beginning AN: in this part I'll include Sage's dialogue from when she observes the bond Sonic and Tails has but I'll most likely keep what's said between Sonic and Tails for the gamers who have yet to see it for themselves if they want to know the specifics.
The AI Who Lived Chapter 4: The Sonic Frontiers Arc Chapter 4: Chaos Island
Sonic has arrived to Chaos Island and is shot out of the sky yet again and the Chaos Emeralds scatter across the island for the second time in the same adventure.
he starts exploring the island and starts finding memory tokens shaped like monkey wrenches and have a yellow glow about them and while exploring he fights and defeats more Guardians and gets more portal gears for the cyberspace portals and he clears each one in record time.
he also finds and collects four chaos emeralds and frees Tails and they help the koco prepare a laser cannon and get the fifth Chaos Emerald. they then find a bridge to the sixth chaos emerald needs to be lowered and Sonic does a bit of skydiving to get the other side and lowers it.
and they find the sixth Chaos Emerald
they then come across a pinball mini-game that requires five million points with only two useable lives to win which they do. but before they find the pinball mini-game they have a bonding moment that Sage observes and she gets emotional while saying "such a beautiful friendship it's all I ever wanted a family born of love not genetics. I shouldn't have seen this." while remembering the times she shared with Dr. Eggman and leaves not knowing that her appearance has changed from a black and red outfit with red eyes to cyan and white outfit with her original emerald green eyes while she was emotional.
Sonic and Tails did get the feeling they were being watched but let it go as they had more important matter to deal with so Sonic goes to fight the third Titan who's aptly called Knight and climbs on its head and grabs the final Chaos Emerald for the Third time in the same adventure and turns into Super Sonic again and preapre to fight the Titan known as Knight

Super Sonic and Knight fight a long and ardurous battle with Knight using its sword and shield to attack Super Sonic but he dodges it all and when Knight throws its shield in hopes to hit Sonic he jumps on it and guides it to where it hits Knight instead and when Knight lets its shield fly arround the arena hoping that Super Sonic gets distracted by it Super Sonic parries it back at Knight and it creates an opening for Super Sonic to attack and while attacking he disarms Knight's sword which he then Cyloops around and uses the sword to slice Knight in half ending the fight.
and Super Sonic is transported to Rhea Island which is actually one of the previously unexplored parts of Kronos Island.

When Sage wasn't observing Sonic and Tails she was bonding with Dr. Eggman some more and in one discussion she tells him that the only way to escape Cyberspace is to form an alliance with Sonic which he very much is dead set against even when she brings up past alliances and he calls them only temporary but as much as he doesn't want to admit it she's right and he's beginning to care for her as if she's his daughter.
AN: and so Sonic has defeated three Titans but the adventure isn't over yet you'll see in the chapters to come.
Next Time Sonic arrives on Rhea Island and sets out to deactivate six towers and moves on to the final region of the Starfall Islands.
