In Italy at Vultori castle
Caius pov
I sit on my throne in the throne room at a meeting keeping up my poker face facade
"Caius brother what's the matter?, your quitter than normal" Marcus asked I look up at him
"Marcus brother I'll tell you in private without Aro later I have a few things to discuss with you about my blood family tree" I said in vampire speed while Aro was dealing with Jane who gotten a bit out of control
It took five hours for the meeting to finish in the throne room now I'm speeding to my study my 'wife' is in the tower so she wont interrupt things being said
Marcus walks through the door of my study "so brother what's the problem with your descendant?" Marcus asked
"More like decendants two are still alive, the youngest we met recently when young Edward came remember?" I asked
"Yes I remember, Isabella wasn't it?" He asked
I nod "yes, you see her great to many times grandmother I knew when I was still human and after I turned but she was a witch when we had a one night stand not long after I turned she fell pregnant but due to her powers she survived child birth
but the child grew as a normal human child until their 18th birthday the power of a witch and vampire come in to play only the women gotten the witch powers with our vampire power
I would have to invite Isabella back to Italy or go to Forks Washington to train her in both powers her grandmother who was the last Swan witch before her she has the journals and Swan family spell books in storage somewhere so she'll be gaining both powers soon" I explained to him
"Ah yes I understand why you didn't tell Aro he's power hungry and might use her" he says
"Exactly Jane and Alec might understand and side with me because of how they were turned but I'm unsure"
"I'll back you up Caius it's a two against one in kings we could easily get him dethroning with Isabella's help when she's powerful enough" he told me
"True but she doesn't know much of the powers she has I believe a mental shield is one of the natural gifts that witches possess without them knowing" I said pacing back and forth
"Yes it could be"
Marcus pov (shocker)
I look into my bond sight seeing a pink threat coming from Isabella when they were here in Italy the pink thread was connected to Isabella and Caius meaning family
Though I kept my mouth and thoughts shut of this until Caius came to me for help
I'm helping Caius whether Aro likes it or not I know that Didyme wasn't murdered by the Roman's I know one other person
Who didn't want my wife and I to leave the Vultori Aro I smelt him all over our room when he killed her he didn't want us to leave
That's how I knew to side with Caius so he wouldn't suffer the same fate as I with a decendants of our human and vampire life
It's also how I knew Aro was a power hungry bastard who only cares about the gifted members of the guard and coverns all over the world to join us
I've seen something else from my bond sight that I haven't seen over millennia since my lovely Didyme was killed a gold thread from me to someone else but I know that I can't leave the castle because Aro tricked me and told a gifted guard to bond me to the castle so I wouldn't leave
I need to get out of the castle but I don't know how
Back in Forks
Bella pov
I was going through the attick to find grandma's belongings to find spell books in box after box but I would have to contact Caius
So he could help me control this power now that I think about it being unknown
I was a witch would explain my natural mental shield so Edward wouldn't read my mind that makes a lot of sense to me
"Bells where are you?!" Dad yelled he must have the night shift for tonight
"in the attick dad!" I yelled down from the entrance to the attick he came up into the attick "why are you in here?" He asked me
"I got in contact with our ancestor it seems like he knew something about our Swan family history
I found books in grandma's belongings we stored in the attick but there not normal books more like spell books from our Swan heritage" I explained to him
"B-but that's impossible how does he know?!" He exclaimed "dad our ancestor isn't human but he looks human and you know the rez kids hate the Cullens" I said giving him hints
"If he's not human than something supernatural right?" He asked in confusion "yes you know the answer" I told him
"Yeah wait, wolves are vampires natural enemies and the Cullens couldn't go on the rez and when you brought Edward to meet me his hands where unnaturally cold" he hinted and his eyes widened looking at me
"You mean to tell me that our ancestor is a
vampire but we're related to witches and the boys on the rez I knew since they were babies are wolves?!" Dad exclaimed in shock
"Yes you remember when I wanted to go back home to Phoenix and was in the hospital supposedly fell down stairs through a window?" I asked him
"Yeah wait a second, you mean to tell me you were hunted by a vamp and why you cover your wrist all the time was because the vamp bit you was gonna turn you?"
"Yes dad but Edward sucked the venom out and there's another reason why he wanted me around him why he stopped me from seeing Jake more than that" I told him
He nods his head gesturing me to continue "the Cullens have a treaty with the pack down at the rez the reason why Edward wanted me around him and not hang out with Jake is one I'm Edwards's blood singer and two he doesn't trust Jake or any of the pack" I explained to him further
"Ah that makes sense why they can't go down to the rez, but blood singer?" Dad asked
"Let me put it this way, think of it as a vampire personal brand of illegal drug but replace a human version of illegal drugs with human blood
a special type of drug that is so addictive to vampires that they won't stop at nothing to keep their own personal blood bag human rather than turned into a vampire" I explained the best I could remembering how Edward explained it to me a year ago
"So to sum it up your Edwards's personal brand of illegal drugs but instead of the human kind in pills it's your blood singing to him and why he was so controlling with you and causing your friendship with Jake to be strained to almost nonexistent" dad said
"Yeah pretty much but the other thing is he lied to the Vultori kings about me being his mate yet Aro is power hungry wants the gifted vampires to stay in power as king and why Caius didn't tell Aro he might use Caius's decedents against him or worse,
I may only met them months ago but I could tell Marcus and Caius intentions are genuine Aro on the other hand I could tell he wasn't genuine in his voice posture and actions" I explained to dad
Dad nods "you know he could reach out to me right?" He said "yeah he could but they have a law against telling humans he might not know that you also have the magic gene therefore not telling you when you were younger" I reasoned with him
"Yeah your right" he replied I yawn "I'm gonna head to bed dad" I said covering my mouth
"Okay bells love you" dad said "love you too dad night" I replied/told him as I'm half way up the stairs
I got really for bed I snuggled under the covers turned my lift out and started dreaming of my Carlisle

I'm doing what I can in my spare time trying to come up with new ideas along while dealing with my home life please don't hold that against me
