Now, here is the next chapter I promised, about Connor waiting in the waiting room until the doctor comes in and tells him information on how Julie is doing after the bomb explosion. Chapter 4 Connor is now worried about Julie

Connor's POV

Once I arrived at the nearest hospital in Tarabiscoville, I entered the emergency room with Julie in my arms.

"Con, Connor?" Julie called my name.

"Don't worry Julie, I've got you." I told her as a team of doctors and nurses came rushing over with a gurney as I placed Julie on it.

"Connor, don't leave me!" Julie exclaimed as I was about to stay by her side but a nurse stopped me.

"You'll have to wait in the waiting room sir, and we assure you that your girlfriend will be in good hands." The nurse said as she thought Julie was my girlfriend.

"Oh, uh Julie isn't my girlfriend." I told her.

"Oh, my apologies but she seems to be a really great girl." The nurse exclaimed.

"Yeah, she is a great girl." I thought while I went into the waiting room where Greg, Amaya, both Izzy's Cubby and Jake were sitting on the chairs.

"Connor, are you okay? How's Julie doing? Will she get better?" Everyone was asking me a lot of questions as my head started to hurt.

"Stop, stop, my head hurts." I told them.

"Hey, what's the matter?" Amaya asked as she sat me down on the chair.

"After that bomb explosion, I was starting to get worried about Julie's safety. And as I brought her into the emergency room, she didn't look good as she called my name, I told her that I am here for her. She also told me not to leave her. But unfortunately the nurse told me to wait here in the waiting room. She also thought that Julie was my girlfriend." I explained.

"Let me ask you something Connor, do you have feelings for Julie? Because the way I see it, Julie seems to have feelings for you as well. I mean you did ask her if she would want to go on a date with you." Amaya told me.

"Would you feel jealous if I say yes?" I wanted to know.

"Not really, I mean we've been friends since we were toddlers. So, no I wouldn't get jealous Connor." Amaya said as I kissed her cheek and hugged her.

"Amaya, you rock!" I told her as she blushed.

"Julie?" The doctor called as we got up from the chairs.

"Who's the cousin of Julie?" The doctor wanted to know.

"I am!" Jake answered.

"Your cousin is in good hands, but due to the bomb explosion, she is badly hurt." The doctor explained.

"What are her injuries?" I exclaimed.

"Julie has a fractured neck, her left hand is injured, she also has a fractured back but we are keeping an eye on her back to make sure it doesn't break even further. And that's all you need to know about Julie's injuries. Any questions?" The doctor wanted to know if we had any questions about Julie.

"Yeah, when do we get to her singing?" Both Cubby and Gekko asked.

"GUYS, REALLY!?" We all screamed to make them shut up.

"Yeah, I am going to go back to work. I'll give you guys any more updates on Julie later." The doctor exclaimed as he left.

Jake's POV

"Okay, I know your not my Cubby from my universe, but why would you and Gekko ask that question to the doctor?" I asked.

"We thought, it would be funny." Gekko said as Cubby nodded in agreement.

"If you were our Cubby from our universe, we would ground you. But unfortunately you're not, you're from a different universe where Julie is Captain. So, we will let her make the decision Cubby." Izzy from my universe exclaimed.

Universe 2 Izzy's POV

"Cubby, about what I called you earlier back on Neverland, I'm sorry." I apologized.

"Hold up a second, what did you call your Cubby?" the Izzy from Jake's universe asked.

"I called him a baby because I was mad that he ate my pancakes this morning." I told her.

"Okay that's rude, even I wouldn't call my Cubby a baby." The Izzy from Jake's universe said.

"It's okay Izzy, I forgive you." Cubby said as we hugged.

"Aww, adorable." Connor said.

Connor's POV

"I'm going to go get something from the gift shop to make Julie feel better. Anybody, want to join me?" I asked as Amaya raises her hand.

"Alright, let's go!" I told her.

"By the way, thanks for coming, I didn't want to go alone anyway." I whispered.

"Hey, you need me right now. Besides, Julie is not in a good state right now and I understand that." Amaya told me as we enter the gift shop.

"So, what are you going to get her?" Amaya wanted to know.

"I don't know, probably a plushie, with bouquet of flowers and a get well card." I explained to Amaya what I'm going to buy for Julie.

As I grabbed a shopping basket, the first item on the list I grabbed was a bouquet of flowers. The next item on my get well soon Julie, was a plushie. Now, the last item on my list was a get well soon card. I didn't want to buy anything that was written already so I passed that aisle went to the arts and craft area where I found loads of stuff that I can make my own get well soon card with. Once Amaya and I went to the cash register, I started to pay all this myself. Before everything got paid, I went to one more and grabbed a basket and a bow to put it on top. Once I now had everything I needed, I paid for them.

As we left the gift shop, Amaya and I went back to the waiting room while she sat down as I went to work on getting Julie's get well soon stuff in order. I started out with making the basket pretty by adding colored papers inside. Then I added the bouquet of flowers into the basket. Actually, I took those out so ai can carry and hold them when I visit her. Anyway, I got started on my get well soon card for Julie next.

Dear Julie,

I am so sorry, the bomb explosion almost killed you. But if it wasn't for me before you landed on the ground, you would have been dead by now. I must be the worst person ever to you at this moment because now you're hurt thanks to the bomb explosion and Romeo. look Julie the truth is, I was scared okay. I was scared of asking you on a date earlier I never asked out a girl before. I know we're only 10 years old but I think we should take it one year at a time. you know, before I went into the waiting room the nurse told me something silly. she said that they assured that my "girlfriend," will be in good hands. The nurse thought that you were my girlfriend. Isn't that funny a little bit when we both think about it? once I arrived in the waiting room, everyone was asking me a lot of questions about you. that's when my head started to hurt but Amaya was right there by my side, as she sat me down in the chair and we talked. I'm thinking she's right, I think I do have feelings for you. but the question on my mind is that... Do you, have feelings for me? Julie, please get better soon I miss you so much.

Once I was done writing that long get well card, I folded the paper in half and placed it inside the basket. That's when I looked up and saw a nurse.

"Are you Connor Sanchez?" the nurse asked as nodded my head.

"Well, someone wanted me to come and get you because she wants you with her." the nurse explained as I grabbed the basket and the bouquet of flowers in my other hand and followed her to a room where a certain someone was waiting for me.

"Julie, you have a visitor." The nurse told her as I walked in with the bouquet of flowers in one hand and the basket in the other that's containing stuff.

"Hi, Connor!" Julie said hello as I ran over to her and hugged her while crying.

"Julie, I missed you." I told her.

"Aww, Connor I'm okay, all right I'm fine I'm just banged up a bit." Julie explained.

"Look at you, you're really hurt and it's on my fault." I said.

"Connor, look at me it's not your fault it's Romeo's fault okay he did this not you. even though the bomb exploded after I cut the red wire, I was really banged up and falling from the sky but you caught me Connor you saved me. And that's pretty heroic if you ask me." Julie exclaimed.

"You think I'm heroic?" I wanted to know.

"Yes!" Julie answered as I past her the gift basket.

"Connor you brought me a gift basket? That's so sweet. Thank you, but you got to take them out for me." Julie told me as I did.

"check it out, I got you a plushie, a bouquet of flowers and a get well card to go with it I wrote it myself. I hope you like them." I said as Julie started crying.

"Oh no, Julie I'm so sorry please don't cry." I pleaded her not to cry.

"Connor, you didn't have to apologize. the reason why I'm crying is because of what you said on my get well card. And to answer your last question that you wrote down here, yes Connor I do have feelings for you, and sure we can take it one year at a time if you want. how about when we both turn 13 we can make it official boyfriend and girlfriend. What do you say?" Julie asked as I leaned in close to her and kissed her lips.

"You got it, Julie! Oh, I just remembered remember I asked you if you wanted to go on a date with me earlier?" I asked.

"Yes, I remember why?" well this hospital is pretty big and it's full of chefs that cook great food. I was thinking since you're going to be in here for a few weeks maybe months who knows, we can start our first date in a hospital." I suggested.

"Connor Sanchez, will you making me the happiest girl that's banged up right now to have this day with you in the hospital?" Julie asked as like if we were getting married but this time it was more like asking me to have this date with her in a hospital.

"Julie, it would be an honor to have our first date in the hospital together." I answered.

"I love you kitten boy." Julie said.

"I love you too Pirate Captain girl!" I exclaimed as we saw the chefs come in with a table, a tablecloth candles and a red rose. While Greg and Cubby came in with food for me and I soon to be girlfriend in the future Julie.

A/N @Thesassyscorbunny chapter 3 is finished! I have put in a lot of work into this one and nothing to going to be really impressed about the ending. because I'm not going to give you a spoilers. this chapter is adorable cute sad and heartwarming. so please give me credit for writing this chapter also I might need some help thinking of ideas for Chapter 4. if you can think of anything let me know.
