents want you, Luke-San and Tai-San to come visit when you get well." I watched as Tai-Nii's eyes widen in shock, and saw something that looked to be realization flash in his eyes as I heard Kāsan ask, "Kari-Chan, are you listening? Kari-Chan, are you still there, honey?"

I saw that Tai-Nii wasn't saying anything, then I went to grab the phone, but Tai-Nii said, "Kon'nichiwa, Kāsan?"

Kāsan's voice sounded shocked as she asked, "Nani? Taichi?"

I was about to grab the phone to talk to her, but Tai-Nii took the phone and hung up. Then Kari-Chan asked, "What's happening, Onii-Chan?"

Then Tai-Nii turned to me and said, "Now I understand. Earth is in as much danger as the Digital World. That was what you were trying to say, right, Otouto?"

I nodded, letting him know that he was right, then Koromon-San asked, "But how?"

Rouge then leaned against the wall and said, "Isn't it obvious? The Digital World's troubles are slipping through the dimensional gateway."

Then Koromon-San turned to his partner and asked, "What can we do?"

Then Tai-Nii, who looked like he was about to start crying said, "There's nothing we can do. Not until we figure out how to use our Digivices so we can return to the Digital World and fight the bad Digimon. But we'll be okay for now. This will be a nice brake." As Tai-Nii spoke, I could hear his voice start to break, "Here we have food and candy and stuff, and we can sleep in a soft bed. We'll be living large."

Then Koromon-San turned away sadly and weakly said, "Right."

Tai-Nii rubbed his eyes then sadly said, "Gomen, bud. Look, there's lots of things to do. That satellite dish is more in touch with the world than we are."

As I listened to Tai-Nii, I could tell that his will is slowly being broken, then I said, "Ani." Tai looked at me and I saw the fear in his eyes, then I placed my hand on his shoulders and said, "I know you are trying to keep yourself together but lying to yourself is not the way to do it. Our friends do not need a Cowardly Lion, they need a Roaring Dragon."

Tai-Nii rubbed his eyes with his arm and nodded as he sadly said, "Yeah, what am I talking about? Our friends are in danger because I can't get this stupid piece of junk to work, and I can't do a thing about it!" Tai-Nii then raised his Digivice in the air in frustration, "Ugh!" He said in frustration.

That was when the building started to shake, then Olette-Chan began looking around as she asked, "What's going on?"

Tai-Nii then shouted "Earthquake!"

We all ran outside and looked towards the river. Then Tai-Nii asked, "What? Is it Seadramon-Baka again?"

Then the water erupted, and a silhouette of a dinosaur appeared, I pulled out my D-Ark and a Modify Card and said, "Afraid not, Tai-Nii. Not this time, at least."

Tai-Nii then screamed out, "Oh, no! Tyrannomon! What's he gonna do?"

I looked at Tai-Nii with an expression that clearly said, 'you serious?' and said, "What do you think? Cause trouble, of course."

Then Tyrannomon-Baka took a deep breath and launched a massive fireball at one of the nearby buildings. Tai-Nii then said, "No."

I gripped my D-Ark tightly, knowing that this was the time for action and said, "Time to fight!"

Then me and Tai-Nii ran for the door, then as we were putting on our shoes, Koromon-San asked, "What about the rest of us, Tai-San?"

Then Tai-Nii said, "Kari-Chan stays here! Kari-Chan, don't leave, for any reason! Me and the others have to find that dimensional rift!"

Just as I was about to run for the door, a hand stopped me. I turned and saw that Kari-Chan was holding onto me. "Kari-Chan?"

Kari-Chan shook her head with tears in her eyes and said, "Please don't go." The way she cried tugged at my heartstrings.

I knelt down and doing my best to fight back the tears, I said, "I'm sorry, Ōjo, but we have to go. It's our job. If we don't stop these Digimon, countless people could be hurt. Or worse. That is something that I can't allow to happen."

Kari-Chan then buried her face into my shirt and shook her head and said, "But..."

That was when Olette-Hime floated up to Kari-Chan and said, "Kari-Chan." My Imouto looked up at my girlfriend, tears still in her eyes, then Olette-Chan said, "I know that you're worried about your Nii-Sans, but this is something that we all have to do, if we don't both worlds could be destroyed. Your Nii-Sans will be protected. They have their partners and each other, Luke-Kun also has me and Rouge-Chan to look after him and Tai-Nii."

Kari-Chan looked up at Olette-Hime then rubbed her eyes and asked, "Do you promise?"

Olette-Hime nodded and placed her hand over her heart and said, "You have my word. We are like family now, and as my role as your 'Nee-San' I swear that I will protect your Nii-Sans. Same with Rouge-Chan, right, Rouge-Chan?"

The black cat walked up to Olette-Chan and turned to Kari and, with a gentle smile that I have rarely ever seen on her, she said, "Leave it to us, Princess, we'll keep your Nii-Baka's safe. And just to prove it to you, me and Olette will shake on it. Right, Olette?"

Rouge extended her claw out to my girlfriend, Olette-Chan smiled then she said, "Yes, we will." Then Olette-Chan and Rouge shook hands.

Kari-Chan smiled at the two, then she said, "Thank you. Both of you." Kari-Chan then placed her hands on both of theirs, and then something happened.

In between Olette-Hime and Rouge's hands came a bright light. Olette-Hime then asked, "What's going on?"

When the light died down, we all gasped in shock, the reason? In Olette and Rouge's hands, was a… "I don't believe it. It's a D-Ark!" I said in complete shock. Yes, Olette-Hime now had her own D-Ark, her D-Ark was red and had blue buttons. Kind of like how mine looks when Doru-San goes into his Ultimate level.

Olette-Hime looked at her D-Ark and asked in a shocked voice, "Does this make me a..."

I nodded and smiled warmly at her as I said, "Congratulations, you are now an official DigiDestined, Hime. And you are an official member of our team as well, Rouge."

Both girls were shocked, but then, just like with my D-Ark, six brand new cards shot out from Olette-Chan's D-Ark. These, unlike mine, were light red, and had a blue symbol on it. In the center was a blue circle, with two diamonds, one on the top of the circle, and another on the bottom, and on the left and right side of the circle, was two crescent shaped symbols that curved outwards on the top.

Olette-Chan looked at each of her new cards, her new cards were, "Hyper Wings, Drimogemon's Iron Drill Spin, Frigimon's Subzero Ice Punch, Radiant Faith, Rock Armor, and Shellmon's Hydro Blaster. Wow." Olette-Chan looked at Rouge, then at me, and finally at Kari-Chan, then she said, "I may not know why I was given a Digivice, But I promise, I will do whatever it takes to keep those I cherish safe from harm."

And to add to today's weirdness, Olette-Hime's heart began to emit a bright blue light, when the light died down, she was now wearing her own Tag and Crest. Her Crest was in the same design as the back of her Modify Cards. "Olette-Hime." Olette-Chan then looked up at me, then I pointed around her neck and said, "Look."

Olette-Chan looked down and saw her new Tag and Crest. She held it up to her, then I heard a woman's voice say, "The Crest of Faith. The Crest of Gravity. The Crest of the Guide." Swear that that voice sounded familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on where I had heard that voice.

After that, the voice went silent. I looked to Olette-Hime and said, "Well, Hime, are you ready for your first fight as a DigiDestined?"

Olette-Chan looked up at me, then she closed her eyes for a few seconds, but when she opened them, I saw a fire burning brightly, then she stood up and said, "Let's do this!"

I turned to Tai-Nii and he nodded, then he opened the door and rushed out, I turned to my Imouto and said, "Sorry, Ōjo, I wish I could stay longer, but, duty calls. We've gotta find a way back to the Digital World."

Then we all ran out after Tai-Nii, but as we were leaving, I heard Kari-Chan shout, "No!"

I closed my eyes, trying to bury the tears, as I kept running, not wanting to turn back, I thought, 'Gomen'nasai, Kari-Chan, but, I have to do this.' As I opened my eyes, I thought, 'For my friends!'

As we were running, we caught up to Tai-Nii, who was standing on the edge of a set of stone stairs, when me and Olette-Chan caught up with him, we both nodded, then we got ready to fight, only to gasp in shock as Tyrannomon vanished into thin air. "What happened? He's gone!" Nii-San asked in shocked confusion.

Then the ground started shaking as we heard an explosive coming from behind us. We all turned and saw a purple Drimogemon emerging from underground. "Drimogemon! Not good!" Olette-Chan cried out in shock.

We all headed for a safer place to organize a battle strategy, when we ran past a bunch of TVs that had breaking news on them, the news anchor then said, "Apparently, some of our viewers have called our station, claiming to have seen monsters on our newscast screen."

Then we finally rounded a corner and saw Drimogemon, then Tai-Nii pointed up ahead and said, "There he is!"

But then he vanished, just like with Tyrannomon. I gritted my teeth, then I said, "Kuso! What is with these Digimon coming and going like this?"

Then Tai-Nii then shook his head and suggested, "No way! Maybe this is a dream."

I then decided to put his absurd theory to the test and pinched Tai-Nii, who cried out, then I asked, "Does it feel like a dream, Tai-Nii?" Before doing the same thing to myself, feeling the pain, and still being in the same place, proved that this was reality.

Then Tai-ii rubbed his arm and said, "Ok, so it isn't a dream, that must mean that the Digimon are drifting between both worlds through that dimensional rift. We have to find it and get through before these monsters destroy both Earth and the DigiWorld."

I nodded then I said, "It'll take all of us together to stop them." I then looked to Olette-Chan and Rouge and said, "All of us." I emphasized the word 'all' because of our new additions to our team.

Both girls nodded in understanding, now was not the time for them to be sitting on the sidelines, they were now partners, they were now part of the team, and they knew it. Then Tai-Nii said, "We've got to get back."

Then Koromon-San and Dorimon-San jumped down and Koromon said, "Even if we could, we can't seem to help you guys."

Dorimon-San nodded and said, "Indeed, in spite of all that we've eaten, we can't seem to Digivolve."

Then Koromon-San whimpered as he said, "So we can't fight. We'd just get in the way."

Then me and Tai-Nii, knowing that we couldn't do this alone, both said, "But I need you, Koromon-San/Dorimon-San."

Then Tai-Nii tightened his fists as he said, "We can't win unless we fight as a team."

I nodded and said, "Agreed. We always do things together, Dorimon-San, now is not the time to be doubting ourselves, now is the time that we trust each other the most and work as one."

That was when we all heard Kari-Chan's voice shout out, "Tai-Nii, Koromon-San, Luke-Nii, Dorimon-San, Olette-Nee, Rouge-Chan, wait! I want to go with you!"

We all turned in shock as we saw that Kari-Chan was now wearing a pink jacket, then Tai-Nii said, "Kari-Chan, I told you not to leave!"

I ran up to her and said, "Yeah, and you can't go with us. It's much too dangerous in the Digital World."

Kari-Chan then hugged me tightly as she started crying as she said, "Please, you guys. Oh, please, please."

As Kari-Chan begged to come with us, was when I heard Dorimon-San and Koromon-San say, "Ogremon-Baka!"

We all turned and there, right across the street, was the green ogre, then Dorimon-San and Koromon-San said, "Guys, it's Ogremon-Baka!" Everyone turned to face the green ugly creep.

Then Dorimon-San looked confused at how no one was even acknowledging him said, "But the people don't seem to even notice him."

We watched as Ogremon-Baka just stood completely still, not even moving a muscle, then Tai-Nii asked, "What's he doing? He's just standing there, waiting for the light to change."

Olette-Chan then said, "Maybe, seeing how he's not fully into the human world, he has to follow the rules of the human world."

Then Tai-Nii stood protectively in front of me and Kari-Chan and said, "Maybe if we wait, he'll disappear like the others."

I didn't think that was going to be the case, so, I went through my Modify Cards, then I pulled out Leomon's Beast Sword and got ready for anything. We watched as the crosswalk light changed to green, and then he attacked, but just before he could hit the Digimon, Dorimon-San, Rouge-San, and Koromon-San all jumped out of the way. And while Tai-Nii protected Kari-Chan, I shielded Olette-Hime.

After the smoke cleared, I turned to Olette-Hime and asked, "You okay, Hime?"

Olette-Hime looked at me and nodded as she said, "Yeah, I'm fine."

Then I heard Tai-Nii ask, "Kari-Chan, are you okay?"

Instead of answering the question, Kari-Chan looked around and asked, "Koromon-San? Dorimon-San? Rouge-Chan?"

We all looked around and couldn't find my partner and I asked, "Dorimon-San? Where are you?"

"Rouge-Chan? Rouge-Chan where are you?" Asked Olette-Hime, wondering where her new partner went.

"Koromon-San? This is not the time for hide and seek!" Tai-Nii stated in usual Tai-Nii response.

Then I heard Kari-Chan say, "They're up there!"

We all looked to where Kari-Chan was pointing at, and Tai-Nii asked, "What?"

Then Kari-Chan said, "They're trying to fight that monster single-handed!"

We watched as Koromon-San shot a bunch of bubbles at Ogremon-Baka, while Dorimon-Nii compressed himself and nodded at Rouge, who was holding him, then with a powerful throw, Rouge threw Dorimon-San at Ogremon-Baka, then Dorimon-San shouted, "Iron Drop!"

And while Koromon-San's attacks weren't doing anything, Dorimon-San's Metal Drop managed to at least knock the wind out of Ogremon-Baka. But not for long. We then watched as a single Lower-Level Champion and two In-Trainings fought off a High-Level Champion.

But as Ogremon-Baka crashed into a building, me and Tai-Nii raised up our Digivices and Tai-Nii said, "Koromon-San, Digivolve!"

Then Koromon-San shook his head and said, "We can't do it unless you guys use the Digivices."

Then Tai-Nii tightened his grip on the Digital Device and said, "I don't know what's wrong, but the Digivice isn't working. You'll have to Digivolve without them."

Then Koromon-San called out, "I just can't!"

I then lifted up my D-Ark and shouted, "Digivolution, Activate!" But nothing, "Crud! We're in big trouble if Dorimon-San and Koromon-San can't Digivolve!"

Then Olette-Hime stepped up with a fierce look of determination on her face as she said, "Then it's time for a women's touch." I turned to Olette-Chan, who had her new D-Ark in front of her and two Modify Cards at the ready, she spun her D-Ark in her hand like I did then she said, "Double DigiModify, Hyper Wings and Frigimon's Subzero Ice Punch, Activate!"

Then Rouge began glowing, and from her back emerged six glowing wings, then I swear, I saw the most sadistic smirk appear on her face as she said with a dark chuckle, "Oh, yeah." Then, Rouge towards Ogremon-Baka and shouted, "Eat this! Subzero Ice Punch! Hyah!" Her attack landed, and it froze Ogremon-Baka's Bone Club.

Then Dorimon-San turned to me and said, "Jeremy-San, without the Digivice, I can't Digivolve!"

Then Kari-Chan said, "You guys can do it, Koromon-San, Dorimon-San."

Then Ogremon angrily slapped Rouge away from him, then swung his now frozen Bone Club at Koromon-San and Dorimon-San. Me and Tai-Nii then both screamed out, "Koromon-San!/Dorimon-San! Digivolve!"

Then both mine and Tai-Nii's Digivices started glowing brightly, then we both shared a look and nodded, then we raised our Digivices to the sky and shouted out, "Digivolution, Activate!"

D-I-G-I-V-O-L-U-T-I-O-N

Then both Dorimon-San and Koromon-San started to glow brightly that was when the sky opened up.

Then Tai-Nii pointed towards the open portal and said, "Look! The Dimensional Rift is opening up like a mega-vacuum cleaner! Koromon-San!"

"Dorimon-San..." I yelled at the same time. Then both me and Tai-Nii yelled out, "HELP!"

Then Koromon-San said, "Koromon, Digivolve to... Agumon!"

Then Dorimon-San followed right after him, "Dorimon, Digivolve to...Dorumon!"

Then as I was holding onto Olette-Chan, I said, "Hurry, Dorumon-San! Help out Rouge!"

And then Tai-Nii said, "You too, Agumon-San!"

That was when Ogremon-Baka charged at us, then Agumon-San launched his attack, "Pepper Breath!" And it struck at Ogremon-Baka, and it launched him upwards.

Then Rouge looked to Dorumon-San and said, "Gem Head, fire away!"

Dorumon-San nodded then he took a deep breath then shouted out, "Metal Cannon! Hah!"

Then just as the metal sphere flew past Rouge, she cocked her fist back and said, "Have a little taste of a combo attack, Subzero Ice Punch! Hah!" Rouge then punched Dorumon-San's attack, just as it flew past her, and gave it an ice casing, but also made the attack fly faster.

Then Tai-Nii threw his fist towards Ogremon-Baka and said, "Take a hike!"

I nodded and said, "And never come back!" Then Ogremon-Baka vanished into the rift. But that was when the Digimon started to fly upwards. "Dorumon-San! Don't leave me!" I cried out as I tried reaching for my partner and best friend.

But Dorumon-San responded with, "Gomen, but the Digital World needs me."

"Agumon-San, come back!" Tai-Nii shouted out to his partner, not wanting to part ways just yet.

Then Agumon-San sadly said, "I'm needed in Digiworld."

Olette-Hime reached out for Rouge and cried out, "Rouge!"

Rouge tried to fly to Olette-Hime, but the pull was to strong and she said, "I'm sorry, Olette."

Then all three Digimon said, "We'll never forget, you, our friends."

Then all of the Digimon were gone. "No. They can't be gone." I said sadly, not wanting to believe it to be true.

Then Tai-Nii ran to the portal and reached out his hand and said, "Wait! Take us with you! You still need my help, Agumon-San!"

Olette-Hime then shouted out, "No. Not when we just became partners. I can't lose you, Rouge."

"Dorumon-San!" I shouted out. Then just as me and Tai-Nii were about to chase after them, we were stopped by Kari-Chan.

"Tai-Nii, Luke-Nii, stay with me." Kari-Chan said in desperation, not wanting to see us leave so soon after coming back.

Tai-Nii, who was still looking at the portal said, "No, go wait for Kāsan and Tōsan."

I nodded sadly, knowing that it was the best thing for her to do, as well as the safest and said, "Yeah, don't worry about us. We'll be back before you even know it."

Kari-Chan then walked up and gave us both one final hug and said, "Gomen'nasai."

Then both me and Tai-Nii asked, "Why?"

To which Kari-Chan replied with, "You're both right. I know you have to leave."

Both of us looked down sadly as we said, "We really do. Okay?"

Kari-Chan simply replied with, "Okay."

Tai-Nii then looked down to his Digivice and said, "Agumon-San, and the others can't Digivolve without us. This is our fight too."

I turned to Kari-Chan and took the two notes out of my pocket, then I said, "Kari-Chan, once you get home, I want you to read the note that is addressed to you. And follow it's instructions, okay?" Kari-Chan nodded then I said, "And be sure to keep this a secret from Kāsan and Tōsan, okay? Otherwise they'd flip out if they knew about this."

Again, Kari-Chan nodded at me and said, "Okay, Luke-Nii."

Then all three of us lifted our Digivices to the sky, and we slowly started to fly upwards. As we were slowly flying, me and Tai-Nii held onto Kari-Chan's hand, then as we continued our assent, Kari-Chan said, "Please, be careful."

Olette-Chan smiled and said, "Kari-Chan, don't worry, "I'll do my best to keep your Nii-San's safe. You have my word."

Then, we were pulled from Kari-Chan's grasp and pulled into the rift, then all three of us said, "Goodbye, Kari."

And Kari-Chan's final words were, "Bye, bye, guys. Don't forget about me."

It was really hard to watch Kari-Chan as we floated away, but there was no way we could take her with us. Not yet, anyways. Until we get Gatomon-San and Wizardmon-San on our side, and Kari-Chan obtains her Crest Of Light, bringing Kari-Chan with us was way too risky. And besides, Kāsan really would have flipped her lid if she found out about it.

Here we were, back in the Digital World, then Tai-Nii said, "Here we are, guys, back in business. Now we've got to decide what our first move is."

Then I turned to him and said, "Well, Goggle-Head, we first have to find our friends."

Agumon-San nodded and said, "Then we have to make sure you and the others get home safely."

I cracked my knuckles and said, "Not until we conquer all the evil Digimon in the neighborhood."

Olette-Hime nodded and said, "Right. Otherwise, neither one of our worlds will ever be safe."

Rouge then looked as if she had just remembered something, "Hey, Tai, Emo-Sama, why didn't you guys use your powers back while fighting against Ogremon-Baka?"

Me and Nii-San froze in our place as we blinked several times, before we fell to the ground and started banging our heads against the ground and repeatedly chanted, "BAKA! BAKA! BAKA! BAKA!"

And so, we crossed through a dimensional rift and ended up back home, there I find out that, not only does Kari-Chan actually remember bits and pieces of the incident from four years ago, but she also knows the truth about myself, and she wasn't even angry about it. But then Digimon started showing up in our world, and just when we are going to go fight them, Olette-Hime and Rouge becomes partners. I can only hope that Kari-Chan follows through with her instructions and gives Gatomon-San her note, because if not, history may repeat itself. But all that and more in the next chapter of Digimon: New Life!

Thechaosmaster: Woah, baby! How's that for an emotional roller coaster? And be honest, did I do this chapter justice? I hope so. And yes, Olette and Rouge are now partners, and Olette's Crest suddenly appearing? Heh, trust me, I am not going insane, well, I am already insane, but there is a reason to my madness, trust me.

Kurivolt: Yeah, this guy has a plan for what is to come, it's not a clear plan, but a plan, nonetheless.

Chaos: Yeah, but, anyways, I am sorry it took me so long to write this chapter, but I just couldn't get off my lazy butt to do it. Well, read, Review, and please don't kill me. Peace!

CHAOS CONTROL!

Thechaosmaster: Well, are you better now, Red?

Red scoffs: I'll admit, this IS one of your better chapters, but seriously, did you forget about the siblings powers during this chapter or what?

Chaos: To be frank, not really, this chapter was supposed to be more or less about the relationships between the human side of things.

Red: Then why did this take so long to edit?

Chaos: In all honesty? As I have possibly said before, this is one of my favorite chapters I have ever written, now, one thing that many would see as a recurring event, is fear. Specifically, Luke's fear about what others think of him if they learn the truth, it was this fear that allowed Devimon to almost brake Luke's strength to fight. It is this fear that plays a big part in Luke's growth.

Red: So, this is basically like Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy, then? With this story being about fear, the second being about something to do with a trial by fire, and the third one being about pain?

Chaos: Uh…I'm not certain about that, yet, but I won't lie, I have been planning on something like that, but I'm not sure about how to work it into the series. But, until then…I hope you all enjoyed this updated chapter.

Red: See ya.
