There is a new kid on the block...And he can do crazy ninja-like stuff! Jim really can't believe his eyes when he watch the new kid hopping around the goblins while making clones of himself, it's good thing he's a trollhunter or he'll have to check himself into a funny farm. "Awesome-sauce!" Toby grinned up to Jim, "Naruto is a freckin' ninja! What's next? Alien? That'll be cool!"

5. Is It Me Or Is Naruto Crazy?

Most characters might be OOC and there might be some grammar errors but I'm trying my best.

Also, the timeline between Trollhunters and 3below is little wobbly so I have to make couple adjusts here and there.

Chapter 4: Is It Me Or Is Naruto Crazy?

Late at night, a gumm-gumm troll run across the yards then down the street as it tried to get away from the trollhunter and his partner until the creature stop in front of a campaign sign with glowing rune. The troll looked scared by the rune and it resume its running. "He knows where our hideout is!" Claire hollered.

"We can't let him get back to Gunmar!" Jim shouted back.

"He's heading toward Arbor Street." She said, "Tell me you put up signs there."

"I thought you did!" The trollhunter's eyes widened as the troll set a car alarm off. "Better make this quick before the neighborhood finds out."

"I got it." Claire coughed on the back of her hand as she ran with her boyfriend and she summon a portal to jump in.

"Wait, don't use your…" Jim groaned, continue to chase the gumm-gumm troll into the forest near the backyards and it look like it was about to make a clean getaway until Claire appear in front of the creature. She attempt to summon another portal but it fizz out.

"Oh, no!" Her eyes widened as the charging troll bellow out and she dove out of its way, the creature jump over the fence.

"You okay?" The trollhunter ran.

"Don't slow down for me." Claire groaned out as her boyfriend jump over the fence. The evil troll hop several fences while hurling things at the teenagers to slow them down and the creature hop over one more fence, end up facing the rest of the trollhunter team.

"Ha-ha!" Toby balled up his fists, Blinky held a sign like a baseball bat, Aaarrrgghh glare and Naruto crackled his knuckles.

"Eat my geomancy, Gumm-Gumm swine!" Blinky held his sign out like a ward and the creature shield itself with arms to brace for anything…But nothing happen and the creature lean closer with narrowed eyes.

"Uh, Blinky, you've got the wrong sign!" The chubby teenager gulped and the six-eyes troll take a look at his sign then scream out as the gumm-gumm troll lifts its arms up, only to get cut down by Jim from behind while Naruto fire an air bullet at its face and it crumble down. The light suddenly come on in backyard.

"What's going on out here?" The man come out with baseball bat as he looked around before he jerked back at the sight of pile of rocks and bunch of signs, "What the…? Is that a prank?!"

"If only Arcadia knew your mom's campaign was actually keeping them safe." Jim said to his girlfriend as the team walked up the hill in early dawn.

"The signs are no real defense, master Jim." Blinky spoke up, "Merely a Gumm-Gumm deterrent. Almost as much as Naruto's prank traps that he set up in some places."

"Yeah, they're pretty harmless." Naruto said, "Don't want to accidentally kill any innocents."

"Judging from tonight, I don't know how much longer your sleepy little town will be safe." The six-eyes troll said.

"That gumm-gumm, you think he was once one of you?" Claire rubbed her upper arm.

"Hmm." Aaarrrgghh hummed, "Gunmar turn friends. Sad."

"We can't think that way, guys." Toby carried Gumm-Gumm mask, "He saw where we were hiding the trolls. He would've told Gunmar."

"T.P.'s right." The ninja nodded.

"And since he's taken the Heartstone, he has only grown stronger, making his defeat even more difficult, if not impossible." Blinky said.

"For weeks, Gunmar's been sending his minions to do his dirty work." The chubby teenager tossed the mask on ground with a grunt, "Why doesn't he come up himself? What's he waiting for?"

"Maybe he's trying to find the weak points?" Naruto said as they looked at him, "You know, send soldiers out to locate weak points and see which one we don't cover? Kinda like what people used to do during the war."

"And you know that how…?" Toby asked as the blonde looked at him with a deadpan stare, "Oh, right! Your mom's museum curator and you have no choice but to learn a lot about war history, am I right?"

"Mostly, that and gramps is kinda hooked to history channel right next to game shows." The ninja replied.

"Either way, that is the question Arcadia's fate hang upon." Blinky rubbed his chin, Naruto may be right about this theory but who know if it's something different. "What is Gunmar plotting next?"

"Well, this stalemate is torture." Claire coughed, "I don't know how many more these late night study sessions I have in me."

"Hmm…" Aaarrrgghh put the mask on.

"Hey!" The chubby teenager ran up to his wingman, "You look just like a Gumm-Gumm.

"Yes." The giant troll grunted.

"No." Jim stepped up, "Too risky. You can't spy on Gunmar."

"We lost you once, old friend." The six-eyes troll agreed, "We cannot lose you again."

"Gunmar strong!" Aaarrrgghh took the mask off with furious expression, "Do nothing, Gunmar grow stronger! My choice!"

"It would be a waste of a hulking brute." She said.

"You get in, you get out." The trollhunter looked to the giant, "No unnecessary risks." The whimpering chubby teenager hugged the giant.

"Mm." The brute troll hugged him, "Wingman." A bell rang across the town.

"That's our cue." Blinky spoke, "We shall head back to our refuge." He looked to the teenagers, "Will you be joining?"

"Go on." Jim glanced to his girlfriend, "I wanna enjoy the sunrise while we still have 'em." The trolls left them after shoulder pat and the teenagers look over the town as the sun start to rise.

"…Can't we just skip school today?" Naruto asked, almost begging.

"No."

"Ugh."

'Can't believe we still have to go to school, this suck!' Naruto grumbled mentally as he listen to Janeth droned on with math lesson, 'The only new thing around is these two new kids.' He glanced to a boy and girl, Krel and Aja was it? They just suddenly came in during the class with Uhl and make a quick introduction before Janeth have them seated near him, the new girl right next to him, as the new principal left. The blonde never get a chance to introduce himself to them because the math teacher is very strict with her lessons and he don't want get in trouble right now, with all Gunmar business going on.

"The formula for the area of a triangle is…" Janeth draw a triangle on whiteboard.

"They receive knowledge by being talked at, rather than through thermogenic cosmosis." Krel turned back to his sister then turned back to the teacher, "I have a question."

"Then raise your hand." The teacher turned to him with annoyed expression.

"Uh, which one?" The Latino boy glanced between his hands questioningly.

"Either will do." Janeth huffed.

"Back home, I have four of them." Krel raised both his hands and Naruto's brow arched up.

"Do you have a question, Mr. Tarron?" The teacher approached his desk.

"Do you have a Daxial Array?" The Latino boy asked.

"We are talking about triangles." Janeth said annoyingly.

"Hardly." Krel barely give board a glance, "You forgot to account for the triangle's area when applied to the fourth dimension." He got up to take the marker from his teacher, "The fluctuations of the hypotenuse alter the triangle's shape." He wrote the equation on board, "But if we use Claxon's thirty-eighth Theorem, we get a reasonable approximation of…" He finished it with a smug smirk as his sister clapped with wide grin, "Now, strange woman, can you lead us to a Daxial Array?" He tossed the marker to Janeth and she catch it with some fumbles, glaring at the boy sternly.

'Um, is there a part about that in here somewhere?' Naruto actually looked through his textbook with confusing expression and several students also follow his example.

"New kids, you've gotta take the rope challenge." Lawrence walked by the new students with cupping chin.

"I'm not taking anything." Krel held his index finger out to the coach, "I keep telling you people this!"

"I love challenges." Aja pulled her brother back with a wide grin.

"Every kid here should be able to climb that rope and ring that bell." The coach smacked his clipboard with the back of his hand then pointed at the ropes with Naruto and couple students setting the mats up.

"For what purpose?" Krel asked and the coach never notice that the pale girl have run toward to the rope.

"Move over." The grinning pale girl pushed Naruto aside as she jumped onto the rope and climb up so fast that the impressed blonde boy watches on in awe. She immediately ring the bell in a record time while swinging around, "Next challenge, please."

"What?" Lawrence dropped his jaw with stutters, "I've never seen anybody do it that fast before."

"I thought you said every kid could do this." The Latino boy said to the stunned teacher.

"Ugh!" The dazed coach wandered away, "That was in theory! You two are messing with my head."

"Damn." Naruto watched the new girl swinging from one rope to next rope in order to ring the bells, "What kind of training does she take?"

"Excuse me, do you have a Daxial Array?" Krel suddenly popped up at the blonde's side.

"Um, no, sorry?" The ninja looked at him oddly, wonder if he was saying it in his native language or something else.

"UGH!" The Latino boy threw his hands up as he stomped away, joined by his sister.

"They're pretty unique, huh?" Naruto scratched the back of his head. 'Maybe they're secretly changelings?' He think for a moment before shrugging his shoulders, he don't think it's worth to looking in since they appear to be friendly so far.

Claire sneeze violently as she walk in hallway with Toby and Naruto. "Ugh!" Toby wiped some snots off his face in disgust, "Okay, Nunez, that time I was not out of the blast radius."

"Sorry." Claire sniffled.

"You need to take the night off." Jim approached her, putting his hand on her shoulder.

"Not happening!" She knocked his hand off with a huff, "It's my turn for night watch, and no one needs to carry my…" She sneezed on Toby's hands.

"Oh, my goodness!" Toby grimaced at his hands, "That's so gross."

"I'll say." Naruto took few steps back away from him as the chubby teenager accidentally touch his own face, "Stop touching your face! Wash your hands, man!"

"You're working way too hard." The brunette put his arm around her shoulders before they start walk, "Remember, life's a balance."

"Ugh." The chubby teenager groaned as he opened the door to outside.

"T.P., over here!" Darci waved to them.

"Hey, G.F." Toby waved back happily.

"Hey, um…" The black girl tried to hug him but Toby accidentally bumped her forehead with his hand, "Oh." She tried to laugh it off by punching his shoulder, only to hit him in eye, "Uh! Um…"

"Uh…" They held hands as she giggled bashfully, "Okay, okay."

"Awkward yet cute." Naruto chuckled at their clumsy moment before Mary approached the group to grab Claire's arm.

"Look at the hot sauce that showed up on our front door, C-Bomb." Mary said with some glee as she pulled her toward another group, "He's from Arcadia Oaks Academy."

"Is that Big D?" A random girl squealed and the girl with white streak dropped her books and papers. Claire kneel down with a sigh and she was about to pick it up but someone else did. She look up to see a tall goth teenager with blue streaks and yellowish eyes. Claire's cheeks burn up.

"C-Bomb, is it?" The goth stood up with her, "Consider me blown away, because you are nuclear." That make her giggle shyly.

"So, uh…" Jim quickly appear at her side with a raised eyebrow before he put his arm around her shoulder, "What brings you to our humble school? And what'll it take to send you back?"

"We sure get a lot of new kids today, don't we?" Naruto looked to Darci and Toby with a head scratch and they simply shrug in agreement.

"The battle of the bands is coming up." The goth teenager gave them a flyer, "Ash Dispersal Pattern, that's my band, will be crushing it, but we're encouraging others to give it a shot."

"Didn't you open up for Papa Skull at the Boxtop?" Claire gasped with excitement, "You were sick!" She suddenly sneezed.

"Well, it looks like I'm not the only one." The goth boy chuckled and the brunette make a mocking chuckle out of jealousy.

"Claire, we should enter!" Darci ran up to her.

"We could be a cover band." Mary get on her other side, "Call ourselves…Oh, oh!" They chanted together, "Mama Skull!"

"…Naruto, what do it take for you to prank this guy so bad enough to make him left the school?" Jim grumbled to the blonde lowly, "And out of town forever."

"Mm, I don't know." Naruto smirked teasingly at him, "I kinda like this dude." He find it funny to see the trollhunter acting jealous.

"Dude!" The brunette hissed before he went through the girls to snatch the flyer from the goth teenager, "I don't know. You know, really?" He turned to the girls, "Mama Skull? I don't know, I don't know. I mean, it's the end of the school year, and we're already pretty booked up with all those after-school activities."

"Actually, a friend of mine told me I needed more balance." Claire snatched the flyer with a smirk, "Count us in!"

"Ka-boom!" Darci cheered.

"Shotgun on vocals!" Mary raised her hand up.

"I look forward to seeing you again, fair Lady Claire." The goth teenager walked away.

"…By the way, who's this guy?" The blonde turned to the girls, "I never caught his name."

"Douxie." The black-haired girl sighed dreamily and Naruto rolled his eyes at her.

"Hey, I'm home." Naruto jogged inside his house to drop his backpack off and take few things. There was no sunlight coming inside, due to blackout curtains.

"Welcome back." Vendel leaned his head out from the living room, have made himself home on a rocking chair. "Are you going out soon?"

"Yup, it's gonna be dark pretty soon and I'm covering for Claire with Jim because she's kinda sick with cold." The ninja pocketed some smoke bombs, "Later, gramps! Enjoy your show!"

"Be careful, my boy." The elder called out before he lean back to watch his show, "…What is Florence?"

"What is Florence?" The contestant answered right.

"Nailed it." He clenched his fist, "Thank goodness for discovery channel."

"All clear here." Naruto reported in with his walkie-talkie as he carried the signs, "I'm heading to…" He paused, "I don't know the name of the street but it's one with our school on it." He really don't memories every single street names. The ninja stroll into a park square to put some signs up, his eyes scan every inch for any signs of Gumm-Gumm trolls or any trolls that get lucky to get away from Gunmar's grip. There were several trolls that have escaped from him in another way on the day that Trollmarket have been taken over. After few more rounds, he head back to the base and froze as soon as he reach it, everything was in ruin. "Shit!" He ran inside to see many dead Gumm-Gumm trolls and he quickly look around until he see Blinky as he quickly collected important things. "Blinky! What happened?! Did everyone make it out?!"

"We have been comprised but everyone are safe." Blinky sighed wearily, "We have to find another place."

"Where's Jim?" He asked.

"He want to be alone for now." The six-eyes troll sighed again, "Draal was here…"

"What?" Naruto's eyes widened before he sigh, "Dammit…" He looked up to him while help collecting things like basket of smelly socks, "Why don't you guys call me?"

"Well…" Blinky gestured to the broken walkie-talkie on floor, "If it wasn't broke, we would not be able to contact you because it was so sudden and we have to act fast."

"That fucking sucks." The ninja growled, "I really want to go down in Trollmarket and kill this fucking bastard." The troll just nod mutely, "…Are you sure that you don't want to have everyone hide out at the museum? I have a way in, you know?"

"It's too risky because humans come in and out there all day and night." Blinky sighed for the third time, "I don't want to get anyone caught in crossfire and other things. But thank you for your offer. We will figure something out."

"Alright." Naruto lift a basket up, "Just to let you know that the offer is open anytime until we take care of this Gunmar bastard."

"I know, Naruto, I know." The troll picked several sacks up and they went down into the sewer to meet up with everyone else, helping them settle down in another safe place.

"Do aliens exist, or are we alone in the universe?" Janeth spoke to her class in front of a planetarium, "I'll let you decide. Your projects for the school science fair are due next week." She opened the door then shooing her students inside, "Explore and find inspiration." She narrowed her eyes, "Because if I have to grade one more baking soda volcano, I'll explode!"

'I can't believe I draw another short straw today.' Naruto grumbled mentally as he start wandering around the planetarium, barely look at the planet models. It have been barely a day after the attack on safehouse and the rest of trollhunter team was helping frightened trolls settle down. One of them have to go to school and they deal with it by drawing straws.

"Naruto, Steve!" Eli immediately approached them with nervous expression before he glance at the new kids.

"What's up?" The blonde with whisker marks asked and the outcast tried to run, only trip over his own foot. "…What's matter with him?" He looked to Steve.

"The heck if I know." Steve shrugged his shoulders before the outcast suddenly drag both blondes away to another place.

"Guys, you won't believe me!" The outcast paced back and forth, "I know what I saw, guys! Right through their window. They were aliens!"

"Aliens?" The blonde jock blinked before he calmly turn to Naruto, "Good luck with this one." He walked away, he can deal with trolls and monsters but aliens? That's way farfetched and Eli must be mistaken about what he saw, it's not the first time the outcast mistaken something for something else like bigfoot when it turn out to be some hairy homeless man…Very hairy person, Steve shivered at the memory.

"Steve!" Eli whined.

"Soooo, aliens?" Naruto arched his eyebrow down at him.

"Yes, alien alien!" The outcast nodded rapidly.

"Maybe they're changelings?" He said, "Or a different kind of trolls? Or some kind of costume?"

"This wasn't cosplaying." Eli said, "They were blue aliens living in a house that just…Boom! Appeared out of nowhere!"

"…Dude, you know we live in a town where strange things are pretty normal around here." Naruto replied, "I'm not sure about aliens but, the house? Maybe someone decide to put overtime in and build it as fast as they can? Or it was done with magic."

"Oh no!" The boys heard a voice on lower floor and they look down to see Aja struggling with a big rock. "Help! Somebody strong and brave with golden hair."

"I gotcha!" A blonde student eagerly jogged up to her.

"No, somebody else." The pale girl stopped him with one hand.

"Don't gotcha!" The student backpedaled with his hands up, look little sad.

"Oookay, I'm gonna down and see if I can help." Naruto head down as the nervous outcast gulped, never notice that Krel was approaching him. "Need help?" Aja tossed him the rock and he almost buckle under the sudden weight, "Whoa! Pretty little heavy, huh? What rock is that?"

"It's a moon rock." Aja took it with a smirk as she tossed it up once then give it back to him, "Lively, right?"

"Lively?" The blonde raised his eyebrow at her oddly before he glance at the overturned pedestal, "Um, can you turn it over up?"

"Mmm…" The pale girl glanced up to the second floor with arms behind her back then back to him, "Let's see. Nope." The ninja swear she was teasing him with a smirk.

"Oh, alright." Naruto place his foot on the edge of the base then press it down, causing the pedestal to flip up on its right side and he place the rock on it. "There."

"Oh?" Aja blinked at the scene and it look like she was considering to push it over again until they hear a shout above them.

"Seklos and Gaylen, help me!" They looked up in time to see Krel jumping onto a planet model and the rotating models start to break down as the speed increase. "No, no, no, no!"

"Mr. Tarron, what on Saturn are you doing?" Janeth asked bewilderedly to the screaming boy as the students raced out."

"Kleb!" The pale girl ran off to help her brother…By jumping on the spinning models.

"Weird guys." Naruto blinked owlishly, not sure how to react to this. A planet model flew out and embed deeply in the wall.

"You just dislodged Uranus!" The math teacher screamed.

'Heh.' The blonde snickered and his eyebrow went far up when he watch the pale girl pulling amazing acrobatic feat off while rescuing her brother before the spinning models broke down with a hard crash. After that, Naruto and the rest of students were forced out of the building while the furious teacher and adults chew the new kids out.

Naruto approach the burrito truck with the list in his hand and he snicker as Steve fall into one of his prank traps around the town, which is glued to sidewalk on his front with super glue that won't dissolve for few hours. The ninja greet the owner, "Hey, Stuart. Here's the list of the orders." He gave it to the owner.

"Ah, throwing a party, aren't we?" Stuart read the orders with some nods.

"Something like that." Naruto chuckled, "Just some friends getting together." Well, it's two friends and several hungry trolls. He put some money on counter, "Can I get a water bottle while you're making them?" The owner gave him bottle, "Thank." He twisted the cap off then was about to take a sip…Only to have it slapped out of his hand by Krel then receive a hard slap to face as the teenagers near the truck gasped.

"What's the new kid doing?" Mary gasped.

"I command you to…" Krel jabbed the blonde's chest with index finger before Naruto suddenly grab him by collar and the blonde gave him the most painful headbutt of his life.

"What the fuck is your problem, teme!" The ninja growled down to him in his native tongue.

"Ooh, and he's pissed off now." A black teenager boy whispered to Mary, Naruto sometime slip into speaking Japanese when his emotions get better of him.

"Hey!" Stuart shouted, "Cut it out, kids!"

"Oh!" The black-haired girl pulled her phone out, "I can't not watch!"

"Ha!" A white teenager boy hollered, "Knock him back to wherever he came from! Same goes for you…"

"You're next, racist bastard!" Naruto called over his shoulder with narrowed eyes, he know this guy from his math class and he hate this guy very much for several good reasons.

"Yeah, delete your mouth, Seamus!" Mary elbowed the racist.

"Get up so I can pummel you." The ninja turned back to glare down at Krel, "Then you explain it to me why you attack me!"

"Oh, no." Aja shouted with some kind of tech glasses, "Krel, it's not him! I was wrong! He is an idiot!"

"…Say what?" Naruto turned to her with a raised eyebrow.

"It seems there's been a misunderstanding here." Krel lift his index finger up from ground, "My apologies. You are just an idiot!"

"…Now I'm not even sure if you're trying to pick fight with me or what." The ninja never felt so confused in his whole life.

"Like he said, there's a misunderstanding here." The pale girl quickly stepped in between them as she press Naruto's chest back with her hands, "We thought you were someone else." She laughed sheepishly, "Sorry!"

"Really?" Naruto look at her with some suspicion. Now having a good look at her up close, he thought she look pretty cute. 'How can someone be so cute, dorky and badass at same time?' He remember her amazing feats from planetarium and PE classes and her clumsy moments in school like washing her hands with orange juice.

"…O-Oh?!" Aja blushed, the ninja really thought she look very cute when blushing…Never mind, it's more cute when her face become so bright red.

'I wonder how red her face will get?' He have a strange urge to test the limit of her blush and Aja look away before she jerk her head up.

"Krel, it's him!" The pale girl dropped her blush with a gasp as she pulled her brother up by collar with one hand.

"Who?" Krel groaned.

"The burrito bandit!" Aja fingered Stuart as the owner widened his eyes before he pull his jars inside, "He is the alien!" The truck speed off.

"Hey!" Shannon screamed with waving arms, "What about my guacamole? I paid extra!" Naruto look back to see that the new kids have ran off to chase the speeding truck.

"…Guess I have to order something different at different place." Naruto scratched his head dumbly, that kinda make one of top ten weird moments on his list. He walk away to look for any opening fast food places.

"Okay, what did I missed last night?" The ninja whispered to his friends as they watch the ceremony.

"Ah, just one thing." Claire chuckled.

"It gives me great pride to say the criminals have been caught, all thanks to Detective Scott, with the help of brave, young Toby Domzalski." Ophelia gestured to the said people, "Both heroes!"

"My little Toby Pie did something." Nancy giggled before she blow her nose.

"Yeah." Naruto chuckled as the detective pin the medal on Toby and Darci run up to kiss the chubby teenager, the detective look furious by that. "The cop's Darci's tou-san, isn't he?" He laughed.

"Yup." Jim muttered.

"Well, uh, that's happening." The girl with white streak laughed as everyone clapped loudly at the sight.

"Is it just me, or was taking down a few human baddies tonight kinda refreshing?" The trollhunter smiled to his girlfriend.

"Yeah, when we've done with Gunmar, we might have a future in crime fighting." Claire teased with a smirk.

"…Okay, that is getting too much." Naruto deadpanned as the couple start to make out and he turn around to walk away so he don't have to see it out of embarrassment.

"Yeah, they're still going." Jim agreed and Claire gagged in a joking fashion.

The next day in PE class, the students were jogging around the field and Naruto snickered at his panting friends. "What's the matter, guys?" He joked, "Can't keep up?"

"H-How can you have so much stamina?!" Jim looked little winded.

"I-I-Is it because of c-c-chakra?" Toby sweated heavily.

"Nah, my kaa-san asked me that everyday when I was little and no one know why." Naruto chuckled and he was about to say more until they hear a yell behind them. They look back to see Lawrence shouting at a black student.

"Oh, you wanna text and run?" Lawrence yelled, "Okay. Well, how about this status update?" He threw the smartphone…Miles up in sky and the coach ran up next to Eli. "What the? That's your best?!"

"I'm doing the best I can, sir." Eli panted heavily.

"Let me ask you." The coach growled, "How have you not been eaten by a hawk with those embryonic little legs? Oh, look out!" He flapped his arms, "Run, little worm. RUN!"

"Jeez, who peed in his coffee?" The chubby teenager watched the coach chasing the outcast.

"Cut him some slack, coach!" Steve stand up with a glare.

"Your father might've taken your lip, but you're playing on my field now." Lawrence stomped up to the jock, "If it wasn't for your mother, I'd have shipped you off to military school, son."

"You said you wouldn't say anything!" The jock said in shock.

"Dude." Jim, Toby and Naruto said together.

"Coach and Steve's mom?" Mary gasped with a smile.

"You think I like picking up pimple pads and pudding snacks?" The coach's head jerking around with some stutter, "You're a disgrace, Palchuk." The teenagers looked uncomfortable and Mary took a picture, only to have her phone pushed down by Shannon.

"I hate you!" Steve sobbed, "I hate you!" He ran away, "I hate you!"

"Guys, maybe there was something in his coffee." Jim turned to the boys.

"…Wait, Jim, what did you do?" Naruto turned to him with a raised eyebrow.

The trollhunter took a coffee can from his gym locker then smell it, "Oh, no!"

"Like Naruto said…" Toby asked, "What did you do?"

"I must've grabbed the wrong can." Jim groaned and they turn to see Steve stomped up to his locker.

"It's okay, Steve." Eli tried to calm his friend down and the jock punched his locker.

"Coach might have made coffee with Gumm-Gumm ashes." The trollhunter whispered.

"He drank dead troll?" The chubby teenager gasped out loud.

"This is you, Lake, isn't it?" Steve turned to them angrily.

"Uh, I'm sure Jim had a good reason." The outcast said.

"It was a huge mistake." Jim said, "He drank something that's making him act like a troll." The jock was about to clocked him but they hear a thud and they quietly peek out to see Lawrence popped the rubber balls with snarl.

"Teenagers." Lawrence snarled, "No discipline!" The teenager ran other way.

"Whatever you did, Lake, you better undo it, or I'm gonna undo your face." Steve held Jim up by collar as the trollhunter made a call to someone. Someone pick the call up and the teenagers huddled together to hear a familiar voice. "Strickler?" The jock looked to Eli bewilderedly.

"Hypothetical question." The trollhunter asked, "What if someone accidentally ate Grave Sand?"

"What?" Stickler's voice replied, "It's not meant to be consumed. That would amplify its effects tenfold."

"No need to be concerned." Jim chuckled nervously, "It was just Toby's cat." He nudged his best friend to make cat noises, "So how do we help the cat?"

"He's coming!" Eli ran to warn them and they ran as the coach get close.

"I'd recommend putting the cat down." Stricker said on phone, "It's the only merciful thing to do."

"What?" Steve cried after they hide behind the pillars.

"What if that's not an option?" The trollhunter asked, "What if the cat means a lot to Toby?"

"To bring him back, you need to break through his delusions and emotionally connect with him before his altered state becomes permanent." Stricker's voice spoke.

"Permanent?!" The whispering jock grabbed his head.

"Now, how one emotionally connects with a feline is debatable." Stricker's voice said.

"You're no cat!" The coach stepped out to face them with a deadly growl before Naruto suddenly shove him away with a kick to chest and the teenagers ran out of the gym with some clamors. They blocked the doors with their backs, yelping out when the coach ram it and they brace for anything but it sound like the crazed coach went away as the teenagers panted.

"Hey, TP!" Darci waved to them and the boys quickly make themselves look normal as possible as they can.

"Oh, hey." Toby walked up to his girlfriend with a nervous grin, "Uh…"

"Senor Uhl went totally loco." The black girl said, "He made our entire class wash and wax his truck."

"Same with Miss Janeth." Mary clutched her book to chest with a nod, "She flipped a desk and started eating our test papers. Like, literally ate them."

"Fuck, there's others?" Naruto groaned under his breath before the doors start to rattle and they push back to quieted it. The girls looked suspected until the ringing bell break their focus.

"Come on, Mary." Darci beckoned her friend to come.

"My next class is with senor Uhl." The black-haired girl groaned as they walk around the corner and Eli drop on his rear with a exhale.

"The power balance has irrevocably shifted." Eli muttered, "We have to get the students out of here."

"Oh, no!" Steve peeked in, "Where did coach go?"

"Calm down." Jim fished his phone out, "We'll call Claire and portal the teachers to a safe place." He listen to ringtone, "…She's not picking up. Any other ideas?"

"I was saving this one for Arcadia Fitness day, but…" Toby rubbed his chin.

"While you guys take care of that, I'm gonna check if other teachers have been affected and use my cones to keep any nosy guys away." Naruto created few clones before they hear a thud and they look down to fainted outcast and gawking jock. "Oh, right. They don't know I'm a ninja."

"Attention." Toby spoke into the PA system, "El Guerito Taco Truck is parked outside. Free tacos for everybody as long as they last!" He and Naruto can hear the students race out with loud cheering.

"Come on, T.P.!" Naruto ran out with Toby and they reach the entrance to lock the metal fence to keep everyone out then ran away.

"Let us in!" Darci rattled the fence with several students, "Let us…" She paused, "Wait. Why am I fighting to get back into school?" She turned to walk away with a scoff.

"Phew, I think that solve one problem…" The blonde said as they met up with the boys before his head jerk up with a pause, "…Oh, and one new problem."

"What?" Toby asked nervously.

"They drugged Stricker." Naruto said.

"…Oh…" The chubby teenager swallowed.

"We better hurry before they get stuck in beast mode forever." Steve said.

"I'll handle Stricker." Jim looked around, "Steve, you handle Coach Lawrence."

"I'm on it." The jock gave him a thumb-up as he ran off.

"Eli, you got Miss Janeth."

"Yes!" Eli ran off.

"Toby, Uhl." Jim turned to his friends, "Naruto, take another look around to make sure no one else is here or have forced-drink the Gumm-Gumm coffee."

"Got it!" Naruto ran off and the chubby teenager looked paled.

"Emotionally connect with senor Uhl?!" Toby threw his hands up, "He doesn't have emotions! Ugh…"

After checked everything, Naruto return to see Strickler walk away from Jim as the boys met up. "You've proven yourself today, young Atlas." Strickler said to Jim, "There is hope for you yet."

"Yeah, sure." Jim muttered.

"Teachers back to normal?" Naruto asked the other boys and they gave him a nod together.

"Wait until Claire hears about this." Toby said.

"I have a feeling she's happy to have slept through this one." The trollhunter said.

"…So Strickler's a troll?" Eli asked.

"He's a changeling, like my kaa-san." The blonde replied.

"…What?" Both Eli and Steve blinked, "…What's changeling?"

"I'll explain this one." The chubby teenager take over.

About a week later, Naruto quietly sneak into the school to check on his prank traps and rest them if possible. As soon as he enter the place, he raise his eyebrow way up past his hairline at the sight of some kind of glowing goops everywhere. That does not come from one of his pranks, that's for sure. He notice Steve shaking some goops off his arm in distance, "Hey, Steve! What happened?"

"Weird glowing bugs." Steve exhaled, "A lot of weird-ass bugs. It was everywhere and multiplying by eating techs like phones. Mary, Aja, Krel and I manage to take care of them by blaring music at them."

"Aja?" The ninja perked up at the mention of his crush's name, "She helped killing the weird bugs? Nice!" He reach up to rub his neck, "Um, hey. Have you chatted with her today? Does she ever say anything about seeing anyone? Like, is she single or not?"

"Um…" The jock was expecting him to ask about the glowing bugs, not that. "I don't know?" The ninja groaned in disappointment, "But she did ask a bit about you."

"Really?!" Naruto grinned brightly, "What did she ask about?"

"…Dude…" Steve realized something, "Are you crushing on new weird girl?"

"…What if I am?"

"Wow, and here I was starting to believe the rumors…"

"Ugh, again, I am not gay, asexual or whatever they claim me to be." Naruto deadpanned, "I had crushes before…Although this one is different."

"What do you mean?" Steve blinked.

"How do I explain?" The ninja scratched his head then crossed his arms, "There's something about her that draw me in and that never happened to me before…I know it's weird that we just barely met but…" He threw his hands up with a huff, "Ugh! I don't know, man! Love is making me crazy!"

"…You know you just said you're in love with her, don't you?" The jock stared at the ninja who still have his arms up in air.

"…Yeah, I just realize that as soon as it come out of my mouth." Naruto slowly lower his arms down, "I also realize that it's so awkward for us to talk about my crush."

"Very." Steve muttered awkwardly.

"…I'm gonna check on the prank traps and see if I caught any evil trolls."

"And I'm gonna clean myself up." Both blondes turned around then walk in opposite directions.

Little did they know is that Aja was near by and she just heard everything with a blush before she shake her head, quickly run off with her brother to see if there are any alien beetles at home to get rid of.

"Ha, miss me!" Naruto ducked under Zelda's swinging blade and he try to sweep her legs out with a kick but his mother, in changeling form, flip over him, delivering a kick to his back that send him flying forward. The ninja quickly flip around on his feet then propel himself toward her, his hands flashing through seals and he spit several large water bullets at her.

"New jutsu?" Zelda dodged her son's water bullets with few sidesteps and cut one bullet in half cleanly.

"Yup!" He chirped as he threw blunt knives at her, which she defect most with her blades and they were about to charge toward each other but the timer rang out, halt them in their track.

"And time's up." The mother put her weapons away as she transform back to her human form.

"Aww, can we spar a little longer?" Naruto pouted, "I almost have you on the rope, kaa-san!"

"Ha, me on rope?" Zelda smirked teasingly, "And how many hits did you land on me?"

"Eight!" He puffed his chest up proudly.

"And I on you?"

"…Thirty." Naruto hanged his head dejectedly to his mother's amusement, it's so unfair that his mother is a badass warrior that lived for who know how many years. "But I'm getting better at it!"

"True." Zelda walked up to pat her son's head, "If you were to go all out, you would have defeat me…Barely." She added with a teasing tone.

"Just you wait until tomorrow." He pouted again with hardened look, "I will beat you in sparring!"

"Yes, yes, my little one." She laughed, they have been sparring almost everyday and she enjoy it the most because it's another one thing to spend some time with her son…And to make sure that he can protect himself from Gumm-Gumm and Gunmar. They hear Naruto's phone rang, "Who is it?"

"Jim." Naruto checked his phone, "He need me for something?"

"Trollhunter business?" Zelda hummed.

"Maybe." He shrugged before he give his mother a hug, "See you later, kaa-san. I'll be right back later."

"Be careful, Naruto!" She hollered to her son as he ran off to meet his friend.

"Do you have any idea why Jim want us to come to Claire's room?" Naruto asked Toby as they walk up the stairs in Claire's house.

"I don't know, he said he'll explain." Toby shrugged his shoulders as he opened the door…To see Claire laugh like some possessed person, chains twirling around her. Both Jim and Blinky turned to them.

"…Nope." The ninja pulled the door with a slam then face the shocked chubby teenager, "Nope!" He spun on his heels, "Nope!" He walked away, "Nope! Nope! Nope!"

"Naruto, you're not noping yourself out of this one!" Jim ran out to drag the screaming ninja inside with chubby teenager, "We need your help!"

"I DON'T DO THE FUCKING GHOSTS!" Naruto screamed.

"Oh, I will enjoy…" The possessed girl laughed before water splash on her face without a warning and she stare at the ninja blankly as he held a empty vial.

"What did you just throw at her?" Toby asked.

"Holy water." The ninja replied and he yelp out as the possessed girl cause some objects to fling around.

"…Why do you have a holy water?" Jim demanded bewilderedly as he swat a pillow away, "And did you carry it everywhere?!"

"Hey, I need something to protect myself from fucking ghosts!" Naruto ducked under a thick book, "WHERE'S THE DAMN BIBLE?!" Blinky bind the chains to the possessed girl with crystal ward.

"After I feast on your souls, agony will rule for a thousand mil…" Claire laughed before the scared ninja shove a wadded sock into her mouth and the possessed girl blinked couple times before she glare at him deadly.

"Dude!" Toby looked to him.

"I AM NOT LETTING THIS FUCKING GHOST CURSE US!" The ninja cried.

"Maybe it was bad idea to call you here." The trollhunter can't help but to deadpan at him before he turn to his girlfriend, "What's wrong with her?"

"She is most certainly possessed." Blinky said.

"NO SHIT, SHERLOCK!" Naruto cried.

"Does the name Morgana mean anything to you?" Jim ignored the freaking-out ninja as he turned to the six-eyes troll and the troll gasped.

"You cannot hope to contain me, trollish whelp!" The possessed girl spit the sock out with a wicked grin, "I am the eldritch queen of the seventh plane. Baba Yaga. The Pale Lady. I have slain scores of Merlin's fools…MMPH!" The frightened ninja shove another sock into her mouth as she kicked her legs around while he covered her mouth and she don't know what the boy was screaming.

"…Jim, is he performing rites on her?" Toby turned to his best friend as Naruto chant various exorcism rites over and over, sparking holy water on her…And slap some talisman wards on her?

"Yes, Toby, yes." The trollhunter muttered as the possessed girl looked so furious. If looks can kill, Naruto would have been dead fifty times over.

"Should we do something about that?" The chubby teenager gestured to them.

"Let him keep Morgana busy." Blinky turned to them, "I do know that name. This is far worse than I could have ever imagined! Morgan le Fay, Merlin's apprentice."

"Like Merlin who made my amulet?" Jim asked.

"MMPH, MMPH!" The possessed girl looked furious by the mention of the name as Naruto kept her gagged and she become more furious when the ninja slap a paper on her forehead.

"Sounds like they didn't get along." Toby shielded himself by moving behind Jim with a nervous gulp.

"The sorcerer and sorceress dueled for centuries until Merlin sacrificed himself to banish her from our world." The troll explained, "But she's here."

"Does that mean she'll bring the Eternal Night?" The trollhunter asked with widened eyes.

"It's not possible." Blinky frowned before he push Naruto out of the way so he can shake her shoulders, "With what relics? What magics?"

"Blinky!' Jim called him to the sideline to dicuss, ignore the fact that the ninja resume his crazy rites or showering his girlfriend with more holy waters.

"Seriously, where do you keep all these holy waters?" Toby questioned the screaming ninja with odd look.

Strickler open the door with a briefcase, "Morgana, in the…" He paused to raise his eyebrow slightly at Naruto as he perform rites while swinging some kind of stick with ribbons, screaming his head off and the possessed girl kept kicking her legs with socks in mouth, almost everything float around in pure tornado. "Flesh."

"Well, that flesh isn't hers, so if you would be so kind, do tell us how to get her out of that poor girl!" Blinky tried his best to hold the possessed girl down and Stickler take something out of the case.

"Dim dock, Sa-tu lark…" The changeling held a glowing skull piece then bring it down, causing the possessed girl's head to hit the floor. He put the piece away then take a book out with golden glow.

"The book of Ga-Huel." The six-eyes troll uttered before he look at Jim sternly, "You were reluctant to dabble in dark magics. I fear now you are neck deep in it."

"Traitorous impure!" Claire spit the sock out, "I made you!" Naruto grab her mouth open as he tried to force another sock into her mouth, "NO! NO! NO! N…MMMPH! MMPH!"

"How do we fix her?" Toby asked nervously.

"Dealing in dark magiks is never easy." Strickler examined the possessed girl, "There is always a cost, though I fear we have no other choice." He looked up to them, "We all want to save Claire, didn't we?"

"Go on with it." Blinky frowned.

"Morgana is using her as a vessel, a puppet, a toehold into our plane of reality." The changeling show them a picture of two green-eyed figures in the book, one white and other black. "But how?" He kneeled down to the possessed girl with furrowed brows as he turn flashlight on her, "Where is the real Claire?"

"She doesn't have a shadow!" The chubby teenager noticed it as he cast shadow of his hand.

"No shadow?" Strickler's eyes widened with a jerk of his head and Toby make a rabbit hand behind Claire's head.

"Dude!" Jim shot his best friend a look.

"Of course!" The changeling realized something, "The Skathe-Hrun!" His head whipped to the staff as it start to glowing, "The Shadow Staff! It is a relic of Morgana.

"What are you trying to say?" The trollhunter asked and the staff shot toward them before Strickler grab it with a small skid.

"Morgana is the Mistress of Shadows." The changeling replied, "She doesn't cast a shadow because she is a shadow. Claire's spirit is trapped in the space between worlds. The Shadow Realm!"

"How do we get her back?" Toby asked.

"There is only one way." Strickler picked his book up then press his finger on a page, "Someone must find her spirit in the Shadow Realm and return it to her body. But we must do so quickly. The longer Morgana stays in her, the stronger the hold on Claire."

"You will never find her!" The possessed girl grinned evilly as soon as she spit the sock out, "You will meet your death fir…" A smelly sock shove into her mouth, courtesy of one scared ninja.

"I'll do it." Jim stood up determined.

"Not alone, Jimbo." The chubby teenager said, "Claire's my friend too."

"I-I-I'm s-s-staying here to make sure she d-d-d-don't c-c-curse us or do anything h-h-harmful to Claire's b-b-body." Naruto kept flicking holy water at the glaring possessed girl.

"Then I will stay back to conjure the portal." The changeling placed hand on his chest, "It will remain open for as long as I hold the staff."

"You mean we will stay." Blinky glared at the changeling then looked to the teenagers, "You two will find Claire and get back." He poked the changeling's chest roughly, "I will keep all my six eyes on you!"

They prepare everything after send Jim and Toby out to fetch few things and the struggling girl sit in middle of room, "Mm-hmm." The six-eyes troll hummed with narrowed eyes.

"We brought everything you asked." Jim returned with Toby, carrying bags.

"And some tacos!" Toby jiggled the food bag, "You didn't ask for those, but…"

"Did you bring the emotional anchor?" Strickler asked.

"Here." Jim held up a stuffed bunny, "She's had it since she was a baby."

"Perfect." The changeling nodded, "It will lead you to her. When you cross over, speak the incantation, Modus Occul-Takh."

"Modu…" The chubby teenager muttered, "Modus Ocultahm."

"Modus Occul-Takh." The trollhunter said.

"Perfect." Strickler nodded, "Once you get Claire, to return, use the rabbit again and say the incantation in reverse." The teenagers stammered in pure confusion.

"Hkat-Lucco Sudom." Blinky spoke firm and loud.

"Hkat-Lucco Sudom." Both teenagers chanted before Toby pumped his fist with a grin, "Got it!"

"We haven't much time." Strickler said, "We must act now, or she may be lost forever." He pulled the staff out, expanding it. "The staff!" He struggle to summon a portal as it slowly expand in midair.

"Claire always made it look so easy." The chubby teenager commented.

"Remember, master Jim, the Shadow Realm is a plane of chaos, devoid of light or reason." The six-eyes troll placed hand on the said boy's shoulder as he warned him, "Spare no time."

"Come on." The grunting changeling forced the portal to remain open, "Come on. Come on."

"Make sure you bring her back and get this damn ass ghost out of here!" Naruto kept gagged the angry possessed girl with more socks.

"Let's bring her back home." Jim smirked before he enter the portal with Toby.

"Deya, guide them." Blinky prayed.

"I believe Tobias had asked you that before, but where do you keep all those holy water vials and strange paper wards?" The six-eyes troll asked, "Not to mention all odd items you have lying around here." He gestured to the religious objects.

"S-S-Some were o-on me, t-t-the rest from m-m-my clones." The scared ninja pour a ring of salt from bag around Claire.

"…Why haven't they returned?" Blinky glanced at the portal with concern before he shot the grunting changeling a dirty look, "You've sent those boys to their doom."

"The Realm of Shadows does not operate by our rules." Stickler argued back, "Give them time. Have faith."

"I have faith…" The six-eyes troll glared, "In them."

"Oh, it must be heart-wrenching to see your pupil turn to another for guid…" Claire mocked before the ninja shove something inside her mouth and she can feel her eyes watering up from the horrible, terrible taste. She swear she can smell the taste!

"I HAVE A FAITH IN…" Naruto glanced at a random page of a Many Exorcism book, "LORD HIMSELF! BEGONE, YOU FOUL DEMON! I CAST YOU OUT!" The trolls can't help but to sweatdrop at him.

The possessed girl feel so furious and annoying, it wasn't going the way she want it to be because of this damn mortal boy! Her plan was to draw a wedge in this group by get two of them out of the room so she can trick her creation into release her but…No, this boy will not stop shoving disgusting things inside her mouth and drive her crazy with these stupid exorcism rites and supernatural-proof crap, even make her soak to bone with the so-called 'holy' water! He kept ruined everything! Honestly, she have no idea why he threw salt at her and poking her with iron stick while screaming seeing it work on 'Supernatural' show. Suddenly, she feel something entering her body, 'NO! DAMMIT!' It look like the sorceress have to find another way.

"I THINK IT'S WORKING!" The ninja cried as the possessed girl glowed in golden energy, her face twitching around while the golden energy around shadow staff turns purple. "I CAST YOU OUT!" He pressed bunch of different religious objects against her face, "GET YOUR HAUNTED ASS OUT OF CLAIRE'S BODY! BEGONE, CREEPY GHOST!" When she get out of her prison, she is so going to torture this mortal to death for annoying her. There was a bright flash of light, following by Jim and Toby tumble out from another portal.

"We're alive!" Toby panted, "We're alive!"

"Ugh…" Claire coughed with some pants before she smack her lips few times in puzzlement, "Why do I taste gross socks?"

"REJOICE!" Naruto dropped the objects with his hands up in air, "I GOT THE CREEPY GHOST OUT OF HER!"

"Um, no, you do…" The chubby teenager uttered before Blinky put his hand on his shoulder.

"Let him believe that, it's better this way…" Blinky shook his head wearily, he felt so exhausted watching the frightened boy going through too many bizarre rites as he refused to listen to the trolls.

"…Why are there salts everywhere and…" Toby looked down at the floor..

"It's better if you don't ask about them." The six-eyes troll sighed heavily.

"Claire, that was…" Jim breathed as Strickler and Naruto remove the chains from his girlfriend.

"We were around the world in zero seconds!" The chubby teenager jumped up, "And you, you out-witched a witch!"

"Is she still…" The trollhunter frowned, "There?"

"No." Claire frowned, "She's…" A sigh escape her lip, "Gone. But while she was under my skin…I was in her head." She glanced at her hands, "I remember things." She looked up to her staff and she hold her hand out, causing it to fly into her hand. "That's new."

"Curious." Blinky hummed, "Not only did you overcome a twelfth-century sorceress, but it appears you've picked up a few of her tricks."

"So she's a magician now?" Naruto said.

"I don't know if it's enough to stop her." Jim replied.

"Plus, Morgana told Gunmar how to bring the Eternal Night." Toby added.

"And if he does, I got a bad feeling this won't be the last we see of her." The girl looked at her staff.

"Oh fuck, I'm gonna load up on salt and holy water." The ninja left the bedroom and the girl finally notice the mess.

"…Naruto, come back here and clean the mess up!" Claire hollered out after him.

It was afternoon, close to evening, as the teenagers rode together on their bikes. "Whoo!" Toby pumped his fists up in air, "C-minus." He quickly grab the handles as soon as his bike start to wobble.

"B." Naruto smirked.

"C-plus." Claire muttered, "What did you get, Jim."

"D, and probably summer school." Jim hanged his head down.

"Senor Uhl said that next week's Spanish final counts for twenty percent of our grade." She said as they reached Jim's house, "If you ace that…"

"Yeah, Jimbo." The chubby teenager replied as they removed their helmets, "Twenty percent is the difference between life and death. I mean, academically speaking."

"Yeah, let's bring our books to training." The brunette opened the door as they walk in, "Cramming couldn't hurt." He notice a purse hanging on stair post, "Mom, are you home?"

"In here, kids." The teenagers looked into the living room as Barbara crossed her arms and they immediately notice their families.

"Oh, hello!" Nancy waved to the teenagers, which they returned with some nervous chuckle, and Zelda simply sip her tea as Claire's parents look concerned.

"We need to talk." Barbara narrowed her eyes.

"Those four words are never good." Toby whispered.

"If it was your cars that end up on the rooftop in town, I have nothing to do with it." Naruto quickly defended himself, causing his mother to choke on her tea.

"You did what?" Zelda shot her son a look after couple coughs, "Please don't tell me you used kage bunshin for this prank in daylight!"

"No, kaa-san!" The blonde held his hands up and everyone looked confused at their conversation in Japanese.

"Kids, take a seat." The doctor gestured to the chairs and the teenagers take their seats.

"Barbara, what's going on?" Ophelia asked.

"That is bad." Javier get up to pace around.

"You said our children's lives were in trouble." The mother of Claire said.

"My Toby-pie would never be in trouble." The old lady spoke, "He's an angel."

"Actually, Mrs. Domzalski, I'm afraid they're in serious danger, but it'd be best if they explain." Barbara looked at the teenagers sternly, "Kids?" They just chuckled nervously.

"Uh…" Claire looked to the adults, "I don't know what she's talking about."

"Not a clue." Naruto shrugged his shoulders.

"Neither do I." The chubby teenager shrugged with his hands before he nudged his best friend, "Jimbo, maybe you could help us out."

"Um…" Jim stared at the adults, "Um…"

"…It's the drugs, isn't it?" Javier stood up with fists on his hip.

"It's not drugs, it's trolls." The doctor said and the teenagers gasped.

"Trolls?" Nancy took a sip of her tea, "Barbara. Are you on the drugs?"

"No." The doctor spoke, "There are these creatures that live beneath us. It's not entirely clear in my head, but our kids are helping them and fighting them."

"Oh, no." Javier whispered to other a little loud, "It is the drugs."

"I believe you, Barbara." Ophelia stood up with hand on her husband's shoulder and other hand on her chest.

"You do?" Barbara asked.

"I, too, have dealt with stress and anxiety and have the number to an excellent therapist." The mother of Claire approached her.

"It's not stress, Ophelia!" The doctor replied.

"Trolls living beneath us?" Toby laughed nervously with hands on his cheeks, "What? That's crazy town banana pants fosters."

"With extra nuts." Claire added with her own nervous laughter.

"Jim, tell them." Barbara pleaded to her son, "Please."

"Uh…" Jim adjusted his seat as he looked at the adults, "Um…The hospital asked her to take some time off."

"Oh, no." Javier grabbed his wife's arm.

"Oh, dear." Nancy gasped.

"What?" The doctor looked furious by her son's statement before she take their bags, "Look in their bags. Search them."

"What?" One of the teenagers uttered in surprise as the doctor tossed the bags to the adults.

"I'm sure you'll find a few surprises." Barbara found the amulet, tossing it on the table.

"Mom." Jim muttered.

"That's an invasion of my privacy." Claire said to her parents as they open her bag up.

"Nana, don't!" Toby ran up to his grandma as she went through his bag before she take out an warhammer hilt, "Oh, my."

"I don't know what's going on, but what do you call this?" The father of Claire held out a purple protractor.

"That's a protractor, dad." The girl with white streak huffed with hands on her hip.

"I think she meant this." The mother of Claire held out an collapsible staff.

"Uh…" Claire gulped.

"Isn't it clear?" Ophelia looked to the doctor sternly, "Your son stole these artifacts from the museum."

"They don't come from the museum." Zelda calmly sip her tea without even look inside her son's bag.

"You're not going through my backpack?" Naruto asked his mother.

"I know you well enough to know what you have inside." The mother of Naruto turned her head to him flatly.

"It was in your daughter's bag." Barbara retorted.

"How dare you?" The father of Claire glared at her.

"Excuse me?" The mother of Claire leaned forward with a hiss, "The police arrested your son, remember? How dare you?" During their argument, Jim notice that Blinky was waving at him from the corner near the basement's door and he tried to shoo him away, drawing his friends' attention.

"Cookie!" Claire moved up to the table, "We confess!"

"What?" Jim turned to her.

"We confess." The girl with white streak said, "We're…LARPers. We're LARPers. Live Action Role Players. We play a fantasy game during lunchtime." Everyone stare at her.

"Yeah." Toby backed her up with a chuckle, "She's a sorceress, that's her wand. Naruto's a crazy ninja. And I'm a war king. That's a thing, right? And Jim has a metal…" He tapped his fingers, "He's a metalizer."

"It's worse than we thought." Ophelia looked to her husband.

"They're lying!" Barbara scoffed as she threw her hands up, "This is not make-believe." Her son quietly sneak off to meet the troll in basement.

"I think I saw this in…" Javier muttered and they discuss for a while as the doctor notice that her son was gone. She walk off to look for her son, starting with the basement.

"How did the doctor convince you to come?" Naruto asked his mother.

"Curiosity." Zelda replied, "That and she make a good tea."

"Ah." The ninja rolled his eyes at her, she's pretty obsessed with tea almost as much as him with ramen.

"How dare you accuse my Toby-pie?" Nancy smashed the plate of cookies on table after some more accusations as both Barbara and Jim return.

"Well, there's something going on." The father of Claire demanded, "We used to have living room furniture, and now we do not."

"I have something to say." Jim stepped forward.

"What are we doing here, buddy?" Toby nervously shuffled closer to him, "We're not really gonna, you know…"

"Doubling down on the LARPing?" Claire whispered and Naruto just trade look with his mother.

"I'm good if you are." The brunette said, "We're doubling down on the truth. Our parents deserve to know what we do at night."

"What do you do at night with my daughter?" Javier shouted.

"Oh…" Naruto was about to make a joke but Claire elbowed his stomach to shut him up.

"We fight trolls." Jim answered.

"And protect good trolls." The ninja added.

"Well, at least that's better than the alternative." The father of Claire sat down with a sigh before his wife elbowed him hard.

"Now I know where you get it from." The blonde muttered to the girl with white streak.

"Everything my mother said is true." The brunette said, "I am…" He glanced at his friends, "I mean, we are Trollhunters."

"…Ta-da?" Toby gave them jazz hands.

"That's enough of this nonsense." Ophelia stood up with stoic face, "We are leaving."

"Kiddo, maybe you should show rather than tell." Barbara tossed her son the amulet.

"Nana, you may wanna turn your hearing aid." The chubby teenager warned his grandma as she obey, "And could you pass me that thingy?"

"Here you go, War King." Nancy tossed him the collapsible war hammer with a chuckle and it land on the floor before Toby pick it up. He hold it out before the war hammer expand, lifting the chubby teenager up in air to the shocked and awed adults.

"Hmm." Claire thrust her hand out with a smug smirk, "Azazazuth-Kinekh-Thoon!" The staff flew out to her from her gasping father's hand, expand to its true form and she twirl it around, purple portal form near its head.

"For the glory of Merlin, Daylight is mine to command." Jim held his amulet up as the cookies float up, which Nancy take one piece to eat, and the armor appear, flew onto the brunette. The adults stare at them then their heads turn to Naruto in unison.

"I'm ninja." Naruto shrugged before he create couple clones out of thin air, one on the ceiling.

"…Still better than the alternative." Javier clapped with a chuckle, completely in awe.

"Wait, Zelda, why aren't you shocked by that?!" Ophelia noticed that the mother of Naruto just drink her tea calmly throughout the whole thing.

"Oh, I'm a changeling." Zelda decide to fuck it and reveal her true form to the adults' amazement. She take one more sip then turn to the doctor nonchalantly, "May I have a refill of this tea?"

"Sure." Barbara blinked at her, that's new one, before she turn to everyone else, "So, who wants coffee?" There was few minutes of stunned silence until…

"That is the most awesome thing I have ever seen." The father of Claire marveled at Jim's armor as the trollhunter show off by summoning shield, "Oh! Can I get one?"

"No, Javier." The mother of Claire replied, "This is not awesome. Our daughter is sixteen. She can't even vote, and she's supposed to protect the world?"

"You don't even know what I can do, mom." Claire huffed and her mother tap something on her phone.

"Who are you calling?" The doctor asked.

"The mayor." Ophelia answered "I have him on speed dial."

"Ophelia, you can't!" Barbara said.

"Mom, what are you doing?" The magician asked.

"Besides showing your age with the phrase 'speed dial'?" Toby answered.

"Oh." Nancy leaned forward, "What's a speed dial."

"If an apocalypse is brewing under my city, it's my responsibility to stop it." The mother of Claire said firmly.

"Good luck convincing your mayor to not deport you to funny farm." Zelda snorted, had return to her human form and Ophelia was about to say something until Blinky push his twin out before the troll block the door, growls of goblins can be heard. The parents of Claire screamed out.

"They're hideous!" Javier said.

"We could say the same of you." Blinky retorted.

Claire quickly snatch her mother's phone, "We love what you're doing, Mayor. Keep up the good work. Thanks, bye!"

"Mrs. Nunez, he's good." Jim spoke up before he take a glance at Dictatious, "The other one, not so much."

"Hey." Dictatious muttered.

"Master Jim, apologies for interrupting, but we have a little problem." The good six-eyes troll spoke nervously before the door push him away against the wall and white goblins pour out with growls.

"Ugh, not them again." Both Naruto and Zelda groaned in annoyance.

"Oh, geez." Toby grimaced, "These guys are the worst."

"We gotta get our parents outta here." The trollhunter said.

"Are those the trolls?" The father of Claire asked frighteningly, holding hands with his wife.

"Worse, they're goblins." The changeling set her tea down with a huff, "These gremlins never learn their lessons, don't they?"

"So many kittens." Nancy clapped.

"Oh!" Ophelia screamed.

"Stand back, sweetie." Javier pulled her back, "I've got them." Their daughter roll in and she slam her staff down on couple goblins, causing them to pop like balloons and their green bloods splash all over the floor.

"Come here, little fella." The old lady offer the goblins a cookie before one of the goblins snatch it from her hand with a chomp, "Ow. Oh, you're a hungry fella. Take the cookie." She attempted to feed them the cookies, "Here, kitty kitty. Take the cookie." She scratched a goblin's chin, "Oh, nice kitty."

"Nana, don't feed the goblins!" Toby smashed the goblins away from his grandma.

"Oh, what did you do to that kitty?" Nancy asked.

"Again, those aren't kitties, nana." The chubby teenager replied, "Also, we should probably talk about our Japanese exchange student."

"Oh." The old lady blinked, "Whatever happened to Arthur-san?"

"Ms. Nomura, why aren't you helping us?!" Toby turned to the said changeling.

"Because you have it in bag." Zelda took a sip of her tea as she killed a goblin with a butter knife without batting a eyelash.

"Where's Naruto…" The chubby teenager looked around until he see Naruto shoving some screaming goblins into oven while his clones cram some goblins into the microwave, "Dude, does your son have some issues or what?"

"Nah, he's just tired and sick of fighting goblins so he's taking his furious out on them in a creative way." The changeling merely sipped her tea while watching her son cooking the goblins alive to point that their green bloods pop out.

"Claire!" Toby turned to the said girl with a shiver, "What are you waiting for? Portal them out of here!" The girl kicked and swat some goblins away before she summon a portal.

"Holy shish kebabs!" Javier gasped excitingly.

"We are not going in that thing." Ophelia jabbed her finger at the portal and couple goblins grabbed Claire's arms but Barbara come to her rescue by swinging the kettle at them, knocking them away.

"Well, we're not leaving you here." Barbara said. A goblin jump on Claire and she hold it back with her staff.

"That's my girl!" The father of Claire grabbed the screeching goblin off his daughter before he threw the creature into the portal, "Nobody touches my little princess."

"Ay, papa." Claire hugged her father.

"Hey, doc, mind if I use your blender for a second?" Naruto asked the doctor as he held a screeching goblin over the opened blender.

"Go ahead!" The doctor said over her shoulder while cheering her son on.

"Thank!" The ninja shoved the screaming goblin to his messy and painful end. Normally, he would use his jutsu but they were more destructive with little to no control and he doesn't want to end up destroying Jim's house by accident. At least he can use his clones to take some goblins out.

"They're coming from outside!" Jim informed his team, "We have to seal the windows."

"I'm on it." Barbara ran upstairs and Naruto continue to take some goblins out in kitchen, his personal favorite was boiling one goblin alive in a tight-lidded pot.

"I only brought valuable information!" Dictatious cried in hallway, "They are trying to assassinate me." There was a pause, "brother? Brother? You have abandoned me." There was a scream as two goblins tried to drag the evil twin into the kitchen, "Blinkous, help me! Help!" He turned over on his back, "No…No, have mercy." The door open to reveal a green goblin with crossbow and black biker helmet as the creature hold it up close to the blind troll's face. "That's not a crossbow, is it?" He felt the weapon nervously, "It is."

"K is for Kill." The green goblin tapped a voice toy with a snicker.

"Don't know what they told you, we can work this out." The blind troll muttered and Barbara spot them with a gasp. Acting fast, she took a plate then throw it like a Frisbee and it hit the crossbow up, firing the arrow as it ricochet around the kitchen until it stick into the floor.

"Waka-Ch…" The green goblin roared before it choke as Naruto grab it by throat along with another two goblins.

"I wonder what happen if I drown you three?" Naruto shove their heads under the soapy water in sink and hold them down as their limbs flinging around for a while until their bodies went limp. "Oh, they don't pop?" Suddenly, their bodies blew up in shower of green bloods. "Never mind, they do." He turned to his mother, "Kaa-san, do they always do that after death?"

"Yes." Zelda commented boringly as she basically curb-stomp a goblin against the edge of table, "No one know why." She take another sip of her tea before she tilt her head toward the doctor, "Oh, and the kettle pot is getting low."

"They really are trying to kill you." Blinky fetch his twin after witnessing everything.

"Don't let them get me, Blinkous." Dictatious cried as his twin dragged him out of the kitchen, "I'm far too old to die."

"Come at me, you mangy rodents." The good twin growled after the goblins surrounded them and they lunge at him. Blinky punch the first one with right top hand, swatting another one with left top hand and both of his bottom hands grab two goblins in midair, smashing their heads together. He roared at the groaning goblins.

"You saved my life." The blind twin smiled brightly, unaware that the goblins were jumping on the yelping good twin. "I forgive you for blinding me, brother."

"Forgive?" Blinky smacked some goblins, "You were trying to kill me."

"That was circumstantial." Dictatious defended his action.

"Oh!" Naruto looked over as soon as he heard Claire's parents cried out, "Where did she go?"

"Did she go through the portal?" He asked them as they nodded rapidly, "Oh, she's fine." He grabbed a goblin then wedges its head between the refrigerator before he start to bashing the door on it, "She'll be back in a jiffy."

"I'm now more concerned with the way you deal with them." Ophelia looked bemused by Naruto's behavior.

"Oh, I was told that I take after my kaa-san." Naruto snatch a butcher knife from the knives rack to chop a goblin's head off.

"And I'm proud of my little boy." Zelda smiled, taking pride in her son's killing methods.

"Not another step, vermin!" Barbara called out to catch some remaining goblins' attention as she toss some green blood out from the blender and a eyeball roll up to the gawking goblins. She turn the blender on with a loud whir and clamoring goblins quickly flee the house for their lives. The smirking doctor clang the blender pot with her son's sword.

"Claire." Ophelia looked worried, "What happened to my baby, Claire? Javier, get her back." She hugged him, "Bring her back to me."

"Um, I did tell you that she's fine and she'll be back in a jiffy." Naruto pointed out but it fall upon deaf ears.

"I forgive you again." The blind troll hugged his twin.

"Step back, please." Blinky pushed his twin off, "A one-foot radius."

"You saved my life." Dictatious hugged him again, "I must thank you."

"Back, back, back, I say." The good twin slapped him with all of his hands then crossed his arms, "That's better."

"Javier, our baby is out there with those trolls." The mother of Claire sobbed.

"Uh, goblins." Javier corrected her.

"You hear that, Nana?" Toby glanced over his shoulder to his grandma, "They get it. Goblins."

"Don't worry, darling." The father of Claire patted his wife's back, "We will get her back."

"She has her staff, right?" The chubby teenager turned his head to Jim, "She'll be okay?" As soon as he finished his question, a portal pop up before Claire fall out on her face.

"Claire!" Ophelia ran to her side with her husband, "Claire! Are you okay?"

"I've been better." Claire get up on her knees then hug her mother and she turn to hug her father. Several people exhaled out in relief.

"You humans are so dramatic." Zelda push her tea cup aside with a eyeroll.

"May I hug you now, brother?" Dictatious whispered to his twin and Blinky just ignore him with blank face.

"Mom, you can't tell anyone." The magician said to her mother after noticed that she have phone out.

"I'm an adult." The mother of Claire replied, "You can't tell me what to do."

"Claire's right." Jim spoke up, "You can't tell anyone. If anything stops us from defeating Gunmar, it's not just us in danger, it's everyone." Ophelia stare at her phone.

"And Jimbo's the only one who can stop him." Toby added.

"With our help." Claire inputted.

"Listen, I believe in my child and I need you to believe in yours." Barbara said, "We have to protect them the way they are, not the way we want them to be." She placed hand on her son's shoulder, "We don't have ordinary kids." She turned to the mother of Claire, "Listen, I know this sounds crazy. I know this goes against every parental instinct. But we have to trust them, to protect not only us but the fate of the world."

"Thanks, mom." Jim smiled at his mother's support.

"Oh, my Toby the trollhunter." Nancy squeezed her grandson's cheek, "What a stud muffin."

"Claire, are you okay?" The trollhunter asked his girlfriend as she get up.

"Jim, I saw something in the Shadow Realm." Claire replied, "It was like seeing memories from Morgana."

"You mean you saw another magic Morgana memory?" Toby asked.

"I saw…" The girl with white streak paused, "I saw your amulet and a staff."

"She had visions!" Dictatious shook his brother's shoulder with a gasp.

"What sort of staff?" Blinky pushed his twin away as he approached the teenagers.

"It had a green gem." Claire recalled the memory.

"…Staff of Avalon." The six-eyes troll's eyes lit up in realization, "Legend says it's in Merlin's tomb."

"I also saw…" Claire muttered, "Angor Rot."

"Angor Rot?" Jim's eyes widened.

"See?" The blind troll said, "I was telling the truth."

"He's back and he's after you." The girl looked to her boyfriend.

"Are you serious?" Toby gasped, "Did you see anything helpful in those visions of yours?"

"Wait, physically or ghost?" Naruto paled.

"Physically." Claire answered as the blonde release his breath before she turn to the trollhunter, "I found a way to Merlin's tomb."

"That's helpful." The chubby teenager chuckled.

"But, Jim, to find Merlin's tomb, you're gonna have to destroy your amulet." She frowned with hand on Jim's chestpiece.

"…Not helpful." Toby gulped.

"To find Merlin's tomb, the trollhunter must destroy the amulet." Blinky said after examined the amulet over and over in Jim's bedroom, "That's…"

"You really think it was Merlin making the amulet?" Jim asked.

"It wasn't finished." The six-eyes troll shook his head slightly, "That's deranged!"

"I saw vague memories in my head left over from Morgana." Claire rubbed her temples.

"You're saying Jim should destroy his amulet 'cause you think you saw some old man put a map inside of it?" Toby arched his eyebrow suspiciously.

"It was Merlin." She shifted close, "The key to finding his tomb, to finding his staff, is inside his amulet."

"The girl-child may be on to something." Dictatious said, "The amulet and the staff are connected."

"Both fueled by the magic of Merlin." Blinky rubbed his chin.

"If Jim breaks open his amulet, he can't armor up!" The chubby teenager said with some concern, "And if he can't, 'goodbye, Eclipse Blade'! How's he supposed to kill Gunmar?"

"Well, we should…" Naruto said.

"No, Naruto, we are not going to blew Trollmarket up and hope for the best." Toby deadpanned at him.

"If we don't get the staff first, none of that will matter anyway." Claire swung her arms in crisscross motion.

"Maybe I don't have to destroy the amulet." Jim shift his gaze down to the said object in his hands, "You said Gunmar has Aaarrrgghh captive?" The blind troll nods his head slightly.

"And Aaarrrgghh could be used as an emotional anchor." Blinky lift his index finger up.

"We'd portal-jump right to him." She said.

"The plan is set." Jim chopped his palm with his hand, "We save Aaarrrgghh and stop Gunmar by any means necessary before he acquires the staff."

"And I'll hold the fortress down here." Naruto said.

"What?" The brunette looked to him with everyone else, "No, you should come with us…"

"And left this town defenseless?" The ninja said as the brunette blinked, "Do I have to remind you that Usurna is still in the town with bunch of Gumm-Gumm soldiers running around at night, either trying to force-drift the trolls or kill them? If we all go, who will protect the good trolls and everyone in this town?"

"Um…" Jim doesn't consider this possibility.

"Yeah, that's what I thought." Naruto scratched his head with a sigh.

"…That and you don't want to find out if the tomb is haunted?" Claire said.

"…Yeah, there's that." The ninja crossed his arms, "But my point still stand. I should stay here and protect Arcadia Oaks myself while you guys are gone since I have powers to be everywhere if I want to."

"Ok, you stay here." The trollhunter nodded.

"I can't say we approve of all your life choices, but if you're going to run off, you're going prepared." Javier said to his daughter as the teenagers informed everyone their plans and it's noticed that Strickler was in the living room. He gestured to the backpack, "It's got a poncho in there, waterproof matches, a flashlight, chorizo…" He whispered the last part.

"Dad, Jim's got a sword made of Daylight." Claire took her bag, "You give me chorizo?"

"It'll be a little taste of home." Ophelia hugged her with her husband.

"I packed your favorite, Diablo Maximus breakfast burrito." Nancy handled the backpack to her grandson, "Along with an extra pair of undies."

"Uh…" Toby glanced around a little embarrassed, "Thank you, nana. I will take these two things that are completely unrelated."

"No underwear for me?" Jim joked to his mother and she hug him.

"Just call, okay?" Barbara whispered in her son's ear, "Text every once in a while." She pulled away from him, "And take pictures to know you're safe."

"Stay here." Blinky placed hand on his twin's shoulder, "You're my brother. And I still don't trust you." He patted his chuckling twin's face before joining the team.

"Good luck, guys." Naruto waved to the team.

"You guys ready?" Claire expanded her weapon with Toby.

"For the glory of Merlin, Daylight is mine to command." Jim summoned his armor, "Let's get our friend back." The team leap into the portal and it disappear.

"…Well, I'm going out on a patrol." The blonde turned to everyone with a lifting hand, "See you later."

"Have fun killing Gumm-Gumm trolls." Zelda refill her tea cup as her son left the house and she take another sip of her tea, ignoring few odd looks from other parents.

"Wow, now I know that I can make copies of my daggers with this kage jutsu." Naruto whistled at a Gumm-Gumm troll as it turn stone, dozen of similar daggers stick out from its body before they vanish in poof of smokes, leaving only two real daggers behind. "What jutsu should I try out next?" The blonde reclaim his weapons before he approach a giant orange-ish troll, "You alright?"

"Ya." The troll suddenly ran away with a shiver and the blonde roll his eyes, he have seen this troll often before in Trollmarket and this creature was such a scared-cat. The ninja feel his phone vibrate and he check it to see a text from Jim, they have rescued Aaarrrgghh and is on their way to the tomb.

"Great!" The ninja stow his phone with a happy grin, glad that the giant troll is okay. He resume his patrol and he only come across one or two Gumm-Gumm trolls once in a while.

The parents and Nancy laughed as Strickler told them a story, "So there Jim was, sword to my throat, then Barbara comes out of the kitchen…" He swallowed some piece of cookies, "With a pie!"

"Oh!" Nancy asked, "What kind of pie?"

"Jim and I looked at each other, and I say, where is that contact lens?" Strickler said before the doctor take the plate away from him.

"How'd you let this one go, Barbara?" Javier asked with some chuckles.

"He tried to kill my son." Barbara deadpanned.

"More than once." Zelda called from the kitchen, washing the dishes. "Oh, and let's not forget this one time he cast a curse on her by binding their souls together in order to prevent the trollhunter from attacking him. Oh, let's not forget how he almost killed her with this spell when Angor Rot, who he forced to be under his control, went insane after lost his soul."

"Not helping…" Stickler muttered under his breath at his fellow changeling.

"Oh, that's unfortunate." Nancy commented as the male changeling look guilty.

"Right." The father of Claire cleared his throat.

"I got a text." Barbara felt her phone vibrating before she check it then chuckle to herself, "It's Jim!" Both Ophelia and Strickler move to her sides.

"Well, what does it say?" Ophelia asked.

"We're okay!" The doctor read it out loud.

"Ha!" Javier hopped, "They're okay! They're okay! Have they tried the chorizo?"

"On way to Merlin's tomb, we'll let you know if we make it out alive." Barbara continued to read it out loud, "Winking smiley face?"

The mother of Claire gasped then chuckle nervously, "That was a joke, right?" The mothers stare at each other unsurely.

"I'm done here." Zelda stepped into the living room from the kitchen, "I'll be off, see you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow." The worried mother said to her as the changeling pick her purse up before she left, "I'll have the tea out and ready." The changeling just wave over her shoulder without looking back, "This family is quite unique."

Zelda will later regret coming back the next night because she was forced to sit through a terrible playwright when Detective Scott come around to give them the flyers then seeing the blind troll and get knock out by Nancy with shovel before they end up tricking the detective with terrible play.

Aja check her backpack to make sure she get the right textbook for her next period in the morning until she hear someone call her out and she look back to see Naruto walk over to her with a little wave. "Oh, hello, Naruto." Aja greeted.

"H-Hey, Aja." Naruto scratched his head with a grin as he tried hard not to be too nervous, "Do you have a-any plan tonight? There's a bonfire."

"What's a bonfire?" The pale girl looked confused.

"Exactly." He chuckled nervously, 'Shit, why did I say that?!' Kami, why can't it be so easy like crushing some Gumm-Gumm or goblins' heads last night?!

"Can I bring my little brother?" Aja gestured to her brother leaning against the bike rack as he…Mashing blender glass with some metal object?!

"Oh, um…" Naruto scratched the back of his head again, "I was hoping it'll be just us…Us two."

"Oh!" It went off in her head, "This is a local courting ritual." She thrust her pointing finger at him, "you are asking me out on a date."

"…Yes, I am." It's really miracle that he don't spazz out in this moment, "B-But it's a group thing." Naruto don't know why he pull his phone out or pretending to text.

"Okay, then." Aja tucked some hair behind her ear, "I have to go somewhere else now." She copy his action with her own phone as they slowly back away from each other.

"G-Great, I-I'll…" Naruto gulped, "I'll pick you up at seven for group bonfire." She chuckled shyly together with him before they turn and walk in opposite direction. He walk around the corner and keep walking for a bit until he finally stop in his track for few minutes. "…YES!" Naruto pumped his fists up in air with a loud cheering, causing the people around to jumped and give him weird looks but he don't care as he cheered like a goofy person with pumping fists.

It was time for the date as Naruto approached the house on a vespa scooter, which he 'borrowed' from Jim, although he didn't tell his family that he's going on his first date and send some clones out all over the town under henge for the night patrol. He want to keep it to himself for now. 'That must be Aja's house.' Naruto glanced at the house then he check his breathing and he stiffened up when two adults come out of the house with Aja behind them.

"Hey, put her there, son." The father with glasses shook his hand…Too fast and hard, "Heck of a grip you've got there, pal." He grinned with his equally-grinning wife, "Now let's discuss your intentions towards my princess." He pushed his glasses down, "I don't want to hear about any hanky-panky up on Lovers Land. Capisce?"

"Uh, no." Naruto shook his head nervously, "No hanky-panky, sir and ma'am!" He glanced at his shaking hand, "Um, can I have my hand back? Please?" The man release his hand and he squeeze his hand few times to regain the feeling as the blonde turned to his date. "You ready to go?"

"Yes, I'm all ready to go." Aja giggled shyly and her date gave her the helmet before get on the scooter together.

"Hold on tight." The ninja started the engine as his date wrap her arms around his stomach and the scooter took off.

They can hear someone singing as Naruto drive closer to the campfire and pull over, giving waves to several teenagers around the fire. "Welcome to the…" Naruto stepped off the scooter with Aja as she ran over to the campfire, "Bonfire?"

"Wow!" Aja leaned closer to the fire with hands on her cheeks, "It's so beautiful and warm…I just want to hug it."

"Whoa, not good idea." The ninja quickly pull his date away from the fire, "You know it's dangerous to touch it? It'll burn you badly."

"Oh, right, I know that." She giggled sheepishly before she turn to Shannon as soon as the glass-wearing girl sing loudly with strumming guitar and the pale girl start to dance silly to the stunned teenagers. Find her silly antic cute, Naruto join her with his own silly dance for a while before Aja stop dancing as she take her helmet off while looking at her date. "Guess we're not dancing?"

"Don't worry about it." Naruto smiled at her, "Maybe there's a dance later. Want a s'more?"

"Some more what?" Aja scrunched her nose up in confusion.

"Oh, you never have it before?" He chuckled lightly, "Oh, you'll gonna love it. Let me find the marshmallows." He walks to several teenagers to ask them about marshmallows.

"Naruto, are you with Aja?" Darci asked him bewilderedly.

"Oh, Darci?" Naruto blinked at her before he scratch his head bashfully with a chuckle, "Yeah, kind of. I asked her out for a date here…" He glanced around, "Um, can you not tell Toby, Claire and Jim or anyone else about that?" It earn an raised eyebrow from her, "I want this date to go smooth and I don't want to blow it with her…You know? Plus, you guys would go crazy, pestering me for group dates and crazy stuffs."

"That's not tr…" The black girl was about to deny it before she sigh, "Yeah, you're right. We totally would do that. Your secret is safe with me for now…" She glanced to Mary, who was gushing to the pale girl about their relationship. "But I have to make sure the blabbermouth doesn't spill it to everyone else."

"Oh, please do that and I owe you one." The blonde chuckled as Darci walk over to join the girls and he turn to talk with the boys for a bit. "Steve, thank for the tip off about bonfire."

"No problem." Steve waved it off.

"I thought you were going to hang out with Eli, looking for some animals?" Naruto whispered low enough for him to hear.

"Pfft, he's looking for Billycraggle, a urban legend, and everyone know it's not real." The jock waved it off before a smirk appears on his face, "But everyone here don't, which give me a perfect scary story to tell at bonfire."

One story later, Naruto was leading Aja to a certain spot. "This must be the tree that everyone was talking about." He gestured to a large tree with many fireflies around.

"Wow!" Aja beamed, "Look at all the wooden arms. There must be dozens!"

"Pretty, romantic, isn't it?" Naruto grinned before his date suddenly sniffle him to his confusion.

"We don't have trees on Akirid…" She said as her confused date smell himself to see if he stink or not, "I mean, Cantaloupia."

"Is it plain or desert?" He asked but he never get a answer from her as she eagerly climb up the tree.

"Trees are the best!" Aja hanged downside up with her legs hanging on a thick branch, their faces so close. She crossed her arms with furrowed eyebrows, "Why do you hide them in forests?"

"Um, because trees are forests too?" Naruto replied.

"Oh." She flipped back up then climb farther up the tree.

"Wait up for me." The blonde jumped up then climbed up to join her, "You're pretty fast." Even if he's a ninja, he can't keep up with her and that's saying something. "You're one of a kind girl, that's for sure." They reached the top and they soak the sight in under the full moonlight.

"Are these stars?" Aja waved her hand at the fireflies.

"Nah, they're fireflies." Naruto adjust his seat next to her.

"The universe…" She exhaled, "I forget how vast it is. Back home, Zadra would tell us stories about the universe."

"Zadra?" He wonder if it mean something in her language or a name.

"She, um, worked for my parents." Aja said.

"Ah, got it." Naruto nodded, 'Maybe she's a nanny?'

"She was tough and she told us stories about beings on other planets." She glanced up at the stars.

"That must be interesting stories." He hummed.

"It always sounded so…" Aja nodded, "Adventurious."

"…You see that bright star?" Naruto pointed a bright star in sky, "It's called the Dog Star. You know about it?" The pale girl nudge his arm slightly to correct him with a teasing smirk, "Guess you do." He chuckled sheepishly with embarrassing blush, "And over there should be the little dipper…" He continues named the stars until he throw some made-up names in there.

"You're making those up." She chuckled after he call one star Miso Ramen.

"You caught me." He chuckled, "My knowledge of the stars are…Basic." They share a laughter as they face each other and he feel bold enough to lean his head forward, catching her lips in a chaste kiss and she return it with press of her lips. They break apart after a moment.

"…Can we do it one time?" Aja giggled with pinkish tint on her cheeks and they share another chaste kiss again but this time, they want to see how long they can hold it for. She opened her eyes slightly to look at his face until she notice her hand glowing blue. 'Oh no!' The pale girl quickly break their kiss as she stand up swiftly with hands behind her back, "I gotta go! Text me later! Bye!" She quickly pecked his lips before she hop down the tree with some flips and swings.

"O-Okay?" Naruto blinked few times as he watch his date ran off, wondering what just happened. When he get down to the ground, he notice some blue protractor and he pick it up. "Huh, didn't Steve said he lost his protractor the other day when he came up to play 'catch protractor'?" He pocketed it with a shrug.

When he get back in town, he immediately spot Steve walking away from frightened teenagers, screaming something about Billycraggle. "Steve, I found your protractor." Naruto tossed him the object while driving by on the scooter.

"Huh?" Steve caught it with a blink before he look it over then at the ninja's direction, "But that's not mine?" He glanced at blue object before he shrug to himself, he'll keep it to replace his lost protractor.

"Hey, you home?" Naruto texted to Aja on his phone about a hour later.

"Yes, Naruto." Aja's text popped up.

"Did you have good time tonight?" He asked.

"Yes, I have a lively time!" She replied.

"Hey." Naruto took a deep breath as he texted, "Since we kissed, does that make us boyfriend and girlfriend now?" Oh, kami! Oh, kami! Why did he hit the send button?! She doesn't answer back after few minutes, now he just ruined everyth…

"Yes, we are now boyfriend and girlfriend." Aja texted back with a smiley face.

Ten minutes later, Vendel was so confused why his surrogate grandson was passing out on living floor with big stupid grin on his face and the elder troll have to wake him up by poking his face with the walking stick so Vendel can watch his game show.

"Dammit." Naruto pressed hand against his face with a heavy sad sigh before he look up to Jim, "Draal's gone?" It was the next day and the team have returned from the tomb with some news.

"Yeah." Jim sighed as he made some eggs, "And before you blame yourself, don't. He won't want you to do that. If you were there, it won't change anything because it happen so sudden and he did it to protect me from Angor."

"…You're right." The upset blonde exhaled again before he turn his head to a elder man in armor as he closed and open the refrigerator, "So that's Merlin?"

"Yeah." The trollhunter nodded.

"Mm." Merlin examined the contents in refrigerator, "Fascinating." He closed and open it several times with a hum, "But how do you know the light goes out when you close the door?"

"I never expected Merlin to be in my house." Barbara carried plates to her son.

"You've had trolls, goblins, changelings and a ninja here." Claire chuckled as she set the table up with Toby, "Why not a wizard?"

"Merlin, the immortal." Strickler clasped his hands nervously, "What an honor." He kneel down with a light gasp, "Allow me to introduce myself. Waltolomew Stricklander. Well, Strickler for short. I've been mentoring the trollhunter."

"Spare me the life story." The elder wizard rolled his eyes with a sigh, "Now and forever, changeling." He walked out into the dining room.

"So Gunmar stole your staff." The doctor placed breakfast in front of Merlin as soon as he sit down, "isn't that all he needs to make the, um, the, the…?"

"The Eternal Night, mom." Jim said, walking past her with plates.

"Yes, the Eternal Night." Barbara turned to the wizard, who was examining a piece of egg up close.

"Fear not, mother of Jim." Merlin replied, "When I designed my staff, I put in a safeguard."

"See?" The trollhunter gave his friends their breakfast, "We're in good hands."

"Then again, no safeguard is a guarantee." The wizard chuckled before he ate a piece of eggs with a pleasured hum, "It's been centuries since I've eaten." He jabbed his fork toward Toby, "Metalface here was lucky I didn't eat him back in the cave." The teenagers was taken back by that.

"He's joking, right?" Toby chuckled nervously after he dropped the fork on floor.

"Mm, not really." Merlin clean his mouth with napkin, "Time is of the essence. Take me to the nearest blacksmith at once."

"We have a couple of tools and some old Christmas decorations." Jim led the wizard into the garage with the teenagers in tow, "Will that work? Or…" He looked at the wizard questioningly, "What are you making, exactly?"

"It's none of your concern now." Merlin tossed a wench up in air before he look around, "No forge? No grindstone?" He looked under the workshop, "Not even a bellows?"

"No." The trollhunter said.

"But Jimbo has a garage door." Toby pumped his fists, "Check it out!" He flick a switch as the garage door slide open, "Open." It went down, "Close." Repeating, "Open. What's it do next? Close."

"This will have to do." The wizard sighed in disappointment and couple teenagers looked embarrassed by the chubby teenager's action.

"Well, when you said you put in a safeguard, how long do safeguards typically guard…" Claire's gaze shift couple times, "Safely?"

"Yeah, are we talking weeks?" The chubby teenager asked, "Years?" Merlin suddenly kicked the vespa violently to Jim's horror and the trollhunter quickly push himself into between them. Merlin turn away as the horrified boy checks his scooter for any damages and his girlfriend pat his back gently.

"Depends on Gunmar's cleverness." Merlin flicked his hand, "A few hours."

"But you can stop him, right?" Toby asked.

"I have lost most of my magic." The wizard tossed something over his shoulder and Jim quickly catch it with some fumbles to protect his scooter, nearly knock it down if it wasn't for Claire holding it. "But this old bucket knows a few spells." Claire was wondering why Naruto stay quiet the whole time as she turn her head to the said blonde and she see him texting with his phone. "I need you to acquire a few items first."

"What sort of items?" Jim asked, catching his girlfriend's attention.

"I'm sure nothing too difficult to gather." Merlin approached the workshop, "Lend me your quill. I shall write you a list."

"We're fresh out of quills." The trollhunter chuckled lightly.

"Can you text it?" The chubby teenager asked.

"Eh…" The wizard groaned.

The school bell ring to signifying the beginning of school day as the teenagers walk in and Naruto make one more text before he put it away. "Blinky and Aaarrrgghh are collecting a bunch of these, which leaves three things for us." Jim looked at the list in his hands.

"'Kay." Toby peeked at it, "What's first on Merlin's list?"

"An Antramonstrum shell." Claire answered.

"Strickler thinks he has one in his old office." The trollhunter said.

"Which one?" Naruto asked, "The old-old office or the old office?"

"Old-old one." Jim replied.

"Ugh, I'm having flashbacks of Fart Cloud McDoomsday." The chubby teenager shuddered, "Let's make this quick." They barely take few steps until someone call out to them.

"C-Bomb!" Mary ran up to Claire, "Where have you been? The Battle of the Bands is right around the corner and you've missed, like, every rehearsal."

"I know." The girl with white streak sighed, "It's been super crazy." The boys quietly sneak away from them.

"And what's this I hear about your parents in a play with Darci's dad?" The black-haired girl asked, "I thought theater was your bag. Oh, and did you hear that Naruto brought A…"

"Whoa, whoa, can you mind telling us about the play?" Naruto quickly returned to the girls as the other boys get into the hallway, "I'm dying to know about that!"

"Uh, it's real crazy story." Claire gave him a funny look then back to her friend, "But here's what happened…" After a while, she say bye to her friend before she turn to the blonde with hands on her hip and arched eyebrow. "Alright, what's going on?"

"What?" The blonde looked at her innocently, "What's going on?"

"You're awfully quiet today and have been on your phone all morning." She counted with her fingers, "Not to mention that you didn't make a joke or talking about pulling a prank today. What's up?"

"Nothing!" Naruto squeaked with crossed arms, "Can't I be quiet for a day if I want to?" Claire give him a 'I don't buy it' look.

"Guys, I get it." Toby jogged up to them as he patted the backpack, "But Jim's with Uhl. He almost caught us but Jim distracted him so I can get out with the shell."

"Oh." Claire turned to him, "I hope it don't get him in any troubles."

"Me too." The chubby teenager take his phone out, "Guess we have to wait until he come back." He glanced to them, "So…What were you two talking about?"

"Nothing!" The blonde said.

"Naruto's acting funny today." She pointed to the ninja, "He's too quiet and have been on his phone all morning."

"Oh, you noticed?" Toby turned to her, "And here I thought it was just me."

"Nothing is going on!" Naruto squeaked and the girl open her mouth until she notice someone from the corner of her eyes.

"Jim!" Claire turned with a smile, "You made it out okay." Her eyebrow raised at something behind her boyfriend as the blonde froze, "And with two strangers I've never met before." Jim glance behind to Aja and Krel.

"Wait…" The chubby teenager was about to say something until Aja ran past them.

"Hey, Naruto!" Aja wrapped her arms around the said blonde's torso before she give him a chaste kiss, an action that surprised the teenagers.

"…Hey, Aja." Naruto hugged her back with a sheepish chuckle before he return her kiss with a peck and he glance at his gawking friends. 'Guess my secret's out right before it even start.'

"Um, Naruto, you know her…?" Jim asked dumbly.

"Yeah, that is Aja Tarron and her brother, Krel." The ninja break apart from the pale girl as he gestured to the siblings before he shift his arm to his friends as he look at the siblings, "That are my friends, Jim, Toby and Claire."

"Ah, lively!" The pale girl clapped her hands together, "Naruto told me a lot about you three!"

"As in…?" Toby sneak a glance to the blonde boy as he gave them a subtle headshake, signifying that he didn't tell about the trollhunter business. "Oh, yeah, yeah, good things I hope! Um…"

"Are you two…" Claire tapped her palms together couple time, "Together?"

"Yeah, she's my girlfriend." Naruto scratched his head with a blush, "We just got together last night."

"…Last night?!" The friends dropped their jaws at him in pure surprise.

"…Dude, I was starting to think you must be…" The chubby teenager said.

"Don't you finish this sentence." The blonde boy deadpanned at him, "I'm tired of hearing those rumors. They're stupid like one rumor about Claire and me." There was a short-lived rumor that Naruto and Claire was secretly seeing each other while Jim was out 'sick' but in truth, they only see each other like a sibling in a way.

"Oh, yeah…" Toby nodded rapidly, "This rumor was so awkward."

"Wha…?" Jim glanced between them, that is his first time hearing that! He decide to get everything back on track, "Principal Uhl says if I want to pass 'sophomore year', I have to show them around this wonderful, ordinary world of Arcadia."

"You do know Arcadia is not a world, right?" Krel raised his eyebrow at them weirdly, "It is barely a municipality."

"Amazing!" Aja take a close look at Toby's mouth, "you have robot teeth. Can I touch them?" The siblings force his mouth open as she shine the phone's light inside, "Fascinating."

"Uh, your girlfriend's weird, Naruto." The chubby teenager mumbled.

"Better yet, where did they come from?" Claire eyed them suspiciously.

"Cantaloupia." The Tarron siblings said in unison.

"Cantaloupia?" The girl with white streak repeated.

"Yeah, Can-ta-loupia." Krel nodded, "From the Latin conjugation cantaloupali. It is a very small island off the coast of Santo Puerco." He get up close to Jim, "What? You didn't learn that at school?"

"Uh, guess I missed that day." Jim muttered.

"Mm." The Latino boy leaned back, "That much is clear."

"Don't you remember we have some important errands to run?" Claire whispered to her boyfriend, "ASAP?"

"Yeah, but I also remember I need to graduate sometime this century." The trollhunter whispered back, "So let's show them our totally normal town." He jumped up with his girlfriend when Aja pop up behind them.

"Lively!" Aja laughed with her hands around their shoulders before she look between them oddly with some pause, "You know, lively. Cool. Awesome. Outstanding." She shouted in glee, "Lively!"

"Lively." Toby shot them a gun gesture, "Totally." He blinked, "And very odd."

"Naruto, are you coming with us?" The pale girl moved to her boyfriend's side with a wide smile, slipping her hand into his hand.

"Yeah, I am." Naruto squeezed her hand lightly with a smile, "I always want to give you a little tour around the town."

"Lively!" She grinned.

"…Just to clarify something…" The ninja stared at Jim with deadpan expression, "You decide to take my girlfriend and her brother to…" He gestured to the moving elevator, "Janus Order hideout?"

"Um…" Jim rubbed the back of his neck.

"Amazing." Aja looked around excitingly, "We love rooms that move. Don't we, little brother?"

"I am so bored." Krel muttered with crossed arms, "Where are we going again?"

"Someplace not boring!" Toby spoke faster, "A…" His face scrunched up in deep thought as he tried to come up with something.

"A super-secret teen center!" The trollhunter chuckled nervously and the ninja facepalmed.

"Five stories underground?" The Latino boy looked at him ridiculously.

"Yeah, 'cause teens are so loud and crazy here." Claire added before she whisper to the siblings, "So no telling, you two."

"No." Aja waved her hands with shaking head, "No, no, no, no." She laughed, "We are excellent at keeping secrets."

"You have no idea." Krel commented offhandly and they reach the bottom floor.

"What are those?" The gasping pale girl asked, glancing around at ruined corridor.

"Ooh!" The Latino boy looked over things, "Looks like human bones with bite marks." He approached the bones, "Now things are getting interesting."

"Really?" Naruto whispered to Jim, "Super-secret teen center? Here? Why not go telling them we're trollhunters while we're at it?"

"I'm with him." Claire jabbed her right thumb at the blonde with another hand on her hip.

"Let's see you justify how we're supposed to be collecting the femur of a changeling and everything else on Merlin's list." Jim defended his excuse.

"Oh, I don't know…" The ninja rolled his eyes, "How about send one of us to get it while we keep them busy touring around?" The trollhunter open his mouth then snap it closed with few blinks, why don't he think of that?

"We, uh, raged here pretty hard last time." Toby said to the new kids as he stuffed the femur bone into his backpack, "Guess we haven't cleaned up from the Halloween party. Oops!"

"Halloween, really?" Naruto muttered under his breath, it's, like, way past many months.

"You do realize your teen center does not have any teens in it, right?" Krel kicked a skull away, "Where is the house music?" Aja blew air into the skull's nose holes.

"That's not a harmonica, you know." The chubby teenager muttered.

"Oh, we just love music." Aja lift her arms up in air, "Krel is a totally lively disc jockey."

"Oh, you don't say?" Toby replied before he return to the team, "Got the bones. What's left?"

"Just the last thing." Jim checked the list, "…Lightning in a bottle?"

"You mean like in a metaphor, right?" Claire asked, "It would be impossible to catch." She glanced to Naruto questioningly.

"Sorry, no raiton jutsu." Naruto never get around to mastering a lightning jutsu and it's hard to control it compared to other elemental jutsu.

"Ha!" The trollhunter smirked to them, "You think that's hard? You should see the ones I gave Blinky." He showed them the list that the trolls have went to get and they groan in disgust at one certain item until the girl with white streak notice something.

"Guys, we're down one." She said and they notice a missing Latino person.

"Aja, where's Krel?" Jim asked her.

"Krel?" Aja shrugged.

"Krel?" Toby called out as most teenagers search for the said person, leaving Naruto and Aja behind.

"How come you never bring me here before?" The pale girl asked Naruto with a light smile.

"Ah, because it's closed." Naruto coughed into his fist as they walked together, "Plus, not a lot of people come around here so…It'll be boring if it was just you and me here with no fun things to do."

"Mm, true." Aja glanced around and they walk into the control room to see a video of team's battle with Gunmar as Jim quickly mash the buttons frantically. "I so enjoy moving picture stories!" She threw her arms up with a wide grin.

"Turn it off, Jimbo!" The chubby teenager shouted.

"I'm trying!" Jim kept mashing.

"Trying harder!" Claire hissed.

"Huh, looks scary." Krel tilted his head, "What is it called?"

"Gun Robot." Toby said.

"Trollhunters." The teenagers said at same time.

"I mean, Trollhunters." The chubby teenager corrected himself and Jim slam the control pane with his fist, finally shutting the monitors down.

"Here's an idea." The girl with white streak spoke rapidly, "Who wants to see the house of Arcadia's very own councilwoman?"

"Yeah, we should go." Jim chuckled nervously.

"Ay, yai, yai." Krel sighed as he grabbed a odd tech, tossing it inside his pocket.

"And this is where the leader of our town, Councilwoman Nunez, makes enchiladas." Claire showed the Tarron siblings around her kitchen and Aja took some pictures with her phone.

"Fascinating." Aja examined a toaster machine, taking a picture of it. "Does that make you a council-princess?"

"They won't tell you this on the normal tour, but I hear she likes spinach with salsa verde and…" The girl with white streak opened the refrigerator and the siblings look inside before Krel close it then open it again.

"A question if I may." Krel spoke, "How do you know the light goes off when you close the door?" His refrigerator at home does not have light, "Fascinating. Intriguing. But I do not trust it."

"You and Merlin both." Claire shook her head.

"Who?" Both Tarron siblings asked.

"Uh…" The girl with white streak walked outside to look up at the boys as they sit on the rooftop with kite and jar. "How's it going up there? I'm really running out of things to show."

"A little longer." Toby hollered down.

"Who wants to count how many books Councilwoman Nunez has?" Claire reentered her house.

"Tobes, this is ridiculous." Jim muttered, "There's not a cloud in sight."

"Why can't we just go…" Naruto said.

"No, we are not breaking into a power plant and hooked a jar up!" The trollhunter blew his hair up, "It's crazy!"

"Weather says two percent chance of drizzle." The chubby teenager held his phone up, "You just gotta believe, dude." He fumbled with his phone, "Son of a…" He almost fall down as his phone fell down to ground below them but Naruto grab the back of his belt, "This is my fifth phone. Jim, this is never gonna work!"

"We should…"

"No, Naruto." Jim cut him off, "It has to. Unless you have a better way to capture lighting in a bottle." Naruto open his mouth again, "No."

"Did I hear you say you're trying to capture lightning in a bottle?" The boys looked down to see Aja with cupped hands around her mouth, Claire and Krel stand near her.

"Oh!" Krel chuckled, "We used to play that game as children."

"No, no, you don't understand." The trollhunter looked down, "Lightning. Like, a thousand volts of electricity in a jar."

"Actually, it's closer to several hundred million volts." The pale girl hollered back.

"And that's not the way you do it." The Latino boy said.

"Seriously, you know how to catch lightning?" Claire furrowed her brows.

"Si." Krel bobbed his head sideways, "You obviously don't, but we do." The boys glanced at each other with blinks.

"So that's some sort of super capacitator?" Jim gestured at a jar with wires in Krel's hands as the Latino boy fidgeted with it, the group was in Claire's bedroom at night.

"Uh, we're more into Earth sciences." Toby scratched his head.

"Wow, you're hella good at that." Naruto bend down slightly to rest his chin on his girlfriend's shoulder as he watch her doing something on screen at high speed and he don't listen to Toby's question toward Krel. He has no clue what it's all about.

"I know." Aja pecked his cheek with a giggle before she mumble something to herself as she typed rapidly.

"Are you seeing this?" Claire looked closer with widened eyes over their shoulders, "I think she just hacked into the Arcadia power grid."

"Of course." The pale girl smirked as the team huddled around the bed, "That's where the locals store their power." She hummed, "Do you think two hundred million volts will be enough?"

Several teenagers looked happy at that.

"I think I have something else we can use." Jim hummed with crossed arms.

"Say, maybe we should use your hacking skill to pull our first online prank together later?" Naruto smirked to his girlfriend.

The group stand at the Fifth and Main street and Jim walk up to them from behind the car in his armor. "Curious." Aja tilted her head with arched brow, "First, metal teeth. Now metal clothes." She leaned forward to get a close look at the blue gem.

"And you always tell me we are the ones who have to be normal?" Krel deadpanned to his sister.

"Lively." The pale girl flicked her hand with a little wave, "What is the power source?"

"Um, I don't know." Jim backed away, "Just a standard safety suit."

"Uh, yeah." Toby nodded, "Safety first."

"Really?" Naruto gave them a look before Claire elbowed him in stomach.

"…Safety?" The Latino boy scoffed, "You're wearing metal in a lightning storm."

"Good luck." Krel handed the jar over to Jim and everyone get behind the car while Jim set everything up, sticking his sword in sidewalk next to jar before he quickly join everyone. Naruto's head turn to Jim with a hard look.

"I put it to much better use." Merlin stood in front of covered objects before he pull the blanket off the first one to reveal a orange armor, "This one is for Tobias."

"What?!" Toby hopped from one foot to another foot, "We get armor, too? I've been waiting my whole life for this! So cool! So cool!" He ran close to his armor, "Look how shiny it is. Oh, my gosh! Is that a shield? Totally a shield."

"And this one is for Lady Claire." The wizard pulled the second sheet off to reveal purple armor and it look very impressive than Toby's armor.

"Oh." Claire chuckled, "Wow. Holy guacamole."

"I like mine better." The chubby teenager chuckled lightly after he looked between the armors.

"And for Naruto." Merlin pulled the third sheet off, "Admittedly, it's tricky to find a right balance for you since you wield a bizarre power and 'ninja' skill. Although, you're more like an assassin or thief if you ask me." Naruto's armor appear to have dark crimson color, hitai-ate, shin guards, forearm guards, shoulder pad, thin flexible chainmail spandex and chest piece.

"Huh, kinda look like samurai armor to me." Naruto hummed in approval, "But where's the orange?"

"That's surprisingly nice of you, Merlin." Jim said.

"Quick query." Blinky pointed at the wizard, "If we've been collecting items for a spell to thwart Gunmar, then why would they require armor?"

"A spell?" The wizard looked at him as he helped the teenagers trying their armors on, "you thought we would stop Gunmar and Angor Rot without going to war? Do you have sand for brains?"

"Wait, a war?" The trollhunter's eyes widened.

"Once freed, Morgana will attempt to bring forth the Eternal Night." Merlin cracked his neck, "We must prepare."

"Sounds like you're saying you're not going to stop Gunmar from freeing that witch." Claire turned to him.

"You could not hope to understand." Merlin replied.

"What, like demons?" The blonde shrugged with his hands, "Giant animals made out of pure chakra? An undead army of ninjas and a powerful man that can summon meteors from space? Crazy rabbit goddess that want revenge on humanity for sealing her in moon? A giantass tree that can trap everyone in eternal illusion under false peace where everyone have perfect life when in reality, it's sipping their lifeforce out?"

The wizard stared at the ninja weirdly for two minutes, "…Boy, don't be so ridiculous." Never have he heard of this tall tale until now.

"Jim?" The girl with white streak noticed that her boyfriend have been out of it for a while, "Jim?" She stomped her foot as it caused Jim to snap out of his funk, "Jim!"

"Gunmar has the Staff of Avalon." Merlin said, "Soon he will find a way to free her. This is when we will strike. Together, we'll slay Morgana before the Eternal Night starts."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" The chubby teenager held his hands up with few little bobbing motions, "I'm sorry, you want Jim to go up against Gunmar and Angor Rot and Morgana?"

"Now is the time to strike." The wizard replied with a clenched fist, "She's been imprisoned for centuries, and she will be at her weakest." He smiled smugly, "This is our best chance."

"Wait." Claire narrowed her eyes, "If Jim defeats Morgana, you get your magic back."

"That would be a pleasant bonus, yes." Merlin grinned.

"Oh, you only want your magic back!" Blinky turned his head to his longtime friend, "Aaarrrgghh, my friend, put your fist through the old man's face."

"I'm with Blinky." Toby turned to face his best friend, "Sounds like Merlin wants his magic back."

"Then, I await your decision." The wizard bowed slightly.

"Whatever you choose, if we are to fight, we'll need an army." Blinky balled up his fists before he gesture to his friend, "Aaaarrrgghh and I will see what we can do." He shot the wizard a dirty look, "As to whom we are fighting, I'll leave that to master Jim." The said teenager look very worried and unsure.

"I'm feeling a bit peckish." The wizard looked inside the freezer, "Where do you keep your fresh haggis?"

"What sort of cannibal wizard hungers for boiled meat in a sheep's stomach?" The chubby teenager asked weirdly before he gag as he walk near the front door, "Ugh! I'll see if anyone at the school has seen her."

"And I'll check in with Steve and Eli…" Naruto said before Zelda barge in, knocking Toby down in her fall.

"Jeez, don't you knock!" Toby cried out.

"Kaa-san?" Naruto ran to help his mother up.

"Ms. Nomura!" Both Jim and Claire ran over, the former put his amulet down on table.

"Kaa-san, what happened?!" The ninja asked quickly with worried expression as soon as he notice her injuries.

"Blood!" The chubby teenager cried, "There's blood on the rug and it's purple!"

"Usurna tried to capture me at the museum." Zelda wiped some purple blood off her mouth, supporting herself up with her son's help. "Gunmar needs a changeling to activate the Staff of Avalon."

"So he found a way around my safeguard." Merlin smash his fist on his opening palm, "He needs human hands who can speak in a troll tongue. If they failed to take her, they'll look for others."

"Strickler." Jim muttered.

"Do you think your mom is with him?" Claire asked and her boyfriend makes a call but it went straight to voicemail.

"We don't know she was with him." Toby waved his hands.

"Split up and search everywhere!" The worried trollhunter ordered, "Find my mother!"

"Uh…" The chubby teenager uttered.

"It's okay." The girl with white streak put her purse on, "We'll find them, Jim."

"Uh, Ms. Nomura." Toby noticed something on her, "Your shoulder, it looks…" He gulped, "Is it falling out?" Zelda simply pop her dislocated arm back in with some twist and the chubby teenager passed out with widen-opening eyes.

"Wimp." Naruto nudged the downed teenager with his foot before he support his mother again, "I'm gonna take kaa-san back home and help her patch up."

"There's no stopping Gunmar now." Zelda said to the trollhunter as the mother and son head out, "I'm gonna get ready to fight."

"After you get some rest, kaa-san." The blonde said, "Oh, please tell me you killed this bitch."

"I was this close but there was too many." The changeling grunted, she won't tell him a couple certain things.

"We'll call if we find anything." Claire said as the chubby teenager get up shakily and they all leave. Jim was about to go out to look for his mother but Merlin closed the door and they stare at each other.

Vendel was snoring away in his now favorite rocking chair and Pixie giggle to herself as she hold a small cherry up in air by its stem, carefully aiming for his opening mouth. She release it and the food flew down the elder troll's throat, causing him to launch forward with series of rough coughs as the giggling pixie zoomed up to second floor. "Ah, blast pixie!" The elder slammed his chest few times to clear the airway, "If you weren't my boy's familiar, I would…" He grumbled under his breath before he hear the front door swing open then close, following by Naruto and Zelda. "My word, what happened to you?" He asked, seeing a nasty bruise on Zelda's cheek and small limp.

"Usurna the bitch queen." Naruto grunted.

"Language, but I'll let it slip this time." Zelda gave her son a look.

"Do you need any assist?" Vendel asked with some concern as the blonde sit his mother down on sofa.

"Yeah, after I patched her up, can you watch her and make sure she takes a little rest." The blonde took a first-aid kit then apply some bandages on his mother, "I don't want her to aggravate her wounds any farther."

"I'm fine!" The changeling tried to get up, "I don't need to be baby!"

"Kaa-san." Naruto pushed her back in her seat, "Please rest here for a while…For me, kaa-san?"

"…Grr, fine." Zelda crossed her arms childishly, she'll listen to her son for now…And she do need a nap after a long night.

"Thank you." The blonde finished up with the first-aid, "Now I'm going to meet up with the others and see if we can find the doctor." He gave his mother a peck on forehead then say bye to his grandpa figure as he race outside.

Before Claire can say anything, they see the wall open up and Strickler shot out with Barbara in his changeling form then quickly transform back to his human form as the pursuing gumm-gumm trolls turn stone under the sunlight. The teenagers quickly cycled down on their bikes.

"Dr. L!" The chubby teenager shouted, "Are you okay?"

"We have to warn Jim." Barbara get up with Strickler's help.

"Morgana, she's free." Strickler looked at them and the teenagers release a shocked gasp.

"Jim!" Claire become worried as she took her phone out and calls her boyfriend. "There's no answer!" She tried few times but the result was still same as the boys tried the same things with their phones. "…Guys, I think we need to go back to Jim's house…Now!"

Everyone look at each other worried and upset for a while until they suddenly hear the front door bang loudly downstair, following by some glass shattering and Barbara race downstairs. "Jim! Are you okay?!" They hear some thuds and everyone race down to see the doctor holding her son up but…

"Promise?" The doctor growled angrily, "Promise? You promised to help Jim."

"What has happened?" The six-eyes troll moved close to them.

"Ask the wizard." Barbara pushed her glasses up with a huff.

"Guys?" Claire called from the living room, "He's waking up." Everyone gather in the living room and Blinky approach the couch to see Jim's new appearance.

"Great grumbly Gruesome!" Blinky uttered as the trollhunter slowly sit up with some groans.

"Honey, do you feel okay?" The worried doctor sat next to her son.

"He's fine." Merlin sit down on a chair in dining room.

"We're not asking you." The six-eyes troll retorted.

"I…" Jim held his mother's arm to reassure her, "I'm fine." He noticed his blue hand with one less finger before he freak out as he stand up on the couch, "AH! What's wrong with my hand?!"

"Nothing's wrong with your hand." Claire tried to calm her boyfriend down, "It's just a little meatier."

"In a good way." Toby chuckled sheepishly, "It's like you leveled up."

"Move like evolved." Naruto commented, earning a double elbow from both Claire and Toby. Aaarrrgghh get close enough to smell Jim deeply before he back away with a grumble and headshake.

"No like." Aaarrrgghh muttered, "No like Troll Jim." He leaped out of the living room.

"My elixir transformed our trollhunter into something not quite human." Merlin waved it off, "Not quite troll."

"Like a changeling?" Jim stepped off the couch with Claire's help.

"No." Strickler answered instead as he examined Jim's new form, "Changelings switch from fully troll to fully human. Jim is…Neither." The trollhunter race to the kitchen to check his reflection.

"Basically, he's a lovechild between troll and human, right?" Naruto sipped his ramen before his head turn to Blinky and Strickler, "Say, how do trolls make a baby? Is it same like humans?"

"Ummmmm…" Both troll and changeling stammered as they looked at each other before they decide to not give him any response.

"Fine, I'll ask kaa-san later." The blonde huffed at them annoyingly. Just yes or no answer will do.

"This isn't so bad." Toby spoke to Jim, "You know, after a little haircut, we'll find you some sunglasses, maybe a good dentist, huh? I know one. You'll be right back to normal."

"I'm hideous." Jim muttered in shock.

"Since when weren't you hideous?" Naruto sipped his ramen again, only to cough on noodles when Claire rammed her elbow into his stomach.

"You're really not." Claire touched her boyfriend's back.

"Troll." Aaarrrgghh hummed, "Jim is troll…" His eyes lit up in joy, "Like Aaarrrgghh!" He start to running around with loud laughter as the house rumble, "Jim troll!"

"To prepare him for the final battle." Merlin replied nonchalantly before he gesture to the trollhunter, "He is now capable of feats we never thought possible."

"Like what?" The trollhunter looked over his shoulder.

"Now then, we don't know the limits of master Jim's…" Blinky spoke to the team outside in the backyard, "Or should I say Troll Jim's new form, so let's try take this slowly."

"If we're going to fight pretty soon, I call dibs on Usurna." Naruto watched Jim and Aaarrrgghh's spar.

"Oh, she's dead." The six-eyes troll cleared his throat.

"What?" The ninja looked at him with rapid blinks, "What? How? Oh, come on!" He threw his hands up, "I was gonna kick her ass black and blue! What happened? Did she go out in a painful way?"

"The Krubera turned on her and toss her into quicksand to her death." Blinky answered.

"…That's it?!" Naruto dropped his jaw as he threw his hands up again, "She fall into a quicksand and die?!" He start to punching the airs with grumble, "I can't believe it! I was itching to blew her head off with new jutsu of mine! Do you have any idea how long I have been working on a giant rasengan?! And she just went up and die on a fucking lame way! AAARRRRGGGHHHH!" The giant troll look back curiously at the mention of his name then turn back to Jim after seeing it was just an furious shouting.

"Honestly, I know you were going to react like that." The six-eyes troll coughed into his fist as the ninja pant heavily.

"…Give me fifty gumm-gumm trolls." The ninja grumbled before he check his phone for time, it was almost time for dawn. "Anyway, I'm going home to sleep."

"Wait, why?" Toby turned to him oddly with Claire while the trolls were still sparring.

"I have a big night tonight with Aja." Naruto replied.

"Ah." Claire smirked at him, "Date?"

"…Yeah." The blushing blonde coughed as he walked out of the backyard, "Give me a call if something come up."

Naruto sit with Aja in a diner at night for their first official date and they were enjoying it so far as he tell her some stories. "And Steve ran out in pink tutu, screaming his head off." "I'm not sure I can trust you with this soda." The Latino boy glared, "I have to protect it."

"You can't tell me what to do." Aja glared, "If I want to share my soda, I can."

"But if you share your soda, then you also share my soda." Krel glared back, "And I don't want to share my soda, especially with Naruto."

"It's not about soda, isn't it?" Naruto raised his eyebrow at them, sipping his soda.

"Well, Naruto, it's…" She turned to him nervously, only to glare at her brother when Krel make loud annoying noise by squeaking the straw in cup. "I'm sorry. My little brother is an…" Her brother kicked her under table, "Ouch!" She gritted her teeth, "I was going to say an annoying pain in the dorsal." Her foot lash out but instead of kicking her brother, her foot end up hitting her date and he choke on his drink from a sudden attack on his shin. "OH! SORRY!" She stand up to check on Naruto and the lights start to flicking with zapping electricity. "Krel, stop playing with the lights!"

"That's not me!" The Latino boy looked around worriedly before he smirk, "Although, it would have been a good idea." The static crackle from the radio and things start to floating around as the orange light glowing through the windows.

"Oh, no!" Aja gasped.

"Ok, that's new." The ninja gazed at the floating objects, it don't occur to the siblings that he was taking pretty well and calm.

"We gotta run!" She said before they start to float up.

"Whoa!" It took Naruto by surprise and the teenagers tried to anchor themselves but it was in vain as they kept clashing with each other, sucking out of the diner and upward to an…"Is that a actual spaceship?" He asked before they got sucked inside via the abduction beam.

The teenagers find themselves in some kind of hold as Aja mutter, "This is not good."

"And it gets worse." Krel turned his head to stare at Naruto.

"Is that a cow?" Naruto pointed at the creature, "Really? How stereotype is that?"

"Naruto." She muttered nervously.

"I mean, we're in spaceship and have been abducted but do they have to abduct a cow?" The ninja ran hand through his hair.

"Naruto." Aja repeated, "I can explain."

"Explain what?" Naruto turned his head to her, "We've been abducted by aliens." He paused, "And you know something about it?"

"Um…" She looked away from him nervously and Krel just glare.

"…Well, how about we figure out how to get out of here first?" The ninja walked to some wall then examine everything with his hands, "There must be something to open the door…Until they don't put it in here, do they?" The door slide open to reveal two Zerons in all glory.

"Aja and Krel Tarron." Omega pointed the weapon at them as Alpha snatched the Tarron siblings' protractor-like items with a chuckle.

"Hey!" Krel scowled.

"Um…" Naruto glanced between them, unsure if he should act now or wait and see. After all, it's not everyday you found out that there are actual beings from outer space and they're here.

"And what is this?" The cat-like alien gets up in his face with a sniffle.

"Someone disgusted by your bad breath." The blonde take a step back away from the creature with glare.

"Throw him in the vivisection room." Alpha barked.

"…And that is where I kick your ass right now." Naruto quickly jumped back before he lunge to the cat-like creature, forming rasengan in his hand to the siblings' shock and amazement. He shove it into the creature's stomach, spinning Omega out of the hold with a hard crash.

"Wha…" The dog-like alien's eyes widened before his eyes narrowed, "Why you…"

"KAGE BUNSHIN!" The ninja spammed many clones that swarm the shocked alien and the original grab the Tarron siblings' arms, dragging them out to run down the corridor. "COME ON!"

"Naruto, what was that?!" Aja gaped at him as they ran, "How do you do that? When…"

"Oh, I'm a ninja." Naruto flashed her a sheepish grin over his shoulder, "Surprise! I was gonna tell you about it one day." He glanced around, "Anyway, do you two have any idea what to do?"

"We need to find cockpit!" She hollered, "Open the escape hatch, all before Vex gets here. Easy!" She's pretty sure that Alpha will call Vex to make some threats while making him believe that he have them caught in hold.

"But we need our serrators!" Krel cried.

"You mean these things?" The blonde took two protractor-like items out to their shocks, "One of my clones took it from this cat alien and hand it off to me before this cat tore though the clones."

"Oh, thank?" The Latino boy blinked owlishly.

"Krel, in about seventeen mekrons, I will go back." Aja looked to her brother nervously with widened eyes.

"Why didn't you renew your transduction before your date?" Krel grumbled.

"…'Cause I'm tired of hiding." She frowned, "To be normal on Akiridion, I had to hide that I was a royal. To be normal on Earth, I have to hide that I'm a royal and an Akiridion. For once, I just want to be me."

"I know, I know." The Latino teenager replied, "But it's too dangerous."

"I want to tell one person, and I thought Naruto would understand." Aja sighed, "I wanted him to like me, no matter what form I'm in…"

"You two do realize I'm here, right?" Naruto spoke up as the Tarron jumped, "And I think we're in cockpit."

"Oh, we are!" Krel looked around with widened eyes before he race to the control panes.

"N-N-Naruto, I…" The pale girl stuttered nervously, she can't believe that she just forget he was there and she just exposed everything while venting to her brother. "I…I was gonna tell you…" His lips met her, "Mmph!?"

"Aja, I like you, no matter what you turn out to be." Naruto broke the kiss with a smile, "I don't know what you will look like in another form but I will still like you because you're you. Honestly, everything make sense now and I have some suspicions when these two aliens come in and call you guys by your names."

"Y-Y-You do?" Aja was stunned by his confession and she slowly smile widely at him, "T-That's great! How lively is that?! Oh!" She suddenly scowled, "And don't say aliens, it's offensive!"

"Oh, sorry!" The ninja held his hands up to placate her, "I don't know that! What can I call you guys?"

"For us two, it's Akiridion." She replied.

"Got it." Naruto nodded before he give her a peck, "So we're good for now? We still have a lot of things to talk about after we get out of here."

"Yes, we're good." Aja nodded, she want to tell him everything but like he said, it's better to hold it off until they escape.

"Seklos!" Krel gasped at a monitor, "Vex's here? Have you lost your mind?!" He don't know how the brotherhood manage to trick the guardian into coming here with his parents' cores in briefcase.

"WHAT?!" The pale girl whipped her head to her brother then to the monitor, where a large built Akiridion looked around. "Oh no! Zeron Brotherhood must have tricked him into coming here for some exchange!"

"Then we better go get him and kick some asses while we're at it." The ninja glanced around before he take a high-tech blaster off the wall. What? He may have bunch of jutsu but it's every person's dream to wielding space weapons. The teenagers raced out and on the way, they run into Omega. "I'll take him!" Naruto tackled the cat-like creature into a random room.

"Krel, go find Vex!" Aja hollered as she ran into the same room and Krel kept running. The pale girl quickly deliver a flying kick on Omega's back, sending the creature into the wall. "You alright, Naruto?"

"Yup, not a scratch on me." Naruto nodded.

"Oh, and it's a female." The pale girl turned to the creature when Omega get up with a hardened glare.

"…But you guys said it's brotherhood…?" The confused ninja muttered to himself before he duck under Omega's swinging tail and Aja attempt to shot her with her serrator but the cat-like creature knock her hand aside, messing her aim up. Omega attempt to swipe the princess with her claw blades but the pale girl parry each attack with her serrator, throwing few kicks and uppercut in between. Naruto quickly aim his blaster at the cat-like creature with some fidget, due to his lack of knowledge of high tech, and the laser shot past Omega's shoulder, causing her to turn her focus on the ninja. "Whoa!" Naruto uttered to himself, the blaster's recoil was so unexpectedly strong that it almost make the gun flew out of his hands. He quickly backpedaled a bit to avoid Omega's overhead swipe and he swing the blaster like a baseball bat at the creature's face, which it land and stunned the creature for a moment.

"Hi-yah!" Aja kicked the cat-like creature's back, sending her stumble forward and Naruto quickly follow it up with punch to what he believe to be a location of solar plexus as Omega bend down in pain. The couple was about to attack Omega with another double-team move, however…

Suddenly, there was an explosive that tear a hole in spaceship and suck everything out as everyone hold onto anything that bolted down. "This sucks!" Naruto grunted.

"Literally!" Aja replied.

"Does this spaceship have some kind of plug that can cover the hole up?" He asked, had seen several scenes like that in movies and shows but he don't know if it happen in real life or not. The pale girl never get a chance to reply when Omega jumped on the table, attempt to strike them but Aja kick the cat-like creature away before everything start to spinning around. The teenagers tried to keep the bounty hunter at bay in the zero-gravity free-falling and Aja deliver a flying kick to the hunter's face, sending Omega out of the ship but right before she went out, the cat creature take hold of Naruto's leg to drag him out. "WHOA!" Naruto quickly grab the sticking-out pipe near the hole.

"Naruto!" The pale girl tried to grab his hand but the ninja's hand slip out as he fall down in the air and she quickly leap out. She dive toward her boyfriend and in the middle of their free-falling, her disguise come undo as the couple tried to grab each other's hands and Naruto blinked at her true form before she finally grab him in a form of hug.

"Is that your true form?" Naruto asked stunningly.

"Yep." Aja replied.

"Gotta ask, can you fly?" He asked.

"Nope." She shook her head frighteningly.

"Oh, okay." Naruto gulped, he need to figure something out to save them. Maybe he can spam his clones to cushion the fall as soon as they get close to the earth? He notice that his girlfriend pull her serrator out and throw it down under them, the item form some kind of hoverboard as she land on it with him and she balance themselves on the wobbling board. The board glide down until it hit the ground in forest and they tumble over until he land on his back with Aja on top of him. "Y-You alright?" He grunted out.

"Oops." Aja slowly got up then help him up with both of her left hands, "I didn't mean to…"

"It's okay, we're alive." He smirked before he glance up and down her appearance for the first time and he found out that she's about couple head taller than him in this form. "You're…Stunningly beautiful."

"R-R-Really?" She perked up with a bashful smile, "You're fine…With me the way I am?"

"Yeah." Naruto take hold of her top left hand, "I told you before, I love you, no matter what you turn out to be because you're you…And you even jump out of a spaceship for me. There's no way I'm gonna let you go."

"O-Oh, Naruto." Aja feel very flattered with giggles, "And did I also mention I'm a queen-in-waiting?"

"Indirectly." He chuckled lightly, remembering her saying royal early. "Did I ever tell you that I'm the king of pranksters?" He joked, earn some more giggles from his girlfriend and they were about to kiss until he notice something near them. "Oh, she's still alive!" The Akiridion turn to see Omega stumble toward them with hardened glare while holding her injured arm and the creature was about to attack them…Only to get crushed under the spaceship as the teenagers ran out of the radius of its collision. The couple end up hugging each other near the cliff as the spaceship's header spikes slow down to stop near them and the ninja just remember that he should have get them out of the way with a chakra-enhanced jump but he'll carry this mistake to his grave among with few other things. They open their eyes to see Krel and Vex tumble out from the cockpit with some grunts and coughs.

"Little brother!" The Akiridion princess walked toward them, "Thanks for not crushing us."

"I must admit, I have better aim with spaceships than serrators." Krel dusted himself off.

"I'm glad it doesn't blow up." Naruto glanced at the downed ship.

"Varvatos Vex will slaughter any…" Vex squared his shoulders with sneer.

"Relax, Vex." Aja blocked the well-built Akiridion, "He's okay."

"Oh, great, the secret's out." The Latino boy sighed, "Naruto knows."

"It's cool, your secret's safe with me." The blonde replied with a little wave, "I think I did say it before, but you'll be surprised with how many secrets I have." He looked to Krel, "But I gotta ask, why are you still same?"

"Just give me a mekron." Krel looked away with crossed arms, "Jeez."

"Naruto, you promise you won't tell anyone about us?" The Akiridion princess asked, "Not even to your friends?"

"I promise, pinky swear." Naruto nodded.

"The color of the swear is irrelevant." Aja had her fists on hip with perplexed expression, "I am serious. You must promise."

"Pinky swear is one of Earth pacts, it mean I promise you and I will never break it." He chuckled with his pinky finger out, "If I do, you can break my pinky or whatever you want to do with me."

"Ah." She held his pinky with her clasped hands as she closed her eyes with a smile and the ninja just blink at her before he snickered at her silly yet cute antic.

"And then we crashed here, far from Morando, but also far from everything we've ever known." Aja explained everything to her boyfriend in her base as the blonde looked over the two orange glowing pods.

"Wow, you all went through so much." Naruto glanced to her then to Krel, who is now in his true form. "And I thought fighting a sorceress ghost that possessed Claire or troll ghosts was scary."

"Sorceress, ghosts?" Krel blinked owlishly before he shook his head with upper crossed arms, "You know, Naruto, you are one strange human but you're not bad after all."

"Thanks." The chuckling blonde patted Akiridion prince's shoulder before they see Luug ran in with heavy pants, following by Vex and Stuart. Luug jump into his arms then licking his face, "Oh, hello, little fella. You're one cute…" He laughed under the creature's licks before he look to the Tarron sibling with puzzling expression, "Boy or girl?"

"It's a boy." Aja laughed.

"Oh." Naruto petted the dog-like creature, "Since we're sharing everything, I'm gonna tell you about my kaa-san first. She's a changeling, a troll that can…" He tell his girlfriend everything about his life and his role in trollhunter team. The Akiridion princess was happy that she can be truly herself with him and that they no longer have secrets with each other.

Naruto hum a happy tune to himself as he walk down the sidewalk and he decide to check his phone to see many missed call from both Claire and Toby. He decide to call Toby since his last call was recent, "Hey, T.P." He said, "Sorry about missing calls. I was in dead zone. What's up?" He walked for a bit before he pause, "Jim freaked out and went missed? Do I…Oh, you all find him already? He's okay now? That's good. Yeah, I'll meet you guys later. Bye!" Naruto put his phone away, "…Well, at least my night was more interesting."

"I've taken the liberty of constructing a rudimentary model of Arcadia." Blinky set the model city up with various boxes and items on table the very next day as everyone gathered around him, "If we focus our defensive efforts here, then when the gumm-gumms attack…" He stop when he hear the wizard sigh loudly, following it up with some mumbles. "Do you have something to say?" He crossed his upper arms and his lower fists on hip.

"This is a waste of time." Merlin sweep everything off the table.

"You broke the museum." The six-eyes troll cried, "You philistine!"

"Our focus is not Arcadia, it is Trollmarket." The wizard circled around the table with the troll while everyone watch on, "If we destroy Morgana, we stop the Eternal Night. The trollhunter and I must venture into Trollmarket."

"Gas station." Aaarrrgghh put a yellow boot back on table.

"While Gunmar and Angor Rot turn Arcadia into an all-you-can-eat buffet?" Blinky barked back while circling the table again with the wizard.

"For having six eyes, you are very short-sighted." Merlin huffed, "Defeating Gunmar is pointless if Morgana is still…"

"And defeating Morgana is pointless if everyone in Arcadia is dead!" The six-eyes troll shot back as he slam his hands on the table and the earthquake hit them with deep rumble. "I don't know my own strength." He said as soon as the quake ended.

"That was the third tremor today." Strickler frowned.

"At this rate, I fear the Eternal Night will be upon us within the hour." The wizard stroked his beard.

"The Battle of the Bands is on." Claire spoke, "The square will be packed."

"Everyone in Arcadia is there." Toby grabbed his head worriedly, "Well, anyone who's cool, at least."

"Correction, most." Naruto replied, "But still, it's kinda bad."

"On the bright side, with everyone clustered, we now know where the gumm-gumms will strike first." Merlin flicked his index finger.

"How is that the bright side?" The girl glared at him.

"Trollmarket will be deserted." The wizard said, "Morgana will be unprotected."

"You sure about that?" The ninja shrugged with his hands and raised eyebrow as the wizard turn to him with an arched brow, "What if the creepy witch decide to come up with gumms?" The elder wizard was about to say something but…

"Gunmar and Angor Rot are my fight." Jim come down the stairs, "First, we'll do what we can to clear Arcadia Square. So no one gets hurt."

"Actually, uh, master Jim, there is no 'we' until the night falls." Blinky pointed out.

"Until it's Eternal Night." Naruto added before he receive a look from the six-eyes troll as he held his hands up, "Just saying."

"…In your current form, sunlight will burn you as much as any of us trolls." The troll continued.

"Maybe Merlin can whip some SPF one million?" Toby glanced at the said man.

"We'll go with the children, and put a stop to this Battle of the Bands." Zelda spoke up before the wizard can make any response.

"Then am I to fight Morgana alone?" Merlin placed hand on his chest.

"Hai, look like it." The blonde said, "Try your best not to die again." His mother smacked his head upside.

"I'll go." Aaarrrgghh said, "Keep safe."

"Thank you, oh, very, very, big one." The wizard nodded.

"The moment of truth is upon us all." Blinky spread his arms open, "With fortitude and bravery, we can end the threat posed by Morgana, Gunmar and Angor Rot for all time!"

"Oh, yeah!" The chubby teenager cheered with his hands up and few moments went by before he look around as his hands slowly lower down. "…It felt like we were all gonna do that."

After going over few plans, Naruto don his armor on with the rest of his team. "Wow, cool." Jim whistled at his team until they hear a grumbling stomach.

"Dang it!" Toby perform a toilet dance before he pass his weapon to Jim, "Can you hold this for a second? I have to go pee." He ran out with some crashes, "Dang it!"

"…I told him to go before putting the armors on." The blonde shook his head and the other teenagers just roll their eyes.

"Naruto, you do know that everything will change after this battle?" Zelda looked at her son with a whisper as they stand at the Battle of Band show, "The people in this town will see you using your power."

"Yeah, I do." Naruto grinned at his mother, "But I think my power is far from their concern. I mean, their minds will be blow away when they found out about trolls and many other things."

"I know." The changeling shook her head slightly, "But what I'm saying is that the people may will start to look at you different from now onward."

"Same for you, kaa-san." He replied with a nod and she also nod at that, there is no going back. "…I love you, kaa-san, no matter what happen."

"And I love you more, my baby boy, no matter what happen." Zelda gave her son a side-hug, "Be careful."

"Back at you." Naruto smirked and he chuckle when he see his girlfriend dance silly on stage in front of the bewildered audience while her brother scratch the record.

"Let's go!" Krel suddenly play the music pretty skillfully and Aja pop some dance moves off as the audience finally start to cheer for them.

"Good job, whatever that was." Uhl take the stage as he shooed them away with little gesture of his hand, "And now, Mama Skull. Whatever that is." He walked off the stage as Mary and Darci take stage to set things up. Claire walk up to the microphone in her armor to her bandmates' confusion.

"Um, hello." Claire cleared her throat, "Can I have your attention?" Both Toby and Naruto put their armors on to some partygoers' puzzlement, "Look, I've got something to say. Something about this town. Listen to me. Something dangerous is coming. Strange things happen in our town. We all know it. Pets go missing, people go missing. There's something alien amongst us. But we bury our heads in the sand and ignore it. But we can't do that tonight. Tonight, when night falls, you need to run." Her band start playing as the audience get pumped up, "No! This is not part of the show. You all need to run. You need to hide." Her band repeat it in the music, "No." Suddenly, a pillar of black cloud shot up in the distance and everyone turn to stare at the sight in shock and it spread out in the sky.

"Office Brennan, you seeing this?" Detective Scott shouted into his walkie-talkie.

"This is getting creepy." Steve muttered to Eli as the fog roll in slowly.

"If it's creepy, then it's time for some Creepslaying." Eli make a secret sign with the jock then put their black helmets on.

"Remember, I call dibs on first wave." Naruto crackled his knuckles with few pop of his neck.

"We know." Toby slowly sidestep away from him, "J-Just…Just don't go crazy with overkill, will you?"

"I make no promise." The ninja grinned savagely as the day become night.

"Did you influence him to be like that?" Strickler asked his fellow changeling.

"Oh, I wish I could take credit for that but I can't." Zelda snorted in amusement, "He has been a hellspawn from day one."

The Gumm-Gumm trolls make their appearance and the people start to panic. "ALRIGHT!" Naruto suddenly charge at the first wave, "KAGE BUNSHIN!" Dozen of clones pop into existence and they blew through the screaming trolls with several jutsu from fireball to his favorite, rasengan as the civilians drop their jaws farther while trying to find a safe place.

"WHOA, A REAL-LIFE NINJA!" A random black teenager gasped in awe over his shoulder as he ran with the crowd.

"Ok, let's go!" Zelda transform into her troll form with Strickler as the team start to defend the city from the gumm-gumm.

"Is your son craving a face off this troll or am I seeing it wrong?" Strickler asked after killing few gumm troll and accidentally scared Uhl away.

"Yes, he is." She brushed it off as the ninja hacking the screaming evil troll's face away with giddy laughter, "Yes, he is." They continue to defend the square and Jim will make a dramatic entrance by cleaving a flying truck in half, following by good troll army. Naruto? He was busy chasing some Gumm-Gumm trolls down and protecting some people that was trying to find safe zone since it's his role in this battle.

"Odama Rasengan!" Naruto mowed down dozen of Gumm-Gumm troll with a giant version of rasengan and he pumped his fist up in air, "Another successful jutsu!" He laughed as he hopped away from the battlefield, leaping over several evil trolls that have been stuck by his earth spear trap and he scan around for any citizens until he spot Steve and Eli bashing the goblins with their bats. "Guys, need help here?" He jumped down next to them.

"We're good!" Eli swing his bat at some leaping goblins, popping them in process.

"Yeah, we got it covered!" Steve bashed a goblin on ground.

"Alright, I'll…" Naruto slashed a goblin in half until he hear his name behind and he turn to see Aja. "Oh, hey."

"Hey, Naruto." Aja flashed him a smile as Krel look around at the goblins oddly before he attack them while the pale girl lean closer to her boyfriend, "Are you okay? Um, and what are you doing?"

"Yeah, I'm okay, just killing some vermin and busting some stone heads." The ninja threw the back of his fist at a snarling goblin without looking back, sending the creature flying into the range of Steve's swinging bat. "Just something I do for living as a ninja."

"Lively." The pale girl get closer to him with a giggle and she roundkick a goblin away as Krel took a bat to kill some snarling goblins with the boys, "You're sure strong, aren't you?" She want to tell him that she's leaving sooner than expected but she decide not, since she can visit Earth anytime she want…After deal with the tyrant warmonger.

"Yeah, I put a lot of training into it." Naruto smirked as he also get close to her, "I'm not just a pretty face, you know? Say, after that, you want to do some spar? Maybe I can teach you one or two thing?"

"Oh, I'd love that." Aja grinned widely and she suddenly pull him in for a kiss as the ninja blink once in confusion before he return it happily, the couple start to make out under the rain of goblins' blood. She end up dipping her boyfriend and the green bloods kept rain down around them like some firework show until there was no goblins remaining.

"Oh, gross!" Krel shuddered as soon as he finally look up.

"Oh, come on!" Eli adjusted his glass.

"Dude, really?!" Steve groaned at their public affection, "There's place and time, man!"

The couple finally breaks apart as the ninja blinked few times at her dreamily, "…Wow. What bring it on?"

"I just feel like it." The pale girl pecked his lip again before her brother grab her arm to drag her away from them, "I…I should get going. Love you!"

"Love you too, baby!" Naruto hollered back with a cheery wave before he turn back to the unlikely friends, "Now, where was I?"

"I don't know, you were about to go or something?" Eli shrugged his shoulders with Steve before a gumm-gumm troll lunge at them, causing the outcast and jock to scream out as Naruto prepare to attack the troll…Until Zelda drop down in front of the troll, slashing it few times with her blades. "Whoa…" Eli and Steve uttered dreamily as she turned to them. "I've never felt this way before."

"She's so tall." Steve said dreamily.

"Thank for help, kaa-san." The ninja said.

"Kaa-san?" Both boys looked confusing at the word.

"It mean mom in Japanese." Zelda replied as the boys blinked, "I'm Naruto's mother." The boys' minds got blew away from this revelation, "Anyway, Naruto, what are you doing standing around here?"

"Oh, he was making…" Eli said until he get cut off by the ninja.

"A lot of deathtraps." Naruto lied, "Nothing can get me going like baiting some stupid goblins and Gumm-Gumm into their death."

"Mm, then go back fighting." The changeling rolled her eyes at her son before she leap off to find some evil trolls to kill.

"Um…" The outcast and jock looked at the ninja weirdly.

"She don't know I have a girlfriend and I want to keep it secret from her." The ninja answered, he don't want his mother to become very nosy into his dating life…That and he don't know if she's a overprotective mother or a embarrassing type where she'll bring some baby pictures out to show to his girlfriend on first meeting.

"Oh." Both boys blinked few times then shrug to themselves.

"See you later!" Naruto took off to cover another area.

A giant serpent-like creature rise from the pavement with a roar as it loom down at Toby, Claire and her friends. "I thought those were only in the Dark…" Toby said before Naruto suddenly make his appearance by crushing the creature's head into the ground with dozen clones and giant rasengans, causing a large wave of blood washing over the teenagers and they groan in disgust.

"OH, COME ON!" Naruto kicked the creature's teeth furiously as his clones vanish in smokes, "Why do everything die with one hit?!"

"Actually, you hit it with, like, six or more giant spheres." Toby flicked some blood off his glove.

"Whatever!" The ninja grumbled, "Is there any more of this snakes?" Before they know it, another serpent shot up from the ground, swallowing him whole to the teenagers' horror.

"Naru…" Claire cried out before the serpent suddenly tore apart from inside as many clones explode outward from its body and vanish right away, leaving a blood-soaking Naruto behind with some pieces on him. "…Naruto, are you okay?"

"…" Naruto don't look very amused from that, "I…I have seen what it's like inside this freaky snake and I don't like it."

"Um, you have some pieces on you…" Mary pointed out.

"Can we never speak of this?" The ninja brushed the remaining off him, "Ever." The teenagers nodded together before they head to the school and there was a random gumm-gumm troll that try to attack them…Only to get run over by Uhl's truck with the teachers in back.

"Sorry, pal, but nobody gets in without a hall pass." Lawrence pointed his bat at the dead troll.

"Susannah and I will not allow it." Uhl leaned out from the window, "Entiende?"

"We few!" Janeth rallied, "We happy few! We band of brothers!" The teachers cried a battle war as the truck drove off and Claire trade a look with Naruto.

"Ooookay." Claire sighed as the teachers ran into the school.

"…Why did they go back inside after saying all of that?" Naruto gestured to them, "I thought they were going to ride around, bashing some skulls. This city is so weird!"

"…Really?" The magician gave him a flat look.

Naruto have been defending the school from Gumm-Gumm trolls with help of his troll allies for a while. "Hey, you still good to go?" Naruto helped a wumpa troll up after killed the gumm troll that knock her down.

"Yes, still fight!" The wumpa troll charge to a evil troll with her spear and the ninja quickly scan the battlefield to see if he can help any good trolls or stop any evil trolls that get too close to the school. Suddenly, there was a red flash in the distance before the red wave wash over them and the gumm-gumm trolls become statue then crumble on spot by red lightning. They were confused for a moment until Naruto's phone vibrate and he answer it.

"Hey, Toby, what…"

"Jim defeated Gunmar!" Toby laughed happily, "Man, you should have seen it! It was so awesome and epic!"

"Guys, Gunmar's dead!" Naruto called to the good trolls and they cheered at the joyous news. He blink at some noises on the other line until there was nothing for a while…

"Naruto, Morgana took Jim to the bridge!" Claire's voice suddenly spoke, "I'm sending you a portal!"

"I'm on the way!" The ninja turned to the trolls as the portal pop out from thin air, "Stay here!" With that, he jump into the portal.

The first thing Naruto see when he jump out of the portal is Toby flying onto the bridge with Jim and his gaze snap up to Morgana. Acting fast, Naruto lunge at the witch with powerful air bullet and it almost knock her down but she quickly regain her balance. The witch attempt to use a spell at the ninja but she was forced to halt her spelling to dodge few exploding rocks from Blinky and Aaarrrgghh grab her by legs, slamming her on the ground. Morgana try to shot up, only to receive a dropheel kick from Naruto and it was follow up by the giant troll's punches.

"Jim?" Toby dragged the trollhunter to safe place, "Come on, come on, wake up, Jim." The trollhunter's eyes fluttered open, "Oh, yeah, there we go, buddy." He move in front of him with his weapon, "Don't worry, we got your back."

"Hello." Aaarrrgghh picked the witch up then spun around until he threw her into the smoking pillar, "Goodbye!" The witch flew back with a chanting, her hands glowing golden but she never get a chance to finish it when Claire kick her from behind via portal.

"Hey, M, you and I got some unfinished business." Claire leaped through portals around the witch with hit-and-run strategy and dodging some magic blasts and daggers from the angry witch. Toby, Naruto, Blinky and Aaarrrgghh quickly take the air to back their female teammates up while Jim recover and they tried to attack the witch but it look like Morgana was slowly gaining a upper hand on them.

"ENOUGH!" Morgana shot a powerful blast at the team and she pant heavily as everyone become bind by golden ropes…But Jim, who appear to be free. She shot a chain at him, only to have him defect it with his sword but several more chains appear to grab his limbs. "I showed your friends mercy, trollhunter, so they can watch you die." She lift the trollhunter up in air then smashing him around with a wave of her green hand before she bring him up to her, squeezing the chains with a cruel smirk.

"Come on!" Naruto tried to break free and he wasn't the only one.

"Pale lady!" Angor Rot suddenly appeared on the bridge with some stumbles.

"My champion." The witch turned to him, halting her assault on the trollhunter. "On time for the grand finale." She gestured to panting trollhunter, "Here. For your efforts, I give you the honor of finishing him." Angor growl with a smirk and he charge toward with his dagger drawn. He swing his weapon and…Punch Morgana across the bridge to everyone's shocks.

"Witch!" The ancient assassin snarled, "I am no one's pawn!"

"You!" Morgana roared at Jim, "What did you tell him?" She toss the trollhunter across the bridge angrily.

"The boy reminded me who I fight for." Angor growled.

"You fight for me!" The witch fired a blast at him but the assassin evades it.

"This is the end!' The assassin lunged at the witch but she took off in air.

"Death is all there is for you!" Morgana clashed with the assassin and Angor finally take hold of her as Jim ran toward them with a battle roar, thrusting his sword through Morgana and by accident, Angor.

"Well played, hunter." Angor smiled as his body slowly turn into stone.

"You think that toy can kill me?" The witch said harshly, "I am no troll. I can't be killed!" She pull the blade out then shattered it.

"Daylight!" Jim's eyes widened.

"Die, trollhunters!" Morgana laughed madly and Jim jump in to shield his team from the blasts.

"Jim!" Claire screamed and the trollhunter passed out.

"Trollhunter, the staff!" Angor gestured to the Shadow Staff with his eye.

"Huh?" The purple armored girl look down to her staff then chant to fetch her staff, firing the portal which she swiftly enter and jump next to them freed. She shot a portal behind Angor as the evil witch struggle to free herself and Claire shot the staff's energy at the screaming witch to push them backward to the portal before a rumble can be felt.

"The Eternal Night is here!" The evil witch laughed as the ancient assassin kept dragging her to the portal and it went on for a bit while until Morgana break free, shattering Angor to rubbles.

"Angor!" Toby gasped.

"Fuck this bitch!" Naruto growled.

"Die, witch!" Claire suddenly tackle Morgana through the portal.

"Claire!" Blinky shouted in shock with everyone else as the portal disappeared and they fall down on their rear as soon as the golden ropes vanish without a warning.

"Claire!" Naruto swiftly get up.

"Oh, no!" The chubby teenager widened his eyes and they stare at the space until the portal slowly open.

"Look!" The six-eyes troll pointed and Claire tried to get out but she was struggling with whipping golden chains. "Claire!" He ran to grab her hand, "Give me your hand!"

"We get you!" Naruto grabbed them with Toby and Aaarrrgghh running behind.

"Toby!" Claire hollered as she threw the staff at the said teenager, "Destroy the Staff!"

At same time, the ninja think fast as he create a single clone and the clone jump through the portal. The clone tackle the evil witch, startled her and the distraction was enough to release Claire as the team pull her out.

"NO!" Morgana shot toward the portal but Toby destroy the staff with Aaarrrgghh's aid and there was a purple explosive as the portal closed on the evil witch, trapping her forever.

"…You okay?" The panting ninja asked his teammate after few moments of silence.

"Yeah." The magician exhaled.

"Morgana's magic has finally been defeated." Blinky smiled, "Thanks to you, Claire."

"Yeah." Aaarrrgghh nodded.

"No." Claire smiled, "Thanks to all of us." She suddenly gasped, "Jim!"

"Oh, no!" The chubby teenager gasped before they ran over to check on the trollhunter.

"No, no." She turned Jim over but he was unmoving, "Jim. Stay with me, stay with me!" She shook him, "Stay with me." She start to sobbed, "Jim."

"Hey, I'm sure he's fine." Naruto said worriedly, "I mean, he's not turning stone." Toby nodded hopefully with the trolls.

"I shall be much in years before I again behold my Romeo." Claire stroked Jim's cheek with sniffle, "Oh…Thinkest thou we shall ever meet again? I doubt it not. And all these woes shall serve for sweet discourses in our times to come." She hugged him with wails.

"Hey…" Jim finally speak softly as his girlfriend gasp, "The last line." He smirked with a groan, "That was mine."

"See, told you guys!" The ninja release his breath, "He's fine!"

"Jim!" Blinky smiled widely with Aaarrrgghh.

"Whooo!" Toby cheered as everyone laughed, "Jim! Awesome-sauce!" Suddenly, the pillar turn green as Merlin appeared in sky with his staff, chanting a spell loudly.

"Oh, and he show up now." Naruto threw his right hand up at the sight of the wizard.

"Oh, now…" The six-eyes troll deadpanned as the eternal night get broken before he turn to the ninja, "My thought exactly." The sunlight start to roll in slowly.

"You have made me proud, champion." Merlin floated down to them, "I am forever in your service."

"Oh, cool, you can buy me ramen for the rest of your life." The ninja said.

"I don't think he will do that." Toby whispered to his ninja friend.

"The eternal night is finally over." Blinky looked over the bridge sadly.

"Heartstone gone." Aaarrrgghh moaned.

"In Deya's name." The six-eyes troll prayed.

"Then we'll need to find a new Heartstone…" Jim joined their sides, "Out there."

"I've heard tell of a Heartstone in a place called New Jersey." Merlin spoke.

"We'll make preparations and gather what we can from Trollmarket." Blinky replied.

"We'll leave at nightfall." The trollhunter said.

The sun set across the horizon on a hill as Zelda hugs her son while everyone say their goodbyes. "You will be on your own for a while until I come back from escorting everyone to New Jersey." Zelda stroked her son's hair before she break apart to hold him at arm length, "While I'm gone, I want you to be on your best behavior and listen to Vendel and Barbara."

"Got it, kaa-san." Naruto hugged her again and his mother smile at him until she realize something.

"Oh, and one more thing…" The purple changeling walk over to Notenrique, talking to him about something then take a cradlestone and she look over it to the blonde's puzzlement. "Let's see…Mm…Ah!" She tapped it a couple time before a baby girl appear in her hand as she give the cradlestone back to the small changeling. She walk back to Naruto then place the baby in his arms, "Naruto, that is now your sister." Naruto blinked rapidly up at her as the baby girl cooed, "We're adopting her."

"Um, is she…?" The blonde glanced between the baby and his mother.

"Yes, she's my familiar and the real Zelda." Zelda tapped her chin with a hum, "Although, we should change her name…" She snapped her fingers, "Mei. Mei Nomura."

"…Um, are we allowed to do that?" Naruto can't help but to ask.

"Yeah, I mean, her real family are long gone by…" The purple changeling twirled her hand around as Aaarrrgghh decide to stay with Toby permanently, "Several centuries or so. Therefore it is our responsibility to raise her." She give him one more hug, "Bye, Naruto, Mei." She break it to give them a kiss on foreheads, "I'll be back before you know it!"

"Wait, kaa-san!" The ninja turned to his mother with rapid blinks but it was too late as she went ahead to escort the trolls with Jim and Claire. "Kaa-san?!" He looked down to his new sister as she coo up to him, "…I don't know how to raise a real living baby!"

"Don't worry, we'll help…" Strickler pat the shocked ninja's shoulder with a sweatdrop, he was in same boat when Notenrique suddenly shove cradlestone on Barbara and they have to raise many babies on their own.

"…Can you buy me baby stuffs?" The blonde looked up to him.

"…Yes." The green changeling sighed heavily.

"Well, that's going to be great." Toby patted the shocked ninja's back gently with a wide grin, yet sad about his departing friends. "We're gonna protect the city! We're going to have some good adventure together!"

"…Yeah, I guess so…" Naruto slowly looked down at his cooing sister, "…Um, hi?" Mei suddenly cry her head off and the poor ninja become flustered as he tried to figure out what's wrong with her.

A lot of things going on in this story! The Tarron siblings have make their appearance with outer space lives! Plus we have Naruto x Aja! Then we finish it off with Eternal Night and follow it up with a sudden addition to Naruto's family!

How will things turn out for Naruto as a older brother to Mei? How will Vendel react to raising a baby? What kind of moments will we see between Aja and Naruto? Who else will show up? What kind of adventure will it be for our ninja? What will happen next? Let's find out in the next chapter!
