Chapter 4:
Chris Magica took a sip of his wine and ate a bit of his steak.He let Basil and his granddad Bergamot do the talking.He felt relaxed and a little drunk.He took a breath and rolled his eyes as Basil placed an unlit cigar in his mouth. He quickly finished his food.
"Will talk later Grandad"He said leaving the apartment as Basil's cigar was lit.
He placed his hands in his jeans pockets and walked around happy garland.He bumped into Vanilla and saw him wearing a bloody mantis uniform.He took a breath and placed his hand on his forehead.He walked to the lobster inn and saw Sayaka and Madoka eating with the garland globetrotters.
He noticed an open mic and climbed on stage.He picked up Connie guitar and started to perform.
"Oh no Vanilla joined the bloody Mantis,Homura probably going to try and remove our old memories and just leave us with these new ones,We're probably screwed but let's give it our best to work together to defeat that damm demon"He finished singing and scratched his face.
Madoka sighed and slapped Chris.
"Your drunk aren't you"She asked.
Chris nodded and chuckled.
"Just a little"He said as Basil entered the lobster inn.
He walked over to Basil and grabbed his hand and walked upstairs.
Sayaka sighed and turned noticing Homura.
"Hey Demon,are you going to take our memories of our old world"She asked.
Homura laughed and walked around the lobster inn. She looked to Madoka and crossed her arms.
"It was a possibility but I realized doing that would cause Madoka powers as a goddess to awaken fully so have fun instead with the coming war with the bloody Mantis"She said before disappearing.
Madoka looked to Connie and their friends.
"Let's get some rest and then let's make sure Chris doesn't sing again"She said as they all headed to their rooms.
Connie woke up the next morning and walked down to the dining area of the lobster inn and saw Chris and Basil eating breakfast. She chuckled and took a seat with the two boys and noticed Chris had a hangover.
"Good Morning,Chris!"She screamed.
Chris covered his ears and nodded eating some more of his eggs and drinking some coffee.He smiled at Basil and waved as Sayaka and Madoka came downstairs with Savory.He got up after finishing breakfast.
"I have to head to work and Basil I will see you at the happy garland arena after work"He said leaving the lobster inn.
Basil nodded and took a sip of his coffee and pulled up the paper he bought.
"What Homura said was true the bloody Mantis is preparing for war with the army"He said.
Madoka clenched her fists together and took a breath.
"Let's take down the bloody Mantis and bring Vanilla back to our side"She said not noticing her eyes were orange.
Sayaka,Basil,Connie,and thier friends cheered and left the lobster inn together.
Chris was working in the gtw factory and sighed seeing Homura.
"I am too hung over to deal with you,Homura what the heck do you even want"He said.
Homura smirked and whispered in Chris ear.
"You better hurry,Before Madoka and everyone becomes prisoners of the bloody Mantis after they win the war against the army"She said.
Chris ran out of the gtw factory and to his trotmobile and headed to fort condor.
