Chapter 5: Day Out
"My dear hellspawns, we are here." Wednesday held her black umbrella as she carry a large bag and her children examine the playground in front of them. Naruto was behind them, holding Grimmy's leash. "Take your toys and have dreary fun." She put the bag down and the twin dig inside.
"Alma, can I have the dagger?" Sachiko hold up a large black eerie dagger.
"Yes, and I'll take noose rope." Alma take a said object out of the bag and the twins collect some dangerous things that no normal child would play with. "Do you want Mr. Rusty?"
"I'll be back after walking Grimmy around the park couple times." Naruto said to his wife as she nodded before he look down to the puppy, "Let's go…Oh, where did you find this skull?" Grimmy paraded on with human skull in his mouth, chewing it happily as Naruto walk him on the dirt trail.
"Which victim do you want to play with?" The black-eyed girl asked her sister.
"Him." She pointed to a boy a little older, "I'm going to fray him down to bones and make it all red."
"Then I'll pick this one!" Sachiko pointed to a girl around their age and the twins nod to each other before they run off to 'play' with their victims. The black-eyed girl approach the girl and the little girl look up to her.
"Hi, do you want to play with me?" The plain girl smiled.
"Yes, let's play Buried Alive." The black-eyed girl grinned creepily with her eye peeking out under her hair, "I'm the gravedigger."
"Huh?" The girl blinked confusingly before Sachiko swung a iron bucket at her face, knocking her out cold and the pale girl immediately dig the sand out with a small shovel, crackling madly.
With the boy, he was patting a sandcastle until he get a glimpse of a girl in red in the corner of his eyes and he look over to see…Nothing, just a empty space. He blink once before he turn back to his castle with a shrug and the hair on the back of his neck stand up as he shiver in fear for no reason. He have a funny feeling that there's someone behind him and he shakily turn his head around to see Alma with ropes in her hands.
"Hi, bitch, I'm going to fuck you up." Alma gave him a eerily smile before she throw rope over his neck then drag him into the shadow.
"HEEEEEEEEEELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!" The screaming boy leave a claw trail behind before he disappear in the dark.
'Now where was I?' Wednesday thumb through her dark poetry book, 'Aha.' She found the last page she read then resume reading while keep one eye on her children having fun with their 'friends'.
"I'm still surprised that you want to move here." Naruto carried some large boxes in.
"Mm, is it a bad thing?" Wednesday glance up from a opening box while taking a bloodied sword out.
"No, I'm glad you decide to move in here but I'm just a little worried because you'll be homesick and not to mention the fact that you have to live really, really, really far away from your family." He put them down in the corner.
"Ah, you have nothing to worry about." She hummed flatly, "I have already discussed with my parents about that. While I can get homesick from time to time, I'll get over it. We have telephone and mail."
"Oh, okay." Naruto scratched his head lightly, "Anyway, that's everything. Do you want me to help you unpacking or…"
"I was thinking of take a little break." Wednesday replied, "Maybe you can give me a tour around your village and introduce me to your friends?"
"…Sure." He grinned after thinking it over, "I really want to introduce my beautiful girlfriend to everyone!"
"Oh, you." She said flatly, 'That way, every girls will stay the hell away from my man.' Her mother told her to make sure to introduce herself as his girlfriend to any girls who may chasing him so they know better to back off or she'll take care of them…Personal. "Give me your arm." The pale petite lift her hand up.
"Here." Naruto gave her his arm and they walk out together. Let's say that some people got frightened by her after today, much to her quiet delight.
Naruto chuckle to himself as he carry his daughters in his arms, the tired twin rest their heads on his shoulders. "Look like the girls have fun today." He whispered to his wife, who was currently walking Grimmy at his side.
"Indeed, they did." She nodded.
"Father, can Grimmy sleep on my bed?" Alma asked sleepy, it was getting close to their naptime.
"Sure." He smiled.
"Mm, can I sleep with you, sis?" Sachiko asked her twin.
"Hai." Her twin nod once.
"Yaaay." With that, the twins rest their eyes as they nuzzle into their father's shoulders, earn a soft chuckle from their father and Wednesday refuse to admit how adorable it is to watch her family like that. The small family returns to their home in comfortable silence.
Back in the playground, the shaken girl blast up from the ground with a bloodcurdling screams as she fling her arms around and a white-haired boy curl up in fetus position with terrified trembles. "T-T-T-THEY'RE E-E-E-EVERYWHERE!" The boy wailed, "EVERYWHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
And that end the fifth chapter of UF! Love it? Hate it?
Kids better beware when they visit the playground, not because of the strangers danger, but because of Uzumaki children! What you just saw was just a dose of each day that the twins go to park with their parents!
