One can only be given so many chances before they are all exhausted. Reagan knew this from personal experience, she had wasted so many of them. Now, she was on her last chance. When her aunt offered to take her in for a year, to get her life back on track, she agreed to it out of necessity rather desire. She hoped it would be a new beginning, but she was never much of an optimist.
