Kuri and Ben chased the Vreedle brothers who had hold of the Anihilarg, and Kuri reached out, her hand disappearing as they activated the device.
"No!" Ben dialed in Alien X.
Ben floated in space, reasoning with Serena and Bellicus, all while feeling Kuri's presence.
When he began recreating the universe, he couldn't manage to get her just right.
Suddenly he found the spiritual energy floating around his hand, and it formed into her sleeping form.
"But you were...destroyed..." Ben said. "Impossible..."
Kuri woke up. "Huh? Guess that weapon was a dud."
The two finished arresting the Vreedles, and Kuri and Ben headed to their date spot—Mr Smoothy.
"You could have done a better job." Kuri commented.
"What?" Ben said, not understanding.
"You made everything the same—but this place...it's not quite right." Kuri laughed.
Ben's eyes widened. "You knew! But I couldn't bring you back."
"I can't so easily be created or destroyed." Kuri said mysteriously.
"Hm." Ben kissed her. "Scared me anyway."
Kuri kissed him back. "Thanks for worrying."
