It was at that moment that Diego Armando realized what he should have seen a long time ago. The Mia that Phoenix Wright knew lived on through him. The Mia that Diego knew would have to live on through him as well.

A single stray bullet changes everything, again. But this time maybe there's a bright side. Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth chooses death, but Phoenix (and Gumshoe) won't let him go that easily. Phoenix gets shot in the foot, and they end up working together to defend the innocent and the guilty. (Next chapter coming in January!)

Basically my headcanon for how Maya finds out about Phoenix's disbarment and what she would do about it. Platonic NaruMayo, but you can also interpret it in a shippy way if you prefer.

Miles Edgeworth decides to face his fear of elevators and force himself to ride one. If only he'd known there would be a blackout and he would be stuck with a certain person. Each chapter features different character stuck in the elevator with him, and their way of dealing with Miles's panic will hopefully make things better. No romance between him and any other character.

The focus of this story is the week of Miles' coronation, reuniting with Phoenix, and background sabotage from Manfred. This is based on that one Capcom café image.
