Chapter 2:
As it turned out the type of trouble that Lily Evans brought on to Severus was not his father's harsh words and belt but one of self image. Unlike Severus Lily had a soft spoken father who rarely raised his voice. And a healthy mother who wasn't scared all the time. Lily even had a sister mean as she was to him she still loved Lily. As Severus woke up from a painful dream of a family that would never be his he started to tear up silently cursing. That once again Lily Evans was trouble.
