Valentine's Day
Abby walked into the house to the smell of her favorite food cooking and she knew it was him. She loved him more than words could say. She set her keys down and walked into the kitchen. She smiled seeing him at the stove cooking. He turned after hearing footsteps. He smiled seeing his girl finally home after going to the doctor. Abby walked over to him and said it was awful nice of Gibbs to give us the rest of the day off. Tony nodded and kissed her before asking her if she wanted to try the sauce. She nodded and he picked up the spoon. She walked over and tried the sauce. After telling him how good it was he asked how the doctor went. She told him everything went well. He then told her dinner was almost ready and asked her to set the table. She smiled knowing her gift to him will make him even happier than they were at that very moment. Soon after dinner, it was gift time.
He went to get her gift for her from upstairs. While he was upstairs she went into the closet in the living room for part of his gift. After getting that out she went to her bag and got out the other half. It didn't take him long to come back downstairs with a bag of stuff. They sat on the couch for a few moments. Before he asked her who was going to go first. She touched his cheek and told him he could go first.
He handed her the bag she smiled and said thank you before opening it. She started to cry as she pulled out a scrapbook. She opened it and found pictures of every date they had been on and some of them in the bullpen and her lab. Next, she pulled out a stuffed bear with a note that said this is only the beginning. She looked over at him in confusion for a moment until he got up and got down on one knee. She started to cry more after she saw him pull a little box out of his pocket. After taking the ring out he took her hand and asked her to marry him. She was so happy that all she could do was nod yes. After getting a yes he put the ring on her finger. He got up and kissed her deeply.
After they pulled apart she gave him his bag. He couldn't believe what he just picked up was real. He opened the bag to find a custom onesie that said, future special agent. He then looked over at her and asked if this was the moment that he had been dreaming of forever. She then said there is more in the bag. So he continued to look. The next thing he pulled was a long box out that he thought might be a watch or something like that in it so he opened it and what he saw almost made him cry. He pulled one of the three positive pregnancy tests out. The last thing in the bag was an ultrasound that read eight weeks five days. After picking up the ultrasound is when he finally started crying. This was the best day of his life not only did the love of his life say yes to marrying him after years of saying she would never get married but they were starting their own little family.
After finally calming down he said who was going to tell Gibbs? Her eyes went wide as she realized that they would have to tell him that not only were they breaking rule 12 but that they were now engaged and starting a family. They then took a few minutes more before finally deciding to wait until the morning given the fact they just wanted to spend tonight celebrating them and this amazing night. He then turned the radio on and put something on to dance to then asked her to dance. She smiled and said yes and they got up and started dancing. Once the dance was over he kissed her and said happy valentine's day babe and this was one to remember. She agreed and kissed him again.
